Finding the courses tends to be a bit difficult.
It would be helpful if could find answer to all questions, especially the ones missed in the material.
Most of us knows the stuff it is just time timing thing is annoying.
I wasn't entirely sure if the course I was taking was what I needed. This is partially due to things not being very clear cut when we're told "continued education" is needed and more than one course has almost the exact same name, hours, and price.
The read-it-to-audio can use improvement. While it was very clearly read, the rewind option is not the best. It would be nice if it had a better way of gaging how much to rewind or forward the audio.
This cours is good but conbine many little coure together.
I found the material to be confusing and a lot more difficult than someone with 20+ years should find it. I got a 100 on the test, but again, it could have been a lot better presentation of the need to know info. It was a lot more difficult than needed.
Let me do it on MY TIME, without pressure. The chapters were very thorough and clear. The open-book test was very helpful for memorization and verification.
Did not get the questions on Non forfeiture topic. Was not clear to me the questions.
Chapter 24 on Mini Trials, one of your test questions could be 2 of the answers asking about the Insured being able to leave it early and something about 6 jurors in this venue. The answer could be either. Also, on 11.1 Line 15 is repeated on line 16 & 17. It looks like an obvious mistake. Just wanted to let you know.
i think you mayterials are great and i agree it is important to learn the information- what i don't agree is having to wait 3hours and 20 minutes to be able to take the exam- if i am able to get through materials, complete the practice exams in less than 3hours 20 minutes why do i have to wait?

All of the court and claims content is not relevant to someone with a Producer license. Those questions should pertain to claims adjusters. I was enrolled in this course by a representative of your facility after looking at my sircon account. This course took a really long time to complete because I had to learn content that is not relative to my license.
The time it takes to complete this course, if you take it seriously, is far more than 4 hours.
IT feels like the quizzes are carefully worded but some of the blue box 1-4 check your knowledge has some confusing wording. Maybe work on editing that for specificity? Thank you!

The course is well up-to-date and easy to understand; however, there are some very lengthy chapters that could be condensed through the use of comparative tables. As a recommendation, you could add subtitles and language options to the videos. Overall, the course is excellent.

This is the 3rd test I have taken. The content was well written, and the test was fantastic.

Remove the "Required Course Time". It's completely inconvenient especially for busy people that properly go over the material yet have to sit with their browser open until the hours are completed. If you guys remove that, then I will buy this product again and recommend this to other people
This class contained a LOT of information. It took me almost two hours more than the allotted time to finish. The class was fine, but it seemed like it should have been a five or six hour class. I did not use the playback feature.

Made it easy for learning
I was very disappointed to find out after purchasing and completing the 8 hour class that the state of MN would not allow me to use that class to satisfy my CE requirement. Your website should make it more obvious that the 8-hour class is only permitted to be used as the initial LTC training; it can NOT be used for CE. What a waste of $20 and 8 hours of my life!

questions themselves are too long, this isnt a reading comprehension test in 7th grade, get to the point. the test is the test, the comprehension reading is already in the provided learning segments/topics.

Given the exhausting number of exams I will never recommend nor will I return to WEBCE. Ever. It is absurd to have a 3 hour timer. If the materials are not enough, get out of the business of CE. Sitting for 3 hours accomplishes no learning objective.

If I am very knowledgeable of the course content, I don't feel I should be forced to spend extra time on the content before taking the exam.

Interesting course - the further I got into it the more advanced I felt it was. I think it may be a bit advanced for a introductory course. I enjoyed it and thought the presentation was great but I think that it was most likely underrated in the amount of time it took to complete it.

I picked a course for the basics of life insurance. There was a lot of tax information, which made this much harder than learning the basic life insurace. I would have thought that amount of detail should be covered in another course for taxes for life insurance.
the voice makes things slower so i don't use it. I also took this in sections, but the content is reinforced so I could remember it even though I took breaks a few days.
Would be helpful to know the date to complete to avoid duplication rule. E.g. I had to wait till 3/1 to sign up - had I signed up before that, it would have been considered duplicated. Thank you :)
The ai voice mispronounced several words and I'm sure my colleagues will be mispronouncing these same words which will give our members evidence to think we are stupid or ignorant or both. This training could be better! It shouldn't be made difficult to learn the different types of homeowners policies. Not to mention all the perils for each homeowners policy that's covered. I would have liked to get a 100% on each test and also think everyone should feel confident after learning but unfortunately I can not say that for such atrocious training material and hope that you can do better! I will say something positive I am glad to hear Benjamin Franklin started insurance and Thank you for teaching me that very positive fact!

Some of the exam questions were materially incorrect. Cash value above cost basis extracted from a non-MEC life insurance policy is only subject to income taxation if the policy is surrendered/lapsed.
The reader was a little too fast in his delivery; the reading material was too technical and covered information that the average LTC sales person would not need to know. I got a 96 on the exam but it took me about 8 hours to finish.
The exam focused on aspects of insurance that were not aligned with life/health far too often.

Your packages and the organization of the courses and what they satisfy is a bit difficult to navigate.
I appreciated the read-it-to me audio, but the voice was a little to "AI" sounding. It can be hard to listen to a voice with no human inflections.
Even wit the Audio the first run-through of the course only took 3.5 hours. I suggest that the course could benefit with more examples and case studies to fill the 6 hours.
I have taken several courses through webce. I have found them all to be excellent and reasonably priced.

I took 3 courses to complete my CEs for renewal. The first 2 timed out well. This 8 hour course was very off on the timing. I completed it well under the required time and had to linger to burn time. Is it possible that the timer didn't work accurately or do people generally complete this course too quickly?
Add the ability to reduce the speed of the read-to-me feature.

The questions were not gotcha. I have been doing this for a while and I could reasonably reduce choices and make educated guesses on things I was not sure about. And that is how life works! In the field I would look it up to be sure, but here I could guess and I was surprisingly correct!

I thought there were a lot of litigation questions on the final exam. I felt that there could have been a lot of other quality insurance, product questions rather than so many deceptive practice questions.
I also like video content and that is the one thing that I felt was missing
l liked the pace - not to slow or fast. The content was well-thought out, always providing a balance of pros and cons, trends and facts, do's and dont's.
The ap is not user friendly on a cell phone the vidoes and charts could not be viewed and serveral ssections kept showing they were not completed so I had to redo them on a PC.
The read to me audio mispronounces some words and that was distracting. Other than that, it was useful.
I felt like this course was too long. I would rather see it broken up into different courses instead of one long one.

I had a little difficulty understanding and figuring out whether I needed to complete a state-specific Long-Term Care course for licensing requirements in Colorado, although my home resident state is Florida. I was hoping your website and course selections would have quickly helped me determine what I needed to fulfill. I had to search in many different places and sites before ultimately calling my licensing and credentials people at my financial services firm.
It took me quite a while to figure out that I could click on the chapter to go search for answers i needed. This really slowed my progress, it took me way to long. I spent probably 15 hours total, including the test.
The time that is set forth of course completion is not accurate nor is it transparent. Although it meets the required CE requirements, update the time to complete the respective trainings. I was not aware how long each training segment was. I do applaud and appreciate how fast y'all report and update to completed CEs to my Transcript. That's super quick, so thank you.
The history of the ins and outs of the LTC laws over the decades are not as relevant as the current laws in place. I regret reading that section as it misled me about how the policy laws work - thankfully, I kept reading, but was irritated to have been taken through out of date information, first.

The AI Audio reader is too artificial and robotic. Try to upgrade with a more personal/Professional voice. Videos and additional examples and scenarios would also break up the voice-only approach. It is also essential to give us the chance to print our certificates.
This was my second time purchasing CEU's and will likely be the last due to how excessive the courses were. It genuninely felt like a was taking pre licensing classes .
The Course presented a comprehensive program and tests that I found challenging and quite interesting. Above all, this course has been quite revealing in terms of the new changes as compared to when last I took it.

I took the course in September, and a month later when renewing my license I found out that it was a PA course, not IA. I had to re-take, and no one at Webce, or the Iowa Insurance Division could give me any good answers. Carrie at WebCe was very helpful getting me signed back in to take the Iowa course.

The course being timed is frustrating. If one pays full attention and follows along with the audio as it reads the text at normal speed (1.0) allows an individual to passe each exam the first time, the course would still be finished in under the required 6h 40m. We should not have to slow down the speed or manually read at a slower pace simply to complete a course in an arbitrary timeframe.

Some repetitive information
Very clear presentation I clarified many things that I had doubt .
there is an inaccuracy in the material. when talking about taking policy loans from permanent life insurance it states that the loan interest rate is greater than the guaranteed rate credited. That is not accurate in every case. Foresters Whole Life Insurance offers a guaranteed rate that is greater than the rate charged for a loan.
felt like there were sections that went into a lot of detail for Washington State and others that were duplicative.
My experience has been great. I have a learning Disability that I have to work around in my life ( Dyslexia). One of the key things that helped me during the process, is tests are not timed, also in the test area the chapter tap to review my answer has been very helpful . I love that you have an option to choose the course to take for credits. I was able to choose topics that are relevant to my areas of focus as a Life Insurance producer. I thought I already knew most of the contents but was surprised that half was information I did not know about, especially the taxation on loan withdrawals for cases where the policy lapsed or cancelled!

I wasn't sure how to answer the Website question, as i believe I found the course another way. I thought it was an excellent course, and I learned a great deal from it. It did a good job of clarifying/defining the roles of Medicare, Med Supp policies, Medicaid, and self-funding.

i prefer the videos because i can pause and write down the important data. but the flip side is that I could easily locate the missing information within the chapter using CTRL F. so i guess they cancel each other out.
There were 100 pages of content to go through. It took me more than 5 hours to study this. There was SO much information I was pretty overwhelmed, but then when I took the test it really focused more on the basics of Life Insurance. Which I was very thankful about otherwise I might not have passed as there was so much information in the study guide. Thank you.
Wonderful material
I liked the ability to print the PDF so I did not have to be sitting at my desk as I reviewed the material .
Only struggle was some of the examples for tax calculations. It was not completely clear to me from the examples given where the figures came from.
I learn much better having printed material so I can highlight and write notes in the margin. It is also a strain having to read it online. Could you PLEASE make your material easy to print from the actual screen? It made it MUCH longer for me to go through because of this. Thank you and I hope that, perhaps there can be a PDF or something to download for those who find looking at the screen for long periods of time VERY straining on the eyes.
Good pesentation
I am older now and do not know if I will renew my license in two years. It may be helpful to present all the information about a topic in one chapter instead of building on it later again. I have to do bits at a time for study and have many interruptions as I follow along.
This is the first course that did a good job of explaining the differences in OBRA and DRA.

I don't like them 40 question tests
The narrator doesn't always pronounce the words properly or spells the word instead of saying it or give appropriate spacing between words and sentences. It is very distracting.
This was way too long for a 4 hour CE class. I had the content read to me and it took over 8 hours to complete the course. The first 5 or 6 chapters could be cut in half because it was redundant to the last 3 or 4 chapters which talked about VA exclusively which is what the primary goal of the class is. This class would have been fine if it was an 8 hour CE class which is what it should be. I can't think of anything else that needs to be talked about in a longer LTC class. Make it shorter if it's just a 4 hour class!!

I definitely like that it reads to me. I wish I could change the voice, & just barely slow it down. Not as slow as it can go, but just a touch. I enjoyed the exam.
I didn't like this particular course. It was hard understand and there was no review of key points or glossary. I think both of those could have helped the understanding process.
Due to the amount of material presented and the complexity of the text, this course should be awarded more than 4 credits.
6 hours required; I was ready for the test at 4 hours and 15 minutes approximately. I sat their clicking from time to time while doing other things until I got to 6 hours. Got a 96% on the test and I rushed. What is with this time restriction thing? If it's the states, tell them what a bunch of idiots they are for requiring. They can say, this content is worth 6 hours but not require an actual 6 hours if someone doesn't need it. IF it's about making certain new changes to laws are being carefully covered, then have a time commitment for a specific section covering those changes or something reasonable. The existing rules on time for CE content are stupid. Please push to fix them.
Timely information for agents.
I would like to see more test questions thru out. The sections are long and not ecnough questions to determine if I understood before the exam
You should NOT be required to spend 3.5 hours on course information before taking the test. The ONLY thing that is important is that you know the information and you pass the test

some of the quiz questions needed additional information in the scenarios presented I like to print and use hard copies of the PDFs. Many charts or images seem to be missing from the course PDFs. The audio bar needs to be modified in order to make it easier to ''scroll'' back and forth to find spoken information more easily. On Chapter 9.3 the voice changed suddenly without notice and it did not advise to check a video showing a chart being compiled.
The "voice" was monatone- with very little voice emphasis. Therefore it was a bit difficult to listen to.
The timing is way off. It sometimes takes hours longer to listen to the course at a normal rate.
Some of the dated information is not currently accurate.
WEB CE is perfect for meeting my continuing education requirements - the cost and structure of classes is perfect for me!
I don't like the Course Time per section.
I like the idea of getting these courses done at a time frame that worked for me. I also like that I can come and go from these courses as it works for my schedule.
One of the interactive panes responded inaccurately to what I had selected two times. Just flagging - it was obvious so it didn't affect my learning.
Too many 5question quizzes.
The audio pronunciations were occasionally abnormal, and I found many typos in every course I have taken so far.
Courses are too long and too time consuming. Otherwise very informative and I did learn a lot.
Liked the fact that when I got busy with work, and the program logged out I was able to continue where I left of, this includes the quizzes and tests. Please keep this feature, most of us don't have time to dedicate all of our time to the CE's we must work in between. This is the best feature. Warmly, Tara

terminal condition and chronic condition are both mentioned together early in the material. Chronic is mentioned a few times more, but terminal is not. No explanation on the difference of the two is given, nor is a definition of each.

One comment: On section 7.3 LTC Ethics Consumer Standards and Guidelines - the audioplay feature reads, "Misrepresentation" as "Misrepentatio" (Probably due to the "n" not being bolded as is the rest of the material - This made me laugh but I thought you should know - thank you!! :)

This was a good course, but a little dry in the middle . I realize that this is a VERY dry subject, but I do think more interactive activities for portions of this course would boost engagement and retention. Great experience overall, though. Thanks.
I was so excited to be able to have the information read to me! So I could listen in the car, where I spend a lot of time. The reader went to fast so I had to pause and read it again.
The ethics webinar. Having at least 1 per week is why I did not renew with BetterCE for the first time ever. State Farm agent aspirants are being forced to have the SIE, 6, 63, and 65, and some of those line up with our expiration. Allowing us to catch up from procrastination will get you a bunch more people.
A lot of detail but aided in actually learning the material, lot just passing the exam.

I thought I would have the option to print my test score but I can't find it.
This course time was off. I had to listen to the course over again because the time didnt reflect actual time. to me 9 hours to complete the course because the time was off.
I believe that you provided a very extensive reading information for this course which takes a lot of time to read the whole content maybe you should shorten the material, it took me a lot of time to complete it and questions are very lengthly. I hope that you take this in consideration for other curses.

Provide as many practical examples as possible. When examples are presented after the topic is introduced, it makes the material more understandable and easier to apply in real life situations.

I am licensed in life and health and there were P&C questions in the content, not applicable to me, as well as annuity questions. I strictly do health insurance. Also, now you have to be in the course for a timed period, this is new. I will find a new CE course for my next period.

Any exam that tells you what you understand correctly and what you do not understand leaves the examinee with the knowledge only that he was wrong about the understanding of the questions asked, but no knowledge of which parts of the material he understands and which he does not.
The course seemed to be extremely long for CE credits for a renewal, but I guess if it is required by the state to be lengthy there is no other option. Other than that it was fine.
There was not enough time to complete the reading/audio portion and the testing. The time expectation to complete is not realistic.
I've been insurance licensed for over 30 years. It was a waste of my time to spend 3:20 in front of this course when I can pass the exam without taking the course. It would make more sense to test us and if an agent fails make them take the course.
I loved the videos on this lesson. It made the concepts clearer and helped me to understand complex subjects.
What was MOST HELPFUL to me were EXAMPLES of stated concepts.
I love the ease of coming and going from the material. I work where I must answer the phone often and am frequently called away from the study but it is an easy format to jump back in and begin where I left off. Thank you!
I liked the short exams at the end of each chapter, it gave us time to research each chapter and become knowledgeable on each section. Made it less stressful and at the same time you learn a little more,

Reading slides at a specific speed is not the most effective learning technique.
A more interactive experience would be helpful. Using a real person instructor to explain concepts and test in real time as we move through corse would help with retention of the material.
This course is structured differently that the others in that it requires a short exam after every chapter. Because of that, it took me a very long time to complete this (far longer than the hours required). I suggest one exam at the end like how most of these are structured.

I use WebCE every two years. The TOC on the left is new since my last go round; I like it! It helps me know how far I have to go without navigating out to see, so I can decide on a good place to pause and return later.
Don't like the tricky questions, some are so hard to understand.
I make used WebCE for years and for me it offers the best way to complete Continuing Education!

I learned a few things about LTC that made the course worth while to me
Why create a course that requires 6 hours and 40 minutes of screen time when the content took only around 5 hours and 30 minutes to complete? I read each word. Took each test and at times went back to confirm answers. Yet, I was over an hour short of the required time to complete. Maybe add more content?
My only complaint is the following. I used the "read to me" feature and it tooke more like 6 hours to go through all the material. I did a some pausing and revisiting of material so it took me closer to 8 hours to accomplish the same thing. However, taking that time off, it still took longer than 4 hours, which is how it is advertized to get through all the content plus do the quizes.

The time issue was very confusing. It was saying that because I listed to it at 1.5X that I was done early, although there was no more content. Very confusing. Also, there were several times where the same identical question was asked multiple times, up to 3. I'm guessing that means you only had 3-4 questions so it would repeat one question? Not cool!

Your time spent requirements are not suited to me.
For an agent who has no experience selling LTCI, you presented the material in a way that made it easy for me to follow and absorb the material. My agency is soon going to be recommending Short Term Care policies to clients, as an alternative to LTC, for those who cannot otherwise afford LTCI. Why weren't STC policies mentioned in the course material....? Just curious.
The content was excellent and the exams at the end of the chapters were enlightening as to what contents you are leading us to learn.
Nice refresher course as I have been selling LTCi for 30 years and worked on the various pieces of legislation when I was the LTC Chair for NAHU

This test had questions that were not covered in the material
I had to retake a couple of tests. Those sections (re: differences between various types of insurance) were not as clear as I'd hoped they'd be.

I should have received a 100% on this exam. There was an error made to the question that was marked incorrect.
when you have the automatic reader reading the course for you, it takes double the time that is required with the State requirements. if there is a certain requirement of information of each course required by the state to complete a course, it should be communicated to the purchaser/student of the proper setting of the readback feature to comply with the hour equivalent. As well as whether a person can understand the information given at that speed needs to be a communicated. Basically the course took Almost twice as long as rock was required by the state with regards to continuing education hours.

There needs to be a way of making the procurement of course much simply. The package is good but the individual courses that you can get are pricey.

I don't think having the timers is necessary.
There was a lot of complex content in this course, specific to terminology. This course didn't follow the same completion process as the other courses. It closed out before access to the certificate of completion and isn't showing as complete on my dashboard.
Question #2 in last quiz the answer was incorrect. The correct answer is Express authority (given contractually) not apparent.
I have learned more with WebCE courses.
I would very much prefer to download the materials so I can print and review rather having to read on a screen.
I sometimes found it difficult to focus, because the speaking was monotone.

The question about different client's occupations and who was more likely to need LTC coverage was confusing - it was, in fact, the only question I got wrong - please provide ample information (or any information, for that matter) for this kind of scenario in the course if you intend to keep this question as part of the exam.

Chapter 5 of the Life insurance was very long and talked about tax implications that I really just need to gloss over. I think this section was too detailed.

The questions surrounding waiver and estoppel are VERY confusingly worded to differentiate these very similar concepts.
The read-it-to-me feature is very helpful to me for learning, but it's speed is too fast and the slower option is too slow. If it could go somewhere in between or on a sliding scale, that would be nice. I'm glad it is offered though.
I listened to ENTIRE course but at 1.25 speed (1.0 speed seemed too slow for me). But that means I finished the course in about 6:10, faster than the expected / allotted time of 6:40. Your system forced me to go back and repeat some chapters to put my total time at 6:40. That seems illogical to me, especially when it appears I get no time credit for the exams, which probably was about 1:00 of additional time. The exam time should be counted as class time since it typically includes additional review of the course material. It would be a beneficial improvement if you could fix that.
I received 2 wrong on the course that I just completed (Living benefits of Life Insurance) and was asked if I wanted to see what I got wrong, which I did but to my dismay it did not give me the correct answer. I think that would be helpful.
Sorta wished I could print out the course I like to keep for future reference every course I've ever taken with you does not allow me to print the course work. Other than that I'm good with the course. This one was very interesting

Chapter 17 Quiz had a question that I believe is misleading. The question refers to Greg, who lives in Pennsylvania, suffered an injury while vacationing in Florida. The correct answer on your quiz was for Greg to seek a public adjuster licensed in Florida. I believe this is incorrect as a public adjuster handles property claims and not personal injury. The correct answer is more likely to be “contact an attorney licensed in Florida.” I hope this feedback helps.

Very good course, informative, up to date
This was a challenging continuing education class. It was my first time taking continuing education, and I found these courses to be excellent information to help me further acquire the required knowledge about the life insurance industry. I like the class structure because the questions where self-explanatory with finding the best answers to each question.

I liked the format of a test after each chapter.
One of the exam questions about mediation referred to being able to choose not to accept the decision of the 3rd party. I chose arbitration because in the statement before the exam it stated that sometimes the decision in Mediation can be refused. I realized that in Arbitration a decision can always be refused. I find that the exam question wasn't clear enough for me to choose the Mediation answer.

If this is open book we should be able to copy and paste the questions in the course to get answer.. clicking on chapter is not enough help for open book feel it should be easier to find the answer

AI reader mispronounced multiple words (mini-) Also hard to follow reader as monotone speech pattern put me to sleep. Voice was NOT engaging at all. Had to stop play and read for contact. Surprised I passed exam!
Unfortunately I would not be using Web CE again. I have been through many CE course and have never had so many quizzes/exams. Due to this, I would not be recommending WebCE to any of my team.

The course material was very deep and very time consuming. I would not recommend this course as it took 8 hours to complete. Content could have been shortened with the same learning potential.

There is a flaw in the program. It stated that I answered four of the questions incorrectly but I have proof that my answers were correct and that they match the corrected answered shared at the conclusion of the exam. I took screenshots of the questions I was uncertain including my selected answers and they matched the results that stated I answered incorrectly. This is very frustrating.
This section was more clear than the last I felt it was of more value to me and formatted the info so I can recall it better in the future
Reading for hours can be a bit draining. I thought it would be more videos. The price drew me in. If providing animations increases the price, then I understand why it was not included. The material covered everything I needed.

The fact that you have to complete an exam for each chapter is very tedious
it was long but it was for 8 hours of CE credit. i like being able to take my time and save and exit when i need to do something else
If there could be video examples it would be a lot easier for the information to lock in.
I like the short reads and the read to me function. Makes it a lot smoother of a listen than just jumping back and forth to find the answers. It seems to stick easier in my brain. Would like some color though, graphs, and maybe some of the questions to be less wordy. They get to be too much and gotta reread it. I also would like the function of read to me for the questions that are wordy.

The course was self explanatory
There were significant pieces of this course that related much more to Property and Casualty licensing. I am working on CE for a Life and Health license.
I have not seem the last part of this studies but a summary flash cards would be nice in review.

Great course material
I did the 4 hour course last week but found out it was the wrong one and was rejected by Florida but this one was very similar and had the same course content. Need to make it much easier and clearer so I don’t waste my time in the future. At least they did credit this on so I will give a little credit but needs to be clearer. The website is very confusing.

I preferred the PDF format which I could print on paper to read and make notes, which helps me remember. I don't like the screen by screen learning which requires me to keep my hands scrolling and eyes reading a monitor.

I liked this course because it was clear and helped me to understand the Living Benefits of Insurance better. I especially liked how specific examples with numbers were used to explain difficult concepts. There were many difficult sections that I would Not have understood had it Not been for those specific examples. The course took me a long time to complete (which is usual for me), but I don't mind as much since it was so informative. I think I actually understand MEC's for the first time now! Because the material was so clearly explained and since I took my time studying the material (as I usually do), I was able to get 100% on the Final Exam on my first try using only my unaided memory (i.e. without referring to any of the Open Book material). Bravo on creating this course. I also really like the Annuity Courses I took for my Insurance License and my Series 66 License. Thanks.

Please keep it simple and it is not difficult to search for an answer. Allow an exam to be taken unlimited times until passed another way to study and pass an exam. Share coupons for repeaters.
The computerized voice is a bit difficult to listen to for long periods of time, it uses odd inflections which are distracting from the content being delivered.

It was long for 4 credit hours when compared to many of the other courses I have taken for CE.

Please add a "Next" button at the TOP of the exam pages. After the exam has been graded, the system automatically goes back to the exam so we can see questions that were missed. If you received a 100, there are no missed questions to review and a "Next" button at the top of the page would be very helpful.

I think this is the first time I've used your company for my license CE and I can say will most likely be the last. I'm not trying to be mean it just seemed like the material was for executive level licensing. I'm a lowly agent just trying to keep my license and the material and questions seemed to be for those that are leaders and those making decisions within the insurance industry as a whole. So many questions started with "You're the state insurance..." or "An audit by the state insurance department..." I have no clue about the insurance workings at those levels and yet I'm being asked questions like I am. Past CE seemed to be designed from the agent's perspective and made sense. Also some questions had nothing to do with the material that was just covered. Some sections were just a page long of material and I searched and searched but couldn't find the answer no matter how many times I read it. I hope this constructive criticism might lead to reassessing the material and making it more appropriate for the vast majority or your customers: agents

The course is longer than needed to cover the material and slow to have the system read it aloud.
The opportunity to retake the questions through which one builds additional level of understanding is a thing I like most.
This course was broken up into too many segments. I spent more time answering repetitive questions than Learning material.
The learnings didn't help me understand the math of these types of plans and I struggled with the quizzes because of it.
i had difficulty selecting the tab to grade. after several attempts it would allow however it changed often times the answer i had selected.

On the end of chapter exams it would be more helpful to detail the wrong answers than giving explanations as to why you got a question right

Great Training for CE
It took way too long to complete but I am just whining.
It is unfortunately not the design—but the internal wording of the course which creates some confusion. Insured and insurer are very close. It is a good course, but sometimes it gets snarled in the “shop talk.” Not much way around it, though.

Towards the end, there seemed to be many exams for the sake of exams rather than testing knowledge of the content covered. Some had the same answer for most of the 5 questions.

The course is has too many sections. The course 34 sections and 170 questions. That is ridiculous. I have decided not to spend valuable time on such material anymore.
I learned many new things that I ignored.
Througout the course links to audio or video outsiide the course were not viewable. It was annoying to be repeatedly referred to a chart, audio or video information and not be able to see it.
The course was very well organized, and the chapter/course status made is easy to gauge the time required to complete the course.

I think the time stated to complete the courses should be stated as taking a little longer than originally stated. The material is a lot to take in and though it's very good information and I can and will use it in real life, it takes longer to complete the CE courses than stated. Thank you! Was told LTC Training and LTC Review 4 hr MA course were the same, however I was not allowed to take the LTC review course, but could take the LTC training course. Why?
The short videos to check ones understanding of what was read was good. The examples to explain more fully the information was very helpful. I liked the summaries and the short quizzes to check ones understanding of the chapter. However, sometimes the reading was difficult to understand, and more time needed to be spent re-reading certain sections.
EVERY TWO YEARS I ENJOY TAKING MY CE CREDITS. I LEARN FROM THE MATERIAL PROVIDED AND I USE THE INFORMATION LEARNED AT WORK. THANK YOU!

The Web CE Courses are much longer and have more questions than what I've done in the past and at my age I found it time consuming, but its a requirement to keep my license.

The voice of the read it to me audio was very monotone and difficult to listen to for long periods of time. An actual human with inflection in their voice or videos would be much better.

Over 30 individual exams is ridiculous. A summary exam or some other methodology would have been greatly appreciated. This was PAINFUL. I don't take courses which are self study which are going to require nearly the same amount of study time as the classroom. I take self study courses because generally I am familiar with the subject matter since I have over 20 years of experience. I hated this class.

Base on other 3 hour courses that justified the amount of time it took to complete said course. This "4" hours course was in excess of of 4 hours to complete, Hence, re-evaluation of the credits for this course to be investigated and reconsidered for future purposes.

It seems you are using Artificial Intelligence narration. There were some obvious reading mistakes that were unnecessary (the word "who" pronounced "W-H-O," for instance -- and "minitrials" pronounced "miney-trials."
I always come to Webce for my CE updates, because of the ease of understanding
The test were designed to see if you can test..not about actual knowledge that is practical to use....
I like the follow along while the auto reader reads.
I enjoyed the "outline format", but found that some of the subsequent paragraphs of explanation did not quite follow the same format.
The material got confusing for me, in several statements.

If an agent does not anticipate ever selling Long Term Care Insurance it should be a short short course if it is bundled to achieve the 24 hours needed. This course was too in depth and was like trying to learn the Internal Revenue Code! It was exhausting.
The course was pretty good. I am however thoroughly disappointed in your course catalog. you might note that wasted my time and money on a course yesterday because I did not realize that selecting multiple options did not pare down the options to meet all the criteria but rather expanded the list to include every course that had anything to do with any of the selections.
I liked everything about this course...especially the flow.
Please slow down the audio so that the course is not extended. Slow it to 75% and therefore, shorten the length of the class.

I have taken several course with this company that were not class room equivelant and did not count. Instructions on searching for courses need to be more clear when inputting what IS classroom equivalent so people do not waste their time and money.This company needs more courses that Sircon will except.

I missed 1of 2 questions for section 9, out of 50 questions and my score says 88% Someone needs to update the grading scale. This could potentially affect a person's renewal of license. Some questions were hard to understand and lacked clarity.

The course material was laid out/explained in a way that made it very easy to understand it, and thoroughly understand it at that, though my problem with this course is that the listed “6 hours” is ridiculously inaccurate, as it took me closer to 16 hours to complete in its entirety. This course should count for far more than 6 CE credit hours, if not even a full 16 in my opinion.
It's frustrating that you removed the option to speed up the audio.
Illustrations of use of MECS and other savings policies were not very helpful in distinguishing the various products.

Disliked the sections dealing with life insurance and annuities. There was also a little about health insurance. This is a P&C course. Those sections are irrelevant.

I have used WebCE courses for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied. One thing I am very happy about is the option of "audio". I have never had a test with more than 50 questions and this one had 75. Didn't like that. At least this course is worth 6 credits. I took a rather lengthy course worth only 1 credit. I may go a different route when renewing my license next time.
The test does is all over the place and does not follow the format of the reading. It seems purposeful to confuse someone taking it. This is the first time this has been so horrible that I'd rather take another company and pay out of pocket than use this one for free.
Strange that explanations are given for correct answers instead of incorrect answers on the exam.

I really appreciate that this 8hour course was divided into bite size portions. Made it very easy to absorb the material and the exam questions.
Using a human to do the voice over would be much better than the computer generated voice as there were odd pauses and mispronunciations.
Another factor that is relevant and contributed to my learning achievements is the manner in which the material is broken up into digestible section/modules. I truly appreciate this aspect!
Not enough information on each chapter for there to be a quiz that follows. The length of the questions in the quiz's is so much longer than the information in the chapter. Ended up spending more time reading the quiz questions than I did learning the material.
Course content is always thorough, engaging, and easy to read and understand.
I would rather have a real person doing the voice over of the course instead of a computer generated voice. The computer voice became tiresome.
The last chapter glitched and would not auto play.
The only criticism I have is that I purchased a bundle that met my 3 hours of ethics and 12 hours of classroom equiv, plus several extra courses that exceeded my 24 hour requiremen.but once they showed up in my docket, I couldn't figure out which course contained the ethics portion. It would be nice if it was a little clearer, because I am holding off on taking some courses until March so they will apply to my requirements for 2027. If this does not make sense you can contact me for clarification.
On the final exams, we can review our incorrect questions, but the correct answer is not given.

I did find some grammar and spelling errors in a few bits of the test material specifically that made some questions potentially difficult. a lot of the questions were also quite long, which is fine considering the time it took to complete.

I ordered 24 hours of courses. This was the only course I found unsatisfactory. If I am spending the time, I want to learn. In this course, if I got the wrong answer the correct answer was NOT shown. I could not learn the correct answer. Also, several times, the lesson segment did not clearly show the information asked in a quiz question.

The narrator for this course was terrible. He had no idea what he was discussing, he had mispronounced word like "minitrial" and his timing around commas and punctuation was horrible.

The questions were too specific for Continuing Education. There's a lot to read and comprehend and more GENERAL questions would've sufficed More specific questions are more necessary for when someone who is preparing to first get their license.
Questions should be in the order of the content. Back and forth gets very frustrating.

the course was fine but mostly involved legal aspects of insurance and p&c insurance . if I had known that i would have chosen a different course .
This course was for lawyers. Too legalistic.
The material in this course is important...being given a book to read without the interactive video made it harder to retain the information.

Exam questions need to relate DIRECTLY to content. Much of the content was too general to apply to half of the questions. This is a problem with WebCE products. The test questions should be tested BEFORE the product is sold to professionals.
