This course took twice the amount of time it said it would take. I am not stupid, It was a lot of content for a 4 hour course.

The questions in this exam were confusing and poorly written. The exam appeared to be written to be more difficult than it actually was. Easily could have tested the knowledge without making the questions difficult to read and confusing!

The only thing that I didn't like is that after the read to me audio would finish, I didn't have an option for it to automatically go to the next section.

The reference to a "widow" in one of the questions (within the context of describing a person who might need additional help) was inappropriate in that it perpetuated an incorrect assumption that females are someone inferior to their male companions. It would be better to describe the person as a "surviving spouse" and not simply as a "widow".

End of the day the individual states need to clarify how much and what type of partnership funds will be available, so our learning of random state amounts and plan changes is unnecessary.Before we write a policy we'd need to reference the state, so lots of time not put to use in learning Indiana, NY, etc. history.

The health insurance portion was a bit tedious. This final exam not up to the standards of others I've taken from WebCE. Duplicate questions, poorly worded questions, and questions of minimal importance.

The monotone reading of the material is so bad it's distracting. It's better to just silence it and read it's so bad. Get a human to read these not AI.

A lot of content is very detailed as to tax ramifications and we are not allowed to give tax or legal advice, to this level of detail is not necessary to retain.

The last question was a gtrick question Which constitites an unuathorized practice? i had it wrong but was a trick. i put refer client to an attorney for legal, in notes it stated never advise to get legal advise if you are not qualified. anser was draft a contract by behalf client...trick

Admittedly, I am a perfectionist. So, I read everything and to all the quizzes unlike many others who say they just want to pass. I want 100% accuracy. But, still, reading everything, doing all the quizzes, and then getting through these LONG Courses, takes all day! (I cannot do my CE renewals during 4th quarter -- I already work 14-16 hours a day. January is out of the question due to fixing 4th quarter issues -- still 14 hour days. So February, my birhtmonth, is when I have to get all my CE credits done. It is stressful because I still work at least 12 hours a day. My weekends in February are consumed with getting re-licensed. These just take too much time. Any way of condensing the courses? The are good and valuable, but after having done this every two years, five times now, I am tired of them because I know my stuff. I guess everyone doesn't, but these can be taxing. Even my teaching certificate only had to be renewed once every 5 years. Sorry -- but I feel better having vented. But, UGH! I have only done 2 courses this weekend. - 7 credits. I still have 17 more credit hours to go and only two more weekends to get them done.

Way too long over 7 hrs to go thru the whole thing and very repetitious. Will probably not use unless last resort from now on.

Word searches should include phrases.

For myself, this took about an extra hour beyond the required time. Between the modules and the practice tests and 25 point test, it was 5 hours and I stayed the whole time with it. Online courses just take so much longer than stated time for myself. Always preferred in person learning.

i am a slow reader. I like that most of the content of learning material is audio.

I suggest having several different voices in the read-it-to-me. Having just one voice to hear makes one stop listening.

One needs to take the ALM course prior to taking the Cannabis class - many of the terms/acronyms in each lecture were the same; however, in the Cannabis Class they were listed but they were not defined. SAR was referenced but not defined. Confusing.

Lot of info on history of LTC insurance and the laws that shaped the Ltc insurance landscape. I feel this isn't very relevant to insurance agents and clients today needing to make LTC decisions.

Some of the answers were not clear as it relates to different definitions in this module. It should be crystal clear what the true definition is. Terms should have a universal meaning and not grey area as this course I feel had as it relates to the answers in the exam. Would NOT recommend this course to peers.

I found the amount of material dedicated to partnership programs to be disproportional to how prevalent these policies are, given that they are only available in 4 states. Otherwise, the course was excellent.

The information regarding the ACA is incorrect, needs to be updated. There is NO mandate for individuals to have healthcare coverage as of 2019. It was short-lived.

The variety in the test questions is interesting. I scored 68 on first try and then scored 88 on the second try without further study of material. I am happy to pass, but one test seemed more difficult than the other.
