References to Skype should be removed. Microsoft took that offline in May 2025. The questions in the test skewed largely towards discrimination topics, which were barely mentioned in the course, with zero questions on the endorsements that might adjust a homeowner policy to account for working from home, which feels like the point of this course.
Should be state specific - a little confusing with things we are not familiar with like pip no fault etc. too many codes to study and need a easier chart

Great CE Compan!! I yried Einsurance and never got any help, cancelled to come back to WEBCE. I went ahead and did all 24 hours here vs getting my ethics through EInsurance as my license expiered tiday nd they never sent me anything or reported my 3 hours of ethics with them. Requesting my money back !!! Love WEBCE
The Read-it-to-me Audio voice sounds a bit robotic and was difficult to listen to for a long period of time. If the Read-it-to-me Audio can be improved, it would be clearer to understand. Also, some of the sections are very long.

This was really good ethics course. I thought the course was very easy to read/understand and provided great examples.

This was a very long in depth process for the CEU's. I believe in Chapter 4 quiz question 5 the answer is incorrectly marked. Please take a look at the wording of the question.
I really liked this course. I though ethics was just do the right thing, but there are so many things to think about, and really consider. This was a great course! Also I liked the examples, they really got you to think. I feel we need to be reminded more often at our jobs as agents.
AI voice was really annoying with its frequently inaccurate pronuciations. Also very monotone and not engaging.

The A.I. voice sometimes pronounces words and phrases word awkwardly.
Errors in the grammer, the examples were horrible (hitting a dog, person dying) and since some states have different laws, of all the content, questions should not be asked where some states may not apply (Workers comp is not mandatory in every state) There was a question on having coverage via workers comp but the answer is incorrect in a state where work comp is not required. WAY too many words are used "mary, who was quite contrary?" really? A proof reader needs to go through the content.
This is the most comprehensive and easy CE website i have found. I recommend it to anyone who needs CE.

There were several questions that I am very unclear of the answers to. Some of the wrong answers were the only answers that I found.
I noticed a ton of typos and grammar mistakes, as well as questions for one chapter's quiz where the detailed information wasn't presented until the next chapter. This was disappointing, but everything else about these courses has been very good.
I was satisfied.
I have used your courses for years to finish up my requirements for licensing. It is hard to find a lower cost for the value you offer.

The "read it to me audio" must have been AI since some of the words were not pronounced correctly, and there were no pauses between sections. A person would have known to pause.
The flexibility to complete when time allows is a huge plus!

Employment Related Risks too long winded and For those unfamiliar with commercial this can seem daunting or too comprehensive. May want to include interactive checking for knowledge or understanding in each of these subsections. Something interactive or engaging for knowledge retention.

Did not like the AI reading of the lessons. It was droll and seemed to leave out necessary punctuation that would aid in understanding.

As someone with a PhD in ethics, I found the understanding of ethics to be poor by the course writers. While it is true that there are many definitions of ethics, for instance, this should not lead to the conclusion that ethics is relative, or that it is determined by a group or society. Also, the definition of morality being about personal beliefs, whereas ethics is group-oriented, is false. I would encourage WebCE to consider sources that specifically teach teach business ethics from a realist perspective, as it the only framework sufficient for grounding claims that fraud is wrong in insurance, or what Enron and AIG did is wrong.
the long modules that just reads everything to you can be hard for some to grasp. some people are visual and active learners. I found this course to be complicated i because I cannot learn only by listening and reading. adding charts for matching, maybe some linked videos can help individuals like me who need to be active and engaged in their course for retention.
Underwriters do not "automatically correct" anything. Come on really? They may "automatically reject" if there's a typo. Seen that a lot since 2005. While the material is accurate it seems to make underwriters seem like a Gift from God, when in fact they should be more strictly appraised.

The audio could be a bit more fluid in separation between material and allowing for a quick playback button that rewinds 15-30 seconds versus having to play with the bar. Difficult to do on a mobile device.

The test were so hard and the questions were very difficult that many questions and 3 separate tests for one course was too much I would never take this course again.
Practice questions, and some test questions, asked for answers when there was incomplete information to make an informed decision in the body of the question. This was frustrating throughout.
Not a very thrilling course, but I can understand that this is a topic that needs to be discussed.

The information was very basic and superficial. This deficiency created a BIG problem with the exam because most of the questions were very in-depth and required a lot of knowledge that did NOT come from this course information!

Great explanation\refresher on ethics requirements and training
The one thing that I disliked was that there was not enough time scheduled to complete the course. I believe that more than an hour and a half should be given to make sure that we have enough time to truly process and understand the material and apply it on the exam.
I can't listen to audio books or pay attention when someone is talking At me; I almost immediately zone out. I got around this by simply reading the material, but it was just painful. I strongly suggest you break up the material in smaller pieces instead of giant walls of text, maybe add a few videos of some kind (everyone loves cartoons), graphs or interactive graphics

Since I am a teleworker, this course gave me insight into benefits and pitfalls that I was not aware of.
Chapter two in this course was much too long. For the amount of information, you may want to look into making that a two hour course along with another part of this one.

I've utilized the program for previous CE requirements and find the format and class information appropriate and helpful.
This was the driest I've done so far. But perhaps that is what people want from a basic ethics class.
Most of the questions were to long and the wording was difficult to follow. I had to go back and read the lengthy questors multiple times to comprehend.
I got 3 hours of credit and it took me more than 5 hours to go through the entire lesson. I think there was a lot of repatition in the ethics class

The pacing of the audio format is sometimes counterproductive. The audio doesn't pause where a commas exist, for example. I use WebeCE almost exclusively because I'm instructed to by my organization.

Informative & helpful content. I actually enjoyed taking this CE course & learned quite a bit. Unfortunately, at least one of the practice question quizzes have incorrect answers. Specifically, Business Data is NOT covered in an unendorsed HO policy. I had to go ahead and choose that it was so that I could just move on in the course. But overall, this is the most enjoyable of the 24 hrs I've undertaken this renewal period.

This particular course could have been (and I'd argue should have been) divided into 3 courses: Commercial Auto, Auto Dealers/Garagekeepers, Truckers.
The grammatical errors and sentence structure are distracting. The content and meaning were conveyed appropriately however, the use of spell check is not enough to quantify the value of the composition of the class. I've used WebCE since 2007 and have not seen this level of grammatical errors. I recommend an evaluation (end user review) prior to release of the course in the future.

The course was easy to follow and access.
The wording of the questions were incredibly confusing. It took me rereading over and over multiple times on some of them to gain understanding. Some seemed to be opinion based, and some were difficult to gauge what the question was even asking, as though there was missing context. Some questions were very difficult reads.

Much of the content and test questions were about commercial auto symbols, motor carrier regulations, acts, and symbols, and auto dealer symbols; information that does not need to be memorized in our profession. When working with commercial auto, motor carrier etc., the information is easily accessible to us and general knowledge is sufficient, not memorizing every single symbol. I would not take this course again. It was too specific which made it frustrating.

I have learned that you are not utilizing the most current ISO commercial auto policy.
Whoever read the contents sounded like artificial intelligence not a real person. The way some words were pronounced was off (Teleworker for example) and the pacing of the speech was off. It was a bit distracting trying to listen to the voice with it sounding like a computer reading the text.

Some of the content was likely written by someone with only academic knowledge of insurance sales and claims. There is no agent in their right mind would turn in a claim for double $ the loss that was denied twice - the loss to property was already evaluated in the two prior losses. The very first question in the first section of the course is incorrect. it refers to refraining offers of meals and gifts to employees of the company the answer said clients.....which is incorrect. We cannot offer employees gifts etc like an Underwriter or claims adjuster to influence a sale or outcome of a claim.

Many questions were really poorly written. What did anna tell so and so. I dont know I was not there. Many questions were like that. Do better.
I wish there were more practice exams in the course. I felt blindsided by the amount of questions of certain topics and I think if there were more practice exams, that would have helped me a lot.

I have used WEBCE always. I investigate other vendors but always come back. I love the practice questions at the end of the chapters because they give me a chance to test my absorption of the material. KUDOS!
The 'read to me" feature is terrible. The reading was expressionless and robotic. I finally turned it off and just read it out loud or sped it up to 2x to get through.
IT'S A 3 HOUR COURSE THAT TAKES 3 AND A HALF HOURS TO COMPLETE. IT WOULD BE UNETHICAL TO NOT GIVE ME CREDIT FOR ALL 3.5 HOURS INVESTED. THAT IS WITH THE COMPUTER READING TO ME.
The reader was a little slow.
The California addemdum asked agents and brokers not to copy and paste the same text in every question of the fraud reporting form, and then proceeded to copy and paste trice each check point question. Also, the material took me a whole work day to listen to.

I did not like having to read the Commissioners presentation on Fraud. It was too wordy. The main issue was knowing how and when to report a fraud issue.
I found this to be a bit overwhelming with information and confusing questions. The questions were also written in ways that were confusing or a lot of useless details. I had the same answer offered as option B and C in one of the questions I had...it was the correct anwer and it was listed twice. These dragged out story problems also have names in the answers that are not applicable to the question at hand, however, applicable in another question similar later in the test. Was disappointed in the test.
I would still prefer in-person training for engagement purposes
I took this for my Maryland CE. I felt that although the content was excellent, it was very comprehensive for a CE class. The test was grueling although I did get a passing 91%(i'm pretty competetive and was pushing for 100%) It took me 2.5 hours to respond to 45 questions. This is a very good course for learning, just a lot for CE.

There were a few practice test questions with several correct answers. One was pretty much verbatum from the course and marked incorrect. What?!?! I asked my husband who has been in commercial insurance for decades about it. He said it made no sense.

when I first signed up I asked if the courses I chose were acceptable and I was told yes. after completing the twelve credit course I received an email saying the course was unacceptable because I took the same course less than two years ago and there would be no credit. Spoke to Selvin and he structured courses for me at no charge and he was excellent in handling the situation and I was very thankful

Most of the examples given were not issues in real-life. Agents can't just inflate the value of a claim because it wasn't paid. Life companies do their own underwriting to verify info in the applications, etc. The examples make it sound like the info the agent submits is the only thing considered by a company.

This course was great but it really took me several tries to get in because the verification of me not being a computer was confusing it had 15 different images the first time, then the 2nd time it had about 9, the finial attempt was checking for photos with a fire hydrant and it was the easiest because it just says to click until there are no more but await new pix to load.
I really enjoyed the content of this course and found it very helpful and easy to navigate.
Need to be more interactives with different colors. Perhaps some matching. Questions were very simplified both when learning & the exam. A lot of the questions could be easily guessed at.

All the Ethics Training was agent-broker focused, whereas I am an Independent Adjuster, needing claims based issues (you have had this in the past). Much of this was irrelevant to my job. Your format, training, testing was otherwise okay. Could more more concise. "Designed for: Insurance professionals at any level in their career" is misleading. At least the final Exam was straightforward.
Too long for only 3 credits.
Was the narrator a bot? He spoke very fast and pronounced some of the words in a strange way. For an example, listen to how he says OSHA.

Appropriate and relevant, test matched taught material, felt like they threw in a little too much material to meet the time requirement, but overall a good course.
I reviewed the questions missed and confused as I had gotten those correct.
There appeared to be a few typos / editorial errors within the documents that could be misleading/confusing. Additionally, some of the wording and paragraphs were almost complete copy/pasted from earlier in the course which I found jarring.

This course was jammed packed with information. The course title and the content seemed to me a bit misleading, far more legal terms, Laws, & Reg., than the tittle suggested.

Some of the practice questions made assumptions that had not been introduced as fact elsewhere.
That is a lot of hefty reading, would like to see more beaks in the reading with a video or pictures for examples. I think a lot of people learn more visually, including myself. I would like to see more questions asked sooner to make sure you aren't too far along in the reading material before you test your knowledge.

This subject is a difficult one. My suggestion is to create a class about Business Auto Coverage, not including Motor Carrier and Auto Dealers policies. The reason is the aforementioned type of policies are not widely sold by insurance brokers.

The percentage completed seemed to be a bit off but I liked the feature. At one point it said 75% done then the percentage seemed to decrease. I also had a time during this test when it seemed like someone else was moving the screen. I'm assuming it wasn't anyone at WebCE and was probably a fluke. It always takes me extra time on these classes but I really try to learn the info not just pass the test. .

Some of the questions could be worded better for better understanding. I was marked wrong on a quiz because it was subject to interpretation. A key element was omitted from the question that drove my decision on how I answered.
More time should have been scheduled for the reading portion by my company. 1.5 hours was not enough time.
I really liked that I was able to print the course book before taking exam. Its nice to have paper to read instead of computer screen sometimes. The resource was very helpful when learning the course material. The testing questions were also clear to read and easy to navigate to the next page. I enjoyed that the test questions were separated into 3 different groups instead of all on one page. Made test taking more easy.

I needed to take this for CE and I was confused on what Ethics class to take specifically.
I have used your CE for several years. This time much of the content seemed irrelevant and the course quizes had questions that barely made sense. Thankfully the test questions were much easier than the quiz questions.
Always use WebCE for CE training since I got into the insurance business over 10 years ago!! Recommend to everyone when the subject of CE comes up!!

The timer seemed to be delayed by about 8 minutes by the time I finished the 3 hour training before I could take the test.
I like how the overview, the summary and the practice questions at the end of every chapter where added, that helped me retain information better.
I feel there could be a better choice for the AI voice that read. At times it felt like it was reading run-on sentences without much voice inflection. Felt too robot like.
The automated voice that reads the course mispronounces a lot of words, the cadence is off, and the pronunciation of acronyms is awful
The audio reading was phenomenal. Kept me on a comfortable pace. Pleasant sounding voice.
There was a lot of information in this course not very related to working from home. Some seemed to be "filler" material to make the course longer, such as many of the "Acts" that would relate to all employees and not specifically to work from home employees.

Great examples of how various situations can impact coverages or gaps for tele-workers. It makes applying concepts more applicable to real life situations.
Some of the questions in the chapter quizzes seemed to have arbitrary answers as though it was assuming more about the example scenario than what was specifically mentioned in the question. The final quiz, however was great and had none of that.

I have engaged in several courses through WebCE, most of which have been valuable and professionally presented. This course however, was the worst CE I have taken in many years. If this had been my first course, I would seek another provider. Grammar within the course was beyond poor throughout - missing words, lack of subject/verb agreement, and careless writing resulting in inaccurate information (i.e. "...both employees and employees should..). There were multiple references to corporal punishment in professional liability examples & quiz questions for home based instructors - this is an illegal practice in many jurisdictions and as such would not be an insurable - extremely poor example.
Why are there so many questions about non fault coverages for an ohio license? Ohio is NOT a no fault state so it's literally useless.
The audio being automated is more of a distraction from me than if a real person were reading it as an instructor might in a lecture
I had a positive experience with The Ethics Principle Course and passed the exam.
I dislike the long verbiage questions in the test at the end. I wish there was a way to make the chapter tests count for the exam.

My biggest critique would be to not use names like Main insurance brokers or Best insurance companies, it makes me have to re-read the prompt at times because it comes off as a descriptive word not a proper noun regardless if it is capitalized.

Some of the questions on the practice quizzes had incomplete information, which led to incorrect answers. Some of the answers could have applied to the questions, but the practice scenario did not contain all the relevant information.

Using WebCE is preferred over all vendors. MUCH better than the The Institutes. My company pays for me to go through The Institutes but I will use my own money to obtain CE through WebCE. The Ethics courses through The Institues don't even include the antifraud portion, they expect agents to use the free DOI website (can take over 60 days to report classes). THANK YOU for the user friendly website and clear communication!

Good Modern Material
The time allotted to complete is 3.0 hours. Progressive only scheduled me for 1.5 hours to complete (an unrealstic amount of time). If I had followed the read along format, this may have taken me 6-7 hours to complete. The most expedient method is to read over the information without the use of the read-along method provided. Far too time consuming against the 3.0 hours stated for completion at the beginning of the CE (post login).

Obviously, the writer is good, but this time I had to look up several words for a definition to ensure I was interpreting the information properly. I'm not sure who sets forth the hours it which it can be completed, we are given 1.5 hours and it's simply unachievable. It's been a few years since I used the WebCE platform, thank you for adding the Read-it-to-Me function.

The instruction was just a little dry.
The course was good but sometimes momentarily distracting with the AI reading as artificial intelligence sometimes had the emphasis on the wrong consonant changing the meaning from a verb to a noun or vice-versa in the wrong context.

Don't like the trick questions or the "Jeopardy Game" questions that attempt to hide the answer. That tests the ability of the person to take a test or spot tricks rather than learn and understand relevant content. Next time I need CE I will consider other providers.
Today's study was long and had to wait until the end to do the exam. It is better for me to do take the exam after each section. Everything is fresh and easier to answer.
THE ONE QUESTION THAT WAS SURLY NO CLEAR WAS* The Law of agency describes the relationship between ?????? I could never find this . Some of the descriptions were very confusing.

There are a few typos in the text. Here are two of them, there were at least two others but I did not make copies. "What is the purpose of this endorsement? Its primary use involves instances when there is such a difference in an insured's liability exposures at various its business locations If none of these symbols fits a particular need, the insured and the insurer have may agree to a mutually acceptable description and label it symbol"
The read it to me option is very helpful! However, sometimes the way it is read sounds very computer/AI based rather than a human than can understand appropriate places to pause in the dialogue or certain things to emphasize over others.

The read-it-to-me audio was full of misspoken words and was poorly timed. By that I mean some sentences were run on sentences due to faulty pauses at punctuation marks. Also the Roman numeral "I" was pronounced as the word "I" and it tried to make words out of acronyms. This made understanding difficult at times, but was not a serious issue.
I found this course very helpful and easy to navigate for the most part. It would help more if there is any way to save the stopping point in the course material and audio read-me option when in the middle of a section. If I had to save and exit in the middle of a section, it would take me back to the beginning of that section when I signed back in to continue the course. On a positive note, I appreciated the ironic humor in the company names, etc. throughout the course.

Content was very good and very relevant to today's changing workplace. I personally don't care for the read-it-to-me audio because it is slower than I read (that obviously varies from person to person) and also there are some words pronnounced incorrectly and some unusual emphasis/cadence that is distracting. A "real" person reading the content would be much better. I learned a lot from the content.

With the popularity of service centers I would like to see some content on the dilemma of working for an insurer and also being a licensed agent in a service center and where the loyalties lie within both.
It took me double the normal time to complete my CE due to all of the exams and final exam.

The "Getting to Yes" class was very interesting and well written. The exam less so. Many of the exam questions were weird and convoluted. One that I pondered for quite a while unsure of what the question was really asking used the example of a person promising to go to church and then asked the text taker to choose an answer about acceptance and offer terminology. I would recommend to the test writter: Keep the exam text focused on examples from the actual text of the class.
This seemed to have a lot of duplication.
A few videos would help people taking the course not get bored from the guy just reading the materials to the people.
Each chapter in this section was quite long, but the ability to lookup key terms made it more manageable.
This is my fifth course taken this week, and I found this one to have an extraordinary amount of typos, grammatical errors and punctuation errors as compared to the other courses, which made studying distracting as I sometimes had to re-read certain passages and attempt to appropriately determine what was being presented, and/or was just thrown off by the typo, grammatical error or punctuation error (as I have OCD about such things).
This course was very helpful.

Listening to a computer voice generated course is not engaging, using real instructors would make the course more interesting.

Thought the course covered difficult material that only an underwriter would know. I feel fortunate to have passed the exam since i was never an underwriter.

Example given for "soft fraud" is almost identical to the practice question asking hard vs soft, yet the answer turned out to be hard fraud. Suggestion would be to get rid of the idea of hard & soft fraud and just go with fraud. This seems to exist only to have more variety in questions and throw more terms into the program.

The course was very well put together and quite informative, however, I did find it was much longer than expected for three (3) credits.
Misspelled words and poor grammar (wrong words used, employer when it should have been employee) were distracting in taking this course.
The only complaint is some of the sentences were hard to follow because of sentence structure or because words were left out and the meaning had to be assumed/guessed. Otherwise, well done.
Really liked the read it to me audio. The voice inflection/pronunciation in some areas could be improved but overall it was a good experience,

Interesting how a 3 hour credit course turns into 5 hours to take.......??? It would take a lot less time to do it live..........
This course and the reading was very time consuming. I would recommend what others are doing for CEs and provide one hour webinars where you listen to the information and then receive a 1 hour continuing education credit. Taking an exam at the end of the course can also be nerve racking for many. Please consider removing the exam, or reducing the reading time.

Less is Best? This particular training could have less text. Got overwhelming. Too much. The ability to work at my own pace is imperative. The audio and visual learning is my preferred style. I was pleased this was available. The quizzes and final exam were designed to match what I learned and understood i.e. No 'tricky' questions.
I wish the courses were a little more cost effective or the coupon code offered and sent remains good until nearer license renewal date.

The exam should have been 20 questions based on amount of content. The content was very good.
the website is not very clear on classes available to renew designations. It does NOT have a direct link to find it. I always have to call a couple times to get the directions and navigate it.
Perfection
This was one of the most amazing continuing education courses let alone courses in general that i have ever had the privilege of taking. The material was extremely non-biased and provided excellent clarity and information within the first two minutes of the course. Whoever wrote this course and provided the audio should receive a raise for the amount of effort and nonbiased information. I felt engaged, immersed and refreshed because the subject matter was well displayed. Even the Scenarios were actual real-life scenarios further impacting the credibility and accuracy of the program. 10-10 would recommend this course to anyone and everyone in the insurance industry and would also say that people who are not in the insurance industry could also benefit from the material in the first 4 chapters/sections. I'm not saying it should be mandatory, but I am saying everyone should have the Opportunity to enjoy this course.

Took too much time to cover the material. should have been two classes instead of one with more CE hours.
the voice for the read it to me audio was very monotone. I stopped using it after the first segment as it was more of a hinderance than help. Might try finding a different AI voice option that isn't so monotone for this feature.

I am perplexed as to how the course hours are computed. The module I just completed was described as fulfilling 4 hours of continuing education for a P & C Producer. Not ever taking the old Evelyn Woods speed reading course, it took 10-12 hours to completely read the material presented and take the quizzes and exams.

Possible Ans: "They can now have lower ceilings"), you make the quizzes/exams the best part of the course and I hope your boss gives you a raise (in a monetary sense, not that they physically pick you up)

I am a commercial auto agent and have been for 35 years and I found some of the information confusing. This is also too much information to present to someone without a background. This course would be better broken down into at least two different courses.
The read to me portion doesn't always use the correct pronunciation of the words. It caused me to loose focus of the material and reread to make sure I understood the information
Read it to me audio was great, however, an actual human recording would be better to deliver inflection and tone.

Whom ever is writing the questions does a horrible job at doing so. Often the questions are barely comprehensible. I shouldn't have to read a question a million times to determine what I am being asked. Grade me on my insurance knowledge, not on my reading comprehension. Some of the questions are absurdly worded.
Only negative is the use of the Auto Coverage Symbols without the brief definitions. These regularly appear on auto apps with descriptions which make them readily available. I have never tried to learn them because of availablity.
I already knew most of this but the course contains very valuable insight for newer insurance agents. It also confirmed some of my existing practices. Thank you.

This ethics course made me think that ethics is all up to an individual. I understand that people are different and are more moral on certain things, but to say that cheating on a spouse is ethical if the couples morals say it is makes no sense to me. Next we will be saying murder and rape is ok if the person's morals are that they are ok...ethics are supposed to be universal in certain stances in my opinion, according to law and common sense. I would never have my son take this kind of ethic class because it makes no sense to me!!!
This is my second time going through the CE process for license renewal. I love this platform. It is very user friendly.
The only problem with this course and test is there isn't enough time to complete the whole thing in the amount of time given.
I wish our company scheduled the appropriate amount of time to read the material and take the test.

I'm going to look for a different provider in the future, because this course was WAY too involved, incredibly time consuming and put way too much emphasis on laws that would NEVER be applicable in the average person's day to day activities. The course was verbose and should be severely edited. It was not user-friendly.

I like that it was short, entertaining with story telling and easy to understand so it wasn't boring. The quick quiz at the end of each chapter was not too long and is helpful to identify areas where a little more study or focus should be applied.
The courses I picked only offered .pdf files but no audio or video options. I wish I had known that before purchasing as I prefer audible tools, even those on an app I can use on the go vs. having to sit a and read a .pdf file.

Test questions and answer options poorly written and not clear.
The first question of my exam was asking about Extramarital affairs and that it basically wanted me to agree that its ethical to be ok with such actions. This question is RIDICULOUS and HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. It has NOTHING to do with insurance. The very idea that WEBCE includes such an outlandish question that erodes moral fiber is insane. Asking an agent to be "ok" with unethical and immoral actions in an ethics course/exam is beyond ridiculous. This question should be removed, if for no other reason, that it has NOTHING to do with insurance or being a professional of any kind!

Some of the material presented is not clear enough to answer the test questions accurately. This is a common theme in your process. I went back and review the course material regarding the question I answered incorrectly and the test question was clearly a bad question overall.
although at times there were a lot of concepts presented all at once in certain sections, the information was clearly presented; the examples of situations were helpful
I did NOT like the read to me voice; I found him very boring & blah with no personality.
Videos that demonstrate a role playing scenario like on Jeopardy would break things up.

The content is overly wordy & drawn out. Especially when compare to Kaplan. Important info, content could be given in shorter version. At times, it’s difficult to progress thru course in a timely manner.
This was an extremely difficult block of instruction. The "read to me" is so monotone and mindnumbing that I couldn't more than two hours at a time. I finally gave up and read it myself. What got me through the test was my current knowledge of Commercial Auto. I knew what you were trying to explain and still got confused. There's gotta be something more engaging out there because I learned very little with this teaching style.
This subject matter was tedious and dry which is not WebCE's fault. I enjoyed other classes much more than this one.

I thought some of the examples in the reading material were not real clear-cut to show the differences. For example the soft fraud story was actually used in a sample question but was then rated as a hard fraud. I found the examples a little unclear, but the test questions were clear cut

Best ethics class I have taken . . . it was relevant, interesting and most importantly not a waste of time. I disagree strongly with the information concerning open marriage that is contrary to Biblical Principles . . . Bible is the basis for all ethical behavior and its principles for life cannot be ignored.

Did exactly what it needed to in a user friendly way
This course took longer than expected because of only 3 hours awarded credit.
It is very difficult to memorize all the material and do the test at the end.
Some of the questions posed during the course, presumes that the student is well versed with certain insurance products, which is not always the case. Therefore, it was occasionally challenging to make a decision based on my limited knowledge. Example, I sell Property/Casualty products (primarily professional liability) and know very little about life insurance, so there were times when I was guessing at the point the course was trying to make.
Some of the questions were non-sensical
I did appreciate the audio, it helped me to focus on the material more than if I were reading it to myself.

This course was great. One suggestion would be to allow increasing vocal speed for the read-to-me feature. I enjoyed having that to follow along, but it was slow.
I was looking forward to taking this course, but now realize it is not what I was looking for. I have been in the business of large commercial accounts for 35 years. This seemed almost like insurance 101 - and some of it was made more for personal insurance. I will not recommend this particular course.
I did not like taking the practice tests and then taking a big exam at the end.
Some of the questions are misleading or do not have a clear wrong answer, so it could be a matter of interpretation.
I have used WebCE many times to stay compliant and relevant in the insurance world; now, more than ever, online CE that is easy to use and convenient wherever I am is so important.
Please consider making the word "except" all caps in all of your questions. I noticed in both the section quizzes as well as the exam that there was inconsistency. There was also a question about infidelity, which does not apply to insurance of ethical application of insurance practices, so I thought that it was out of place. Thank you!
Having a video of someone talk about the content instead of the computer generated monotone voice. It was very difficult to listen but was needed as reading it all would have been harder.

This course is valuable for a novice producer but was of little value to an experienced underwriter. Would like to see more courses written for the benefit of underwriters maintaining their CRIS designation.

I encourage a staff member to review this course with the voice service, the cadence was slow. Scheduling a 3 hours for the course, it was finished in 4hrs. This was frustrating. The extra-martial affair question IMO should be removed.

Questions about ethics are vague and it feels like there were trick questions by using similar words or adjectives - instead of reinforcing accuracy of information. The course materials were repeated too many times. The course was too time consuming.
