This was an informative course. If an agent would be writing Flood insurance for someone, they would have to review this information more than once before being qualified to write the insurance. There is a lot of information to know.
This 3 hour credit course took me 5 hours to complete. Should have been worth more credit.

The reading etc. can tend to lull you to sleep and straining on the eyes. More color and some drawings or pictures with color may be helpful.

some of the wording is different for the actual test questions, which can be confusing with all the information that's in the chapters. It would be helpful to keep the same terminology. example: additional living expenses was stated on the test questions as "additional living"

It is confusing and I believe unnecessary to present forms that aren't used much. These courses are more difficult when forms presented are not an option with company I work for.
Course material is very dense. Hard to digest and retain information in this format. Suggest shorter sections with understanding reinforcement exercises.

as an agent for over 40 years i find it very unnecessary to make it mandatory to take CE..especially ETHICS and FLOOD. I should be getting credits for attending any of the companies meeting s i represent to go over the products i sell.. period !!!
This was a good course for someone that already had flood training. Just the right amount of detail and reminders of important items.
Course audio was very dull and actually sounded like a computer voice. Not very personal. Sounded more like AI audio / robotic sounding.

I think there is a typo in the material. Under the below section for Subrogation, the paragraph refers to a waterbed as the subject material. In the last sentence of the first paragraph, however, a "furnace" is referenced. I believe that should be "waterbed" correct? Residential Renters Insurance: Exposures and Coverages Liability Coverages in the Renters Policies (HO 4 and HO 14) 5. 7 - Liability and Property Conditions Subrogation "In this event, the insured must sign and deliver to the insurer all related papers in conjunction with the purchase and maintenance of the furnace, as well as cooperate in assisting the insurer in collecting from the negligent party."
I liked the layout and spacing of the content. It wasn't as jumbled together as another program I used.

Great courses
When studying and completing the practice tests I prefer to be able to search the pdf to find the specific subject matter, not being able to do a search in the pdf doesn't enhance my learning experience and is frustrating. Some topics are tough but I don't need to review all 50 pages of the course, sometimes I just need to reread the one section. Ease of navigation to get there as a "search" in the pdf is very important.

Videos with people (like being in a class with a teacher) would be the absolute best way to learn. Having more examples, i.e. stories to tell about what you're talking about is best too...I would remember a lot more.

Way easier than I thought it would be. Information was easy to locate and very easy to understand.
I listened to the audio and took all the quizzes and somehow had 25 minutes of time to fill at the end of the course. I used he time to reread the glossary and review the quizzes but it was odd that the content didn't take the full 3 hours.
The non-human, AI narration was monotonous, robotic and made it difficult to stay focused on the material being presented.

Just a very indepth, long course. I take notes along with hearing the course so it took a lot longer than 3 hours.
You may want to review the clarifications on "equality" and "equity" because the first half of the paragraph doesn't seem to agree with the second half.
I appreciated the short segments of each topic as I found it easier to comprehend than having long chapters. Test questions were helpful and appreciated the explanation with each question, especially when I answered wrong.

Website is ancient. For a website with 'web' in it, I think you should invest in putting together some better branding and user experience. Shopify, Wordpress, Magenta etc should provide some cheap prices with premade templates for better presentation.

On this Flood course chapter 5.4 has an example the Bob was under insured and should be at 80% his loss was $70k and you say he will get $80k. Not bad made money by not be insured to maximum.

The computer voice is a killer. Would love to see you implement some AI to assist with the reading of the content. The male computer voice is mono-tone, and really puts you to sleep. The time indicated to complete the course should be modified. When it comes to remembering numbers (and quite a few of them), sometimes, more time needs to be spent to commit it to memory. The course was also a lengthy one. While I was not actually timed, I believe the time indicated should be increased so that students may plan accordingly. Otherwise, the course was very informative, and it appeared to have all of the information needed to successfully pass the course.
They talked about 2 policies for 6 hours of content and never even showed verbiage from the actual policies.

The craftily-worded questions are quite annoying, as it seems like they're made to trip people up. It seems excessive to use trick questions in CE courses.
Suggest taking out double negatives in questions as they do not contribute to testing course knowledge but rather test English comprehension skills.... Suggest making the search tool go to the highlighted results. Once the exam has been taken, we should be able to see what the right answers were, not just the student answers.... that's not helpful at all

Truly disliked the apparently AI-generated voice reading the material. Mis-pronounced words and uneven speech pattern was very distracting. Eventually went back to just reading the material.

The "read it to me" narration had great difficulty pronouncing acronyms and abbreviations such as flood zone indications in this course and roman numeral. The automation tried to make/pronounce words from acronyms and abbreviations that were not correct.

The Read-it-to-me audio is so very useful for slow readers like myself however, what would be most advantageous would be if there was a speed level between 7.5 and 1.0 option.
Page after page of written text was not a very captivating read. The addition of some photos, graphs or other visual stimulus would have made the content more entertaining.

Took at least 30 mins longer than the 2 hrs I was awarded, but I actually read ALL the material plus questions & answers.
In the last exam in this class the question says Chelsea had a loss to her ring and how much was NANCY going to be paid. There was no option for $0. ** the ring is not Nancy's ring so it should have been $0
Studying and testing is never enjoyable, but some of the multiple choice answers were hysterically funny. I found myself laughing out loud a few times...and who doesn't need to laugh out loud now and again to break up the monotony? ;-D
I learned a ton in this course. It was actually really interesting and there is a lot I will use in my daily work.
I don't have a problem with this course. Just the ethics one teaching moral relativism

Very easy to use! The instructions were clear and the format was simple. The only thing I would suggest would be to add more examples off different difficulty starting with easy examples to understand and then harder. I say this because it jumps in to examples and it was a bit hard to understand the terminology at the beginning, but it was easier.
I enjoyed the platform, especially the read to me feature.
I am an auditory learner and being able to follow along as it was reading helped me tremendously
This course should definitely not be included as 4-hour content for MN license requirements. The course is very short and, even following along with the timed narrator, does not take 4 hours to complete.
Renter's and Endorsement information and exams should be broken up into 2 or 3 different exams to assist in retention of information. This may save time .

The test questions are not so close to the right answers, which can make it difficult to know what the right answer is.
Add in more -- and more frequent -- interactive exercises. It gets monotonous with either reading or having the material read to yourself after a while.

This course was fantastic because it appeared to be written by an actual human; the language was relatable and understandable, unlike other WebCE courses I've taken which are basically the policy form language cut and pasted onto the screen. Thank you!

This course had some very useful information. Rating factors for a Homeowner are generally very hard to make an insured understand all that is factored into the rating plan. This will help me explain. I made several notes to use in my everyday explanations. Thank you
Your answers are not correct if we maje a mistake or are very poorly worded and confusing
A couple of times I felt the questions used different terminology than in the reading. For example, under home valuation the reading calls for the cost per square foot to be an option. In the question on this topic, it used the value per square foot. Those are two different concepts and creates ambiguity.

The I'm not a robot took too long and required too many entries. The speed of the audio was a little fast for me at 1, however to slow at .75. Course content was excellent and I learned a lot about something I thought I had decent familiarity with.
I am glad it has a lot of in credit of classroom equivalent. I was hoping it has more 1, 2 or 3 hours credit classes. 6 hour credits are too long.
Questions are long and sometimes have poor grammar; names are just trying to confuse the reader. Otherwise, good course.

-6 hours is insufficient credit as time does not account for additional required activities, exams, or constantly needing to enter account information to confirm you are still completing the learning. -Use of "poisonous snake" is inaccurate. It should be "venomous snake". -AI voice can be distracting as it does not sound natural.
I really enjoyed this course. It definitely helped me determine what questions I need to when writing a Homeowners Policy. Very informative!

I loved the read it to me audio. My only complaint with it was that the reader needed a better pause between headings or sections so that everything didn't sound like one long run on sentence. But overall, I appreciated that option.
I had hoped for a more detailed description for the agent's responsibilities and processes in particular regarding direct purchase of NFIP policies

Interesting and informative, however this course included information about the'HO 14, which none of our carriers (and we have many) ever mentioned this form. That meant I had to spend a lot more time on the course.
There were times in this course where the read to me feature provided the incorrect pronunciation of words, which was distracting. I'd also recommend a slower cadence when reviewing formulas or specific numeric/computational examples that people need to think about.
As someone with ADHD having the contents with audio made it so much easier to retain information. It kept me engaged and faster to move through the course.
Everything was very good.....not sure I would change anything.
This was great because when I got busy, I could leave the course and resume exactly where I left off.
There's mothing to condemn at all. I just like its flexibility most.
The read-it-to-me audio helps, but without videos or in-chapter quizzes to break up the monotony of the longer chapters, it can be difficult to properly absorb the information on the first read.

This is ALOT of information to try to retain without the aid of a teacher. The fact that you cannot go back to review the material is completely unrealistic, and you should be able to. I had to take this test 5 times.

This course was very easy and anyone who's competent with understanding the language and terminology can pass the final exam with flying colors. "Heads-up" the practice exam questions are not the same as the final exam questions. But it seemed easier to pass the 25 questions on the Final Exam. I scored 100% "Good Luck!!!!!!!"

These forms are non-traditional and are incorrect compared to current forms used in the industry. With State Farm insuring 1/3 of homes they should be more consistent

Under Chapter 7 "Its Your Responsibility" Quiz Question #1 Mary purchased a flood insurance policy many years ago .... which of the following is NOT a duty she has to perform in conjunction with her claim. I answered C. "Submit to an examination under oath if the adjuster requires this." System Response: "This answer is incorrect. The answer is "B. Show the policy provision granting coverage to the claims adjuster." Mary has several explicit post-loss duties, but educating the adjuster is not one of them." I found this very confusing and funny at the same time.
graphics help. i am never a fan of education with just words. my job pertains to using the fema website and map? where are the graphics to go along with it? i had to search it up my self. i know we are all adults. but not everyone can learn, take in, and absorb from just words.
The language in this coarse was easy to understand. All of the information in this course relates to what I need to know.

This was a tough course to comprehend all the different endorsements. It might make it easier if you had some diagrams which could summarize all the coverages and differences between the HO4 and HO14.

the read-it-to-me audio is nice to have, but the tone of voice is very monotone. Makes it harder to retain the information than reading it
It took 3 hours to listen to recording of information. I was given 1 1/2 to complete reading and test. More time needs to be addressed.
Some of this language was so confusing ... unsure how to make it better, but some of the questions were set up to really confuse you ...
It was helpful not only for the CE hours, but to remind me of questions to cover at renewal time.

This was a harder course. There seems to be some ambiguity and interpretation within the course. Not necessarily an issue with the content, maybe more so becuase there was a lot of content.
The content could have been easier to follow if it compares HO4 and HO14 side by side instead of mixing in or reference each in each section.

Question #4 in the last section: What factor that Everett did fail to consider might have caused this problem? Incorrect sentence structure! Wrong location of words, should be: What factor did Everett fail to consider that might have caused this problem?

Out of all the courses I've taken this year, this was the best for the inter-actives. Course was very detailed & answered most of my questions on home sharing; also on rentals. I only question why companies put "partners" or significant others as named insureds rather than using the endorsement.
Finding course was very difficult. Material is presented in a dry fashion and hard to pay attention. however i appreciated the read aloud since I have a vision impairment. need that option for test taking.

The read audio is very monotone. It would be better if there was more inflection in the audio.
Deductible section needs to be updated based on current conditions in the market place - ie %2 for Wind & Hail and 1% on all other perils. Most companies don't offer lower options any longer.
Some of the quiz questions were misleading and not very well defined.

WebCE is a great way to complete all my CE courses for my 2-20 license, but I've noticed a few typos on the last few courses I've taken. For example, the material will say there are 4 exclusions but only 3 will be listed, small stuff like that.

did not enjoy this Flood class. Very hard to absorb and understand.
The questions in the test was almost an insult to my intelligence. I 1st took the practice questions for each section to get an idea of what I needed to study. I then read the material and took the final test. The questions in the final test were significantly easier than the practice questions and I don't feel the practice questions were a fair example of the final test itself.
A lot of information wasn't on the exam. Too much information at times that wasn't relevant, it seemed.
Answer choices once again need to be clear.

The A/I used to teach the material needs work. It is so monotone that it is a constant struggle to stay focused, even while reading along. I have never struggles so much to 'stay tuned' in a class.
Some questions were hard to understand.
Some of your answers are not the same as what State Farm will provide their insured, but that's ok. Each state/carrier writes their policies a little different.
Much of this module is not correct. Your documentation does not match the testing. You need to reevaluate this section.

The interactives are a great learning aid. The pictures also helped break up the monotony of staring at the screen. The second half of the material seemed to lack in pictures/images and the endorsement information at the end was very bulky, information ladden and it all tended to run together a bit in that portion. The residential renters guide was long enough with the ho4 and ho 14 policies and endorsements without having to include all the other kinds of property coverage endorsements.

Wish FEMA/NFIP would use WebCE for annual renewals of my NFIP Registered Adjuster FCN. The 6 hour NFIP seminar is a waste of everyone's time and imparts no usable information or skill building.

some ares were confusing especially I was sure there was conflicting information about the the subsidies not being eligible when an owner sells his house. Did not see anything mentioned about transferring the policy, yet was in the test.. There were several items on the test that I could not seem to locate ( or easily locate ) in the material .. Otherwise great course
Section 1.2 was confusing and needed some elaboration to clear up what was being said.. specifically the section discussing... For example, assume that only John Smith is listed as a named insured in the declarations of a homeowners policy. He moves out of the house due to a separation, and his wife Mary remains in the house. Mary is no longer a "you" since she no longer resides with her spouse John. In addition, the definition of "residence premises" means "the one family dwelling where 'you' reside." In this situation, coverage could be threatened. .... Also on the Test regarding Other Structures it was a bit confusing as Other Structures coverage is included by default on Homeowners policies, at least the ones that I service.. so the only options that would apply would be making sure there was enough coverage on the included covg. B ( which I chose by selecting raising the coverage ( total coverage to 435,000 which would include covg. B at 35,000 ) .. other option that could apply was to make sure the Garage was listed on the policy DEC.. .. Otherwise nothing else needed clarification, everything was great

Easy to complete requirements
My company provided ExamFx and I tool the test probably 50 times and couldn't pass so, per the recommendation of my boss we decided to switch to webCE and I passed the first time. The study material didn't match the test on Exam FX, this was much easier
Finding the proctor was tough since i'm virtual and in Indiana, but all requests were answered promptly by your teams
Please get a new voice for the recording, the monotone is a killer, makes one stop listening after so long, other than that, GREAT!

There was a section talking about how a "good student" gets an A, but a student who doesn't perform well gets a D. That really needs to say "the student who performed well earned an A"...or something to that effect.

Thanks again for an excellent learning experience. I found this course most beneficial to me as I am in Florida and we are currently having many homeowner insurance carriers leave our state. It is good to know the why's and how's the premium is arrived at and how the property is rated.
It would be helpful to include videos to reduce some of the reading time.
I'm taking a lot of training courses for my new job. I struggle with courses that are textbook like. I learn better with more interactive courses (Total CSR interactive lessons are an example). I did like WebCE offered the course to be read through with you, the chapter exams and the final exam.

There was a 1-question quiz in one of the early sections that said it would provide the correct answer after 2 incorrect guesses, but it never gave me the correct answer until I guessed it.
The audio read out was difficult to listen to. Use a real human.

The hard copy book is required
I took notes and reread some material so it took me more than 4 hours to complete. I don't know if you allow for that when determining how much material to include in a course. With in-person courses, a ten minute break is allowed within each hour of course credit, so a 4 credit course actually has 3 hours and 20 minutes of instruction.
I felt the content was very easily retained throughout the duration of the course.
Questions were clearly stated. manual was easy to follow and find details when the answer wasnt immediately known or obvious

There should be a button/flag stating "are you sure you want to revisit a course that you have already completed." That way, if you accidentally click on a chapter you have completed thinking you are "resuming" where you left off, you will not waste time as the system lets you go back through it as if you had never taken it.

The automated voice used for the audio caused frequent confusion while listening without reading due to mispronunciation of some words (with different pronunciations/meanings or times, etc), but I was grateful to be able to change the playback speed.

I can't pinpoint what changed, but I found this course much more effective than the last flood course I took. It was easy to follow, not overly detailed. Just a bit of repetitive information which I find helpful.
The monotone voice is not ideal.

I like the way you did the quiz after each chapter and then how you showed the correct answer if one was wrong.
There was an incredible amount of importance put on the varying differences between the HO4 and HO14 policies. Until today, I really didn't have a frame of reference for HO14, because my company (in my nearly 5 years of experience) has never offered, provided training for, or sold HO14 polcies. As a Progressive employee I have to question the relevance and comparisons to HO4's, by the HO14 type policy.

My employer sets up my Continuing Education- I've found other vendors to supply adequate materials, in shorter version, reasonable for someone who doesn't directly handle such policies. We are given 4hrs to complete the session, while adding the audile Read-To -me functionality since I last took this course- greatly assisted, it simply can't be done in 4hrs. Please check Exhibit 7.2 Coverage C Sub-limits, each category items seems to be listed twice. I enjoyed the new updated from 2022, such as Cannabis Exclusions and Endorsement.
The robotic voice of the reader, is a major distraction.
Maybe switch off the voices in the reading to make it a little more interesting.

Your course states the following: "Water Exception Certain parts of the general property water exclusion that apply to surface water (water that runs, stands, or accumulates on the ground) and water below the surface of the ground do not apply to loss by water covered under the exceptions to the mold and “wear and tear” exclusions. For example, assume the insured’s foundation bulges and expands as the result of water below the surface of the ground due to an underground spring on his property. At first glance, coverage is precluded under the Section I water exclusion. However, coverage for this loss fits into the allowable exception; thus, coverage applies. Again, this exception applies only to surface water and water below the surface of the ground. It does not apply to any other causes, such as flood." The above statement about the spring goes against my understanding of 18 years. Your course later states: "The third water exclusion pertains to water below the surface of the ground, including water that exerts pressure on or seeps, leaks, or flows through a building, sidewalk, driveway, patio, foundation, swimming pool, or other structure. In one noteworthy case, hydrostatic pressure beneath the surface of the ground resulting from heavy rains caused a basement wall to collapse. This exclusion precluded coverage for the loss. The exclusion also applies to losses on homes that sit on top of a previously unknown underground spring that eventually causes a collapse in the foundation and floor." It also later states: Sinkhole Collapse Coverage (HO 04 99) ...Earth movement losses, which encompass sinkholes, are excluded under the unendorsed homeowners policy. These other two paragraphs appear to conflict with the first paragraph. If I'm missing the point, it is at least confusing, and you might consider rewording. Exhibit 7.2, Coverage C Sublimits has duplicates. Question 49 has a typo on answer A. Question 33 appears to have 3 correct answers. Question 44 appears to only have incorrect answers. I selected the fishing boat and got the answer correct, but your chapter 7 appears to allow for the increase of special limits on watercraft.
Have a real person read the audio, not a computer. It was very distracting, especially when the computer read off times.

It was the perfect amount of information to obtain/manage and understand for each section. It was informative and gave good examples for understanding the principals of each subject.
It took much longer to read the material than 3 hours. More lists with bullet points rather than long sentences which are difficult to "take in" at times would help that. The charts included helped but there could be more diagrams. Also more examples of concepts help.

There is what appears to be a typographical error in the glossary. Reduction and Reformation of Coverage: A standard flood insurance policy (SFIP) provision that establishes conditions under which the policy will be considered to provide lower limits of insurance than those shown in the declarations because the *amount of insurance* submitted with the application was not enough to support the requested limits. The starred phrase should read "premium" rather than "amount of insurance".

I already ordered. But some of your questions were just tricks and not meant to be answered with just knowledge, you had to decider the questions real intent first. Its about knowledge not double negative comprehension. Also your explanations/ course at times were the same. Very hard to follow.

I got very long having a guy just read the material without any hesitation. But it helped to read and listen to it. I got done with the audio and pre tests in just over 3 hours. I didn't like that I had to re play 1 hour of content. The audio portion should get you closer to the 4 hour limit needed.

Some of the coursework I entirely too drawn out and lengthy; coupled with being extremely boring, it was difficult to remain focused for the duration of the course. I am glad this class has been completed and I am nearing full completion and compliance with ALL of the assigned coursework!!

The man reading it is great and very helpful for people who need the extra focus. the material is detailed and speaks in lamens terms. aka insurance for dummys. HOWEVER how the questions were worded were ridiculous. come on now.

All of the $ figures in questions need to be updated to meet current standard.
The examples for each concept gave clarity.
I like the online course that I can review on my time. I like that I can stop and pick up where I left off whether it is in the content or test. I do feel the content is a bitextensive the way it is presented. For my personal style I would appreciate more interactive pick the correct answer or maybe a chart/graph of comparing information. I understand that is not always possible but it would change it up a little and keep the reader interested and engaged.
Open book downloadable PDF courses are extremely time efficient and I can always reference materials in the future if I ever need to. 10/10.
Easy enough but too wordy without any visuals - pictures of things that are and are not covered is helpful to a visual learner like myself. Good overall.

Much easier than last year in so far as the "test as you go" system installed since I last took the course.
NFIP is very dense and technical and I do not think there is an easier way to present all the technical terms thanks to all the overlapping legislative programs.
The Renters course was not appropriate for the average producer or account manager. Way too technical and legal. Many times the course mentioned that aspects would not be a concern of a renter. Seemed better for an adjuster or underwriter.

I love WebCE's courses! I've been using WebCE since I became a licensed professional in 2006 and I will continue to do so.
The HO and Renter's don't apply to my skill set.
Occasionally there are insurance exceptions and contradictions with certain coverage types regarding exclusions, as well as proximate cause and ensuing loss clauses where the contradictions, and exceptions are listed on separate pages instead of together, leaving , occasionally , 1 page to contradict with a further page without an explanation of the rules or order based hierarchy applicable activated insurance clauses or language.

The Flood laws have changed. RR2.0. Where this classes does touch on it slightly. There needs to be more info on the RR2.0 program. Since the NFIP has merged over to using the RR2.0 and the requirements
I love this tool! It is so efficient and I love how quickly my course completion is reported to the state. I don’t worry about the continuation of my license being in jeopardy because of this site reports my immediate progress to the state hourly, therefore my compliance is never in question. WebCE is so trustworthy and they prove it hour after hour, day after day!

A lot of similar testing questions. Several Medical Payments to Others questions, 3 questions about gun coverage, and several questions about autos/off road vehicles.

I really like the Video class in the Ethic course. But do appreciate the audio on the other courses. I do not read that fast and the audio or video is a BIG HELP!!! I took many classes but only wanted to do your survey once and waited till my last course.
Flood insurance is a vast subject and though I've been an insurance broker for over 20 years, I'd never studied it. My only complaint was that three hours of credit is WAY TOO LOW. I put in well over 10 .
I like the video with someone teaching the course like Ethics. The audio is great, but like the instructor as well.

The exam was incredibly easy, even I suspect for the most basic of insurance beginners. Please toughen up 8-10 questions on this exam by making MCE alternative (but "wrong") choices more reasonable.

The course is easy to follow, user friendly and all but the questions some of them were entirely too long, too many details and I feel it was used to confuse the student.
Im pretty sure i went over the estimated course time by using the read it to me audio by over 30 minutes excluding the test. The other thing I severely dislike is Blind test results. Once again I'm walking away knowing I have incomplete knowledge, on a subject that prior to the course, I had No knowledge or prior training of what so ever.

I have been a WEB CE customer for many, many years. To me, WebCE is the Guru Of Continuing Education Courses. I love that the material is new, and it challenges my insurance mind, making me think of new ways to speak to clients about coverages. This course, had me deep thinking, for real. That's a great thing, I surely took my time with this.I am a Licensed insurance professional for over 20 years, and some of the questions really had me putting my insurance thinking cap on super tight.

Add a note for agents to conduct public data searches (I use Realtor Property Resource) to review ownership of buildings. I have come across an increasing number of policies that we review that don't include a trust in the name or an endorsement. Insureds forget to mention formation of trusts to their agents. We review public record listings on 100% of the new policies we write... we should probably consider adding this for renewal reviews as well
So many years, numbers and acronyms that I had never heard of. Still can't remember what most even mean! This wasn't a class for "beginners".

There were some clear errors and some terms that needed to be stated more explicitly due to other concepts in the same section with similar terms.

The question about what is needed for a policy to go into effect says photo, deed, bribe, or premium unless on installments. I selected photo and got it wrong. Since deed and bribe are not required the only option is premium. I didn't select this because NFIP doesn't offer installments.

I liked that the chapter information was interesting and challenge me to think like an agent, and how I would service my clients better.
Some of the questions especially the one about rental property purchased are just not correct. We sell separate RDP's for property with a different address. The student/dependent coverage is not defined in any policy. You should have a current sales person check your info for updated and correct policies we actually sell

The course made a difficult subject understandable. I thought I would be bored, but I found the course enjoyable and interesting.
Took me a while to figure out that I was suppose to click on the course where it showed what was going to be covered in the course to get to it. Only thing I saw to click on was the exam. Also this is listed as a 3 hour course and I was only given 1 hour to complete it. Need more time to finish it.

Everything was ok in taking this course and taking the exam.
This course took longer than the estimated amount of time. But the real problem is that this course includes the phrase "A diamond ring is worth much more today than it was when the couple was engaged 20 years ago" which is simply untrue. Diamond rings aren't even good at holding their value when they're brand new, and in recent years, have decreased in value due to decreasing demand. Please correct this oversight.
I've been in the industry for 52 years and have a different perspective than most.
Certificates should be forwarded directly to the Louisiana Department of Insurance.

For continuing education purposes some classes are too lengthy for the credits being applied.
Site was very slow and made it difficult to complete chapters and exams.

Your goal in testing should not be to see if you can have persons fail the course!! It is of little value with trick questions and that two answers could be correct?/ VERY FRUSTRATING FOR RENEWAL CERTIFICATES
I was surprised that the final test was easier than the tests at the end of each chapter. I mean, thank you for that!!
I did not care for this course. The information was not concise nor very relevant. The Course Title is deceiving & the content did not match. It covered too many Endorsements that were not referred to on the Exam. I expected to primarily review the "20 ?'s you need to ask for writing an HO policy" & the course contained overkill on other HO policy information. A course should be developed to cover Endorsements exclusively because they are in a stand-alone category . There are too many "formulas" to remember which relate to the Endorsements. The Exam also, did not emphasize the Course Title. The Exams were repetitive with regard to the non-relevancy to the Course Title. Each time I didn't pass, I couldn't understand my errors but apparently I was making them. Therefore, I didn't know what I was getting wrong & there is no opportunity to review errors. I have utilized Web CE for many years & feel this course was not developed appropriately. I was extremely disappointed @ the level of difficulty to pass the Exam. I finally did however, it took way-y-y, too much time. To the contrary....I certainly appreciate the opportunity to take Exams as many times needed 'til PASSING! TY for allowing me to leave comments.
I really liked some of the questions in the final exam. There was laughter on my part at some of the options. Thank you for not making the final exam so stressful.
The information contained in The H/O Course were up to date & relevant to today's Insurance Industry. I found the new information enlightening and informative. It opened my eyes to a number of changes and updates within the industry.
I don't normally do well with online tests but this format and process was very effective and I appreciate the format.
I've been taking online courses through Web CE for years. Very convenient.
All checkpoint quizzes need to have the correct answers revealed before moving on to the next section.

I don't like how you will introduce an acronym and then from then on use that acronym throughout the whole course as if were to instantly memorize every acronym. Because eventually they all pile up till it's a bunch of nonsense that I can't understand

Course very detailed and informative. I find that the mini test given and graded with explanations throughout the course is better. This helps retain information, than a long study course then exam.
I love WebCe it's the best choice I have made since I started my CE.

I would move Glossary to the beginning or at least the acronyms
Suffered a flood loss, found out we were eligible for funds to elevate the home but adjuster never told us about that. Other than that the claim was handled well. We were in a preferred zone but I bought the policy anyhow. Turns out to one of the best investments I made. (no longer rated as a preferred zone)

This class and the test was very easy and understandable. My only suggestion is maybe to get a person to read aloud rather than a computer. Other than that, it was great!

Errors in content or spelling and deceptive questions. First course offered by you that I found disappointing.
I do like the read to me portion. It makes it easier to keep focused but the number 0 were read as alphabetical sounds instead of numeric.
Instead of a robot voice, use a normal voice to read the content.

I didn't like the read it to me voice. It droned and so was very hard to follow because your mind just falls into kind of fuzziness.

it was great! it would be nice if the volume button didn't reset every single time I hit the next page. same for the audio speed. I preferred the speed of 1.4 and it would have been great for it to hold that speed throughout the content without having to adjust it for every page.

I actually did not like read-it-to-me audio, but at least that was an option.
The audio is computerized, therefore not conducive to learning. The computer reads each module like one incredibly long sentence.

Instead of the computer generated voice reading the material, video of a person going through the items would have been more beneficial.
On a couple of the sections it gave you interactive questions to review. If you got the answers wrong, it wouldn't tell you which was the correct answers. Perhaps after a couple of times trying and not getting it right, the system should tell you which are the correct answers.
your questions were written with not enough details~ one word changes the answers and its like a trickery game.

The last question is useless because the company requires we use this website.
I felt there was far too much content in course about Government agencies and Acts/Revisions, & not enough practical information regarding actual coverages and interactions with customers
One of the questions on the exam I believe was incorrect; it asked what was required to submit for flood insurance. I selected a photo and the system stated that was wrong. I do not believe the other answers were correct.
Easy to go at own pace and ability to start/stop as needed to for breaks.
Course was great, finding course not as great. Only way to access it was through non-accredited link which isn't intuitive

This course is very wordy and not as easy to follow and understand as other courses I'v taken.
Videos and stories of different flood situations and how they were handled.
I have only one negative issue. On one of the quiz questions the correct answer I gave was changed to a wrong answer by the program. This only happened on one quiz. Last year when I took some classes it happened several times. I have no other complaints. All went well.

I've found the other courses more beneficial as they contained significant examples to help better understand the content. Flood Insurance only had a handful of examples.
