As a new insurance producer, I learned so much material.

Not sure if intended or not, but more tagging on the review courses (i.e., page numbers, chapter headings would have been useful though perhaps intentionally left off? The material is interesting and vital for anyone considering selling these products but also as a consumer.

I company asked me to complete the anti-money laundering course for insurance. I noticed there are 2 listed and I chose this one.

When using the pdf guide, I noticed "free look" and "free-look" were both used. I find using the search feature helpful in a pdf. If I type "free look", I get a different set and number of search results than if I type "free-look". Please be consistent, it would be helpful / more efficient.

If you have someone who reads fast and moves fast, they shouldn't have to wait the entire time to take the test. A waste of time. That is the only downfall I don't like, especially when I paid for it.

I initially couldn't find the AML course from the home page. Also, I wasn't sure which of the AML courses I was required to take versus the ones that were extra.

I am finding the WebCE course catalog to have more options to choose from than other catalogs i have signed up with, so the choices make the studying for exams easier to get through. I like the exams much better through WebCe and have found that I am able to understand the questions much better, they aren't as tricky which I have found with other courses.

Sometimes listening and reading was optimal, but switching it up and just reading allowed me to move through the course swiftly and retain the information. The concise setup of chapters and materials was helpful to learning with the short quizzes testing knowledge and highlighting key information.
Good information, would like to have more practice questions before the exam. Also to make sure the practice questions relate to the exam.
I did not like not knowing what questions I got wrong because on the chapter questions I got all answers correct but on the exam I scored only 92.

Learning objectives were clear but not fully met. There was a lot of information for a 2hr course. Not having sold any Indiv VLI or VUL, I should have gone back to the beginning for some review the before taking the exam. I'm glad that I passed on my 1st try, but would like to feel better about the score.

I am accustomed to WebCE providing interactive modules. This time it was only PDFs to read. This seems an elementary and antiquated way to provide education and I doubt I'll use your service again.

On a previous survey, I wished I could slow down the narrator. I found the speed up and slow down option. However I wish the slow down option was like 95% and not 75%.
Even wit the Audio the first run-through of the course only took 3.5 hours. I suggest that the course could benefit with more examples and case studies to fill the 6 hours.
I liked the specific examples since it brought the learning to life as an agent would experience it.

Due to the restriction on proctors. It took a long time to find someone who fit the description and had time available to proctor the exam. One librarian said she'd do it if I paid her. It is hard to get a disinterested party to do something.

The course is very well designed. I liked the way you offer the option to log in and out if ever one needs to, even though I did not use that option, but it is a good thing. 25 questions for the test are really a good thing because some companies make it 100 questions and you are tired even before you complete the test. The only thing I did not appreciate is: When one completes the test, they should immediately be presented with the option to print their certificate. Now I have to find out where to find it!!!

I've used WebCE in the past and this time, putting together the right courses and taking advantage of the package deal savings was more difficult to navigate. It was easy to follow, and the audio made it easy to run through it and understand it better. It was well done so it was easy to understand and follow through the sections

Well the soft ware is amazing!!!! For the open book test. I found a few answers quickly. About 4 or 5. The others took me a while. The book should be more condensed, summarized more and more in correlation with questions on the test.
The Variable Life course content is a bit complex. More visualization is needed in the PDF vs. just text and table.
More videos, interactive content, more key summaries of the most important concepts
having such a long/large PDF to read was not conducive to learning. I recommend offering a video/webinar and practice questions, not a PDF book.

This course and the exam questions were much better than the others I took. More about the fundamentals of the Life Insurance product, and not memorization of silly regulations (that can be researched as needed)
Content was not well organized, with details buried within many sections. Tests seem to be focused on regulatory minutia and also not related to my area of insurance.

A lot of the questions were quite repetitive and reference the exact same laws/precedents, in some cases in sequential questions. Changing these up would greatly increase the quality of the course.
The Anti Money Laundering course provided additional background information that I needed. Plus the material provided information reminding me of factors to ensure I know what to do in case I suspect money laundering.

The material was presented in an effective manner such that I was able to read it once and pass with 100% even though I feel like I remember nothing I read. The core principles and what my obligations are as a producer appear to have become part of my inherent knowledge base, i.e. without conscious thought I understand the base criteria for the correct and expected behavior, which is to report to a more experienced person.

Questions on the exam did not match the material presented. Thankfully I had plenty of background knowledge to successfully pass the exam.
I like that it read to me and the test was not to long.
I found the test adequate and very educational but I also found the course to be quite time consuming, with a considerably lengthy amount of text to read but the auto reader was very helpful.
Love the ability to download the course and review on my schedule. Also appreciate that I can enter and exit an exam as needed. While I did not do that, I liked knowing the option was there in case of an interruption midway thru.
Clear definitions and examples.
I found the entire experience to be an excellent training program. I got a 100% score on the test, so I am very pleased with the effectiveness of this training.
The multiplying speed factor for read-aloud audio makes this course much more enjoyable (and efficient), for those able to process information quicker than the standard reading rate.
I liked the ease of smaller sections. I liked the introduction and summary sections. The ease of the way the information was explained, The use of examples helped in the memory of the content, I will definitely use WebCE again in the future.

An insurance carrier I am contracting with will only accept this course, from WebCE, not any other training vendor. I would like to know what different or enhanced or better information WebCE's AML course offers than any others of the dozens of courses approved by my state and by the many insurance companies I work with. My reason for being not very likely to recommend this course to a friend or colleague is appearance, as I fail to understand what leads a company to only recommend WebCE's course, where agents must purchase it. I have completed the course many times over many years and the information is not different, or different enough, to differentiate WebCE's course content and presentation from any of the others.
I loved that whomever wrote the course went into explaining how specific insurance products are used to launder money. A previous course I took did not say much more than "be suspicious of all transactions that should be above $5000 but are requested to be in smaller increments so that they can avoid the scrutiny.

I liked that I could highlight, copy and paste any words that I was not familiar with into an on-line dictionary. This might be suggested to those who are about to take this course so that they do not go "blank" after bypassing a word that is not understood.
It helped to have an overview and a summary at the end of the chapters. It helped remember and reinforces the content

very reliable topics
The biggest thing was the tone of the read-to-me voice. It kept ending sentences or paragraphs with a tone that implied there was more to be said. I was concerned on a couple of occasions that the audio was cutting out, until I looked at the screen to verify the content. This issue may be because of an AI read-aloud program, because an educated human would speak with better reading fluency.
The only suggestion I have is to slow down the narrator's reading speed, although you can manually change the speed a more natural flow of reading would be best, it's one notch between 1 and .75, that is not an option as of now.
It would have been helpful to have the correct answers provided on the questions I missed.

The review text button should take you to the relevant paragraphs in the course material. We are all busy and usually do this stuff at the last minute, There is no benefit in spending a bunch of extra time going through the entire chapter looking for the paragraph with the correct info. added time needed for completion
On the audio there isn't really a pause to take in the information. There are better pacing AI readers that will make it easier to follow the information and allow a little more time for not takers with pauses after a portion of information is to be digested.
This course was comprehensive and educational!
I love the read out loud but maybe you can integrate A.I. that reads smoother instead of sounding like an outright robot. I found myself greatly annoyed with the voice in its robotic structured form.

I think it’s ridiculous that I need to crawl on my knees around the room to take a low security check. Having AI reading to me is tje worse thing I’ve ever heard. I can’t track where he is reading or if I heed to pause and come back I might as well start from the beginning.

The A.I. doesn't read well and can make things confusing. You should hire a voice actor.
I think it should be stated very clearly and more consistently than the history why people would use life insurance as a money laundering choice and what would it look like. most of the program refers to history this is Important but not applicable like the frequent examples and demonstration of clear intentions would be.
Some of the inter-actives were down and the read-aloud content was too robotic but the course was good overall.

My experience has been great. I have a learning Disability that I have to work around in my life ( Dyslexia). This class could have been done in 20 minutes. The same information was repeated many times.
In the various tabs of text, some of the sentences were worded unnecessarily. For instance, there’s a paragraph in Chapter 3 that includes multiple lines of “… does not prohibit…” instead of simply saying “… permits…” or “… allows…” Wording sentences this way can cause conflict to the average reader whose literary skills are beneath standard comprehension. For fluency and eloquence sake, I’d recommend re-evaluating your overall readability. Thanks and take care.

Everything was very clear and the information was well explained.
The ability to sign in and out of the exam without losing the progress made, helped more than I imagined it would. I had completely finished my exam and my computer accidentally died so it logged me out of my account. Most website exams would not have saved my answers, and I would have had to start over and spend all of that time answering them again. With this exam, I was able to just review the answers I had previously given to ensure they were correct, and I actually found one that I would have gotten wrong the first time and was able to change it to the correct response!

I have always liked the continuing education corses with Web CE. and I continue to sign up whenever I am required to do more courses.
I did like the audio, but it was reading a little too slow for me but the experience was great!
I am very honest when it comes to feedback and reviews. The only small issue that I was able to noticed during my experience from the beginning of my interaction with the site to now takes place within the course navigation interface. Specifically, The "Continue" Button that allows me to moved forward from the previous section I had just completed, to the next. This button does not work as intended about 50% of the attempts I have made. Half of the time, it works correct and moves me to the next sections and the other half of the time, it repeats the same section and the audio starts over from the beginning of the section I had just reviewed. Other than this small issue, my experience was wonderful, engaging and easy to follow along. Thank you!

This course was great! Easy to use. However, I do want to mention... I purchased bundles a while ago. I did this because I knew I would like to learn the courses AND knew I would need CE credits. There was NO indication there was a time limit on these courses. I did call and spoke to a very nice customer service lady. I was given the courses back and had 30 days to complete them. At the time- I knew that was going to be impossible- I was too busy with work. I took the offer and hoped I could complete them. This is not right or fair! If I buy a bundle it should be in my "to do " box until I complete them. If not, I think it should state " you have X amount of time to complete these courses. I believe I purchased 2 bundles I lost. That is horrible. I almost did not purchase again from you because of this. When you buy something, It should be yours to keep, not evaporate into thin air because you did not get to them in time. I work too hard for my money to be taken this way. We renew our CE credits every 2 years. If you are going to put a date of expiration on these courses then say that. Its not right! I hope someone reads this and adjusts accordingly. There are a lot of courses I would like to take. When I have the money and can swing it that is when I would buy them. It may not coordinate with when I can do them. Please look into this. Thank you. Darcey Rotell

Although it was easily understood, your AI voice frequently used the wrong form of similar words like “record” ie., to record a document as opposed to buying a record.
I really liked it and it was very easy to use. The only thing that I would change is that it was very boring just listening and reading to the text. If there were videos that taught the principles with animated graphics displaying the concepts etc it would be much more engaging and easier to remember.

Website is poorly organized. I can only find the course I want if I use a web browser and find the link directly to the course. Otherwise, trying to find my way from the home page to a course I'm looking for is nearly impossible. I use your products because a colleague recommends them. If it weren't for that, I would have gone elsewhere because I wasn't finding what I was looking for by navigating your site.

I love that you have an option to choose the course to take for credits. I was able to choose topics that are relevant to my areas of focus as a Life Insurance producer. I thought I already knew most of the contents but was surprised that half was information I did not know about, especially the taxation on loan withdrawals for cases where the policy lapsed or cancelled!

The original Home page search bar did not have AML available in the search bar. Thankfully my manager knew I needed to create a login and then go to the CE blue rectangular button to find the course needed.
I would just suggest making it clear that the quiz questions will be reviewed and explained and maybe not having as many specific questions on the test about certain Acts because there are so many to remember. Otherwise it was a lot of excellent information and great learning material!
The settings and options to turn off automatic read aloud and font size made it easier to read the content.

I noticed an error on page 14, the numbers don't make sense. the following phase reads "Costs can be calculated hourly, daily, monthly, or annually. They can be calculated in current and future dollars. For example, an individual can enter a Sacramento zip code and see that the monthly median cost of an adult day health care facility is approximately $9,1951,257 (as of 2024). In 2034, that same facility cost is projected to be $1,689." I hope this gets fixed and please tell me what the correct numbers should be.

6 hours required; I was ready for the test at 4 hours and 15 minutes approximately. I sat their clicking from time to time while doing other things until I got to 6 hours. Got a 96% on the test and I rushed. What is with this time restriction thing? If it's the states, tell them what a bunch of idiots they are for requiring. They can say, this content is worth 6 hours but not require an actual 6 hours if someone doesn't need it. IF it's about making certain new changes to laws are being carefully covered, then have a time commitment for a specific section covering those changes or something reasonable. The existing rules on time for CE content are stupid. Please push to fix them.

The content in the PDF is heavy to digest - too much information - see where you can make the content interactive and/or provide use cases so that the reader can visualise the learnings in a real-life contextual scenario (and learn more concretely)

I like the ability to pause the course when interrupted. Also, I like the choice of reading and/or listening to the content and sample questions along the way.
some of the quiz questions needed additional information in the scenarios presented I like to print and use hard copies of the PDFs. Many charts or images seem to be missing from the course PDFs. The audio bar needs to be modified in order to make it easier to ''scroll'' back and forth to find spoken information more easily. On Chapter 9.3 the voice changed suddenly without notice and it did not advise to check a video showing a chart being compiled.
The option to pause and continue with reading without forcing the completion of the audio, once started, was an excellent accommodation for more difficult sections that may have required multiple reviews.

I got a 70 on the practice test but 100 on the actual test. Both scores seemed to register at the end. I did not know the practice test would be listed and would have retaken the practice test to reflect a higher score.
When looking for courses for specific industries, it was difficult to know clearly which courses I needed to take. Also I had to purchase the course twice before I could take it. It only charged me once, but after my first confirmation it took me a little while to figure out that the transaction didn't actually process. The reading feature was really great on this! I wish all online courses did that! It was really helpful with how I learn and was a lot closer to an in person experience.
Only down side was not being able to redo the chapter exams after completing the course.
I greatly appreciated this course and the audio version made it so much easier to digest and retain. I usually read with earbuds in for noise cancellation but this seemed to make it significantly easier. I read along as it went and everything seemed to click.

I enjoyed your program, but under the CIP part, in section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, it states that at a minimum companies must identify the following customer information: 1} Full legal name. 2} Date of birth. 3} Residential address. 4} Social Security number. Yet in the practice question, we were only given these 4 answers, with one of them not being required. There was no way to get the answer right. Could you please check this out? Thank you!

i am uncertain how often i would need anything from this site after initial obtainment of my insurance license. if more is needed, i found the course recently taken to be good at breaking the subject matter down allowing for better retention along w/mini quiz after each section. i liked i was able to increase to speed for the read it to me option and was able to read along w/it which applied both audio/visual aspects of learning making it easier for me.
I like the read-it-to-me feature, auto-play, and that you can choose your speed for it to speak to you! Also, it was concise and the quizzes were small but intentional.
I wish my pre-licensing course was this easy to complete.
The AML/ethics requirement for the insurance state of CA is not great. You just send us the 100 and something booklet to read. It's not even a training course. Where is the interactives or read it to me audio? There's no quality in this.
The voice reading was a little on the faster side (not too fast to keep up but had to pause a few times to reread what was previously read). Other than that, it was very informative and easy to understand to pass the exam.

Overall, this LTC course was fine. However, I would have appreciated video lessons to explain some of the material. A great example is the Ethics and the Trust Factor class - that was an excellent class with great videos that clearly explained the concepts!

I had to take this course again. Same course, same title. One has ce credits and a course id that makes it acceptable for submission to insurance companies and the other does not. I would not have purchased the other had I known that it was not the appropriate one. I am baffled as to why there is a duplicate product to begin with. The informational/training identical course should contain a stark disclosure that it will not fulfill requirements for insurance agencies and/or ce credits, that it is JUST for informational and/or training purposes. That was wholly unnecessary, unacceptable and a waste of time.

The recorded video content for the state is a joke. It is a waste of time to lump all types of insurance agents into this class. It seems CA doesn't care if i sell, home, auto, health or life.
There needs to be a way of making the procurement of course much simply. The package is good but the individual courses that you can get are pricey.
The material was visually reader friendly. The examples were relevant and applicable to the materials being taught. The overviews and summaries were beneficial in introducing the material and providing chapter highlights.

Some questions on the test was not found on chapter two. There was one question in particular I was unsure of. I could not find an answer to it even after reading all of chapter two a second time.
I don't like where you are going with training. I liked the chapter exam question and answers to help me study. No longer there. Also, you use to allow highlighting for words to find answers. Don't know if I plan to use you again after more than 13 years.
I found this course to be very useful for me to learn about the importance of money Laundering procedures.

When I signed up for the course the first time, I only saw one 4 hour Anti-Money Laundering (AML) course so I signed up for it and completed it. That course just happened to be for CFP individuals. I received emails requesting my license number. I replied to the email as directed but didn't hear back from anyone on the next steps. It was getting late in the day so I decided to call the number in the email. I was told that I could not get credit for the course that I took and that I would have to complete the correct course. I was expecting to see some differences between the courses but I don't think I did. The chapter exams had the same questions for both courses were the same. I don't understand why I could not receive credit for the course.

I received 2 wrong on the course that I just completed (Living benefits of Life Insurance) and was asked if I wanted to see what I got wrong, which I did but to my dismay it did not give me the correct answer. I think that would be helpful.
Since I was taking this course on my phone, the text was too large and made it hard to connect words and sentences together.
There were a few questions that were asked that were not covered. I had to go on the internet to look up the fees and penalties.

Took me a few times to complete since I really thought I had done well each time, but was falling short.
What I liked about it was there were some simple questions to respond. What I disliked about it was some were complicated and too much reading; hard to recall statements.
The examples for clarity were very helpful.
I liked the breakdown of the bullet points on the side, so you can where you are at while studying, I also liked the summary at the end of the notes right before the exam to refresh my memory of what I read and learned, along with the practice questions to be even more prepared for the exam.

What I liked most about this course were the "read-it-to-me audio, which allowed me to listen carefully and not focus on my own reading. In addition, I enjoyed working at my own pace, being able to go back and review a section that I felt I needed to focus more attention to, and, many of the answers in the quizzes were pretty practical.
It was very long but precise to help me to learn and get a clear understanding of the course.

i was not very familiar with the application and had a hard time logging in but i was able to save, start up again and finished the class within 1 1/2 days. the course is very informative.

I liked this course because it was clear and helped me to understand the Living Benefits of Insurance better. I especially liked how specific examples with numbers were used to explain difficult concepts. There were many difficult sections that I would Not have understood had it Not been for those specific examples. The course took me a long time to complete (which is usual for me), but I don't mind as much since it was so informative. I think I actually understand MEC's for the first time now! Because the material was so clearly explained and since I took my time studying the material (as I usually do), I was able to get 100% on the Final Exam on my first try using only my unaided memory (i.e. without referring to any of the Open Book material). Bravo on creating this course. I also really like the Annuity Courses I took for my Insurance License and my Series 66 License. Thanks.

However, even though I have worked with criminals, I do not have a criminal mind so I am still a bit confused on how money laundering is profitable. How is the end result achieved. If $XYZ goes out, how does it change/increase? Maybe a good, short video on the process would help. I looked at some on line and they did not help.

Is the reader AI? I read the content while listening to it, but clearly the reader didn't always understand the content they were reading. Mispronounced words, lack of flow in moving from one bullet point to another. Not at all a smooth listening experience (consider hiring me to do it when you want to replace the current reader). Fortunately, I could follow along as I listened to gain full understanding.
I really like that i can adjust the speed of the read to me part, and pause and return as needed.

Some of the question and answers in the study course where not found in the exam.
Break the information down into easier to digest chunks. It's really hard to process what looks like a jumble of numbers and acronyms. Like it's a little overwhelming; here's an artistic recreation: "FINCEN claims that 1985 Snails of the Patriot act, section 5.21.7.c - dictates that as so heretofore, any agent involved in Money Laundering activities, punishable, by as per section 98.05.a of Financial Code 586 where as if not available, to take your bird for a walk." It's really something you have to read 4 or 5 times for it to stick at all, and even then, woof. It's dryer than a stale saltine -I know, but perhaps breaking up the laws vs the companies would make it a little more digestible. :) Thanks!

I appreciated that each topic was broken up into shorter segments to allow for better absorbtion of the material! Too often, courses will have lengthy pages full of paragraphs that can become mind-numbing and harder to retain.

the 0ne hour state instruction was not relevant to my to my course license.
The Read-It-To-Me option was reading at two speeds. I selected the 1.5 speed and on some chapters the audio was both the regular default speed and the 1.5 speed simultaneously. When I paused the audio, the default regular speed resumed.
The audio cut off in the middle of the course.

It was nice to have the read to me audio, I feel like I was able to move through the course faster because of it. The voice, however, sounds very automated and is a little bit creepy
Some words were mispronounced.
I did not like the additional material from the DOI. It was disjointed and not very useful nor educational. The slides were VERY difficult to read ( Small and thin white letters on a blue background. Just terrible formatting) It took about 90 minutes to read, even though it said it should only take an hour. It had too much unnecessary detail, especially about the internal structure and employees of the enforcement division. Ricardo Lara should be ashamed to put his name on it.
The $1 per credit charge after advertising a discount for the courses is a little like the airlines charging me to buy a seat after I have bought the ticket. Either include a filing fee up front, or maybe charge $1 per course rather than per credit

Overall great refresher and overall content. The only issue was the monotor password did not work at the end of the timed test. When I started his password must have been saved and auto populated. Due to only using the system for testing he could not recall the password required at the end of the proxy and entered the wrong one or maybe the sysstem it just didn't work properly. It had to be reset which made us think worst case scenario I may need to retest , which would have not been terrible, but did add a little stress until it was fixed. Other than this I really enjoyed rethinking of all the scenerios and why certain polices are implemented. Thanks for making this a worth while enjoyable experience. DD

A couple of items on the test were not in the training.
While I appreciate the audio, as doing a combination of audio/visual is helpful for my learning process, the use of computer generated audio is less than ideal - the monotony and incorrect pronunciation at times can be a bit frustrating.
Pictures or videos added in would make it more interesting. perhaps.

One recommendation. Have chapter modules and short quizzes after each chapter or section. Instead of just having to download the PDF booklet for said course, and only having the option to take the exam. Exam length is fine, they're just not as interactive as I would expect for a sought-after license.

What I disliked about this course was the tedious nature of having to parse through information that didn't specifically pertain to my Life Agent license; and I didn't like only getting 1 hour of credit for having to study 7 hours. What I liked about this course was that after I studied the materials for 7 hours I feel very well-informed legally and professionally. I am able to report fraud now and am very comfortable with how and when to do that. Fraud was a whole new aspect of the training this year as I learned from the Course that the legal section from CDI was just added last year. As usual, the customer service was wonderful! Thank you!

You can Tell the influence of Whole life carriers in paying you guys for the creation of this class. This course paints whole life products in a better light then I believe it should. Why was there so much information about whole life products and virtually nothing about universal life products?

A situation that made it difficult for me was that in the last questions of the general test I was not allowed to translate the content, which forced me to use other resources; very grateful for the support. The audio is really helpful, but it needs to be fixed because when you moved to the next chapter it been repeated the last chapter at the same time with the present one
I have been licensed for 30 years and having to sit on each course for 50 minutes is crazy. The number of minutes it takes you to read is irrespective of the validity of working in the field.
i like the audio learning program because it allow me to listen and learn at the same time.
More frequent questions to help solidify the information would help.
It was very practical for a producer because it was very clear about acceptable and unacceptable actions on their part and who to go to if one is unclear about their customer's actions.

Most web browsers highlight the lines that are being read. That would contribute to a better learning experience and content retention.
I have completed four (4) Web CE courses in the last couple days. On each, after the final exam, it allowed me to review the answers I missed but did not show the correct response or give the option to find the correct response. It would be helpful and provide re-enforced training to know why I missed a question. Consider adding the correct answer to the review process. Thanks. Mike Rogers

I missed 1of 2 questions for section 9, out of 50 questions and my score says 88% Someone needs to update the grading scale. This could potentially affect a person's renewal of license. Some questions were hard to understand and lacked clarity.
Very comprehensive! Well-constructed sentences, definitions & responsibilities of various parties, including the producer, of course I found it fairly easy to recall answers to questions due to the well-written, clearly defined goals of all agencies involved in AML activities. TY

Content is informative but not interactive and incredibly monotone. The slides could have been updated better and condensed to ensure the focus was on how to identify and responsibilities with reporting.
The course material was laid out/explained in a way that made it very easy to understand it, and thoroughly understand it at that, though my problem with this course is that the listed “6 hours” is ridiculously inaccurate, as it took me closer to 16 hours to complete in its entirety. This course should count for far more than 6 CE credit hours, if not even a full 16 in my opinion.

I may have missed it, but I do not remember the maximum penalty for being involved in money laundering. When faced with the question I didn’t think the information had been covered in the course material, but again, I may have missed it. The audio option was amazing!!
More visuals would be more effective in my opinion. Just reading the material can get a little hard to follow after a while.

There were only a couple of places where I noticed some descriptive information that seemed incomplete. The tests covered everything the course promised.
The out loud reading did not work for a portion of the course.

I was very familiar with this subject because required to take AML training often, but the test part was harder than I thought it would be - took me a while to figure out answers.

If your AI voice narration could be adjusted to say certain words properly i.e. record. It kept saying it like it was a vinyl record. Certain acronyms weren't pronounced correctly. It would be nice to have a video or two to break up the content and make it less repetitive overall.
Not to see test correct answers hurts the effectiveness of the training. The learning is limited. Training should about learning and not about earning a minimum test score. Sad.
I loved this course. I was able to speed up the audio and follow along with the written text and even restart the audio if I needed too. The chapter tests were also helpful. As a result of the way this course was administered, I was able to pass the final 25 question exam with a 100% on my first try!

One of the chapter quizzes has an incorrect answer. (sorry, it would not let me go back to get the question w/multiple choice answers to report it.) The answer DID NOT state: "get the address of the beneficiary".

I liked that the pre quizzes provided an explanation that corresponded with the question. It was helpful in understanding why an answer was incorrect thus resulting in a better understanding of the subject matter.

ease of finding requirements for the state for classes was difficult
I don't like the exam questions because they focus too much on the "EXCEPT" format. Instead of recalling the correct information, I find myself having to concentrate on identifying the incorrect answer. This approach to testing is not conducive to effective learning and retention.
I liked the format of information coupled with the chapter quizzes. I took notes but I also feel that if I didn't take notes I still would have passed.

There is a difficult question I think about allocating time and resources on an AML risked based policy and all potential answers seemed to have at least a hint of correctness to them.

I liked the fact that the text can be heard through the audio, and I believe the best thing to improve the overall experience of this course is to actually just make it have a faster read time [2.25x, 2.5x]

It seemed kind of silly that I used the audio to listen to the course, but it got done in roughly 1 hour 30 minutes. Then I had to waste time for 30 minutes before I could take the exam, even though I had used the course's own audio to listen to the entire course.
I would give this course a 8 out of 10. The exam was necessary but entirely too long.
It wasn't clear initially how to get the TN state exam. I asked for help and that worked well.

The course pdf material was too lengthy (116 pages), and much too detailed for the 15 test questions. There was no explanation of why you included a 100 extra pages of CA DOI legal code regarding fraud and why it was in a different format that did not require testing. There were no instructions on what to do with the attestation form that was attached at the end of the 116 pages.

Quality content content.
When reviewing the questions i got wrong on the final exam, it would not tell me what the correct answers are. It would help me learn if i knew what the actual answers were to the questions i got wrong.
I was hoping that I could maybe pass on my first try. I only missed 1 question. That shows me that this course was a very well done learning site!!
The completion of "Agents & Brokers Anti-Fraud Training" part and Certificate of Attendance was confusing. I was not able to sign .

I found the course to be informative and thorough. I would have liked to have known in advance how long it might take to complete the course - an estimate so I could make sure I scheduled enough time to be able to complete the course.
I found this to be an excellent CE process. Helpful and provided excellent confirmed data information.
The purpose of this course is to know the Laws and apply them every time you write a policy.

Perhaps video re-enactments of AML scenarios. One has to lock out all get the understanding of the incident to achieve success.

Nothing can be done to improve my experience. The course was a little long, but the length is required for the integral nature of AML training. The length is the only reason I gave it a 9.

Clarity and easy instructions.
The only thing I disliked was being "forced" to sit after I went through the material at a good pace until enough time passed so I could take the test. I understand that this is probably required but this wasn't something I experienced with WebCE before so I didn't anticipate that this would be an issue. Unfortunately, it caused me to finish my courses late and miss my state's deadline.
When trying to find the AML course I didn't realize I needed to answer what license I held in order to AML course...
When I change the speed of the audio, it would be nice if that carried over to the next chapter as well.

I did not see any option for “read it to me” or videos. I am a visual learner and reading content is tiring. The content was great, but my learning style was not addressed. Videos and “Read to me” options would have been GREAT!
After purchasing my course it was hard to find my actual course. I tried the chat line and it appeared someone came on, but they never answered my question. I called in and they were able to help me. I literially lost and hour just trying to find my course . Then after logging in I had to put my license # & NPN in again. Why would I have to do this after logging in. I found your website and service not great at all. I also found your courses very boring. Most courses I have used from other sites have videos and cartoons to explain things or at least part of the class.

The experience was clear cut. I especially enjoyed the clarity of the instructions and the soothing voice of the narrator.
Be able to go through where the words you search for are with like an arrow or something, instead of trying to scroll to find them

It would be nice to not only be able to read any questions we get wrong, but also to know what the correct answer is. I know which question I got wrong, but I still am not sure what the correct answer should have been... ;-)

I have used two other CE platforms and this was by far my favorite. It was easy to navigate and I liked the actual content of the course.

Unless I completely missed something, I listened, read and took notes on the provided material and most the test question were not covered.

The material in this course is important...being given a book to read without the interactive video made it harder to retain the information.
I discovered that I could not finish my application to symmetry without the exam, I decided to go right to the exam and you made it seamlessly easy to accomplish in less than three hours.

Exam questions need to relate DIRECTLY to content. Much of the content was too general to apply to half of the questions. This is a problem with WebCE products. The test questions should be tested BEFORE the product is sold to professionals.
I sometimes wish that the study material may not only be a PDF file which I simply need to read and study. I wish CE courses' content can be more interactive with videos and other inspiring forms of education. Thank you.
I could not get the audio to work. Instructions for getting a certificate are very unclear--in fact, I am hoping that they show up somewhere after I complete this questionnaire.
The practice Q&A section is so hard to click on the answer, it accidentally clicked the incorrect answers for me

I pretty much liked everything. But I had little hard time in finding answers from the reading material. Some of the answers I was not able to find. I don't know whether that is my fault or the answer not there. But overall, this course is very good and easy to follow and navigate.
