My only feedback is that it took longer than expected. However, I should note that the course itself stated it would take about 3 hours which ended up being pretty accurate. I was told beforehand that it would take a little less than two though, which is the reason for this comment. I don't believe that is the fault of the course...

Great Use of Case Examples for Better Understanding
This course is geared towards life insurance professionals and financial planners, not property/casualty insurance professionals. Much of the content was very specific to the life and financial services products, making it a terrible choice for those in the property/casualty arena.
Like the Examples that were given in different scenarios. I didnt want to listen to the audio because it sounds monotone like a robot, so I read it all instead. Having different colors or mailing a booklet helps me because I am a mature learner who is used to books and note-taking. In the different college classes I took over a 30 years of my life, we always listened, took notes, study, and then test. The time allotted on these lessons needs to be longer. Thank you

I liked that it read to me and that there were quizzes after each lesson.
All of the Ethics material having to do with Life Insurance should have it's own Life Insurance Ethics module. I don't sell life, don't want too - and this was a waste of my valuable time.
I don't recall which section it was in, but one of the trial questions had such a confusing question because of the use of a "double negative". It was the only area where I became irritated.

I think there is a difference in a carrier denying liability versus denying coverage. The content was not clear
The A.I. reader needs an upgrade. The cadence/pacing was irregular in places, and a few words (like “present”) were mispronounced as their alternative meeting (i.e. “present” was pronounced as in the “gift” meaning rather than the “delivery” meaning). These pacing and pronunciation issues distract from the learning process.
There were janus answers to choose from making two answers to choose from the same. Also, the section mentioning the housing crash and depression does not explain why it occurred when it that is an import part of understanding the context.

Have to be here. Have to do it. Otherwise I found zero learning or value to anything here. You have a great business model. To be honest, I found a competitor the other day for much much less. I couldn't find them on the weekend and only paid this becasue it was in my computer memory. I don't know what sort of comments you want from me. Other than, make it cheaper, make it faster, and make it cheaper.

Excellent course. The Read-it-to-me-audio feature is a very good addition.
Having a system simply read the words on the page to you is not engaging. I'm capable of reading and can read much faster. Rather, it would be helpful to set up the information into micro learnings with videos that feel more like watching TV. On the positive note, I appreciate that the chapters were broken down to quizes after each chapter rather than having to take one big test at the end!

I am a quick study and only need to be told once and I have the information needed. well presented and wording was usually very clear
Wording of questions on exams use a lot of misleading sentence structure such as negatives/double negatives. There were also a few grammatical errors. It felt like the questions were generated by AI or by someone who hasn't studied how to create effective exam questions. Overall, easy to use and I appreciated the use of examples within the provided reading materials.
Maybe if next time you can place videos, not necessarily Hollywood styles, but creative ones, like the ones drawing or just regular people and also videos explaining cases to understand the compliance better.

I liked being able to pause, save and come back to it.
The coursework takes much more time than the designated number of hours credited to the course.
The read it to me needs much improvement. When reading dollar amounts it single numbers them- which is distracting = also reading the subject and the chapter as with the same wording is not necessary and slightly annoying. Lastly the ability to read the words as they are written and should be pronounced should be looked at.

The AI generated audio was the least favorite part.
why sooooo many repetitive questions? i feel there could be less quizzes and less questions. many questions repeated again and again. i would prefer one big test over so many little ones
Some of the questions were a bit repetitive and back to back on the exams. There are also some instances where the grammar of the questions are incorrect and cause confusion. Also, might want to update the AI voice, it mispronounced several words causing some confusion when following along. Things such as sayings 'lives' wrong or 'three zero zero, comma, zero zero zero' instead of three hundred thousand.
Chapter 9- The pro rata calculation example is incorrect. It states 33% of $10,000 is $3,333, it should be $3,300. And 67% of $10,000 is $6,667, it should be $6,700.
This is my 2nd time using webce. Love the ease of purchase & the audio.
Slow down the reader. I was done 45 minutes short of the 3 hours. And I found the speed of the reader to be pretty quick. It would be cool, too, if the AI reader's audit could be edited to use some emphasis, or use the correct pronunciation of a word for the context (present the verb instead of present the noun).

Your answers are quite esoteric and even after scanning the entire section, I was unable to find the answer you were looking for based on the options given. Don't make this test about trying to trick people.
The content in this course was very dry and legal-jargon filled, so the interest was not captured. I would prefer more engaging content, and easier to understand.
I did not like the computer generated reader. The pronunciation and phrasing can be all wrong.
Sometimes there is too much text on a certain topic, it could be more succinct

I didn’t realize that there are some courses that require a proctor in Iowa. I called the customer service line and the representative switched out courses for me without a proctor.

This course was clearly written and informative. The one drawback for me, personally, is that it focuses on life insurance and investment products when my focus is health insurance. However, the content was, in most cases, easily applicable.

I have taken many, many Ethics courses over the last 15 years of my life insurance business and I can state this was the best Ethics course I have ever taken. This course verbiage was written better than any other I have ever read. Ethics is very important to me and I practice them daily in my business. Therefore, I despise taking Ethics courses but I can honestly state I actually enjoyed this course. Again, it was extremely well written.
The audio was terrible to listen to. It's clear, but the computer generated voice is monotone and does not read the sentences in a natural flow, but rather, breaks in inappropriate areas making it distracting and difficult to follow.

Consider providing clarification to whether General Damages are compensated under UM/UIM when an insured driver has a workers' compensation claim. WC claim pays for special damages (wage loss, impairment, medical), not general damages. Compensating general damages would not be technically considered a duplicate payment. Clarifying this distinction would be helpful.

The course I took was on ethics. I liked how easy it was to focus on the answers according to the target of the lesson, ethics. (Not right and wrong or best practice, ethics, with a very clear definition in the beginning.) Thanks for that.
It is very hard to get thru this course -- it seems to be prime concern to say in 200 words what could be said in 20. There is way too much to read, much of it redundant or unnecessary

The audio is much appreciated, but the words were not always pronounced correctly and it was so monotone that it put me to sleep and I had to just read it a lot of times.

The courses have multiple repeat questions that are very similar.
If I use the Read-it-to-me audio there is no way I should end up with a half an hour more to do. The audio should take me closer to the timeline.

In the past, the questions that took a paragraph to explain/ask. HATED that. By the time you finished reading the question, you had to go back to refresh your thoughts. Much better, and to the point this time. No trickery silly questions. For sure a 10!!

You have a computer reading the text and there are MANY mispronunciations of word and dollar amounts are hard for your computer based reader program.

Outside of the fact that it's required... I find it absolutely worthless.
Easy navigation and clear presentation of material
The AI voice is like a sleeping pill. No inflections, mispronunciation of words given context made this monotonous. Hire a voice actor(like me!) for a more effective and memorable learning experience.

I love that there is so much information; on the other hand, there is SO MUCH information! Reading it all is very valuable, but also very time-consuming (and yes, I know that I'm saving time taking online vs spending an actual 3 hours in a classroom; we've become spoiled! Haha!!).

The only issue I had was that one of the questions regarding application of PIP/MPC and UM/UIM to the same loss was in a test before that information was reviewed later in the chapter.
Web CE works well, love to use it for my CE requirements.
THE ONLY THING I NOTICED IS REGARDING THE CHAPTER 20 EXAM QUESTIONS I HAD. AT LEAST 3 OF THEM WERE NOT ABOUT CHAPTER 20. WHEN I PROCEEDED TO CHAPTER 21 I FOUND THE INFO I NEEDED. SO AT LEAST 3 OF MINE ON CHAPTER 20 WERE ON CHAPTER 21 INFO.
I really like the read-it-to-me Audio and I love the quality of the content and the fact that you are allowed to take the test until you pass. I also like for Ctrl-F option.

One of the quizzes in this course has questions pertaining to automatic termination of a policy but that isn't covered during the course so the questions are very misleading.
Since this was such a long module, it was nice to take the "mini" exams rather than one final exam encompassing all of the material

One chapter quiz marked an obviously wrong answer as the correct one. One test was graded at 80% when the following page listed all answers as correct.

As a life & health agent I felt as though a lot of this course pertained to Financial advisors & PC agents. I wish there was an ethics course specific to health, specifically Medicare.

The Auot Play voice reads entirely too slowly. people do not speak at such a slow pace as it interferes with the learning/absorption process. One could guess is that the slow speech pattern has been dumbed down to an elementary grade level or for persons speaking English as a second language which in that case is entirely understandable.

The questions are very lengthy try to condense.
I thought the test answers for section 9.2 were contrary to the lesson material. The lesson had examples about pro-rata coverage between two policies and the test questions on the same situation said the earlier policy was considered terminated when the second policy became effective.

-In the last section of #16 it says "government unity" and should say "government entity" -Also, the course says "the following describe and adult child who meets the definition of family member under UM/UIM coverage: 1. He or she pays rent to his or her parents. 2. He or she is self-sufficient. [NOTE: It should say NOT self-sufficient]

In the UM section, there were only 5 questions to answer in each section and often it was the same question with different names, etc...and the same answer. I recall answering "stacking" in 3 of 5 questions. Also, I believe some answers were marked wrong in error. I remember two questions asking if UM/UIM would apply if the other insurance company denied payment due to disputed facts. I answered "no" because it was a liability denial, not a coverage denial. I failed that test due to those wrong answers.

I like the way the quiz is throughout each section.
I disliked the choices of answers being to similar. The choices need to be more concrete which would require less revisiting of the content. The basics need to be stated, precise and not veer towards a comparable/similar answer.

The course asserts, repeatedly, that NO UM/UIM coverage will apply if the insured is also entitled to workers compensation or disability benefits. This simply is not true. Workers compensation coverage will pay for medical expenses and a limited amount of income loss. Insureds can still pursue claims for damages that are not covered by workers compensation under their UM/UIM coverage. As noted in the course, UM/UIM coverage does pay general damages which are NOT recoverable under a workers compensation claim. Also, income loss in excess of what workers compensation would pay under a state schedule would also be recoverable under UM/UIM. I'd let this go but the course repeatedly insists that no UM/UIM coverage is available if work comp applies. This is dangerous because my employer/carrier was sued for bad faith because an inexperienced adjuster denied all UM/UIM coverage because the injured insured collected workers compensation benefits. This may be state specific (though I doubt it), but the course materials should be updated with regard to this issue.

Overall pretty good but sometimes the 'but sometimes' statements really muddy the water since they are in the same section as the original point. Separating these statements would really help separate the fact from the fiction so to say.

It really took a long time to read material and answer quizzes and test. For a three hour credit it took more hours than if you were sitting in a class
More examples would be of value as some of the issues are complicated and hard to understand. Written with to much legalese.

the statement "some may argue" made it a little confusing.
"Read it to me audio" was not done very well. Lots of mispronounced words and no pauses at the end of some sentences, making it hard to understand. Also, there was no expression in the reader's voice (monotone) which was distracting and also made some sentences hard to understand. I finally turned off the audio and proceeded with the rest of the course without it.
