This course is designed to provide insurance producers with a practical understanding of supplemental long-term life insurance (SLTC). This course also focuses on producers' responsibilities and consumer protection standards related to premiums, rates, and claims. Producers will learn how to comply with education, testing, and reporting requirements, recognize potential penalties for noncompliance, and apply consumer protection standards.
