I used the audio presentation. One thing I think you can improve on is correcting the AI description of various numbers. Example: AI voice would say $125,000 as "One hundred and twenty-five dollars zero zero zero. Very distracting. Otherwise, very good!
The AI voice occasionally mispronounced or otherwise made mistakes with its diction or pronunciation. This took my attention off of the content; not for long, but it did happen.
Easy to complete, they give you enough time to study and take the quizzes.

i have been doing this for a long time. i dont know why i have to be held to the full 2.5 hours to complete the material when i can finish it quicker - it is just a waste of my time to sit and run out the clock

I liked the fact that this time we were given more time to complete the course. This change gives more time to read or listen to the material presented and have a clearer understanding to fully comprehend the subject matter.
The Course was easy to follow. Very Informative
When you grade the answers, you provide an explanation for when the answers were correct, but you provide NO explanation when the chosen answer was the wrong guess. You should give the explanation in BOTH instances: why the answer chosen was right, and why the answer chosen was wrong.
A lot of focus was geared to Life Insurance - not just Property & Casualty.
Was not happy you have a required minimum amount of time to complete the course. If I finish in less time, I should be done. Some of us have years of experience and can just take the exams. This time limit delayed me moving on to another course.
I love the read to me audio feature.
Please review that the names of people listed are consistent. Several times a name was mentioned but then later in the question, the name was changed without warning. Proofreading over the test questions would be beneficial.
I love the audio. I would love for the test to be audio as well. Much easier for visually impaired people.

I did not care for what seemed to be AI narration
Listening to Thor audio, I would listen for 4 minutes and thr time would only move 1 minute. Becuse of this I he tomre-listen to sections over and over. I credibly horrible content and execution. Will never use webce again. Then I answe questions on the quizzes correctly and you mark them wrong,

The Content of the course is excellent. I would be nice fo you to adjust this course so that when we are finished, we submit the finals. Having to monitor the computer for the last hours/minutes whether we have finished or not is a Total Waste of Time and not beneficial for our continued education.

The fact that we have to sit here for the required course time is absurd. If someone is able to finish before the time is up, we should not be punished for being efficient. There is no learning advantage to wasting time staring at a screen when the course has been completed. It is simply for the sake of filling time. Maybe the amount of CE hours required is excessive and unnecessary and that is what should be re-evaluated.

Had to listen to the material twice just to get the required time to complete the course. Also had to slow the reading down to .75 as when i watched it at 1.0, it went too quick for the requirement to be met.
I'd like it better if you achieve over 85% or 90% you should not have to wait the full hours.

I don't know if this is something that is really in WebCE control but the time duration spent on content. 5 hours that need to be spent on content pages is a bit excessive. I am fast reader and also been in the industry for a long time so getting through content quickly to then have to sit on a page for 5 hours seemed a bit excessive. I know this is probably more so the board with adjusters licensing versus you guys but wondering if there was a way to fix this. Afterall, mastery of the material is what should matter here.
The voiceovers could be more energetic.
It would've been nice to be able to make the text be a little larger or smaller as needed

My only feedback is that it took longer than expected. However, I should note that the course itself stated it would take about 3 hours which ended up being pretty accurate. I was told beforehand that it would take a little less than two though, which is the reason for this comment. I don't believe that is the fault of the course...
Great Use of Case Examples for Better Understanding
This course is geared towards life insurance professionals and financial planners, not property/casualty insurance professionals. Much of the content was very specific to the life and financial services products, making it a terrible choice for those in the property/casualty arena.
Like the Examples that were given in different scenarios. I didnt want to listen to the audio because it sounds monotone like a robot, so I read it all instead. Having different colors or mailing a booklet helps me because I am a mature learner who is used to books and note-taking. In the different college classes I took over a 30 years of my life, we always listened, took notes, study, and then test. The time allotted on these lessons needs to be longer. Thank you

This course is designed for agents selling life insurance. I needed an ethics course and thought this would be a general insurance topics course. Since I don't sell life insurance some topics were far from applicable topics.

The Ai reader pronounced words incorrectly and read the dollars like $100,000 digit by digit.

I don't recall which section it was in, but one of the trial questions had such a confusing question because of the use of a "double negative". It was the only area where I became irritated.
The whole timer thing is annoying! The countdown time is not correct with the time that it so that course took. For example, 3.25 minutes only shows one minute for your counted time. :((

I think there is a difference in a carrier denying liability versus denying coverage. The content was not clear
The A.I. reader needs an upgrade. The cadence/pacing was irregular in places, and a few words (like “present”) were mispronounced as their alternative meeting (i.e. “present” was pronounced as in the “gift” meaning rather than the “delivery” meaning). These pacing and pronunciation issues distract from the learning process.
There were janus answers to choose from making two answers to choose from the same. Also, the section mentioning the housing crash and depression does not explain why it occurred when it that is an import part of understanding the context.

The amount of time to take the course is significantly less than what is required to remain in the course to get the credit. As long as all material is reviewed and the tests are passed, there should be no time limit. This is a ridiculous requirement made by individuals that do not care about the quality of the education, only some arbitrary requirement.

Excellent course. The Read-it-to-me-audio feature is a very good addition.
Having a system simply read the words on the page to you is not engaging. I'm capable of reading and can read much faster. Rather, it would be helpful to set up the information into micro learnings with videos that feel more like watching TV. On the positive note, I appreciate that the chapters were broken down to quizes after each chapter rather than having to take one big test at the end!

Wording of questions on exams use a lot of misleading sentence structure such as negatives/double negatives. There were also a few grammatical errors. It felt like the questions were generated by AI or by someone who hasn't studied how to create effective exam questions. Overall, easy to use and I appreciated the use of examples within the provided reading materials.
Maybe if next time you can place videos, not necessarily Hollywood styles, but creative ones, like the ones drawing or just regular people and also videos explaining cases to understand the compliance better.

The read it to me needs much improvement. When reading dollar amounts it single numbers them- which is distracting = also reading the subject and the chapter as with the same wording is not necessary and slightly annoying. Lastly the ability to read the words as they are written and should be pronounced should be looked at.

why sooooo many repetitive questions? i feel there could be less quizzes and less questions. many questions repeated again and again. i would prefer one big test over so many little ones
Some of the questions were a bit repetitive and back to back on the exams. There are also some instances where the grammar of the questions are incorrect and cause confusion. Also, might want to update the AI voice, it mispronounced several words causing some confusion when following along. Things such as sayings 'lives' wrong or 'three zero zero, comma, zero zero zero' instead of three hundred thousand.
Chapter 9- The pro rata calculation example is incorrect. It states 33% of $10,000 is $3,333, it should be $3,300. And 67% of $10,000 is $6,667, it should be $6,700.
This is my 2nd time using webce. Love the ease of purchase & the audio.
Slow down the reader. I was done 45 minutes short of the 3 hours. And I found the speed of the reader to be pretty quick. It would be cool, too, if the AI reader's audit could be edited to use some emphasis, or use the correct pronunciation of a word for the context (present the verb instead of present the noun).

Your answers are quite esoteric and even after scanning the entire section, I was unable to find the answer you were looking for based on the options given. Don't make this test about trying to trick people.
The content in this course was very dry and legal-jargon filled, so the interest was not captured. I would prefer more engaging content, and easier to understand.
I did not like the computer generated reader. The pronunciation and phrasing can be all wrong.

This course was clearly written and informative. The one drawback for me, personally, is that it focuses on life insurance and investment products when my focus is health insurance. However, the content was, in most cases, easily applicable.

The time allotted for the courses is not enough. We have to read 20-35 chapters in 4 hours with a quiz after each chapter. Yes the material is common sense for insurance agents but the scenarios presented need a bit more critical thinking. Next license renewal should allow more time to process, learn and master the material.

I have taken many, many Ethics courses over the last 15 years of my life insurance business and I can state this was the best Ethics course I have ever taken. This course verbiage was written better than any other I have ever read. Ethics is very important to me and I practice them daily in my business. Therefore, I despise taking Ethics courses but I can honestly state I actually enjoyed this course. Again, it was extremely well written.
The audio was terrible to listen to. It's clear, but the computer generated voice is monotone and does not read the sentences in a natural flow, but rather, breaks in inappropriate areas making it distracting and difficult to follow.

The use of uncommon, hard to understand, not commonly used words made it unnecessarily hard to get through.
The course was too long with too many repeated scenario questions.
I just wish the audio was not like AI... if it was read by a narrator it would be so much better, that's my one piece of feedback
I repeated some things multiple times. A fair bit of typos and grammatical mistakes. Some of the language was confusing.
The speaking option would be much better if it weren't so robotic. The robot makes it very boring and not very interesting

When choosing the courses, it is not well specific as to the category it belongs when needing specific hours. For example, I was needing general education hours and this course was not specific. I completed but not sure if the hours will help towards what I need.
The one note i would have about this last section, ethics for P&C agents is that it spends too much time referring to Life agents and investment counselors.

Not sure use of words like estoppel, ratification and the different kinds of authority were a good idea.

Good content to help understand how to make good decisions and take proper care of the insured, while applying the policy provisions correctly and consistently.
I had no problem with this course, every lesson was easy to handle.
EXCELLENT COURSE AND WEBSITE
This course in particular requires extensive review and study. Much of this content is necessary for me to be effective as an adjuster. I will be reviewing this course in its entirety well before my next qualification date.
