The required course time was 3 hrs and 20 minutes, while the sections and narration were only 2 hours and 10 minutes. I was done with the material and practice questions but was not allowed to take the exam. So, I had to go through part of the course again for another 1 hour and 10 min. Pretty frustrating that the course was not timed to better align with the requirement.

Finding the correct Ce courses were not too easy, however having the bundle set up is perfect- can there be question marks beside each item so you know you are getting the ones done.

Some concepts were outdated, there missed yearly adjustments in medicare stuff one one my courses, not sure if it was this one. I google and understand it on my own and spend time re-reading, only to have it explained in the course two sections later

Some of the sample test questions do not make sense. How are we supposed to know the employee has dental insurance in the question? What if he only has health insurance and wants to use HSA funds for the cleaning??? See question- An employee wants to use their HSA funds to cover a dental procedure. Which of the following procedures would be eligible for reimbursement from their HSA? a. a root canal performed by a dentist b. teeth whitening services for cosmetic purposes c. a consultation with an orthodontist regarding braces d. a dental cleaning performed every six months

Some of the material was not broken down sufficently to fully grasp some new laws or terms that did not clarify what constitutes a violation of these said laws or rules. I feel like some information should have been given a proper break down following what the new laws or rules were so a less saavy agent could grasp the nuances of the complex nature of the rules or laws being added.

Please add acronyms to the voice language database. It is very annoying and time consuming to listen to the Read-to-me audio pronounce each letter individually rather than use common/industry pronunciation of the acronym. For instance, HDHP was pronounced H-D-H-P rather than a quick and smooth pronunciation or reading of the letters like HDHP. Some acronyms were appropriately pronounced and it was extremely noticeable and annoying when they were not. And when they were not, they were used frequently in the subject matter. Otherwise, great. I don't like the required time for this course. I'm a fast reader and had to stay on an additional 30 minutes on a random page to get credit. it's a huge waste of time since I have other courses to complete.
The only thing I found distracting was the robot reading the material. Anytime it got to an acronym, it would say the letters slowly. The lack of inflection made the technical bits hard to understand while listening. Other than that, everything was great!

The reading of some of the program acronyms was too slow and robotic. It was distracting and took away from the rest of the course content because when the remainder of the sentence was read there was too long of a pause to make the content flow.

Your course was excellent however, for Texas, we actually had to wait the entire 4 hours or more to be able to finish. In all exams, some students usually finish before time. That I believe was excessive.

Why was this course so long when it was ONLY 2 CE hours??? It seems to me, the more credit hours, the longer the course would be. In my opinion, this course was too long for ONLY 2 CE Credit Hours. Otherwise, the content was good.
I was pleasantly surprised by the breadth and scope of the ethics update to include pet insurance, agricultural benefit plans and the inclusion of "fiduciary duties". Some people try to imply that insurance agents act only according to a more loose standard of "suitability" and not a "fiduciary" standard, but I have always said insurance agents per insurance regulations, have a fiduciary obligation as well. Glad to see this stressed in the course. (I have been doing WebCE a long time, but your courses have evolved to the point they are now even BETTER than much of the training within insurance companies). GREAT Job! A+
All of the questions are updated to include current real-time info. The questions are not unclear, though sometimes I have difficulty with the "Except" and "Not" questions. That is just me needing to read more clearly. Don't change a thing,.

My only comment for improvement would be that a few of your questions on prior exam and this one seemed to be of personal opinion instead of a question being one of a material fact. If like I, you get frustrated because lack of complete understanding of circumstances and how that could change your option. So, make it more obvious with the exact question.
You should review the answers with us. There is a lot of material covered here and it is not fair , we do not remember everything. Some web sites give you the questions with answer after the test so you can review and answer it correctly next time. You need to improve your system. Test, correct answer, review, retest to pass and make your site more friendly to busy customer and pass the test. GOT IT.

You have an error in the "Glossary" of the 2 credit hour course I just took. I can't remember what the error was - but I know it's there. The error is a number. It may be the number of days for something - but I remember it's a number of some sort.

After many years of using WebCE, I will no longer get my CEUs from you because of the timers. I finish the courses in a fraction of the required time. I just don't have the time for the very long timers to run out.
The time to stay on each subject matter is ridicules most of the tests are common sense, if you have had your license for awhile, like me i briefly look over questionable passages and go directly to the tests.
I scored low on last exam. I usually score high. Maybe provide videos over content that I missed. I will review material also as important to understanding

I have taken numerous tests with you all, for the first time, you would ask questions that were not covered well or were very vague in the material. Which means I just had to guess on some of my answers, I have never had that with you all before?
The timing needs to go away. Especially for those that finish before time.

The addition of the minimum course timer will make this the last time I use WebCE. I completed the course in less than half the time and had to let my computer run to move on to the next module. I don't have time for that and I didn't learn anything while I just let the timer run. It is nonsense.
The worst of the courses I have taken. Too much insider info that doesn't apply to the agent. Why would the agent need to know if the application and check needs to be sent via mail or electronically? Why would the agent need to know the breakdown of all the divisions inside the agencies? It was just filler needed to reach the required amount of time. If you are going to require us to know the agencies, then they should be in the test. Bad course.

Course was too detailed and long .
There were a couple of questions that could've had two answers selected if we could rationalize. On the other hand, it tests your knowledge of the material and applies it to actual scenarios.
Although i did not use it but the opportunity to go back to the chapter to search for the answer
I believe the man speaking is AI but he is soooo monitone, it made it difficult to stay interested in the material.
There were two questions specific to FSA Maximums & Rollover that are no longer correct as it changes annually.
I forgot to note my final score for a couple of courses I completed but could not find where to go back and find that, if even possible.

I am trying to be appointed to Equitrust. I was referred to this site and the NAIC bundle was available. I selected that bundle and was directed to select the other courses, which I did. I spent many hours on the NAIC bundle only to be told that I could not take the exam because I needed a certificate number from the CPB site, which I do not have. That bundle should not have been made available to me if I didn't have the certificate. That was very disappointing. It was a waste of many hours.
The content for FSA's was not current for 2025
One BIG improvement would be to be able to access each set of Chapter questions for review prior to the EXAM. There's a lot of material covered over days, and it's challenging to retain this amount of information without the ability to review summarized questions at the end of each chapter. Thanks!

I dislike ambiguous questions! I am a CEO of a multimillion dollar company and if you are going to provide 5 hours of credit it should only take a maximum of 5 hours to complete the 5 hour course! This is not the case with your programs, especially if you utilize the audio feature! Otherwise ;you waste valuable time. No other certifying organization I associate with operates like this

It only took 2 hours 4 minutes for me to go through the read-it-to-me audio and answer the practice quiz questions at the end of each Chapter; however, the course required 3 hours and 20 minutes before I could take the Final Exam. The time for the course needs to be reduced or content needs to be added in order for those 2 timeframes to align.
The only thing that I could see improving the experience would be more practice test questions at end of each section. Also, I would like to see a practice test before the Exam

On the last course I did today, I listened to audio the entire course, going through each section. When it was complete it said I still had an hour and 15 minutes before I could take the exam. The Health & Accident Insurance course excels with comprehensive content & exam alignment, but gaps in topics like credit disability and a text-heavy format without visuals need attention. Add missing sections & diagrams to enhance prep!
There was one question that I feel is incorrectly set up. It asks: What is the maximum amount an employee can contribute to an FSA on an annual basis? The answer should be $3300 indexed. It listed other choices. I chose a random one and suppose I got it correct but please update for future test takers. Thanks!

It needs to be updated the Medicare Part D rules are outdated. There is no more coverage gap and it mentions nothing of Medicares M3P program that was started in 2025.
I loved that I can time out and pick it up right where I left off. One night I feel asleep and I was upset because I was like Oh! no ; Do I have to do it all over again and I didn't so I was grateful for that feature.
The wording on some of the test questions are misleading. It is difficult to decipherer what is being asked.
When taking the exam there seems to be alot of "trick" questions. I don't like that. I spend way too much time on one question second guessing myself.

This was a unique CE to complete as it will help me understand the industrys needs when speaking to clients and their work or group insurance plans and how that can relate to saving for their retirement.
Some of the material seemed overboard on taxes and deductions. i.e. more tax than insurance.
This class was on HSA's. It's a complicated topic. You did a good job covering it. I learned one thing I didn't know before taking the course. Most classes are boring, but not this one. Good job covering it.

In 2025, the questions referenced FSA maximums going back to 2014 ($2,500) which made the questions regarding maximums and rollovers a bit confusing.
the course is rated for 4 hours even with auto play enabled it took me less than 2 1/4 hours to cover the materials and I had to waste more than 90 minutes reviewing the materials in order to take the test.
The course material was presently clearly!
Some of the questions were worded funny, which made it difficult to answer properly. For example, plans that stated they began in the middle of a month when Medicare plans start the first of the month.
I like the "read it to me" audio but it would be nice if it were a little less "robotic" sounding.

I do not like the way the reader reads the material on auto-play. It is read like a robot with no intonations and makes it hard to understand. So I chose read mode majority of the times.

this one took over an hour longer than it said it would which makes no sense to me as i took 2 others at 3 hr and 2 hrs that were on or under that time limit.
I strictly specialize in the Medicare/Medicaid market. I do not sell any type of accident or life policies. I wished you would have courses geared more to the Medicare Mkt. There was only one 2 hr course for that. The rest of the materials I had to study & test on will not benefit me at all in the Medicare/Medicaid mkt. I like learning, but, learning things that will benefit my business.

I think these courses are too long! A lot of content is repeated.
There was one item under qualified medical expenses that didn't seem to make sense. It talked about 'special' food being qualified only if it doesn't have nutritional value (or something to that effect). I would have thought that food with no nutritional value would not be a qualified HSA expense. Nothing was on the exam about it so it didn't have an impact on my score. I just thought it was odd.

There was one section in this course that was very long. That section was too long and should have been reorganized to smaller, more understandable pieces. Difficult to follow.
One suggestion may be to use less robotic sounding reading audio.

The audio on this course is excellent. I like that I can slow it down and speed it up when desired. The information provided is clear and concise. I recommend this to anyone who owns an HSA. I learned things I didn't know and the new info will be very handy in my personal life.
For my CE classes I always use WebCE. The new rule passed by the State of Tx to me is not a good rule, I know WebCE had nothing to do with that rule. But I have been in this business for a long time, this particular course was not that hard to me & only took me 40 minutes to complete, some of the other courses might take me longer than the allotted time. But as agents, we should have free reign to take as long as we need to take to complete these sections & test or vice versa. If it takes longer so be it, if we finish quickly because that particular section is easier - that is o.k. also. But we shouldn't be made to be on a particular section a certain amount of time just to pass. Just voicing my opinion which I know will not matter. I only sell Medicare/Medicaid - not life or long term - so I went through this section quickly because it is what I do on a daily basis.

You mentioned the ACA creates incentives for employers for offering coverage and penalties to ones that do not. What are the incentives?
A section of the course material that I am familiar with needed to be updated in commenserate with the new regulations regarding Medicare Part D prescription price changes as a result of the "drug price reduction act" that eliminated the "coverage gap" and places limits on thje cost of eligible diabetic medications. Fortunately there were no specific questions related to Part D in the exam.

In the Health Insurance for Seniors course i think there may be an incorrect statement regarding part A benefits. You state that a person discharged from an inpatient stay has 60 days of coverage. My understanding is that the 60 days of continuation from discharge is ONLY for the same medical event, not a new one. Other than that, this is the first CE course in 15 years that I have enjoyed, and copied segments for future reference.
The limits for HSA and FSA were several years outdated (it is 2025)

There was a question regarding Medicaid prior to any discussion of Medicaid. There was also a question regarding Medicaid that had not been mentioned in the section on Supplements. Please proofread.

Since your offer some of the material in a separate course, don't include it in this course but require the QSEHRA be completed prior to this course. Also you combined 'traditional' group health, ie non-HSA plans and HSA plans under the same label. That was a little confusing because other course separate the two types, Traditional, and Qualified High Deductible.
the audio speaker is talking too fast, so apparently too much material to get in the time frame so he speaks fast. I would like to see the questions and answers of the one I missed to learn what I missed. The course is more than 5 hrs to complete..
I LOVE the read it to me audio! It makes things so much easier! After staring at a computer all day then working on the courses in the afternoon/ evening it makes CE that much easier!

I liked the historical reference of laws that have been changed for example the repeal of the Individual penalty in 2017 as a result of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. It provides a clear connection of the challenges the ACA could be faced with in 2025.

The timed portion of the material was a little excessive. I was able to complete the reading assignments much quicker than the allotted time so I had to continually review until I reached the time limit.
Course time is ridiculous! Supposed to be 2 hours credit / 1:40 total. This course required well over 3:20 hours if you listen to entire thing! Should be 4 hours credit. Credit hours need to be increased or course time reduced. Had the opposite issue with prior course, ACA and the Basics of Health Insurance Exchanges, 4 hour course (3:20) that only took about 2:30 so I had to sit on computer for extra 50 minutes to meet the time limit and take the final exam.

For the FSA section of the course, the information regarding max annual election limits and rollover are extremely out of date and need to be updated (speaking as an FSA Administrator).
Although I did very well on the exam, I felt that the content of the Chapters were very specific in nature, while the exam questions were very general and made it somewhat difficult to select the correct answers. Overall, I'm very satisfied!.
It would be nice once an exam is completed to be able to view the entire test not only to see to mistakes but all questions for review.
When changing the audio volume for the read-to-me feature, it would be nice if it stayed where I put it instead of having to adjust the volume on each page.
It is the best insurance CE program I've experienced during my entire 34-year career as an advisor/agent.
Well, none of us enjoy doing CE. I think you'll find that most if not all agents find it to be just an annoying chore. I dislike going over the same materials every time for the basic 24 hours. I wish there was more variety and different subjects. I also wish that the tests were a LOT easier and shorter. We absolutely do not have to be experts on this this to do our jobs. But I iiked the convenience of getting it all done in one course. Thanks.
The reading of the content is terrible. There is no grammitical inflection, thus very hard to stay focused.
After reading materials and completing the tests… I had to go back and sit in the modules to accrue time to meet the minimum. There could be vids with new info to listen to while meeting time requirements, rather than reviewing

I spent 9+ hours on this course. There is no way it can be done in 50 min. Are you guys crazy. Maybe if someone has a photographic memory. I had to take a lot of notes which took up a lot of time. This course should have been divided up into 3 courses!!

Chapter 9, health and accident insurance examQ2- How long can an insured who has a STD plan expect to be paid benefits? The answer you use is 6 months. I sell it with Washington National supplemental accident policies and we have a 12 month benefit duration. Then on Q3- I chose 2 years, as 1 year was not an option. not choice, Again you made 6 months as the proper choice. Due to these errors, I failed the test. Please correct your trainings so this is better.

The course is too long. There are also too many mini exams within the lessons.

Some of the information on this seemed out of date
Practice test had wrong answer for question regarding preventive care. The answer was based on non- preventive care. Also, how can I learn from my mistakes if you don't tell me what the correct answer is to the ones I miss. If I were to fail the test you don't even let me know which ones I missed. That doesn't really help me learn from my mistakes.
I ended up having to pay more for what my State showed was required. I sure hope the packages, going forward,will match my requirements in full, and are easier to see what is included, and the credits.
I found that the time allotted for the class of 5 hrs to be insufficient. It spanned 20 chapters in length.

This course explained FSAs, ICHRAs, and QSEHRAs to me very well. It broke them down into something I could easily understand. I feel confident enough to sell them in the future.

The HDHP plan questions gave an example of an HDHP plan with a $1500 deductible. That is below the minimum for HDHP plans.

For illinois, I would recommend the basic health insurance course and CE credit be more easily and readily findable on the website. Basic health + Ethics course is not easily identifiable when shopping for CE courses. I was initially very confused about which course package to buy because the website pushed primarily the life and health insurance package when browsing & i reluctantly ede dup choosing it due to the inclusion of the mandatory ethics course already being included in the bundle. If the same was offered for health insurance only (bundle package), I would have been able to get through this leg of the process much easier and faster. The inventory selection is muddled and a bit unclear, which led me to making an unecessary purchase.
in this particular case the course was a bit confusing and included so much information that I sometimes became confused

In discussing the penalty that employers will be subject to if their plans are not "Affordable" and the employee gets a premium subsidy on the Exchange, the information does not state whether these penalties are monthly, or annually. Also, in counting the number of employees (to determine the amount of the penalties), is it employees in each month, previous year or other?
The study content does not always correlate to the test questions.

This is a good course to take. Lot's of information!
This was only a a two-hour course, but I felt like it took a lot longer to go thru than that.
This course is mind refreshing, and puts one into contest for an answer to any given question.
I paused the course for a short time & when I went back to it, there were 2 voices reading the materials out loud but a sentence or two apart. It made it impossible to understand what they were saying. Hard to stop the entire class, shut down & start over. this also happened in another class that I was taking a few days ago.

This was one of the most confusing classes that I have taken with you. The formatting and the questions were difficult to follow. There was misinformation and responses that required stretch rounding, when that really isn't the point. The information was not laid out very well, and the test questions and answers were not consistent with the way other content has been offered. It was frustrating looking for answers that were not there or that the outcome caused more confusion. The goal is always to give the user the material, not trick them and go through those types of gyrations.

you're showing Medicare Plan G max out of pocket at over $7,000. Not true! Plan G has a deductible of $240 (Part B premium) and that's also the max out of pocket as long as those are Medicare approved expenses. You need to fix that.

One thing that may improve the audio is having a recording of a person deliberately reading the content. Sometimes the program reading the words will mistake two words that are spelled the same and pronounce something incorrectly or otherwise make small errors an actual person normally would not.

Seems it takes almost twice the time to complete than awarded. Likely a personal issue but if ALL content is consumed at even 1.5x the reading rate? It took much longer to complete this course than anticipated.

It would be helpful to see the correct answers when reviewing the missed questions. It was no help for me to see what I missed. I would have learned from my mistake, but as it is I still don't see the correct answer.

I was unable to determine how to add CE credit for my designation when purchasing the course. When I clicked "go back" to select CE credit, I went "in circles"

Some of the calculation examples could be simplified a little -
TOO MUCH REPITITION IN YOUR BUNDLING OF COURSES. OVER AND OVER AND OVER THE SAME TOPICS. SUCH AS LONG TERM CARE. I DREAD GOING FORWARD TO SEE THE SAME STUFF OVER AND OVER COURSES ARE WAY TOO LONG. TOO MUCH HISTORICAL INFORMATION INSTEAD OF CURRENT INFORMATION. WHEN TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE IN COMPLETING THIS DUPLICATION WASTES TIME AND IS FRUSTRATING.
The content and progression of the information was easy to follow and comprehend.

The FSA rollover amount listed of $500 is outdated. That amount was increased to $550.
This particular course is only worth 2 hrs of continuing education but it took me over 5 hours to complete. Ridiculous

Question 15 does not really have a correct answer for 2024. The minimum deductible for a HDHP is no longer $1500 BUT Fran age 38 who purchased a self only HDHP with deductible of $1500 was the closest to correct. The minimum is $1600 this year.
At the end I had 2 questions wrong. I reviewed but could not see what the real answer was so I still dont know the correct answers to those questions.
I learn best with videos. I really like the knowledge checks at the ends of some of the chapters!
The visuals (diagrams), are especially helpful when understanding important deadlines and time frames.

Don't have answers that aren't relevant to the given year. Some answers didn't make sense because this test is over 3 years old and values/rules change.

I believe one of the questions and the Study Guide are incorrect: “17. For purposes of determining Damon’s eligibility for Medicaid, which of these assets is considered exempt? IRA; rental property, CD, car.” According to https://www.medicaidplanningassistance.org/medicaid-eligibility-california/ ,both an automobile and an IRA are considered exempt. Who should we believe?

This was a surprisingly super, super interesting course that explained the big picture as well as all the details. I found it of particular interest because my wife just retired (loss of our group coverage) and now we will be looking in the Exchange for our own coverage. So, learning about the Ins and Outs and how it all works was super helpful and interesting. I also, really liked the sample forms in the appendix. Also, it can help me give clients an overview before refering them over as they might need it. Overall, I rate it "A++".

There were several moments that the audio went out and it wasn't paused. I just kept reading.
Determining that WEBCE and or related competitors was not easy to determine when I was researching for testing requirements.
Horribly constructed lesson, the course was not student friendly the test was too difficult to properly understand. If you want us to retain this information this is definitely not the way to do so. I exercised critical thinking more than memory, I wasn't able to retain much information because it was presented in a very overly complicated matter . There's no reason for extreme difficulties of these exams and courses.

The health insurance portion was a bit tedious. This final exam not up to the standards of others I've taken from WebCE. Duplicate questions, poorly worded questions, and questions of minimal importance.
Content a bit redundant in some places and wording not easy to follow. Less text and more examples would be more helpful in understanding the concepts in this course.
Some questions were a little unclear. And there was I believe a duplicate question in sequence, Just different wording. Overall very good course material.

The "Continue" prompt is not sequential: it jumps to the practice test when clicked.
The course was great with the exception of a lot of information included that is not necessary. There are long paragraphs of outdated information that are excessive and unnecessary to the knowledge that should be retained from the course.
This portion of the course was not as easy to follow as the previous chapters.

Way to much information covered and expected to know
questions are vague and can be misinterpreted e.g. medicare type A or B for hip fracture - this is often an inpatient procedure. Bad choice for a Medicare question. wrong answers in final quiz are shown but correct answers and explanations are not shown. wrong answers were generally the result of inexact explanations in the text. The final quiz should hyperlink back to the section from which the answer derives to complete the circle of learning. thanks.

It's easier to digest the informaion when it's in smaller chunks versus the larger chapters. If there were some way to break those up as well, that would help considerably.
The answers to question 4 needs to be updated ($1600) & # 8 is also incorrect.
