Some of the questions were not clear as to what context you were pulling from. These were mostly the scenario ones with a bunch of commas. They seemed too open ended.
I wish it weren't so long and repetitive.
The 6 hours for the course were too long, it only took about 3 hours to get through the content.

From the Claims 101 Course, I felt that the amount of information AND the time given for the course minimum were not realistic. I would think that the minimum amount of time would be 2 hours instead of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The questions and answers are the weakest link in your program: when more than one answer is acceptable, it reduces the quality of the question.
Read it to me audio was often difficult to understand because of mispronunciations or a lack of emphasis or inflection on certain words or phrases.
Love this, I used it for 18 years. I always recommend this to my colleagues.
I disliked that I had to adjust the volume for every section of every chapter. It defaulted to max volume each time.

This is one of the "best" courses you have in that it is more direct & less complex in the wording / phraseology utilized in getting points across. I don't use the "read it to me audio anymore because it puts one to sleep (and I read faster than that) The ability to review materials regarding certain subjects is most appreciated.
Please exclude religion from your "ethics" comparison - it was spoken not once but four times in this learning lesson.

What I liked was the interactions "please pause and review the exercise or table" those were fun. But what I dislike is that the final Exam questions were a bit tougher than the quizzes taken after each learning sessions. If worded differently, that can be confusing because you've already learned it one way and then it gets worded a different way on the Exam. A lot of questions after each learning session were not even asked on the final exam. Just my thoughts. Since I handle COV B personal property inventory only, it would be great for you to come up with courses for specifically that and interacting with the name insureds. Thank you kindly.

There's a question with an error. The question is about the old lady in the wheel chair with memory loss. It should say Thomas but instead it says Michael. There's no Michael in the question. I think this was on a quiz, not the final exam

The content included in this course appears to be skewed by the authors lack of experience. The question are "carrier specific". All carriers do not operate the same way. The quoting of authors (i.e. Plato etc.) and references to multiple works (books), regarding ethics is irelevant. The course is based on the opinions and bias of the the author. This is everything an ethics course should not be.

There are several references to woke material or ideas that should be purged to provide an unbiased course.
I would have liked the read-it-to-me audio if the computer narrator had a more natural ability to utilize inflection and punctuation. In several areas it was too confusing to listen rather than read the material myself.

It appeared as either, "choose auto-play," or, if you said, "no," to that, you still had no ability to select it be replayed each time you were in that section. The automated voice reading the text was frequently incorrect in pronunciation and made sentences hard to follow by the fact the pronunciation of many words was so obviously wrong. A human being reading the text would have been better.

When highlighting red flags, one of the red flags listed was "extensive chiropractic treatment" due to soft-tissue injuries. However, in my experience working in Florida PIP, most auto injuries do end up being mainly soft-tissue and/or with chiropractic treatment being the most likely treatment. I understand this is likely a reference to the fact that chiropractic and soft-tissue injuries are the easiest to misrepresent, however it is not specifically because it is extensive or that it is soft-tissue, but rather that there seems to be no improvement in condition with treatment over time. This line could be reworded to explain better why this could be a red flag, since the wording as it is now comes across as out of touch for how auto injury claims actually present.

This was a great teach on Ethics. It was just what is needed to help us Adjuster's make sure we do right by the Policyholder, Claimants, and Insurer!
The cutesy names throw me off the main topic I should be focusing on.
My only critique is that I often am on the road for long periods of time and this is an excellent time to listen to the audio content. Problematically, and indeed dangerously, I have to use my phone to switch to the next chapter. This creates a distracted environment. I know that you also occasionally have content quizes, which stall my advancement in reviewing the content. Is there a not safe way around this? Maybe you could provide an app that recognizes that the user is in a car and waive these requirements? I really would love to be able to do this while I drive, but the danger due to distraction gives me pause.
Amazing. Love this format. All text worked GREAT. I dont use video or audio due to the text being perfect for studying and passing the exam. Just focus on the text and you'll have NO PROBLEM!

This course should be 4 hour credit instead of 3 hours. It took me with much longer to complete any with the read out loud option.
the earliest parts of the course make repeated, unnecessary references to Christianity, in such a way that makes it seem like the course writer feels Christianity is inherently an ethical religion and all Christians are therefore ethical people. It is inappropriate for a course like this.

The Exam Questions can be reworded and less tricky.
The course made multiple comments about alleged adjusters lack of ethics and their alleged poor reputations. I found this to be completely contrary to my 40+ insurance/risk management claims career.

Navigating the online study guide is very easy. Always bringing the user back to where they left off.
There were 2 questions where they said I made the incorrect answer. If you are denying a claim we are taught to use specific policy language. I am unable to paste the question into the additional comments

The practice questions were not related to the test questions. If the concepts covered on the test are different than the practice questions, why have the practice at all?
The quizzes were helpful. Mispronounced words were distracting at times.

I feel questions should not be tricky. Intentionally trying to trip up a student by adding phrases, "which is least likely" is requiring the student to have test taking skills and detracts from what the course is teaching. Stick to the curriculum and do not try to see if the student knows how to take a test. Disappointing......

Some Example test questions in the modules are worded in such way as they can be taken in different ways, resulting on wrong "answers" - Ex. Question about First Notice of Loss vs. Documentation: the background info in the question leads one to believe the First Notice had already been reported.
The audio could use some improvement to be more easily understood. For example, the written text frequently contains a number of days in the following format "thirty (30) days" and the audio reads this every time as "thirty thirty days". As a side note, there are also a few typos within the text.
Some sentences were incomplete and gtrammar was incorrect at times.

I really liked this course. It was well written and very informative. I work in IT for a claims department and taking this course really helped bridge a lot of the gaps I was having. One critique of the course: the read-to-me audio is pretty bad. The computer voice is challenging to follow. I ultimately just paused it and read each page myself. It would be nice to have a more natural voice reading it to me so I could listen to it while working around the house or something.

27 years of taking Ethics, the quizzes are now deliberately written to be very difficult. Search feature is almost useless as all multiple-choice answers are within the searched chapter and have no clear-cut choice that matches the question being asked.
Is it necessary to have 50 questions on this subject? This was entirely too much, but relatively easy to follow.

As a property causality public adjuster I see no reason to have all the auto insurance questions on this CE test.
The Read-it-to-me audio was much needed this year because I am starting to have some memory and concentration issues from a medical condition. As a seasoned claim professional, I am knowledgeable and able to make educated guesses, but new information is difficult to retain.
I feel the auto reader has no personaity and can be hard to follow at times.
More concise information, straight to the point, not so wordy.
Please remove all gendered information in favor of available they/them pronouns as any one gender has no dealing with insurance claims or ethics of claims. Also please remove mention of Sam (Bankman)Fried in relation to ethical standards as he has been convicted of several counts of fraud and unethical business practices.

Course was way too expansive for 6 hours credit.
We need more credits geared towards what we actually do. I am a WC adjuster and not a liability adjuster. We need specific courses per adjuster. Not all Adjusters are liability adjusters and NM seems to only geared towards liability and not WC.
Some of the longer sections were harder to focus on because they were long bits of information being read without anything to break up the information.
These ethics course requirements seem overly complex and with several sections that didn't seem to apply to ethics at all (i.e. claim reporting process). I've done this job nearly 23 years and still much of this seems like word-salad nonsense.

In the practice questions for chapter 6, question #3 pertains to a liability claim scenario. One of the options asks if the "insured's" damage resulted from the policyholder's actions. Shouldn't the question refer to the "third-party claimant's" damage?

I think the reading out aloud is very close to having an instructor in front of you. this makes the class much more clear.
it should be more clear in the "packaged" units whether all units are non monitored. Working from home make a non family member monitor difficult.
The course material was fine, but I am not sure why it was necessary to mention Black Lives Matter or ESG. Depending on what side of the aisle you are on this could be inflammatory or praised. I just don't see a need for either in this material.

The audio portion of the curse was very monotone, and I feel that some lessons can be shortened a bit. Some of them were rather lengthy and I feel that by cutting the lesson in smaller segments might work better.

The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the below practice question & answer. Compared to the veriage in the content, it was very confusing and seemed not to quite line up with the content around this topic; for example, the answer I selected (letter a) used some of the same language as the content did for this definition (like "Suggested wording"); yet the answer that was supposedly correct had differing language & didn't seem to define the term Model Regulation compared to how the content described it. See below: 1. The NAIC provides the suggested wording for regulations that state insurance departments to use to administer a law that follows the wording of the NAIC's sample law. This suggested wording is known as a(n) a. model law. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "B. model regulation." A model regulation, which will be enforced by regulators in the state's insurance department, is a draft regulation that may be implemented if the state legislature passes the related NAIC model law. b. model regulation c. unfair claims practice. d. unfair trade practice

Some questions used confusing language. They did present in basic, everyday language but when attempting to determine the technical answers, the plane language sometimes obfuscated the actual issue.
The audio kept going out. I had to refresh the page to get it started again. Don't know if that was an issue with my system or the course system.
The 60 minute password to confirm identity continuously popped on screen and made it difficult to complete the course.
This particular course required one to remember the various deadlines associated with responding to a claim, etc., so it required a little more attention to that type of detail than expected. I am taking other WEBCE classes; however, there aren't enough monitor-free classes and the course topics need to be broadened as many of the same classes are offered from year to year.

Lot of the material was redundant , showing in several chapters. Format needs to be revised so that topics are grouped appropriately. Practice questions need to reflect more of how to interpret real world processes to help understand what and how and why claim process help make the correct assessment and closing of a claim.

Web CE is a reliable company to obtain or renew a license. The information is needed for any adjuster to digest with complete understanding.
I really don't care for all the biblical references in regard to ethics. I don't put much stock in bronze age mythology to support ethics and good behavior.
I would suggest that you not use examples of organization (i.e. BLM) that have been proved to be organization who engage in illegal activities when using examples of ethical organization.

The attempt of tricking or using verbiage in the test questions that isn't contained in the training is frustrating. I got one question wrong for simply stating I would follow up with the lab before contacting the customer instead of answering that I would tell the customer I haven't received the report. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond and that question is ridiculous as the answer is based upon personal interpretation on our daily work habits.

While I understand the time requirements set by the state. The required "time" inside the course is eponentially LONGER than the time it takes to actually read the content. There's no benefit to sitting around waiting for the clock to tick one all the materials'been read. Please consider adding EXTRA reading material to the course. Otherwise, this ends up just being a clock watching game with no actual benefit to MOST Of the time spent taking course.

Great content. Doing cute and clever names in the test is distracting. Example using Abraham Lincoln's name to describe a guy named Abraham is driving a Lincoln. Or... The name Anne Adjuster (Adjuster as the last name) I had to re-read the question 10 times over because it was confusing and had nothing to do with the content. Simple "Bob Smith" and "Mary's" would be great.

And the final exam asking about coverage to a Henway? RIDICULOUS. A Henway is a joke; while humor is important, it should not be used to "stump" the reader. The lesson also used slang like "stump" that is to say stupefy the reader.

I disliked that there were no visuals throughout the course material. The entire course was just reading bullet points. I tried to use the voice audio for part of the course but whatever AI your program uses made this information even harder to follow along with because their voice was so monotone. The information you gave during the course was important for new adjusters but the way you presented it (ie no visuals and awful AI voice) made this course difficult to follow along with)

These courses appear to be designed the cheapest way possible, using a robotic voice with little-to-no inflection or pause for parentheses and other areas one would expect a brief pause. The content consists of blocks of text - nothing more. As a person who does not absorb information via lecture, I get the bare minimum from these courses.
I appreciate the answers being highlighted in yellow, so you can easily see if there are unanswered quiz/exam questions.
Please include some visuals or video or SOMETHING to break up the monotony of walls of text.

Question #68 is poorly written. The way the questions is written is hard to interpret what answer you are looking for.

I think some of the practice questions could be worded differently or better.
The manner in which the chapters were arranged and limited to the specific subject was extremely helpful to my comprehension of the material. This reduced lengthy chapters, which can be tiring and a source of distraction. I appreciated if the chapter had only five sentences related to the subject matter, it made of an easy read and a "get to the point" fashion of teaching and better absorbed by my brain.

WebCE is very boring. It is simply words on a page with little to no visual examples. I really miss the days of in person CE classes as they sparked good discussions and were a lot more interactive than spending 5 hours reading and listening to audio prompts.

The read to me option is great, just with the voice had a bit more flection in it, no so mono tone.
The course material was very good. However, there were many words, not insurance terms, used that I needed to look up for their meaning to understand the context. The author has a wide variety in vocabulary, however, those reading this might not have the same vocabulary and might not understand what is being said nor wish to look up the meanings of the words used as I did.

The test content uses pop culture references that are very dated. There are some practices noted in the training that are very dated as well.

It is so helpful to be able to go at my own pace and be able to take the test any time of day!
Although a banner populated saying I didn't answer questions I read quickly and still hit enter, the system should not allow a person to advance until they've at least attempted to answer the question, in other words create a fail safe so the person at least has to attempt at answering. How I skipped over 2 questions is beyond me and the only 2 I missed because I didn't answer them.

Course was very helpful and especially if a person that is entering the claim field.
It was a user friendly experience.
Test questions were worded poorly and sometimes had to be re-read multiple times.
Too much reading on topics that do not apply to my claim's adjusting role. For example homeowners and property claims.

On Chapter 6 practice question #3, I chose the incorrect answer, as answer A states: Did the insured's damages result directly from the policyholder's actions? I believe "insured's" should be replaced with "claimant's" damages, as the question relates to a 3P liability claim, not a 1P insured claim.
I like that the material is printable so I can study it offline.
Several questions were poorly worded and confusing.

i enjoyed the course content and videos went hand in hand. I love how you can stop and start and pick up where you left off. I appreciate my courses are sent directly to the Licensing Division. I also received notification when it was being and expected time for course to be updated. Great experience so far.
I would say only about 20% of the questions on the test had anything at all to do with ethics. The rest were all about the claims process, which again, has nothing to do with ethics.
A more personable read-it-to-me audio. Also add some videos to make the course more interactive as opposed to just seeing words on a screen. Videos help deliver the message in a more memorable way.
Voice used is very monotonic.
I absolutely loved the test questions like Jerry's Ford and Abraham's Lincoln. It keeps the mood light and feels a little less like a stressful test.

I am reminded to introduce knowledge bases before progressing to more complex issues. This training was put on me last minute and I was expected to complete 24 hours of these claims classes in 1 days when it should've been spread out, I wish I was able to open book these exams because I learn better that way. Do better.

The time listed as having to complete seems longer than necessary. I understand the credit hours, however, some of the required time in the section was longer than necessary. On a case by case basis I can see where some many need more time and others less, however it feels wasteful to have to wait a clock out so you can proceed with the next section/tests. Just my thoughts. Thanks.

VERY CLEAR AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND
I love the option to turn off the audio and read at my own pace.
Some of the vocabulary can be simplified or dumbed-down so that learners can focus on grasping the content and not have to fumble for definitions (example words: aldroit, promulgating).
I like the search feature on the course helper. I enjoyed the humor the authors used in formulating the questions.
I was a bit surprised with all the references to Christianity and God in the beginning of the course. Do those who do not believe in God (or at least the Christian God) not have ethics?

Good Knowledge Information for Insurance Agent point of view class on Adjusters and their Ethics
I had to re read questions many times to get a full understanding of the question as grammar was------was----it sort of seamed like someone from another country translated to English from a different language and didn't quire get it proper. If you ran these questions thru a grammar check you would get many corrections.

In section 2.5 it is stated that the policy limit on a property policy for watercraft is 1500 and the boat is valued at 5000 and that the most the insurance company would be required to pay is 5000. Might want to get that corrected

The only thing I had a problem with is, in the read-it-to-me audio some heteronyms (words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently and mean different things) are pronounced incorrectly for context. (such as the word object, being pronounced OB-ject, instead of ob-JECT)
The test had odd questions that honestly had little to do with the content. It was a bad test overall.

Also really lie that yo report to the State of Florida twice daily. Results are able to be confirmed quickly including compliance with the state.

The content should be checked for typo's and grammatical errors. One that I recall is question number 24; it should read an engineer who will serve.....it currently reads to will serve.

the search option on the test should be as easy to use as the CTRL F option , which allows you to cycle through the specific word you search , rather than scrolling through the document when i enter the word to the search bar provided by the test.
it is my opinion that although most adjusters may hold an All-Lines license the majority only handle one line of claims. Therefore, if there is anyway possible to gear the course content toward a specific line based on the intake information it would be helpful.

There were several typos in the earlier sections - specifically, they course material said "collaborate" multiple times when I believe they meant "corroborate".

The read to me audio needs some work - it was very robotic and doesn't have a cadence with punctuation. In addition, there is a lot of repeated information (for example, the sentence "There are five (5) apples" would be verbally relayed as "there are five five apples" which I found redundant and distracting.

This course was very informative and easy to follow, however it uses unfamiliar/uncommon words frequently throughout the content. I had to look up the word to understand the content (and I am usually very knowledgeable with that). In other words, they could break it down in more "layman terms for those that are not as versed in "big words that are not used regularly". Other, than that I got 100% so I clearly retained the information presented. :)

One of the main reasons I love this course is because I listen to the out loud course. It is very easy and convenient to follow along.
I have been using WebCe for a long time, the subro class is frustrating to say the least... the way the questions are set up are not right....I bought a new class just to finish my credits. I never had a problem before. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience. See you next time.

I think there was a typo on a Chapter 6 test question: I think a. should be "Did the" [claimant's] vs. "insured's." 1. Jefferson is likely to pay a liability claim if three key questions are answered in the affirmative. Which of the following is not one of those key questions? a. Did the insured's damages result directly from the policyholder's actions? b. Does the insurance policy cover this loss? c. Has the policyholder presented a current copy of the policy? That’s correct! Key questions deal with coverage, liability, and damages. Insurers maintain policy information in their files and rarely require the policyholder making a claim to produce the policy. d. Is an insured legally responsible for the loss?
Like: The "Pop Quizzes" between chapters; the ability to sign in/out; the ability to use the reference material during testing; some of the questions' humor is engaging. Dislike: Some double negative questions are confusing; the test. Understand the need of application of the study material but can we just have some straightforward questions thrown in (e.g., definitions). Thanks!

The audio has greatly improved your courses-especially the more accurate time-to-complete numbers. It could still be improved by having an actual person read the course. The computer generated reading makes some mistakes. Also it would be helpful not to have to pause it to read or complete exercises. Thank you.

It might be useful if you were to offer interactive courses or at least video presentations, perhaps for an additional cost. The robot reading voice was quite distracting, and I turned it off.

For an adjuster, time is money and we have to use our days off to do these DE's which makes it, not so much a day off but at least you make the courses reasonable time wise. Thank you
Two suggestions. Conceptual trick questions are reasonable, but trick questions that are based in wordplay (e.g.: "conception date" versus "inception date," "over oath" versus "under oath," etc.), while entertaining to a wordsmithing punster like me, could be inadvertently discriminatory toward non-native English speakers. Please consider a more accessible and inclusive format. Secondly, if a scenario makes reference to an unnamed individual (e.g.: simply adjuster, customer or employee) without naming them, I recommend using non-binary, they/them pronouns in lieu of the binary "he or she" as the former is more inclusive. In fact, even scenarios wherein individuals are named could stand to have more variety in gendering.
This course was awesome. I learned so much and the manner of disseminating the information was easy to understand and learn .
Option to choose another voice for narration

Not have a final exam. Just have the 5 question quizzes at the end of each session. I feel like more and more people are finding alternative CE platforms that do not require exams.

I found several type-o's in the material or a few questions that the grammar wasn't clear in understanding what was being asked. For example question number 28 on this exam, who is Devon? The question starts of talking about a person's husband dying in an accident, then starts talking about Devon without identifying who Devon was. I think having someone else other than the creator of the questions, proof read these may uncover these nuances.
Courses indicated as "new" flagged upon purchase as "repeated" within the last 2 years (although they were new courses). Clarification surrounding available courses/applicable courses would be helpful.

Wish WebCE was the contractor for FEMA's NFIP claim adjuster annual certification class. Their program lacks any educational objectives and is simply a mind numbing 6 hour ordeal that no attendee takes seriously.
I enjoyed the continuing education curriculum and both presenters were very effective.

I retain better when I read the information myself and found it more time consuming to listen to the audio. I was pleased we were able to turn off the audio.
Please have a human do the audio reading instead of AI reader. The cadence and inflection of the AI is distracting and I have to go back to comprehend things sometimes. This causes the time used to complete the course to be inefficient and causes me to want a different CE course program. I liked the Ethics course with video human teachers much better, but at least human reader would work.

It didn't take very long to finish this section.
This course was very in depth and realistic. Despite the popular fictitious names used, there were very realistic scenarios presented and they were not just easy quick reads. I actually had to read them carefully. Conclusion: The content was very applicable and useful.

I laughed really hard when I saw it. Thanks for having fun with it. Great content, too. The read-to-me function is stellar, especially because it can be used on a mobile site. I was able to power through this material like crazy because I could do it on my iPhone rather than in a chair at a desk. I could listen while doing chores or walking my dog, taking breaks as needed for the quizzes. WebCE was recommended to me by Alexa (Toon) Killian, and I couldn’t be more grateful. She alleges she knows the CEO of WebCE. :P Thank you! I’ll be back to WebCE for future CE and spreading the word of WebCE to others needing CE.

Good Corse
The questions are to much text book and not enough real life. The question about the Zcar not added the policy is not real life. An agent or underwriter would step in and discuss with a supervisior and the car would be added with the appropriate premium to pay the claim. You should use real adjusters to form your questions and answers tailored to real life

There are several types of adjuster. it could be more specific when it comes to terminology.
Great site for CE
Some of the questions grammar is throwed off for what is being asked. Some of the questions are not related to the course. Some questions needs to be reviewed because most were hard to understand.

I use Web CE for all my continuing education. I find that it meets the needs of what is required and also what I do for a living. I find the website user friendly, easy to use and very efficient.
