I was able to complete my CEs in the amount of time allotted. That is a huge advantage in taking this course.

wish the course material actually went for the entire length of the required time in the course because having to go back in and relisten to things because you haven't been in long enough when you are going slide by slide is a little weird.

My one wish for for any of the WebCE/IRMI courses would be the ability to take a practice exam as an opportunity to identify areas that might need additional review prior to taking the final exam.

The course explanations will understandable and extensive. Certain questions were duplicated and certain answers to certain questions were duplicated and there was one question had answers that did not pertain to the question. Suggestion to have course proofread over for correction. Thank you.

I was very surprised by the relevant content. Rather than feeling I am refreshing on outdated information, this was fun, knowledgeable and completely helpful for the current times.

I just would have liked to be able to find the hours in commercial insurance but would up doing personal lines which I never deal with. Hopefully when it comes to my next renewal I will be able to locate those classes.

I think they don't need to do the quizzes after each chapter it takes so much time. That adds to a lot more questions. I like it when you can just work with the Exam to be completed. I did like the Homeowners.

I have enjoyed this CE program much better than ones I have used before! I very much like the audio that reads to me and keeps my attention and the ease of check list for reference.

I would appreciate a human being reading the course content and giving better clarity to some of the situations.

I did not like having to spend over 3 hours for the course when i was able to read through the material much faster.

The restrictions on a proctor made it nearly impossible for me to complete this exam. How do I get a "disinterested" third party to sit in my home for 9 hours just to monitor an exam that I am not sure what time I will get to the exam and how long the exam will take.

I'm a seasoned agent and knew the majority of the answers to the questions. Would have passed the tests without reading any of the content and yet I was forced to keep my computer going to achieve the required active "Time" in the class to complete the course. A TOTAL WASTE of my precious time for content I already knew thru years of real life work experience.

Course does not work properly on Android phones w Chrome. Timer took 6x lo getmr than actual time. Quite Frustrating!

It was very informative of ethics by the insurance agency, and by the agency principal and how it would affect what would be expected of the workers in the agency.

Ease of use is wonderful!

Not the course itself, but the class selection format needs work. I’m a multi line agent, p&C and life, annuities, LTC, and health. But your process suggests only life or only P&C. I have to call in every time to get a mix of both, cannot just say I need both online and start picking classes.

I felt like the beginning of this course was filled with the instructors opinion vs facts, Kids that grow up in a certain household does not and should not have any pre conceived judgement placed on to them. Most kids learn ethics at school where they spend more time with teachers vs parents. I was shocked to hear these opinions that were definitely NOT facts. Please only educate facts regarding ethics and insurance. Facts.... don't test us on someone's opinion of how a kid might grow up and act????

There were three questions that in two different chapters that that I got wrong one it said that the an individual with their daughter who lived with them we're running a business and so I that option and then it said I got it wrong because the daughter was not living with them and then the other one it didn't give me the number the amount that the business was earning so I got the question wrong and then another one the way it was worded didn't match what was in the chapter and so it said I got it wrong so some of the questions are not worded correctly in comparison with the answers so you guys need to double check that that would be great thank you

Dislike the hour requirement of staying in the class the full time. Some people take less time and some take more time. I was about right at the time, but completed with 13 minutes left in which I had to remain in the class to get credit.

I Purchased a Package for Wisconsin CE and there was a requirement for 3 hours of ethic I didn't have a separate ethics class was it include in the classes I took?

Not happy with the new timer - but I am assuming that was the state's call and not yours. This is why I have used you for so long because I have been able to get through the classes quickly and easily over the years.

There was no option for "Read it to me" audio and the interactive videos feature did not work.

There were a couple of quiz questions that were unclear. For example, Chapter 5 - Question One. The question referred to a windstorm that damage a window which then led to damage to a new sofa. The answer was B - Coverage is provided under the additional safety glazing material. However, windstorms are frequently accompanied by rain, snow, sleet or hail. I believe the answer should have been C.

The Test was hard but the content helped me tremendously.

The pacing and time to complete were appropriate for continuing education courses while also balancing life and work. Overall, this was a smooth and efficient learning experience. The course material that reviewed subprime loans, banking, etc; may have been a better fit in a more speciaiized financial course.

When it is asking to reconfirm identity every 60 minutes. The recording should pause. It would make it helpful and less stressful.

A person has to watch the course material THREE TIMES to meet the time requirement. If you require a person to be online that long, give the full amount of time some enriching content instead of making a person repeat it three times.

For time purposes I believe it would be easier to go thru 10 questions at a time and grade them vs waiting until the very end of the 100 question exam.

I had a hard time following along. There were issues with some of the wording for me that caused me more confusion rather than teaching me something.

The blocks regarding specific cases & companies was marked as optional examples - THEN - had questions about it in the exam...? That part may need a little reviewing.

It might have helped to have some videos for the case study section. Maybe some interactive clickable portions when discussing lists.

I would have liked more talking or videos or more examples for this class. Also, I would like to have known the answers I missed so I can learn from them.

This is so boring! There has to be a way to make it more interesting and interactive. Like different voices reading to you. Then a demonstration of the questions along with multiple choice questions.

More interactive segments would be nice. Maybe some video explanations of things to help break up the monotony of the read-aloud and provide an accessible format for all users.

Reading black and white text is very dry and difficult for me. But that's not necessarily your fault. !

The 10-hour course is crazy that you cannot move forward to the test until you have been in the course for at least 8hrs 20 minutes. It is a waste of time.

The material and website is great but your required time you have to spend in the course even after completing everything is ridiculous. Once someone completes everything that should count ass 100% completed and not be forced to have the screen open till time is reached

Some of the answer choices provided were worded differently than the associated chapters and the choices were worded in a way where the definitions were not clear. For Example, in question 39 where it asks which option Maynard should choose to keep premium down during winter months for her motorcycle not used during this time, choices cold weather policy jacket & lay-up warranty were two of the options. The chapter discussed lay-up provision, not lay-up warranty. Cold weather policy jacket can mean winter storage-coverage. This made it difficult to choose the correct answer.

The text-to-audio option is horrible. There is so much advancement in technology, you can easily find something that reads smoother. It is too slow, to mono-tone, and easy to lose interest. Spelling errors in some questions.

This is the second year in a row that I have taken this course as I need "in class" instruction as part of the criteria for obtaining my Property and Casualty license. I wish that you would develop a new course for the people who review property claims as I do not have experience in Auto claims, PAP, etc. and if this does not pertain to me and my daily job then I should not be required to read through all of this and have to pass an exam on it. Please revise course for future people like myself. Thank you kindly.

Aside from some grammatical errors and some sections that are unnecessarily verbose, the course text is informative and sufficient. However, the "Read-it-to-me audio" is very poor. The way the text is written requires the tone and inflection of a real person reading it aloud in order to be intelligible. The automated reader made much of the text difficult to understand audibly.

I am unhappy with the timed lesson format. That is something new and I don't care for it. After doing CE for 20 years, I really don't need to sit with something for 8 hours. It was very frustrating. But, overall, I love your website and classes.

It was easy following the instructions and reading along with video. I think we do need more than 3 days to complete with the final course requirement being 8 hours and 20 minutes to get to the test.

Good product but the amount of hours listed is definitely not the amount of time it takes to complete. I little confusion at work for the time it actually takes.

Some of the material is outdated referencing 2021 and older manuals. The content is dry no getting around that but I would have liked watching the material explained more like in the section of scenarios vs a text book read to me.

For choice of answers, more relevant answer choices could have been given. For example, for Property Not Covered section, some of the answer options included Cessna plane, Palomino horse, Learjet airplane and Shimano racing bicycle. Something which we don't have to Google to figure out the choices given.

Please update the time in course portion. If we complete the the reading and individual quiz for each course, we should be able to continue on to the final exam. We should not have to remain in the course after we have read and completed the individual quiz for each section. This process was very time consuming and unnecessary.

Felt that many of your industry examples such as the AIG and Madoff portions are very dated. I have been licensed for over 40 years and all of those issue were one's I was familiar with. But folks entering the business more recently would not be. That stuff was almost 20 years ago. Update your product

Not given enough time to read and take the test in the time given.

There are errors in the course. One example was referring to Bull Insurance Company and then calling it Bear Insurance Company. I think it needs to proof-read a little bit better

I really loved this course. The content was clear, well-organized, and very helpful. I wouldn’t change anything—great experience overall.

The overall course was easy to follow and understand but the final course exam was extremely too long, topics did not fully correspond to the material that was presented. I would not recommend this course to friends and/or colleagues due to the final course exam alone.

I think the verbiage should be clearer based on the material given in the course. It comes off as trying to trick the person who has to take the test. This should be open book since some of the items are not dealt with on a daily basis.

Question 41 was not good.

The thing I would look into changing would be the time to complete the sections. I was able to complete it sooner, but had to keep going back in to meet the time requirement. That should be adjusted or removed.

Course completion percentage does not seem to take into account how long it will take to complete each section.

The only issue I had with this specific course was the wording (or lack of it) in the both the practice questions and the exam questions. There was one practice question I got wrong due to missing words that would have clarified more and one question I got wrong on the exam that was confusing how it was worded. I am a perfectionist and it is the only exam question I got wrong on all four of my course exams, so it bothered me a bit. :-)

Simple to complete and it helped that I was able to go back and find the answers that were super easy to find.

I dont think it recorded my time correctly as it took me a few days repeats for time to update.

This particular Course/Exam should have been broken into two different exams. Way too many HO __ __ questions involved. Too much math in volved. Incredibly frustrated with this ! I am not stupid, but this certainly made me feel that way.

mandatory time is a waste and not needed for someone who reads quickly. I will be looking for a different vendor. This did not seem to be an issue in years past

This test was a complete mess and very aggravating. First it was way too long, secondly had to many questions and didnt give you the answers to what you missed. I wish the test could have been broken up or just had less questions by at least half. I was not a fan especially after the ones I took prior that held my interest and didnt make you feel stupid.

I am methodical in studying the materials but the time to complete was still excessive for the CEU hours given!!

The time requirement on the exam is not reasonable for tenured agents. Obviously existing agents will move through some parts of the course fast however your exam penalizes us for out experience by not give us the exam.

The course content was very thorough, and I liked the mix of theory and practical examples. The pace was generally good, though some sections felt a bit dense and could benefit from shorter, more focused segments. Adding visual aids or diagrams could help make certain topics even clearer

The written exam questions need significant overhaul. Often times there is information repeated that creates significant confusion i.e. using the persons name in the sentence twice. Questions are wordy, difficult to follow and could be re-written with significant improvements in clarity. Often times there is irrelevant information in the question that creates confusion and personally I feel this could be stripped out, although it's unclear if this is an intentional inclusion, One section exam for this part of the course contained a question about a woman taking her injured neighbor's child to the hospital and the correct answer was "First Aid Coverage." However the question itself contained NO reference to the insured's first aid supplies. This is a poorly written question of which the right answer had NO relation to the content of the example itself. For this particular section I initially scored 20% on the exam as a direct result of other poorly written questions that were ambiguous. The subsequent retake I scored 100%. I'd recommend a review of the questions content for the liability sections of this course. Thanks!

The first session on the field of ethics was hard for me. All the rest that gave actual ethical scenarios and decision making were very good. I actually do, however, prefer "in class" studies, but was glad to have the online opportunity.

The read-it-to-me audio often skipped to the end (usually within the first portion of the page) and could not be replayed.

The only thing that I did not like is that I was unable to finish the test due to the time not moving at a certain time. Which for me was 7hrs and 37 minutes I tried for a few days re-going through the questions but no change. But once I received a new email I was able to complete the test.

I really enjoyed the historical portion about the "Ponzie Scheme". Ive also always enjojyed the subtle humor in the names of companies and professionals in scenarios and companies.

50 questions without being able to see what or why you did something wrong doesn't help and makes it miserable. the other 10 question exams where you can see what you did wrong were much better.

This course was very difficult and confusing, the open book exam helped make the exam a little more easier however, it wasn't enough to actually help me pass the first few attempts. The exam it too broad to apply to everyone selling insurance. This exam is harder than the actual state exam.

There could be much better communication about the proctor situation in the states that one is required in person. There are mixed messages about who is able to be a proctor.

I began the exam and saved it after question 30. When going back into the module to complete the exam, I could not just go directly to the exam. I had to scroll through every page of every chapter to get to the exam.

19 Case Studies is an awful lot for what is supposed to be a CE course. This course seems more geared for someone learning about Ethics for the first time.

Loved learning through the case studies. Understanding the situations that have arisen and will arise makes me think more deeply about the topic and realize that insurance expertise is only one part of the Agent or Underwriter. Knowing how to use knowledge appropriately, with proper grace and understanding, is what makes the industry as a whole shine.

The short exams after each chapter makes it much easier to comprehend the material.

Final exam was extremely difficult and did not offer any clear ease of material content review like the prior sections. I would not recommend.

Information provided was well organized

I do not recall WebCE using AI to do the voicing overs in past years. It is REALLY bad. There is a lot of mispronunciation of words being narrated. I would recommend going back to human voice overs. If a professional voice over is too costly, then try training a long time staffer for the task. Also, it would be very nice if the courses were re-organized such that a demonstration policy was available as various concepts, both over the model policies themselves are discussed, but also various coverage scenarios are covered. Doing those two things would bring the quality of the courses drastically up.

A couple of typos that made practice questions confusing, otherwise, a good course.

The length of the course.

I noticed that the videos noted in the presentation were no where to be found back at the website. There are a couple of review questions that are duplicates

The only comment I have is that I would like to see the correct answers to questions I got incorrect..maybe you cannot provide them, but it would be nice to see the correct answers to questions, I passed so I am not retaking the test, so I do wish there was a way to see them just to know the correct information to help educate me further in my profession. I can see the questions that I got wrong, but not my answer or the right answer. Thank you.

Took me longer to complete course then the time

The clock timer did not always record and had to be restarted often.

I would say the material takes longer than 2 hours to complete but overall, it was good.

Ilove the way the questions were structured. As a long time Licensed agent this has been the best CE testing Ive ever completed

The course was very informative, How ever because im not licensed in Home Owners I found the course difficult

I can't believe you dragged this course out to a full 10 hours

If your wanting the public to choose your course over the many other options then maybe don't make the exam so hard that an agent with years of experience has to take it like 6 or 7 times. I will find another course for next time

I disliked how it gave examples of ethics from other career fields. I feel this ethics should wholly apply to insurance only since this what I am taking the class for. Including information/text on other ethic cases is information not required for an insurance agent and makes remembering the actual information we need difficult and adds more work that's not needed

Did not like having to sit for 3 hours and 20 minutes

The required course time is VERY silly

the writing style was strange, topics covered weren't always connected to the stated course title, but more to general ethics in business, and the writers seemed to see the insurance industry pretty negatively. it was weird. The line about gangsters and serial killers having a code of ethics, and so do insurance professionals? So strange.

Having taken WebCE courses for many years, I was surprised/annoyed that the course isn't considered completed until a certain amount of time has been reached with the course open even though everything has been completed.

Very complete program and easy to use and follow.

Nice Course. It is a long course but a very good course. It really makes you think about your actions and/or inactions. Great case studies as well.

I feel that this particular course is too long and covers far too much material to be completed in in one sitting, it needs to be broken up into smaller sections with separate quizzes of say 50 questions each instead of one quiz of 100 questions

I really like the examples giving during the course, it really helps with your understanding because of the real life aspect being applied.

I have a hard time with self study courses. I am not very good at the paragraph questions to answer.

The last 10 hour exam was very challenging. Several questions were very ambiguous. The last test was definitely a challenge but I still will continue to recommend webce.com for continuing education education.

For those of us that are fast readers and are able to complete the course work in a short time frame should not be constrained to a time frame. This is an online course, and the objective should be on understanding the material and not the number of hours it takes to complete the course.

Overall good content. I'd like the audio more if it were less robotic sounding. That quality is a bit distracting.

I would like to see the question on the exam that I missed and then an explanation of the right and wrong answer to that question so I can learn and correct my thought.

Some of the words in the study guide, I couldn't even pronounce.

Didn't like that some of the practice questions were on things we had not covered yet. Why? And, with some of the questions, if the answer is incorrect, the text explaining why it was incorrect isn't cogent, referring to things not even mentioned in the question. The AI voice was unable to pronounce quite a few words correctly, or putting emphasis on the wrong syllables. There are also typos, missing words in certain sections.

It would be nice if the course questions and answers aligned with the learning content verbatim, a lot of the questions and answers were subjective to the learning.

There were a few random glitches on quizzes. Correct answer was selected but it appeared in red with green check beside number or red X beside number and selected answer in green as correct.

Everything was fine, however I think if you complete the course you shouldn't have to go back and replay and reread to meet an allotted time frame.

The following questions were not clear: #22 The question stated she was 25, then said "turning 25" >as student away from home needing endorsement. However, the verbiage in the reading state < 24 years of age. Rather confusing. #40 in reference to Motorcycles being used seasonally and coverage: Chapter 5 verbiage used "Lay-up provision", however, answer showed "Lay-up warrenty". Not clear as to whether I answered either of these correctly.

Some of the questions could use a little more detail.

The Liability Section of the Course was Very Comprehensive and presented in an Understanding manner to educate the licensed rep

Ethics Course was Quite Comprehensive. Good Examples made the Ethical application more Understandable and meaningful.

I wish you take the minimum time required, like it was before.

I would like for the longest sections to be divided up a little more so that I'm able to memorize the information better, but it's a personal exception of mines. The course is great!

Please read slower or have a button for us to choose the reading speed and give more examples.

The reader guy is WAY too fast. And we could choose or switch voices. But way too fast. Please give more examples. I don't work in some of these areas and examples seriously help me get it.

100 Questions in a row is a lot to handle in one test. They should split it up into at least 40 questions like some of the other Ces

There were too many math related questions for me. It took me 4 tries.. I finally passed. I bet most of this was user error.. me being the user.

While I thought it was a good course, and I'm glad I passed, I felt it covered a lot of topics in one class. I almost feel it should be split into two courses, not one. I guess I felt overwhelmed at times. I don't know, perhaps that is just me.

This is my final course for my triennial re-licensing. Thank you for making these materials available. I have enjoyed the variety of topics, the ease of use, and the quality of the materials.

Some of the information in the study is wrong. It may not be Texas material but I am not sure. I was having to pick and chose to what is accurate. In addition, the difference between the state and carrier guidelines may be confusing things. It is hard to say what is what and why. I do not agree that broadening the course material outside of the scope of what a personal lines agent needs to know is better than prioritizing their main objectives. Many fundamentals are never discussed within or outside of training. Also, there is not a need to add wordy questions or lengthy training material. I do not think it is WebCE's responsibility to exercise my cognitive abilities over my effectiveness of learning and recalling factual material. These statements do not specifically pertain to this particular course.

Excellent material.

The course was easy to understand, it made taking the exam easy especially since it was open book. The time allowed for course was not enough time to read along and take quizzes but overall I liked it.

Add some videos of examples.

I do not like that I have to wait out the time clock. I am a very quick reader, so that is one feature Id like to see changed

Glitches that would repeat sections already previously completed

The read-it-to-me audio was subpar. It was an AI voice that had no rhythm or cadence. It was so poor that I could not use it as an effective tool.

I don't like that it does not tell me what questions I got wrong until I pass the test. I would like it to be less then 100 questions at a time. I do like that I can take the test unlimited times.

One of the course practice questions seemed wrong/unclear. The narrator mispronounced tear multiple times, and is super monotone.

I would like to be able to review the material at any time. The information is great!

For a 3-credit course, it took me (and I am not a slow reader) more than 3 hours to go through the course. I need another 15 credits to obtain prior to October. I don't know if I can afford to spend another 17-20 hrs on WebCE courses.

Good Content

There is not enough time to really read and understand the material based on the time provided.

First time I took this course it stays at 99% no matter how many times I attempted to finish the course, and it showed all section finished but had to take the last section few times before it finally shows completed.

I like the read to me option, but would like to be able to adjust the playback speed to a faster setting. It was quicker for me to read myself than listen to the audio.

The course did its job and filled in a lot of information that I needed to pass the test. My one Critique, however, would be the automated voice over. I feel like the timing and the inflexion of the voice left a lot to be desired. Maybe an actual human voice over would correct this.

Indicated time is shorter using the read me audio

This program is very detailed and provides you with important information about the Insurance Industry to keep you up to date and refreshed on the information to help you continue to grow in your career.

The courses are not very time friendly. There should be an option to bypass time required in order to provide sufficient time for completing the tests. Wording was not very clear and needs to be more verbatim considering it's open book.

Very pleased with content and ease of use.

This last section provided too much information all at once. The allotted time for completion was 5 hours but with that amount of information, reading through all of the sections I found myself losing interest. It was just too much information to absorb all in one sitting.

Too long, test was too long and several repetitive questions

I found the time restraints to be a problem. I can process at a speed of 1.25 and completed the course with a 91% in under the time posted. This was frustrating for me.

During the review of the questions missed, there was no "student answer" available for many of the questions. Also, the only question showing a "student answer" was incorrectly listed. The review should properly show the questions missed and the correct answer for proper guidance for the student.

One point: When reviewing the incorrect questions after a test, the review does not display the incorrect student answers as it stated it would. These selections are not reflected and are simply blank and in turn render the review almost useless to the test taker.

There is a typo in one of the questions regarding conflicts of interest where "intrepid Insurers" is conflated with "interstate insurers' " confuses the question

too many scenarios included that were exceptions. legal wording was a bit much. stop using PAP to describe a personal auto policy.

It would help tremendously if there was either a real voice reading and or a medium speed between .75 and 1 speed. AI voice is terrible

Scheduled personal property section lists Cash as the answer for policy limits for loss. It is actually all of them. Internal limits affect Cash, art guns...etc.

I hated that you have to stay in the course for the allotted time. I have been licensed for years and take tests quickly. That was silly. Please do better.
