This was too much information to retain at one time.
Easy and efficient
Love the simple but effective presentation. I do personally like more interactive material (i.e. quizzes, thought experiments, hypothetical scenarios with applied concepts), as this helps me learn better. Possibly consider adding more optional materials such as this within the course.

The costs to complete the CE for my insurance license seemed very reasonable and the content was easy to access and to understand. The read it to me option was surprisingly helpful and helped me to digest the material quicker, I think.

Finding some "typos" in the materials - Example: discrete is not the word intended in 5.5, paragraph 1 "Think of the Customer" section and sentence "... information safe and to be discreet" (discrete was used instead.
Like the ability to review exam questions and retake a second time to reinforce the correct answers.
The font and words were hard to read. I would change the font to be a thicker print
This is way too much work for 3 credits. Felt like I was taking the licensing exam for the first time.

After 50 years in benefits and 27 years with my own firm doing compliance I tend to overthink the questions and want to critique (nit pick) the content. In fact the courses are very good and help keep up a standard of education desperately needed in the field.
I think you should provide options in the beginning of each program : Live audio...video...or what is given to make more easier for people to pick what they like. I like Video ...my memory retains video with narrative : )

The reading of some of the program acronyms was too slow and robotic. It was distracting and took away from the rest of the course content because when the remainder of the sentence was read there was too long of a pause to make the content flow.
I would make the questions a little less aloof

Can we all stop using AI voices to read this complicated material. more often than not I find myself having review the information for a second time because listening to a robot who has little to no reading comprehension just doesn't work. This information needs to given by a human.

I love your pricing and your content, but searching the catalog and looking through Bundles/Packages needs to be more streamlined.
There was too much content for this particular section; I wold recommend breking it up into two sections. Tood much information to digest and keep track of and test out.
Overall I liked the course, I DID NOT like the obvious AI Voice over. It comes across as unprofessional and lazy.
They overall course was very comprehensive and especially transparent about the behind the scenes of how health care entities work together, their objectives and how they get reimbursed for services.
The chapter quizzes were helpful in summarizing the content
I will continue to say that taking an ethics course does not make a person ethical.
I wish ICHRAs and EBHRAs were included in the content.

The course content is clear and the directions around the format, test taking, etc. are very helpful. The customer service is also fantastic as I had to call in on an issue that was my mistake. My only comment for improvement would be that a few of your questions on prior exam and this one seemed to be of personal opinion instead of a question being one of a material fact. The values in appendix A and B are helpful for industry standards.
The Read-It-to-me audio as well as the tables makes it easy to understand.
I hate the time requirement, but I understand that it is a State requirement and not WebCe.

What I didn't like about this course is asking personal perspective based questions leaves a lot to possibly be mis-interpreted, I think it would be beneficial to the success of others when the topic of ethics comes up to keep questions fact related, clear and concise.

in the State of Texas, you now have to meet a time rule- that should be noted.
There was one question in the first test (I think) where the correct answer was shown as the obligation to provide coverage for the client. I think you should add if the client is insurable. One cannot be obligated to get coverage for someone whose health makes them uninsurable. FWIW, sh

The proctor requirements were a little difficult to understand. After reading the requirements it seemed like the only person I could use as a proctor is a random person off the streets. Had to call the WebCE customer service line to understand that I can have a disinterested coworker be my proctor.

The 19 minute section. And i had to pause, or rewind, it was very hard to find my spot where i left off because the time lapse line with respect to th e section duration was too short
I beleive the estimate of $330,000 for the cost of healthcare to be exagerated. A simple google search shows estimates less than half that per person. It may be true if LTC cost is included, but that is not "Healthcare". Also, the VALUE of our healthcare is multiple times that of the healthcare of 20-30 years ago, but this is never mentioned.
The appendices were too tiny to read and yes, I could expand but the clarity was lost.

I really think this course needs to be divided into 2 separate courses. With the laws as they are and as they are changing, there are way too many issues that you have to take into account and it can be confusing.

You have an error in the "Glossary" of the 2 credit hour course I just took. I can't remember what the error was - but I know it's there. The error is a number. It may be the number of days for something - but I remember it's a number of some sort.

You have DOUBLE NEGATIVE questions which are unnecessarily confusing. It's as if your objective is to trick the pupil rather than educating.
Hi, I would encourage WebCE to place a reorder button by the courses that the customer has already order in the previous year. Instead of having the customer to go hunt for the courses again, there should just be a button beside the listed course that says, 'reorder'. Sort of like what DoorDash does for its customer (LOL). Other than that, all was great :)

Too many final exam questions for a five hour class.
At least one of the practice questions was difficult (ambuguous) to follow. It was very frustrating
Even though I passed the exam, the exam chapter questions and final course exam questions were amongst the most difficult exam questions I have ever taken. I would not recemmend this course.
I found the proctor instructions to be confusing at first. The way it's described on the site makes it seem like you must have a proctor logged in using ZOOM meeting but I eventually found where it says it can be done in person with a proctor monitoring your exam.
I would like to thank the representatives who answered the telephone when I called for their professionalism and willingness to help me. I would also would have liked to review the exam Q & A's after completing the course.
A good experience. Somethings were added that were obvious and repetitive, but over all good.
The certificate was sent before I completed courses this could cause an issue w/ someone not finishing CEs and meeting requirements.

I dislike ambiguous questions! I am a CEO of a multimillion dollar company and if you are going to provide 5 hours of credit it should only take a maximum of 5 hours to complete the 5 hour course! This is not the case with your programs, especially if you utilize the audio feature! Otherwise ;you waste valuable time. No other certifying organization I associate with operates like this
The number of hours taken to complete these courses far exceeds the number of credit hours awarded, especially if the audio feature is utilized!!!!!

I like that it was not a timed exam and that it has the option to save and continue later. I am a single mother of three so it's great that I am able to save my answers and pick up where I left off when I have time to do so!

The course content is excellent, but the test level is too shallow.
WebCE is my only source of CE. It is always straightforward and easy to navigate.
Was very informative and easy to understand.
The time it takes to complete each quiz is too much. I wish you could skip the quizzes and go to the exam after you've read through the material.
Toggling back and forth to and from the audio is a pain. To include back and forth with the video examples. Scientific names for the various ethical theories is not at all useful in everyday acts.
I l earn a great deal of my need of knowledge through WebCE and it's provides me with confidence in communicating my knowledge to people I work with and every day discussions. Thanks

The Health & Accident Insurance course excels with comprehensive content & exam alignment, but gaps in topics like credit disability and a text-heavy format without visuals need attention. Add missing sections & diagrams to enhance prep!
There was one question that I feel is incorrectly set up. It asks: What is the maximum amount an employee can contribute to an FSA on an annual basis? The answer should be $3300 indexed. It listed other choices. I chose a random one and suppose I got it correct but please update for future test takers. Thanks!

The read it to me aloud function did not work on both computers I tried and did not automatically continue as I had selected. It made me keep clicking to start it, and also towards to end would not check that I completed sections until I clicked continue, went back to the section and forwarded again.
With the amount of time 30 hours and my daily life I am very happy because if i give myself the advance time I'm not rushing to learn but learn or brush up as I go along.

It needs to be updated the Medicare Part D rules are outdated. There is no more coverage gap and it mentions nothing of Medicares M3P program that was started in 2025.
When taking the exam there seems to be alot of "trick" questions. I don't like that. I spend way too much time on one question second guessing myself.
Advocate works with Health Insurance agents. I felt this information was basically geared for life insurance and annuity sales. It would have been nice to be more health insurance content.

In 2025, the questions referenced FSA maximums going back to 2014 ($2,500) which made the questions regarding maximums and rollovers a bit confusing.
The course material was presently clearly!
Some of the questions were worded funny, which made it difficult to answer properly. For example, plans that stated they began in the middle of a month when Medicare plans start the first of the month.

While everything was clearly laid out and presented effectively, it was quite a bit of information to take in all at once. I do appreciate being able to work on it at my own pace.
I do not like the way the reader reads the material on auto-play. It is read like a robot with no intonations and makes it hard to understand. So I chose read mode majority of the times.

For my CE classes I always use WebCE. The new rule passed by the State of Tx to me is not a good rule, I know WebCE had nothing to do with that rule. But I have been in this business for a long time, this particular course was not that hard to me & only took me 40 minutes to complete, some of the other courses might take me longer than the allotted time. But as agents, we should have free reign to take as long as we need to take to complete these sections & test or vice versa. If it takes longer so be it, if we finish quickly because that particular section is easier - that is o.k. also. But we shouldn't be made to be on a particular section a certain amount of time just to pass. Just voicing my opinion which I know will not matter. I only sell Medicare/Medicaid - not life or long term - so I went through this section quickly because it is what I do on a daily basis.

A section of the course material that I am familiar with needed to be updated in commenserate with the new regulations regarding Medicare Part D prescription price changes as a result of the "drug price reduction act" that eliminated the "coverage gap" and places limits on thje cost of eligible diabetic medications. Fortunately there were no specific questions related to Part D in the exam.
The videos started automatically and didn't allow you to review audio material on it's page.

In the Health Insurance for Seniors course i think there may be an incorrect statement regarding part A benefits. You state that a person discharged from an inpatient stay has 60 days of coverage. My understanding is that the 60 days of continuation from discharge is ONLY for the same medical event, not a new one. Other than that, this is the first CE course in 15 years that I have enjoyed, and copied segments for future reference.

Since your offer some of the material in a separate course, don't include it in this course but require the QSEHRA be completed prior to this course. Also you combined 'traditional' group health, ie non-HSA plans and HSA plans under the same label. That was a little confusing because other course separate the two types, Traditional, and Qualified High Deductible.

For the FSA section of the course, the information regarding max annual election limits and rollover are extremely out of date and need to be updated (speaking as an FSA Administrator).
Although I did very well on the exam, I felt that the content of the Chapters were very specific in nature, while the exam questions were very general and made it somewhat difficult to select the correct answers. Overall, I'm very satisfied!.
There may be instructions on signing in regard to forms to leave the client in regard to remote sales that could possibly help?
The tests should be shorter and easier. Agents are not doing this to become experts, just to get the credits. Otherwise we get plenty of training to do our jobs,

Well, none of us enjoy doing CE. I think you'll find that most if not all agents find it to be just an annoying chore. I dislike going over the same materials every time for the basic 24 hours. I wish there was more variety and different subjects. I also wish that the tests were a LOT easier and shorter. We absolutely do not have to be experts on this this to do our jobs. But I iiked the convenience of getting it all done in one course. Thanks.
The reading of the content is terrible. There is no grammitical inflection, thus very hard to stay focused.
After reading materials and completing the tests… I had to go back and sit in the modules to accrue time to meet the minimum. There could be vids with new info to listen to while meeting time requirements, rather than reviewing

The taxation of early Roth distributions should be more comprehensive and differ somewhat from early distributions from a traditional IRA.
Health insurance laws are so complex, it was hard to remember all the different sections because I only deal in LTC policies & Medicare Supplement policies. It was well written and it was good to review and update myself. I can better assist clients
This a CE course, not initial training. I feel like got hit by a firehose of information. Way over the top for me. But then, I only sell Medicare.

This took much longer than the stated time, but good material.
Web CE is the most current material of any CE providers I have used. It makes it much easier to complete the exam when the material is current and accurate. Web CE will be my Go-to CE provider

Not the fault of WebCE, but I find it preposterous that an adviser seeking to fulfill silly CE requirements is forced to sit for 3 hours when he/she could have passed all quizzes and exams with 100% correct answers in 60-90 minutes. The audio portion of the course was very robotic, perhaps even AI generated. The consistent cadence, and lack of voice inflection variation made it difficult to listen to. I prefer audio presenters who speak in a way that shows they are master presenters of adult learning.

In Section 4.3 of the Long Term Care material, the phrase "Seniors" may purchase Long Term Care.....please omit the work Seniors. Non seniors can purchase Long Term Care. the wording can be improved upon here. I should get a discount for the comment.
I like the read it to me audio. This 6 hour course only took 4 hours to get through the material. I would recommend adjusting that so the time spent matches the required time.
In the wake of Super CE events and other such items, it's no longer worth the time commitment to do multi hour online trainings.

I have been struggled with many CE sites until I found WebCE. Very clear and friendly using. Highly recommended.
Since there were no pictures or other visual representations in this course, it was hard for me to stay awake through it. 121 pages of dry material were boring, and it was too wordy. Some visuals to break it up would have been a relief. The content was good, however, and I appreciated all the real life examples of fraud here in our state.
The format presents the facts. Care must be taken when doing math, understood especially if it pertains to you, no way around it; you master the rules. Well done. Ed T

For illinois, I would recommend the basic health insurance course and CE credit be more easily and readily findable on the website. Basic health + Ethics course is not easily identifiable when shopping for CE courses. I was initially very confused about which course package to buy because the website pushed primarily the life and health insurance package when browsing & i reluctantly ede dup choosing it due to the inclusion of the mandatory ethics course already being included in the bundle. If the same was offered for health insurance only (bundle package), I would have been able to get through this leg of the process much easier and faster. The inventory selection is muddled and a bit unclear, which led me to making an unecessary purchase.

The info within this course is concise, sometimes funny, but always relevant. I appreciate the fun quotes at the beginning of the lessons.
This was one of the most confusing classes that I have taken with you. The formatting and the questions were difficult to follow. There was misinformation and responses that required stretch rounding, when that really isn't the point. The information was not laid out very well, and the test questions and answers were not consistent with the way other content has been offered. It was frustrating looking for answers that were not there or that the outcome caused more confusion. The goal is always to give the user the material, not trick them and go through those types of gyrations.

One thing that may improve the audio is having a recording of a person deliberately reading the content. Sometimes the program reading the words will mistake two words that are spelled the same and pronounce something incorrectly or otherwise make small errors an actual person normally would not.

The reference to a "widow" in one of the questions (within the context of describing a person who might need additional help) was inappropriate in that it perpetuated an incorrect assumption that females are someone inferior to their male companions. It would be better to describe the person as a "surviving spouse" and not simply as a "widow".

Determining that WEBCE and or related competitors was not easy to determine when I was researching for testing requirements.
The course had some obtuse information that was mildly interesting but not relevent. example, all the different theories of ethical behaviors. Also, it would be nice to be able to download the charts and appendices.

The health insurance portion was a bit tedious. This final exam not up to the standards of others I've taken from WebCE. Duplicate questions, poorly worded questions, and questions of minimal importance.
The monotone reading of the material is so bad it's distracting. It's better to just silence it and read it's so bad. Get a human to read these not AI.
The last question was a gtrick question Which constitites an unuathorized practice? i had it wrong but was a trick. i put refer client to an attorney for legal, in notes it stated never advise to get legal advise if you are not qualified. anser was draft a contract by behalf client...trick
Content a bit redundant in some places and wording not easy to follow. Less text and more examples would be more helpful in understanding the concepts in this course.

there was a disproportionate amount of questions on disability ins. it would be nice if the course clearly stated that one of the biggest drivers of increased health care costs has been the ACA. how much did BCBS pay to get this free advertising??? and to state BCBS is a non-profit is misleading.

It's easier to digest the informaion when it's in smaller chunks versus the larger chapters. If there were some way to break those up as well, that would help considerably.
The answers to question 4 needs to be updated ($1600) & # 8 is also incorrect.

Having to find a monitor for the exam was extremely inconvenient. I realize it's a state of Colorado requirement, but in my opinion, it is unreasonable given that it is a short and relatively easy exam.

Youre questions are literally paragraphs. Its kind of bullshit that we have to read 50 pages of the same nonsense weve already learned and then read paragraph questions. 30 fucking paragraphs for one test is dumb. I will only use webce again if you manage to simplify these exams. the two hour course was half spent reading questions and thats terrible. I felt like i was reading the fucking harry potter series with these q and a's.
The best part for me is speaking with someone to get my choices selected and loaded in to my profile, WebCe has a great team!

My ethical course was very study friendly with each chapter. I passed with 100% on my first try.
I was expecting it to be pre-recorded by an instructor, so that threw me a little. Would like more practice questions along the way to break up the monotony of just reading. The videos were okay.

I have used WebCE for the better part of my 20+ year insurance career. Courses and content have always been top notch!
I listened to the course in full and it still did not complete the time requirement. I had to go back and play some sections again just to get my time. Also, it seems like the time to take the test should also count in the total time.
I use WebCE every 2 years and enjoy the format!

this course was not what i expected. These questions have too many possible answers and leave it to guessing what is the "best choice" out of 3 correct answers. I thought this was educational and not a exercise in "feelings"
in this course all the question on the exam seemed subjective and open to personal interpretation and not fact based. I found this course exam ridiculously hard to complete as no questions had exact answers.....its like a theology exam
This course equally applies to any insurance producer. I do not sell life insurance but found the course to be very useful. I think the examples used should be varied to reflect this

My only suggestion is that it would be nice to see something listed next to the course that said something like "meets 2 hr CA ethics requirement" or something like that to make sure we take the correct course.
The read-it-to-me audio is very monotone and hard to listen to. If the audio had a better quality I would more than likely listen to it instead of read.
The course materials were long-winded. I did like the quotable quotes throughout!

That was perhaps the most informative and applicable course that I have taken on the subject of ethics from WEBCE.
The summaries at the end of each section are extremely helpful as a review for the practice quesitons and the final exam. I also appreciate the practice questions to help me solidify my understanidng.

IRMI is a resource for me in developing and maintaining my industry knowledge. This course was very well presented in a logical manner that is tied to the real world.
Your timer is very slow. It added 30 minutes to my class time. Additionally, since the test is part of this CE time for testing should be allowed within the 3 hour requirement. This 3 hour class took me about 3 hours and 45 minutes.
I liked the ability to reinforce my answer with an immediate content review, search content by chapter. Excellent reinforcement.
I did not use the audio, even though I had no use for it that doesn't mean other might not find it helpful. Thank you and God Bless.

I could literally argue every single question in this test! I got almost all of them right on the first try, but it doesnt matter. These are the worst questions in the history of tests. i would literally pay someone to call me and talk to me about it. I took pictures of all of the questions. Seriously, someone needs to be fired for calling this shit english.
Ethics is much more interesting than group plans, not gonna lie.
The read it to me takes far too long instead of just reading it yourself. The interactive videos were great.
I would like to also see if classroom instruction could be provided in the future. Takes time and in a class there is more discussion and that enhances the learning experience as well. Thanks

TEST question have too close of the correct answer. Almost the same. It was not completely clear what the correct answer is like. I also do no like what my hours credit is for this long study and test. Should get twice the number of hours of credit.
I have been licensed for 17 years and have always dine my CEU's from Web CE
This course was well-written. It made me think about the things I want to incorporate into my own personal Code of Ethics. I appreciated the audio option a great deal. I'm glad I tried it! I really liked the short videos of scenarios illustrating the previous content. They helped the content "stick" in my mind, and clarified the content. Also, the video narrator had fantastic diction!!! Quite pleasant to listen to; I even began to anticipate the next one.

This course is for life and annuities and is the closest thing to an ethics class for health. For those that do not deal with life or annuities, having to look up life insurance terms makes this class much harder than it should be.
Not being able to print out the training was a problem. However, I was told this was due to an NC require that you cannot control.
