On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.
Definitely more courses need to be offered for the Ethics requirement for IAR. I have been completing since 2022 and sometimes difficult to find one I have not already completed.
Disliked having to spend a minimum of 1 hr-15 min before taking the exam. If somebody has many years of experience and is able to pass the exam immediately, they should be allowed to take the exam at any time.

Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.

this course was very well written unlike content from other providers.
The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.
The read it to me audio was a bit monotonous. It could have been replaced with a real human reading as the machine reading is not sounding good

First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

Sometimes searching for the courses and adding them to cart is confusing. Would be better if we get message like following: " selected course is not needed" or " you already got credit for selected course" etc. Hope this comment will help improve the navigation of the website.

I really like using the webce because i have a learning disability and it reads to you and you can read along and have a better understanding.
I especially liked the read out loud feature and the fact that I could increase the speed it was read.
Really do prefer the "Read-it-to-me" format. I can see and hear as I write. This course was cumbersome (GREAT information) but caught me off guard that it was not identical to the previous courses that I had taken in the last few months. I had to regroup my efforts and attack it in a fresh mindset. Now I have no idea what to expect on the next course.
The review chapter feature was very helpful.

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. No mention of whether the $50k was annuitized payments or simply withdrawals (so BEFORE annuitization of AFTER annuitization...?) But overall, this is a well-constructed course.
This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.

The annuity questions scenarios were challenging but helpful.

Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.

I liked having the audio option, but the voice was very choppy, making it hard to listen to for a long time.
It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.

Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. Especially glad that there was an option to keep the audio off. I personally prefer reading and absorbing the material at my own pace.

This is not about the course, but about the continual overlap of CE materials. The only part of this course that was relevant were chapters 15 and 16. Everything else is covered in various courses.

Why are variable annuities part of a course for agents that are not securities licensed?
I'm sure WebCE must address variable annuities as a fulfillment of bureaucratic stipulations, but I know ZERO insurance agents with a securities license and have only met a few in nearly 20 years of insurance work. Thus, making a substantive amount of material entirely irrelevant to most insurance agents.

Being able to distinguish, or set apart, the material more than even the Annuities course did itself I think is important. I know it is hard to make such dry material easier to digest, but possibly having more examples that are interactive than straight reading would help.

I listened to the course audio, did the quizzes, listened to the additional videos/interactive info. Had I done that until the end of the course, it would have went well over the 4 hours. Good Info but course content should be shortened within some of the various topics so it truly only goes 4 hours or give us an additional CE for the extra time.

For the Annuities course way too much emphasis on the tax issues--Making decisions or part of decisions that involve taxes is inappropriate at best. The advisor /producer should recommend specific tax questions be answered by client's own financial advisor. I have been working with client and annuity products for years. Even if advisor is a CPA, in the selling roll we were prohibited from giving specific tax advice. some exam and quiz questions are incomplete in terms of in detail . I got the answer correct, but the questions can be written to include more than 1 possibility when there is more than 1

I have been using WebCE for several years now and I have never been dissapointed by the material or method of presentation. Very well done.
Prometric is a very poor service for remote proctering. I had to call a friend in to come watch me take the test, AFTER Prometric took money from me two or three times.
1) No audio was inconvenient. Audio could easily be added for all but the few Q&A parts not amenable to audio. 2) A question in the test gave a scenario where a client showed up with signs of not being well. The "correct" answer was to contact various people in the client's life without any mention of whether permissions had been established, which could have breach of privacy issues. My "incorrect" answer was to ask what's wrong and don't accept "Nothing" as an answer, which wasn't exactly what I would do but best of the choices IMO unless it was a situation where I should drive the client to get immediate medical attention or dial 911. I've been in that situation more than once and asked permission to call a trusted family member, which was given. 3) There was in the course a recommendation to sell someone a $50/day LTC justified as "better than nothing." Hardly! That amount is clearly out of date based on current costs.
The only dislike experienced comes from the occasional answer that could be interpreted into common speak or understanding, as opposed to a hard direct literal interpretation, as this could result in a wrong selection.

This course was fairly long and 50 questions seemed excessive, however, the content was really good.
If you expect anyone to take ALL of the overload, but extremely needed, and very helpful, information in this course, then 4 hours is a ridiculous time to expect anyone who wants the help, needs to read it more than once sometimes, to finish.

It was a very long course and a little repetitive for me but it was good. The beginning was confusing when it asked for my license number and renew date because it also said skip this step but I could not take the exam without it so you can't skip it

From my experience using WebCE, I found it highly informative, easy to learn the materials, especially, with the Read-it-to-Me audio, the practice your knowledge interactive videos, and the practice chapter questions. I enjoyed using WedCE to fulfill my educational and training requirements. There is really nothing that I can offer to improve on my encounter with this program.
I enjoyed the audio and the interactive videos. I also enjoyed having an exam at the end of each section to summarize that portion instead of a longer exam at the end. I felt I was more engaged and less anxious with not having to look forward to an extensive overvall exam at the end.

The Read to me feature is very useful, however it pauses at the wrong places making it hard to comprehend at moments. Sentences seemed to run on at certain points unless I was following along word for word I would not fully understand what it was reading to me. This is a minor issue overall the program was great.

I found this course to be very focused on the objective of learning about Annuities and statuary requirements that goes with state of Georgia.
The animation of the videos were at an amazing quality. The text-to-audio AI almost ruined it. It would be great if there was a real person narrating the videos/slides.
I am 83, and my days of taking courses and tests should be over.
It would be beneficial to have to have videos with a person instead of someone reading.

This specific course was tough to get through and actually stay engaged with simply because of the density of the content and the length. It was still a perfectly fine course, but I may have done better with staying engaged had it been broken into smaller pieces.

The course design with the multiple chances to take quizzes help the learner master the needed content.
The "book" has way too much information for a 50 question exam. Time requirement to study, memorize terms is too long for what is tested. It's not clear what the focus should be for the exam. It would be helpful if required testing material was narrowed down in the book i.e cut book in half to narrow scope of tested material.
I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.

Some of the questions were a bit tricky, and the answer depended not on the most pertinent reason, but on a lesser reason.
I liked the mathematical examples the course gave when it came to the variable annuities and fixed annuitization.
Some of the buttons to click to access questions or other info were dis-proportionally small and not readily understandable.
The interactivities were very helpful. I always find they keep me engaged and helped with the learning experience
The course is good, but the narrator should slow down just a tad bit while speaking and put emphasis as needed for better instruction.

The course very succinctly shed light on various characteristics of annuities that gave me information on the how's and when's to sell annuities to customers.
Certain video sound automatically started playing when I began a new page. I did not realize the actual video was playing and I had to re-play it so I would be able to fully watch both the audio and visual together in sync.

I liked the described objective at the beginning of each section and the summary at the end of each section.

For someone visiting your site for the first time looking for the type of course that I needed I had to spend about 8 minutes locating exactly what I was looking for

It was difficult to find the exact courses that I needed and then when I found them there were so many varieties to select from and that made it more confusing. For example with the annuity course there is a product training one and another one below. I was unsure which one to select and if there is a difference.
I didn't think all the back-story and history of how we arrived at current standards and models was helpful. I didn't need to know about variable products b/c I'm not licensed to sell them.
This felt pretty difficult for CE.

The example in 3.6 was potentially offensive, when it used the name HECTOR, as the person who was influencing the senior. It is out of integrity for an ethics course to use a name that has a specific ethnicity as the potential "bad guy."

The course outline was in order and well put together. Everything just seemed to be organized.
I passed, I found several questions deliberately having more than one correct answer, and you would behave ethically by doing all of the correct answer. I think that questions designed that way are unethical. THIS IS AN UNETHICAL TEST
The practice questions helped ensure I was well-prepared for the course exam. I also benefitted from the videos as they made learning more enjoyable.

The course provided a great overview, but the two hour time commitment was not accurate. It took closer to three hours to complete the course.
One of the ethics questions "correct" answer is a violation of FINRA rules.
The question regarding tax treatment of annuities is horribly written. You should specify "what is the tax treatment of principal and interest ... (during accumulation phase or at distribution/withdrawal). Additionally, not all indexed annuities have an interest crediting portion.

While I appreciate the content provided for this course, the required time for the course (4 hours) turned out to be more than 4 hours. Besides the final exam, it took about 12 hours to read along and take in the material and do the practice quizzes. A 4 hour course, should not take longer than 4 hours to complete. There's got to be A better way of setting this platform to only 4 hours worth of study and testing. This was like being punished just to fulfill A requirement. It was 3x the requirement. Please change this! I do NOT recommend it to anyone. This is my first time using your platform. Hopefully, but respectfully, I hope I can do my requirements on my favorite continuing education provider's platform who I will not mention here. Thank you!

For being only a 4 hr credit course, This took FOREVER to finish! Took me almost or over 4 hrs! This was A LOT of material to go over, and extremely overwhelming. The solutions for a lot of the math, when it came to figuring out the numbers for the variable problems, were not clear. I still don't understand how some of the percentages and other values were determined. Pretty frustrating. I'm actually surprised that I got 100% on this test.
I really like to have it read to me, when I can listen and understand it better.

The Social Justice content was offputting because Social Justice is a manipulative, marxist term which offends many people. It is a vague, worthless, controversial concept which has no relation to the subject of Ethics.
I rely on the audio so this course doesn't have it yet. Otherwise it was good.
The normal speed of the audio was too fast. The next speed down was too slow.

The jargon related to insurance is so alike. Some of the explanations needed to be made clearer—such as the underlying principles versus the definition of sound-alike terms. Overall, it was understandable, yet went over the subject with insurance terms more than general terms.
I think a few more math examples with explanation of each step might be useful.

The answer in the Annuity Design section of the questions pertaining to the crediting of interest at the end of each interest crediting period of an FIA was incorrect. The only effect the minimum guaranteed interest rate has on interest crediting is at the end of the total contract period. At that time in total interest experienced from the performance of the FIA is compared to a simulated application of the Minimum Guaranteed Interest Rate. Whichever is greater is the amount credited. That is why some periodic statement where the FIA interest was negative, that the beginning balance and ending balance are equal, barring may fees subtracted (i.e. rider fees). Please regrade my exam and issue an amendment to reflect 100%. Thank you.

This course did not have the read it to me audio. I would have liked if that was included. It was included in another course, and I found it helpful to both hear and read the info.
Although the info provided is pertinent and direct, I believe more videos would be helpful. If each section was a video or interactive video would make the training more palatable and easier to digest.

The Read-to-Me I found to move a little quickly, thereby resulting in lack of retention. I had to turn it off so I could go at my own pace and reread confusing parts or those that I thought would require extra time.
I was going to use Reged for free, but I would rather pay and use what you guys have. It was very organized, and the test was relevant to the course, I liked the practice exams after each section, Well done!

The AI reading is sometimes confusing with the inflections
The audio was not read by a living person. It was AI or some other device. The pronunciation and diction were annoying and hurt my ears. I would have preferred a professional read the content.
I found the information and questions on taxation very confusing. All else seemed clear.
Fine as is, potentially more interactives after each section would be helpful. I found that the interactives really helped hammer home the subject of each section and allowed me to retain information better.

Good course, like most CE courses if you actually read all the material and take the practice quizzes, they take more than the stated time.
This course was terrible. Why was the skill check a worksheet that I couldn't interact with in any way? Why was there such tiny text for the example scenarios? Why was the content SO aggressively corny and condescending? My therapist is going to hear a rant about this one.

This course was very long and REPETATIVE. As a four hour course, it took me about 6 hours to complete it, perhaps because I am a senior. Or maybe it was because of the endless repetition. I studied the course and found it very helpful.

I think that since this course is SPECIFIC to Oregon, that the phrase used "most states..." should be followed by "in Oregon, yada yada". That would be helpful. I am not convinced that this course adequately covers the topic in a way that "new producers" will be able to understand what their obligations are, based on my experience as a producer. However, I do not intend to represent or sell annuities EVER. I did want to understand what this is all about and I did learn quite a lot of information that was new to me. Thanks!

LIMIT THE NUMBER OF QUESTIONS TO AT MOST 5 FOR EACH CHAPTER SINCE THERE ARE MANY CHAPTERS. 5X16=80 QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ENOUGH. MANY CHAPTERS HAVE BETWEEN 7 AND 10 QUESTIONS. THANK YOU, WEBCE

There is much material to cover. A person needs the time and ease of being able to complete the course and exam and should be aware of the depth of the subject.
This course took much longer than anticipated. Should be worth more than 4 hours of CE.

This course was very challenging and beneficial on the updated Best Interest Compliance modules.
On the Annuity exam, there is a question asking "which of the following are not the common modal annuitzation payout methods" and it list 4, that are the common ones. There is not a choice that is Incorrect, making it impossible to get that question correct.
It was very educational and enlightening for my 82 year old Eyes/Brain. Been in the Financial Field since 1973.

I really like the audio feature but both my coursed had times where the video froze and I had to read it.
This course was actually quite interesting and informative. It filled in several gaps in my understanding in the difference between fiduciary and best interest in regard to the regulation. It also put to bed some Industry fears of how the regulation could pratically work for insurance only licensed practicianers. (My only critique would be to have two courses---one for insurance only producers and one for insurance AND Registered Reps / Advisors. The reason is that you waste 3 or 4 questions for insurance only licensed people by including the variable stuff. Plus, it implies that perhaps the insurance only rep can talk 'variable products". I realize the Regulation says otherwise, but the insurance only rep might wonder why the other is included. Plus why learn what you can't use or even discuss. I would go with the two courses, as opposed to the one with extra variable questions. It is a waste for the insurance only producer and probably not enough for the variable (registered rep /or Advisor). I offer this critique as a former Series 7,6,63, 65 and 24 Registered Rep / Advisor. Otherwise, a great and informative course. Thank you.
On the Taxes section providing more videos with actual examples would help more.
I did not like that I had to mute one the double audio in every chapter.

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.

The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.

The course actually seemed to take quite a bit longer than the number of hours assigned to it. I certainly had to spend more than four hours to complete this four hour course. I wish the hours stated would more accurately reflect the actual time needed to take the course.

This is why there are so many complaints out there against agents and financial planners, speak plainly. Learning Latin was easier than decoding some of these questions. I kind of wish I had taken the 1-credit Best Interest annuity update course instead of the full Annuity Suitability course, but I needed the CE credits for other purposes in addition to the state insurance requirements.

Variable annuities are, by nature, a complex and potentially confusing subject. This course has been the best, so far, for my understanding of them.
I liked the presentation. It challenged my thinking and was good reminder of the ethical issues we face as advisors. I felt the information was through as was presented clearly and with brevity.
Needed help from customer service. Course I needed wad FL based but the system only allowed me to sign up for a TX approved version. She helped me and all was well.
The test questions were not all answered in the reading materials.
Navigating was a little challenging. Got to last chapter & then all of a sudden, I was back in Chapter 5.

WebCE is by far the best platform that I have used in regards to CE credit. I have been in the insurance industry for the last 6 years and haven't found a more user friendly website than WebCE.

Please all course content in video and/or audio form without the need to constantly click "proceed" ... further, allow for one to set a default speed (ex. 1.25x) for all content, and stop requiring such selections on each page. Finally, several of the questions asked on the final exam were not covered in the course content.
The voice for the read to me audio was HORRIBLE! I couldn't listen to him, so I just read everything.
This was fine, however, I do prefer it when you use different voices, for the audio, throughout the module; the variety helps increase engagement as well as retention.

It would be nice to be able to adjust the audio speed -- I like reading it and hearing it together to increase retention, but the reader was much slower than how quickly I can read. Allowing it to adjust to 1.25 speed or 1.50 speed would be nice. In the end, I ended up turning off the Auto-Play about 1/2 way through and completed the course at my own reading pace.

The scenarios presented were not terribly clear particularly in the beginning of the module, where there were certainly a number of equally reasonable/ethical answers.
The courses are crappy, boring, and very little learning takes place. However, I'll continue to suffer through this in the future because the courses are crappy, boring, with little actual learning everywhere else...

Although I think of myself as an ethical person, I learned a few key points by way of the examples given.
The read-it-to-me audio does not have typical communication cadence and is incredibly hard to follow and receive correctly. This content would be far more effective if a real human recorded the audio.

The course material was great. I definitely feel I have a better understanding. My only draw back was the audio. The computer generated voice doesn't always read like a human would. It also is very mono toned and can cause me to lose focus.
Very well done course overall. The only issue I have is that when listening to the read-it-to-me it is difficult (sometimes confusing) when it is reading section headings or bulleted lists since the auto-generated voice has an unnatural element to its meter. Additionally, I found that the four-hour and the eight-hour approximate time was off by a factor of 2; four-hour course took me six or eight hours!
I like to listen to the audio at a faster speed. I was able to find this tool when viewing the course on my phone but was not able to find how to increase the audio speed (reading) on the desktop version.
The reader's voice was very monotone. I like having the moderator however the flat tone is like a lullaby.

There is a statement that is highly unethical in these teachings in the beginning of the course and it seems an ammendment was made in this section, as the language is different than the rest of the course. It suggests that violence is appropriate for matters of social justice. If this is the case your either indoctrinating or you have been hacked.
"It is not subject to current taxation: funds accumulate on a tax-deferred basis within the contract. Only when funds are withdrawn are they taxed." - This is not always the case. Contracts collaterally assigned must pay tax on gains as earned, even if no distributions are taken.
This is the best course I've taken in the certification process in the life business. Very easy to understand and was comprehensive. I didn't fall asleep doing this!

for a course on suitability and best interests, there was too much math involved in the exam portion. Having taken the CFA program, I used a calculator as much for this exam as I did for the CFA exams (proportionally)

(why a specific annuity wouldn't work in a person's case ) I like the use of bullets. I am a big bullet writer. I think it helps people remember information rather than a long paragraph style. I also liked that the information was very relevant and up to date. I've taken courses in the past where that wasn't the case.
The course was what it had to be per the new laws, It was easy material, but the training is a complete waste of time for a professional in the industry for so many years. I learned nothing new and there is not enough content in the course for the required 4 hours that MN dictates you need to remain on the course. So after you complete the course in 1 hour, you are stuck clicking to refresh the screen for the next 3 hours to make the test available. It's all a complete waste of time and does not provide any benefit.

The only way I can think of to make this course a little better and absorbable is to have some interactive checks on learning. Showing how you pull the data from the questions and apply them to the correct answers. IF that makes sense. Mainly for the questions you would use a formula to answer.

Was quite long for a 2 hour credit. Had a lot of good examples and material to read/learn/consider though.

The biggest issue I have with this course is all the education on Variable Annuities. I understand maybe needing an overview but those are for a Series 6 or 7 person. You had a ton of test questions on a product that a life insurance license doesn't sale and it was a waste of my time!!

It is difficult to listen to AI reading it when it is not trained to emphasize italics, when it switches from "ten thirty-five exchange" to "one thousand thirty five exchange"; mispronounces "analyses", and runs sentences together, especially when a sentence ends a certain way, such as with "Exhibit B".
I get that you really only have so many options for the audio in the "read-it-to-me" category, but there were several times where the AI narrator just messed up basic syntax, and was down-right excruciating to listen to. Otherwise, good stuff.

It was hard to get to the exam once I had thought I completed the course material. I had to click through EVERYTHING again before advancing to the exam.
It was all good and necessary content. But it seemed like a lot. Maybe you could rearrange some of the sections to compress the information and make it more easily digestible. A few more videos to cut the reading up would be nice too.
Most of this course material was very basic, yet it required 4 hours of my time. Why not offer a pre test showing that I have the equivalent of 4 hours of knowledge on this topic???

I think incorporating more hands on learning activities would help with information retention. It was a little hard for me to follow a read and listen format at times although certainly read, listen and do are all effective learning methods when combined. I suppose the practice questions help us with the do part. Maybe giving the option for immediate feedback on the practice questions would be helpful.

This subject needs up dating to current issues and situations. The generations are much broader. Provide a practice or review test before the final. Based on answers in practice quizzes and review test, suggest areas that the student should review before starting the final exam. Use your software to analyze for areas of competency and areas that are not sinking in and make recommendations.
Some courses throw trick questions out to throw you off. I felt it represented real life situations and made it clear how the agent should be.
First time using Web Ce and will be a return user.
I sometimes like courses that read to me, so that I can get the information more efficiently. In this case, I appreciated being able to turn off that feature, because it was reading too slow, which made it more difficult to follow. It's a weird balance. If it's read to me too quickly, my mind may drift away from the subject and miss key bits of information. It's not a bad tool and I've used it before. I didn't use it this time, however.
Annuities courses and licenses are Rarely needed with a basic life and health license. As a business owner, most people need to know the laws, best practices and ethics more than anything out there. This material and examples are vague and generalized.
The illustrations about death benefits really helped make concepts clear.

I was not made aware when enrolling in this course that a protctor would be required. This was my first experience with this. Futher, when I completed the course and had to wait for my proctor to arrive, my work was not saved. It's quite possible this was my error. Nevertheless, this process was not easy. originally signed up as i needed suitability course for TX, but then wondered if i could use it for my resident NC license. I called you, was told if i transferred the course reporting to NC, it would also satisfy any non-resident state that required that same course, in my case, TX. The examples/case studies made this course more meaningful to me.
This was longer than 4 hours. Other classes I took were pretty close to the time listed but this one was much longer. I would say it should be given at least 6 credit hours if not more. These annuity details can get very confusing.
chapter 3 - one of the practice questions is: "The power differential is the difference between: one of the options is c. men and women - clearly the incorrect option but come on, this is so disgusting and inappropriate, get with the times. So ironic that it's in the "ethics" course. Do better.

The quality of these courses has substantially improved since I have last completed my CE. I wasn't able to detect near as many spelling errors and typos. The videos helped to aid comprehension, and the interactive questions made for good reinforcement. The last time I completed CE through webCE I actually saved screen shots of the humorously bad content and recommended to my superiors that we drop WebCE as a service. I could not do so with this course. WELL DONE and thank you for taking steps to improve the quality of your content!!
The section about that references the Pension Protection Act doesn't include the reference to Section 1035 in regards to the LTC exchange.

It took 4 1/2 hours to complete ~ that is a long time.
When you have questions after a section is completed, the :Next Question" bar should be more visible. I kept choosing the "Continue" bar and went to the next page instead of proceeding to the next question. I would then have to het "previous" and scroll down to the questions and start with number one of 3 again. Kind of annoying.

Always make the questions on All TESTS easy to understand and evaluate, in order to answer them properly, to avoid any confusion(no trick questions). The idea is to learn the material properly because we as salesmen convince the client(owner) to purchase the contract!

Using the Interactive and videos was difficult to get back to the course after the video played. I was using my Android Mobile phone. I had to exit out of course and then log back in to get moving again.

I didn’t love the fact that each page was only like a minute and then wouldn’t move on to the next section automatically. I feel like I spent a lot of time hitting next and resetting the speed on the video that I liked when I could have just been digesting the information. I suspect this is to keep people from just “pretending to engage the content”, but honestly feel I would have had a better experience if each section was an individual page so I could take the content like 45 minutes at a time without it being broken up by non-essential work to get through the content.

The process, from a producer's prospective, in regards to ensure proper licensing and mandatory CE is completed, is very convoluted. Third party companies should not be part of this process and certainly should not profit from the requirements set forth by the states. These cost should be covered by taxation and professional fees.
Based on the content and time spent the value in hours should be at least 6 maybe even 8 hours.
I would have preferred any materials regarding variable annuities not be included because I do not sell not am I licensed to sell variable products.
Great course and easy to follow and compehend.

I thought it was great. The way the material was presented/worded made it easy to understand. The ability to save progress and exit the program without losing your place is very convenient.
The content in this course was very informative and easy to focus on. The knowledge test at the end of the sections was very helpful.
I liked that I was able to read along and go back and relisten and review as neccessary
I had difficulty navigating the screen to find my way back to the test button after reviewing what I had learned. No complaints otherwise. KW

The automatic reading was not automatic.
I found this course to be very clear and informative. The auto/robo voice read the content according to the punctuation, however not the tone and was sometimes confusing, however by reading along with the voice, I was able to understand the intended meaning. Was it just me, or were the sections longer than the intended 2-4-8 hours? However long, the sections were worth working through as I did learn more!
I found the course to be redundant. Since it was a "best interest" course, making only 25% of the content relevant to the main topic advertised in the title was a little frustrating.
Would like to see more video based training
Test questions were confusing. Not clearly stated. More than one correct answer.

This is one of the best courses on ethics I have seen. The writing is clear. The examples are excellent and some represent situations I have encountered.
This was a great experience. This is my first time using this company and I am pleased that I did.
The audio play was the best of this course!! I was expecting a shorter course for only being a (2 credit course), my understanding was that a 2 credits was equal to 2 hours course time, it took me a lot more hours to complete this course. It will be nice to add videos besides the audio play - and activities for learning such as the ones on quizlet.com that focus on questions and answers with audio plus several learning activities like fill in the blank, matching, flash cards and more.
This quality content is also helpful to improve personal decision making through critical thinking skills and having a framework Ethical Principles to use as a template to measure ethical behavior. This course lives up to the high standards of WebCe.
I've used WebCE before and it's my go to for continuing education. It's always simple and easy to navigate.

I have been using webce for 8 years now.
The intent of CE course is to educate and inform. This course did both. Thank you.
There seemed to be too many unnecessary words at times in sections. The extra words and sentences seemed to be fillers to just add time and justify the CE aspect of the course.
The interactive filling in of what I might do in certain situations did not work.
Well, I could never input the answers to the six senarios about various ethical dilemma. But I though the emphasis on doing the right thing was spot on.
The process for selecting courses could be easier and more efficient, there needs to be a check box to select multiple courses rather than selecting one at a time, going to the cart, checking your selections, then going back to the list to start again for the next course.
Considering how much time it took to read through the material, 2 hours of education credit is WAY to low. It was a good course, but 2 hour credit does not reflect reality and is inconsiderate to the user thinking it will take around 2 hours to complete.

Very educational
This course was only worth 2 hrs of credit but took me over 5 hours to complete, as I read through everything. This was way too hard for just 2 hrs of credit!!! Very disappointed in the time involved.
I dont like the idea of locking access to the materials once you enter the test. This is CE not a preparation for a closed book exam for your license.
What I love most about this course is that I can listen to it and if necessary repeat listening to fully grasp the material.

Very easy to use your courses. Love the option to print and use at my leisure. I have a difficult time sitting and reading a course online.
This elevated details on ethics largely is relevant to producers selling annuities (e.g., LTC) and investments (including cash value life insurance) limited to advanced age customers. The content is not very relevant for producers selling health and term life. Also, the big missing challenge for ethics is whether annuities including LTC are even worth the risks which are multiple. Your content is conspicuously silent on such big subject -- making the course itself guilty of poor ethics!
This course is not just beneficial to the senior class, it is a very insightful and helpful to life in general.
The discount program was a bit off and misunderstood on how it was written.
Love the read to me audio, it allows me to study while completing housework and other chores, then I can review it again before testing!!??
More animations dealing with ethical clients. simulations are always helpful.
