This course took me about 2 hours to complete. The content is good but there is a lot of it. It should qualify for more than a 1 hour credit.

The timing was not accurate. It kept saying that I needed to wait 2 hrs and 30 minutes to take the exam, there were several minutes that seemed to be lost as I was waiting and the clock was not giving me credit. There is not that much content and many of us are fast readers and familiar with the content, this time minimum is wasteful. If it is required for CE then you need to have a timer at the top that runs down so that we can see it move live.

As noted, written presentations were excellent - clear and concise - info and exam user friendly!

I don't like the exam that is not the open book to find the answer. Even I retake the exam the questions are completely different.

I spent a lot of time looking through the material that was listed as a learning objective, and was never covered in the chapter, it was frustrating and took me a lot longer than 4 hrs to realize that the learning objective I was looking for was not included in the material.

I disliked having to wait the actual time to take the test. I can read fast and feel that it is taxing to have to wait the exact time. It also allows for too many other distractions to come into the time allotment while waiting to take the test -

ON the test it said I was on questions 1 to 10, but showed number 11. then when it was 11 to 20, it showed 21 too.

The course is great overall however I am surprised by the overall length of the exams. This is my first time doing my Insurance CE and compared to FINRA this is much more tedious in terms of questions per exam. Not necessarily a bad thing but just wanted to make a comment as it is interesting and surprising to me.

Very heavy legal, tax, and insurance code regulations. I have an MST and an MBA and I didn't like this heavy read. On the other hand, it was something I am used to. It took too long to gain a thorough understanding of the content.

I had to chose Webce but I do not really like it.

This course was easy to follow and understand which can be used throughout my business.

Specifically, the Ethics CE course had elements I've not seen in previous CE years. I found some of the content more challenging than previous. This was a great CE class.

I usually take 50-100% more time in a course than is required. This course never showed me a "time" for the course and a time elapsed or any time of any form. It only showed me a % completion. Although it seemed that I was in this 1 hr CE for nearly 3 hours...... the % finally reached 95% but never 100%. I finally clicked out of the course and back in twice and eventually find a button for the Exam (Course Progress still showing 95%). A las........ I have finally completed.

One of the questions in the survey ask about interactive video or audio, this learning structure with WebCe doesn't have any of those on the learning material. So not sure why its a survey question.

The material was not provided in the usual manner of Web CE. Rather than presentation slides with knowledge checks along the way the material was provided in a text book manner. It was dense & not easily digestible. I got a 100% score because I've had my license for 20 years, not because I read the material word for word.

I am a fast reader and reviewed all content in under 2 hours. Had to wait until 2 hours, 30 minutes to take the exam.

I did not like that I can not review/ know, what was marked wrong.

All of the information was presented well & I felt prepared for the Test that I just got 100% on because of how well the learning structure was constructed!

I found it difficult to build my own package bundle. Other than that I love the system.

I think the quality of the material presented was great! I think it was timely and relevant. The problem I have with the course is that I find no reason why, if I can read the material in an hour and 15 minutes, why I have to stay in the course for 2 and a half hours? It makes you move your mouse around so that you act like you're reviewing the material even though I've already read it.

Only one comment. The course stated that women are more inclined to financial exploitation. This is not necessarily true. Men are more inclined to financial schemes and less likely to report which skews the data.

I found the large, primarily text, PDF file of material quite daunting, but through opening the file in Edge I was able to easily search the document which helped immensely so that I could go directly to content without needing to read through the index each time for the page #'s.

This is one of the easiest online courses that I have ever taken. It was so easy to navigate.

It needs to be more interactive as reading walls of text make it hard to stay focused our minds need to be engaged with examples and read audio as the lack of these make it hard to retain the information add this and the pass rate will not only go up but the percentages at which people acquire for the examination will be higher

The program is very easy to follow, the only problem I found was that during searching it is too hard of find the correct words to initiate the searching.

Remove the timer.

The timer on the course was extremely off causing it to take much longer than what it should have been. There were several times where I would be reading over a page for 10 minutes, I wouldn't leave the page or open a new browser, and it would say that only 2 minutes have passed by. For example, it took about 30 minutes for the timer to move 10 minutes when I never left the course or stayed away from the content.

The courses are self-study which require an exam. I prefer taking classes with Instructors and not having to take a final exam.

I know this is a Georgia state rule and not a WebCE issue, but I find the need for an impartial proctor to be an impediment. By way of contrast, FINRA does not require a proctor when completing self-study CE coursework.

I wasn't able to use the normal audio feature for the continuation courses since it was only given to me as a pdf, I did however use text to speech and was able to achieve close to the same effect, if possible having all pdf's be like the standard pre test audio type would greatly improve my experience. non the least I enjoyed this format of studying.

I do not learn by listening, I learn by reading. I really appreciate the multiple learning options and the closed captioning on the videos. The course is concise and easy as long as you're genuinely focusing. Love WebCE!

The course subject gave me a new perspective on the senior problems and will personally help myself in the future as well.

Love the simple but effective presentation. I do personally like more interactive material (i.e. quizzes, thought experiments, hypothetical scenarios with applied concepts), as this helps me learn better. Possibly consider adding more optional materials such as this within the course.

Even though I passed the exam, the exam chapter questions and final course exam questions were amongst the most difficult exam questions I have ever taken. I would not recemmend this course.

I found the proctor instructions to be confusing at first. The way it's described on the site makes it seem like you must have a proctor logged in using ZOOM meeting but I eventually found where it says it can be done in person with a proctor monitoring your exam.

I actually enjoyed my CE courses this year. Great Job to all who is concerned, very user friendly.

There was no certificate of completion, just the score results. As a result I did not print that page. There should have been a notice that the score results ARE the certificate and a "print" button should have been included.

This was the best course out of all of them I took this year- granted, it was also worth the most credits/units. But it made sense and was just easy to read and well formatted.

It was very smooth. I didn't mind it as much this year. Normally it was to drawn out and repetitive.

I finished the material in half the required time and had to wait to take the exam. This wasn't the case with other course providers

course could be more interactive and also with more exercises instead of just the questions at the end, maybe some trial exams and the summaries should include all relevant information that will be tested

I don't like that you have to spend a set amount of time in the course. If a person can read the content, understand, and pass the test, then the time requirement should be removed or lessened.

Many of the questions on the exam required knowledge of obscure and irrelevant information pertaining to trivial bureaucratic requirements that a selling agent doesn’t need to know. Very irritating.

WebCE is easy to navigate, I can always find course material for whatever continuing education course necessary, the web page is user friendly and all arroud it is my favorite place to get my CE done.

I flunked many of the little tests, but made 90% on the final. Perhaps the earlier tests could be more reflective of the final exam.

I'm not a fan of "Read it to me" audio. All else was fine.

The sequence of the topics was easy to follow

Material was presented in a way that was easy to understand. This helped the course to move along quickly.

I wish it would tell me which ones I got wrong so I could go over them to find the correct answers. To review that section.

I thought your approach to the monitor certification was much more sophisticated than AHIPs.

Crash course study or A.K.A Fast track systems are stressful. As long as my brain works right to retain.... So far course is well laid out.

Easy to understand

I would like the opportunity to review which answers I got wrong, so I can learn from it. The system currently only tells me how many i got wrong without any further information.

I like that it was not a timed exam and that it has the option to save and continue later. I am a single mother of three so it's great that I am able to save my answers and pick up where I left off when I have time to do so!

this course pdf file is way too long for a 15 question test. good for a newby, but 104 pages is alot to read. You should condese

This is what I expect from a CE course, not a boring nonsensical video.

Some of the questions asked on the exam were not in the class. Some of the questions were trick question. No quizes with this course, should be!

I started my initial CE with WEB CE and I have been happy with their services! I will continue to use them. It's simple to navigate and classes are easy to follow.

Should have broken it into smaller segments with quizzes after each chapter. There also was no summary after each chapter

I noticed an error on page 14, the numbers don't make sense. the following phase reads "Costs can be calculated hourly, daily, monthly, or annually. They can be calculated in current and future dollars. For example, an individual can enter a Sacramento zip code and see that the monthly median cost of an adult day health care facility is approximately $9,1951,257 (as of 2024). In 2034, that same facility cost is projected to be $1,689." I hope this gets fixed and please tell me what the correct numbers should be.

very informative

Toggling back and forth to and from the audio is a pain. To include back and forth with the video examples. Scientific names for the various ethical theories is not at all useful in everyday acts.

It would be helpful to know from reading on website that CA will allow both of your LTC courses to fulfill the requirement of CE. Thank you!

I thought this was open book, not sure how that was possible or not? Also said to print certificate, haven't found that yet either.
