This course was not about principles of Life and Health. The course was too detailed and the amount of information was like I would need to study to earn my license. It lacked representative examples for discussion about the financial aspects and what I refer to as "in the weeds" content. It is the worst course I have taken from WebCe. The course should be rated at more than 7 hours. It took me the better part of two weeks off and on to complete detailing almost every facet of policies and laws and regs. Just too thorough for principles. Principles implies those basic and foundational laws or structures of Health and Life policies. The author causes the student to lose sight of the threads of commonality that links policies and procedures of both Life and Health insurance.

I think that since this course is SPECIFIC to Oregon, that the phrase used "most states..." should be followed by "in Oregon, yada yada". That would be helpful. I am not convinced that this course adequately covers the topic in a way that "new producers" will be able to understand what their obligations are, based on my experience as a producer. However, I do not intend to represent or sell annuities EVER. I did want to understand what this is all about and I did learn quite a lot of information that was new to me. Thanks!

PLUS, what I didnt say in earlier feedback is that I went through a TON of questions.... got a 65% or whatever... THEN, the next test was WAY HARDER, and didnt 'remember' ANY of my previous q's (ie to improve upon my first test...) I had to start OVER, and it was about 2x as hard. Whatever - you guys have gone the wrong way.

This course was very challenging and beneficial on the updated Best Interest Compliance modules.

On the Annuity exam, there is a question asking "which of the following are not the common modal annuitzation payout methods" and it list 4, that are the common ones. There is not a choice that is Incorrect, making it impossible to get that question correct.

Rewinding the audio was a little challenging. Also going back to a chapter started from the beginning and not where I left off.

I really like the audio feature but both my coursed had times where the video froze and I had to read it.

The autoplay feature didn't work. Annoying to always change the setting for speed of play for every individual section. The audio play buttons didn't always work well.

This course was actually quite interesting and informative. It filled in several gaps in my understanding in the difference between fiduciary and best interest in regard to the regulation. It also put to bed some Industry fears of how the regulation could pratically work for insurance only licensed practicianers. (My only critique would be to have two courses---one for insurance only producers and one for insurance AND Registered Reps / Advisors. The reason is that you waste 3 or 4 questions for insurance only licensed people by including the variable stuff. Plus, it implies that perhaps the insurance only rep can talk 'variable products". I realize the Regulation says otherwise, but the insurance only rep might wonder why the other is included. Plus why learn what you can't use or even discuss. I would go with the two courses, as opposed to the one with extra variable questions. It is a waste for the insurance only producer and probably not enough for the variable (registered rep /or Advisor). I offer this critique as a former Series 7,6,63, 65 and 24 Registered Rep / Advisor. Otherwise, a great and informative course. Thank you.

If your AI voice narration could be adjusted to say certain words properly i.e. record. It kept saying it like it was a vinyl record. Certain acronyms weren't pronounced correctly. It would be nice to have a video or two to break up the content and make it less repetitive overall.

The course was well put together and it was very helpful and informative.

I loved this course. I was able to speed up the audio and follow along with the written text and even restart the audio if I needed too. The chapter tests were also helpful. As a result of the way this course was administered, I was able to pass the final 25 question exam with a 100% on my first try!
