The course was so long the exam covered a course that took 8 hrs it was way too long should be broken into segments
Everything was easy. I like it gives you the option to go back and see what you got wrong in the practice questions and also give you the option to go back into the chapters to help find the answers to the questions. I also like the examples it made it easier to understand what you were reading. It was like a clear breakdown.
It was fast and easy because for most of us it is a review to continue our licenses going forward. However, there are several areas that provided a clearer understanding of the entire insurance policy, soup to nuts.
Some of the wording on the questions was a bit confusion. Might want to re-read some of the answers for clarity.
Read-it-to-me audio is a great feature and made it easier to learn. One improvement would be to include a highlight feature when it is reading. Highlight the first word of the paragraph in case the reader/listener loses track.
There were three questions that in two different chapters that that I got wrong one it said that the an individual with their daughter who lived with them we're running a business and so I that option and then it said I got it wrong because the daughter was not living with them and then the other one it didn't give me the number the amount that the business was earning so I got the question wrong and then another one the way it was worded didn't match what was in the chapter and so it said I got it wrong so some of the questions are not worded correctly in comparison with the answers so you guys need to double check that that would be great thank you
If you remember having that one teacher who picked the most left-field questions to ask on exams- that's exactly what these practice questions felt like. The wording could be less corporate jargon and more user friendly.

This particular course was unnecessarily difficult. It was as if they purposelfully came up with the most difficult questions humanly possible just in order to squeeze more questions to equal 120 of them. MANY of the questions were not even pertinent to Ohio, where I an renewing my license for. I do NOT recommend this particular course even though I passed. It was unnecessrily difficult. (20 year insurance agent)
It would help being able to review missed questions on the exam.
The font size was large enough to read as I am older and eyesight not so good. I had no problem with the font.
More time needs to be allotted to complete. The use of videos would also be helpful.
The course was very informative. It was very thorough and at times overwhelming but not impossible to get through.
Not happy with the new timer - but I am assuming that was the state's call and not yours. This is why I have used you for so long because I have been able to get through the classes quickly and easily over the years.
On this course I felt the time constraints were not set correctly per the course. I had extra time but could not continue with the Exam due to the time constraint the system put. I could have used that time to actually do the final exam but it was restricting.

The test I received consisted of mostly commercial insurance. It should have more personal in it.
A person has to watch the course material THREE TIMES to meet the time requirement. If you require a person to be online that long, give the full amount of time some enriching content instead of making a person repeat it three times.

I feel it was to many scenario questions not enough questions related to the reading material which made it very difficult to understand
For time purposes I believe it would be easier to go thru 10 questions at a time and grade them vs waiting until the very end of the 100 question exam.
This course model dose not look like CE or revision/ refreshing, It is harder than obtaining license exam. please remodel it like continue education.
It would be a good idea to select the part of the lesson you are on and have the AI audio follow the location and start from the selected word.

Chapter practice questions are much harder than final exam questions which was a great relief.
WebCE is user friendly.
This is so boring! There has to be a way to make it more interesting and interactive. Like different voices reading to you. Then a demonstration of the questions along with multiple choice questions.
WebCE is the best by far for classes. No pressure to rush through the courses, just take your time take it all in and then take the exam. Thank you so much for providing these classes.
65 questions is ridiculous. The amount of time to search is not good. Won't do continuing ed from here again
I liked the read-it-to-me audio. Reading "anything" makes me fall asleep and the audio kept my attention (and me awake).
a little too verbose in content that was repetitive, such as the coverage gaps, Watercraft section of the module.
I liked the course material and explanation however more real world examples would be helpful.
Too much info included, especially about coverage & policy options in other states.
I only wish that the 12 hour Auto CE course, was broken up into maybe 3 or 6 hour windows. 12 Hours is a bit too long.
There were several questions where the ultimate answer was between two of the answers - for example. the waiting period for most BI coverage is between 24 and 72 hours. Others lacked clarity because the deciding component was not listed in the question. I highly recommend fixing these issues

The person or thing, reading the material, mispronounces words and ignores punctuation. This makes it slightly difficult to understand complex topics.
I have always found WebCE to be well written, this course is not. This was one of the poorest written I have taken. Sorry, but this course is not your finest moments.

The 10-hour course is crazy that you cannot move forward to the test until you have been in the course for at least 8hrs 20 minutes. It is a waste of time.
Some of the answer choices provided were worded differently than the associated chapters and the choices were worded in a way where the definitions were not clear. For Example, in question 39 where it asks which option Maynard should choose to keep premium down during winter months for her motorcycle not used during this time, choices cold weather policy jacket & lay-up warranty were two of the options. The chapter discussed lay-up provision, not lay-up warranty. Cold weather policy jacket can mean winter storage-coverage. This made it difficult to choose the correct answer.

The text-to-audio option is horrible. There is so much advancement in technology, you can easily find something that reads smoother. It is too slow, to mono-tone, and easy to lose interest. Spelling errors in some questions.

The current compressed timeframes can create unnecessary barriers for agent representatives who require additional time or accommodations. The extra video examples and check in questions at the end of some of the modules were helpful to make sure the content was understood.
I am unhappy with the timed lesson format. That is something new and I don't care for it. After doing CE for 20 years, I really don't need to sit with something for 8 hours. It was very frustrating. But, overall, I love your website and classes.

It was easy following the instructions and reading along with video. I think we do need more than 3 days to complete with the final course requirement being 8 hours and 20 minutes to get to the test.
It is a lot of content to review and not enough time was given to thoroughly read through all material.
For my learning style, I would appreciate more real life examples of policy conditions for a better understanding if a concept.
Some of the material is outdated referencing 2021 and older manuals. The content is dry no getting around that but I would have liked watching the material explained more like in the section of scenarios vs a text book read to me.
Please update the time in course portion. If we complete the the reading and individual quiz for each course, we should be able to continue on to the final exam. We should not have to remain in the course after we have read and completed the individual quiz for each section. This process was very time consuming and unnecessary.
Really enjoyed this course. Saving the manual for future reference. Lots of great info in an easy to find format. Hopeful it will make me a better insurance professional.
Not given enough time to read and take the test in the time given.
The automatic reading didn't continue on each page - I had to reactivate the page and click it myself multiple times. This meant I couldn't listen continuously without logging back it. That's the only thing I'd change - let me listen to it all the whole way through

The overall course was easy to follow and understand but the final course exam was extremely too long, topics did not fully correspond to the material that was presented. I would not recommend this course to friends and/or colleagues due to the final course exam alone.
I think the verbiage should be clearer based on the material given in the course. It comes off as trying to trick the person who has to take the test. This should be open book since some of the items are not dealt with on a daily basis.
It was entirely too..... Long...... Otherwise it was alright. You can not take this course in a day and that's terrible. In these days and times people are really and truly very busy. Totally to time consuming.

The thing I would look into changing would be the time to complete the sections. I was able to complete it sooner, but had to keep going back in to meet the time requirement. That should be adjusted or removed.

I totally disliked the fact that you did not have an opportunity to review the questions that you missed and ones you got correct while taking the exams. There were too much material and too many questions on the Personal lines insurance coverage gaps. I also did not like that most of the materials had nothing to do with my job. Very disappointing!
Dont have AI read the material. there is no emotion and reads letter A as "eye" and cannot read the sentence to distinguish live (leeve) or live (l eye ve) if that makes sense. Same spelling different pronunciations.

This particular Course/Exam should have been broken into two different exams. Way too many HO __ __ questions involved. Too much math in volved. Incredibly frustrated with this ! I am not stupid, but this certainly made me feel that way.

This test was a complete mess and very aggravating. First it was way too long, secondly had to many questions and didnt give you the answers to what you missed. I am in Michigan, the medical payments section does not apply to us and there's no mention of our PIP which is what we have as a replacement. It would be nice to take a course that has questions for what we are trained in.

The only dislike is the amount of time required to complete the sections. I took a pre licensing exam recently, so a lot of the information is still fresh, so it didn't take me long to get through the information and quizzes

I was disappointed in the fact the timer did not keep accurate course time. Only 1 minute would add to the current course time to every 5 actual minutes. I had to sit and wait for an hour for the last 20 minutes to finish so test could be taken.

a few exam questions really didn't have an appropriate answer, and searching for the relevant answer was zero results no matter the keywords or hint ,and that left having to guess an answer to accept.
Please slow down the read to me. It is very fast for so much information.
With my experience and my years in the business (48) the 10hr study requirement was excessive before I was allowed to take the exam part.
The time requirement on the exam is not reasonable for tenured agents. Obviously existing agents will move through some parts of the course fast however your exam penalizes us for out experience by not give us the exam.
The course content was very thorough, and I liked the mix of theory and practical examples. The pace was generally good, though some sections felt a bit dense and could benefit from shorter, more focused segments. Adding visual aids or diagrams could help make certain topics even clearer
I did like that the course layout was user friendly. However, I wish the course was more interactive with video's and tips on how to remember some of the concepts.

I enjoy web ce lay out,. I wish there was more images / templates to look at. Some of the questions are trick questions, for sure, where more than one answer is correct. This makes it a little hard to pick the correct answer also. It is nice that you can log in, save time, and come back to it as needed and as you have time.

The only thing that I did not like is that I was unable to finish the test due to the time not moving at a certain time. Which for me was 7hrs and 37 minutes I tried for a few days re-going through the questions but no change. But once I received a new email I was able to complete the test.

I listened to the entire course and did not skip any part of the course. When I was finished, I still had four hours of more studying that I had to do on the course. i seems rather absurd

I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.

Most of the information in the course did not pertain to the job role I have.
50 questions without being able to see what or why you did something wrong doesn't help and makes it miserable. the other 10 question exams where you can see what you did wrong were much better.

Need to improve the search function - highlights are fine but on the bigger chapters it takes forever to scroll.

This course was very difficult and confusing, the open book exam helped make the exam a little more easier however, it wasn't enough to actually help me pass the first few attempts. The exam it too broad to apply to everyone selling insurance. This exam is harder than the actual state exam.

Way to many final exam questions! There should only be 50-70 questions as a requirement, but 150 questions was extreme in my opinion. Other then that, the course was great!

This course specifically teaches some things that are not correct in the industry. The most stated problem is with psych care under liability claims. It is common in the industry to cover these types of psychological treatment.

As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment

I feel that this particular course is too long and covers far too much material to be completed in in one sitting, it needs to be broken up into smaller sections with separate quizzes of say 50 questions each instead of one quiz of 100 questions

The last 10 hour exam was very challenging. Several questions were very ambiguous. The last test was definitely a challenge but I still will continue to recommend webce.com for continuing education education.
Information-heavy, but very thorough.
The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.

Overall good content. I'd like the audio more if it were less robotic sounding. That quality is a bit distracting.

The endorsement section wasn't as clear as I would have liked, but the final exam was perfect for the questions about endorsements.
a lot of the questions are poorly written and too wordy. They have run on sentences that create unnecessary confusion and confusing names that can be simplified.
Didn't like that some of the practice questions were on things we had not covered yet. Why? And, with some of the questions, if the answer is incorrect, the text explaining why it was incorrect isn't cogent, referring to things not even mentioned in the question. The AI voice was unable to pronounce quite a few words correctly, or putting emphasis on the wrong syllables. There are also typos, missing words in certain sections.
The computer voice was too fast; it had some slight mispronunciations and pauses were not consistent.
A separate practice exam with hundreds of questions would be nice. That would give practice on taking the test and relevant information on wrong answers.
Its ridiculous that if you can speed read you can not take the test until 10 hours are up. I just left the computer on for 6 hours.
It would be nice if the course questions and answers aligned with the learning content verbatim, a lot of the questions and answers were subjective to the learning.
Used your service a number of times. Good for refresher information and to satisfy my state's CE requirements.
There were a few random glitches on quizzes. Correct answer was selected but it appeared in red with green check beside number or red X beside number and selected answer in green as correct.

I had a lot of technical issues trying to complete this course with internet problems on the website. I emailed you about it today but luckily I was able to persevere through the difficulties and passed the final exam. I’m glad to be done for this years requirements
The following questions were not clear: #22 The question stated she was 25, then said "turning 25" >as student away from home needing endorsement. However, the verbiage in the reading state < 24 years of age. Rather confusing. #40 in reference to Motorcycles being used seasonally and coverage: Chapter 5 verbiage used "Lay-up provision", however, answer showed "Lay-up warrenty". Not clear as to whether I answered either of these correctly.
The prepared programs to choose from based on the state made it so much easier to choose from and begin CE.

Very Easy and understandable
There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.
All though its a open book, not all questions and answers are clear when they are asking these questions.

100 Questions in a row is a lot to handle in one test. They should split it up into at least 40 questions like some of the other Ces
Unfortunately, the topics/courses are no longer relevant to me as I am a Surety Underwriter. However, I do not want to "let go" of my license so I maintain my CE's. I would love to see something more well-rounded and not have to take in-depth courses that would not apply.

There were too many math related questions for me. It took me 4 tries.. I finally passed. I bet most of this was user error.. me being the user.

While I thought it was a good course, and I'm glad I passed, I felt it covered a lot of topics in one class. I almost feel it should be split into two courses, not one. I guess I felt overwhelmed at times. I don't know, perhaps that is just me.

This is like sitting for your producer's license all over again!!!! It is supposed to be continuing education, not a mundane recording that I had to listen to for hours and hours and then take an exam with hundreds of questions. No wonder people are moving out of Illinois!
I don't like that it does not tell me what questions I got wrong until I pass the test. I would like it to be less then 100 questions at a time. I do like that I can take the test unlimited times.
Thank you for not forcing me to go at a "normal" pace. I read very fast and by allowing me to turn off the audio, I can go at my own pace.
The automated reading really needs to be done by someone actually READING the material. As it is currently, the pauses and breaks in sentence structure make it almost impossible to mentally follow along with the reader and the material without ones brain from COMPLETELY SPASMING OUT AND EXPLODING!!!!!!!!!!

I think it's immature and uncalled for to require a course to be open "10" hours before you can complete the course. You're completing CE credits NOT getting your license!!!!!

I don't feel that the course time is correct. It took much longer to complete than the stated time which caused me anxiety when not meeting the timeline
The course itself was fine but the narrator needs to slow down his speech flow. He speaks way too fast so you have to pause it and reread it a couple of times to get the gist of the material. In addition to the fast speech, the narrator speaks in a monotone style like Ben Stein from Ferris Bueller's Day Off (i.e. Bueller, Bueller) makes it difficult to concentrate.
The last course, 12 hour course, was difficult to stay "engaged" in... Took much longer to complete!
Final exam question #84. As a Watercraft specialty agent, I can tell you that not one the choices were correct.
Not sure if possible, but list the chapters used for each section of the test.

Although I found the lesson to be very informative, I did find that at times the wording was very difficult to follow. What would be the purpose of a retention policy when you don't have to pay anything if something were to happen
This was a good course to refresh commercial insurance as I'm just starting to do more with commercial policies
The course did its job and filled in a lot of information that I needed to pass the test. My one Critique, however, would be the automated voice over. I feel like the timing and the inflexion of the voice left a lot to be desired. Maybe an actual human voice over would correct this.
Indicated time is shorter using the read me audio
This program is very detailed and provides you with important information about the Insurance Industry to keep you up to date and refreshed on the information to help you continue to grow in your career.
The courses are not very time friendly. There should be an option to bypass time required in order to provide sufficient time for completing the tests. Wording was not very clear and needs to be more verbatim considering it's open book.

This last section provided too much information all at once. The allotted time for completion was 5 hours but with that amount of information, reading through all of the sections I found myself losing interest. It was just too much information to absorb all in one sitting.

At one point in the material it was suggested that insuring trailers using Specified Perils would be better than using Comprehensive simply due to 'no windshields', this is not logical and would not be a good recommendation for an Agent to make.

During the review of the questions missed, there was no "student answer" available for many of the questions. Also, the only question showing a "student answer" was incorrectly listed. The review should properly show the questions missed and the correct answer for proper guidance for the student.

One point: When reviewing the incorrect questions after a test, the review does not display the incorrect student answers as it stated it would. These selections are not reflected and are simply blank and in turn render the review almost useless to the test taker.

Scheduled personal property section lists Cash as the answer for policy limits for loss. It is actually all of them. Internal limits affect Cash, art guns...etc.
I hated that you have to stay in the course for the allotted time. I have been licensed for years and take tests quickly. That was silly. Please do better.

Course videos are very long. It took 7+ hours to complete.
Everything was extremely user-friendly in this section and helped me refresh all of the personal lines insurance coverage gaps.

The only question that I got wrong shows I selected the last answer, when in fact I selected the first answer.
These courses cannot be completed in the allotted time. There are way too many pages to read in that short amount of time.
The questions are often so wordy using strange names it is annoying. I am sure you are trying to confuse people but could you just be straight forward and ask questions in a clear approach. Did not enjoy these particular exam questions at all.

Transportation coverage never mentioned a deductible for $30 day up to $900 for rental car. Making quiz question wrong answer or learning material wrong.
As i have stated before, the time it takes to complete should be split. We should solely have time for the lesson and solely have time to complete testing because as soon as you finish the required time for the course you have no time to finish the test.

I don't like that the State of Texas forces us to read slow in order to complete the classes in the time that the present. The course that states it takes 10hours doesn't take that long to read and take the quiz. Having to complete my CE's by waiting on the computer time is stupid.
I would suggest playing the spoken speed at 1.5x regular speed. It is just as easy to understand.
This test has a lot of commercial lines questions. A more balanced test would probable be more helpful.
The read it out loud function is nice for those that need it but would be better if it could be disabled permanently if chosen by mistake.

I'm a seasoned professional and I can read through the material quickly. I've gone through WebCE for many years and this new requirement of having to wait 10 hours to complete a course is ridiculous. I don't know if I will consider WebCE for future continuing Education.

I would like the search feature to be a little better. When I search for a word or phrase, I would like to go to that word or phrase and be able to tab to the next search match.
The content iin this course is very informative.in understanding the many gaps homeowners unknowing face in their insurance..Topic of recent news concerning California L..A. fires highlight, the need for the course. The course and test,,however,is a bit overwhelming.

I liked that I could go straight to the practice questions and that they were very similar to the ones asked on the exams! Best course I have ever taken. Other companies don't allow to fast forward content or skip around but I will definitely only be using Webce in the future.

The presentation of the PAP endorsement section is very long and appears tedious. Maybe breaking that up into sections would be easier on the student.

please have more questions in the practice exams, at least make practice exams somewhat part of the actual test instead of five or six questions from practice test and then 43 questions are just random....also PLEASE HIGHLIGHT IMPORTANT INFORMATION for exam questions through long material...its hard to retain so much material and not have some sort of alert for certain areas or bold print or something to trigger your memory during a question on the actual exam. THANK YOU! Other then that the material is great and set up is good as well.
I think it could be timed better, I finished all segments using the read it to me function and at the end I still had 4 hours to complete.
Having required time spend on modules before you are allowed to take the test isn't efficient. I could have and should have completed all the courses in half the time.

webce's website is stuck in 2018. although the insurance industry has changed since COVID, it still has not been updated. questions that don't apply to agents on a day to day basis, such as claims questions, are asked and i am not sure how many hours i need to complete, as when i purchased the courses it only required 48 hours, however my co-workers state its 60 hours so im not sure.
I felt that some of the material didn't go into enough detail and yet some of the questions required that knowledge. Could have been better written.
The issue wasn't present today, however yesterday I was asked to enter my password every 5-10 minutes. Maybe it was a glitch, as it did not do that today. Great course otherwise!

Half of the stuff touched on I don't even use in every day selling.

In chapter 2 practice question number 3 regarding Property on the Residence Premises Use Primarily for Business, both the content and the reasoning I missed the question were very confusing. The content listed "Under the Increased Limits on Business Property (HO 04 12) endorsement, the limits may be increased up to $10,000. So in the question of what the limits can be increased, I chose $10,000, but the answer was "$12,500. Under the Increased Limits on Business Property endorsement, the $2,500 limitation on property located on the residence premises and used primarily for business purposes limits may be increased to $10,000 in increments of $2,500." It said increased TO $10k and not BY $10k so the wording implied $10k to be the new limit. It's possible that I've just been working on this too long and my brain is mush, but that was very unclear to me.

The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.

This 15 hour course would have been better if broken down into smaller sections. I didn't like that I had to read everything before I was tested. I forgot the first part before I got to the end.
Some of the names of the comapnies need to be switched up. Its almost too confusing when reading the questions that the names of the compaines match the answers or the names of the companies are confusing becuase they are similar. The goal is to have us learn about insurance, not confuse us by mixing up the names in the questions.

course was decent, straightforward and not convoluted. My only recommendation would be to include more visual examples of coverages or exclusions to help establish the difference in the mind of the student, because many of the coverages and exclusions contain the same words and are difficult to remember.

I absolutely love how it was so easy to navigate through the courses. I also loved how I was able to read at my leisure rather than be on a time frame. I have used this company for several years and plan to continue using them. Please don't change anything. You really made me think on some of this.

The Artifical Intelligence used for the READ it to me was VERY FAST. It was not able to use influx or pronounce words correctly which made this course so boring. Also, the sentences were really paragraphs and used single phrases too many times in a sentence which made it hard to understand. Try teaching the computer to be more concise and teach it to act like a human or better yet hire a human.
I suppose if I purchased any number of courses, say 5 of 3 hours each, with a test after each, it would have been easier than remembering all the courses over 15 hours, then taking one large test. Much more difficult but I survived. The cost was not relevant because my agency employer reimbursed me for all CE classes.
Sometimes it can be confusing when you have several names for opposite parties and the questions such as Tom and Tim Etc....
This course was too long it should be broken down into 3 hours per course and not 12 hours and 135 question exam.
As these are CE courses, the exam questions are a bit extreme in length and complexity. I think it would be enough to keep it basic and avoid lengthy and complicated verbiage.

I liked the course because it allow me to complete on own time and it was an open book exam.
The orator was terrible. I had to turn off the audio and read it myself. There were run on sentences, mispronounced words and infliction of sound was incorrect making it difficult to comprehend.

Don't make questions so worded and confusing making a person have to read question multiple times.
All other courses I have taken were easy to follow and understand. This one was not. I was hard to follow and hard to go back and look up what was necessary. I did not like this particular course.
I did notice several typos within the course, ranging from use of "any way" where "anyway" would have been correct, to one section where several sentences were duplicated, resulting in a jumbled, unclear paragraph.
I find WebCE's questions to be overly wordy to the point of distraction. I find this takes away from the overall learning experience.
I will only use WEBCE from now on. I love it!!

The information on having a virtual proctor was not understood. It made it seem that a proctor would be provided to work with.
There were numerous errors in the wording. As is the question weren't confusing enough. The text felt ridiculously long. Almost like run on sentences. I feel like the exams questions were extremely difficult to decipher in comparison to the text. I liked is that the courses is quick until you reach the exam portion. I did like the fact that progress is saved.
I decided on 12 hours perhaps you could split this 12 hours into 4 segments to make easier.
I liked that the end-of-chapter questions were very thought provoking. They really aided in understanding the material and in successfully completing the exam.

The test was unusually long, 55 questions for a 10 credit course took a long time to complete. A 5 credit course is usually 25 questions, so it might be wise to pair it down to 50 questions or less.
curse was good and easy but i would like it for it to be a little bit more short since moms and full time workers don't have that much time to be reading so much information. for final test maybe if is also 20 questions would be better, but overall great curse i would definitely recommend.
In the Exam there are spelling and grammar issues that make it a bit confusing
I've learned a great deal of the subject matter than I had expected to. I was an agent for 17 years and this was the most I've learned throughout the years about my profession. It would be nice to know the correct answers of the questions I got wrong and not just the questions that I got wrong.
The content was challenging however some questions were hard to understand and confusing. I think part of that is due to referencing insurance terms in the person's name in the question.
I liked the exampled presented after the explanations. I also liked the ability to save and return to the courses when I needed to.
Audio moved fast and had no obvious break in speech from one definition to the next. I had to pause frequently to reread.

I really enjoyed taking the course. I appreciated the Exam questions and how they were formatted and "names" of the characters. Kinda' took the edge off and made them human! Overall, it was a fun learning environment.
When searching for subjects to reread, the program would not bring up the subject and say not found but when scrolling down would find the subject

It would make sense if the questions related to Michigan when you are taking a Michigan test. Many of these other state questions are not correct. No one in MI would have $25/$50/$100 limits....

I truly appreciate the new read it to me audio because my eyes would get so tired and I could lose my concentration. My only suggestion is to lessen the amount of information or give more time to take the course. Five hours is not enough time without having to skim or skip some of the material.

The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.

There were way too many chapters to review than needed for a CE requirement that is needed. The questions were very off and seems to be more geared towards application of what you already know than the material that was covered.

The Read-it-to-me audio is a little wonky at times with mispronunciation that will throw me out of it for a bit, but I've gotten used to it.
I don't like the minimum required time to do a course. A lot of the information I know and probably don't need to reread it.
I think the course would be better if there were more videos instead of just reading.

The self-study vs monitor-free explanation could be a little more thorough. Not all courses list the Study Level. I would also like to filter the courses by Study Level. How to Build Your Own 24-Hour CE Package isn't very clear either. Would like to see an option for unlimited courses for a flat fee. But overall, great service. I only use WebCE.
When on read to me it should ask if you are still there prior to logging out due to inactivity. It does not always mean you are not there but rather that you are just listening.

Depth of content
As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.
I would have prefered to have been able to download the course material to PDF. Studying at a computer screen is not always an option.

The font was easy on the eye and easy to read.
I feel that some of the questions on the test were more difficult than should be. multiple times, I felt that there could have been two correct answers. Of course, I forgot which ones, but remember thinking that two of the answers were written to sounds close to the correct answer.

I didn't like the narrative so much as most of the time I was completing during work hours and had many interruptions. Otherwise, very thorough.
The long 7 hour course was ROUGH, just because it has so many chapters and parts. Otherwise, great CE courses.

The questions were very legal and not really relevant to p and c which is my main field and was not able to download the pdf file of the material on my pc had to download it on my laptop. Seemed it was easier last year. Thank you
Only take this course "Personal Lines Insurance Coverage Gaps" if you want one that will give you the headache of a lifetime. If you enjoy scenario difficulties that you have to read 3 and 4 times to even understand, then this is the course for you! Oh my. Never again.
The way the material is presented is very user friendly. Made it easy for me to understand the material and comprehend.
I found it interesting that after the course was read to me in less than 12 hours, the system still required me to be logged in for an additional hour.
Could put a speed increase on the voice track. This program is excellent, and I will tell younger agents about its ease of use and low cost.

This was some great information. I relearned so much about Personal Auto Policy coverage. Although I have been doing my insurance profession for over 20 years, there were still some questions, I needed to rethink. I love the way the questions on the test can be a little tricky, that keeps the mind sharp.

The reader is too fast and it is hard to understand him. I think adding video interactions and if he reads slower it will be helpful.
The Test Question are very confusing and not straight forward at all. after the test you are not given the correct answers, You Already Passed!
I began with the read it to me video, but it did not sound like a real person. It sounded very robotic, and I did not use it after that...I just read it. Other than that, things were pretty straight forward.
I like the introductions and the summary after each chapter.

Some of the section were rather long (e.g. >30 minutes). Consider breaking them down in to sub-sets. Although the overall time to go through section would still be same, I think it would be a psychological boast to have smaller sections.

I've been using WebCE on my own for so long. I find the courses extremely easy to navigate and the packages just work so well.
Didn't appreciate the practice questions citing the form number rather than the endorsement name as I did not have the numbers memorized. Otherwise, the materials and practice questions were helpful.

Giving examples of different situations, helped me to understand it so much better than just giving a definition.
Chapters could use knowledge check quizzes to help retain information better. Some of these sections could use videos.

Doing a 21 credit course generates a massive overly complicated test to do in one shot. Most in person CE doesn't have this requirement. When the test's complicated Paragraph long personal life story questions take as long as the course material to read there is a problem.

Question #31 should be reconsidered. Its arguable that both C&D are examples of collision events, in both examples the insured collided with something and if the insured vehicle sustained damages the damage would be paid under collision benefits pending they have such coverage.

I study this Course every 2 years for my Continuing Education Hours needed to renew my License. The Course is always updated with new Information and requirements.
It would be helpful if you had a pdf to read and review. The first time I used your services - the docs were mailed the second renewal - there was an online PDF. I found this to be helpful for review, quiz and familiarity. The lack of a PDF to study does seem to be a deterrent and I prefer to review and re read my study guides prior to proceeding with testing. Otherwise, I believe that your coursework is comprehensive, interesting and very informative. {A}
I thought that the material was informative and presented in a format that was easy to understand. I liked the audio because it helped to keep me focused. My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. This course is far superior to other companies that I have taken. I will stick with WebCE.

This course is 12 hours - but I finished the content (using the read to me) in about 8 hours... so I had to sit in the course and go through 4 hours of content a duplicate time in order to complete the time required in the course

The feature of "read it to me" is very monotone
These test questions were unnecessarily convoluted with multiple correct answers in a question asking for only 1 answer. Very frustrating and again the questions were not spelled out clearly - there was word trickery that came across as obnoxious and the required time to complete the learning components were way too long. It should be condensed for clarity and consideration of time needed to be spent on these CE courses.

The amount of gotcha questions and the amount of questions which leave out key context is ridiculous.
I picked this course from a list of Personal Lines courses and it delved far too deeply into commercial products, which I do not ever deal with.

Web CE does an excellent job, content very understandable and informative.
No suggestions as I think the course meets the goal to complete the CE courses successfully.
The course completion % shown was not accurate which was frustrating. The first few chapters took much longer than the rest of the chapters (which were not viewable). Because of this I was left with a distorted view of how far along I was in the course.
I was reviewing the missed questions but didn't see the correct answers, not sure how I missed it.
At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. At least the test questions were pretty much straightforward and could easily be answered.
I did not like listening to the computer audio voice for such a long time. Some segments were to long. Content was very good.
The time frame to complete the hours was not clear at first.

Thus far, I find these courses well made and tailored to test an agents reasoning and logic in such a fashion as to foster a fair and reasonable retention of the information presented.
There are way too many questions on that exam. It is almost impossible to comprehend all of that information.
Text only study filled with legal jargon like "tortfeasor". Just write it in a way that makes sense to a regular person, not a lawyer.
The read-to-me-audio is appealing in theory, but might be more effective if reader/speech were more natural (the speech used seemed choppy).

The questions on the exam were very long and the stories were too detailed to esaily focus on issue at hand. Would recommend simplifying the names of people and companies down to one name and leave out the creativity. This will reduce time it takes to complete exam and it's complexity to just the insurance facts. There was rhyming and reference to American Pie song that were not needed in the questions. This was a distraction to the integrity of the exam. Others may feel differently. Thank you.

The only thing that "I" would like is: the option to break a long course like this into two sessions. I had to stop halfway through because I ran out of time that day I started it. I don't know what that would look like, but I think it would have made me feel better about starting such a long course.

We use every 2 years for all employees
A few of the questions were very vague and unclear. Due to the lack in specifying information, the questions had multiple correct answers. Also, there were 2 questions with opinionated answers- answers were not base on mere fact. Specifically the question about Bart and Bart’s father. We can only speculate upon the answer based on “average” observations that WE have encountered in OUR own specific lives. We also can not make an accurate assessment on this scenario because not all behaviors are influenced by the actions of adults/ parents, we do not know the age of Bart (whether his is 2 years old, 12 years old, 22 years old, etc… can make a world of difference on how behavior may be influenced), nor do we know how the interaction played out (did Bart know art his father was lying? Did his father act suspicious? Did Bart know where the items came from?).
Very please with WebCE. Helps me to review the aspects of selling insurance and keeps my knowledge up to date.

As a direct writer I found it more difficult thanit needed to be. I have no cluee what a HO form 14 is or an HO4-4. I felt it could have covered the material in an easier manner by using endorsement names and discriptions could have been easier to use.

It would be helpful to add to the "rules of the exam" that it is Untimed. I dont believe that is spelled out anywhere. Otherwise I was very happy with this process.
I really appreciated the fact that the system does not "time out" quickly. It made it a lot easier to come back to the course if I was interrupted. I also appreciated the "save and exit" option.
It would be nice if the course description gave more info about the content. There was a lot regarding commercial which i don't normally handle.
when taking the exam at the end, it would be helpful if when searching the chapters in study materials that you could skip to each instance of a word that you searched for. It is hard to scroll through looking for the highlighted text.
