One of your practice questions had an error in the math... the one about the exclusion ratio.
I like the way the exam questions are worded. Even if you struggled with a question, I could usually eliminate 2 answers and refocus on the remaining choices.

I took the annuities 4 hour course. there was an Altzheimer's interactive to click on different topics. When I clicked on them, nothing happened, so, I was unable to compare those with the age related issues.

The time requirement for this course was misleading in my opinion. It required about 5 hours of time. In addition, the "reading" is very distracting because the voice appears AI driven. The inflection of the voice is off putting and therefore, distracting.

I personally thought there was to much material on variable annuities. Since this product requires a FINRA license it seemed like alot for an insurance focused course.
I wanted to learn more about how the amount paid for accelerated benefits is calculated, under the discounted death benefit method. That is the most commonly used and I wanted more information about how those calculations are done.

I took this course to market fixed and indexed annuities. Much of the content was geared towards VA, which I didn't want to know about, or be tested on.

I am a slow learner and the read it too me audio is too fast and the monotone of the voice was distracting and nearly put me to sleep. The voice needs to be more interesting without influencing the listeners thinking.

Statements that Fixed Indexed Annuities have a guaranteed interest rate which credits in down-market years is largely incorrect. Most FIA's credit Zero in those years...and the Guarantee only comes into play when comparing ultimate value at liquidation.

Good training materials
I like the option to have the content read to you (I like to listen as I read along). I did encounter an issue on one page (it was the longest one) where it would not allow me to pause which took extra time as I needed to go back to complete my notes on important information, but it did not effect the value or ease of taking the course. I enjoyed the case studies as well. I have always found that relating a real life event or scenario to a certain concept helps to retain that information and remember its meaning/concept.

There was too much content for this particular section; I wold recommend breking it up into two sections. Tood much information to digest and keep track of and test out.
Some parts of this section had too much information and made it difficult to recall by the time I reached the practice questions.
I liked that when I accidentally left the completed screen wthout continuing that I didn't lose my place and was able to continue. Example: Somehow, when I advanced my screen for questions 21-25 the page disappeared. I was able to go back and hit continue and my selected answers were still marked for my previous questions 1-20. Phew! I liked being able to go at my own pace by either listening and reading along or reading ahead.
to much content for the VA product line as well as part of the testing. Should be another and seperate course. Many are not licensed to sell VA and thus the training is not applicable
So far, I am liking this CE Program.
The only this that I would change is the reading pauses when changing topics.
They overall course was very comprehensive and especially transparent about the behind the scenes of how health care entities work together, their objectives and how they get reimbursed for services.
The only complaint I have is that the read it for me audio can be choppy at times making it hard to understand or follow.

It's better to add the contents about Roth annuities' taxation into the chapter of "Taxation of Annuitized Income". For example, does the lifetime income from a Roth annuity have to pay tax starting at some point or tax free for the lifetime?
The individual reading the "Read-to-me" can read NAIC easily but LTC and LTCI and every other acronym with great difficulty and quite frankly is annoying. I wanted to strangle the guy after hearing him read L T C in such a halting way the tenth time.

The AI reader is monotonous and outdated, particularly annoying when it read acronyms; extremely common in the content. There is very little to differentiate between concepts as it reads like a term paper. Main ideas and key take aways can have their very own slide.

The course was great and helped me pass the test. But Indiana's state requirement to have someone with you in person or virtually is ridiculous. This is a continuing ed course. The 20 minutes it took me to finish is a waste of time for someone else to monitor.

This is Continued Education, it should not be necessary for a well established licensed professional to be in the course for a long period of time for information he or she already know. The licensed individual should be allowed to take the test after 30mins to an hour.
The questions and answers were very long and they needed to be shortened. It should also have audio to read the lessons

Very informative and user friendly course
This is probably one of the best CE courses i have ever taken. This is my 35th yr in the business and I am a CLU, so i have a lot of expertise, but I learned something today I did not know---"the Accelerated DB is paid to the owner and not the insured". This is critical because in most cases, (the insured is unable to sign or apply for claim due to sickness or injury) so I've always thought the family would need a power of attorney to file a claim. Thank goodness this not the case. Ownership could solve this problem. My Mother-in-law was diagnosed terminally ill with brain cancer with less than 6 mo to live. The brain cancer quickly destroyed her motor skills; she could not sign her name. No one in the family had power of attorney to sign for her, so we had to wait for her death. Had ownership been changed early enough to a responsible family member, a claim could have been made. I have been in Insurance Company Field Leadership for years. Ironically, most insurance companies spend 90% of their time training the field on sales and not on claims, so knowing about how Accelerated Benefits is paid and how to file a claim, is generally not taught to agents and brokers. ***The Good News***your course provides a lot of good training that in some cases is NOT taught anywhere else. THANK YOU!!! A+++ (P.S. I will pass this knowledge to my agents and brokers and most important, i will refer them to this course (among others) by WebCE). With evolving technology and changing laws these test should be more user friendly
I really liked the fact that when you return to start up again, it knows where you left off and has a "Resume" button to click. Testing is stressful enough, making it easy to get back in helps to reduce some of that stress.

The detail in the teaching part of the course very very detailed and at times cumbersome. The exam was very fair and balance and was easy to understand. I spent 8 hours on the course and 20 minutes taking the test. The fee was worth the cost of the exam.

The word "annuity" was misspelled in one of the videos. Also, regarding the advantage of tax deferral, it is misleading and incorrect. Annuities specifically cause the gains to be taxed as ordinary income (marginal brackets) rates. An alternative investment option would cause the gains to most likely be taxed as capital gains rates, and even those are only upon selling of the specific holdings, so the comparative tax rate isn't even the full capital gains rate, nor is it annual. These examples are typical, misleading insurance wholesaler and agent sleeziness.

The audio read-to-me is a tad bit fast. I tried slowing it down a bit, but that was way too slow.
My only comment for improvement would be that a few of your questions on prior exam and this one seemed to be of personal opinion instead of a question being one of a material fact. If like I, you get frustrated because lack of complete understanding of circumstances and how that could change your option. So, make it more obvious with the exact question.
WEbCe courses are clear and easy to understand. What helps facilitate the learning the concepts are the case studies. The case studies provide the complexities of being an agent and helps the agent to understand course material more clearly.

Took the course as outline but the timing was only 1hr 45min and need 2hr 30min to complete. Had to go back and listen to 2 chapters to get the allowed time. Would have though the course was 2hr 30min long.

I've been using you CE program for years
On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.

Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.

Good program, but the review questions are far too easy considering the content covered in the program. I do not feel that the score I received is indicative of my understanding of the concepts discussed.

The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.

This course was great. I thought it was extremely interesting and also relevant to the work that I do. I learned new things which I enjoyed a lot and loved that I could have it read aloud to me. It’s so much easier for me to learn that way, having to sit still in front of a computer.

The read to me part is great. The reader just needs to go a little bit slower and pause when necessary or else the information becomes harder to understand - as someone with ADHD. Other than that. It was great.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.
The read it to me audio was a bit monotonous. It could have been replaced with a real human reading as the machine reading is not sounding good

To be completely honest, the Exam itself felt easier than the study materials. Questions were worded clearly, and I never felt like any of the questions were "got you" questions. Really wonderful job setting this up and making it easy for people to keep their licenses active. Thank you!

Only needed 2 hours of Ethics. I was happy to have affordable options to get just what I needed.
First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

I have been doing LTC for years and knew 80% of the information except the Texas portion. I wish I could have taken the exam after completing the entire course regardless of time as I was able to finish early. Yet I am sure its a Texas thing.

The exam was very easy but the presentation went into a lot more detail than seemed necessary for th subject matter to be covered
The course content allowed me to pass the exam the first time with a higher score than required. The information provided was thorough.
There was a lot of pages needed to take the exam, but I scored a 94 and therefore knew most of the material.

The read it to me audio was a lifesaver while reading along: 10/10. Fix the auto start of audio, it worked probably less than 10% of the time. Also, save the user selected audio playback speed. That broke all the time as well.

I was able to access and use Web CE on my phone and the audio was very helpful for studying. The interactives were hard to use on both the computer and the phone, but especially on the phone. The audio is hard to start on the phone but does fine on the computer.

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. No mention of whether the $50k was annuitized payments or simply withdrawals (so BEFORE annuitization of AFTER annuitization...?) But overall, this is a well-constructed course.
This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.
I think it's perfect, No need to change anything.

Testing was very EASY!
It'd be very kind if you had a real person reading it aloud instead of the weird robot voice. The robot worked better for me than reading it myself, but just get someone to read it for real. The robot's inflection and literal approach is distracting.

Some of the material about the annuities seemed to be very repetitive and it made the course feel much too long and tiresome. I would try to reduce the redundancy of some topics if possible or make the redundant topics more interactive to make it more engaging to avoid getting bored and annoyed with the material.
The time it takes to complete each quiz is too much. I wish you could skip the quizzes and go to the exam after you've read through the material.

Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.
Course spent way, way, way too much time on nonessential and unnecessary history of how LTC evolved. This could have been summarized in one or two pages. No one needs to know that to use the products.

The read to me audio is very helpful but the automated voice is difficult to listen to for hours. It frequently reads words with the wrong pronunciation for that circumstances and it gets hard to listen to after a while, making it easy to lose focus. Having a real person read the text instead would be better.
WebCE has proven its value to this agent in past years.
4 hours is a really long time. I am not looking forward to the 8 hour CE I'll be taking soon.

I liked having the audio option, but the voice was very choppy, making it hard to listen to for a long time.
The only negative is the AI read it to me voice. It is very annoying and not usable at all.
It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.

I had no problem with the course. I didn’t know what to expect as it was my very first time so,I was very nervous. I got more comfortable and relaxed when I saw that I can retake it as many times as I wanted. That made my anxiety disappear.

Course recommended by state of Florida insurance dept for my 2 hour elective. Took 3 1/2 hours! Too much content for a 2 hour course (I am CLU ChfCwith Northwestern Mutual for 44 years) Needs to be a 3 or 4 course!

I FEEL THE COURSE READING/PRACTICE EXAMS WERE MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE EXAM ITSELF. NOT A BAD THING, BUT MAYBE HAVE MORE REAL LIFE SCENARIOS IN THE EXAM.
One section got a little long and it was difficult to maintain my concentration.
The proctor was very put off that he needed to input his drivers license. I have never seen this before and this proctor at the library hadn't either.

It needs to be updated the Medicare Part D rules are outdated. There is no more coverage gap and it mentions nothing of Medicares M3P program that was started in 2025.
This was an 8 credit hour course. It was excessively long and mundane for its purpose. Listening to the provided audio took well over 12 hours start to finish. The course included way too much information to be useful, learn and retain. This should be at least 2 courses, it not 3.
First time using this service for continuing education and will us it again.

The estimated times listed on the ten chapters only included the time it would take for the reading audio, not estimating how long it take to do all of the extra topic reviews, charts, and practice quizzes. Everything else was great!

WebCE has been my go to place for continuing education my entire insurance career and I would not seek any other.
I really enjoyed the ability to "save/exit". This aspect allowed me to take break and handle interruptions.
I loved that it was open book. I was able to go back and find the answers.

It would be great to see examples of the different taxation requirements. The pdf's didn't work.
I would recommend not using the word "obviously" throughout various chapters and explanations. While it might be to some, it wasn't for me in certain instances. I would also love to see more interactives and videos. Additionally, it was a little confusing to determine which package to choose for my state, since there were multiple and the descriptions were very similar.
I believe the addition of more interactives would be very useful.

Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. Especially glad that there was an option to keep the audio off. I personally prefer reading and absorbing the material at my own pace.

The Math for example calculating the taxable percentage and payout of a non-qualified deferred annuity in the annuitization phase was a little difficult to follow. I feel like walking through the math would be good before asking a question about it in the chapter review.

Informative but dense. It is possible to complete this course in four hours but, in doing so, one is not likely to retain much content. I would suggest adding additional quizzes and interactive learning opportunities to increase retention of content.

Why are variable annuities part of a course for agents that are not securities licensed?
I'm sure WebCE must address variable annuities as a fulfillment of bureaucratic stipulations, but I know ZERO insurance agents with a securities license and have only met a few in nearly 20 years of insurance work. Thus, making a substantive amount of material entirely irrelevant to most insurance agents.
It was very difficult to find the correct course. I did the online chat and they had me call.
The test was too long 80 questions, I think the longest should be 50 Questions

The annuities Standards for Best Practice course has a lot more dry material than most. Being able to distinguish, or set apart, the material more than even the Annuities course did itself I think is important. The Read it to me option voice was very monotone. I like to listen audibly usually, but this voice choice was too robotic and made it hard to focus.
The only reason why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in general, is just... It's not like it's a tv show.... If they wanted to learn about LTC, I would offer this to them though, 100%.
I left another provider after I had paid for the same course and it was too hard to follow and to difficult to read. I had received an email from them and for some crazy reason I thought it was Webce. As soon as I started the course I could tell immediately that it was not WebCe!!! I refer people to you all the time! GREAT COURSE!!! I love the read out loud!!!

I had to google the full the course name followed by 'web ce' in order to get to the actual page to be able to buy/enroll in the course. The course is great. I have a background in data science, i have written over 700 neural network models. The website is extremely difficult to navigate and I had to have customer support get the information for me.

Well, none of us enjoy doing CE. I think you'll find that most if not all agents find it to be just an annoying chore. I dislike going over the same materials every time for the basic 24 hours. I wish there was more variety and different subjects. I also wish that the tests were a LOT easier and shorter. We absolutely do not have to be experts on this this to do our jobs. But I iiked the convenience of getting it all done in one course. Thanks.
The reading of the content is terrible. There is no grammitical inflection, thus very hard to stay focused.
After reading materials and completing the tests… I had to go back and sit in the modules to accrue time to meet the minimum. There could be vids with new info to listen to while meeting time requirements, rather than reviewing

Health insurance laws are so complex, it was hard to remember all the different sections because I only deal in LTC policies & Medicare Supplement policies. It was well written and it was good to review and update myself. I can better assist clients
This a CE course, not initial training. I feel like got hit by a firehose of information. Way over the top for me. But then, I only sell Medicare.
I listened to the course audio, did the quizzes, listened to the additional videos/interactive info. Had I done that until the end of the course, it would have went well over the 4 hours. Good Info but course content should be shortened within some of the various topics so it truly only goes 4 hours or give us an additional CE for the extra time.

This course is very reliable, especially for someone busy like me. I can read my lessons, save my progress, and take exams at my own pace. It's incredibly helpful for English as a second language(ESL), as some of us are slow readers. Overall, it’s an excellently designed course.
Web CE is the most current material of any CE providers I have used. It makes it much easier to complete the exam when the material is current and accurate. Web CE will be my Go-to CE provider

This is my 3rd time using WebCE as I find it very streamlined and easy to navigate as well as very informative information on life insurance and ethics.
I love the "read to" part as it enhanced learning by providing info to senses.. hearing and visual. One short coming is that in the past I have read of special LTCI benefits to Veterans. There was no mention of this or VA help. Please metnion in future trainiings, even if not currently available but was at one time.
It's just easy to do on my own schedule. Format is easy to use.
For the Annuities course way too much emphasis on the tax issues--Making decisions or part of decisions that involve taxes is inappropriate at best. The advisor /producer should recommend specific tax questions be answered by client's own financial advisor. I have been working with client and annuity products for years. Even if advisor is a CPA, in the selling roll we were prohibited from giving specific tax advice. some exam and quiz questions are incomplete in terms of in detail . I got the answer correct, but the questions can be written to include more than 1 possibility when there is more than 1

The class credit units was inappropriate. The verbal reading in one setting took well over 4 hours. It including the exam should not have taken more than 2 hours for a computer to read the text and do the activities. If your classes continue to not be properly provided credit hours per the contect, then I can not recommend this course. Other wise it was an excellent course. Also loved the verbal reading to me.

I liked that one could return to the course and pick up from where they left of. I also liked that I could pause and reread without there being a timed-out where I would need to log in again. The timed-out was only when I left the program for too long. The "Read-it-to-me" feature would be appreciated by some people I know as that is something they are comfortable with.
Some of the examples didn't make sense as I don't work in health insurance or financial services.

In the sample knowledge test questions, at first it was not obvious that there would be a popup to move to the next sample question, i.e. it appeared that there was only one question in the particular area of training, at first. It wasn't until in later sample questions I inadvertently moved my mouse over the question area that it instructed me that there were more questions. Consequently, I had to go back to the previous study material to get the additional questions. You should just have an arrow, or something else, under the first question, that always shows.
It would be very helpful if Summary can be added more contents.

Most tests on here are really easy. This one was substantially more difficult. Was trying to watch Monday night football and I had to take this test like 4 times. CE is such a scam and if the states were smart they would charge more $ when it comes time to renew licenses so that they can keep all the money and everyone can go back to enjoying the game.

Like most tests of this sort, there are a few questions that provide answers that are not completely accurate or too vague. When it comes to tests, the wording of questions and answers needs to be 100% literal, not allowing for ambiguity.
1. Not sure if this is just my iPhone… but please fix the “[State] Course Time” in the top right from glitching inside the paper on the “Print” option. 2. This course should not be $15 when people can go to ExamFX and obtain the same course for $7. Other than those two, this course is a great source of information. I’m not too picky on the whole “Mobile UI” thing.

It took longer than the 4 credit hours to get through the material. While there is a lot of information to cover, it's discouraging to get 4 hours of credit for something that took 5 or more hours to get through.
I am usually a good test taker as I know my material. You had questions on the exam that were not in the material. I know because I went back and looked at several questions I could remember that i know missed and it was not in the material

As I answered earlier today for my Annuities test: The information reinforced what I learned in my recent Life, Health, and Medicare/LTC ExamFX and XCEL prep courses and the exam themselves. The large font was especially helpful for me. While I chose to read aloud to myself, I know others who would benefit from the audio portion.
I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.
Can you make the reader voice inflect like a human? The flat reading didn't always follow the sentence structure, which means the sentence wasn't always clear.

it is obvious that the voice is computer generated. Simple words are mispronounced and the pauses or emphasis on words is awkward.

For illinois, I would recommend the basic health insurance course and CE credit be more easily and readily findable on the website. Basic health + Ethics course is not easily identifiable when shopping for CE courses. I was initially very confused about which course package to buy because the website pushed primarily the life and health insurance package when browsing & i reluctantly ede dup choosing it due to the inclusion of the mandatory ethics course already being included in the bundle. If the same was offered for health insurance only (bundle package), I would have been able to get through this leg of the process much easier and faster. The inventory selection is muddled and a bit unclear, which led me to making an unecessary purchase.

The course outline was in order and well put together. Everything just seemed to be organized.
The required time to complete the course is almost an hour too long. Maybe 2 hour minimum instead of 2 and a half hours. I was able to complete the reading of all of the content plus the practice exams within 1 hour 41 minutes.

While I appreciate the content provided for this course, the required time for the course (4 hours) turned out to be more than 4 hours. Besides the final exam, it took about 12 hours to read along and take in the material and do the practice quizzes. A 4 hour course, should not take longer than 4 hours to complete. There's got to be A better way of setting this platform to only 4 hours worth of study and testing. This was like being punished just to fulfill A requirement. It was 3x the requirement. Please change this! I do NOT recommend it to anyone. This is my first time using your platform. Hopefully, but respectfully, I hope I can do my requirements on my favorite continuing education provider's platform who I will not mention here. Thank you!

For being only a 4 hr credit course, This took FOREVER to finish! Took me almost or over 4 hrs! This was A LOT of material to go over, and extremely overwhelming. The solutions for a lot of the math, when it came to figuring out the numbers for the variable problems, were not clear. I still don't understand how some of the percentages and other values were determined. Pretty frustrating. I'm actually surprised that I got 100% on this test.
I am so glad to see the user friendly changes on the site. It makes me anxious to take the other courses now inlieu of dragging to it. I am glad to be back here. with WebCE.

There were multiple sections where information was unnecessarily repeated, almost ver batim, to the point where I briefly thought I may have mis-clicked and was rereading a completed section.

One case study of a 1980s illustration is wrong and misleading...states agent "should have" used interest rates other than the current very high ones. We were and are required to use the rates being paid at the time, high or low, plus one with the minimum rate stated in the policy.

The answer in the Annuity Design section of the questions pertaining to the crediting of interest at the end of each interest crediting period of an FIA was incorrect. The only effect the minimum guaranteed interest rate has on interest crediting is at the end of the total contract period. At that time in total interest experienced from the performance of the FIA is compared to a simulated application of the Minimum Guaranteed Interest Rate. Whichever is greater is the amount credited. That is why some periodic statement where the FIA interest was negative, that the beginning balance and ending balance are equal, barring may fees subtracted (i.e. rider fees). Please regrade my exam and issue an amendment to reflect 100%. Thank you.

There is very little emphasis on the fact that Medicaid does not cover long term care expenses for most people outside of a Nursing Facility setting, so home care assisted living care and memory care for most is self-pay.

One thing that may improve the audio is having a recording of a person deliberately reading the content. Sometimes the program reading the words will mistake two words that are spelled the same and pronounce something incorrectly or otherwise make small errors an actual person normally would not.

I selected the life insurance CE course for ethics, so I was surprised that liability claims were referenced throughout the course. I don't recall seeing this before.
The AI audio could use a little improvement, or use a real person. Emphases on words and word pronunciation lacked in a few areas, not enough to cause issues, just needed to go back and read myself a few times. Overall, very helpful.

Please don't use AI voices in the audio generation. Please pay real voice over artists for this type of content. The inflections were so bad, it was distracting. The voice would sound like it's ending sentences in the middle of a sentence. Example: "Insurance is a great way! ....To make sure customers are taken care of.

It just seems ot be somebody reading to you. The questions at the end of the chapters were nothing like those on the actual CE exam. Kinda crazy that with an LTC license all the questions were about partnership plans and so little was reviewed. I barely passed.

Given the content of the course material, it was difficult at times to remain engaged during some of the lengthier segments. I most definitely appreciate not having to click the button to move forward to more content every few sentences or paragraphs, but a little bit more breakdown in those longer sections could help make it easier to stay engaged.
We should push back on regulations that require seasoned representatives from wasting time learning what is already well known. It is expensive in time and money.

When looking for reviewing the material for the test, it was hard because it did not show clearly the materials.
Unless I misread it, the material said that it is illegal for an insurer to refuse to consider a client who was declined elsewhere. But that is common in the long-term care insurance industry. My second comment is that the test questions may have been too easy.
Why are there several P&C questions when I asked for Health & Life? None of the content addressed the topics, yet they are on the test.

The content is very long, for someone who is new in this business the terminologies are quite hard to analyze. The exam questions were long and hard to understand, some of the questions were not directly from the content that was covered. Thank you.

As a first time CE user, I was confused as to what I needed and wanted to make sure what I had chosen was correct. I called in and was guided through the process easily.

The monitoring process is more difficult than the study or the test. Figuring that out took longer than the course.
Although the legal language used was appropriate to describe the subject matter, it made it difficult to complete in the time allotted. Overall, the information was thorough and helped gain understanding of the subject matter.

This course was actually quite interesting and informative. It filled in several gaps in my understanding in the difference between fiduciary and best interest in regard to the regulation. It also put to bed some Industry fears of how the regulation could pratically work for insurance only licensed practicianers. (My only critique would be to have two courses---one for insurance only producers and one for insurance AND Registered Reps / Advisors. The reason is that you waste 3 or 4 questions for insurance only licensed people by including the variable stuff. Plus, it implies that perhaps the insurance only rep can talk 'variable products". I realize the Regulation says otherwise, but the insurance only rep might wonder why the other is included. Plus why learn what you can't use or even discuss. I would go with the two courses, as opposed to the one with extra variable questions. It is a waste for the insurance only producer and probably not enough for the variable (registered rep /or Advisor). I offer this critique as a former Series 7,6,63, 65 and 24 Registered Rep / Advisor. Otherwise, a great and informative course. Thank you.
On the Taxes section providing more videos with actual examples would help more.

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.

The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.
Determining that WEBCE and or related competitors was not easy to determine when I was researching for testing requirements.
The course was extremely longer than the suggested time to complete the material. It should be adjusted to match the expectation. This caused delays for other business activities.
Engaging course, covered material well, clear instructions, comprehensive questions on quizzes & exams.

The health insurance portion was a bit tedious. This final exam not up to the standards of others I've taken from WebCE. Duplicate questions, poorly worded questions, and questions of minimal importance.
Course was rather lengthy but well-organized and informative. Review questions were quite helpful.
Took longer than four hours but I had many interruptions and had to take breaks. A lot of information.... Took the test once and passed with a 96! Success!
Content a bit redundant in some places and wording not easy to follow. Less text and more examples would be more helpful in understanding the concepts in this course.

The course actually seemed to take quite a bit longer than the number of hours assigned to it. I certainly had to spend more than four hours to complete this four hour course. I wish the hours stated would more accurately reflect the actual time needed to take the course.

This content exceeded the 4 hour requirement, would have been nice to know ahead of time to speed up the audio. This is the opposite situation of the other course i took.
Pay a real human being to read the content. That was one of the worst AI readings I have ever heard. This isn’t the most exciting material to study, so having a REAL person with realistic annunciation and cadence would have made a BIG difference. I finally turned it off and just read it myself.

I loved being able to read at my own pace, and change the playback speed on the videos. I also felt that all the "mini-quizzes" and end-of-chapter quizzes were extremely helpful to make sure I had absorbed what I read. This has been probably my best CE experience in the past five years.
I like the read-it-to-me audio, it kept me involved and alert and made sure that I accomplished a complete understanding of the material.

I kind of wish I had taken the 1-credit Best Interest annuity update course instead of the full Annuity Suitability course, but I needed the CE credits for other purposes in addition to the state insurance requirements.

Needed help from customer service. Course I needed wad FL based but the system only allowed me to sign up for a TX approved version. She helped me and all was well.

How effective did you find the presentation and format of the course material?... Specifically to Florida Long-Term Care & Medicaid, chapter 11, it was not worded well / clearly. It had too much of a legalistic wording style to it, whereas the national Long-Term Care & Medicaid was easy to understand.

there was a disproportionate amount of questions on disability ins. it would be nice if the course clearly stated that one of the biggest drivers of increased health care costs has been the ACA. how much did BCBS pay to get this free advertising??? and to state BCBS is a non-profit is misleading.
I could tell the Read-it-to-me voice was AI generated. There were times that I thought they AI voice should pause but overall it was well done.

being an agent of 25 yrs now, there is nothing i hate more than CE courses that ask test questions that have zero to do with my industry. when i take a life course, i dont need to be trying to decipher casualty, health, annuity information within the test questions. be more specific to what i purchased
Computer generated voice is unnecessary. Clearly shows a desire to profit more than teach. With these prices, surely having someone voice the text is possible. If I do NOT use WebCE, this will be the #1 reason.

As a 44+ -years insurance professional, with several professional designations, (CPCU, CIC, CRM, ARe, ARM-P, AIC) I appreciate the ease of use of WebCE's continuing educational process, and I have used them for many years. There is a vast array of available courses and as such, the required courses like Ethics and Flood are different. This helps keep the repetition of CE materials to a minimum.

I liked the clear, succinct writing that went into this course. The interactives also helped. I was amazed at how the information was conveyed so clearly. I liked the negative examples. (why a specific annuity wouldn't work in a person's case ) I like the use of bullets. I am a big bullet writer. I think it helps people remember information rather than a long paragraph style. I also liked that the information was very relevant and up to date. I've taken courses in the past where that wasn't the case.
The course was what it had to be per the new laws, It was easy material, but the training is a complete waste of time for a professional in the industry for so many years. I learned nothing new and there is not enough content in the course for the required 4 hours that MN dictates you need to remain on the course. So after you complete the course in 1 hour, you are stuck clicking to refresh the screen for the next 3 hours to make the test available. It's all a complete waste of time and does not provide any benefit.

some of the information was subject to insurance companies policies but in the material it made it appear to be set in stone a certain way. Example, accelerations do not alway leave a death benefit for the remaining amount, the policy is terminated
The only way I can think of to make this course a little better and absorbable is to have some interactive checks on learning. Showing how you pull the data from the questions and apply them to the correct answers. IF that makes sense. Mainly for the questions you would use a formula to answer.

My husband has used WebCe for many years, so he suggested I use it for my CE Credits. As usual he leads me in the right direction
I have continuously held an Oregon producer license since 1995, and renewed during each two year cycle. I have often wanted to have some of the "pre-licensing" information repeated in the courses that I have taken over the past 20+ years. This course provided that review for me and that was superb in my opinion. I have appreciated many of the previous courses I have taken from WebCE however, I am not often using the video/audio options - I have a high level of reading comprehension and prefer to handwrite notes. I was surprised to get 100% correct on this course especially as it went so smoothly. I also give a big thumbs up to WebCE for the references to case histories. Way to go! I don't need to have my continuing education done until June of 2024, but I like to take my time and complete it early, especially since I am retired now and contemplating working in the industry again, possibly adding the CMS Medicare coursework. Thanks for a good course on ethics. I do have a favorite and that was the video course by Dohrn Sr and Jr. provided by you that used both the 7 Principles of Leadership & Drucker’s Five Questions. That is a course that provides a high level of attention to integrity and building an ethical career, not just sales. Thanks for that again!

It is difficult to listen to AI reading it when it is not trained to emphasize italics, when it switches from "ten thirty-five exchange" to "one thousand thirty five exchange"; mispronounces "analyses", and runs sentences together, especially when a sentence ends a certain way, such as with "Exhibit B".

Being able to adjust the reading speed of the read it to me audio really helped. However, it would be much more user friendly if there were more speed choices and in smaller percentage increments. The difference between the 100, 125, 150, and 175% settings is significant. Maybe allow for 5 or 10% increments/options.
I really liked this one and felt the situations were on a level that anyone could relate to. There were a few questions I had to check the chapter on but the correct answer was in my head, I was more double checking myself.
As I reviewed the info, after the practice questions, before the test, I tried googling a term, but the search just returned me to the entire course material. I eventually found the term, Sliding, but had to review the entire course again ....

Time to complete, like courses I have taken in the past are longer in time frame then listed. A four hour course is actually longer then four hours, unless you speed read. Perhaps revisit the actual course times. This would be my only recommendation at this time.

Finding the course was the hardest part but once I got started it was easy to understand. My best recommendation would be to have a few more questions after the content for to answer before going to the next item.

The course had too much of text and history that could have been simplified a lot. It felt like a drag than 4 hours course. Too much to digest and feel like it complicated the opportunity to learn
I appreciated that most questions that changed language to "NOT included", or anything meant to engage critical thinking were bolded or italicized allowing opportunity to read the question clearly, and in turn answered correctly rather than banking on the test taker reading the question incorrectly and answering incorrectly.

I would make the words in the questions match the words in the course helpers. The time provided for this course does not leave much room to use critical thinking skills that the current questions asked call for. I should be able to cross reference words in the questions while doing a control "f" search in the course helper for the answers. I do appreciate that this exam was open book.

There should be an ethics presentation for health insurance agents specifically, while I am licensed in life products, my primary practice is in health arena and very little of this actually had to do with health insurance sales and standards, although I agree much of this could be crossed over in some of this material
Some courses throw trick questions out to throw you off. I felt it represented real life situations and made it clear how the agent should be.
First time using Web Ce and will be a return user.
I appreciated the simplicity of presentation of content. Questions on sample test, after each chapter were helpful. I passed the course after an intense 4.5 hrs. last evening. Followed by today's finish of Chapter 10 & 11, then taking the exam only once, for a 75% score. I must admit, I was please that I absorbed enough to answer 75% of the Q's correctly. Thanks a Million!
I think it would be beneficial to have practice problems with numbers/math to help on the exam portion. I also enjoyed the video within the learning material, it would be beneficial to add more in my opinion.

The only thing that wasn’t terrific was the narration. By using a computer voice instead of a person to do the audio, inflections and pauses that would have added to the presentation were missed. But otherwise, this was very informative and easy to do.

Computer generated voices are not engaging and its pretty sad when the instructor reads the word "Cont." as part of the script. Taking a course with a real instructor would provide a better learning environment.

Overall the presentation was excellent. Particularly it was very helpful to be able to pause the audio in order to re-read a passage, or even to listen to it again. The ability to read and also to listen with flexibility was great. The only reason why I rated effectiveness a "4" instead of a "5" is because of the sometimes robotic delivery. I must say, however, that it was mostly natural, and better than most.

I really liked that the audio pauses with the spacebar and fast forwards or rewinds a few seconds with the other buttons.

When searching for key words, it would be helpful, if the course would take the user directly to the key word, instead of just highlighting. This would eliminate the need to manually scroll and search for the highlighted word.

originally signed up as i needed suitability course for TX, but then wondered if i could use it for my resident NC license. I called you, was told if i transferred the course reporting to NC, it would also satisfy any non-resident state that required that same course, in my case, TX. So rep transferred it before i did exam. I appreciate your knowledge of these matters and ease that she was able to transfer course, so i didn't have to take it twice. Thank you!

The quality of these courses has substantially improved since I have last completed my CE. I wasn't able to detect near as many spelling errors and typos. The videos helped to aid comprehension, and the interactive questions made for good reinforcement. The last time I completed CE through webCE I actually saved screen shots of the humorously bad content and recommended to my superiors that we drop WebCE as a service. I could not do so with this course. WELL DONE and thank you for taking steps to improve the quality of your content!!
The pre test questions were not helpful in taking the actual module test. Even though I scored a 90% its much to difficult to recall information that is helpful. I would suggest the quiz material used for testing instead of a totally vague comprehensive questionnaire.
The section about that references the Pension Protection Act doesn't include the reference to Section 1035 in regards to the LTC exchange.

Although i passed with flying color's, one of the other courses assigned to me by the insurer I represent i'm not even remotely trained in (flood) and when that exam comes up it will be incredibly difficult to pass since I can't even be informed about what i got wrong. it will 100% be random chance that I pass that exam as even the practice questions require memorization of coverages specifics, percentages, roles etc which I can't reference due to it being a closed book exam. Ethics is absolutely fine in all scenario's, but i also felt it was appropriate to disclose that information.

I was unsure of some of some of the finer distinctions between the various annuities and had to re-read the material. Over all, it was easy to focus on the topics and figure it out. More mathematical examples would be helpful.
I almost went to one of your competitors because I wanted to order a hard copy of the book but found the PDF download to be sufficient. When I called in asking for the book, your call center lady did not tell me about the ability to download PDF, but rather said NO we don't offer hard copy books any longer. Never tell a customer NO. That harsh answer is what sent me looking at other companies. If nothing else say I wish I could, but they are no longer available. However, we do offer a PDF download that you can save to your computer or future reference.
I appreciate being able to re-take the exam when I did not pass.

Whatever service you use for reading doesn’t use the correct inflection or natural speech patterns. So, it makes it difficult to understand the text without having to also read the text. I like that I was able to access the course material audio to stream while I was driving or walking. It gives me more time to accomplish my 24 hours of course time. I work all day and all night. I have a very tight schedule. Thank you.

The course content is excellent. Just one comment, ...On the exam, ques #7 the sentence reads," Regarding an agent's failure to observe his or her duties to the insurer...: Observe may not be the correct word here. Perhaps disclose is the more appropriate word.
I wish examples and case studies were related to life/health specifically vs. including property and casualty, homeowners etc., which is not my field. Thanks

Practical cases were discussed as a part of the curriculum.
As I do not have any life, health, investment licenses, I found the content related to FINRA, ERISA and life and investment sales to be of no use.
You could make the reading of the content more human and faster. There could have been visual aides or videos to be more beneficial to the largest percent of the population that learns visually.
Some video would be nice. The computer generated voice read a little slowly/awkwardly at times.
More engaging than the average online Ethics course, therefore easier to remember the material.
It would be nice if there was a less robotic voice reading the chapters.

This course dealt with mostly life insurance and financial products. It was sold in the p&c package. It's very deceptive and honestly goes against the courses content.

Please make explicit instructions for using ProProctor Prometric remote proctoring more easily accessible. It is not clear that one must start the exam process and click the link to get to Prometric and the instruction for doing that is nowhere in the guidance materials on the site. I had to call to find out how to get to it.

I appreciated the opportunity at the end of the Final Exam to confirm the question that was graded 'incorrect.' Now I have learned to READ every question carefully so as to not misinterpret the question...the one I missed was obvious when given the chance to see!

Having the sample questions at the end of each chapter was a good check point to ensure that I was grasping the basic content before moving on.

The read it to me audio voice is so monotonous. It nearly put me to sleep. You should invest in a real person to read the content who can use inflection and appropriate pauses, etc.

I am a fast reader, and I loved that I could speed-read the course without being bogged down by having to listen to someone else read the course to me.
I like being able to read a PDF to complete the course vs videos or a web based text. That way I can do it in my own time and I focus better this way as well.

I really liked that this course included a man's voice clearly and concisely reading the words. I could follow him as he read through each line.
I am a life/health agent and a financial advisor. I felt there were too many questions about property and casualty insurance.
There were one or two sections that were rather long. Would have been great if they were broken up into several pages rather than one long one.

The question on the test that was marked wrong for, showed all 4 answers were wrong answers on the review of the question following the test. Fortunately it didn't matter to me in terms of pass/fail.

Downloading the course pdf was not immediately apparent to me, but my email asking for assistance was answered immediately, which was very much appreciated.
First two quizzes I took I had all 4 answers correct, but both times showed one question in each quiz as incorrect. Must have been a glitch as the answer I selected (both instances) was the correct answer.

I would have appreciated the audio rolling over to the next section or a prompt. I'd also appreciate the ability to bump the audio speed to 1.25x regular or have a faster reader as the vast majority of the time, it felt painfully slow.

the narration could have been sooooo much better if a PERSON actually read the script. the computer-generated voice was so monotone, it almost put me to sleep. Additionally, it was incorrect in the pronunciation. Just terrible.

I use them every year.. It's great..
YOu learn so much more than in the one day courses crammed with subjects.... but this takes so long to listen to and the in-person or interactive courses have the advantage of the social interaction and enjoyable as no tests to worry about...just learning and questions. I wish your more difficult courses could be presented in person at least a few of the courses.

The voice for the read it to me needs to vary in tempo and tenor. It has a tendency to lull you to sleep. Further, the allotted time is shorter than it takes for the read it to me to finish the course. So, more time should be allotted.
The monotone reading of the text was not very appealing and does not emphasize the important points as would a normal reading of the text.
Suggest breaking up the 30 minute into 15 minute segments
The examples were 90% about P & C. Much of the language is unfamiliar to a Life and Health agent. I do not recall any illustrations or case studies about Health. Please ask the reader to say the complete word - not "cont" for continued

This was truly a very clear and to the point course and truly relative to testing an agent's knowledge.

I like that it was not sectioned off as much as it was when I took CE courses a couple years back.
This last section on Ethic was much better than the first sections in the sense that explanations were less confusing.
I have been doing continuing education for my property and casualty license for over 10 years. I always wished there was an audio version because it is SO much reading and listening is better for me as a learner. I was thrilled to see the audio option in this course after all this time

Ethics course seemed to have about 1/3 of the questions geared toward OR directing covering property and casualty insurance, I signed up for L/H, ridiculous........................NB
The course kept getting paused and I would have to get out and start all over.
Very dry material, hard to stay focused on it.

I did not like the audio--clearly it was read by a computer. Better to pay someone who know correct inflection/pronunciation! Otherwise I like being able to listen to the content.
When using the voice over, when you have to pause , should be set up to start where you click on the screen to continue reading. The way it is set up now if you pause voice over it starts at very beginning which added over a half hour of reading to class which is not beneficial to your clients.
I am a fast reader and learner and being forced to spend more time than needed before passing the test was irritating.
One of the questions asked about information that was nowhere in the material. (ERISA)

One thing I didn't like is I let the read it to me audio play continuously throughout the whole course and it finished up approximately 30 minutes early, so I had to go back and burn the extra time to meet the 2 Hour and 30 Minute time to take the exam.

The question about a med sup with a network is terrible. IF the bene had a med sup prior to gettin ga new supplement, as long as it isnt a select plan, doctors hwo take medicare will take it. You got MA and Med Sup confused on this...
