Your Quiz/Test platform changed. The selection of the answer used to be only on the button. Now, the selection encompasses the whole sentence, which if I accidentally click on a different sentence, it changes my original selection. Place the audio controls play/pause at the bottom of the screen next to the "Continue" button. Have more options for speed controls (0.75, 0.8, 0.9,1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4) and explicitly indicate the function with WORDS. AI Voice reading is odd VS. a human reading the material.

In the test you stated "cleaning" money. Nowhere in the material did you use this term. This made for an unclear trick question. You did this in one other spot as well. This made the test unfair. You should use the same terms throughout the study material and test.

I couldn't find any kind of search bar in your website. I knew that I was looking for Anti Money Laundering Practices for new Insurence Agents, but I didn't find it anywhere in the Insurance section. Improvement suggestions: • Adding short summary tables or quick-reference charts for red flags and CIP requirements could make reviewing before exams even faster. • Optional short video explanations for complex concepts could further enhance engagement and retention. Overall, an excellent and very useful course.

Easy peasy at my own pace. Test questions are not tricked-up so it's simple. Got what I needed. Also like that test questions are split into sections and not all at once.

You should make the scenarios interactive with color to make the course interesting.

Online training is one of the most convenience methods on these days.

There is no search feature on your website. After clicking around for 15 minutes I ultimately called your sales number. If it wasn't for the fact the annuity provider I'm working with specified WebCE I would probably have ended up elsewhere. That said the course when I found it was good.

1 hour 40 mins is too long for this course in comparison to other authentic AML courses available. I was falling asleep due to the length and lost focus.

I had to go through most of the catalog to find the correct AML course that was needed. I suggest that a easy search is added to the home page, so I could have typed in AML certification, and I would have been taken to what I needed

While I love the read along audio, I think its better with a human to get the pauses and audio inflections. The AI Audio was always good for indicating emphasis points in the material and sounded too machine like.

This CE requirement tries to justify time spent on common sense situations that unscrupolus agents would ignore anyways.

One needs to take the ALM course prior to taking the Cannabis class - many of the terms/acronyms in each lecture were the same; however, in the Cannabis Class they were listed but they were not defined. SAR was referenced but not defined. Confusing.

I appreciated the system where I was able to continue where I left of in studying the content materials, as well as even with the exam even if I did not have to do so. My fears of setting up the proctoring protocol was dispelled as my neighbor fully comprehended how to set up and monitor my testing.. I thought that I was not prepared enough and intended my first try at the exam(with 100 chances) to be a dry run, just to see what else I needed to cover as I had not finished the course as much as I was comfortable with..but surprisingly, had only 1 error on my first attempt, scoring a 96...Proving how well the course(with no pressure in having 10ances) was structured to provide a good explanation with ease of using the audio or not...
