The audio was very helpful. However, the course should add content that will assist visual learners and other learning types.
Some of the quiz questions are a bit vague and open to interpretation, wherein numerous answers apply, and no "best" answer is apparent. The AI voice is still irritating, but does the job well enough.

The course was too long. I have been using WebCE for years. This course is to long for a 4 hour course.

To start, I am doing this course because I obtain my insurer license a few years ago and decided to become a financial advisor. Overall, the course was laid out nice and went smoothly. However, one thing I would change it the terminology when explaining things. Sometimes, I would get lost reading because there were so many terms that were confusing or difficult to consume so many in one paragraph. I would re-write the paragraphs to flow a lot better and help the reader along with simple terms like 'the person looking for insurance' as opposed to using fancy terms for things. It is kind of hard to explain what I am trying to say. However, I don't think anyone will look at this comment, but if you do, the course was laid out nice and was helpful. However, I would just work on the explaining aspects.

I like how detailed the concepts are, and how it's objectives are summarized in the beginning and end of the chapters. I also enjoy that the quiz at the of the chapter are easy to retake
I like everything. The only thing I did not like was that when I saved the material. When I log out have to start all over from the beginning to continue with the course. That's time-consuming.

The last exam grade was not correct. There were 5 questions which I got correct, but the grade was 94%.
The material was presented in a way (multiple ways) that it made it easy for me to learn and retain. I appreciate the context and examples used (story questions) as I personally retain information better that way. Which translated to taking the test and retaining the knowledge!! Thank you!!

I was informed about the proctor monitoring requirements for this course after I paid for it. They have to be disclosed before, not after.
AI narration was terrible. Odd cadence and mis-pronounced words. If you cannot afford to pay an actual human narrator, i recommend you close up shop. I have used WebCE many times in the past, but will not use your company again.
The course takes way longer than the time claimed on the Course. In order to get anything substantial out of it, and not just gloss over the material, one needs to spend about 150% of the claimed time for the course(s) in general. This is perfectly fine, except for planning and CE hours. Still, another good course. Thank you.
I like the audio but sometimes he pronounce words incorrectly that throws me off a bit. The way he says numbers is not always correct.

It was a little confusing at the end. I was reviewing the question that I missed and the page went away. I am not able to get the right answer. Also, I was disappointed that I am not able to go back into the course to see if there are any further instructions or information about the appendix. I did get the download of the course but am wondering about the right answer and the appendix.

I liked having the small quizzes at the end of each section. I was able to review the wrong answers there and apply them to the end exam.
The audio did not have a speed adjustment. The dialogue was read too slowly.

I loved the ability to look at the content for refresher before answering, it made me read to reinforce what I learned without pressure. I feel more confident that I retained the knowledge. I loved the case scenarios to make it realistic to real life. It all fit my learning style.

The detailed description of taxation of different annuity types was excellent information that had not been included in any other CE courses I have taken.
There was at least one question on the exam in which the "correct" answer was, in fact, incorrect. Overall, the exam asked a number of stupid questions. Even though the course was basic and general in nature, there were a number of nitpicking questions the dealt with issues that were of no value to active agents.

The reading amount is quite intensive for CE. It's a great deal of data to take in for those who want to complete over a few days. You can't to this over weeks or months and expect to retain all the reading for the exam. Therefore it is best served to do over a few days, but again a great deal to digest.

Thorough, thoughtful, comprehensive coverage. 2 note: Just a suggestion on the Annuity Course Section 5.4: Add “IRS” to the sentences with “penalty” references. These are IRS penalties, NOT Insurance carrier penalties. It’s implied, but there’s a ton of info here and may be confusing to some people, as carrier penalties are discussed in previous sections. Also a ? – in Section 5.6 you state that annuities become part of one’s estate. BUT annuities have NAMED BENEFICIARIES, and should bypass probate. Are you saying that even though they avoid probate, they do become part of one’s estate? Thank you!

The content included real life scenarios and examples that helped me to understand the concepts. I also loved the option to have the content read to me, and the short quizzes and the end of each section. I also appreciated being able to see the explanations to the questions I answered wrong. It was beneficial to be able to retake/re-answer some of the interactive questions.
i would like to suggest that all modules have the "read it to me" feature, which was significantly helpful for my visual difficulties
For packages making the specific learning material better known because i almost purchased a 24 hour course material without knowing i only had to pick the 4 hour because it wasnt shown initially i only had to do 1
I have been taking this course for my ce requirements for the past 9 years. Most of it has just been embedded in me but, it’s fun every two years to go over the material again.
The course time was less the read to me audio time and quiz time; have to go through a couple of chapters again to meet the requirements to take exam.
Real life examples would help bring clarity to the subject matter.
I just wish the that the last section of the courses taken was shorter and divided into 2 sections instead of one 10 credit section, which was far too long.

Having to spend a certain amount of time in the course before it would let me access the test was somewhat galling. I understand the logic behind it, but the minimum time requirement was about an hour more than I needed to finish the content.
This was a great course in everyday challenges of being ethical, when it isn't easy, and how to see more clearly and focus on what is the right thing to do.
The only thing I would have liked more examples of was describing the "layering" step of money laundering. It was not specified clearly if that was layering more funds to add money to be laundered, or layering more activities to cover up the money laundering, or both. More examples of layering activity would be helpful.
I company asked me to complete the anti-money laundering course for insurance. I noticed there are 2 listed and I chose this one.
The read it to me audio was a great feature because it allows the customer to see, read and hear the content.
Something you might add is highlighting the word as the audio reads. That way, if you lose your place you can find your place much easier.

Awesome, I love the reading feature so much, the reader app reads and I try to keep up with it and it makes my brain to focus instead of day dreaming or multitasking on something else. I am able to focus and finish my studies faster.
I struggled on one chapter so I repeated it's training. I was so so so happy to see I passed without missing any questions... I didn't do as well with the quizzes but I also went back and looked for the correct answers before moving on. This meant I learned it well.

I've used WebCE before and like your system. Here is my complaint. We are going at our own pace. If we take weeks to complete it, its hard to take a final exa and remember the content from week before. Why put a final exam if after every chapter when the info is fresh you have that quiz/exam? I suggest you remove the final exam. The chapter quizzes are proof that we have reviewed the entire content of the class.
It was sort of difficult getting signed in, it would be nice if a different website was recommended for finding our license number.

I am finding the WebCE course catalog to have more options to choose from than other catalogs i have signed up with, so the choices make the studying for exams easier to get through. I like the exams much better through WebCe and have found that I am able to understand the questions much better, they aren't as tricky which I have found with other courses.

Sometimes listening and reading was optimal, but switching it up and just reading allowed me to move through the course swiftly and retain the information. I had one video that would not load, but overall it was an excellent training.
Required time is silly. I know that it is likely a regulatory minimum (like drivers education), but I read faster than the AI voice and would be able to complete the course in 1/ 2 half the time. Also, the material in this TX 4-hour course is virtually identical to eth 4-hour course that I completed for CA less than 1-year ago. These should be transferable between states (where possible).
It would be helpful if the states requirements are posted since they change from year to year. It was heard to know which hour requirement was needed.
I liked the overall structure of the course content and illistrations, as one who struggles with visual affects do to ADHD I would like to see more efficiently explinations with less words, though this is a lengthy subject, there were obsticles I had to overcome the avg. Student doesn't struggle with. Still Solid course!

Many questions are just too lengthy
I took the annuities 4 hour course. there was an Altzheimer's interactive to click on different topics. When I clicked on them, nothing happened, so, I was unable to compare those with the age related issues.
The courses are concise and to the point. The Read A Loud option helps to reinforce what is being read. The content of the course meets the stated objectives.

The test was easier than expected based on the quantity of course informational material.
The audio was bad--it is sounded AI and lacked inflection--too monotone. I finally turned it off as it was too distracting.

Fortunately for me, our agency requires robust annual HIPAA and cybersecurity training. This was likely a more useful and informative course for those who are not offered such training sessions.
One fix. The auto-play feature didn't work on my iPhone when the option appeared. Great course, and I will consider taking CE and other courses with WebCE.

The time requirement for this course was misleading in my opinion. It required about 5 hours of time. In addition, the "reading" is very distracting because the voice appears AI driven. The inflection of the voice is off putting and therefore, distracting.

the AI audio voice is very distracting--didn't use it. As most AI voiceovers currently do, it occasionally reads punctuation marks which is incredibly distracting from the couse material.
I especially liked being able to listen to the narration while following the text.

proctor's instructions not clear enough
I think this 8 hour course had too much material to cover. It should be broken up into two 4 hour course which would help the student retain/remember everything being taught. Overall, it was an informative course and I'm really happy I passed the final exam in the first attempt!

I don't like being forced to spend extra hours on the course when I passed all the quizes and I already know more than 90% of the answers.
I think the format of smaller segments made sustaining interest and focus so much easier. It was effortless to follow the development of material through the course.
I noticed that the assessment includes a question regarding the home equity limit of a single Medicaid applicant using the outdated $500,000 threshold. Per the updated Florida Medicaid Long Term Care standards, effective January 1, 2026, the home equity interest limit for a single applicant has been increased to $752,000 to account for inflation and rising property values.

Statements that Fixed Indexed Annuities have a guaranteed interest rate which credits in down-market years is largely incorrect. Most FIA's credit Zero in those years...and the Guarantee only comes into play when comparing ultimate value at liquidation.
I liked the actual voice of the reader and not a robotic one. The layout on the screen of information was visually pleasant. The information was easy to understand because of how it was presented.

Some parts of this section had too much information and made it difficult to recall by the time I reached the practice questions.
I liked that when I accidentally left the completed screen wthout continuing that I didn't lose my place and was able to continue. Example: Somehow, when I advanced my screen for questions 21-25 the page disappeared. I was able to go back and hit continue and my selected answers were still marked for my previous questions 1-20. Phew! I liked being able to go at my own pace by either listening and reading along or reading ahead.
Maybe nothing can be done about this but I didn't really need all the required time to move on to the next course. Overall though, it was very good.
to much content for the VA product line as well as part of the testing. Should be another and seperate course. Many are not licensed to sell VA and thus the training is not applicable
I really like the examples given. While I may or may not encounter the same situation it helps prepare me for the possibility and what to do.
On a previous survey, I wished I could slow down the narrator. I found the speed up and slow down option. However I wish the slow down option was like 95% and not 75%.
The only complaint I have is that the read it for me audio can be choppy at times making it hard to understand or follow.

Due to the restriction on proctors. It took a long time to find someone who fit the description and had time available to proctor the exam. One librarian said she'd do it if I paid her. It is hard to get a disinterested party to do something.

I think some of the material is outdated. The amount you have to lower assets to for Medicaid I think has changed recently and is a lot more than $2000 now.
The audio read along really helped out, if anything I would say more activities outside the practice test really help learners like me for example all the video examples helped explain the lesson was very helpful

It's better to add the contents about Roth annuities' taxation into the chapter of "Taxation of Annuitized Income". For example, does the lifetime income from a Roth annuity have to pay tax starting at some point or tax free for the lifetime?
The individual reading the "Read-to-me" can read NAIC easily but LTC and LTCI and every other acronym with great difficulty and quite frankly is annoying. I wanted to strangle the guy after hearing him read L T C in such a halting way the tenth time.
The time required to be logged into the material is much longer than the time it takes to review it
The course is very well designed. I liked the way you offer the option to log in and out if ever one needs to, even though I did not use that option, but it is a good thing. 25 questions for the test are really a good thing because some companies make it 100 questions and you are tired even before you complete the test. The only thing I did not appreciate is: When one completes the test, they should immediately be presented with the option to print their certificate. Now I have to find out where to find it!!!

The "Read-it-to-me" audio was very unpleasant to listen to. A human reading the content, rather than an automated reading, would have been greatly preferred.

Well the soft ware is amazing!!!! For the open book test. I found a few answers quickly. About 4 or 5. The others took me a while. The book should be more condensed, summarized more and more in correlation with questions on the test.

The AI reader is monotonous and outdated, particularly annoying when it read acronyms; extremely common in the content. There is very little to differentiate between concepts as it reads like a term paper. Main ideas and key take aways can have their very own slide.

The course was great and helped me pass the test. But Indiana's state requirement to have someone with you in person or virtually is ridiculous. This is a continuing ed course. The 20 minutes it took me to finish is a waste of time for someone else to monitor.

I'm a returning client. I have read the negative comments on the AI voice, but find it pretty good. AI has made many advances so you may want to look into updating your audio AI. They speak now like a true conversation. I'm sold on WebCE.

Well, it's an easy course, but only having a pdf to read instead of videos or other media is a little old fashioned.
Having to stay online for 6 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I finished the material in one hour and understood the content. It should allow me to take the exam. I scored a 96%.
I use webce bi-annually to meet the state educational standards because it's affordable and easy to use.

When I first logged into the course I thought it was giving me the exam right away instead of taking me to the course material. It was initially very confusing. Throughout the material, abbreviations were used in place of the product/service being discussed. For new agents, this can be confusing and overwhelming. Of course, the product/service was introduced by its full name, but wasn't used as its full name afterwards.

This course has exactly the information I need as an agent.
Liked the variety of methods of presentation: could listen, read, watch video, interactives. The AI reader's cadence was distracting at times and its pronunciation of HIPAA was humorous.
While the subject and content of the course were important, the material was at times needlessly tedious, ambiguous, repetitive and needlessly detailed. It could have been presented in a much shorter and easily digested presentation. I'm a 40+ year advisor and I selected the course based on the 2 credit hour description. Because of the depth with which the author chose to go into the subject, and my intention to fully grasp the material, it took me close to 4 hours. I'm no dummy, as I hold or have held in my career many professional designations and certifications. You need to give at least a 3.5 hour credit for this course or reduce the content.

You should remove the version of this course that doesn't provide CE credits. Having to do this twice was frustrating.
I liked how the course explained AML topics in a clear way and gave practical examples that were easy to understand. The real-life scenarios and quizzes were helpful for learning. It would be even better to have more interactive exercises or case studies to practice spotting suspicious activity. Overall, the course was very informative and well-organized.

The detail in the teaching part of the course very very detailed and at times cumbersome. The exam was very fair and balance and was easy to understand. I spent 8 hours on the course and 20 minutes taking the test. The fee was worth the cost of the exam.

Good information. To long the material. You should provide review of test if fail to go over wrong answer and to get the right answer after. A lotto web site do that and people look for quick, easy and waste time. You are losing business making it hard.
The word "annuity" was misspelled in one of the videos. Also, regarding the advantage of tax deferral, it is misleading and incorrect. Annuities specifically cause the gains to be taxed as ordinary income (marginal brackets) rates. An alternative investment option would cause the gains to most likely be taxed as capital gains rates, and even those are only upon selling of the specific holdings, so the comparative tax rate isn't even the full capital gains rate, nor is it annual. These examples are typical, misleading insurance wholesaler and agent sleeziness.

The audio read-to-me is a tad bit fast. I tried slowing it down a bit, but that was way too slow.
A lot of the questions were quite repetitive and reference the exact same laws/precedents, in some cases in sequential questions. Changing these up would greatly increase the quality of the course.
The Anti Money Laundering course provided additional background information that I needed. Plus the material provided information reminding me of factors to ensure I know what to do in case I suspect money laundering.

Some portions felt unnecessarily long, particularly auxiliary paragraphs that did not directly contribute pertinent information, however, the sections that directly covered topics felt concise and easily digestible

On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.

Definitely more courses need to be offered for the Ethics requirement for IAR. I have been completing since 2022 and sometimes difficult to find one I have not already completed.

The WebCE course content was presented in a very organized and precise manner. WebCE's format is the best that I have seen!
Disliked having to spend a minimum of 1 hr-15 min before taking the exam. If somebody has many years of experience and is able to pass the exam immediately, they should be allowed to take the exam at any time.
Every thing was easy and clear
The material was presented in an effective manner such that I was able to read it once and pass with 100% even though I feel like I remember nothing I read. The core principles and what my obligations are as a producer appear to have become part of my inherent knowledge base, i.e. without conscious thought I understand the base criteria for the correct and expected behavior, which is to report to a more experienced person.

Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.

The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.
I like the fact that the exam questions were designed to make you think but because everything was clear I was able to make quality exact decisions.
Do you offer a CE package ? I need about 30 hrs.
Great refresher class
Questions on the exam did not match the material presented. Thankfully I had plenty of background knowledge to successfully pass the exam.
disliked that it didn't take me long but had to sit on the computer and wait the time. after 20+ years in industry, like the refresers but if I finish and have a 95.... then I HAVE to sit there another 1 and 40 mins waiting
The course pays no attention to the number of credited hours. This course took much longer than 4 hours. This makes the course ridiculous.
I like that it read to me and the test was not to long.
The content was excellent, but it took me closer to 6 hours to complete, not 4.
Use of the glossary aslo helpful for review prior to exam
I found the test adequate and very educational but I also found the course to be quite time consuming, with a considerably lengthy amount of text to read but the auto reader was very helpful.

I found the entire experience to be an excellent training program. I got a 100% score on the test, so I am very pleased with the effectiveness of this training.
The multiplying speed factor for read-aloud audio makes this course much more enjoyable (and efficient), for those able to process information quicker than the standard reading rate.
I liked the ease of smaller sections. I liked the introduction and summary sections. The ease of the way the information was explained, The use of examples helped in the memory of the content, I will definitely use WebCE again in the future.

An insurance carrier I am contracting with will only accept this course, from WebCE, not any other training vendor. I would like to know what different or enhanced or better information WebCE's AML course offers than any others of the dozens of courses approved by my state and by the many insurance companies I work with. My reason for being not very likely to recommend this course to a friend or colleague is appearance, as I fail to understand what leads a company to only recommend WebCE's course, where agents must purchase it. I have completed the course many times over many years and the information is not different, or different enough, to differentiate WebCE's course content and presentation from any of the others.

I loved that whomever wrote the course went into explaining how specific insurance products are used to launder money. A previous course I took did not say much more than "be suspicious of all transactions that should be above $5000 but are requested to be in smaller increments so that they can avoid the scrutiny.

Due to Kansas 18 Hr. requirement the packages offered do not offer the proper course credits / packages that I need. Although I've used WebCE every CE term, this may be my last year. I might have to use another site to take my CE.
I found the amount of information during the time of instruction to be quite intense, although I learned a few facts I was unclear about before the coures. I felt the test was fair, especially in regard to the amount of information presented during the course.

The only issue I incarnate was found essay the appropriate course on the web side.
It makes no sense the degree of difficulty with the questions that are being asked. With in person classes people don't even pay attention. Some of the paragraph questions during these exams tend to be completely madding more than a conveyance of what was learned. The expectation of learning between in person learning and online learning is completely unreasonable.

Many of the questions are too long and have too many details. Also, there is NEVER a traditional name used in the scenarios. That adds complication that doesn't need to be there.

The AI voice was interesting. I liked it at first, but it spoke a little too quickly and didn't always pronounce words correctly. Still, it was nice hearing the words spoken out loud to me.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.
The read it to me audio was a bit monotonous. It could have been replaced with a real human reading as the machine reading is not sounding good

I did not like the fact that I had to spend a mandatory 6.40hrs in the material before I would be allowed to take the exam. I am familiar with the material and would not have needed all of that time.
THERE ARE AT LEAST 3 INSTANCES WHERE IT SAYS SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER ILLUSTRATION AND THERE WAS NOTHING THERE JUST BLANK AREAS.
The biggest thing was the tone of the read-to-me voice. It kept ending sentences or paragraphs with a tone that implied there was more to be said. I was concerned on a couple of occasions that the audio was cutting out, until I looked at the screen to verify the content. This issue may be because of an AI read-aloud program, because an educated human would speak with better reading fluency.

The only suggestion I have is to slow down the narrator's reading speed, although you can manually change the speed a more natural flow of reading would be best, it's one notch between 1 and .75, that is not an option as of now.
It would have been helpful to have the correct answers provided on the questions I missed.
First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

We are all busy and usually do this stuff at the last minute, There is no benefit in spending a bunch of extra time going through the entire chapter looking for the paragraph with the correct info. added time needed for completion
The course was easy to understand and follow.
On the audio there isn't really a pause to take in the information. There are better pacing AI readers that will make it easier to follow the information and allow a little more time for not takers with pauses after a portion of information is to be digested.
Really annoying when I finish the course in a couple of hours, but have to kee refreshing the screen to get to the 3 hours and 20 minutes. Really annoying because I could be working on the next course.

The PDF printing of this course has 2 chapter 7, which one is Chapter 6 but labeled chapter 7. You might want to fix that, it had me confused until I went back on line to see that one was actually chapter 6

Not sure why I had to sit through 4 hours of content, when I was able to read thru it in 1.5 hours and already know the content inside and out. I'm quite disappointed that I was forced to waste additional working hours on this. I do understand that 4 hours is required - but this is a target number, some can get it done in two hours, others may need 5 hours. In my opinion, it's about understanding the content, not how long it took you.

I have been doing LTC for years and knew 80% of the information except the Texas portion. I wish I could have taken the exam after completing the entire course regardless of time as I was able to finish early. Yet I am sure its a Texas thing.

The exam was very easy but the presentation went into a lot more detail than seemed necessary for th subject matter to be covered
The course content allowed me to pass the exam the first time with a higher score than required. The information provided was thorough.
There was a lot of pages needed to take the exam, but I scored a 94 and therefore knew most of the material.
The exam was appropriate in terms of ease of use. Many of the questions were logical, and if you were in the financial industry for many years, you knew many of the answers to the questions due to experience and previous training.
I do like the videos... they are a nice supplement to the content and put them in real world perspective.

The read it to me audio was a lifesaver while reading along: 10/10. Fix the auto start of audio, it worked probably less than 10% of the time. Also, save the user selected audio playback speed. That broke all the time as well.

Really do prefer the "Read-it-to-me" format. I can see and hear as I write. This course was cumbersome (GREAT information) but caught me off guard that it was not identical to the previous courses that I had taken in the last few months. I had to regroup my efforts and attack it in a fresh mindset. Now I have no idea what to expect on the next course.

I think it should be stated very clearly and more consistently than the history why people would use life insurance as a money laundering choice and what would it look like. most of the program refers to history this is Important but not applicable like the frequent examples and demonstration of clear intentions would be.

Some of the inter-actives were down and the read-aloud content was too robotic but the course was good overall.
The "read it to me" feature needs a bit of work. The auto-reader does not do very well in picking up punctuation or pauses within a sentence, leading to some occasionally confusing sentences.
This was so fun! This is my favorite way to learn! I love that you read it to me, and that I could read along!
Over the years I have found that using Web CE has always made the necessary learning objective clear and allowed for us FL producers to continue to be the most proficient in the industry.
A well thought out and presented annuity course. I've been selling them for over 40 years, and I was impressed!
I was able to access and use Web CE on my phone and the audio was very helpful for studying. The interactives were hard to use on both the computer and the phone, but especially on the phone. The audio is hard to start on the phone but does fine on the computer.
I assume all certificates are available for download?
Some of the material was redundant. Having the test questions recorded for listening would be a plus!

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. No mention of whether the $50k was annuitized payments or simply withdrawals (so BEFORE annuitization of AFTER annuitization...?) But overall, this is a well-constructed course.
It should be more apparent as to whether or not we get a certificate of completion right away. That would be a good sales add for this product.
This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.

This class could have been done in 20 minutes. The same information was repeated many times.
In the various tabs of text, some of the sentences were worded unnecessarily. For instance, there’s a paragraph in Chapter 3 that includes multiple lines of “… does not prohibit…” instead of simply saying “… permits…” or “… allows…” Wording sentences this way can cause conflict to the average reader whose literary skills are beneath standard comprehension. For fluency and eloquence sake, I’d recommend re-evaluating your overall readability. Thanks and take care.

Maybe make the search engine better for when you type in a word. A few did not pop up when I used the search bar, even though the words were in the chapter.

Everything was very clear and the information was well explained.
The ability to sign in and out of the exam without losing the progress made, helped more than I imagined it would. I had completely finished my exam and my computer accidentally died so it logged me out of my account. Most website exams would not have saved my answers, and I would have had to start over and spend all of that time answering them again. With this exam, I was able to just review the answers I had previously given to ensure they were correct, and I actually found one that I would have gotten wrong the first time and was able to change it to the correct response!
I would like ti have the course in Spanish….
I like the audio-reading was very helpful and allowed me to learn while fulfilling additional tasks. One thing I would do better is better organizing the final exam buttons into one continuous section.
More graphs would be nice for those of us who need help with mental pictures of what's going on.

This course does NOT take 4 hours to complete. I was able to pass the chapter exams in 15 minutes. I scored 100 on the final exam. In the meantime I spend 6 hours trying to keep the course live and open to get the 4 hours in. Ridiculous!

appreciate this course was well laid out, covered necessary topics, and provided relavent examples. It did not repeat things over and over or spend excessive, unnecessary time on simple topics. Much better than other CE courses I've taken in the past
I am very honest when it comes to feedback and reviews. The only small issue that I was able to noticed during my experience from the beginning of my interaction with the site to now takes place within the course navigation interface. Specifically, The "Continue" Button that allows me to moved forward from the previous section I had just completed, to the next. This button does not work as intended about 50% of the attempts I have made. Half of the time, it works correct and moves me to the next sections and the other half of the time, it repeats the same section and the audio starts over from the beginning of the section I had just reviewed. Other than this small issue, my experience was wonderful, engaging and easy to follow along. Thank you!
The Alzheimer's interactive brochure did not work. I re-watch the entire section 3 times, even completely logging out and it still did not work. I finally moved on and hoped it would not show the course incomplete.

This course was great! Easy to use. However, I do want to mention... I purchased bundles a while ago. I did this because I knew I would like to learn the courses AND knew I would need CE credits. There was NO indication there was a time limit on these courses. I did call and spoke to a very nice customer service lady. I was given the courses back and had 30 days to complete them. At the time- I knew that was going to be impossible- I was too busy with work. I took the offer and hoped I could complete them. This is not right or fair! If I buy a bundle it should be in my "to do " box until I complete them. If not, I think it should state " you have X amount of time to complete these courses. I believe I purchased 2 bundles I lost. That is horrible. I almost did not purchase again from you because of this. When you buy something, It should be yours to keep, not evaporate into thin air because you did not get to them in time. I work too hard for my money to be taken this way. We renew our CE credits every 2 years. If you are going to put a date of expiration on these courses then say that. Its not right! I hope someone reads this and adjusts accordingly. There are a lot of courses I would like to take. When I have the money and can swing it that is when I would buy them. Although it was easily understood, your AI voice frequently used the wrong form of similar words like “record” ie., to record a document as opposed to buying a record.

I really liked it and it was very easy to use. The only thing that I would change is that it was very boring just listening and reading to the text. If there were videos that taught the principles with animated graphics displaying the concepts etc it would be much more engaging and easier to remember.

Website is poorly organized. I can only find the course I want if I use a web browser and find the link directly to the course. Otherwise, trying to find my way from the home page to a course I'm looking for is nearly impossible. I use your products because a colleague recommends them. If it weren't for that, I would have gone elsewhere because I wasn't finding what I was looking for by navigating your site.

Need additional courses in ethics, LTC 4 hr and annuity best interest -- offer two in required subject matter so that I can easily take the course in the next renewal period and alternate courses so that they are 2 years apart.

The monitor portion is ridiculous. This causes undo stress and you basically need to ask a stranger. ESPECIALLY since most of the time this is being completed at work. Ridiculous. You need to do whatever it takes to get this requirement changed. It is not feasible and is not necessary

The audio, even at speed 1.0, was a little fast, but easy to pause and re-read what was stated. It wasn't the best cadence, and the pronunciation of some words was comically inaccurate, but helpful all the same.
I found the material and the format of the lessons to be clear and relative to the subject of the intended course. Also, I was relieved from stress because the lesson parameters afforded me the opportunity to learn at a pace which complements my scheduling needs. Thank you.

Should have been a 3-4 hour class instead of a 2 hour class. One cannot absorb all the covered material by a fast moving audio or just scanning over the printed material. To benefit from this class, one needs more than 2 hours of instruction.

Please do a better job at listing the subjects of the test in the area in which the explanation of the class. I purchased too many of the same classes due to not being able to see what is in the packet.
More examples or illustrations of actual scenario in "Best Practices" area and the withdrawal amount started low ang goes higher and frequency speeds up.

There were too many test. It would have been less time consuming to provide all the information, give an optional quick practice and have a test will all question at the end. This course was also very expensive. I even had to add a class just to get 2 more needed hours but actually paid for 4. Stop taking advantage of people. I have NO income.

The original Home page search bar did not have AML available in the search bar. Thankfully my manager knew I needed to create a login and then go to the CE blue rectangular button to find the course needed.

Testing was very EASY!
It'd be very kind if you had a real person reading it aloud instead of the weird robot voice. The robot worked better for me than reading it myself, but just get someone to read it for real. The robot's inflection and literal approach is distracting.

I would just suggest making it clear that the quiz questions will be reviewed and explained and maybe not having as many specific questions on the test about certain Acts because there are so many to remember. Otherwise it was a lot of excellent information and great learning material!
The Proctor process is confusing... We thought we needed him to confirm email before...test.
The settings and options to turn off automatic read aloud and font size made it easier to read the content.

Some of the material about the annuities seemed to be very repetitive and it made the course feel much too long and tiresome. I would try to reduce the redundancy of some topics if possible or make the redundant topics more interactive to make it more engaging to avoid getting bored and annoyed with the material.
Not everyone needs the audio. Perhaps a statement up front that the audio is optional for those who want it. But, reading the material and hitting the continue button at the bottom is also an acceptable way to take the course

I like the ability to pause the course when interrupted. Also, I like the choice of reading and/or listening to the content and sample questions along the way.
The option to pause and continue with reading without forcing the completion of the audio, once started, was an excellent accommodation for more difficult sections that may have required multiple reviews.
Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.
Excellent Course
Course spent way, way, way too much time on nonessential and unnecessary history of how LTC evolved. This could have been summarized in one or two pages. No one needs to know that to use the products.
Some missing pieces in the chapter guides. In chapter 6, during the quiz, the question regarding free-look was wrong. It is 30 days not 31 days, as shown as one of the answers. Plus, this 30 day window needs to be explained better, by saying when the FIRST day is. Is it the day of purchase? The day policy is dated? Is the first day the day AFTER? And when does the 30 days expire. is it at 11:59 PM on the 30th day counted after starting? The industry formal standard should have been expressed in the material.
I liked the tables and the course flowed.

Awesome - website confusing - ordered a package that did not have what I wanted - I should have bought the course individually - not in the confusing "package" format
This course and the last course I took (Life and Health Essentials) , had pieces in the information that were missing. There were parts that said' ''PDF Exclude Start'' and '' PDF Exclude End''/ Also some blanks pages on the PDF or printed versions. More space needs to be provided for this field, in which comments are made, as well. Also for this course, it would have been a good idea to advise one needs a calculator. The last course I took, Life and Health essentials, never gave a screen to click for a survey nor for the certificate. This got pre-empted by the screen that asked if I wanted to see what questions I got wrong. On that last note, the screen that showed the questions that were wrong, it in fact did not show what was wrong and would have been the correct answer. it just showed the question and the possible answers. Finally, some work needs to be done with the voice doing the reading. It is fairly good, but with the subject matter, some parts need more appropriate intonation changes, some words are not pronounced correctly therefore the meaning is lost. And divisions between paragraphs and sections need to be made more obvious. More space needs to be provided for this comment section in this review. It is too small of a box.

I got a 70 on the practice test but 100 on the actual test. Both scores seemed to register at the end. I did not know the practice test would be listed and would have retaken the practice test to reflect a higher score.

The amount of time to complete this course was ridiculous. A total waste of my time. I was finished in an hour and a half and had to stay on an additional two hours to complete. Some of us read faster than others and I prefer to read rather than listen to audio. I had already taken the Florida 4 hour course just before this one so information was familiar. This absolutely ruined my evening.

I appreciate the clarity of the questions and the time to think through to accomplish the success when I'm testing.
When looking for courses for specific industries, it was difficult to know clearly which courses I needed to take. Also I had to purchase the course twice before I could take it. It only charged me once, but after my first confirmation it took me a little while to figure out that the transaction didn't actually process. The reading feature was really great on this! I wish all online courses did that! It was really helpful with how I learn and was a lot closer to an in person experience.

Only down side was not being able to redo the chapter exams after completing the course.
I greatly appreciated this course and the audio version made it so much easier to digest and retain. I usually read with earbuds in for noise cancellation but this seemed to make it significantly easier. I read along as it went and everything seemed to click.
4 hours is a really long time. I am not looking forward to the 8 hour CE I'll be taking soon.

I enjoyed your program, but under the CIP part, in section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, it states that at a minimum companies must identify the following customer information: 1} Full legal name. 2} Date of birth. 3} Residential address. 4} Social Security number. Yet in the practice question, we were only given these 4 answers, with one of them not being required. There was no way to get the answer right. Could you please check this out? Thank you!
The only thing I think is that it should be able to come up instad of download then do the test.But it was clear and easy to do.
There was quite a bit of information in this one training session so for a new agent, it was a little overwhelming at first. However, the opportunity to self-pace go back and review the information presented was very helpful.

The only negative is the AI read it to me voice. It is very annoying and not usable at all.
It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.
I have no issues with the way the material nor test was laid out, very straightforward.

The auto play didn't work well/properly with any chapter that also had a video embedded in the chapter. The auto play would start then pause within a second or two and then auto play the video.
The course was very comprehensive, with practical examples that helped to better understand the application of AML laws in the insurance sector. The step-by-step structure and case studies facilitated learning. Recommended for any agent looking to strengthen their responsibility to prevent money laundering.

I FEEL THE COURSE READING/PRACTICE EXAMS WERE MORE DIFFICULT THAN THE EXAM ITSELF. NOT A BAD THING, BUT MAYBE HAVE MORE REAL LIFE SCENARIOS IN THE EXAM.
It is nice and simple. I wouldn't mind more exercises to help solidify knowledge. Sometimes the audio pronounces a word differently than expected (e.g. "to record" the same as "vinyl record").

Easy access and good quality
While I didn't use the audio all the time, I did find it useful for repeating what i read that i didn't fully understand.
The estimated times listed on the ten chapters only included the time it would take for the reading audio, not estimating how long it take to do all of the extra topic reviews, charts, and practice quizzes. Everything else was great!

I was surprised by the inclusion of decreasing term test questions. That type of insurance really isn't used anymore.
I prefer to print out information and highlight and make notes as I go. These courses so far do not enable me to learn in my most efficient methodology.
I would recommend not using the word "obviously" throughout various chapters and explanations. While it might be to some, it wasn't for me in certain instances. I would also love to see more interactives and videos. Additionally, it was a little confusing to determine which package to choose for my state, since there were multiple and the descriptions were very similar.
I believe the addition of more interactives would be very useful.

i am uncertain how often i would need anything from this site after initial obtainment of my insurance license. if more is needed, i found the course recently taken to be good at breaking the subject matter down allowing for better retention along w/mini quiz after each section. i liked i was able to increase to speed for the read it to me option and was able to read along w/it which applied both audio/visual aspects of learning making it easier for me.
I like the read-it-to-me feature, auto-play, and that you can choose your speed for it to speak to you! Also, it was concise and the quizzes were small but intentional.

The AML/ethics requirement for the insurance state of CA is not great. You just send us the 100 and something booklet to read. It's not even a training course. Where is the interactives or read it to me audio? There's no quality in this.
Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. Especially glad that there was an option to keep the audio off. I personally prefer reading and absorbing the material at my own pace.
Although not necessarily universal, I prefer this format over reading a pdf file.

The voice reading was a little on the faster side (not too fast to keep up but had to pause a few times to reread what was previously read). Other than that, it was very informative and easy to understand to pass the exam.

This is not about the course, but about the continual overlap of CE materials. The only part of this course that was relevant were chapters 15 and 16. Everything else is covered in various courses.

The read it to me audio was a nice option but almost like white noise and you had to focus really hard to actually absorb the content. Would be better if a real person recorded it.
I had to take this course again. Same course, same title. One has ce credits and a course id that makes it acceptable for submission to insurance companies and the other does not. I would not have purchased the other had I known that it was not the appropriate one. I am baffled as to why there is a duplicate product to begin with. The informational/training identical course should contain a stark disclosure that it will not fulfill requirements for insurance agencies and/or ce credits, that it is JUST for informational and/or training purposes. That was wholly unnecessary, unacceptable and a waste of time.

This was a very long course for me.
The recorded video content for the state is a joke. It is a waste of time to lump all types of insurance agents into this class. It seems CA doesn't care if i sell, home, auto, health or life.
I liked the organization of the content. The explanations were clear.
The material was visually reader friendly. The examples were relevant and applicable to the materials being taught. The overviews and summaries were beneficial in introducing the material and providing chapter highlights.
Rather ridiculous that I read all material and completed all 80 questions and only missed one in far less than the required time, but I had to sit and let a timer run out to get credit. Not all people read and process information at the same rate. Waste of time.
I really enjoyed the content's organization, but found that the parts detailing legal aspects (such as the texts about regulatory measures) could have been explained in a clearer way (maybe with a table further differentiating between the requirements of each act, the kinds of information expected to be covered under them etc.).
Anti-Money Laundering course were not described effectively on the website. So, I found it via google.

I don't know how people can get through the amount of info in just 4 hours unless they already know the info or are skimming without really knowing the content. for me this should be an 8-hour credit.
Please state that this course is required for INITIAL certification. I took the 4 hour test because it states "meets MA LTC Requirement" but it only meets the requirement for ONGOING Education.
It would help if some reference from the course could be reviewed or available as a reminder to people in case they forget. Thanks ion advance.
It would be great if this were included in CE credits in an actual package for renewing licenses, as this is a regulatory requirement. The package is around $50 in additional fee for the cost of this course,

When I signed up for the course the first time, I only saw one 4 hour Anti-Money Laundering (AML) course so I signed up for it and completed it. That course just happened to be for CFP individuals. I received emails requesting my license number. I replied to the email as directed but didn't hear back from anyone on the next steps. It was getting late in the day so I decided to call the number in the email. I was told that I could not get credit for the course that I took and that I would have to complete the correct course. I was expecting to see some differences between the courses but I don't think I did. The chapter exams had the same questions for both courses were the same. I don't understand why I could not receive credit for the course.

I wish y'all would implement a search bar on the home page of the website. I had to google the full the course name followed by 'web ce' in order to get to the actual page to be able to buy/enroll in the course. I need to take the annuity training as well and I have NO IDEA which one I am supposed to do or how to find it because the format is very confusing. Literally everything else was AMAZING.
The narrator was a little too fast for me to take notes, so i paused it.

Course content was excellent. This course seemed to have the timer working correctly, where the one I did right before this did not. However, there were still glitches. The final exam had 5 questions, reflected that I had all 5 correct and 0 wrong, yet I received a 91%. Definitely have work to do on your glitches.

This was supposed to be a two hour course. I have been at it for four hours. This is a course for someone operating a computer - not someone selling cyber insurance. Much too completed and confusing. I have signed up for 16 hours with you. I am sorry I did.

7 hours is too much for one course. I'm dying here. You had a few inaccuracies in this course material. i.e. things out of date by several years.
MAJOR ISSUE-- Getting a proctor for an exam is often difficult. I studied for four courses over several weeks and saved the exams for the end so I could have someone proctor all four of them in one sitting. I completed two exams, and then was told by the system that I could only complete 8 hours of CE in one day. This is absurb-- I was trying to complete the exams in one day. Instead your rules forced me to find a different proctor so that I could take the next exam on a different day. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
It was unclear how I was to start the training for this course. I had to ask how to get started. After that, it was straightforward and very good.
I have been using WebCE for all of my CE credits since 2008. It is the only company I use. I enjoy the content, up to date accurate information and relevance to my industry.

Many people are able to read and comprehend at a rate faster than the minimum time required prior to testing. I think that the time constraint/requirement should be removed.
I liked the content of the course, but after almost 20 years holding this license, I was done in an hour, and had to stay in the course the full 3 hrs 20 minutes before I could be credited. I made a 100 on the exam, so I should not have to waste time to get credited for the course since I obviously know the material.

1) No audio was inconvenient. Audio could easily be added for all but the few Q&A parts not amenable to audio. 2) A question in the test gave a scenario where a client showed up with signs of not being well. The "correct" answer was to contact various people in the client's life without any mention of whether permissions had been established, which could have breach of privacy issues. My "incorrect" answer was to ask what's wrong and don't accept "Nothing" as an answer, which wasn't exactly what I would do but best of the choices IMO unless it was a situation where I should drive the client to get immediate medical attention or dial 911. I've been in that situation more than once and asked permission to call a trusted family member, which was given. 3) There was in the course a recommendation to sell someone a $50/day LTC justified as "better than nothing." Hardly! That amount is clearly out of date based on current costs.

While I really enjoyed the "read aloud" capability, I personally thought that it was a bit slow for my taste. I would have preferred the reader to do so a bit faster. Otherwise, this was a terrific course.
I liked that one could return to the course and pick up from where they left of. I also liked that I could pause and reread without there being a timed-out where I would need to log in again. The timed-out was only when I left the program for too long. The "Read-it-to-me" feature would be appreciated by some people I know as that is something they are comfortable with.
I don't think videos are essential or needed for the course. The AI did a surprisingly good job reading the text and at a pleasant pace.

There was a question here that wanted me to answer how much an annually income would be taxable. The module just tells you the total amount of what it would be WITHOUT showing the formula of how to find what the total amount number would be taxable. This can be found on question 4. Even the answer does not show how to get the total tax amount. It just tells you what it is without explaining HOW to get it.
Very Clear & easy to follow, The course covered the applicable topics & their content clearly.
I enjoyed the audio and the interactive videos. I also enjoyed having an exam at the end of each section to summarize that portion instead of a longer exam at the end. I felt I was more engaged and less anxious with not having to look forward to an extensive overvall exam at the end.

In the sample knowledge test questions, at first it was not obvious that there would be a popup to move to the next sample question, i.e. it appeared that there was only one question in the particular area of training, at first. It wasn't until in later sample questions I inadvertently moved my mouse over the question area that it instructed me that there were more questions. Consequently, I had to go back to the previous study material to get the additional questions. You should just have an arrow, or something else, under the first question, that always shows.

And i can see why coz i encountered the same issue... but noticed as i was navigating thru the exam & i would got back a page or 2 to make sure i understood everything & i would try to go back to where i was before in the course the system seemed to skip a couple of pages of the training... were it not for my notes on the Best Interest Elements 1-4 when going back a couple of pages i would not have noticed! Sytem went from #1 to #3 & skipped element #2!

Like most tests of this sort, there are a few questions that provide answers that are not completely accurate or too vague. When it comes to tests, the wording of questions and answers needs to be 100% literal, not allowing for ambiguity.

For some reason there was no audio for this session which made it difficult to process. Great material but process was painful.
The information was concise and detailed.
It took longer than the 4 credit hours to get through the material. While there is a lot of information to cover, it's discouraging to get 4 hours of credit for something that took 5 or more hours to get through.
I like this course, very important information. This is the second time that i do it with the same company.
I am usually a good test taker as I know my material. You had questions on the exam that were not in the material. I know because I went back and looked at several questions I could remember that i know missed and it was not in the material

The robo-voice for "Read-it-to-me audio" is not ready for prime-time and a bit distracting. i.e. it sounds like a robot.
All courses are exceptional in content. The system of taking the exams is excellent as is the reporting to the insurance department. I have recommended WebCE to several colleagues who now use it exclusively. Great resource!

i was not very familiar with the application and had a hard time logging in but i was able to save, start up again and finished the class within 1 1/2 days. the course is very informative.

As I answered earlier today for my Annuities test: The information reinforced what I learned in my recent Life, Health, and Medicare/LTC ExamFX and XCEL prep courses and the exam themselves. The large font was especially helpful for me. While I chose to read aloud to myself, I know others who would benefit from the audio portion.
I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.
Can you make the reader voice inflect like a human? The flat reading didn't always follow the sentence structure, which means the sentence wasn't always clear.

I like that I could read and hear the lessons. It was beneficial to how why the quiz answers were correct or incorrect. The summary before the quiz was important to help with memory retention. I also like that the it was broken up into smaller parts.

it is obvious that the voice is computer generated. Simple words are mispronounced and the pauses or emphasis on words is awkward.

The reader is pretty bad. While it is a nice feature, the inflection and tone is often misleading and presents the information wrongly due to its inflection (or lack thereof). It would be nice to incorporate more visual representations and examples.

Dealing with the final exam..I would like to know which questions I answered incorrectly to reinforce quality learning...I question that I got that many wrong either in reading the question wrong, trick or misleading question, or lack of knowledge on my part.
I was offered these courses thru my E & O insurance provider for FREE, but the website was confusing, the course content was poorly presented & displayed, NO pictures, NO sound, just information poorly displayed; and you had to go thru All the information to access the test! Your team of agents are Awesome, Jose showed me much patience & kindness, I was more than willing to pay the $73 that I really couldn't afford it; but it was well worth the Sacrifice!!! p.s. I soooo Love, Love, Love your hours of operations, especially being opened late, and on the weekend, where I could speak to a live person. Praise the Lord!!!

The course was very good and helped me learn the content. However, even though I have worked with criminals, I do not have a criminal mind so I am still a bit confused on how money laundering is profitable. How is the end result achieved. If $XYZ goes out, how does it change/increase? Maybe a good, short video on the process would help. I looked at some on line and they did not help.

Is the reader AI? I read the content while listening to it, but clearly the reader didn't always understand the content they were reading. Mispronounced words, lack of flow in moving from one bullet point to another. Not at all a smooth listening experience (consider hiring me to do it when you want to replace the current reader). Fortunately, I could follow along as I listened to gain full understanding.
I really like that i can adjust the speed of the read to me part, and pause and return as needed.

Break the information down into easier to digest chunks. It's really hard to process what looks like a jumble of numbers and acronyms. Like it's a little overwhelming; here's an artistic recreation: "FINCEN claims that 1985 Snails of the Patriot act, section 5.21.7.c - dictates that as so heretofore, any agent involved in Money Laundering activities, punishable, by as per section 98.05.a of Financial Code 586 where as if not available, to take your bird for a walk." It's really something you have to read 4 or 5 times for it to stick at all, and even then, woof. It's dryer than a stale saltine -I know, but perhaps breaking up the laws vs the companies would make it a little more digestible. :) Thanks!

I found with the larger course I am old school and prefer to print out my study material vs studying on a computer screen. I tend to comprehend better with paper study materials and the ability to make notes.
It would have been helpful if Read-it-to-me audio was available.
I appreciated that each topic was broken up into shorter segments to allow for better absorbtion of the material! Too often, courses will have lengthy pages full of paragraphs that can become mind-numbing and harder to retain.

One of the ethics questions "correct" answer is a violation of FINRA rules.

the 0ne hour state instruction was not relevant to my to my course license.
The Read-It-To-Me option was reading at two speeds. I selected the 1.5 speed and on some chapters the audio was both the regular default speed and the 1.5 speed simultaneously. When I paused the audio, the default regular speed resumed.
The audio cut off in the middle of the course.
It is a very important topic. I am glad to see it among my licensing requirements.

It was nice to have the read to me audio, I feel like I was able to move through the course faster because of it. The voice, however, sounds very automated and is a little bit creepy

Some words were mispronounced.
I did not like the additional material from the DOI. It was disjointed and not very useful nor educational. The slides were VERY difficult to read ( Small and thin white letters on a blue background. Just terrible formatting) It took about 90 minutes to read, even though it said it should only take an hour. It had too much unnecessary detail, especially about the internal structure and employees of the enforcement division. Ricardo Lara should be ashamed to put his name on it.

The $1 per credit charge after advertising a discount for the courses is a little like the airlines charging me to buy a seat after I have bought the ticket. Either include a filing fee up front, or maybe charge $1 per course rather than per credit
It should be noted that you need to "edit" your licenses in order to take final exam. The screen that ask for this information does not seem to populate to the licenses screen.

The course was very informative and included some information that I was unaware of. I chose to have the audio but found that reading it myself without the audio was more productive.
There were multiple sections where information was unnecessarily repeated, almost ver batim, to the point where I briefly thought I may have mis-clicked and was rereading a completed section.
I would have liked more help figuring out the math, as I had trouble with the questions that needed math to answer.

One question from the first series of questions was not even discussed in the course and one question on the final exam (definition of Anti-money laundering) was not in agreement with the definition given in the course. I didn’t like that.

I like how easy it was to understand the requirements, plus receiving the practice questions before taking the exam.
I really loved being able to have audio and also the option to replay, and download the pdf. I get distracted when I have to attempt to read and comprehend material. I enjoyed the text features (bold font) because it helped me to understand what each section was about. I especially liked how the exam was broken down.

The Read-to-Me I found to move a little quickly, thereby resulting in lack of retention. I had to turn it off so I could go at my own pace and reread confusing parts or those that I thought would require extra time.

Excellent AML Training
There is very little emphasis on the fact that Medicaid does not cover long term care expenses for most people outside of a Nursing Facility setting, so home care assisted living care and memory care for most is self-pay.
The course material presents a number of questions/scenarios that the document will define and then did none of those things.
Love WebCE and will continue to be a customer for years to come! The content and pricing are second to none!
The majority of the product was very well done. I found it t be very flexible in navigating based on my needs and daily schedule outside the course.
Slideshows for complex money explanations would be helpful.
The material was too much for CE. It was like taking the exam over again. It should be an overview of the information, not starting all over again.
Upon completing the course and the exam, It was very unclear how to get a copy of completion of the course and evidence of passing the exam. I need this for one of the carriers as well as my company! Very Distressing.

The audio was not read by a living person. It was AI or some other device. The pronunciation and diction were annoying and hurt my ears. I would have preferred a professional read the content.

You should consider having better proof readers In the first practice test in part one, the question was so poorly worded ( I suspect it had been copied and pasted wrong) I wasn't sure what they were asking..
Overall great refresher and overall content. The only issue was the monotor password did not work at the end of the timed test. When I started his password must have been saved and auto populated. Due to only using the system for testing he could not recall the password required at the end of the proxy and entered the wrong one or maybe the sysstem it just didn't work properly. It had to be reset which made us think worst case scenario I may need to retest , which would have not been terrible, but did add a little stress until it was fixed. Other than this I really enjoyed rethinking of all the scenerios and why certain polices are implemented. Thanks for making this a worth while enjoyable experience. DD

A couple of items on the test were not in the training.
While I appreciate the audio, as doing a combination of audio/visual is helpful for my learning process, the use of computer generated audio is less than ideal - the monotony and incorrect pronunciation at times can be a bit frustrating.

Size of each chapter and percent completion are not directly proportional. Some times 2 minutes chapter and 6 minutes chapter, both are leading to same amount of incremental increase in the course completion

What I disliked about this course was the tedious nature of having to parse through information that didn't specifically pertain to my Life Agent license; and I didn't like only getting 1 hour of credit for having to study 7 hours. What I liked about this course was that after I studied the materials for 7 hours I feel very well-informed legally and professionally. I am able to report fraud now and am very comfortable with how and when to do that. Fraud was a whole new aspect of the training this year as I learned from the Course that the legal section from CDI was just added last year. As usual, the customer service was wonderful! Thank you!

making the person wait to take the test is annoying because some people are faster than others.
I enjoyed this course and my only suggestion would be to have the audio completed by a real person, not computer generated. Certain words skills be emphasized in order to only listen to the audio, but I had to read it as well.

Annuities are complicated and while this did not make them easy, it did make it more understandable. The information was well laid out. The mini quizes and interactive info boxes were beneficial.

I thought it was good, the very clear content helped me to obtain the learning and to be able to effectively answer the questions and maintain knowledge in this field, referring to money laundering and the importance of knowing my duties, how to detect it and the method to follow as insurance agent when detecting this type of case to the manager. A situation that made it difficult for me was that in the last questions of the general test I was not allowed to translate the content, which forced me to use other resources; very grateful for the support. It just seems ot be somebody reading to you. The questions at the end of the chapters were nothing like those on the actual CE exam. Kinda crazy that with an LTC license all the questions were about partnership plans and so little was reviewed. I barely passed.

I have been licensed for 30 years and having to sit on each course for 50 minutes is crazy. The number of minutes it takes you to read is irrespective of the validity of working in the field.

On the "search" feature, it will not take you to the yellow highlighted words.
It was very practical for a producer because it was very clear about acceptable and unacceptable actions on their part and who to go to if one is unclear about their customer's actions.

I was referred to WebCE. For years, I was taking my training courses on ExamFX but this is by far the best. I'm not the fastest reader in the world so the audio read alone helped me greatly. You've just gained a lifelong customer! Highly Recommended!!!
I don't like the 50-minute requirement. I read and passed all the quizzes and then had to wait out the time. I have always been a fast reader and that was just a waste of time.

I have completed four (4) Web CE courses in the last couple days. On each, after the final exam, it allowed me to review the answers I missed but did not show the correct response or give the option to find the correct response. It would be helpful and provide re-enforced training to know why I missed a question. Consider adding the correct answer to the review process. Thanks. Mike Rogers

The "reader" reads words incorrectly, pauses weird, it's kind of a distraction to listen to. I ended up reading it myself.

I really like the audio feature but both my coursed had times where the video froze and I had to read it.
The autoplay feature didn't work. Annoying to always change the setting for speed of play for every individual section. The audio play buttons didn't always work well.
On the Taxes section providing more videos with actual examples would help more.
I did not like that I had to mute one the double audio in every chapter.
I found the course very enlightening and appropriate as a producer.

There were only a couple of places where I noticed some descriptive information that seemed incomplete. The tests covered everything the course promised.

There were times that the computer generated reading did not make sense due to untimely pauses. A real person reading the course would be significantly better.
I was very familiar with this subject because required to take AML training often, but the test part was harder than I thought it would be - took me a while to figure out answers.

If your AI voice narration could be adjusted to say certain words properly i.e. record. It kept saying it like it was a vinyl record. Certain acronyms weren't pronounced correctly. It would be nice to have a video or two to break up the content and make it less repetitive overall.
Not to see test correct answers hurts the effectiveness of the training. The learning is limited. Training should about learning and not about earning a minimum test score. Sad.

I loved this course. I was able to speed up the audio and follow along with the written text and even restart the audio if I needed too. The chapter tests were also helpful. As a result of the way this course was administered, I was able to pass the final 25 question exam with a 100% on my first try!

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.

A couple of the chapters stopped reading to me in the middle of the chapter. I reloaded the page on one of them and it started working again, but the other 2 didn't start reading again.
Course is fine, just maybe too simplistic, but a good recap of ethical rulers and principles to adopt when dealing with seniors,
The final exam should have text to speach to be ADA compliant even the iPad was not able to highlight speech to text I suspect is Webb City back in security preventing this measure. Thus Web see you should speak to text option for the final exam to maintain ADA compliance.

I loved it everything was very easy to understand
Every time I continued to the next page, the volume would increase back to 100% after I reduced it on the current page.
The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.

I took the test and after selling annuities for 35 years, found that I was acting in customer's best interest 100% of the time!
I don't like the exam questions because they focus too much on the "EXCEPT" format. Instead of recalling the correct information, I find myself having to concentrate on identifying the incorrect answer. This approach to testing is not conducive to effective learning and retention.
I liked the format of information coupled with the chapter quizzes. I took notes but I also feel that if I didn't take notes I still would have passed.
I appreciate the read out loud options.

There is a difficult question I think about allocating time and resources on an AML risked based policy and all potential answers seemed to have at least a hint of correctness to them.
It's easy to navigate as long as you read carefully the instructions
I liked the fact that the text can be heard through the audio, and I believe the best thing to improve the overall experience of this course is to actually just make it have a faster read time [2.25x, 2.5x]

The section of the course (I believe section 5) that talked about taxation of an annuity after death, kept stating that it was after the death of the contract OWNER. I was confused by this and wasn't sure if the same rules apply in the death of the ANNUITANT. I think this portion should be corrected or revised to further explain under the differences in taxation to the beneficiary when the OWNER dies vs when the ANNITANT dies.
Technically the audio helped tremendously, and I have a copy of 13 pay pdf from SuranceBay, I might have spent twice time than WebCE. Thank you for this Test offered.

Very comprehensive and I really enjoyed the audio reader.
I loved being able to read at my own pace, and change the playback speed on the videos. I also felt that all the "mini-quizzes" and end-of-chapter quizzes were extremely helpful to make sure I had absorbed what I read. This has been probably my best CE experience in the past five years.
Nervous that I will be able to print out certificate since at this point have not been given the option yet. Option should be given before survey.
Too much information packed into such a short course. It felt like an info dump
It seemed kind of silly that I used the audio to listen to the course, but it got done in roughly 1 hour 30 minutes. Then I had to waste time for 30 minutes before I could take the exam, even though I had used the course's own audio to listen to the entire course.
I would give this course a 8 out of 10. The exam was necessary but entirely too long.
It wasn't clear initially how to get the TN state exam. I asked for help and that worked well.

Why the $1 filing fee for Insurance reporting vs. the $1.25 filing fee for the CFP? Is it that much harder to report to the CFP vs. all of the state's insurance departments? Seems like one filing fee would suffice.

The course pdf material was too lengthy (116 pages), and much too detailed for the 15 test questions. There was no explanation of why you included a 100 extra pages of CA DOI legal code regarding fraud and why it was in a different format that did not require testing. There were no instructions on what to do with the attestation form that was attached at the end of the 116 pages.

I kind of wish I had taken the 1-credit Best Interest annuity update course instead of the full Annuity Suitability course, but I needed the CE credits for other purposes in addition to the state insurance requirements.

I received an email from the Kansas Insurance Department on behalf of the NAIC, notifying me of the requirement for this continuing ed requirement. I researched the course that would satisfy this requirement and they gave me a name and course number for WebCE; however, when I went on the WebCE website, I couldn't search for the course by course number--only by name. I would have liked to see both the course name and number to ensure that I purchased the correct training.

usage of certain words that I had to look up to see what they meant. Not relating to course just to sound smart. The audio read function didnt work for the entire CE, So I had to read it all. In all very very very long. I started at 9:30am and its now 1:34 pm with bathroom breaks. Seems excessive for two hour course credits.
One of the best WebCE courses I've taken. Learned a lot and provided information that I can use in my practice.

Hard to find the Glossary while taking the test or Exam; then, go back to the test, Exam. I liked the interactives. Helped to visualize the concept. Videos were weak.
This was longer than 4 hrs
The only thing I disliked was being "forced" to sit after I went through the material at a good pace until enough time passed so I could take the test. I understand that this is probably required but this wasn't something I experienced with WebCE before so I didn't anticipate that this would be an issue. Unfortunately, it caused me to finish my courses late and miss my state's deadline.
When trying to find the AML course I didn't realize I needed to answer what license I held in order to AML course...
When I change the speed of the audio, it would be nice if that carried over to the next chapter as well.

I did not see any option for “read it to me” or videos. I am a visual learner and reading content is tiring. The content was great, but my learning style was not addressed. Videos and “Read to me” options would have been GREAT!

After purchasing my course it was hard to find my actual course. I tried the chat line and it appeared someone came on, but they never answered my question. I called in and they were able to help me. I literially lost and hour just trying to find my course . Then after logging in I had to put my license # & NPN in again. Why would I have to do this after logging in. I found your website and service not great at all. I also found your courses very boring. Most courses I have used from other sites have videos and cartoons to explain things or at least part of the class.

I didn't like that when I answered questions incorrectly, it didn't show me why the other answer was correct. Other than that, I thought the course was very good.
Computer generated voice is unnecessary. Clearly shows a desire to profit more than teach. With these prices, surely having someone voice the text is possible. If I do NOT use WebCE, this will be the #1 reason.
Unless I completely missed something, I listened, read and took notes on the provided material and most the test question were not covered.
I think this "4 CE Hour credit" course took me quite a bit longer than 4 hours!

Small thing.. but it was WONDERFUL to be able to play the video and have it read to me at 2x the normal speed... that was a massive help!
Not having a time limit and knowing I can retake if needed made it easier to understand and study the material. Thank you

Good course. Right amount of information. very clear and concise
I pretty much liked everything. But I had little hard time in finding answers from the reading material. Some of the answers I was not able to find. I don't know whether that is my fault or the answer not there. But overall, this course is very good and easy to follow and navigate.

In the last section - typo on a couple of pages involving HIPAA. It is mentioned as being the "Heath..." instead of "Health..."

I wish there was a seach box to find the course. If there was one I did not see it easily.
The course was lengthy but easy to follow. My internet connect disconnected four times while I was completing this course.

In this course, I found the size of the information in the boxes much more difficult to read than previous courses. It seemed like this course had an abundance of case studies and scenarios in the boxes. I would have preferred the print to be a little larger.
