To start, I am doing this course because I obtain my insurer license a few years ago and decided to become a financial advisor. Overall, the course was laid out nice and went smoothly. However, one thing I would change it the terminology when explaining things. Sometimes, I would get lost reading because there were so many terms that were confusing or difficult to consume so many in one paragraph. I would re-write the paragraphs to flow a lot better and help the reader along with simple terms like 'the person looking for insurance' as opposed to using fancy terms for things. It is kind of hard to explain what I am trying to say. However, I don't think anyone will look at this comment, but if you do, the course was laid out nice and was helpful. However, I would just work on the explaining aspects.
I really like the no frills content with the audio options and that the sections are broken up into digestible sections.
This class was the hardest, so far, but the content was thoroughly discussed. The little videos added to the retention of the information.

I like the multiple choice aspect of the testing and the fact I could take my time answering the questions.
Finding the courses tends to be a bit difficult.
The time requirement is bullshit. Exam should be available as soon as course content is completed. 2.5 hours for this course is about 2 hours longer than what is needed to complete it
I wasn't entirely sure if the course I was taking was what I needed. This is partially due to things not being very clear cut when we're told "continued education" is needed and more than one course has almost the exact same name, hours, and price.
The course material was good however there were a few materials that were hard to decipher, an example would have been good. The open book and prep exam questions along with the open book were very helpful. TY
I found the material to be confusing and a lot more difficult than someone with 20+ years should find it. I got a 100 on the test, but again, it could have been a lot better presentation of the need to know info. It was a lot more difficult than needed.
i think you mayterials are great and i agree it is important to learn the information- what i don't agree is having to wait 3hours and 20 minutes to be able to take the exam- if i am able to get through materials, complete the practice exams in less than 3hours 20 minutes why do i have to wait?

It would be nice to have the opportunity to review the exams after they are completed to see the incorrect answers to learn the correct ones.
Really like the interactive additional questions within the sessions before the quiz at the end of the chapter, helped ensure I understood the material before moving on to the next section.
AI can't read
The time it takes to complete this course, if you take it seriously, is far more than 4 hours.
IT feels like the quizzes are carefully worded but some of the blue box 1-4 check your knowledge has some confusing wording. Maybe work on editing that for specificity? Thank you!
More video based learning would be beneficial.
There was at least one question on the exam in which the "correct" answer was, in fact, incorrect. Overall, the exam asked a number of stupid questions. Even though the course was basic and general in nature, there were a number of nitpicking questions the dealt with issues that were of no value to active agents.
The reading amount is quite intensive for CE. It's a great deal of data to take in for those who want to complete over a few days. You can't to this over weeks or months and expect to retain all the reading for the exam. Therefore it is best served to do over a few days, but again a great deal to digest.
The videos could not be heard even though I had both volumes all the way up.
Be easier to listen to to audio if there were voice options to choose from that sound less robotic

I have been taking this course for my ce requirements for the past 9 years. Most of it has just been embedded in me but, it’s fun every two years to go over the material again.
Real life examples would help bring clarity to the subject matter.
I just wish the that the last section of the courses taken was shorter and divided into 2 sections instead of one 10 credit section, which was far too long.

It would just be nice if the audio had a read along feature so that I can get back to my place easier if I lose it.
Lessons are clear and concise - easily digestible and able to recall. And audio is clear and understandable.
Overall, program materials are excellent, but the Examination System was puzzling. When I finished the 1st exam, it seemed like I had completed it; hopefully, you can keep the entire examination system running!

case studies are hard to understand and follow...In addition, these case studies are very fair fetched in everyday practice.
I would have appreciated being told I would need to answer security questions to complete the exam. Surprises like that made me feel like this was a scam. Please inform students that they will need to answer personal security questions prior to completing the exam.
The course is well up-to-date and easy to understand; however, there are some very lengthy chapters that could be condensed through the use of comparative tables. As a recommendation, you could add subtitles and language options to the videos. Overall, the course is excellent.

Straight forward test questions that are what you need to know, not some random fact.
I wish there were more examples and options to interact with the material to make it more engaging.
Remove the "Required Course Time". It's completely inconvenient especially for busy people that properly go over the material yet have to sit with their browser open until the hours are completed. If you guys remove that, then I will buy this product again and recommend this to other people
Course focuses too much on life insurance products and issues.
This class contained a LOT of information. It took me almost two hours more than the allotted time to finish. The class was fine, but it seemed like it should have been a five or six hour class. I did not use the playback feature.
I've been with WebCE for a quite some time and always easy to navigate the course objectives. Thank you for providing us these CE tools.
I was very disappointed to find out after purchasing and completing the 8 hour class that the state of MN would not allow me to use that class to satisfy my CE requirement. Your website should make it more obvious that the 8-hour class is only permitted to be used as the initial LTC training; it can NOT be used for CE. What a waste of $20 and 8 hours of my life!

The reader was a little too fast in his delivery; the reading material was too technical and covered information that the average LTC sales person would not need to know. I got a 96 on the exam but it took me about 8 hours to finish.

I think this 8 hour course had too much material to cover. It should be broken up into two 4 hour course which would help the student retain/remember everything being taught. Overall, it was an informative course and I'm really happy I passed the final exam in the first attempt!

I moved faster without the narration
I like the option to have the content read to you (I like to listen as I read along). I did encounter an issue on one page (it was the longest one) where it would not allow me to pause which took extra time as I needed to go back to complete my notes on important information, but it did not effect the value or ease of taking the course. I enjoyed the case studies as well. I have always found that relating a real life event or scenario to a certain concept helps to retain that information and remember its meaning/concept.

A seven-hour course is simply too long even with breaks Too much different material. Make it three and four hours of class/test.
l liked the pace - not to slow or fast. The content was well-thought out, always providing a balance of pros and cons, trends and facts, do's and dont's.
Compared to the other Insurance CE this was more difficult for me. Wished there was a way to review test questions I got wrong. Just curious.
The ap is not user friendly on a cell phone the vidoes and charts could not be viewed and serveral ssections kept showing they were not completed so I had to redo them on a PC.
almost worded like a.i. wrote it and somewhat hard to comprehend sometimes.
On exam questions the search function did not allow to jump to the searched for word.
Course was well written. My only complaint is that the test questions were extremely long. It would be nice to have a variety of short and long questions on the exam.

This is Continued Education, it should not be necessary for a well established licensed professional to be in the course for a long period of time for information he or she already know. The licensed individual should be allowed to take the test after 30mins to an hour.
I didn't like having to wait the full 2 hrs 30 mins to take this exam. I was don in an hr and a half and had to wait just to proceed.
The questions and answers were very long and they needed to be shortened. It should also have audio to read the lessons
I certainly like the audio along with the written learning materials. The comparison chart between HSA, FSA and QSEHRA was very helpful. A great summary. The knowledge checks throughout helped with exam preparation.
I've been using WebCE for awhile and I think content and efficiency of presentation material has improved.

The biggest complaint I have concerning this course is the difference in the stated time of hours granted for CE and the actual time it took to complete the course. One reason I would hesitate recommending this course to anyone else where it would not be required, is that the time it takes to complete this course is far more than the 4 hours granted for the course. This has not been the case with most courses I have taken through WEB CE
Don't like the change of the required clicking through the material with end of chapter required quizzes when we still need to take the test at the end for competence. The end test was enough before.

WEbCe courses are clear and easy to understand. What helps facilitate the learning the concepts are the case studies. The case studies provide the complexities of being an agent and helps the agent to understand course material more clearly.
for 4 hours CE, you give 40 hoiur reading magterial. You should 8 hour CE; too much tehory. put nice pictures on the concepts.
Some of the sections are too long. Sometimes less is more.
Took the course as outline but the timing was only 1hr 45min and need 2hr 30min to complete. Had to go back and listen to 2 chapters to get the allowed time. Would have though the course was 2hr 30min long.
The voice process mispronounced a number of terms, one significantly. At least one question in the final exam is not remembered being present in the text.

I had a little difficulty understanding and figuring out whether I needed to complete a state-specific Long-Term Care course for licensing requirements in Colorado, although my home resident state is Florida. I was hoping your website and course selections would have quickly helped me determine what I needed to fulfill. I had to search in many different places and sites before ultimately calling my licensing and credentials people at my financial services firm.

It took me quite a while to figure out that I could click on the chapter to go search for answers i needed. This really slowed my progress, it took me way to long. I spent probably 15 hours total, including the test.
The history of the ins and outs of the LTC laws over the decades are not as relevant as the current laws in place. I regret reading that section as it misled me about how the policy laws work - thankfully, I kept reading, but was irritated to have been taken through out of date information, first.

This was my second time purchasing CEU's and will likely be the last due to how excessive the courses were. It genuninely felt like a was taking pre licensing classes .
The Course presented a comprehensive program and tests that I found challenging and quite interesting. Above all, this course has been quite revealing in terms of the new changes as compared to when last I took it.
The required time in course was absurd and unnecessary. I was done within an hour with all of it, then had to wait another 90 minutes to take the exam.
I loved that when I took the test, it didn't feel like they were trying to stump me, but to make the questions and answers easy to reason and a pleasure to take the test!
I like that I can read the materials by myself at my own pace.
No nonsense approach. Easy to follow and understand. I have no recommendations for improving. Good job.

Good Training Materials
The mandatory clock time of two and a half hours is ridiculous. This class has about 30-45 minutes of actual content. Being forced to keep the window open for two additional hours before you can take the exam serves no educational purpose.
The 19 minute section. And i had to pause, or rewind, it was very hard to find my spot where i left off because the time lapse line with respect to th e section duration was too short
The practice questions were formatted oddly to me.
The content was clear and the videos, graphics and audio made the learning process very relevant
The appendices were too tiny to read and yes, I could expand but the clarity was lost.
I enjoyed the fact that you could study and then take the test in portions. It made it easier, not feeling overwhelmed.
The time restriction is not that friendly for folks taking the course over and over for the CLE purpose.
I took the course in September, and a month later when renewing my license I found out that it was a PA course, not IA. I had to re-take, and no one at Webce, or the Iowa Insurance Division could give me any good answers. Carrie at WebCe was very helpful getting me signed back in to take the Iowa course.

Material was effective in the learning experience. The final test questions were clear and did try to impose tricks within them. Not easy but clear questions to enhance the learning experience.
The verbal narrative of this course was horrible. No inflections, no pauses, A Robot would have been as effective.
Having me wade through thousands of paragraph questions and answers is ridiculous. Never again.
Breaking the 7 hours up into a 3 & 4 might be helpful for ease of completion.

The material covered by the course more than prepared me for the exam. The exam was straightforward and covered the material presented exactly.
The time in course requirement is ridiculous/ I have been doing this for 30+ years. The point of the exercise is to determine if there is a knowledge gap not to make me waste 3 hours when I could pass the test without the material.

this may be a new industry standard, but to be required to look this over 2.5 hours total is redundant. I've done all the studying before and I'm confirming that I still fully understand the content. I was able to get through this within 30 minutes and confidently know I have a complete understanding of this material, as shown in my test grade.

there is an inaccuracy in the material. when talking about taking policy loans from permanent life insurance it states that the loan interest rate is greater than the guaranteed rate credited. This course seemed more geared toward P&C agents than Life & Health agents, but the information was still worth reviewing.
I found it difficult to find the answer for the qsehra question because the wording of the question did not match the content of the way the course explained it.

forcing customers to stay in your course when they have already answered correctly the questions and reviewed material is a deal breaker and unless that's changed ill never buy from you again
for some of us who have been in the industry for a good many years, this is review and is read quickly. The content doesn't take 2 hours and 30 minutes to read, so access to the quiz sooner would be nice because again, this is review for a great many of us.

I wasn't sure how to answer the Website question, as i believe I found the course another way. I thought it was an excellent course, and I learned a great deal from it. It did a good job of clarifying/defining the roles of Medicare, Med Supp policies, Medicaid, and self-funding.

i prefer the videos because i can pause and write down the important data. but the flip side is that I could easily locate the missing information within the chapter using CTRL F. so i guess they cancel each other out.

I liked the ability to print the PDF so I did not have to be sitting at my desk as I reviewed the material .
I learn much better having printed material so I can highlight and write notes in the margin. It is also a strain having to read it online. Could you PLEASE make your material easy to print from the actual screen? It made it MUCH longer for me to go through because of this. Thank you and I hope that, perhaps there can be a PDF or something to download for those who find looking at the screen for long periods of time VERY straining on the eyes.

2-answers were correct on the final exam that I was told were not correct.
This was way too long for a 4 hour CE class. I had the content read to me and it took over 8 hours to complete the course. The first 5 or 6 chapters could be cut in half because it was redundant to the last 3 or 4 chapters which talked about VA exclusively which is what the primary goal of the class is. This class would have been fine if it was an 8 hour CE class which is what it should be. I can't think of anything else that needs to be talked about in a longer LTC class. Make it shorter if it's just a 4 hour class!!
Need more summarization in some parts
Very long material confined to 2.5 hours before moving to the exam. Not so convenient for knowledgeable users who want to move fast to the exam and complete the course

Although we are not allowed to review the questions after we submitted the exam, it would be nice to see why we got the answers wrong or right. At least in some form to better improve on my skills as an agent.
The course was easy read and great content. However, it was not easy to find just a LTC class.
Wording in instructions and wording on the test did create some confusion.
the 2.5-hour time limit did not coincide with the actual time it took for me to complete the course. The course only took approximately 1.75 hours. I would recommend slowing it down or add content.

There was no time showing for when on the exam , even though its not timed. I would have liked to know either way.
To be honest, the forced time spent on the platform was an unexpected change. If I can learn the material in 30 minutes, being forced to sit on the computer for 5 hours or 3 hours or 2 hours seems ridiculous. Perhaps this is a change that FINRA or the SEC demanded, but I have never had to do this before.
For it having been a while in a similar test I was able to understand and move along comfortably...
There was one question that I feel is incorrectly set up. It asks: What is the maximum amount an employee can contribute to an FSA on an annual basis? The answer should be $3300 indexed. It listed other choices. I chose a random one and suppose I got it correct but please update for future test takers. Thanks!

The "voice" was monatone- with very little voice emphasis. Therefore it was a bit difficult to listen to.
I wish I could start the audio at different points in the course. Right now, it just runs from beginning to end.

The read to me audio is very helpful but the automated voice is difficult to listen to for hours. It frequently reads words with the wrong pronunciation for that circumstances and it gets hard to listen to after a while, making it easy to lose focus. Having a real person read the text instead would be better.
WEB CE is perfect for meeting my continuing education requirements - the cost and structure of classes is perfect for me!
I don't like the Course Time per section.
One of the interactive panes responded inaccurately to what I had selected two times. Just flagging - it was obvious so it didn't affect my learning.
The audio pronunciations were occasionally abnormal, and I found many typos in every course I have taken so far.

Course time that is locked in is too long for fast readers. I should be able to get thru the material at a faster pace & not have to re-read the material just to show it took me 2 1/2 hours. Rediculous! I take CE’s for my nursing license & I can get thru it at my own pace, as it should be. I would give a very low overall rating, if able, for this reason.

I had purchased another CE course & it was just boring & I had to read every word of the class. I suffered through that for about 2 hours & then I remembered that I had used WebCE before. I immediately signed up for the WebCE course & the entire learning experience was GREAT!
From what I can tell this is the same material as the self study class. Seems to me having it listed just once would clear up any confusion of what is CLEQ or not.
terminal condition and chronic condition are both mentioned together early in the material. Chronic is mentioned a few times more, but terminal is not. No explanation on the difference of the two is given, nor is a definition of each.

One comment: On section 7.3 LTC Ethics Consumer Standards and Guidelines - the audioplay feature reads, "Misrepresentation" as "Misrepentatio" (Probably due to the "n" not being bolded as is the rest of the material - This made me laugh but I thought you should know - thank you!! :)
One of my answers to the test was incorrect and when I clicked on the option to review that question, it doesn't tell me what the correct answer is. Since I got it wrong, how am I supposed to learn what the correct answer is now??
So much of the material was redundant resulting in greater effort to retain information already given.

Provide as many practical examples as possible. When examples are presented after the topic is introduced, it makes the material more understandable and easier to apply in real life situations.

Any exam that tells you what you understand correctly and what you do not understand leaves the examinee with the knowledge only that he was wrong about the understanding of the questions asked, but no knowledge of which parts of the material he understands and which he does not.
I am not confident that the package that I selected will satisfy my NH CE requirements - it was very unclear as one of the courses had a warning symbol, but I could not find an explanation of what that symbol was indicating.
The read-to-me audio voice was annoying and irritating. I would have prefer a more pleasant sounding voice. I had to stop several times to give my ears a much needed break.
In 2025, the questions referenced FSA maximums going back to 2014 ($2,500) which made the questions regarding maximums and rollovers a bit confusing.
A different voice, that uses the proper tone while reading would be nice. The e-reader voice was very boring to listen to. Easier for us to get distracted with this one.
The course is very clear and professional.
Some of the limits for FSA on the questions were outdated for 2025 - Carryover and employee contribution limits.
Watched all the videos and practice exams which was only 1 hour and 50 minutes. The requirement is 2 hours and 30 minutes. There was no other content to review so I had to play 2 videos I had already watched to satisfy the time restriction. I just thought that was a waste of time.
I've been insurance licensed for over 30 years. It was a waste of my time to spend 3:20 in front of this course when I can pass the exam without taking the course. It would make more sense to test us and if an agent fails make them take the course.

I love the ease of coming and going from the material. I work where I must answer the phone often and am frequently called away from the study but it is an easy format to jump back in and begin where I left off. Thank you!
I liked the short exams at the end of each chapter, it gave us time to research each chapter and become knowledgeable on each section. Made it less stressful and at the same time you learn a little more,

I was surprised by the inclusion of decreasing term test questions. That type of insurance really isn't used anymore.

I went through all the courses and took the test. The time of hours was 2 hours and 30 minutes. At the end of the course it said I need to re due the amount of time because I only had 2 hours and 18 min completed. I'm not sure how that added up. But I had to go back through it again. I didn't like that it made me go through the course again and took longer than it should.
I make used WebCE for years and for me it offers the best way to complete Continuing Education!

I learned a few things about LTC that made the course worth while to me
My only complaint is the following. I used the "read to me" feature and it tooke more like 6 hours to go through all the material. I did a some pausing and revisiting of material so it took me closer to 8 hours to accomplish the same thing. However, taking that time off, it still took longer than 4 hours, which is how it is advertized to get through all the content plus do the quizes.
Too much material to cover. It's exhausting, too many abbreviations and too much data
I'd like to see a little more visuals and statistics. it would be nice to have more interactive features.

For an agent who has no experience selling LTCI, you presented the material in a way that made it easy for me to follow and absorb the material. My agency is soon going to be recommending Short Term Care policies to clients, as an alternative to LTC, for those who cannot otherwise afford LTCI. Why weren't STC policies mentioned in the course material....? Just curious.

I like the bar at the top that shows what percentage you have completed for the course. I would have liked for the left hand sided menu to be scroll-able downward so I could see how much further i needed to go in terms of named objectives.
when you have the automatic reader reading the course for you, it takes double the time that is required with the State requirements. if there is a certain requirement of information of each course required by the state to complete a course, it should be communicated to the purchaser/student of the proper setting of the readback feature to comply with the hour equivalent. As well as whether a person can understand the information given at that speed needs to be a communicated. Basically the course took Almost twice as long as rock was required by the state with regards to continuing education hours.

I love the training and continuing education setup. Since most of the questions are scenario-based, I would like more scenario-based questions in the chapter quizzes. This is just my opinion. I am not a great test taker, and I need all the practice I can get!

I had received an email from them and for some crazy reason I thought it was Webce. As soon as I started the course I could tell immediately that it was not WebCe!!! The question about different client's occupations and who was more likely to need LTC coverage was confusing - it was, in fact, the only question I got wrong - please provide ample information (or any information, for that matter) for this kind of scenario in the course if you intend to keep this question as part of the exam.

Since your offer some of the material in a separate course, don't include it in this course but require the QSEHRA be completed prior to this course. Also you combined 'traditional' group health, ie non-HSA plans and HSA plans under the same label. That was a little confusing because other course separate the two types, Traditional, and Qualified High Deductible.
The audio was a bit monotone so hard to listen to. However, I could read it all myself and the bullet point and case studies were great, really enjoyed those!

For the FSA section of the course, the information regarding max annual election limits and rollover are extremely out of date and need to be updated (speaking as an FSA Administrator).
Although I did very well on the exam, I felt that the content of the Chapters were very specific in nature, while the exam questions were very general and made it somewhat difficult to select the correct answers. Overall, I'm very satisfied!.
It would be nice once an exam is completed to be able to view the entire test not only to see to mistakes but all questions for review.
When changing the audio volume for the read-to-me feature, it would be nice if it stayed where I put it instead of having to adjust the volume on each page.

The reference to graphics in the "read-it-to-me" recordings was unhelpful for a blind user other than indicating a graphic existed without providing any additional context; there was also no alternative text evident to assist in interpreting the graphic that was apparently important enough to include but not important enough to provide an interpretation. This seems to be counterintuitive as part of an course on ethics.

The read it to me feature. Boring, monotone and actually turned it off since it inhabited my ability to actually read and understand what I was reading.

I did the 4 hour course last week but found out it was the wrong one and was rejected by Florida but this one was very similar and had the same course content. Aside from the initial technical issues regarding reCAPTCHA, the course itself was quite interesting and helpful.
Just the time allotted to complete was not enough. It took 3 1/2 hours and I was scheduled 1 1/2.

The course content was very good. It would have been an added benefits to have examples, especially of the calculation of Interest-Adjusted Net Surrender Cost Index and the Interest-Adjusted Net Premium Cost Index.

I found with the larger course I am old school and prefer to print out my study material vs studying on a computer screen. I tend to comprehend better with paper study materials and the ability to make notes.

The required time to complete the course is almost an hour too long. Maybe 2 hour minimum instead of 2 and a half hours. I was able to complete the reading of all of the content plus the practice exams within 1 hour 41 minutes.

I paused the course for a short time & when I went back to it, there were 2 voices reading the materials out loud but a sentence or two apart. It made it impossible to understand what they were saying. Hard to stop the entire class, shut down & start over. this also happened in another class that I was taking a few days ago.
Do not understand why can not study again in a valid tome , passing the esam is not the only goal.

One case study of a 1980s illustration is wrong and misleading...states agent "should have" used interest rates other than the current very high ones. We were and are required to use the rates being paid at the time, high or low, plus one with the minimum rate stated in the policy.

There were 3 or 4 segments that had a doubling of the audio playing. Much like an In The Round, when singing. Not sure if it was on my PC's end or if it was an error on the website, but it was irregular. I apologize that I did not note the segments.

Very good examples to understand the ehics of insurance
The short videos to check ones understanding of what was read was good. The examples to explain more fully the information was very helpful. I liked the summaries and the short quizzes to check ones understanding of the chapter. However, sometimes the reading was difficult to understand, and more time needed to be spent re-reading certain sections.
EVERY TWO YEARS I ENJOY TAKING MY CE CREDITS. I LEARN FROM THE MATERIAL PROVIDED AND I USE THE INFORMATION LEARNED AT WORK. THANK YOU!
The thing I don't like is when you review wrong answers, it doesn't show you the correct ones.
I like the amount of examples
Two questions in this course had wrong answers that WebCe considered correct.
The material was too much for CE. It was like taking the exam over again. It should be an overview of the information, not starting all over again.

All final answers should be made available for review. If the state is going to have a say in whether we can review final answers regardless of exam score, then course should be made available for free. The state should know better than to act this way!

I selected the life insurance CE course for ethics, so I was surprised that liability claims were referenced throughout the course. I don't recall seeing this before.
This was hard and time consuming, it would be nice to shorten it
The audio was read too quickly at speed 1.0. At speed 0.7, it was way to slow. You need something like a 0.9.
For the exam, the chapter listings did not match the question being asked.

Much of the content was based on P & C Insurance and my area is life and health, so it was probably not the best content.
I like that the course is self-paced and if I have to stop to do something else it bookmarks where I left off so I can start there. I have used WEB CE several times and would not go back to the company I used in the past. This course is affordable and easy to follow and I would recommend it to all Agenst as the best option for CE classes.
The reading it to me and connection to the site are strong so it’s very easy to use. I didn’t see it as an option but the case studies chosen incorporated such nuanced history of things I’ve seen in the industry that it feels smart and relevant!
Language is not very easy to understand the concepts.
Questions were fairly clear in this segment. Some re-reading was necessary to determine what you were looking for.
previously noted reccommendations re: lisyening ti the same voice becomes monotoness.

Solid and relevant information
Please don't use AI voices in the audio generation. Please pay real voice over artists for this type of content. The inflections were so bad, it was distracting. The voice would sound like it's ending sentences in the middle of a sentence. Example: "Insurance is a great way! ....To make sure customers are taken care of.
Have a single pdf study guide available. I'm a reader and like to study without switching from one online"section" to another.
I think the "Case Studies" are really helpful to better understand the concepts being presented.
I found the voice to be to monotone. I would take more breaks than usual because it was too much to listen to at certain times.
I really liked that each session was short and was able to stop and go when I needed too.
I would like to know if an insurer is obligated to inform the insured (or claimant) of the existence of coverage that would be payable in the event of a claim, even if the insured (or claimant) is unaware of the existence of that coverage.
Need to supply answers to questions missed for learning purposes!!!!

It was a good course, had just enough information to not be overbearing.
If an agent does not anticipate ever selling Long Term Care Insurance it should be a short short course if it is bundled to achieve the 24 hours needed. This course was too in depth and was like trying to learn the Internal Revenue Code! It was exhausting.

Given the content of the course material, it was difficult at times to remain engaged during some of the lengthier segments. I most definitely appreciate not having to click the button to move forward to more content every few sentences or paragraphs, but a little bit more breakdown in those longer sections could help make it easier to stay engaged.

I didn't like the minimum time allotment. I am a fast reader and a good test taker and usually will finish a little quicker.

When looking for reviewing the material for the test, it was hard because it did not show clearly the materials.
Unless I misread it, the material said that it is illegal for an insurer to refuse to consider a client who was declined elsewhere. But that is common in the long-term care insurance industry. My second comment is that the test questions may have been too easy.
Why are there several P&C questions when I asked for Health & Life? None of the content addressed the topics, yet they are on the test.

Question 15 does not really have a correct answer for 2024. The minimum deductible for a HDHP is no longer $1500 BUT Fran age 38 who purchased a self only HDHP with deductible of $1500 was the closest to correct. The minimum is $1600 this year.
I learn best with videos. I really like the knowledge checks at the ends of some of the chapters!
The visuals (diagrams), are especially helpful when understanding important deadlines and time frames.

The video voice would suddenly stop and it was difficult getting it to restart and to go back to the section that you needed to start at.
Don't have answers that aren't relevant to the given year. Some answers didn't make sense because this test is over 3 years old and values/rules change.
I think having a natural voice over person reading as opposed to AI would be an improvement.

I like how you guys read the material to us.
The course was great with the exception of a lot of information included that is not necessary. There are long paragraphs of outdated information that are excessive and unnecessary to the knowledge that should be retained from the course.
I like the fact that it tells what Chapter to look for an answer if you have doubt about an answer you picked.

Over all good, but some of the questions were tricky.
The presentation is dry and boring. The voice reading the text sound like n electronic voice and uses incorrect and strange inflections. Get an engaging human to read it and make it a little interesting.
This course needs atleast 2hrs to complete. Also I got 1 question wrong and it allowed me to review that question but didn't show the correct answer. I think it should show the correct answer so we know for future use. Other than that it was an easy process

This is the easiest course containing information on all of this subject matter I have taken since I started in the industry 12 years ago
I could tell the Read-it-to-me voice was AI generated. There were times that I thought they AI voice should pause but overall it was well done.
It's easier to digest the informaion when it's in smaller chunks versus the larger chapters. If there were some way to break those up as well, that would help considerably.
The answers to question 4 needs to be updated ($1600) & # 8 is also incorrect.

being an agent of 25 yrs now, there is nothing i hate more than CE courses that ask test questions that have zero to do with my industry. when i take a life course, i dont need to be trying to decipher casualty, health, annuity information within the test questions. be more specific to what i purchased

one question was confusing when it mentioned Hal was told by insurer to get an endorsement and if the insurer declined the endorsement, Hal was to tell the insurer who would then cancel the policy. I was pretty unclear about whether Hal was the agent or the insured. So I may have gotten this question wrong.
