This made the process a bit too simple to certify before CE courses. It does not seem to be designed for retaining necessary information.
This was a fairly easy course. The way is was structured and organized was GREAT for me. It allowed me to get right through it and retain the information in each course. The only thing I did not like about it was the audio. I accidently selected to have the audio on and I prefer to read the information. I retain information better that way. However, this was great! Thank you.
Even wit the Audio the first run-through of the course only took 3.5 hours. I suggest that the course could benefit with more examples and case studies to fill the 6 hours.

I love that you have an option to choose the course to take for credits. I was able to choose topics that are relevant to my areas of focus as a Life Insurance producer. I thought I already knew most of the contents but was surprised that half was information I did not know about, especially the taxation on loan withdrawals for cases where the policy lapsed or cancelled!

EASY TO USE INTERFACE, WELL WRITTEN.
Lots (and I mean lots) of outdated information on this course. Many of the products detailed here are no longer in existence. Carriers stopped writing a lot of these policies (current assumption life, etc) years ago. Time for an update.
I love the audio videos so easy to follow I do recommend WebCE.
Have used WebCE for years and likely won't stray unless another offering surfaces at a lower cost.

I enjoyed the audio feature on the course; however, it would be great to have a real person record the audio instead of an automated voice reading it. Having a real person read it makes it easier to follow along since the automated voice does not always pronounce words correctly or read sentences with the correct emphasis or pauses.
Like that we can take the exams until we PASS!
I didn't see the read it to me option so that was a lot of reading, but great help in the PDF.

It was my first time taking continuing education, and I found these courses to be excellent information to help me further acquire the required knowledge about the life insurance industry. I like the class structure because the questions where self-explanatory with finding the best answers to each question.

for the CA course, i understand that this is a brand new requirement, but if we were to have a video or some sort of audio option to review the material that would assist greatly and provide higher passing scored

The content was bias toward whole life. It spent a ton of time painting a negative light on VULs and leaned heavily on the guarantee of whole life products, leaving out the fact that the premiums are triple the costs.

It is very hard to follow the computerized voice reading the material. A real person reading the material would be much easier to follow. The computerized voice doesn't include voice inflection and tends to run sentences together, making it hard to follow.

I accomplished this however I felt like the test questions were very difficult. I'm not good at taking tests so it was difficult for me. There have just gotten to obe so many options in insurance and I sell Pre-need insurance which doesn'trequire me to know everything about selling insurances.

I liked this course because it was clear and helped me to understand the Living Benefits of Insurance better. I especially liked how specific examples with numbers were used to explain difficult concepts. There were many difficult sections that I would Not have understood had it Not been for those specific examples. The course took me a long time to complete (which is usual for me), but I don't mind as much since it was so informative. I think I actually understand MEC's for the first time now! Because the material was so clearly explained and since I took my time studying the material (as I usually do), I was able to get 100% on the Final Exam on my first try using only my unaided memory (i.e. without referring to any of the Open Book material). Bravo on creating this course. I also really like the Annuity Courses I took for my Insurance License and my Series 66 License. Thanks.

It is very long and time consuming. It would be better to be able to practice areas you are lacking and take practice quiz as an option and move on to the test.
The course material was laid out/explained in a way that made it very easy to understand it, and thoroughly understand it at that, though my problem with this course is that the listed “6 hours” is ridiculously inaccurate, as it took me closer to 16 hours to complete in its entirety. This course should count for far more than 6 CE credit hours, if not even a full 16 in my opinion.

Most difficult course I have taken in the past years. I would probably not suggest an exchange due to the tax implications without a CPA's advice.
The Audio instructions were awful. The instructor (AI I suppose) doesn’t complete sentences correctly. He runs words together and doesn’t pause in sentences where he should. It just seems like a computer saying words. There is no inflection and things get lost in the annunciation.

The inclusion of the CA state Fraud materials was not clearly described or what to do about the form in the materials wasn't clearly communicated.
It is user friendly. I will not use another carrier for my continuing education,
I learned more from this course than I have during my required studies for the insurance licensing examinations in the states of Virginia and North Carolina. I wonder why the content I learned from the exam preparation courses did not cover the critically important content offered by this course.
I spent 20 hours in reading the content and taking the test. You are offering only 4 hours CE for this course. No colourful presentation of the concepts to follow it easily and to remember. You should offer 8 hour CE for this course. Very hard to complete;

I appreciate that we can speed up the audio. Typically, I can read 2-3x faster than a normal reading speed. However, educationally it is very beneficial to both read and hear it at the same time. Thanks.

Exam questions need to relate DIRECTLY to content. Much of the content was too general to apply to half of the questions. This is a problem with WebCE products. The test questions should be tested BEFORE the product is sold to professionals.

Because of the volume of material it would be easier to use the questions from previous exams to find the answer easier.
The addition of the Reg BI section was done well.
I thought everything was streamlined very accessible information was explained clearly for me to understand.

I love WebCE courses however I must say this has been the more confusing one I have taken. I understand they are very hard concepts but I feel the wording could have broken down the terminology better.
Read it to me audio very helpful. The adjustable speed was nice.
I am required to take an Ethics course since I am a licensed Medicare health/life insurance agent. The course was good and discussed ethical sales. But the exam spent more time testing me on which life insurance product was appropriate to sell (not in my wheel house) than how to sell any/all insurance ethically. Disappointing test.

Outside of some of the questions being oddly worded, it was easy to navigate and work through

the questions were a bit difficult to understand and I felt most of them were used to trick me which made It difficult to understand what I studied was wrong or right.

I liked the big font and the clarity throughout the process. It was very well presented and easy to use.
Very user friendly
I dislike that it takes longer than it says and yet I read faster than the 'read to me' goes. So it shouldn't take so long to get thru this material and answer the questions, all should be 4 hours or less.
There were no interactives. I would like there to be some quiz questions after each chapter.

While the read it to me feature wasn't something I needed; it's nice for those who seek that. I also appreciated being able to read it myself (since I read fast) and advance forward.
WOW!!! This course was very, very advance and educational, you really have to pay attention and do the exercises to fully get this.
Test was rough! Surprised I only missed one.
there is so much material to learn if you are not a life insurance producer. I do not recommend this course to any not involved in life sales. the exam question were way too hard because this is a closed book test.
test questions need to be less confusing no reason for making them difficult.

I had no idea it was a closed book course and did not see that clearly marked when I first purchased it. Glad I had time to set aside the required study time.
On the exam questions that were wrong; would like to have been shown the correct answers here.

I started the test late on Sunday & answered all of the questions, but fell asleep. Thank goodness that the answers did not go away as time continued. They showed as not answered but after touching the answers again the answer was selected again. I made a 100%!!!!

Very good coverage of the subjects of the course.
A lot of the questions were very difficult and really do not come into effect in everyday business.
Terrible course to have combined in this package. Old, hardly used Whole life policies and outdated viatical's course should not be grouped into this bundle of credits.
There should have been an audio option for the whole course. I would have been able to do some multitasking and still learned the material. For there to be some and then none....just wasn't a great experience. The test was short but harder than most of your other courses.
