I am finding the WebCE course catalog to have more options to choose from than other catalogs i have signed up with, so the choices make the studying for exams easier to get through. I like the exams much better through WebCe and have found that I am able to understand the questions much better, they aren't as tricky which I have found with other courses.

Misuse of some terms, ie. graphic material usually means bloody, gory or sexual material. Not something that have a graph in it. I had to look up multiple words in the dictionary, which is very rare for me. The wordage was difficult to follow, causing me to reread in order to figure out meaning. Was this AI written, by chance?

Sometimes listening and reading was optimal, but switching it up and just reading allowed me to move through the course swiftly and retain the information. I liked the overall structure of the course content and illistrations, as one who struggles with visual affects do to ADHD I would like to see more efficiently explinations with less words, though this is a lengthy subject, there were obsticles I had to overcome the avg. Student doesn't struggle with. Still Solid course!

I took the annuities 4 hour course. there was an Altzheimer's interactive to click on different topics. When I clicked on them, nothing happened, so, I was unable to compare those with the age related issues.
The courses are concise and to the point. The Read A Loud option helps to reinforce what is being read. The content of the course meets the stated objectives.

There was one question regrarding CIP I think that I think was incorrectly marked wrong within the practice questions. I would look over that section and check for accuracy. It had to do with what pieces of information are needed for CIP?
Recent course content seems more thorough than previous courses.
The time requirement for this course was misleading in my opinion. It required about 5 hours of time. In addition, the "reading" is very distracting because the voice appears AI driven. The inflection of the voice is off putting and therefore, distracting.

I took this course to market fixed and indexed annuities. Much of the content was geared towards VA, which I didn't want to know about, or be tested on.
Interactive presentations with video could be useful to integrate. Additional updates regarding the rules in AML could be a good source to keep the updates
i think yalls questions were a bit confusing. i am dyslexic and it would have been beneficial to have some accommodations. take care!

My only issue was that I could not locate the AML course on the website. So, I called the support number and the agent who assisted me was excellent. She signed me up over the phone and answer some other questions that I had. I was able to go to the website and start the course immediately. Please give your agent a bonus; She is polite, knowledgeable, and very professional; You need to keep her on staff.

Some parts of this section had too much information and made it difficult to recall by the time I reached the practice questions.
I liked that when I accidentally left the completed screen wthout continuing that I didn't lose my place and was able to continue. Example: Somehow, when I advanced my screen for questions 21-25 the page disappeared. I was able to go back and hit continue and my selected answers were still marked for my previous questions 1-20. Phew! I liked being able to go at my own pace by either listening and reading along or reading ahead.
to much content for the VA product line as well as part of the testing. Should be another and seperate course. Many are not licensed to sell VA and thus the training is not applicable

The "Read-it-to-me" audio was very unpleasant to listen to. A human reading the content, rather than an automated reading, would have been greatly preferred.

Well the soft ware is amazing!!!! For the open book test. I found a few answers quickly. About 4 or 5. The others took me a while. The book should be more condensed, summarized more and more in correlation with questions on the test.

I thought all information was excellent. I did have difficulty following the exclusion from income ratio and preferred a better (clearer) example of the computation. It took a while to figure out the formula shown.

The course was great and helped me pass the test. But Indiana's state requirement to have someone with you in person or virtually is ridiculous. This is a continuing ed course. The 20 minutes it took me to finish is a waste of time for someone else to monitor.

I'm a returning client. I have read the negative comments on the AI voice, but find it pretty good. AI has made many advances so you may want to look into updating your audio AI. They speak now like a true conversation. I'm sold on WebCE.

I felt this course took quite a bit less time than allotted, resulting in having to go back over the entire material in order to use up the 2 hours.

Three times on quizzes – Looping me so I finally could take the exam. I like to set up for the annuity section better. Except, there was no quiz at the end nor opportunity to get a copy of completion successful.
The course was laid out very well and it was easy to navigate
Very simple and easy to understand, the only thing that i think would be nice is to have a few more voice speed options, and a 10 second replay button.
I was fully pleased with the course & love the narrator option, especially that I was able to speed it up a little bit!
The robot man's voice on the videos was a little bit hard to bear, so I muted it and just read myself.

The example of how it could happen without realizing was helpful.
The detail in the teaching part of the course very very detailed and at times cumbersome. The exam was very fair and balance and was easy to understand. I spent 8 hours on the course and 20 minutes taking the test. The fee was worth the cost of the exam.
The word "annuity" was misspelled in one of the videos. Also, regarding the advantage of tax deferral, it is misleading and incorrect. Annuities specifically cause the gains to be taxed as ordinary income (marginal brackets) rates. An alternative investment option would cause the gains to most likely be taxed as capital gains rates, and even those are only upon selling of the specific holdings, so the comparative tax rate isn't even the full capital gains rate, nor is it annual. These examples are typical, misleading insurance wholesaler and agent sleeziness.
course was great. you have a lot of courses with the same name and descriptions and so selecting the correct course for my requirement was a bit confusing.
A lot of the questions were quite repetitive and reference the exact same laws/precedents, in some cases in sequential questions. Changing these up would greatly increase the quality of the course.
The Anti Money Laundering course provided additional background information that I needed. Plus the material provided information reminding me of factors to ensure I know what to do in case I suspect money laundering.

On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.

The material was presented in an effective manner such that I was able to read it once and pass with 100% even though I feel like I remember nothing I read. The core principles and what my obligations are as a producer appear to have become part of my inherent knowledge base, i.e. without conscious thought I understand the base criteria for the correct and expected behavior, which is to report to a more experienced person.

Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.

The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.
I like the fact that the exam questions were designed to make you think but because everything was clear I was able to make quality exact decisions.

I loved that whomever wrote the course went into explaining how specific insurance products are used to launder money. A previous course I took did not say much more than "be suspicious of all transactions that should be above $5000 but are requested to be in smaller increments so that they can avoid the scrutiny.

The AI readings of the written material were pretty cumbersome at times, but I was able to overcome that through pausing the video and re-reading it myself.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.
The read it to me audio was a bit monotonous. It could have been replaced with a real human reading as the machine reading is not sounding good

THERE ARE AT LEAST 3 INSTANCES WHERE IT SAYS SEE BELOW FOR FURTHER ILLUSTRATION AND THERE WAS NOTHING THERE JUST BLANK AREAS.
The biggest thing was the tone of the read-to-me voice. It kept ending sentences or paragraphs with a tone that implied there was more to be said. I was concerned on a couple of occasions that the audio was cutting out, until I looked at the screen to verify the content. This issue may be because of an AI read-aloud program, because an educated human would speak with better reading fluency.
where do I print my certificate on completion?
The only suggestion I have is to slow down the narrator's reading speed, although you can manually change the speed a more natural flow of reading would be best, it's one notch between 1 and .75, that is not an option as of now.
I enjoy these trainings.
First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

We are all busy and usually do this stuff at the last minute, There is no benefit in spending a bunch of extra time going through the entire chapter looking for the paragraph with the correct info. added time needed for completion
The course was easy to understand and follow.
On the audio there isn't really a pause to take in the information. There are better pacing AI readers that will make it easier to follow the information and allow a little more time for not takers with pauses after a portion of information is to be digested.
Really annoying when I finish the course in a couple of hours, but have to kee refreshing the screen to get to the 3 hours and 20 minutes. Really annoying because I could be working on the next course.

I think it should be stated very clearly and more consistently than the history why people would use life insurance as a money laundering choice and what would it look like. most of the program refers to history this is Important but not applicable like the frequent examples and demonstration of clear intentions would be.

the estimated time of 4 hours to complete was absolutely not true. It took closer to 7 hours
Some of the inter-actives were down and the read-aloud content was too robotic but the course was good overall.

Chap 10-12 content was written poorly and way too wordy. Course is way longer than 8 hours therefore, will not be my first go to for CE Credits going forward. Content in chapter quiz showing chapter answers was not correct, needs to be more accurate because of the sheer volume of content!
I learned a lot, and I will do my best to help detect AML as an Insurance Agent!
Far superior to the other course I took with out recieving CE credits. I would not have taken a course without expecting my credits when I needed credits. Somehow I did not realize there were other options.

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. No mention of whether the $50k was annuitized payments or simply withdrawals (so BEFORE annuitization of AFTER annuitization...?) But overall, this is a well-constructed course.
This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.
Very user friendly.
This class could have been done in 20 minutes. The same information was repeated many times.
In the various tabs of text, some of the sentences were worded unnecessarily. For instance, there’s a paragraph in Chapter 3 that includes multiple lines of “… does not prohibit…” instead of simply saying “… permits…” or “… allows…” Wording sentences this way can cause conflict to the average reader whose literary skills are beneath standard comprehension. For fluency and eloquence sake, I’d recommend re-evaluating your overall readability. Thanks and take care.

Everything was very clear and the information was well explained.
The ability to sign in and out of the exam without losing the progress made, helped more than I imagined it would. I had completely finished my exam and my computer accidentally died so it logged me out of my account. Most website exams would not have saved my answers, and I would have had to start over and spend all of that time answering them again. With this exam, I was able to just review the answers I had previously given to ensure they were correct, and I actually found one that I would have gotten wrong the first time and was able to change it to the correct response!

Need additional courses in ethics, LTC 4 hr and annuity best interest -- offer two in required subject matter so that I can easily take the course in the next renewal period and alternate courses so that they are 2 years apart.
Thank you for the content, I think it was a little confusing finding the exact course that they asked me to take, but eventually I did find it, paid for it and passed it. Maybe a search bar would help.
In comparing this course to may others I have completed, I did not enjoy the material. I understand the importance of teaching the material, I just didn't enjoy the way the material was presented. It was a very long course and feel improvements can be made.

I would just suggest making it clear that the quiz questions will be reviewed and explained and maybe not having as many specific questions on the test about certain Acts because there are so many to remember. Otherwise it was a lot of excellent information and great learning material!

Only issue I had was selecting the "wrong" course.
Some of the material about the annuities seemed to be very repetitive and it made the course feel much too long and tiresome. I would try to reduce the redundancy of some topics if possible or make the redundant topics more interactive to make it more engaging to avoid getting bored and annoyed with the material.

The option to pause and continue with reading without forcing the completion of the audio, once started, was an excellent accommodation for more difficult sections that may have required multiple reviews.
Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.

your courses are first rate and economical.
Course material was good overall. However multiple test questions were very misleading and vague, which came down to a matter of personal opinion rather than actual facts. Additionally, the answers to multiple questions could not be found in the chapters indicated. Lastly some questions were not written clearly enough to know which answer was correct. All other CE courses i've taken through WebCE have been great, however this course was horrible and did not live up to the normal standard. The exam questions should be rewritten completely. Thanks,

I got a 70 on the practice test but 100 on the actual test. Both scores seemed to register at the end. I did not know the practice test would be listed and would have retaken the practice test to reflect a higher score.

I greatly appreciated this course and the audio version made it so much easier to digest and retain. I usually read with earbuds in for noise cancellation but this seemed to make it significantly easier. I read along as it went and everything seemed to click.
4 hours is a really long time. I am not looking forward to the 8 hour CE I'll be taking soon.

It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.
I have no issues with the way the material nor test was laid out, very straightforward.

Content is great but as a new producer, the material takes about twice the amount of time as I am being given credit for. I am a tax professional so I have some background in the material but it still takes twice the amount of CPE time.

Like most Insurance Products, Laws and Rules change. As an experienced agent, It simply hard to keep up on all of the changes with all of the Companies and products. I remember when Older Agents were Grandfathered in!

i am uncertain how often i would need anything from this site after initial obtainment of my insurance license. if more is needed, i found the course recently taken to be good at breaking the subject matter down allowing for better retention along w/mini quiz after each section. i liked i was able to increase to speed for the read it to me option and was able to read along w/it which applied both audio/visual aspects of learning making it easier for me.
I like the read-it-to-me feature, auto-play, and that you can choose your speed for it to speak to you! Also, it was concise and the quizzes were small but intentional.

The AML/ethics requirement for the insurance state of CA is not great. You just send us the 100 and something booklet to read. It's not even a training course. Where is the interactives or read it to me audio? There's no quality in this.
Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. Especially glad that there was an option to keep the audio off. I personally prefer reading and absorbing the material at my own pace.
Customer since Year 2007. WebCE has been a staple in my continued education requirements.
Although not necessarily universal, I prefer this format over reading a pdf file.

Simplifying some of the explanations is suggested; ACTUALLY PROVIDING THE WEBSTER DEFINITION of some of the terms and referencing them as well. Course good but too long and slightly biased with certain phrases again elderly,. please review that. NOT all older people are cognitively impaired and please reference the statements on cognitive impairment that you use.

The recorded video content for the state is a joke. It is a waste of time to lump all types of insurance agents into this class. It seems CA doesn't care if i sell, home, auto, health or life.

Anti-Money Laundering course were not described effectively on the website. So, I found it via google.

The annuities Standards for Best Practice course has a lot more dry material than most. Being able to distinguish, or set apart, the material more than even the Annuities course did itself I think is important. For the Annuities course way too much emphasis on the tax issues--Making decisions or part of decisions that involve taxes is inappropriate at best. The advisor /producer should recommend specific tax questions be answered by client's own financial advisor. I have been working with client and annuity products for years. Even if advisor is a CPA, in the selling roll we were prohibited from giving specific tax advice. some exam and quiz questions are incomplete in terms of in detail . I got the answer correct, but the questions can be written to include more than 1 possibility when there is more than 1

I liked the breakdown of the bullet points on the side, so you can where you are at while studying, I also liked the summary at the end of the notes right before the exam to refresh my memory of what I read and learned, along with the practice questions to be even more prepared for the exam.
The AI voice enunciates clearly, but gets difficult to track with no well placed pauses or emphasis.
This was very helpful thank you for taking the time to help educate me on annuities!

What I liked most about this course were the "read-it-to-me audio, which allowed me to listen carefully and not focus on my own reading. In addition, I enjoyed working at my own pace, being able to go back and review a section that I felt I needed to focus more attention to, and, many of the answers in the quizzes were pretty practical.
It was very long but precise to help me to learn and get a clear understanding of the course.

I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.

However, even though I have worked with criminals, I do not have a criminal mind so I am still a bit confused on how money laundering is profitable. How is the end result achieved. If $XYZ goes out, how does it change/increase? Maybe a good, short video on the process would help. I looked at some on line and they did not help.

Is the reader AI? I read the content while listening to it, but clearly the reader didn't always understand the content they were reading. Mispronounced words, lack of flow in moving from one bullet point to another. Not at all a smooth listening experience (consider hiring me to do it when you want to replace the current reader). Fortunately, I could follow along as I listened to gain full understanding.

Break the information down into easier to digest chunks. It's really hard to process what looks like a jumble of numbers and acronyms. Like it's a little overwhelming; here's an artistic recreation: "FINCEN claims that 1985 Snails of the Patriot act, section 5.21.7.c - dictates that as so heretofore, any agent involved in Money Laundering activities, punishable, by as per section 98.05.a of Financial Code 586 where as if not available, to take your bird for a walk." It's really something you have to read 4 or 5 times for it to stick at all, and even then, woof. It's dryer than a stale saltine -I know, but perhaps breaking up the laws vs the companies would make it a little more digestible. :) Thanks!

The course was repetitive and could have easily been shortened. The scenarios presented were too obvious in the answer; more challenging examples would be beneficial.
I appreciated that each topic was broken up into shorter segments to allow for better absorbtion of the material! Too often, courses will have lengthy pages full of paragraphs that can become mind-numbing and harder to retain.
I took 2classes because the red flag course I wasn't suppose to take.

the 0ne hour state instruction was not relevant to my to my course license.
The Read-It-To-Me option was reading at two speeds. I selected the 1.5 speed and on some chapters the audio was both the regular default speed and the 1.5 speed simultaneously. When I paused the audio, the default regular speed resumed.
For being only a 4 hr credit course, This took FOREVER to finish! Took me almost or over 4 hrs! This was A LOT of material to go over, and extremely overwhelming. The solutions for a lot of the math, when it came to figuring out the numbers for the variable problems, were not clear. I still don't understand how some of the percentages and other values were determined. Pretty frustrating. I'm actually surprised that I got 100% on this test.
The audio cut off in the middle of the course.
It is a very important topic. I am glad to see it among my licensing requirements.

The $1 per credit charge after advertising a discount for the courses is a little like the airlines charging me to buy a seat after I have bought the ticket. Either include a filing fee up front, or maybe charge $1 per course rather than per credit
It should be noted that you need to "edit" your licenses in order to take final exam. The screen that ask for this information does not seem to populate to the licenses screen.

Some of the questions were not explicitly covered in the material but rather implied. I believe making it clearer especially with the subject matter would be helpful.
I had to call the helpdesk to a) find this course on the website, and b) have a conversation to figure out if this was the right one required for being carried by Life insurance carriers. I still don't know, but hey... I paid and I passed.

The answer in the Annuity Design section of the questions pertaining to the crediting of interest at the end of each interest crediting period of an FIA was incorrect. The only effect the minimum guaranteed interest rate has on interest crediting is at the end of the total contract period. At that time in total interest experienced from the performance of the FIA is compared to a simulated application of the Minimum Guaranteed Interest Rate. Whichever is greater is the amount credited. That is why some periodic statement where the FIA interest was negative, that the beginning balance and ending balance are equal, barring may fees subtracted (i.e. rider fees). Please regrade my exam and issue an amendment to reflect 100%. Thank you.
I had to print out the manual and the white lettering on the blue background was too small and difficult to read.
I received two of the identical question, with just a name changed. I think the course and questions were unnecessarily repetitive; the length of both could have been shortened while preserving the pertinent information.

In the last 20 years this exam has gotten easier. There is no longer any emphasis on the difference between Layering, Structuring, and Placement, The correct answer is easier to determine because it duplicates the phrase used in the course.

The Read-to-Me I found to move a little quickly, thereby resulting in lack of retention. I had to turn it off so I could go at my own pace and reread confusing parts or those that I thought would require extra time.

Overall great refresher and overall content. The only issue was the monotor password did not work at the end of the timed test. When I started his password must have been saved and auto populated. Due to only using the system for testing he could not recall the password required at the end of the proxy and entered the wrong one or maybe the sysstem it just didn't work properly. It had to be reset which made us think worst case scenario I may need to retest , which would have not been terrible, but did add a little stress until it was fixed. Other than this I really enjoyed rethinking of all the scenerios and why certain polices are implemented. Thanks for making this a worth while enjoyable experience. DD

This course was too long and drawn out. I have taken similar classes from other insurance schools and much shorter for 5 hour classes but still effective. you need new course writer.

The first section of this material was very difficult to get through. It felt as though it was written by a college philosophy professor and was overly theoretical. I generally like philosophical discussions, but that first portion of the course made my head throb.
A couple of items on the test were not in the training.
While I appreciate the audio, as doing a combination of audio/visual is helpful for my learning process, the use of computer generated audio is less than ideal - the monotony and incorrect pronunciation at times can be a bit frustrating.
Pictures or videos added in would make it more interesting. perhaps.

What I disliked about this course was the tedious nature of having to parse through information that didn't specifically pertain to my Life Agent license; and I didn't like only getting 1 hour of credit for having to study 7 hours. What I liked about this course was that after I studied the materials for 7 hours I feel very well-informed legally and professionally. I am able to report fraud now and am very comfortable with how and when to do that. Fraud was a whole new aspect of the training this year as I learned from the Course that the legal section from CDI was just added last year. As usual, the customer service was wonderful! Thank you!

I may have missed it, but I do not remember the maximum penalty for being involved in money laundering. When faced with the question I didn’t think the information had been covered in the course material, but again, I may have missed it. The audio option was amazing!!
More visuals would be more effective in my opinion. Just reading the material can get a little hard to follow after a while.

Redundant and extremely long.
This course was actually quite interesting and informative. It filled in several gaps in my understanding in the difference between fiduciary and best interest in regard to the regulation. It also put to bed some Industry fears of how the regulation could pratically work for insurance only licensed practicianers. (My only critique would be to have two courses---one for insurance only producers and one for insurance AND Registered Reps / Advisors. The reason is that you waste 3 or 4 questions for insurance only licensed people by including the variable stuff. Plus, it implies that perhaps the insurance only rep can talk 'variable products". I realize the Regulation says otherwise, but the insurance only rep might wonder why the other is included. Plus why learn what you can't use or even discuss. I would go with the two courses, as opposed to the one with extra variable questions. It is a waste for the insurance only producer and probably not enough for the variable (registered rep /or Advisor). I offer this critique as a former Series 7,6,63, 65 and 24 Registered Rep / Advisor. Otherwise, a great and informative course. Thank you.
On the Taxes section providing more videos with actual examples would help more.

If your AI voice narration could be adjusted to say certain words properly i.e. record. It kept saying it like it was a vinyl record. Certain acronyms weren't pronounced correctly. It would be nice to have a video or two to break up the content and make it less repetitive overall.

I loved this course. I was able to speed up the audio and follow along with the written text and even restart the audio if I needed too. The chapter tests were also helpful. As a result of the way this course was administered, I was able to pass the final 25 question exam with a 100% on my first try!

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.

This was a comprehensive ethics course. The only minor issue was that the read-it-to-me function blanked out a couple of times, but was restored at the beginning of the next section.

Every time I continued to the next page, the volume would increase back to 100% after I reduced it on the current page.
The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.

The course was extremely longer than the suggested time to complete the material. It should be adjusted to match the expectation. This caused delays for other business activities.

I used to work for an international wire transfer bank in the investigations department 20 years ago. While non of this was new to me, I found it to be a nice refresher and the info was very clearly explained for those that would have never touched upon the topics.
I got what I expected. The information provided was very detail and self explanatory. Ienjoyed every session.

I don't like the exam questions because they focus too much on the "EXCEPT" format. Instead of recalling the correct information, I find myself having to concentrate on identifying the incorrect answer. This approach to testing is not conducive to effective learning and retention.
I liked the format of information coupled with the chapter quizzes. I took notes but I also feel that if I didn't take notes I still would have passed.
I appreciate the read out loud options.

I loved being able to read at my own pace, and change the playback speed on the videos. I also felt that all the "mini-quizzes" and end-of-chapter quizzes were extremely helpful to make sure I had absorbed what I read. This has been probably my best CE experience in the past five years.

I kind of wish I had taken the 1-credit Best Interest annuity update course instead of the full Annuity Suitability course, but I needed the CE credits for other purposes in addition to the state insurance requirements.

WebCE courses are generally above the level offered by several competitors (IMO). For this course regarding insurance sales in the senior market, I was "not impressed" with the use of a Latin phrase "caveat vendor", as opposed to "caveat emptor"- I doubt that the demographics of those entering or becoming insurance sales professionals includes a background in Latin (just not taught in public schools anymore and a trend I have noticed in dictionaries, including those aimed at collegiate markets, is not to include the origins of the words or phrases. I found this to be ironic in this course where we are intended to become more aware of the need to meet clients at their level and explain terminology, etc. The course examples were predominantly financial life products in the scenarios, etc. I do believe that producers can have significant issues and increased liability when offering these products, so it's not a bad way to go, but this is an ethics course for serving a specific demographic and I would have welcomed more scenarios that involved other types of products. Overall, the course was enjoyable and I give high KUDOS to the inclusion of a glossary and the intended review of terms such as churning, twisting, etc. Especially for new producers, this is important for them to remember and recognize illegal or unethical practices, especially when a field trainer assigned to them may have slipped into an unethical norm. Over the decades I have relicensed, few courses do a level of review of terms learned in pre-licensing and I have learned to appreciate those that do and tend to seek out classes where "the basics" are reviewed (even if only as questions to be answered in a quiz). Thanks for reading this, while I have continued my license throughout two decades of working for state government, I am now contemplating appointing again in retirement. I am pleased to see that this author sees a growing trend to best practices for each potential customer, it's not all about sales, it's about dignity and inclusion and ethical practices. Hooray!

the language was very complicated.
The previous course that I took, the audio automatically started each time I went to the next page. I checked the settings and desired to have the same thing with this one. However, each time I moved to the next screen I had to manually start the audio.

I did not see any option for “read it to me” or videos. I am a visual learner and reading content is tiring. The content was great, but my learning style was not addressed. Videos and “Read to me” options would have been GREAT!
After purchasing my course it was hard to find my actual course. I tried the chat line and it appeared someone came on, but they never answered my question. I called in and they were able to help me. I literially lost and hour just trying to find my course . Then after logging in I had to put my license # & NPN in again. Why would I have to do this after logging in. I found your website and service not great at all. I also found your courses very boring. Most courses I have used from other sites have videos and cartoons to explain things or at least part of the class.

Computer generated voice is unnecessary. Clearly shows a desire to profit more than teach. With these prices, surely having someone voice the text is possible. If I do NOT use WebCE, this will be the #1 reason.
Unless I completely missed something, I listened, read and took notes on the provided material and most the test question were not covered.
I think this "4 CE Hour credit" course took me quite a bit longer than 4 hours!

The course addressed all the needed information that was required of me. The audio helped me to reemphasize the information for better understanding.
The section in the PDF summarizing and wording out the 1-hour video on fraud was somewhat bulky and image-filled, making the pdf laggier and longer than the course itself. It should be split into a second PDF to make the course file more lightweight, but still provide the video information.

The only way I can think of to make this course a little better and absorbable is to have some interactive checks on learning. Showing how you pull the data from the questions and apply them to the correct answers. IF that makes sense. Mainly for the questions you would use a formula to answer.

Time to complete, like courses I have taken in the past are longer in time frame then listed. A four hour course is actually longer then four hours, unless you speed read. Perhaps revisit the actual course times. This would be my only recommendation at this time.
I wish I could use my exam results without my license or NIPR number. I am still waiting for my testing vendor to turn in my exam results, past due by over 2 weeks.
i believe the options on number 17 were incorrect. math didnt seem right.

I think its important you put in bold clear words what are the top types of anti money laundering products that are used. You don't specifically say it so I got that wrong cause I thought it was deferred annuities or whole life but you just keep referring to it as life. When there are other verisions of life universal, whole, term etc.

A couple of final questions were not real clear in what you were asking. I had to hope I was interpreting the question correctly. The test was reasonable and did not include irrelevant trivia or useless detail.
I disliked the audio portion whenever there was a red flag used as a bullet, it would say, "Please pause the audio and review." When there is a list of 5 or 6 items with the flags used as bullets, it gets old quick.

The wording on certain pre-test questions was intentionally vague, which is not an actual measure as to whether or not one understands the material; such deceptive practices should be identified and excluded.
The course is so easy to understand. Instructions are easy to read. You just need to start and a quiet place. Take notes if you don't understand but don't write everything.

I do the majority of my training through WebCE. I believe the presentations are easy to follow and very thorough. After completion of a course I feel I know the material well and feel versed in the subject.

I loved the Read to me Audio!! It kept me engaged in learning the material; had I had to have read all of that, it would have taken me much longer and I may not have passed on the first try.
This is the second time I have used this platform for Anti Money Laundering Training. I will continue to use it for future trainings and CE's

The bolded definitions were great for establishing the base concept and the interactive quizzes were great for reviewing important facts.

originally signed up as i needed suitability course for TX, but then wondered if i could use it for my resident NC license. I called you, was told if i transferred the course reporting to NC, it would also satisfy any non-resident state that required that same course, in my case, TX. So rep transferred it before i did exam. I appreciate your knowledge of these matters and ease that she was able to transfer course, so i didn't have to take it twice. Thank you!

The quality of these courses has substantially improved since I have last completed my CE. I wasn't able to detect near as many spelling errors and typos. The videos helped to aid comprehension, and the interactive questions made for good reinforcement. The last time I completed CE through webCE I actually saved screen shots of the humorously bad content and recommended to my superiors that we drop WebCE as a service. I could not do so with this course. WELL DONE and thank you for taking steps to improve the quality of your content!!

It was difficult for me to answer life insurance agent questions as I am a health insurance agent.
Quality of questions and an attempt to not confuse with several very possible correct answers but only one that is absolutely correct. I have been taking these tests for over 40 years finally you have stopped trying to confuse us. I have several advanced degrees I know what I am talking about and I think you do too.
The annuity CE is very complicated and difficult to understand. This led to some confusion in the material.

through my employer I had ExamX and it was awful. I invested my own money in WebCe because it works and I keep the knowledge. I also have no issue passing the test. I would appreciate videos or interactive learning. I am hands on. But also understand, that may not be possible.

The website was a little unclear when choosing the appropriate courses. I had to call Customer Support and the rep was wonderful. But I would recommend putting the individual agent as the option for the programs rather than the zero credit courses. That whole drop down menu is so small and easy to overlook. Maybe you should consider putting all of the different group as their own tab so it is easier to select and direct to correct coursework.
When building package of courses, after clicking continue add another course, I had to re-enter everything all over again to get back to the list of courses. (I used the back arrow instead to work-around issue.)

The sections were easy yo navigate and to transition from one section to another. I love the audio, the real world examples and the summary options. I also love how direct it was, and the fact that the questions had links to the sections where the answers could be found. That was a great tool to have to review and better understand the question, thus the content.

Using the Interactive and videos was difficult to get back to the course after the video played. I was using my Android Mobile phone. I had to exit out of course and then log back in to get moving again.

I was unsure of some of some of the finer distinctions between the various annuities and had to re-read the material. Over all, it was easy to focus on the topics and figure it out. More mathematical examples would be helpful.

Most companies just make you read a 4 page document and sign that read it, this was much more in depth, but supplied same content as the 4 page document. You can thank Mutual of Omaha for requiring me to take this program.

I am a funeral director who uses Preneed insurance policies to fund Preneed Plans. I am also the Continuing Education chair for my local professional association. I took this course for two reasons. One, to comply with my company's requirements to stay abreast of this area. Two, to review courses to recommend to my colleagues.

I have used WebCE for many years over the life of my careers in the Financial Services Field. I think the AML information course should be reviewed to have more "real life" incidents reflected; and incorporate in the training some more "tricky questions". I am glad I got 100% - and thank you for your time and interest.
I liked everything about it.
My main issue with the course was understanding the difference between placement, layering and Integration. However, in the scheme of things, the difference is not that important. It's knowing that it exists that's important.

I really like the audio version of it. The only thing I found frustrating is I would be listening to section that is 15 minutes or longer and the system would time out and I would have to log in and then get the audio where it was at before. I was listening even though I didn't touch my screen. Beyond that, awesome course.

It would be more realistic to add verbiage, and scenarios pertaining to Medicare Supplements, Medicare advantage. Long-term care, and final expense in this training as it is Ethics dealing with Seniors and these would be more practical. Most all of the scenarios in this training dealt with Financial planners, and Registered Reps.

Proper issues addressed in course .
Read it to me Audio is the best thing you did for your study format. It allowed me to multi-task while listening to the audio of the lesson. These lessons are extremely long for the actual credits given. Please narrow them down a bit. Soooo enduring and extended. Would like to see shorter lessons. Thank you. The audio is the only saving grace that makes them doable.

I think this CE course is easy to understand. I have looked at other CE companies but decided to use WebCE again. This is my 4th time using.
When I first started the course, the computer narrator was very hard to follow; choppy and mono toned. However, within a few minutes of listening I was able to focus and enjoy what I was hearing. The material was of great substance ; the course was very pertinent to insurance ethics. I actually enjoyed the course. Thank you!
You have a grammar problem in that the sentence structure in some sentences creates reading difficulty. A good editor could solve the problem.
eliminate close but not right tricky answer choices
Course objectives for cognitive learning at this level should start with a verb such as identify, define, explain, describe. Otherwise, the course content was clearly written. Test items were well written. Just unsure if the test items map back to the course objectives.
