some of the questions are to long - and if I do not know the answer I have to go true the hold chapter to find the information. it will save a lot time if was highlight the part the has the information to answer the question.

It just seems ot be somebody reading to you. The questions at the end of the chapters were nothing like those on the actual CE exam. Kinda crazy that with an LTC license all the questions were about partnership plans and so little was reviewed. I barely passed.

This "8 hour" CE takes a lot longer than 8 hours to complete if you're not already fairly well versed in the subject matter. [edit: I downloaded the certificate then came back here to hopefully add something . . . I would suggest this course has enough ethics-related material to be worth at least 1 hour of ethics. It also covers some life-related info as well. Instead of being worth 8 hours in HEALTH; I would recommend 1 hour of ETHICS, maybe 1 hour of LIFE, and 6 to 8 hours of HEALTH.

This 8 hour CE takes a lot longer than 8 hours to complete if you're not already fairly well versed in the subject matter.

The information was given in an understandable manner. It did NOT try to use words or terms not generally use in my profession.

It is an hour credit course, but some of the bullet point sections within a few of the units were unnecessarily long. 12-14 min slides just turned my brain off on occasion because i knew id be stuck on that slide for awhile knowing I had more to go. Maybe consider breaking them up. It would create more sections, but it'll seem easier and less stressful to complete than doing those longer ones.

I have used WebCE for a very long time. I'm not exactly clear on how/why I ended up in this particular part of the WebCE "ecosystem". I only look for CE materials sporadically, so these sorts of things aren't really "top of mind" for me...

On need for monitoring tests, I would state that reaching out to a local libraarian woiuld be a great suggestion for a monitor. I did and it was perfect, my experience with librarians is they always ask if they could help you. In the crazy world we live in that is a comfort.

The Audio instructions were awful. The instructor (AI I suppose) doesn’t complete sentences correctly. He runs words together and doesn’t pause in sentences where he should. It just seems like a computer saying words. There is no inflection and things get lost in the annunciation.

I have been taking several WebCE courses for this renewal period. I feel that this particular course's study questions were more ambiguous than for other courses; also this course seems to be "teaching" to the "test" with more emphasis on the NAIC/SEC 2020 changes than the general Ethics courses - the course name implies it is mainly about Ethics for a producer - not all insurance producers are concerned with annuities or life products - make an effort to cover the other areas of insurance - THAT would be providing practical knowledge of ethics for other lines.

The AI readers was not natural but sufficient. If the objectives were the goal, the quizzes and summaries didn't reiterate them well. There was a greater emphasis on the exam to determine a situation, which I agree, but that was not the objective. Overall, it was very helpful in gaining an understanding of LTCI but definitely took longer than 8 hours.

Negative questions on the exam were often confusing.

I spent 20 hours in reading the content and taking the test. You are offering only 4 hours CE for this course. No colourful presentation of the concepts to follow it easily and to remember. You should offer 8 hour CE for this course. Very hard to complete;

The trigger for having to repeat an entire section is too short. I had to repeat a couple of sessions simply because I was listening to the audio and not tracking the written content and did not realize that the section had concluded. I realize there is a clock in the upper right corner of the page, but if you are listening and not tracking the page, you can miss it. Add a few seconds to provide time to recognize that the section has concluded.

Intensive, albeit very comprehensive course material and presentation. The final exam requirement for me was quite a drag. and should not have been included, especially, since each chapter had a test requirement. Overall, since I passed well, the whole course has been worthwhile.

The final exam was much harder than the practice questions led me to believe. There is no practice exam nor a glossary of terms that can be easily accessed. The content might have all the information there but this course does a poor job of preparing you for the final exam.

Best web based CE course I've ever taken!!

It would help if the exam questions could be read aloud for the visually impaired.

I only use WebCE for my CE educational credits because it is great, easy to understand and learn and an awesome review

Questions 26 & 36 in LTC have an in front of LTCI. Not sure but I believe it should be a LTCI. Prever quizes at the end of each topic vs 50 questions at the end of whole course.

Informative Class, but a lot of the material was very redundant
