Too many names, people or companies, in the test questions and scenarios can become confusing and take away from the actual content or question being asked.

I needed 3 hours. I spent hours on this probably 5 or more. Speed up the audio or remind people that they can reade the info and still get the 3 hours needed

There were a few typos in some of the chapters. That was a bit surprising to see but it didn't takeaway too much from the overall experience or quality of content.

Excellent course!

This was very wordy and would have been better with audio or video. No all people retain well with just reading information. Kinesthetic learners struggle with getting through this training.

It would be nice to have a textbook option. I retain information better off screen. On the other hand the material is to the point and the examples are great, it really helps drive home remembering the different topics and verbiage associated as some are easy to cross as far as definitions because the names could almost "fit" different meanings.

There are a few typos in the content

Not enough time allotted to read material & study for test. Verbiage was a little hard to comprehend. A lot of re-reading was necessary to understand the material. This is fine, as insurance is complicated, but more time to absorb the material should be given.

Would recommend doing what other companies do and offer the use the computer camera function to be able to take the final testing instead of having to travel somewhere to get the exam proctored in person....

What I would like to have in the course is a check point after each chapter. Previous courses I have taken from WebCE has a question and answer part at the end of each chapter.

Having words read to me just isn't a very engaging format. The information is good but hard to focus for very long.

These couses are long and tedious to get through. I wish they were more meat and less potatoes. I have heard other providers content is not so painful.

This course included way too much obscure content. I have been an adjuster for 35+ years. 99.99999999 % of claims adjusters WILL NOT EVER handle a claim under most of the coverages and claims exposures covered in this course.

I feel like the course material and little tests that i took had very little to do with the actual test.

I thought this course had way too much content. Should probably be separated into two different courses - one for property, CGL, WC and auto. And another for the other lines. I found it very difficult to remember all the different categories of insureds for so many types of policies.

Being an insurance professional for many years, there are various sections that I am able to speed through because I work with the coverages on a daily basis while there are others that I must read through and truly am learning something new. I think it is best that if someone finishes the course before the timeframe they should be able to complete it and close it out at 100%.

The read it to me feature was irritating. You need to have a real person read this. The computer-generated voice is annoying.

I have used your courses for years to finish up my requirements for licensing. It is hard to find a lower cost for the value you offer.

I think that, in a self-study situation, the required time should not be there. I think once you finish the practice sections of each chapter, that should be sufficient to move to the exam.

Yesterday I took a CE training that was 66 pages long and was scheduled to complete within 2 hours on my schedule even though it gave 3 hours on CE website. On this CE training it was 127 pages of reading content plus exam and was only given 1 hour and a half to complete. Within the reading content there is a whole section outside of the principle reading material that specifies that it is an additional hour of reading to meat CA required hours and I don't see that this was factored in. My supervisor likes to babysit remotely while I take these courses, so it makes for a pretty horrible experience when you are trying to rush to complete so as not to get in trouble! Please add realistic timeframe to complete

The "read it to me audio" must have been AI since some of the words were not pronounced correctly, and there were no pauses between sections. A person would have known to pause.

As someone with a PhD in ethics, I found the understanding of ethics to be poor by the course writers. While it is true that there are many definitions of ethics, for instance, this should not lead to the conclusion that ethics is relative, or that it is determined by a group or society. Also, the definition of morality being about personal beliefs, whereas ethics is group-oriented, is false. I would encourage WebCE to consider sources that specifically teach teach business ethics from a realist perspective, as it the only framework sufficient for grounding claims that fraud is wrong in insurance, or what Enron and AIG did is wrong.

the long modules that just reads everything to you can be hard for some to grasp. some people are visual and active learners. I found this course to be complicated i because I cannot learn only by listening and reading. adding charts for matching, maybe some linked videos can help individuals like me who need to be active and engaged in their course for retention.

Some of the questions are far too pedantic. Also, many agents writing heavily in the E&S market will not use standardize ISO forms. All of this content is only applicable to admitted markets and the focus on overly difficult questions is asinine.

This was the most confusing course I have taken yet. There is no need to be so tricky with the questions and answers. It makes it very frustrating to learn anything when you are reading everything multiple times and still cannot find the answers. Some questions didn't even make any sense. I almost gave up on my license because of it. Not good.

Some of the practice questions were misleading. In 1 example for EPL, "Spears Corporation, which has approximately 100,000 employees, is acquiring Sword Company, which currently has 75,000 employees. Spears’s current EPL policy will not expire for another 9 months. How, if at all, will the automatic coverage of Spears’s EPL policy cover claims against Sword?", you list the correct answer as Automatic coverage will not apply. According to the course content, there is coverage until the entity is acquired (past tense). Your question states acquiring (present tense); therefore, automatic coverage will apply for the remainder of the policy term.

I always find your courses informative and interesting.

Some of the questions had answers that I thought were tricky. I read more into those questions that was being asked. In other words, some questions assumed that coverage was already in force, though I read it not to be the case. Most of my friends are high power attorneys and I occasionally discuss insurance matters with them. Thank you

I noticed repetitive use in questions on the exam of "except". I think there are too many questions that use this for choosing answers. Some situation questions are rather lengthy to get to the point of what the questions is.

I have worked in the E&O side of our industry for over 20 years now. This was a great summary course for agents. Kudos

The one thing that I disliked was that there was not enough time scheduled to complete the course. I believe that more than an hour and a half should be given to make sure that we have enough time to truly process and understand the material and apply it on the exam.

I can't listen to audio books or pay attention when someone is talking At me; I almost immediately zone out. I got around this by simply reading the material, but it was just painful. I strongly suggest you break up the material in smaller pieces instead of giant walls of text, maybe add a few videos of some kind (everyone loves cartoons), graphs or interactive graphics

There were a few times when I got timed out and when I went back in I got duplicate audio. I just closed out the site and logged back in. May have been me but thought I should share that with you. Thank you!

I really appreciate the availability of WEBCE for me to renew my Certificates and Licenses! The only thing I would try to improve is the speed and emphasis of the voice in the read-a-long audio. I like that attribute very much but sometimes the voice "puts the accent on the wrong syllable."

Making the chapters similar in size is preferred. Some chapters were very long with many questions associated with it. While other chapters were a 2 minute read with maybe 2 questions to go with it. Just add that chapter into a previous one. Seemed silly.

The time to complete the course was about 30 minutes longer than the 3 hours course time listed, even with speeding up the read-it-to-me audio. This was the first time the course content took a significantly longer time than the listed time for the course.

The proctor requirement for CE is really pretty crazy since we work from home. The public library doesn't proctor so its actually pretty hard to find someone. For CE is it really needed.

The content quality is great, and the exam is easy to complete. The FAST credit reporting is incredible! This reporting time is the cherry on top, making WebCE my top choice going forward!

The content and meaning were conveyed appropriately however, the use of spell check is not enough to quantify the value of the composition of the class. I've used WebCE since 2007 and have not seen this level of grammatical errors. I recommend an evaluation (end user review) prior to release of the course in the future.

I liked that I could read the chapters on my own after watching the videos.

Really liked that you could listen and read the text. The questions at the end of the chapter, helped prepare me for the exam.

I love that I can come back and reference the notes through out the yr.

The wording of the questions were incredibly confusing. It took me rereading over and over multiple times on some of them to gain understanding. Some seemed to be opinion based, and some were difficult to gauge what the question was even asking, as though there was missing context. Some questions were very difficult reads.

content is outdated but concept is still current

Some of the questions were worded a bit weird. I also wish I could go back to 2 practice test questions and show them to you as I know that my answers were absolutely correct - the answers provided as options had to incorrect terms in them - they were transposed.

I wasn't able to take the exam because I completed the class 50 minutes prior to the suggested time. This required me to add an additional day of training, which was frowned at by WFM & TM.

Some of the content was likely written by someone with only academic knowledge of insurance sales and claims. There is no agent in their right mind would turn in a claim for double $ the loss that was denied twice - the loss to property was already evaluated in the two prior losses. The very first question in the first section of the course is incorrect. it refers to refraining offers of meals and gifts to employees of the company the answer said clients.....which is incorrect. We cannot offer employees gifts etc like an Underwriter or claims adjuster to influence a sale or outcome of a claim.

The amount of time schedule to take the test is not enough.

I was only allotted 1-1/2 hours for this course and it took much longer

These are very good courses to take for CE. They are very informative and explain things very well.

IT'S A 3 HOUR COURSE THAT TAKES 3 AND A HALF HOURS TO COMPLETE. IT WOULD BE UNETHICAL TO NOT GIVE ME CREDIT FOR ALL 3.5 HOURS INVESTED. THAT IS WITH THE COMPUTER READING TO ME.

The audio was too "droning." I would have used it more if it were more "conversational."

I use all of my personal CE pursuit through WebCE because it has quality material that is easy to use. I feel like I actually learn with this system as well.

The questions get a little lengthy on the exam.

The reader was a little slow.

The California addemdum asked agents and brokers not to copy and paste the same text in every question of the fraud reporting form, and then proceeded to copy and paste trice each check point question. Also, the material took me a whole work day to listen to.

The content of materials to review was quite long, but probably can't be avoided.

Overall, it was good. It was a bit boring, but I guess that is expected with some things. I didn't notice that you could have it read to you while you read until the very last section.

It was a lot to comprehend, but I learned it and am grateful i have these courses to refresh me .

The class was a little boring and could use some excitement to keep you engaged. I was getting sleepy by the end of Chapter 3.

It should be more interactive in order to hold one's attention.

I think you need to better highlight the courses previously taken.

I did not like having to read the Commissioners presentation on Fraud. It was too wordy. The main issue was knowing how and when to report a fraud issue.

I was unable to print a passing certificate for my 3 hour ethics. There was not a link to print.

use human grammar/spell checking on exam questions. AI doesn't catch everything. For example this was a question on the exam: Why might this simple mistake can create a coverage gap in the event of a loss?

I like videos better than reading material

Some of the questions were unclear. McDonald's backhoe - could have been business auto or personal auto - didn't mention if McDonald was a business or an individual. Assumptions were made. I got stuck on a couple like that. Otherwise, I'm just glad it's over. Thank you!

The test questions of this particular course were often ambiguous, and confusing when viewed through the lens of the real world. It felt like sometimes you were learning to predict the test as opposed to the course content itseld.

I appreciate the removal of the monitor over the exam. It helps me to complete, test and move on to the next course.

never had a reference for an audio option presented, but you include it as though there was supposed to be one available. I guess I missed it.

Quality of content - Many examples help to understand the topics

This course was great but it really took me several tries to get in because the verification of me not being a computer was confusing it had 15 different images the first time, then the 2nd time it had about 9, the finial attempt was checking for photos with a fire hydrant and it was the easiest because it just says to click until there are no more but await new pix to load.

I really enjoyed the content of this course and found it very helpful and easy to navigate.

The fact that I scored 100% speaks outstandingly for the format and successfulness of this training. Very helpful format and excellent training program.

All the Ethics Training was agent-broker focused, whereas I am an Independent Adjuster, needing claims based issues (you have had this in the past). Much of this was irrelevant to my job. Your format, training, testing was otherwise okay. Could more more concise. "Designed for: Insurance professionals at any level in their career" is misleading. At least the final Exam was straightforward.

Change the voices of the readers for better engagement and or attentiveness. It will keep learning less monotone and automated.

How do I get credit for the Anti-Fraud Training?

I found the audio should go a little slower to allow chances to evaluate. Also, there should be a short phase after each paragraph.

Some of the practice questions made assumptions that had not been introduced as fact elsewhere.

That is a lot of hefty reading, would like to see more beaks in the reading with a video or pictures for examples. I think a lot of people learn more visually, including myself. I would like to see more questions asked sooner to make sure you aren't too far along in the reading material before you test your knowledge.

Different content such as slides with bullet point highlights of important aspects of each section could help.

Extremely relevant content presented simply with excellent examples, bullet lists, and tables. Guided to sources of additional info in the main content and footnotes. I learned so much!

I didn’t feel you could completely go thru in 3 hours

The only problem i had was several times the audio did not complete the page it was reading. it would stop and I couldn't get it to restart for that page.

Many time the read it to me audio quit working.

Something was wrong with the test. I made a 96% however, it kept telling me I had not answered all questions. I went back threw it a few times and all questions had an answer so not sure if glitch or what caused it?

This course does not provide enough credit hours to compensate for the actual time to complete it. It should be good for 6 hours instead of 3 hours.

I do not see that the New Jersey DOBI requires a proctor for exams. Also, in this day of remote work, it's hard to find someone to proctor an exam, let alone someone whos in not related. Other than the exam requirements, I thought the course was very good. The quizzes were actually harder than the final exam.

My only criticisms are that many questions were worded in a convoluted manner, and some had multiple answers that could be correct depending on the situation.

The course was very informative, the scenarios were constructive, the test questions helped to confirm learning. I gained additional knowledge and also some freshers. The ease to work on the course over time was the best thing ever!

This particular course contained an overabundance of typos. It was obvious that it was not edited well, and that contributed to the content of the course book and the test questions being extra confusing. Please use a better editor. This was horrible.

Course took longer than was scheduled. One question regarding hard vs soft fraud was confusing as the course example stated it was soft fraud (inflating the claim amount) the practice question answers indicated it was hard fraud.

Audio presenter was super fast, could slow down a little. Also, I'm pretty sure a couple questions marked wronged, I did mark the correct answer.

The course information was adequate; although, in some areas, a little repetitive. Practice questions are always good. The layout is fine. I have taken other courses where the search automatically took you too the highlighted area, which would be beneficial and helpful especially in the case of saving course time.

This course needs a serious update. The entire course is predicated on office visits which almost no clients do anymore.

For me personally, I feel that an hour and a half is not enough time. I used the read-to-me audio feature and I was barely on the fourth objective. I had to practically do this exam on my own time. If I were disabled this could've been very bad and I wouldn't have been able to complete this. I think maybe two hours would be more doable. Aside from that I feel that this course was very efficient and easy to follow.

My company should be giving a clear idea od how much time is actually needed for the course I was scheduled 1.5 hourrs but to listen to the reading takes over 2.5 hours not to mention the time to do the practive sessions and the actual exam.

Some of the questions could be worded better for better understanding. I was marked wrong on a quiz because it was subject to interpretation. A key element was omitted from the question that drove my decision on how I answered.
