Questions were poorly written, and not psychometrically balanced. "All of the following except" questions are designed to trick the test taker, not measure pure knowledge. Additionally, many of the questions were vague enough to allow for ambiguity in the answer chosen.
Great CE Compan!! I yried Einsurance and never got any help, cancelled to come back to WEBCE. I went ahead and did all 24 hours here vs getting my ethics through EInsurance as my license expiered tiday nd they never sent me anything or reported my 3 hours of ethics with them. Requesting my money back !!! Love WEBCE
Would like to have had examples instead of just having it read to me the whole time.
This course was much more detailed. I was a little confused on some of the content. EPLI and D&O but I finally got it.

Being an insurance professional for many years, there are various sections that I am able to speed through because I work with the coverages on a daily basis while there are others that I must read through and truly am learning something new. I think it is best that if someone finishes the course before the timeframe they should be able to complete it and close it out at 100%.

The "read it to me audio" must have been AI since some of the words were not pronounced correctly, and there were no pauses between sections. A person would have known to pause.
The flexibility to complete when time allows is a huge plus!

As someone with a PhD in ethics, I found the understanding of ethics to be poor by the course writers. While it is true that there are many definitions of ethics, for instance, this should not lead to the conclusion that ethics is relative, or that it is determined by a group or society. Also, the definition of morality being about personal beliefs, whereas ethics is group-oriented, is false. I would encourage WebCE to consider sources that specifically teach teach business ethics from a realist perspective, as it the only framework sufficient for grounding claims that fraud is wrong in insurance, or what Enron and AIG did is wrong.
the long modules that just reads everything to you can be hard for some to grasp. some people are visual and active learners. I found this course to be complicated i because I cannot learn only by listening and reading. adding charts for matching, maybe some linked videos can help individuals like me who need to be active and engaged in their course for retention.
Some of the questions are far too pedantic. Also, many agents writing heavily in the E&S market will not use standardize ISO forms. All of this content is only applicable to admitted markets and the focus on overly difficult questions is asinine.

I have worked in the E&O side of our industry for over 20 years now. This was a great summary course for agents. Kudos
The one thing that I disliked was that there was not enough time scheduled to complete the course. I believe that more than an hour and a half should be given to make sure that we have enough time to truly process and understand the material and apply it on the exam.
I can't listen to audio books or pay attention when someone is talking At me; I almost immediately zone out. I got around this by simply reading the material, but it was just painful. I strongly suggest you break up the material in smaller pieces instead of giant walls of text, maybe add a few videos of some kind (everyone loves cartoons), graphs or interactive graphics

The course seemed more about labeling and semantics than actual ethics.
I've utilized the program for previous CE requirements and find the format and class information appropriate and helpful.
This was the driest I've done so far. But perhaps that is what people want from a basic ethics class.
Most of the questions were to long and the wording was difficult to follow. I had to go back and read the lengthy questors multiple times to comprehend.
I got 3 hours of credit and it took me more than 5 hours to go through the entire lesson. I think there was a lot of repatition in the ethics class

Making the chapters similar in size is preferred. Some chapters were very long with many questions associated with it. While other chapters were a 2 minute read with maybe 2 questions to go with it. Just add that chapter into a previous one. Seemed silly.

The time to complete the course was about 30 minutes longer than the 3 hours course time listed, even with speeding up the read-it-to-me audio. This was the first time the course content took a significantly longer time than the listed time for the course.

I've used WebCE since 2007 and have not seen this level of grammatical errors. I recommend an evaluation (end user review) prior to release of the course in the future.

Some seemed to be opinion based, and some were difficult to gauge what the question was even asking, as though there was missing context. Some questions were very difficult reads.

Some of the content was likely written by someone with only academic knowledge of insurance sales and claims. There is no agent in their right mind would turn in a claim for double $ the loss that was denied twice - the loss to property was already evaluated in the two prior losses. The very first question in the first section of the course is incorrect. it refers to refraining offers of meals and gifts to employees of the company the answer said clients.....which is incorrect. We cannot offer employees gifts etc like an Underwriter or claims adjuster to influence a sale or outcome of a claim.

These are very good courses to take for CE. They are very informative and explain things very well.
I use WebCE consistently for my Insurance continuing education for the State of WA
IT'S A 3 HOUR COURSE THAT TAKES 3 AND A HALF HOURS TO COMPLETE. IT WOULD BE UNETHICAL TO NOT GIVE ME CREDIT FOR ALL 3.5 HOURS INVESTED. THAT IS WITH THE COMPUTER READING TO ME.
The audio was too "droning." I would have used it more if it were more "conversational."
I use all of my personal CE pursuit through WebCE because it has quality material that is easy to use. I feel like I actually learn with this system as well.
The questions get a little lengthy on the exam.
The reader was a little slow.
The California addemdum asked agents and brokers not to copy and paste the same text in every question of the fraud reporting form, and then proceeded to copy and paste trice each check point question. Also, the material took me a whole work day to listen to.

To me, a DIC policy is difference in conditions, flood, earthquake, and landslide. I'm assuming it meant something else here but whatever it meant was not stated.
The test questions of this particular course were often ambiguous, and confusing when viewed through the lens of the real world. It felt like sometimes you were learning to predict the test as opposed to the course content itseld.
I appreciate the removal of the monitor over the exam. It helps me to complete, test and move on to the next course.

Most of the examples given were not issues in real-life. Agents can't just inflate the value of a claim because it wasn't paid. Life companies do their own underwriting to verify info in the applications, etc. The examples make it sound like the info the agent submits is the only thing considered by a company.

This course was great but it really took me several tries to get in because the verification of me not being a computer was confusing it had 15 different images the first time, then the 2nd time it had about 9, the finial attempt was checking for photos with a fire hydrant and it was the easiest because it just says to click until there are no more but await new pix to load.
I really enjoyed the content of this course and found it very helpful and easy to navigate.

All the Ethics Training was agent-broker focused, whereas I am an Independent Adjuster, needing claims based issues (you have had this in the past). Much of this was irrelevant to my job. Your format, training, testing was otherwise okay. Could more more concise. "Designed for: Insurance professionals at any level in their career" is misleading. At least the final Exam was straightforward.

That is a lot of hefty reading, would like to see more beaks in the reading with a video or pictures for examples. I think a lot of people learn more visually, including myself. I would like to see more questions asked sooner to make sure you aren't too far along in the reading material before you test your knowledge.

The course information was adequate; although, in some areas, a little repetitive. Practice questions are always good. The layout is fine. I have taken other courses where the search automatically took you too the highlighted area, which would be beneficial and helpful especially in the case of saving course time.
The questions were often phrased awkwardly or had incomplete information. The content and questions regarding professional liability were impossible to answer correctly because there was no context given of retro dates, claims-made vs. occurence, prior acts coverage, etc.

This course needs a serious update. The entire course is predicated on office visits which almost no clients do anymore.
Some of the questions could be worded better for better understanding. I was marked wrong on a quiz because it was subject to interpretation. A key element was omitted from the question that drove my decision on how I answered.
More time should have been scheduled for the reading portion by my company. 1.5 hours was not enough time.
This course was far too long, and the topics should have been broken down into 3 or 4 smaller themed segments. That would have allowed the final exams to dive deeper and be more representative of the actual information being taught.
This was a good refresh and reminder of the importance of documentation
I really liked that I was able to print the course book before taking exam. Its nice to have paper to read instead of computer screen sometimes. The resource was very helpful when learning the course material. The testing questions were also clear to read and easy to navigate to the next page. I enjoyed that the test questions were separated into 3 different groups instead of all on one page. Made test taking more easy.

I needed to take this for CE and I was confused on what Ethics class to take specifically.
I have used your CE for several years. This time much of the content seemed irrelevant and the course quizes had questions that barely made sense. Thankfully the test questions were much easier than the quiz questions.

I've taken CE courses from other platforms and the material here was much more clear and easier to understand.
It was too long and very difficult to remember information from all 11 chapters. Not good.
I like that the course provides all the relative informaion you need to understand the subject matter but that the exam also understands that we do not need to remember every single thing we read.
Utilize the "Read It To Me" Feature on all of your CE Coursework.
Make each section short and quick and maybe use videos for examples
The timer seemed to be delayed by about 8 minutes by the time I finished the 3 hour training before I could take the test.
I like how the overview, the summary and the practice questions at the end of every chapter where added, that helped me retain information better.
I feel there could be a better choice for the AI voice that read. At times it felt like it was reading run-on sentences without much voice inflection. Felt too robot like.
The audio reading was phenomenal. Kept me on a comfortable pace. Pleasant sounding voice.
I liked the ease of use.
I felt the energy going into this course for the credit hours is disproportionate to the other courses (much higher). I felt some of the chapter materials were unclear and sometimes redundant creating difficulty in getting through the material. The test was simpler than the chapter quizzes so that helped make up for the difficulty and time expended getting through the course material.
Have always liked the programs on WebCE.
Some of the wording of the questions was very tricky, I had to really think about what the question was asking. More simplistic questions.

all I would add is keeping the chapter sections short makes a huge difference if you go over 3-4 minutes the subject becomes too dull and too long

The time given is NOT enough time to listen to the information and take the test.
Many of these courses are more difficult than others, because I have been insuring Thoroughbred horses since 1982 & that includes knowledge of value of those horses, all types of injuries, foaling issues of broodmares, & mortality of horses. I have to have knowledge of each horses value based on sex, age, use ......all of which can change almost daily. Fortunately, in all those years, I have never had an E & O claim BECAUSE I am very careful in my with contact with owners, trainers & veterinarians & all files are quite full of info on every aspect of the horse and equine insurance as many things affect the value of each horse.
Some of the questions in the chapter quizzes seemed to have arbitrary answers as though it was assuming more about the example scenario than what was specifically mentioned in the question. The final quiz, however was great and had none of that.

The test was a bit wordy. I understand the desire for competency; however, after a wordy presentation, a wordy test is Confounding.
There were multiple typos on my tests making it extremely difficult to understand questions/answers. The last test I passed was very confusing. It took me three hours to complete.
This 12 c.e. course was tough for me. It's too much information. I am better off taking 3 c.e. courses at a time. I was overwhelmed with too much information during this course. It was very difficult.
I had a positive experience with The Ethics Principle Course and passed the exam.
I dislike the long verbiage questions in the test at the end. I wish there was a way to make the chapter tests count for the exam.

This course is not self-study. I had to read the book and learn the material on my own. I'm used to answering questions throughout the course prior to taking the exam. I don't like this process of downloading the book and figuring it out on my own. It's not engaging and isn't helpful.

This course was made even more difficult because the same names were used in consecutive questions with different scenarios or the same names were used in the same scenarios with different outcomes. I found this course to be extremely hard even being able to go back and research the questions in the course text. I would not recommend this course and am very disappointed.

The course was a 3 hour course but it took 4 hours so that was a problem for me.

My biggest critique would be to not use names like Main insurance brokers or Best insurance companies, it makes me have to re-read the prompt at times because it comes off as a descriptive word not a proper noun regardless if it is capitalized.

We need more time to read entire course. I was scheduled 1 hr 30 minutes when it took me 3 hours to read.
These classes are relevant and presented in a "real life" way so it is easy to put the knowledge into action.
Some of the questions on the practice quizzes had incomplete information, which led to incorrect answers. Some of the answers could have applied to the questions, but the practice scenario did not contain all the relevant information.
this was a very long course but done well. the 'reader' was a bit robotic, but better then me trying to read all of that material.

Using WebCE is preferred over all vendors. MUCH better than the The Institutes. My company pays for me to go through The Institutes but I will use my own money to obtain CE through WebCE. The Ethics courses through The Institues don't even include the antifraud portion, they expect agents to use the free DOI website (can take over 60 days to report classes). THANK YOU for the user friendly website and clear communication!
Much of the content was irrelevant. Knowing what verbiage is in Microsoft mission statement does not assist me in learning ethics

I didn't like the monotone computer voice. It would have also been more helpful if there were videos and/or slides to make it more interesting and easier to understand the content. This course took me much longer to complete than all the other courses. I wish this course was like the others that provided a pdf and an open book test.
This course took way longer than 6 hours to complete. It was written for attorneys not insurance professionals. Particularly difficult for agents who work in personal lines. It was part of a package.

The time allotted to complete is 3.0 hours. Progressive only scheduled me for 1.5 hours to complete (an unrealstic amount of time). If I had followed the read along format, this may have taken me 6-7 hours to complete. The most expedient method is to read over the information without the use of the read-along method provided. Far too time consuming against the 3.0 hours stated for completion at the beginning of the CE (post login).

I have used WebCe for all of my renewals...I must say that it has become not user-friendly...We all know that this a money grab course and to make the questions so tricky to understand is un-nerving..I can't imagine an older person taking this test..It's unreal.. at least give the options to correct the answers you got wrong instead of doing 50 questions over again. Like I said money grab course for our corrupt state. I won't recommend this course anymore..I will suggest a much user friendly course. Revamp this test or you will loose money.
Need more inactive content or videos to break up the reading. Also, the Read aloud feature was to monotone.
The test questions that are so dumb/easy based on the obviously-wrong multiple choice option should be eliminated e.g. "telepathic messages," "grocery list," etc. You're only helping agents who shouldn't be licensed stay licensed. Let's raise the bar, folks, come'n.

The content could be reduced, simplify the verbiage so that's easily understood. I've been taking CE through WebCE since approximately 2009. Obviously, the writer is good, but this time I had to look up several words for a definition to ensure I was interpreting the information properly. I'm not sure who sets forth the hours it which it can be completed, we are given 1.5 hours and it's simply unachievable. It's been a few years since I used the WebCE platform, thank you for adding the Read-it-to-Me function.

The instruction was just a little dry.
The course was good but sometimes momentarily distracting with the AI reading as artificial intelligence sometimes had the emphasis on the wrong consonant changing the meaning from a verb to a noun or vice-versa in the wrong context.

A course that provides you with 3 hours of continuing education, in this format, and with these requirements, can take 6-8 hours to complete. There are other more user-friendly options for your continuing education hours.

THE ONE QUESTION THAT WAS SURLY NO CLEAR WAS* The Law of agency describes the relationship between ?????? I could never find this . Some of the descriptions were very confusing.
This format is difficult as you cannot refer back and there is such lengthy verbiage to the questions and answers. Too many variables to memorize.
Some of the questions could be more clear. There were questions where more than one answer could have applied depending on your understanding of the question. In other words, the question could be understood in more than one way, which of course determines the answer chosen.

The correct answers to the questions I got wrong were not given in the review in the final.
I did not like the staccato "read to me audio" in the course. It sounded like a robot and made the material very boring. I had to mute him just so I could focus on the material and read it myself. It was very disspointing.
There were infrequent instances of grammatical errors and one moment when the course seemed to contradict itself, specifically in the EPL section talking about who is an employee. "Contract workers" were listed as a commonly included employee type, and a special case example, which was confusing.
The examples of ethical and non ethical behaviors were so good in helping understanding the material
It was resourceful.
The text-to-audio speech is very dull and mechanic. I wish the voice choice was more human. I did not choose to use it for this course.

Turgid explanations. Difficult to read and follow. Hard chapter exams. Took me way longer than 6 hours to complete. Saving grace was that the final exam was very easy. Not a good choice for someone with a property insurance background.
With the popularity of service centers I would like to see some content on the dilemma of working for an insurer and also being a licensed agent in a service center and where the loyalties lie within both.
It took me double the normal time to complete my CE due to all of the exams and final exam.
The material was excellent in that it was all designed to be informative and straight to the point. No unnecessary verbiage. Thank you.

Example given for "soft fraud" is almost identical to the practice question asking hard vs soft, yet the answer turned out to be hard fraud. Suggestion would be to get rid of the idea of hard & soft fraud and just go with fraud. This seems to exist only to have more variety in questions and throw more terms into the program.
The read aloud function was disappointing as the robot voice mispronounced a number of words, had a tone that was droning and lacked in inflection on words that needed it. Some of the practice quiz questions were also worded pretty poorly, even for the areas of insurance that I specialize in, so that made the course take even longer and was frustrating.

This course and the reading was very time consuming. I would recommend what others are doing for CEs and provide one hour webinars where you listen to the information and then receive a 1 hour continuing education credit. Taking an exam at the end of the course can also be nerve racking for many. Please consider removing the exam, or reducing the reading time.

Less is Best? This particular training could have less text. Got overwhelming. Too much. The ability to work at my own pace is imperative. The audio and visual learning is my preferred style. I was pleased this was available. The quizzes and final exam were designed to match what I learned and understood i.e. No 'tricky' questions.
I wish the courses were a little more cost effective or the coupon code offered and sent remains good until nearer license renewal date.

This was one of the most amazing continuing education courses let alone courses in general that i have ever had the privilege of taking. The material was extremely non-biased and provided excellent clarity and information within the first two minutes of the course. Whoever wrote this course and provided the audio should receive a raise for the amount of effort and nonbiased information. I felt engaged, immersed and refreshed because the subject matter was well displayed. Even the Scenarios were actual real-life scenarios further impacting the credibility and accuracy of the program. 10-10 would recommend this course to anyone and everyone in the insurance industry and would also say that people who are not in the insurance industry could also benefit from the material in the first 4 chapters/sections. I'm not saying it should be mandatory, but I am saying everyone should have the Opportunity to enjoy this course.

Some of the answers and questions made no sense, for example, one answer to a question about paper files was "It is evidence in the file"

The easiest way to get needed CEs
I thought some of the content was dated. In today's world of insurance agencies have vewry little if anything to do with clims, they are not provided copies or documents mailed to insured's. This is all maintained by the carrier. Agents are presumed to the time to check a carrier website for documents. Not a good practice yet it is prevelent in today's practice.
Wish WebCE offered more video courses.

The only thing I disliked about the NI course is that the screens only showed a few paragraphs, when I would prefer to have a drag box on the side. It was annoying to have to hit the next button every minute! (I am a fast reader and found it too burdensome).

The course final exam was written in a negative manner with questions following an EXCEPT method. It would be nicer to have clear questions without the tricky EXCEPT method.

Taking the tests at the end of each section is more helpful than taking the exam at the end. I prefer no exam for the CE credits.
I haven't taken a course on WebCE for a year or so and I love the format! The chapter link for the review questions and the ability to search for content in the search bar is a wonderful asset. This CEU experience has been easy and very enjoyable! I recommend WebCE to anyone who requires CEU's offered through this website! Great value and a great source of information!

The pronunciation of the 18th Century German Philosopher Immanuel Kant is the German way, not "can't." Though "Cahnt" sounds affected it is not the way anybody who is familiar with Kant would say his name, Australians and Brits mostly excepted.
This ethics course made me think that ethics is all up to an individual. I understand that people are different and are more moral on certain things, but to say that cheating on a spouse is ethical if the couples morals say it is makes no sense to me. Next we will be saying murder and rape is ok if the person's morals are that they are ok...ethics are supposed to be universal in certain stances in my opinion, according to law and common sense. I would never have my son take this kind of ethic class because it makes no sense to me!!!
This is my second time going through the CE process for license renewal. I love this platform. It is very user friendly.
The only problem with this course and test is there isn't enough time to complete the whole thing in the amount of time given.
I wish our company scheduled the appropriate amount of time to read the material and take the test.

The exam question answers often insulted the intelligence of anyone who bothered to do the minimum work of reading the course material. A higher standard standard would be better for all concerned.
It would be nice to have a little more variety in options for my courses. Because I have to do bridge courses, it limits what I can take, so I ended up taking three different ethics classes.
Content and course study seemed more like a 5 hr course. Seems like it is a bit much for 3 hr credit course
Situation examples were to point and easy to understand.

I assume the hours list refer the CEU's that will apply so 3 hours is 3 CEU's that should be much clearer on all the courses offered
I'm going to look for a different provider in the future, because this course was WAY too involved, incredibly time consuming and put way too much emphasis on laws that would NEVER be applicable in the average person's day to day activities. The course was verbose and should be severely edited. It was not user-friendly.
Good Program
I like that it was short, entertaining with story telling and easy to understand so it wasn't boring. The quick quiz at the end of each chapter was not too long and is helpful to identify areas where a little more study or focus should be applied.

some of the questions were wrong. for example it said that emails are unsubstantiated docs when further on it was suggested to be use. also to get signatures from all clients as to Uber is insane as a suggestion.
The class took too long. I followed it but was trying to take notes so I would pause it.
Use common names, easy to read names. I find simple names in course study resources make it more easy to follow the exam questions.

I have taken numerous courses from WebCE, and I found this one more difficult to follow than others. I thought the material was somewhat confusing, as far as the way things were worded. It was hard to follow. Especially the GL, Auto, and WC units. I feel that my experience in the industry helped me pass the exam .
The audio needs improvement. The text to talk sometimes conveys the wrong message in a sentence. The reader is clearly not reading sentences as many words are mispronounced or emphasized wrong.
The first question of my exam was asking about Extramarital affairs and that it basically wanted me to agree that its ethical to be ok with such actions. This question is RIDICULOUS and HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. It has NOTHING to do with insurance. The very idea that WEBCE includes such an outlandish question that erodes moral fiber is insane. Asking an agent to be "ok" with unethical and immoral actions in an ethics course/exam is beyond ridiculous. This question should be removed, if for no other reason, that it has NOTHING to do with insurance or being a professional of any kind!

Some of the material presented is not clear enough to answer the test questions accurately. This is a common theme in your process. I went back and review the course material regarding the question I answered incorrectly and the test question was clearly a bad question overall.
although at times there were a lot of concepts presented all at once in certain sections, the information was clearly presented; the examples of situations were helpful
I did NOT like the read to me voice; I found him very boring & blah with no personality.
Videos that demonstrate a role playing scenario like on Jeopardy would break things up.

This course is woefully outdated. 95% to 98% of what we do is electronic (emails, zoom, drop box, etc) and this has way, way, way too much focus on paper -- especially in GIG / remote Covid times. I mean I can't even fathom the last time I or one of my team members received a fax. The basics are there -- but can use a major overhaul to be relevant to today's work environment. Appendix Checklists are good help -- if we could get them say in Excel (preferable) or PDF (fill-in/check box) template format.
This took much longer than 3 hours to complete, maybe closer to five.
The content is overly wordy & drawn out. Especially when compare to Kaplan. Important info, content could be given in shorter version. At times, it’s difficult to progress thru course in a timely manner.
It was extremely difficult. I had to take the FinalCourse Test MULTIPLE times and had to go through the entire course 3 times. There were too many endorsements to remember all of them correctly and it seemed there were a lot of questions about the endorsements where it wasn't clear exactly which one was correct. I did well in the previous courses, but really struggled with this one.

I thought some of the examples in the reading material were not real clear-cut to show the differences. For example the soft fraud story was actually used in a sample question but was then rated as a hard fraud. I found the examples a little unclear, but the test questions were clear cut

This course references the life insurance industry way too much. I'm pretty sure most of your customers are probably on the P&C side of things, so it would be nice if your scenarios were more related to P&C.

Time represented for the CE hours were not accurate and took much longer for a 47 year insurance person. Please revise hours given to the time needed even to read much less to absorb and learn.

I was pretty unimpressed by several of the exam questions that were ridiculously easy. Several were phrased, which of the following would NOT be included in a claim file, and the answers would be so obvious it did not seem like it was a serious question. Example answers were a grocery list, the claim adjuster's lunch receipt, etc. This is a serious topic and it rubbed me the wrong way that multiple questions did not seem to reflect the serious nature of the course. Another one of the weird questions was what should the new employee NOT do with her procedures manual, and the answer was that she shouldn't post a Facebook selfie of her using it as a fan... like why in the world is that an answer choice for a professional continuing education exam? The chapter information was good and informative, I was just disappointed by 4 or 5 of the final exam questions.
Reading it took much longer than 3 hours and if I had listened to the audio, even longer. Just reading, very little diagrams or interaction.
Some of the practice and exam questions were worded ambiguously. Correct answers made assumptions that were not present in the questions.

One of the questions about insurable interest used the term "currently", then referenced a future event as the correct answer. Maybe remove the word "currently"?
My only concern is that during the "Read it to me" audio, the voice doing the reading did so in a very monotone voice
Best ethics class I have taken . . . it was relevant, interesting and most importantly not a waste of time. I disagree strongly with the information concerning open marriage that is contrary to Biblical Principles . . . Bible is the basis for all ethical behavior and its principles for life cannot be ignored.

After 40 years in the commercial insurance, this course was EXTREMELY difficult and took way longer than the hours we are given credit for. Should be an 8 hour class.
The speaker's voice is in a dull monotone. To improve listening, his voice inflection should be more pleasant and easy to listen to without falling asleep. Just sayin'

This course was too dense, contained too many specifics/details, and contained info that went beyond the stated purpose
This course took longer than expected because of only 3 hours awarded credit.
Some of the questions posed during the course, presumes that the student is well versed with certain insurance products, which is not always the case. Therefore, it was occasionally challenging to make a decision based on my limited knowledge. Example, I sell Property/Casualty products (primarily professional liability) and know very little about life insurance, so there were times when I was guessing at the point the course was trying to make.

I did appreciate the audio, it helped me to focus on the material more than if I were reading it to myself.

There was also a question about infidelity, which does not apply to insurance of ethical application of insurance practices, so I thought that it was out of place. Thank you!
I liked that I could choose my own courses for a package deal.
Having a video of someone talk about the content instead of the computer generated monotone voice. It was very difficult to listen but was needed as reading it all would have been harder.
I dont think you need course objectives listed in a long detail. I loved the real life examples and scenerios your quesitons are great and logical and not many 'trick' quesitons.

The content is basically a bunch of filler material. Very little substance and same with the final exam questions. making jokes about telepathic communications and selfies give a very poor impression and indication that webce does not take the material seriously. If your question designers cannot come up with enough valuable questions they should be fired or the number of questions should simply be reduced.

I encourage a staff member to review this course with the voice service, the cadence was slow. Scheduling a 3 hours for the course, it was finished in 4hrs. This was frustrating. The extra-martial affair question IMO should be removed.

Questions about ethics are vague and it feels like there were trick questions by using similar words or adjectives - instead of reinforcing accuracy of information. The course materials were repeated too many times. The course was too time consuming.
