My comment has more to do with the courses in general, and not the one I just completed. I think the platform is extremely useful, and I like how you have options to have the course read out loud or not. I appreciate how fast you also report results of completion. My only real issues are how the questions are constructed. They quizzes and final questions are often extremely wordy and at times seem to try and trick you. I know for me a lot of questions I got incorrect weren't from not knowing the material, but because I got confused in the extremely wordy questions.

Some of the answer choices provided were worded differently than the associated chapters and the choices were worded in a way where the definitions were not clear. For Example, in question 39 where it asks which option Maynard should choose to keep premium down during winter months for her motorcycle not used during this time, choices cold weather policy jacket & lay-up warranty were two of the options. The chapter discussed lay-up provision, not lay-up warranty. Cold weather policy jacket can mean winter storage-coverage. This made it difficult to choose the correct answer.

I would like more tailor made courses that are a bit less ridged or ability to swap courses from bundles if they are for the exact same amount of credits IE a 3 credit course for a different 3 credit course

The text-to-audio option is horrible. There is so much advancement in technology, you can easily find something that reads smoother. It is too slow, to mono-tone, and easy to lose interest. Spelling errors in some questions.

It was easy following the instructions and reading along with video. I think we do need more than 3 days to complete with the final course requirement being 8 hours and 20 minutes to get to the test.
Grammatical errors. Questions designed to be confusing. A question on an exam should not state " which of the following is probably the answer" unless multiple answers are allowed to be chosen as correct. One answer could probably be right 60% of the time and the other could "probably" be right 40% of the time. Therefore, both could probably be the answer......
The course is fine - i would have bought elsewhere if it said i would need a monitor. most courses are open book and the online description said your course was open book. It wasnt until i took the exam that it told me otherwise - will not purchase that again.

the understanding and availability to go back on go over material to help locate answered was EXTREMELY helpful and like the fact there was not too many pages to go through to help find the answers. hopefully rest of exam will follow in this manor.

Some of the material is outdated referencing 2021 and older manuals. The content is dry no getting around that but I would have liked watching the material explained more like in the section of scenarios vs a text book read to me.

The overall course was easy to follow and understand but the final course exam was extremely too long, topics did not fully correspond to the material that was presented. I would not recommend this course to friends and/or colleagues due to the final course exam alone.

I think the verbiage should be clearer based on the material given in the course. It comes off as trying to trick the person who has to take the test. This should be open book since some of the items are not dealt with on a daily basis.

I thought there were a lot of litigation questions on the final exam. I felt that there could have been a lot of other quality insurance, product questions rather than so many deceptive practice questions.
I also like video content and that is the one thing that I felt was missing
The AI male voice reading the material was weird. Didn't seem to pronounce some words correctly. The females reading the one section was better.

Simple to complete and it helped that I was able to go back and find the answers that were super easy to find.
I like the idea of the "read-it-to-me" audio, but the audio is not spoken by a human narrator. The computer-generated voice does not read in a natural cadence so it made it more challenging to absorb the material even while reading along with the narration.

The term "undocumented immigrant" you use is not correct. Technically "alien" is the term for anyone in this country who is not a US citizen. They could be here legally or illegally. If you are talking about someone here illegally, they should be referred to as an "illegal alien" not "undocumented immigrant". That is the legal term, like it or not.

This test was a complete mess and very aggravating. First it was way too long, secondly had to many questions and didnt give you the answers to what you missed. I wish the test could have been broken up or just had less questions by at least half. I was not a fan especially after the ones I took prior that held my interest and didnt make you feel stupid.

a few exam questions really didn't have an appropriate answer, and searching for the relevant answer was zero results no matter the keywords or hint ,and that left having to guess an answer to accept.
Being able to complete the courses on my phone made it very convenient.
Read aloud with an option to have the words highlighted as they're being read. Another read aloud speed between 1.0 & .75.
The course content was very thorough, and I liked the mix of theory and practical examples. The pace was generally good, though some sections felt a bit dense and could benefit from shorter, more focused segments. Adding visual aids or diagrams could help make certain topics even clearer

OK, wish there was less words in each section, like the discounts should be separated and not all together. Also suggest a speed in between 1 and 1.25
The format was a little different than most WebCe courses I've taken, so it took me a minute or two to figure out what I needed to do. At first I wasn't thrilled with the animation on the screen (seem remedial and childish) but after watching the first section I found the simplicity to be what made it easy to follow and retain the material.
I like the way you updated access to the material, the old way was confusing.

The only thing that I did not like is that I was unable to finish the test due to the time not moving at a certain time. Which for me was 7hrs and 37 minutes I tried for a few days re-going through the questions but no change. But once I received a new email I was able to complete the test.

A lot of repeat information that causes the lessons to be drawn out.
The course needs real life examples - When you speak and converse with an agent, they often do explain this matrix that is outlines in this course. When you have an accident one's insurance rate goes up.

The interactive video knowledge test under the UIM/UM would only allow me to select 2 of the 3 correct answers. I tried it twice and both times it would only allow me to select the first 2 even though the first 3 were correct & required to get the exam correct.
Based on previous courses, this course absolutely "tied-it-all-together"... Much of the content reinforced earlier lessons from same...

The only additional comments I would make would be that there was a little confusion about how to move to the next section after completing the first section. I went through the video and completed the first chapter/section/unit, but I was not sure how to move on to the second section. For this reason, I rewatched the first video thinking that because I had connection issues, there must have been a problem recording my progress in the course. Eventually, I discovered that in order to move on to the next section, I had to complete the section exam. It would also be helpful to have this course offer the self-guided option. I would have liked the option to not have the video read the information to me, and instead read the information myself (like in the other courses offered by WebCE).
There were questions relating to info not covered.
Study time would not allow me to take exam earlier.

I have been using WebCE for decades now for my CE requirements and they have never let me down. The accuracy of the required hours for my state and the offering of multiple options to meet those requirements are spot on!
This course was very difficult and confusing, the open book exam helped make the exam a little more easier however, it wasn't enough to actually help me pass the first few attempts. The exam it too broad to apply to everyone selling insurance. This exam is harder than the actual state exam.
Too much reading. Maybe find a way to shorten if possible.

Some of your material was not correct or my company is not using the same limits. I handle insurance for all states except one. Improvements on subject matter would be needed.
I preferred the courses that were mostly reading material. The videos were too fast. The grammar for the some of the exam questions was just awful. This made the exam take longer than it needed to.

I think some areas were just too comprehensive for renewal CME. However, the audio reading made it possible to finish at a reasonable time. ** I wish the review answers would work after each session exams. For some reason the review your answers now did not work for student to see what missed after each graded final exam. Knowing what was missed should be part of the training so next year the students will not again fail the same questions. Overall, I am a happy camper using this for the first time and I will surely recommend it.

I would have given all 10s... but I think the videos stopped working partway through the course (around chapter 3). The following questions were not clear: #22 The question stated she was 25, then said "turning 25" >as student away from home needing endorsement. However, the verbiage in the reading state < 24 years of age. Rather confusing. #40 in reference to Motorcycles being used seasonally and coverage: Chapter 5 verbiage used "Lay-up provision", however, answer showed "Lay-up warrenty". Not clear as to whether I answered either of these correctly.

PRETTY SURE THE WORD 'WITH' ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. REST OF THE QUESTION IS SOMETHING LIKE: IN PEGGY'S PERSONAL AUTO POLICY OR MOTOR VEHICLE POLICY, RIVER BANK SHOULD Be NAMED AS A(N).......pretty sure I got confused and got this one wrong. The question has a motorhome, auto policy, and motor vehicle policy. I don't think it is a good question and that word WITH probably doesn't belong there.

The course was easy to understand, it made taking the exam easy especially since it was open book. The time allowed for course was not enough time to read along and take quizzes but overall I liked it.

The course did its job and filled in a lot of information that I needed to pass the test. My one Critique, however, would be the automated voice over. I feel like the timing and the inflexion of the voice left a lot to be desired. Maybe an actual human voice over would correct this.
I will continue to use this product and course again when courses are needed.
The ethics webinar. Having at least 1 per week is why I did not renew with BetterCE for the first time ever. State Farm agent aspirants are being forced to have the SIE, 6, 63, and 65, and some of those line up with our expiration. Allowing us to catch up from procrastination will get you a bunch more people.
Closed captioning would be helpful in the videos, as would increased video volume. The program itself was very good.

This last section provided too much information all at once. The allotted time for completion was 5 hours but with that amount of information, reading through all of the sections I found myself losing interest. It was just too much information to absorb all in one sitting.

Scheduled personal property section lists Cash as the answer for policy limits for loss. It is actually all of them. Internal limits affect Cash, art guns...etc.

I use WebCE every two years. The TOC on the left is new since my last go round; I like it! It helps me know how far I have to go without navigating out to see, so I can decide on a good place to pause and return later.

I did have trouble trying to find CE for just personal loan so I ended up having to take CE for commercial which I don't have a license for but I passed it anyway after a few tries. Maybe I did something wrong with that part was a bit confusing.

There was a lot of complex content in this course, specific to terminology. This course didn't follow the same completion process as the other courses. It closed out before access to the certificate of completion and isn't showing as complete on my dashboard.

the only problem was searching for answers it was a little hard to do that Maybe when you search, and item numbers come up you could jump to each item with a "jump to " command

THANK YOU! Other then that the material is great and set up is good as well.

There are some grammatical typos in this course that can make the material confusing.
What is not covered and important is when creating a quote for a property without a lender, the effective date of the policy requires the payment to be made within 9 days of the application creation date. to hold the effective date. I created a quote on 12/19 with a eff date of 1/18/25. The client paid on 1/7/25 so the policy came in with a 2/6/25 eff date. I thought as long as he paid before the 1/18 date, the date would be honored. I had no idea about the quote creation date.

One of the exam questions about mediation referred to being able to choose not to accept the decision of the 3rd party. I chose arbitration because in the statement before the exam it stated that sometimes the decision in Mediation can be refused. I realized that in Arbitration a decision can always be refused. I find that the exam question wasn't clear enough for me to choose the Mediation answer.

I didn't like having casualty questions because I am only life and Health Agent.
AI reader mispronounced multiple words (mini-) Also hard to follow reader as monotone speech pattern put me to sleep. Voice was NOT engaging at all. Had to stop play and read for contact. Surprised I passed exam!

I like the short reads and the read to me function. Makes it a lot smoother of a listen than just jumping back and forth to find the answers. It seems to stick easier in my brain. Would like some color though, graphs, and maybe some of the questions to be less wordy. They get to be too much and gotta reread it. I also would like the function of read to me for the questions that are wordy.

I felt there were too many questions on Trusts and condos.Otherwise the presentation was excellent.
I am a State Farm agent. SF is the largest insurer of boats under 26 ft in length in the U.S. The section on boats, more so then is much of the course, geared towards independent agents and ISO form numbers.
There were significant pieces of this course that related much more to Property and Casualty licensing. I am working on CE for a Life and Health license.
I have not seem the last part of this studies but a summary flash cards would be nice in review.

The way some of the practice and test questions were worded was not clear at times. The practice question about who would get an increase due to an accident did not specify which driver, it just stated a situation. The test used peoples names and expected everyone to know if they were male or female, kind of outdated. This is the first time I’ve seen issues like this for courses on this site. Otherwise, the courses and availability and convenience are great.

It's user friendly.
I had to turn off the read-to-me audio. Either there needs to be more commas in the content or the inflections or emphasis on certain words needs to be improved. It is too monotone and the proper inflections , on many occasions, are not conducive to learning. I did better when I started reading the content rather than listening to the monotone generic voice.
When in a chapter in the course, include the chapter number out of the total number of chapters so I can know specifically how far along I am - not just %

There were numerous errors in the wording. As is the question weren't confusing enough. The text felt ridiculously long. Almost like run on sentences. I feel like the exams questions were extremely difficult to decipher in comparison to the text. I liked is that the courses is quick until you reach the exam portion. I did like the fact that progress is saved.
I've been using WEBCE for over a decade. Also, when I call with a question about reciprocity between states, I get a specific answer, not a vague "I'm not sure" (I recently moved from NJ to FL)

The computerized voice is a bit difficult to listen to for long periods of time, it uses odd inflections which are distracting from the content being delivered.
The test was unusually long, 55 questions for a 10 credit course took a long time to complete. A 5 credit course is usually 25 questions, so it might be wise to pair it down to 50 questions or less.

I think this is the first time I've used your company for my license CE and I can say will most likely be the last. I'm not trying to be mean it just seemed like the material was for executive level licensing. I'm a lowly agent just trying to keep my license and the material and questions seemed to be for those that are leaders and those making decisions within the insurance industry as a whole. So many questions started with "You're the state insurance..." or "An audit by the state insurance department..." I have no clue about the insurance workings at those levels and yet I'm being asked questions like I am. Past CE seemed to be designed from the agent's perspective and made sense. Also some questions had nothing to do with the material that was just covered. Some sections were just a page long of material and I searched and searched but couldn't find the answer no matter how many times I read it. I hope this constructive criticism might lead to reassessing the material and making it more appropriate for the vast majority or your customers: agents
I think you need an editor to review the materials and find a better way to present them. I found the information to be overwhelming and presented in such a way that my mind kept wandering and I missed key concepts.
That 8 hr class is SOO LONG.
Just try and shorten the questions on the tests would be good.

Towards the end, there seemed to be many exams for the sake of exams rather than testing knowledge of the content covered. Some had the same answer for most of the 5 questions.

You have a question about reasonable actions to take if a pet owner is concerned about their cat. The answer to this question is inaccurate. Declawing cats is not a reasonable or correct action to take. This is animal cruelty and is widely regarded by veterinarians as dangerous, cruel, and unhelpful. This question should be re-written to remove the apparent endorsement of this practice by the insurance industry. This is where people learn things about their job. If you teach them something immoral when they're just starting out, they'll never know any better.

The Web CE Courses are much longer and have more questions than what I've done in the past and at my age I found it time consuming, but its a requirement to keep my license.

The voice of the read it to me audio was very monotone and difficult to listen to for long periods of time. An actual human with inflection in their voice or videos would be much better.
The long 7 hour course was ROUGH, just because it has so many chapters and parts. Otherwise, great CE courses.
I like the testing on each module, it is much more effective to retain than lumping all the info on a large test at the end.

Company selected this option for me to complete my CE units. I don't know if I would have found this online, if they hadn't. I didn't see a list of other areas of study so, I couldn't say that I'd check on anything other than insurance. Your site and study were ideal in not taking too much time but it was helpful in understanding the material.

The test does is all over the place and does not follow the format of the reading. It seems purposeful to confuse someone taking it. This is the first time this has been so horrible that I'd rather take another company and pay out of pocket than use this one for free.
Was surprised that this ethics had so much to do with life and health insurance - would have preferred it about P&C but probably helped me personally, especially about annuities.

The 10 credit hour course was a bit long and same subjects could be divided into 2-3 separate courses to better allow an insurance student recall on the final exam.
Not enough information on each chapter for there to be a quiz that follows. The length of the questions in the quiz's is so much longer than the information in the chapter. Ended up spending more time reading the quiz questions than I did learning the material.
Typos and intentional "word soup" in the both the way questions are written and answers presented. is it the intent to teach or to trick. as the kids say, "this was trash"!

The amount of gotcha questions and the amount of questions which leave out key context is ridiculous.

Everything was great. I would have liked to have kept the Audio as a download to revisit and hear over. That feature helped me to retain the information better. Other than that, great course.
The Audio speaker read much too fast. I had to read the passages first and then play the audio reader as a review.
The only criticism I have is that I purchased a bundle that met my 3 hours of ethics and 12 hours of classroom equiv, plus several extra courses that exceeded my 24 hour requiremen.but once they showed up in my docket, I couldn't figure out which course contained the ethics portion. It would be nice if it was a little clearer, because I am holding off on taking some courses until March so they will apply to my requirements for 2027. If this does not make sense you can contact me for clarification.

No suggestions as I think the course meets the goal to complete the CE courses successfully.
The course completion % shown was not accurate which was frustrating. The first few chapters took much longer than the rest of the chapters (which were not viewable). Because of this I was left with a distorted view of how far along I was in the course.

This class is for Life and Health insurance. However at least half of the material was presented as Property Casualty learning. Bad design.

Some of the questions were broad at best, in multiple instances there were multiple theoretically correct. Perhaps add an additional set of details or specification specifically the Property with the 2022 inclusion of HO14 that could in said situation also apply. All and all great process, outside of a few vaguely addressed answers I thoroughly enjoyed digesting the information. Twisted questions are confusing. But in fairness, it is representative of the double-speak on the initial licensing exam.
A couple of the questions you asked were addressed but the appropriate answer was not given in the material provided. I feel if you are going to ask a question than the information to answer the question should have been provided.
The course was very informative and I like the examples that were given using different scenarios.
It would be helpful to provide packages that include both property insurance and life insurance as only one is provided. Other than that, both the product and service are excellent. The report back to Department of Insurance is very timely as well.

I like the search option but It would be nice if it went straight to the part in the chapter it's in. It was a bit tedious to scroll through the whole chapter to find the term I searched for.
The narrator for this course was terrible. He had no idea what he was discussing, he had mispronounced word like "minitrial" and his timing around commas and punctuation was horrible.
Because I process info better by reading it, I like that i do not have to use the audio or video features, but i'm glad they're there for others to use.
An auto-scroll feature that moves down the page keeping pace with the audio would be a really nice feature to have available

The questions were too specific for Continuing Education. There's a lot to read and comprehend and more GENERAL questions would've sufficed More specific questions are more necessary for when someone who is preparing to first get their license.

I beleive there is an error on sailboats. I believe the liabilty coverage is there is the sailboat is 26' or less, not more.

That it was a computer based course. I prefer to go to a class where they have an instructor in the front of the room . Never have like this Computer based crap.
As a direct writer I found it more difficult thanit needed to be. I have no cluee what a HO form 14 is or an HO4-4. I felt it could have covered the material in an easier manner by using endorsement names and discriptions could have been easier to use.
Instructions was dry. Videos/real life situations make the material more engaging.
It would be helpful to add to the "rules of the exam" that it is Untimed. I dont believe that is spelled out anywhere. Otherwise I was very happy with this process.

An excess of case studies are a moot point when we both reader, and writer understand the point of CE is to efficiently summarize what has happened in the market since last CE.... and other notable reminders. To drown the material with case studies and hypotheticals the writer finds subjectively interesting is too tangential to be effective.

One of the practice quiz corrections stated the following: "This answer is incorrect. This answer makes little sense." That was honestly just rude, not sure why it would need to include that last sentence. I could not believe it when I read it! Also, there are not even pictures. It is very hard to do a course with all writing and nothing interactive.

It is difficult to relate to this material when you are referring to the insurance industry across the entire country instead of reflecting the information to what is relevant accurate to the state I am licensed in.

Question 10 on this exam askes who would be charged the most for insurance Dean, Elliott, Lakeisha or Sheena. Since you do not specify the gender of each of these people you are relying on people to make an assumption based on their own biases. Just add male or female. Many people can not be gendered simply by a name
Questions are good. I have failed on other exams because Hawaii homeowner policies do not offer endorsements in the test. I would guess a high rate of failure by agents. coverages does not offered in Hawaii.

There were some issues with the read-to-me, the narrator/bot mispronounced many words like lead, read, and FEMA. Also, please revise to not use "thus" in what felt like every single lesson. This is a long lesson and it helps to be able to bounce back and forth between the read-to-me and independently to keep you going, but to want to turn it off for repetitiveness was disappointing. Overall, good course and I like them much better than other providers. See you in two years.

The wording is meant to confuse and some of the answers were not in the current chapter indicated
The final exam questions were written to confuse the continuing education person and not to actually test their knowledge of the material. Trying to fool people with 4 double not questions and answers does not prove the knowledge of the material or the education of the person taking taking the test.
found the questions to be confusing/misleading. Some were downright terrible!

It would be a time saver to start where it was left and not to start the chapter,
I found the informational and helpful with my role.
It may be the subject itself and information that had to be conveyed that was confusing, but this was the most convoluted course I’ve taken.
The way some of your questions are worded puts a person who is proficient in English and who thinks logically at a disadvantage. Some items could be worded better/clearer.
More case studies and examples would be helpful.
Section quizzes in first half of material did not seem to coordinate well with the provided materials.
Disliked the reader voice. Had to mute him and read it myself

your questions are midleading just like the state test. ive been in insurance 20 years and your numerous questions do not apply nor are discussed in every day insurance. even googling for 2 days to find the answers is hard. if you would just stick to the policy contracts which are verbatum, it makes it more accruate and professional. but to mislead and to try to be generalize only makes for an agent being unprofessional to clients. your test answers are not realistic compared to the real world of insurance. we go by contracts, not generalizations...i passed 85% but its because your questions are misleading

It is nice to save and exit for pauses, reading aloud part is nice as well. Practice questions are helpful
Make more engaging / add color
Where I work, the PAP is a personal articles policy (personal inland marine policy in the course) and the Auto policy is called an Auto policy. It took a while to get used to the WebCE acronyms.
Good Course, but the test questions had way too many "carrie customer" "bob boatowner". Those rhyming words and names were very distracting.
Even thought I rec'd 100%, This exam seemed extremely more complex than the material in the unit.
you could help by providing more appropriate visuals (diagrams, charts, formatting of the content) to emphasize importance and aid memory
This course was a bit on the laborious side. I almost fell asleep a couple times.

As with the Home rating course, the auto course was practical and applicable to my job. The ability to work at my own pace is imperative. The audio and visual learning is my preferred style. I was pleased this was available. The quizzes and final exam were designed to match what I learned and understood i.e. No 'tricky' questions.

I actually used Ad banker as my method of study to pass my State exam but after taking this continuing education course I feel that I have an even more solid foundation of homeowners policies perils and exclusions surrounding them as well. Being able to touch up on rvs boats and other special lines items was extremely helpful and I feel that through ad banker I missed out on some extremely valuable information. After going through this course im actually questioning how I ended up passing however the course was amazing and I hope y'all continue to modify it to make it absolutely perfect
I thought the course was very difficult, more so than other courses I have taken on Web CE.

I dislike the ability to view both the test and the course instruction on screens at the same time. Many times when I'm unsure of an answer I like to refer to the course again to review that portion. This requires you to close one, open another and vice versa. Would likely take courses elsewhere based on this one element.

I actually learned some new things when it comes to rules an insurance company must obey.
the course on Flood insurance was hard and a little confusing for me, had to re-read it couple of time, but it was me, i have never worked with flood insurance and i did really learn a lot, just keeping the different endorsement in my head took a little time, the the course was good
Excellent course
This course was VERY HARD. I took the exam about 12 times to actually and finally past it. Chapter 1 and 2 are very long. Too much material to read. This exam was very stress full. Also when I typed in a key word to help search it will always say 0 found. It did that everytime I searched for subject I was looking for. I'm just glad I passed and done with it.
Prefer courses with tests on each chapter instead of a long, comprehensive exam.
I do not remember what the question was, but it was clear in the text, but the question I got wrong.
Course content was almost ambiguous with the insertion of life and health references.

Personally, I don’t like the nuts and bolts of Insurance regulations and what organizations do what or what different forms of misconduct are called. I just know I need to do my job in an ethical manner and not break any laws. Thank you so much for making the course fun though.
the "read-to-me" feature was great, but it would have been even greater if I could choose the voice. it was very robotic.

Only suggestion I might make is when performing a search through the material content in addition to being highlighted could have option to jump to next or previous occurrence of word or phrase. Otherwise well constructed.

The answers to the longer (more complicated) questions were NOT clear, even after rereading applicable sections.
It is a lot of material to read which is important to know. The example were clear. Most of all is only 25 questions.

I missed the practice questions at the end of the Chapters. I was not clear on some of the information I wanted to be.

Great class. Love that time in class vs credits received were comparable. This makes it much less frustrating when budgeting time for completion.

The material for this course was easy to follow and the test questions were not worded to trip you up. The questions were more straightforward than tests I've taken in previous years.

More than 70% of the questions did not pertain to the line of business that I was taking the test for - life insurance. Most questions were framed around P&C scenarios.
I expected life, health, and accident topics. Not P&C and legislation.
The electronic audio is horrible to listen to, other than that easy enough to get through.

No improvements needed....though I prefer the read-to-me section at 1.25 speed and each time I moved to a new chapter it reset to 1.0 and it took extra ti,e to change the speed. It would have been nice to be able to choose the speed once when asked if youu wanted the Auot-Reader on/off.
I have used this WebCE for 6 times and I like it compared to another I tried.
Flood is confusing since we transfer these calls normally.

The course questions were tricky and the course was difficult for a 43 year insurance agent. Too little time credit was given and I spent five hours not three and it was not easy or clear for Flood only

The course contained grammatical errors and is not interactive aside from the quizzes and "read-it-to-me" audio. Fortunately limited content and low time requirement of the course made up for the fact that it was essentially an article. Financially, I understand that every course, especially a single credit one, can't be highly interactive or have high quality audio and video, but the talent used for the "read-it-to-me" audio left much to be desired. I couldn't listen to his voice for a whole course. I would have actually preferred no audio and no pictures and simply calling it an article rather than the two(?) pictures and being read to by "Mr. Monotone".

Please Please Please get a better narrator. Having the computer read the words straight off the page with no voice inflection or rhythm has got to be the worst way to convey the information. Seriously, this topic is already drab as can be and you guys made it even worse.

There weren't any visuals or videos in this course....it left it a bit boring. The material was well written though to keep you open-minded and following the outline. This could have been a confusing course for some but it was well put together.
