Great overall experience with study material and conducting the exam.

This particular course (accelerated death benefits and long term care riders) is very difficult for the minimal credits (two) that you receive. In other words, this class should clearly be more than two credits.

too hard I'm older I need these tests to be easier so i can continue to feed my family I'm very disappointed. It's never been this hard in previous years you all must have new people putting the test and contents together I do not like it and will NEVER use Webce again nor recommend your company

When searching for the 8 hr Initial California Training the first time, it was easy to get confused and I ended up taking 8hrs of other Annuity Courses the first time by accident.

I really am having issues with the voice. Too automated, reads too fast and volume.

The presentation both met the requirements and provided many useful or reinforcing comments that help me in my practice or provide thought provoke ideas. Really enjoyed the time to learn. I have been a producer for over 20 years.

For a one hour credit course, it was challenging, took a lot of time and asked 1/2 the number of questions for one of the 4 hour courses I completed. Very eye-opening.

Information presented in small bites. Self paced. Able to relisten to the material if unclear. Good content. Scenarios helped with understanding the concepts

This course was actually interesting, much less boring than others I have taken.

The lack of monitor on the Exam was an issue at the start but was able to call and clarify who can proctor the exam on my state. Would be really helpful to have an online proctor provided by WebCE.

This course of all the courses I have taken has been the best course. The instructors were genuine, helped liven up what normally would be a dry course and I finished more educated and equip than before I started this course.

Horribly constructed lesson, the course was not student friendly the test was too difficult to properly understand. If you want us to retain this information this is definitely not the way to do so. I exercised critical thinking more than memory, I wasn't able to retain much information because it was presented in a very overly complicated matter . There's no reason for extreme difficulties of these exams and courses.

I see no need to take a test yearly. I believe a video refresher is better than having to take a test. We can still pay the fees. Or can be provided video or test. Possibly paying a little more

Found it frustrating that I kept getting a message that I had timed out (while still watching the video and interacting). Had to enter the course again probably 10-15 times which slowed down the process and caused unnecessary interruptions in the course.

Ethics are real life situationally dependent. Going through definitions and theory are a usless endeavor. This was structured like a high school course and I found the content a complete waste of time. After listening to the first video I just skipped to the final exam. If I could undo my order of this packet I would.

The test questions should be more simplified and easily understood.

This seemed more like a training course for sales, not ethics. Repetitive comments, irrelevant stories. Course could've been shorter. A non-video would have been much more tolerable.

I didn't see the options of Read-to-me or Video, the only format I found was reading the PDF materials, and it's too tiny to read of the print and it's boring to just read it.

I've used WEBCE Through NAPA in past, but wasn't available. The CE provider NAPA as know is terrible. I will be requesting WEBCE is NAPA's CE provider.

These two were hilarious and by interjecting well placed humor, made the course more engaging. 12/10 would recommend.

Presenters were addressing issues that are no longer prevalent in our industry (dated) and some examples and solutions offered were cringe worthy.

This is a great experience. I believe I have used this platform when I first received my license log ago and the platform has greatly improved. Yay to technology.

Again, invest in having a REAL HUMAN read the course material. It’s blatantly obvious that an A.I. did the reading and very poorly at that. Very disengaging. I completely skipped listening to it and took the test with a printed copy of the course. I am disappointed I paid money for this.

Instructions are easy to understand and program is not complex and difficult to use.

I spent more than 3 hours to finish this course. The DOI video itself is one hour long. I think this course should affored more than 3 hours CE credits.

I have not taken WEBCE classes since 2018, the answers were easy to find.

The read-it-to-me audio option would be much more effective/helpful if it were less robotic sounding, and more natural.

The large exams do not promote actual learning. The smaller units followed by exams tend to work better in this online format.

Getting from the Colonial "My Learning Connection" page to Web CE is the problem. Once on your page things were fine.

Excellent and extremely useful information!

Honestly, i would not buy anything from either of these fellows. In addition, I would nt use them as a guide to ethics. The course could have been called, "Get you clients to trust you and you can make more money!" Or,"Ten ways to convince your clients that you are trustworthy, even if you're not!" This course had little to do with ethics, but a lot about successful sales gimmicks.

Just like in other courses I took, the course content was easy to read. Difficult to absorb everything. I will definitely refer back to it multiple times. Questions were not always straightforward, but answers could be inferred.

If available, I’d like to see an updated version from the presenters. I took this exact course previously. Obviously I enjoyed it and wouldn’t have paid money to repeat it for my CE two year later, but if they have any newer content, I’d like to view that.

The Course was easy to navigate. The presentations were entertaining and informative. after spending hours reading another course for 8 credits it was good to just listen, learn and ace the Exam.

I ordered my course late so the office was closed. I was confused by the insurance CE package because it was different from what I had taken before and I was not sure if the California life and health requirements changed. Also I did not know this course was not open book until I purchased the course.

The time needed to finish was far to long for a 4 hr credit

I will continue to use this system for continuing education for my license.

I have been an agent for over 30 years, this is hands down the best ethics course i have taken. Instead of dates and cases, it was personable, relatable and thought provoking. Great job.

Pay a real human being to read the content. That was one of the worst AI readings I have ever heard. This isn’t the most exciting material to study, so having a REAL person with realistic annunciation and cadence would have made a BIG difference. I finally turned it off and just read it myself.

I wish it was a little more clear up front that this wasn't a self study course but rather had video attendance requirements. That said, the content was excellent. I had to break it up because of the time it takes but it was easy to come back to.

I have been taking courses like AML and Ethics, etc for over 20 yrs. This course lacked quality content. I found most questions silly or unreasonalbe. A better focus on real ethical behaviors, ethical standards, genuine meanful content.

This is a review LTC course yet the material is the same as the original course. This course should cover the major differences between Ca. LTC provisions and other States; (like the 30 yr lookback) but a 148 page book for a review is too long. IFor example the Massachusetts State has a two hr refresher course; . Thank you for asking.

As I mention before, I am a hands on learner or better with videos. Having to read over 140 pages doesn't create a vision board, therefore bringing the information together together like a movie. Or something we use everyday that is relatable. Enjoy and Merry Christmas

This course was presented purposefully, methodically and clearly, A few ideas presented, though interesting and helpful seemed "extra" relating to the purpose of the course, but overall, helpful and appreciated.

I would rather learn annuity from videos, an audio script, or power point. The information would be obtain a lot better using comparison when using it in real life with clients. food for thought..

I haven't taken a Personal Lines Insurance license CE course before (first year of being licensed); however, this course absolutely sets a standard of a complete course with excellent balance of content drawn from different sources and fields of study. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised to applying concepts from ethics/philosophy, psychology, and famous business leaders/writings. This course is concise and well-rounded which sets the standard for this type of CE course/training. I will definitely return for more CEs from these instructors and/or request them in the future, Thanks for all that you do!

the trainer was pretty dull. it is quite boring to watch someone sit at a table for hours simply talking at me. an interactive training, something with drawings, video, etc. would go miles.

Your Test questions are no very clear, there was one question about Mutual funds in a bank account, that question does not make sense at all. There was no reading into to it either, it was just a poorly written question.

I learn better by reading than hearing. I found it difficult to focus on the material in this course since I couldn't read it in a document. Following along the closed captions helped a bit, but was not like having a written text to go along with the course.

Shayla was extremally helpful, she helped me to see that my number of CEU's was less than I realized. If not for her heads up & kind assistance, I would have been short by 1 CEU on the deadline which is today to submit the required hours. GO SHALYA!!

I enjoyed he video presentations of the father and son presentors.

I definitely like the videos & reading to me as my eyes get very tired I wish it were open book test as I mostly do things in the night, I study better @ night. No distractions Thank you

The course wasn't boring or dry. A little humor and light. Straight to the point. I enjoyed it. Learned a lot.

I would have preferred an actual interactive course versus a 140 page document.

WebCE makes it easy to obtain CE credits. Plus, I always learn something new!

I liked the videos giving examples of context to real life situations.

I especially liked that the course instructors had written materials to show as they gave the presentations.

Some of the practice questions deviated a bit from the course content.

Sometimes with these courses, a little outside research is also helpful... did view the State of CA information a few times on this one.

I found Mr Dohrn Sr and Mr Dohrn Jr very good at presenting the material and making the topic interesting. I appreciated the personal examples and stories interesting and useful.

all questions asked were in the licensing requirement study material. It is pretty simple!

Love the humor! The self-awareness of the funny answer about the coworker completing the CE very fast is top tier comedy.

The study material is easy to understand compared to other provider’s.

The course was helpful and educational.

Overall, I prefer all of your company's courses and study material to any other I have used.

The download files did not include 100% of content for some strange reasons. Would like to have chapter practice tests to reinforce learning. Customer service is excellent - got really helpful responses and customer service reps demonstrated great attitudes. Thumbs up to customer service.

Hated the "read-it-to-me" videos!

I thought some of the information provided was confusing. Overall, I thought the course was good.

This format made Ethics more interesting. That can be a real challenge and you succeeded. Generating a Personal Code of Ethics is a great idea that I will implement.

I found a mistake in the Glossary. The FINRA definition should read “An independent, nongovernmental organization that writes and enforces certain RULES FOR CONDUCT OF investment-related professionals and firms,” All Caps words added by me. I am not sure if what they write and enforce should be called rules or something else - I'm just reporting that what is there does not make sense without an additional phrase.

I have always used WebCE for my continuing education. WebCE courses are easy to understand and their employees are always very helpful.

The content was more Sales related, than overall Ethnics.

Not the normal ethics course. Made me think and I took away some ideas that I look forward to implementing.

The Ethics portion was well presented, and interesting. The Anti Fraud portion was very poor and a chore to listen to.

The two gentlemen are great. I like the father and son combination for ethics training.

I did not like the "time fillers" used during the course that were unnecessary to ethical behavior Such as looking someone in the eye. How to shake a hand, ect... Also the course said 3 hours of ethics and it went over 4 because of the California required extra hour on the back end. Would have been nice to know to plan accordingly.

The videos, as good as they were, were presented in a very monotone way. It was hard to stay focused on them due to this

I feel that the font choice could have been a bit different. Besides that, it was a pretty easy to read and digest. It was, admittedly, a lot of information.

There are so many acronyms it becomes confusing. They are probably fine for those who use them all the time or have used them for a long time. They are new to us.

I don't like audio course love book format.

This course requirement would have been much easier to locate in your catalog if the title or description contained the word "ongoing" since that's how my firm's licensing department describes my continuing education requirement.
