The person or thing, reading the material, mispronounces words and ignores punctuation. This makes it slightly difficult to understand complex topics.
The course could've been easier to learn. Different types of homeowners policies shouldn't be hard to remember if taught correctly.

Some of the answer choices provided were worded differently than the associated chapters and the choices were worded in a way where the definitions were not clear. For Example, in question 39 where it asks which option Maynard should choose to keep premium down during winter months for her motorcycle not used during this time, choices cold weather policy jacket & lay-up warranty were two of the options. The chapter discussed lay-up provision, not lay-up warranty. Cold weather policy jacket can mean winter storage-coverage. This made it difficult to choose the correct answer.
The text-to-audio option is horrible. There is so much advancement in technology, you can easily find something that reads smoother. It is too slow, to mono-tone, and easy to lose interest. Spelling errors in some questions.

This course was poorly written, making a complicated subject matter even more complicated. There must be a more effective way of teaching these complicated insurance terms and scenarios.
Some of the material is outdated referencing 2021 and older manuals. The content is dry no getting around that but I would have liked watching the material explained more like in the section of scenarios vs a text book read to me.
Really enjoyed this course. Saving the manual for future reference. Lots of great info in an easy to find format. Hopeful it will make me a better insurance professional.

The automatic reading didn't continue on each page - I had to reactivate the page and click it myself multiple times. This meant I couldn't listen continuously without logging back it. That's the only thing I'd change - let me listen to it all the whole way through

The overall course was easy to follow and understand but the final course exam was extremely too long, topics did not fully correspond to the material that was presented. I would not recommend this course to friends and/or colleagues due to the final course exam alone.
I think the verbiage should be clearer based on the material given in the course. It comes off as trying to trick the person who has to take the test. This should be open book since some of the items are not dealt with on a daily basis.

The term "undocumented immigrant" you use is not correct. Technically "alien" is the term for anyone in this country who is not a US citizen. They could be here legally or illegally. If you are talking about someone here illegally, they should be referred to as an "illegal alien" not "undocumented immigrant". That is the legal term, like it or not.

This test was a complete mess and very aggravating. First it was way too long, secondly had to many questions and didnt give you the answers to what you missed. I wish the test could have been broken up or just had less questions by at least half. I was not a fan especially after the ones I took prior that held my interest and didnt make you feel stupid.

I am in Michigan, the medical payments section does not apply to us and there's no mention of our PIP which is what we have as a replacement. It would be nice to take a course that has questions for what we are trained in.

a few exam questions really didn't have an appropriate answer, and searching for the relevant answer was zero results no matter the keywords or hint ,and that left having to guess an answer to accept.

The only thing that I did not like is that I was unable to finish the test due to the time not moving at a certain time. Which for me was 7hrs and 37 minutes I tried for a few days re-going through the questions but no change. But once I received a new email I was able to complete the test.

I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.

This course was very difficult and confusing, the open book exam helped make the exam a little more easier however, it wasn't enough to actually help me pass the first few attempts. The exam it too broad to apply to everyone selling insurance. This exam is harder than the actual state exam.

As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment

If your wanting the public to choose your course over the many other options then maybe don't make the exam so hard that an agent with years of experience has to take it like 6 or 7 times. I will find another course for next time

I feel that this particular course is too long and covers far too much material to be completed in in one sitting, it needs to be broken up into smaller sections with separate quizzes of say 50 questions each instead of one quiz of 100 questions
You are the best ce option around
The last 10 hour exam was very challenging. Several questions were very ambiguous. The last test was definitely a challenge but I still will continue to recommend webce.com for continuing education education.
questions did not provide reality type circumstances and were time consuming to read for the education received.
The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.

It would be nice if the course questions and answers aligned with the learning content verbatim, a lot of the questions and answers were subjective to the learning.
There were a few random glitches on quizzes. Correct answer was selected but it appeared in red with green check beside number or red X beside number and selected answer in green as correct.

The following questions were not clear: #22 The question stated she was 25, then said "turning 25" >as student away from home needing endorsement. However, the verbiage in the reading state < 24 years of age. Rather confusing. #40 in reference to Motorcycles being used seasonally and coverage: Chapter 5 verbiage used "Lay-up provision", however, answer showed "Lay-up warrenty". Not clear as to whether I answered either of these correctly.
The prepared programs to choose from based on the state made it so much easier to choose from and begin CE.

There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.
All though its a open book, not all questions and answers are clear when they are asking these questions.
Having to sit in the course for the duration is not optimal.
Always use WEBCE so I know I will not duplicate a course

100 Questions in a row is a lot to handle in one test. They should split it up into at least 40 questions like some of the other Ces

The questions are often so wordy using strange names it is annoying. I am sure you are trying to confuse people but could you just be straight forward and ask questions in a clear approach. Did not enjoy these particular exam questions at all.

please have more questions in the practice exams, at least make practice exams somewhat part of the actual test instead of five or six questions from practice test and then 43 questions are just random....also PLEASE HIGHLIGHT IMPORTANT INFORMATION for exam questions through long material...its hard to retain so much material and not have some sort of alert for certain areas or bold print or something to trigger your memory during a question on the actual exam. THANK YOU! Other then that the material is great and set up is good as well.

In section "Pre-Loss Policy Analysis", section "Read the Exclusion Carefully, and Watch for Exceptions" there is paragraph "Property Not Covered". The last sentence describes other property not covered by a homeowners policy and reads "Other items include property of roomers and boarders, business data, and water or steam." I assume the water or steam implies that the HO policy does not provide boiler coverage, however the HO policy would cover a burst pipe from a heating system using water or steam and the resulting water damage. So the way you phrase the sentence is ambiguous.

Read to me audio was very effective in helping me understand the material.
This course was fairly easy to take. I was not expecting a big exam at the end, but it was not to difficult.
Course overall was OK but the time spent on the endorsements was not as useful as the rest of the material. The state-specific variations make many of these endorsements irrelevant for many users.
Parts of this course would have been better suited for contract law students. There also seems to be a bias against one insurance company, that was mentioned at least three times in the materials.
This section felt timed better.

The exams have too many questions. It would be nice it they were 50 questions or less. An exam with over 100 questions is too much.

The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.

I am a State Farm agent. SF is the largest insurer of boats under 26 ft in length in the U.S. The section on boats, more so then is much of the course, geared towards independent agents and ISO form numbers.
There is no course out there that provides the quality of tools, and sets people up for success like WebCE. I am truly grateful that I was able to use this to further my career!
course was decent, straightforward and not convoluted. My only recommendation would be to include more visual examples of coverages or exclusions to help establish the difference in the mind of the student, because many of the coverages and exclusions contain the same words and are difficult to remember.
The course was a bit extensive when comparing the material with the exam. However, the was very informative and enhanced my ability to serve my applicants and insured's.

Don't make questions so worded and confusing making a person have to read question multiple times.
I did notice several typos within the course, ranging from use of "any way" where "anyway" would have been correct, to one section where several sentences were duplicated, resulting in a jumbled, unclear paragraph.
I will only use WEBCE from now on. I love it!!

The information on having a virtual proctor was not understood. It made it seem that a proctor would be provided to work with.
There were numerous errors in the wording. As is the question weren't confusing enough. The text felt ridiculously long. Almost like run on sentences. I feel like the exams questions were extremely difficult to decipher in comparison to the text. I liked is that the courses is quick until you reach the exam portion. I did like the fact that progress is saved.
The reading of content by AI is painful. Material should be read by an actual human who understands language pronunciation and basic grammar.
I decided on 12 hours perhaps you could split this 12 hours into 4 segments to make easier.
I've been using WEBCE for over a decade. Also, when I call with a question about reciprocity between states, I get a specific answer, not a vague "I'm not sure" (I recently moved from NJ to FL)

The test was unusually long, 55 questions for a 10 credit course took a long time to complete. A 5 credit course is usually 25 questions, so it might be wise to pair it down to 50 questions or less.
curse was good and easy but i would like it for it to be a little bit more short since moms and full time workers don't have that much time to be reading so much information. for final test maybe if is also 20 questions would be better, but overall great curse i would definitely recommend.

I've learned a great deal of the subject matter than I had expected to. I was an agent for 17 years and this was the most I've learned throughout the years about my profession. I'm more well-informed of the do's and don't of insurance. I had only one set back of not being able to log into the system one day, but it was resolved in a timely manner. The ease of use as I was caring for my 91 year old mom during the course. Then, her death. I was able to take time off for extended hospital visits, then funeral and tornado damage. A LOT of unexpected interruptions!!
It would make sense if the questions related to Michigan when you are taking a Michigan test. Many of these other state questions are not correct. No one in MI would have $25/$50/$100 limits....

Very dry course and painful to get through. The redeeming factor found within these walls of text and specific policy language / endorsements is when they give examples of how that endorsement or coverage would apply.

The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.

i would change the answer color if you get a question incorrect... the color of the correct answer the green is difficult to see and i would explain why the correct answer is correct instead of just putting it in a different color. highlighting it in yellow would enable the correct answer to be seen clearly

As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.

I feel that some of the questions on the test were more difficult than should be. multiple times, I felt that there could have been two correct answers. Of course, I forgot which ones, but remember thinking that two of the answers were written to sounds close to the correct answer.

You have a question about reasonable actions to take if a pet owner is concerned about their cat. The answer to this question is inaccurate. Declawing cats is not a reasonable or correct action to take. This is animal cruelty and is widely regarded by veterinarians as dangerous, cruel, and unhelpful. This question should be re-written to remove the apparent endorsement of this practice by the insurance industry. This is where people learn things about their job. If you teach them something immoral when they're just starting out, they'll never know any better.

My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. No suggestions as I think the course meets the goal to complete the CE courses successfully.
The course completion % shown was not accurate which was frustrating. The first few chapters took much longer than the rest of the chapters (which were not viewable). Because of this I was left with a distorted view of how far along I was in the course.
At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. At least the test questions were pretty much straightforward and could easily be answered.

Question 32 I think, mentions declawing cats as a reasonable option to reduce risk but that is illegal in NY.

Questions should be in order of text. It's kinda frustrating going back and forth looking for answers. It's not easy to retain all the info after hearing or reading.

I beleive there is an error on sailboats. I believe the liabilty coverage is there is the sailboat is 26' or less, not more.
Several of the questions were unrelated to the content of the course.
I really enjoyed the narration while studying the material. It really helped me recall the key points of this course.

#21, states, "the large gas guzzlers" I didn't pay for your company to shove down my throat your company's political or social view points. This question could have easily said, "her vehicle's value declined." Stick to what people want, pay for training, not pay for your view point.

As a direct writer I found it more difficult thanit needed to be. I have no cluee what a HO form 14 is or an HO4-4. I felt it could have covered the material in an easier manner by using endorsement names and discriptions could have been easier to use.
It would be helpful to add to the "rules of the exam" that it is Untimed. I dont believe that is spelled out anywhere. Otherwise I was very happy with this process.
I really appreciated the fact that the system does not "time out" quickly. It made it a lot easier to come back to the course if I was interrupted. I also appreciated the "save and exit" option.

An excess of case studies are a moot point when we both reader, and writer understand the point of CE is to efficiently summarize what has happened in the market since last CE.... and other notable reminders. To drown the material with case studies and hypotheticals the writer finds subjectively interesting is too tangential to be effective.
I am not studying for, nor am I taking the Texas exam... This CE course should not have been this difficult! In short, this CE material sucks

The questions do not need to be so lengthy. By the time I am done reading all the fictitious names of people and agencies I forget the actual question.
The course was very informative and carefully structured. Would just need to have more time for certain classes with short time frames but more extensive material(reading)
It is difficult to relate to this material when you are referring to the insurance industry across the entire country instead of reflecting the information to what is relevant accurate to the state I am licensed in.

Unsure why "Casual Employee" was a question and had content in the course when that applies to state that have such circumstances and this course was supposed to be California specific.
I liked the way we can stop at any time to do other work-related activities, and then come back at a later time or date to complete the Con Ed course.
This was a great class. Easy to understand and loved that you could work at your own speed. I have already told friends they should try your classes.

In the questions, some of the texts are not correctly and clearly written and can encourage a false positive in the answer.
This course is Very long and could have been broken down more so that there wasn't such a huge amount oi time between starting the course and taking the final exam.

The voice is way too monotone. put anyone to sleep. Needs to be like a podcast that sound can be sped up as well. Would have liked to listen but couldn't do it!

some of your questions were not clear and the answers were not in the content given. It made it difficult to do the test at the end. Too confusing on some of the questions that could go either way on 2 answers and it was not clear from the written paragraphs given; but I do like it otherwise.
I have used Webce for years and will continue to use Webce!!! I have had my license since 2001, am now retired but plan to keep my license forever. Thank you for making it so easy to obtain my CE credits.

This is very flexible, I like that I can pause when my eyes are bleeding and come back to it. The examples are great, help clarify.
There were some issues with the read-to-me, the narrator/bot mispronounced many words like lead, read, and FEMA. Also, please revise to not use "thus" in what felt like every single lesson. This is a long lesson and it helps to be able to bounce back and forth between the read-to-me and independently to keep you going, but to want to turn it off for repetitiveness was disappointing. Overall, good course and I like them much better than other providers. See you in two years.
Great course, but the "reader" needs a bit more programming! The course is well presented, the search function could use some work, but overall the course was great!

This last course seemed quicker to take, but I didn't like the 40 minute sections. Prefer things be broken up.
Some of these chapters were a littke long, like the shorter ones yet liked the practice tests

The wording is meant to confuse and some of the answers were not in the current chapter indicated
The final exam questions were written to confuse the continuing education person and not to actually test their knowledge of the material. Trying to fool people with 4 double not questions and answers does not prove the knowledge of the material or the education of the person taking taking the test.

Please highlight the main word exclude, include would not or would. The trick question main word. That way you do not have to read the questi0on 2 time for that one word.

This was a great course. However i think it should be divided into two 6 credit courses. It was so long with the reading.
I liked that the material was pretty easy to read, however the audio was a little distracting because some worlds were not pronounced correctly. Overall the course was easy to complete and the test questions we easily matched to what was read.
your questions are midleading just like the state test. ive been in insurance 20 years and your numerous questions do not apply nor are discussed in every day insurance. even googling for 2 days to find the answers is hard. if you would just stick to the policy contracts which are verbatum, it makes it more accruate and professional. but to mislead and to try to be generalize only makes for an agent being unprofessional to clients. your test answers are not realistic compared to the real world of insurance. we go by contracts, not generalizations...i passed 85% but its because your questions are misleading

Excellent course
This course was VERY HARD. I took the exam about 12 times to actually and finally past it. Chapter 1 and 2 are very long. Too much material to read. This exam was very stress full. Also when I typed in a key word to help search it will always say 0 found. It did that everytime I searched for subject I was looking for. I'm just glad I passed and done with it.
Prefer courses with tests on each chapter instead of a long, comprehensive exam.
I do not remember what the question was, but it was clear in the text, but the question I got wrong.

I had a slight problem navigating the website, but I'm 60, so I did not grow up during the computer age. Still, I found everything I needed after poking around a bit. I did find the customer service representative to be very helpful and friendly during my initial phone call!

This is my second time using WebCE and I will continue to do so in the future. The website and courses are easy to maneuver through and the material is very beneficial to the exam.
Only suggestion I might make is when performing a search through the material content in addition to being highlighted could have option to jump to next or previous occurrence of word or phrase. Otherwise well constructed.
I think more interactive videos would be helpful
Sections were too long..meaning there would be a bold headline then three pages of close together paragraphs that were hard to read

alot of the content was very universal and not specific to one insurance provider, which in some times made it very confusing because the quite a bit of the language/forms/endorsements names used here are very uncommon within our company.

It is very detailed and has information that every licensed insurance provider should have, but a more engaging experience would make it a little easier to finish. If possible, having a sidebar with the course table of contents would be nice. Showing approximate completion time for each section would help for planning purposes too.
I like the audio, however, having a robot-person read it makes it difficult to follow along. It also makes mistakes when reading, such as when there is a typo or an abbreviation.
Too much content was difficult to understand. Had to read multiple times to understand. It was too wordy and used too mush legal jargon that the general public does not understand. Like: what is an Estoppel?! Many of the questions were confusing and way too long. Some of them didn't seem to have any answers that were in the content. They were worded as a "Trick" questions and seemed like they were deliberately over difficult.
TOO MANY QUESTIONS ARE "EXCEPT". Just ask the questions, don't try to trick the tester. WE are not in High School anymore.

Having taken other courses from your website, it was not clear that this format was different up front. The fact that this was a final test with pre-tests versus testing on each chapter was not apparent until I was actually into the course itself.
Again, as previously stated, why can you not provide the correct answers for questions on the quiz and test that I answered incorrectly when reviewing them after the test??????????????????????
