The question is fair but long statement would you make it short?
Your Quiz/Test platform changed. The selection of the answer used to be only on the button. Now, the selection encompasses the whole sentence, which if I accidentally click on a different sentence, it changes my original selection. I noticed this because it caused one of my Quiz answers to be wrong.
In both courses, too much detail on the laws were given so I lost the overall purpose of the law and had to go back to make sure I knew that.
more examples to explain will be better to less confusion

I took the annuities 4 hour course. there was an Altzheimer's interactive to click on different topics. When I clicked on them, nothing happened, so, I was unable to compare those with the age related issues.

I am a slow learner and the read it too me audio is too fast and the monotone of the voice was distracting and nearly put me to sleep. The voice needs to be more interesting without influencing the listeners thinking.

Statements that Fixed Indexed Annuities have a guaranteed interest rate which credits in down-market years is largely incorrect. Most FIA's credit Zero in those years...and the Guarantee only comes into play when comparing ultimate value at liquidation.

Some parts of this section had too much information and made it difficult to recall by the time I reached the practice questions.
I liked that when I accidentally left the completed screen wthout continuing that I didn't lose my place and was able to continue. Example: Somehow, when I advanced my screen for questions 21-25 the page disappeared. I was able to go back and hit continue and my selected answers were still marked for my previous questions 1-20. Phew! I liked being able to go at my own pace by either listening and reading along or reading ahead.
to much content for the VA product line as well as part of the testing. Should be another and seperate course. Many are not licensed to sell VA and thus the training is not applicable
This was a fairly easy course. The way is was structured and organized was GREAT for me. It allowed me to get right through it and retain the information in each course. The only thing I did not like about it was the audio. I accidently selected to have the audio on and I prefer to read the information. I retain information better that way. However, this was great! Thank you.

It's better to add the contents about Roth annuities' taxation into the chapter of "Taxation of Annuitized Income". For example, does the lifetime income from a Roth annuity have to pay tax starting at some point or tax free for the lifetime?
The individual reading the "Read-to-me" can read NAIC easily but LTC and LTCI and every other acronym with great difficulty and quite frankly is annoying. I wanted to strangle the guy after hearing him read L T C in such a halting way the tenth time.
I love that I can turn off the auto reading of content. I absorb content better reading it for myself!

The course was great and helped me pass the test. But Indiana's state requirement to have someone with you in person or virtually is ridiculous. This is a continuing ed course. The 20 minutes it took me to finish is a waste of time for someone else to monitor.

I like the flexibility , easy of navigation from one topic to another and ease of re-routing from a question that seem unclear, back to the topic under view.
The detail in the teaching part of the course very very detailed and at times cumbersome. The exam was very fair and balance and was easy to understand. I spent 8 hours on the course and 20 minutes taking the test. The fee was worth the cost of the exam.

The word "annuity" was misspelled in one of the videos. Also, regarding the advantage of tax deferral, it is misleading and incorrect. Annuities specifically cause the gains to be taxed as ordinary income (marginal brackets) rates. An alternative investment option would cause the gains to most likely be taxed as capital gains rates, and even those are only upon selling of the specific holdings, so the comparative tax rate isn't even the full capital gains rate, nor is it annual. These examples are typical, misleading insurance wholesaler and agent sleeziness.

On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.

Clear and concise. Didn't feel like any of the material was arbitrary.
Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.
The course sections were well-written but the material needed more organization.
Content should be simple and have bullet points
Good program, but the review questions are far too easy considering the content covered in the program. I do not feel that the score I received is indicative of my understanding of the concepts discussed.
Questions can be a bit misleading. Simplify it.

The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.

The study modules are not super clear on chapter exams. I appreciate that the final exam was not the same where i felt tricked on the answers. The content overall was excellent. I appreciate the read-allowed feature so i can read along and it's double duty to retain the content. Thank you.

I couldn't find any kind of search bar in your website. I knew that I was looking for Anti Money Laundering Practices for new Insurence Agents, but I didn't find it anywhere in the Insurance section. I was just about to call the # to ask an operator when I came across it in the Additional Financial Training section. That was the only part of the process that was confusing.
Many of the questions are too long and have too many details. Also, there is NEVER a traditional name used in the scenarios. That adds complication that doesn't need to be there.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.
The read it to me audio was a bit monotonous. It could have been replaced with a real human reading as the machine reading is not sounding good

First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

The PDF printing of this course has 2 chapter 7, which one is Chapter 6 but labeled chapter 7. You might want to fix that, it had me confused until I went back on line to see that one was actually chapter 6

I have been doing LTC for years and knew 80% of the information except the Texas portion. I wish I could have taken the exam after completing the entire course regardless of time as I was able to finish early. Yet I am sure its a Texas thing.

there is an inaccurate answer to a study question about free look period. You had a choice of 31 not 30
The exam was very easy but the presentation went into a lot more detail than seemed necessary for th subject matter to be covered
The course content allowed me to pass the exam the first time with a higher score than required. The information provided was thorough.
There was a lot of pages needed to take the exam, but I scored a 94 and therefore knew most of the material.

This course was pretty easy to take and the exam was spot on for the training - however, in the past couple of years I have been taking most of my training through ICT where I can listen, participate and check in couple times an hour without having to take an exam at the end of each course which is quite nice.

The read it to me audio was a lifesaver while reading along: 10/10. Fix the auto start of audio, it worked probably less than 10% of the time. Also, save the user selected audio playback speed. That broke all the time as well.

It took me a minute to learn and navigate the course but once I read instructions it clearly it was pretty easy.

I especially liked the scenario-based questions, which reinforced learning effectively. I was able to access and use Web CE on my phone and the audio was very helpful for studying. The interactives were hard to use on both the computer and the phone, but especially on the phone. The audio is hard to start on the phone but does fine on the computer.
Some of the material was redundant. Having the test questions recorded for listening would be a plus!

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. No mention of whether the $50k was annuitized payments or simply withdrawals (so BEFORE annuitization of AFTER annuitization...?) But overall, this is a well-constructed course.
This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.

Need additional courses in ethics, LTC 4 hr and annuity best interest -- offer two in required subject matter so that I can easily take the course in the next renewal period and alternate courses so that they are 2 years apart.

The annuity questions scenarios were challenging but helpful.
I would say, I did not find any issue about this course study as the entire study and examination parts were very interesting and it has enhanced my knowledge about the subject of Anti-Money Laundering.
Professionalism
Had easy to read info and directive as to what would be covered.
I only deal with Medicare products and the content of the material although required for license renewal had nothing to do with my business. Hard to stay engaged!

Testing was very EASY!
It'd be very kind if you had a real person reading it aloud instead of the weird robot voice. The robot worked better for me than reading it myself, but just get someone to read it for real. The robot's inflection and literal approach is distracting.

I was done going through the course, but still needed to be in the material another two hours.
Some of the material about the annuities seemed to be very repetitive and it made the course feel much too long and tiresome. I would try to reduce the redundancy of some topics if possible or make the redundant topics more interactive to make it more engaging to avoid getting bored and annoyed with the material.
I found the course very fulfilling and quite easy to follow.

Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.
Course spent way, way, way too much time on nonessential and unnecessary history of how LTC evolved. This could have been summarized in one or two pages. No one needs to know that to use the products.
I liked the tables and the course flowed.

Arbitrary time limit is annoying
I didn't use the audio on the course, so I can't speak to that, but the course was clear and not overwhelming or too lengthy. All of the points were clear and concise.
I liked having the audio option, but the voice was very choppy, making it hard to listen to for a long time.
The only negative is the AI read it to me voice. It is very annoying and not usable at all.
It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.
The information seems way to long, as well as the test questions. I also wish there were more varieties to select from.

I didn't see how many questions were on the exam until I started. If there had been 100, instead of 25, then I would have had to start and stop, as I had an appointment.
Including some hypothetical client stories with ethical situations would be a good way to enhance the materials.

Read it to me was slow. I would have preferred to be able to adjust the speed a little. I understand the point is to assure students hear the material, but 10 - 20% faster would have been appreciated.
I enjoyed the interactive parts throughout the coursework.
I like that when I use WebCE's materials for testing and CE, I learn and therefore am more confident in my business processes which keeps me interested in continuing to renew my license.
The AI bot who read the material sometimes mispronounced words and the inflection was wrong for a lot of the course.

Content is great but as a new producer, the material takes about twice the amount of time as I am being given credit for. I am a tax professional so I have some background in the material but it still takes twice the amount of CPE time.

Like most Insurance Products, Laws and Rules change. As an experienced agent, It simply hard to keep up on all of the changes with all of the Companies and products. I remember when Older Agents were Grandfathered in!

There is no search feature on your website. After clicking around for 15 minutes I ultimately called your sales number. If it wasn't for the fact the annuity provider I'm working with specified WebCE I would probably have ended up elsewhere. That said the course when I found it was good.
Some editorial work should be done to prevent the headings for topics to be at the bottom of a page. A heading should be followed by several lines of text.
The AI miss spoke several words you should listen and correct them
More practice test questions
What I like most are the Exam questions: very concise, clear and straightforward to make the candidate easily understands the questions and get the best answers.
There were some issues with the audio.
I appreciated the concise facts and the way the course was presented.
I had no problem with the course. I didn’t know what to expect as it was my very first time so,I was very nervous. I got more comfortable and relaxed when I saw that I can retake it as many times as I wanted. That made my anxiety disappear.

I FEEL THE COURSE READING/PRACTICE EXAMS WERE MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE EXAM ITSELF. NOT A BAD THING, BUT MAYBE HAVE MORE REAL LIFE SCENARIOS IN THE EXAM.
The proctor was very put off that he needed to input his drivers license. I have never seen this before and this proctor at the library hadn't either.

This was an 8 credit hour course. It was excessively long and mundane for its purpose. Listening to the provided audio took well over 12 hours start to finish. The course included way too much information to be useful, learn and retain. This should be at least 2 courses, it not 3.
There were a very few words the AI narrator mispronounced.

This was a good course--it was timely, and had quality content, and learning objectives were met based on both.
Course was a bit dull and too many sections specific to products and could be be shorter in length and still achieved knowledge on ethics.

The estimated times listed on the ten chapters only included the time it would take for the reading audio, not estimating how long it take to do all of the extra topic reviews, charts, and practice quizzes. Everything else was great!

I really enjoyed the ability to "save/exit". This aspect allowed me to take break and handle interruptions.
I loved that it was open book. I was able to go back and find the answers.

I was surprised by the inclusion of decreasing term test questions. That type of insurance really isn't used anymore.
I would recommend not using the word "obviously" throughout various chapters and explanations. While it might be to some, it wasn't for me in certain instances. I would also love to see more interactives and videos. Additionally, it was a little confusing to determine which package to choose for my state, since there were multiple and the descriptions were very similar.
I believe the addition of more interactives would be very useful.

Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. Especially glad that there was an option to keep the audio off. I personally prefer reading and absorbing the material at my own pace.

This is not about the course, but about the continual overlap of CE materials. The only part of this course that was relevant were chapters 15 and 16. Everything else is covered in various courses.

I'm happy about my progress understanding the terminology of the subject matter.
The Math for example calculating the taxable percentage and payout of a non-qualified deferred annuity in the annuitization phase was a little difficult to follow. I feel like walking through the math would be good before asking a question about it in the chapter review.

Personally, I would rather have an actual person narrate the content as opposed to a "computer". Sometimes the computer doesn't pause when needed or mispronounces words. Also, an actual person narrating would make it more interesting.

The only real complaint I would mention is that the read-it-to-me voice went up and down in volume a lot. I suppose it was an attempt and voice inflection?

I'm sure WebCE must address variable annuities as a fulfillment of bureaucratic stipulations, but I know ZERO insurance agents with a securities license and have only met a few in nearly 20 years of insurance work. Thus, making a substantive amount of material entirely irrelevant to most insurance agents.
It was very difficult to find the correct course. I did the online chat and they had me call.

Great presentation of materials.
Something outside the course, the emails throughout the upcome CE year is very helpful.
In certain areas of the text, instead of "Insured" it should say "proposed insured". Also, the insured is not always the owner, therefore, for someone who is new to the insurance business may be confused between the owner and insured. I think it would be best to review the whole text.

The annuities Standards for Best Practice course has a lot more dry material than most. Being able to distinguish, or set apart, the material more than even the Annuities course did itself I think is important. I know it is hard to make such dry material easier to digest, but possibly having more examples that are interactive than straight reading would help.

It would be nice if the read-out-loud option wasn't so robotic. Hard to keep attention because of it's monotone nature. My firm has a human being read and record, and it's easier to absorb the information that way.
This last course would be better if you had the questions at the end of each chapter, like the other courses, instead of waiting until the end of the course.
I think the content is the best, becaus you have audio/reading and visual content to help retain the information learned

The Read it to me option voice was very monotone. I like to listen audibly usually, but this voice choice was too robotic and made it hard to focus.

The only reason why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in general, is just... It's not like it's a tv show.... If they wanted to learn about LTC, I would offer this to them though, 100%.
The subject was well researched and the exam was designed tosee if I have a true understanding of the ehtical issues

I had to google the full the course name followed by 'web ce' in order to get to the actual page to be able to buy/enroll in the course. I need to take the annuity training as well and I have NO IDEA which one I am supposed to do or how to find it because the format is very confusing. Literally everything else was AMAZING.
The way WebCE lays out the material is very clear and easy to follow. My only suggestion is, having taken your courses over the years, it would take less time if sometimes you consolidated more information onto a single page.

I love the "read to" part as it enhanced learning by providing info to senses.. hearing and visual. One short coming is that in the past I have read of special LTCI benefits to Veterans. There was no mention of this or VA help. Please metnion in future trainiings, even if not currently available but was at one time.
For the Annuities course way too much emphasis on the tax issues--Making decisions or part of decisions that involve taxes is inappropriate at best. The advisor /producer should recommend specific tax questions be answered by client's own financial advisor. I have been working with client and annuity products for years. Even if advisor is a CPA, in the selling roll we were prohibited from giving specific tax advice. some exam and quiz questions are incomplete in terms of in detail . I got the answer correct, but the questions can be written to include more than 1 possibility when there is more than 1

Since I'm not securities licensed yet, I was a bit surprized by how much of the course was devoted to Variable Annuities.

Since 2020 I use this web site to learn because it is very easy, affordable and full of knowledge.

This course takes way over 4 hours.
There were a few questions in the exam that did not seem to have been discussed in the content. However, overall it was easy to read and understand. I came to distinguish some aspects of SEC BI and NAIC Suitability in Annuity Transactions Model Regulation.
The only thing that is hard is the monotone of the audio and they do not hardly pause at end of sentences, etc
This segmaent could have been broken up it was too much material for one test.
I couldn't recall once I was in the course how to start the automatic audio. It would be helpful to make this more visible.
Of the various CE products I use, yours are very straight forward and easy to navigate. Timely reporting of completion to state agency is also greatly appreciated!
I am not clear how to go about getting the permanent results to my upline.
I liked that one could return to the course and pick up from where they left of. I also liked that I could pause and reread without there being a timed-out where I would need to log in again. The timed-out was only when I left the program for too long. The "Read-it-to-me" feature would be appreciated by some people I know as that is something they are comfortable with.

It is very hard to follow the computerized voice reading the material. A real person reading the material would be much easier to follow. The computerized voice doesn't include voice inflection and tends to run sentences together, making it hard to follow.
The only reason I rated the quality of content and effectiveness of presentation was there were redundancies in content and in general the content could have been more concise. It was wordy at times and could be more to the point.
I like changing the text size to smaller and then read it. Thank you.

In the sample knowledge test questions, at first it was not obvious that there would be a popup to move to the next sample question, i.e. it appeared that there was only one question in the particular area of training, at first. It wasn't until in later sample questions I inadvertently moved my mouse over the question area that it instructed me that there were more questions. Consequently, I had to go back to the previous study material to get the additional questions. You should just have an arrow, or something else, under the first question, that always shows.

Like most tests of this sort, there are a few questions that provide answers that are not completely accurate or too vague. When it comes to tests, the wording of questions and answers needs to be 100% literal, not allowing for ambiguity.

It took longer than the 4 credit hours to get through the material. While there is a lot of information to cover, it's discouraging to get 4 hours of credit for something that took 5 or more hours to get through.
I am usually a good test taker as I know my material. You had questions on the exam that were not in the material. I know because I went back and looked at several questions I could remember that i know missed and it was not in the material

I liked that though there were several units within a chapter that they were broken out into small segments vs. having one very long, tedious unit.

I would like the paragraphs to be shorter. It seem like so much information to retain before the quiz or test. If it was broken down in more sections; I feel I would have done better.
Again, large book to read through with much content and then the test seems to focus a small portion of the material. Would be nice if book was half the size with focused content for the exam.

As I answered earlier today for my Annuities test: The information reinforced what I learned in my recent Life, Health, and Medicare/LTC ExamFX and XCEL prep courses and the exam themselves. The large font was especially helpful for me. While I chose to read aloud to myself, I know others who would benefit from the audio portion.
I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.
Can you make the reader voice inflect like a human? The flat reading didn't always follow the sentence structure, which means the sentence wasn't always clear.

I did not realize that the CA one hour ethics training was in both ethic courses that I took.

The reader is pretty bad. While it is a nice feature, the inflection and tone is often misleading and presents the information wrongly due to its inflection (or lack thereof). It would be nice to incorporate more visual representations and examples.

Feel this class is more than 4 hours. 4 hours if you just read through it without study. Otherwise, with study and notes more like 6-8 hrs.
It was a long course and some questions were not too clear and somewhat confusing, but i did the best I could.

This is the first open book, but I could not get to the place I wanted so not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Course is easy to understand and all relevant information is in the course to have an effective understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the insurnace producers an brokers.
While I appreciate the content provided for this course, the required time for the course (4 hours) turned out to be more than 4 hours. Besides the final exam, it took about 12 hours to read along and take in the material and do the practice quizzes. A 4 hour course, should not take longer than 4 hours to complete. There's got to be A better way of setting this platform to only 4 hours worth of study and testing. This was like being punished just to fulfill A requirement. It was 3x the requirement. Please change this! I do NOT recommend it to anyone. This is my first time using your platform. Hopefully, but respectfully, I hope I can do my requirements on my favorite continuing education provider's platform who I will not mention here. Thank you!

For being only a 4 hr credit course, This took FOREVER to finish! Took me almost or over 4 hrs! This was A LOT of material to go over, and extremely overwhelming. The solutions for a lot of the math, when it came to figuring out the numbers for the variable problems, were not clear. I still don't understand how some of the percentages and other values were determined. Pretty frustrating. I'm actually surprised that I got 100% on this test.
I am so glad to see the user friendly changes on the site. It makes me anxious to take the other courses now inlieu of dragging to it. I am glad to be back here. with WebCE.

Couple of the units could be split into two so it wasn't so long. Because after the unit was completed, it was hard to remember some of the information for the end of ilunit quiz.
Almost all death benefits are variable and grow with cash. The applicant is not making an offer, she is simply applying. No competitive companies offer decreasing term, they all write level term. If you have minors as beneficiaries, make sure you have a living trust. If someone has an unstable income, you should not write them any life insurance as it will likely lapse; what is the agent going to do? call the insured every month to see if they sold a painting and remind them to pay? In many ways, annuities are more flexible for seniors than other investments. All, 100% of annuities have free withdrawals. Mutual funds get you with a front end load, you pay taxes an gains every year, and you pay taxes if you withdrawal. That's why affluent and wealthy investors buy annuities over mutual funds. Just a few thoughts.

There were multiple sections where information was unnecessarily repeated, almost ver batim, to the point where I briefly thought I may have mis-clicked and was rereading a completed section.
I would have liked more help figuring out the math, as I had trouble with the questions that needed math to answer.

I like the simplicity of words used in the recent courses. I don't know if it's because they are familiar to me but I like that the course is not too long and boring. I was able to finish even with my headache and the last course I even got a 100%.
My only suggestion would be to add a 'highlight' feature for the read-aloud. This would make it even easier to follow along with the subject matter. Otherwise I have no suggestions.

I have been a licensed agent since 2007 and have always used Web CE for CEU's throughout.
The answer in the Annuity Design section of the questions pertaining to the crediting of interest at the end of each interest crediting period of an FIA was incorrect. The only effect the minimum guaranteed interest rate has on interest crediting is at the end of the total contract period. At that time in total interest experienced from the performance of the FIA is compared to a simulated application of the Minimum Guaranteed Interest Rate. Whichever is greater is the amount credited. That is why some periodic statement where the FIA interest was negative, that the beginning balance and ending balance are equal, barring may fees subtracted (i.e. rider fees). Please regrade my exam and issue an amendment to reflect 100%. Thank you.

There is very little emphasis on the fact that Medicaid does not cover long term care expenses for most people outside of a Nursing Facility setting, so home care assisted living care and memory care for most is self-pay.
The majority of the product was very well done. I found it t be very flexible in navigating based on my needs and daily schedule outside the course.
The material was too much for CE. It was like taking the exam over again. It should be an overview of the information, not starting all over again.
THE COURSE WAS VERY CLEAR AND DETAIL ORIENTED. NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT.
The audio was not read by a living person. It was AI or some other device. The pronunciation and diction were annoying and hurt my ears. I would have preferred a professional read the content.

My only regret is that I was unaware that I needed the 8 hour course instead of the 4 hour course. I initially purchased the 4 hour course only to find out that I actually needed the 8 hour course.

Size of each chapter and percent completion are not directly proportional. Some times 2 minutes chapter and 6 minutes chapter, both are leading to same amount of incremental increase in the course completion

While I love the read along audio, I think its better with a human to get the pauses and audio inflections. The AI Audio was always good for indicating emphasis points in the material and sounded too machine like.

It just seems ot be somebody reading to you. The questions at the end of the chapters were nothing like those on the actual CE exam. Kinda crazy that with an LTC license all the questions were about partnership plans and so little was reviewed. I barely passed.

This course was very informational but it is not interactive and makes it hard to concentrate.
Please note that the system indicated I got #16 incorrect which is not the case. I had answered, "b" the product is inconsistent with the client's stated goals (which is the correct answer.)
The content is very long, for someone who is new in this business the terminologies are quite hard to analyze. The exam questions were long and hard to understand, some of the questions were not directly from the content that was covered. Thank you.

I really like the audio feature but both my coursed had times where the video froze and I had to read it.
The autoplay feature didn't work. Annoying to always change the setting for speed of play for every individual section. The audio play buttons didn't always work well.
This course was actually quite interesting and informative. It filled in several gaps in my understanding in the difference between fiduciary and best interest in regard to the regulation. It also put to bed some Industry fears of how the regulation could pratically work for insurance only licensed practicianers. (My only critique would be to have two courses---one for insurance only producers and one for insurance AND Registered Reps / Advisors. The reason is that you waste 3 or 4 questions for insurance only licensed people by including the variable stuff. Plus, it implies that perhaps the insurance only rep can talk 'variable products". I realize the Regulation says otherwise, but the insurance only rep might wonder why the other is included. Plus why learn what you can't use or even discuss. I would go with the two courses, as opposed to the one with extra variable questions. It is a waste for the insurance only producer and probably not enough for the variable (registered rep /or Advisor). I offer this critique as a former Series 7,6,63, 65 and 24 Registered Rep / Advisor. Otherwise, a great and informative course. Thank you.
On the Taxes section providing more videos with actual examples would help more.
I did not like that I had to mute one the double audio in every chapter.

this particullar course was difficult. i feel that the questions she be a bit easier to locate in the reading material...the material really was difficult to feel that i had clear answers.
Content was very well presented and appreciate that facts are current. Audio was not helpful as speaker spoke too fast. Exercises in each chapter were very applicable to the material and helped me focus on the important information.

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.

The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.

One needs to take the ALM course prior to taking the Cannabis class - many of the terms/acronyms in each lecture were the same; however, in the Cannabis Class they were listed but they were not defined. SAR was referenced but not defined. Confusing.
The Audio instructions were awful. The instructor (AI I suppose) doesn’t complete sentences correctly. He runs words together and doesn’t pause in sentences where he should. It just seems like a computer saying words. There is no inflection and things get lost in the annunciation.

I loved being able to read at my own pace, and change the playback speed on the videos. I also felt that all the "mini-quizzes" and end-of-chapter quizzes were extremely helpful to make sure I had absorbed what I read. This has been probably my best CE experience in the past five years.

I learned more from this course than I have during my required studies for the insurance licensing examinations in the states of Virginia and North Carolina. I wonder why the content I learned from the exam preparation courses did not cover the critically important content offered by this course.
How effective did you find the presentation and format of the course material?... Specifically to Florida Long-Term Care & Medicaid, chapter 11, it was not worded well / clearly. It had too much of a legalistic wording style to it, whereas the national Long-Term Care & Medicaid was easy to understand.

I spent 20 hours in reading the content and taking the test. You are offering only 4 hours CE for this course. No colourful presentation of the concepts to follow it easily and to remember. You should offer 8 hour CE for this course. Very hard to complete;

The audio/read feature is a bit hard to understand pronunciations and find your place if you stop to re-read the material.
some chapters are very long. so when you want to look back it is very helpful if for example the answer is located in section 1.4 as opposed to chapter 1. This used to be done a long time ago. I would like to see that feature again. hope this makes sense.

I have taken Health, Life and hipaa exams, Loan Officer Exam this year alone and none of the course material was as information and clear in nature as your program was. My hat is off to how you present the materials to the student! I am looking forward to taking a couple more courses as they dove tail into the areas of study for Life Insurance and Loan Origination work.

I liked the clear, succinct writing that went into this course. The interactives also helped. I was amazed at how the information was conveyed so clearly. I liked the negative examples. (why a specific annuity wouldn't work in a person's case ) I like the use of bullets. I am a big bullet writer. I think it helps people remember information rather than a long paragraph style. I also liked that the information was very relevant and up to date. I've taken courses in the past where that wasn't the case.
The print was too small and somewhat challenging to read for older people
The course was what it had to be per the new laws, It was easy material, but the training is a complete waste of time for a professional in the industry for so many years. I learned nothing new and there is not enough content in the course for the required 4 hours that MN dictates you need to remain on the course. So after you complete the course in 1 hour, you are stuck clicking to refresh the screen for the next 3 hours to make the test available. It's all a complete waste of time and does not provide any benefit.
I only use WebCE for my CE educational credits because it is great, easy to understand and learn and an awesome review
The only way I can think of to make this course a little better and absorbable is to have some interactive checks on learning. Showing how you pull the data from the questions and apply them to the correct answers. IF that makes sense. Mainly for the questions you would use a formula to answer.

The content was great
In the course selection there were three different options for taking the AML. I wasn't sure which one I should take or if I should take all three to comply. On the other hand, there was a phone number listed and customer service did an excellent job and explaining.
Would love to have more interactive questions built into the content as well as videos breaking down the material.

The voice used for the reading was very dull and monotonous and I fell asleep a few times and had to go back. Please get a more engaged AI or hire a real person.

I thought that I was not prepared enough and intended my first try at the exam(with 100 chances) to be a dry run, just to see what else I needed to cover as I had not finished the course as much as I was comfortable with..but surprisingly, had only 1 error on my first attempt, scoring a 96...Proving how well the course(with no pressure in having 10ances) was structured to provide a good explanation with ease of using the audio or not... It is difficult to listen to AI reading it when it is not trained to emphasize italics, when it switches from "ten thirty-five exchange" to "one thousand thirty five exchange"; mispronounces "analyses", and runs sentences together, especially when a sentence ends a certain way, such as with "Exhibit B".

Being able to adjust the reading speed of the read it to me audio really helped. However, it would be much more user friendly if there were more speed choices and in smaller percentage increments. The difference between the 100, 125, 150, and 175% settings is significant. Maybe allow for 5 or 10% increments/options.

I am required to take an Ethics course since I am a licensed Medicare health/life insurance agent. The course was good and discussed ethical sales. But the exam spent more time testing me on which life insurance product was appropriate to sell (not in my wheel house) than how to sell any/all insurance ethically. Disappointing test.

Everything was excellent except that it needs to be hands free so it can be used in the car. It could have an audio optional component where it asks questions and reads the answers and we tell it the answers (A, B, C, etc). Also, let us verbally say next to turn the page or start to start the reading or pause to temporarily stop the reading. It can read to us the explanation of wrong answers.

I appreciated the simplicity of presentation of content. Questions on sample test, after each chapter were helpful. I passed the course after an intense 4.5 hrs. last evening. Followed by today's finish of Chapter 10 & 11, then taking the exam only once, for a 75% score. I must admit, I was please that I absorbed enough to answer 75% of the Q's correctly. Thanks a Million!
I think it would be beneficial to have practice problems with numbers/math to help on the exam portion. I also enjoyed the video within the learning material, it would be beneficial to add more in my opinion.

The course is so LONG! There was lots of repetition that made it even longer. Repetition helped me retain most of the info , but it also made the course too long.

EASY TO USE
originally signed up as i needed suitability course for TX, but then wondered if i could use it for my resident NC license. I called you, was told if i transferred the course reporting to NC, it would also satisfy any non-resident state that required that same course, in my case, TX. So rep transferred it before i did exam. I appreciate your knowledge of these matters and ease that she was able to transfer course, so i didn't have to take it twice. Thank you!

The quality of these courses has substantially improved since I have last completed my CE. I wasn't able to detect near as many spelling errors and typos. The videos helped to aid comprehension, and the interactive questions made for good reinforcement. The last time I completed CE through webCE I actually saved screen shots of the humorously bad content and recommended to my superiors that we drop WebCE as a service. I could not do so with this course. WELL DONE and thank you for taking steps to improve the quality of your content!!
The section about that references the Pension Protection Act doesn't include the reference to Section 1035 in regards to the LTC exchange.

I didn't like another course I was taking the information seemed very difficult and in my practice highly unlikely I would use so I switched to this course that was more relevant to my business
I need to fulfil the AML training requirement every two years to maintain my life insurance license. Usually I take the course with one of the insurance companies I work with for free, but don't get any CEs that way. This time I was able to roll the AML into my 24 CE course at a very reasonable cost.

There is no reason this needed to take 2 hours
The learning time needed prior to the exam was not correct. I estimate that (4) hours should have been closer realistically to (6) hours needed before testing.
I could go back into my printed PDF notes and find my highlights which would directly answer the questions. Now I have a copy of the course, too. Thank you. A very amazing experience. Unlike any other.

I believe that this course provides good preparation to any producer who is new to offering Annuities, or to experienced producers who need a refresher.
Having to scan through an entire chapter to find an answer was annoying. I didn't pick up anything new while focusing on finding the answer.
It was not easy to go back and find the table of contents for the unit or chapter 1. I could only get to it by hitting save an exit and then going back in. I wish there was a button where I could just hit to see the table contents. So I would know where I was in the program or the chapter the unit. I

I am a WEBCE fan, and one of the chief reasons for that is the usual quality of writing (as a former writer myself, I am picky!). However, this particular course is written rather awkwardly in terms of tense used for examples — I think an edit is in order.

I like the audio version, but I wish the reader would read with more inflection and emphasis in his voice. I did fall asleep a couple of times.

In reference to Chapter 3 practice questions - answer "c" , first line, the word usual should be unusual. It was the only answer that made sense, but was kind of confusing. Thought you might want to know.
Well, I hardly ever give away top marks on every question asked but, with WebCE, everything was truly easy. I certainly do recommend WebCE when I can.

The Course itself was more difficult than the exam

Chapter 3, practice question#1, I believe, also includes “placement”, because Michael 1st buys the life insurance with the profits of his illegal arms trading business, which is the “dirty money”, and this process is called placement, so in actuality, the correct answer is “Placement 1st, then Layering, then Integration”, so maybe you should change the wording of that question. Everything else about this course was excellent.
it would be nice to know what questions you missed/answered incorrectly after you pass the exam.
I've taken AML courses before, but I appreciated how much this one increased my knowledge of the subject by giving specific examples and then testing on those case studies. I definitely have a clearer picture of what money laundering is and how to suspect it now.

The course is kind of repetitive, the same points are repeated over and over.

This AML Course compared to the other one was very time consuming and verbose. While all of the areas were covered, explaination of the AML details were too long.
I very much appreciated the clear presentation and clear answer choices. Obscure answers do not help us know whether or not the message and answers are correct. I appreciate the excellent course and exam. William A Duncan PhD
I found the “READ-IT -TO -ME -AUDIO” very helpful. I was very dis appointed that this program blocked the text to spearhead option on the test/ exam. The unit exam allowed the text to speak fuction on the iPad to work. HOWEVER, the exam blocked that fuction. It would be nice if the exam had audio fuction. Making it 100% ADA compliant.
I would say it took more than 2 hours to watch the videos, take the quizzes, study for the test then take the test, otherwise it was a great class
I've taken several AML courses in prior years. This is the best.

YOur explanation and examples of the difference betw. Placement, Layering Structuring and integration is very poorly written. It is very unclear and not illustrated well with good examples. Please look at imroving that part f the course as it is foundational.

I don't believe the final outcome of learning the product, is if you fail the test to constantly keep giving you different test and reviewing the paperwork each time. while learning its a nuisance to duplicate take the test several times.
When the autoplay option is selected it did not work for me.
Course contained pertinent information about AML and the agent's roll in helping to thwart money laundering schemes.
I like the ease of use with time to complete and read it to me audio.

Chapter 3 Practice Question #4, answer C says, "It is usual for a client to ask for a specific product by name." It should say, "It is unusual..."

It looked like there might have been a mistake in one of the quiz questions. It said it was USUAL instead of UNUSUAL to ask for a product by name. Otherwise, all was good.

The robot reading the content is a little hard to understand without proper inflections. He also mispronounces words. Other than that, I love the read to me feature!

It was easy to understand. The information was put together in a well organized way.
The read-to-me audio includes the SEO information of the file for most of the course, then abruptly switches to not reading the entire chapter name.
Was not sure which AML course I needed I just guessed it would be the one entitled “new”
I thought the course was very well organized and very understandable. I loved the fact there was only 25 questions not 50 on the exam as is the case with Reg Ed.
#4 in the last portion of this study, I got wrong. I chose d. because I thought in earlier slides it is unusual for a potential client to ask for a product by name. the first sentence from multiple choice c. in and of itself caused me to choose d. the succeeding explanation in multiple choice c. lends itself to c. being the better choice between the two. I hope this helps.

It would have been nicer to listen to a real person read the script instead of a robot.

The course was very resourceful.
I don't know what it's called, but the robotic audio needs some tweaking. It pronounces words wrong and doesn't use the correct structure when reading a sentence. I would prefer a regular narrator. It would be less distracting.

Note-- Error in very first flow chart on the sequencing of the 3 fundamental steps-- the arrows & flow incorrectly show integration ahead of layering-- wrong & confusing!
Easy to follow each situation. The illustrations were real-life situations that could save a producer's career.
All ONLINE Chapters 1, 2 and 3 Review Questions have CONFLICTING ANSWERS to the PDF PRINTED Chapter Review Questions. Chapter 1: ONLINE Q1 vs PRINTED Q4 ONLINE Q4 vs. PRINTED Q3 Chapter 2: ONLINE Q2 vs PRINTED Q3 ONLINE Q5 vs. PRINTED Q4 Chapter 3: ONLINE Q3 vs PRINTED Q1 ONLINE Q4 vs. PRINTED Q2 I don't know what are the actual CORRECT answers.............FRUSTRATING I took the extra time to tell you what ones needed reviewed. I hope someone gets this fixed. I haven't been disappointed with Web CE in the past, but this new module showing conflicting makes me question whether I should use this service. That is the reason for the low survey ratings. Again, my past experiences have been good. I have one more module for LTC to take, I hope that it doesn't have similar errors.

What I liked most was the case studies and how the background and outcomes were mentioned later on. Real life examples are ALWAYS the best teachers.

Good refresher course
I liked the case scenarios included in this course. They were helpful in understanding the material.
I would recommend that you set up a way to know when picking my CE courses that I have included all the mandatory credits (AML, ethics, etc). Taking 24 hours and missing one credit by accident would be horrible. That said, I LOVE the new a la cart for picking specific subjects.
