Ease of use is wonderful!
Not the course itself, but the class selection format needs work. I’m a multi line agent, p&C and life, annuities, LTC, and health. But your process suggests only life or only P&C. I have to call in every time to get a mix of both, cannot just say I need both online and start picking classes.

I felt like the beginning of this course was filled with the instructors opinion vs facts, Kids that grow up in a certain household does not and should not have any pre conceived judgement placed on to them. Most kids learn ethics at school where they spend more time with teachers vs parents. I was shocked to hear these opinions that were definitely NOT facts. Please only educate facts regarding ethics and insurance. Facts.... don't test us on someone's opinion of how a kid might grow up and act????

There were three questions that in two different chapters that that I got wrong one it said that the an individual with their daughter who lived with them we're running a business and so I that option and then it said I got it wrong because the daughter was not living with them and then the other one it didn't give me the number the amount that the business was earning so I got the question wrong and then another one the way it was worded didn't match what was in the chapter and so it said I got it wrong so some of the questions are not worded correctly in comparison with the answers so you guys need to double check that that would be great thank you

Dislike the hour requirement of staying in the class the full time. Some people take less time and some take more time. I was about right at the time, but completed with 13 minutes left in which I had to remain in the class to get credit.

I Purchased a Package for Wisconsin CE and there was a requirement for 3 hours of ethic I didn't have a separate ethics class was it include in the classes I took?
Not happy with the new timer - but I am assuming that was the state's call and not yours. This is why I have used you for so long because I have been able to get through the classes quickly and easily over the years.
There was no option for "Read it to me" audio and the interactive videos feature did not work.

There were a couple of quiz questions that were unclear. For example, Chapter 5 - Question One. The question referred to a windstorm that damage a window which then led to damage to a new sofa. The answer was B - Coverage is provided under the additional safety glazing material. However, windstorms are frequently accompanied by rain, snow, sleet or hail. I believe the answer should have been C.
The Test was hard but the content helped me tremendously.

The course material that reviewed subprime loans, banking, etc; may have been a better fit in a more speciaiized financial course.

When it is asking to reconfirm identity every 60 minutes. The recording should pause. It would make it helpful and less stressful.
When it is asking for the password the recording should pause to allow us time to get the password entered.

A person has to watch the course material THREE TIMES to meet the time requirement. If you require a person to be online that long, give the full amount of time some enriching content instead of making a person repeat it three times.
I feel it was to many scenario questions not enough questions related to the reading material which made it very difficult to understand
For time purposes I believe it would be easier to go thru 10 questions at a time and grade them vs waiting until the very end of the 100 question exam.
I had a hard time following along. There were issues with some of the wording for me that caused me more confusion rather than teaching me something.
The blocks regarding specific cases & companies was marked as optional examples - THEN - had questions about it in the exam...? That part may need a little reviewing.
It might have helped to have some videos for the case study section. Maybe some interactive clickable portions when discussing lists.
I would have liked more talking or videos or more examples for this class. Also, I would like to have known the answers I missed so I can learn from them.

This is so boring! There has to be a way to make it more interesting and interactive. Like different voices reading to you. Then a demonstration of the questions along with multiple choice questions.
More interactive segments would be nice. Maybe some video explanations of things to help break up the monotony of the read-aloud and provide an accessible format for all users.
I liked the read-it-to-me audio. Reading "anything" makes me fall asleep and the audio kept my attention (and me awake).

The material and website is great but your required time you have to spend in the course even after completing everything is ridiculous. Once someone completes everything that should count ass 100% completed and not be forced to have the screen open till time is reached
Some of the answer choices provided were worded differently than the associated chapters and the choices were worded in a way where the definitions were not clear. For Example, in question 39 where it asks which option Maynard should choose to keep premium down during winter months for her motorcycle not used during this time, choices cold weather policy jacket & lay-up warranty were two of the options. The chapter discussed lay-up provision, not lay-up warranty. Cold weather policy jacket can mean winter storage-coverage. This made it difficult to choose the correct answer.
It was great and helped clarify and learn HO3 policy and exclusions

The text-to-audio option is horrible. There is so much advancement in technology, you can easily find something that reads smoother. It is too slow, to mono-tone, and easy to lose interest. Spelling errors in some questions.
This is the second year in a row that I have taken this course as I need "in class" instruction as part of the criteria for obtaining my Property and Casualty license. I wish that you would develop a new course for the people who review property claims as I do not have experience in Auto claims, PAP, etc. and if this does not pertain to me and my daily job then I should not be required to read through all of this and have to pass an exam on it. Please revise course for future people like myself. Thank you kindly.

I enjoyed the course material giving different ways to view each ethical dilemma discussed.
Aside from some grammatical errors and some sections that are unnecessarily verbose, the course text is informative and sufficient. However, the "Read-it-to-me audio" is very poor. The way the text is written requires the tone and inflection of a real person reading it aloud in order to be intelligible. The automated reader made much of the text difficult to understand audibly.

I am unhappy with the timed lesson format. That is something new and I don't care for it. After doing CE for 20 years, I really don't need to sit with something for 8 hours. It was very frustrating. But, overall, I love your website and classes.

It was easy following the instructions and reading along with video. I think we do need more than 3 days to complete with the final course requirement being 8 hours and 20 minutes to get to the test.

It is a lot of content to review and not enough time was given to thoroughly read through all material.
Good product but the amount of hours listed is definitely not the amount of time it takes to complete. I little confusion at work for the time it actually takes.
Some of the material is outdated referencing 2021 and older manuals. The content is dry no getting around that but I would have liked watching the material explained more like in the section of scenarios vs a text book read to me.
For choice of answers, more relevant answer choices could have been given. For example, for Property Not Covered section, some of the answer options included Cessna plane, Palomino horse, Learjet airplane and Shimano racing bicycle. Something which we don't have to Google to figure out the choices given.
Please update the time in course portion. If we complete the the reading and individual quiz for each course, we should be able to continue on to the final exam. We should not have to remain in the course after we have read and completed the individual quiz for each section. This process was very time consuming and unnecessary.
Really enjoyed this course. Saving the manual for future reference. Lots of great info in an easy to find format. Hopeful it will make me a better insurance professional.
Felt that many of your industry examples such as the AIG and Madoff portions are very dated. I have been licensed for over 40 years and all of those issue were one's I was familiar with. But folks entering the business more recently would not be. That stuff was almost 20 years ago. Update your product

There are errors in the course. One example was referring to Bull Insurance Company and then calling it Bear Insurance Company. I think it needs to proof-read a little bit better

The overall course was easy to follow and understand but the final course exam was extremely too long, topics did not fully correspond to the material that was presented. I would not recommend this course to friends and/or colleagues due to the final course exam alone.

I think the verbiage should be clearer based on the material given in the course. It comes off as trying to trick the person who has to take the test. This should be open book since some of the items are not dealt with on a daily basis.
Question 41 was not good.
The thing I would look into changing would be the time to complete the sections. I was able to complete it sooner, but had to keep going back in to meet the time requirement. That should be adjusted or removed.
Course completion percentage does not seem to take into account how long it will take to complete each section.

I totally disliked the fact that you did not have an opportunity to review the questions that you missed and ones you got correct while taking the exams. There were too much material and too many questions on the Personal lines insurance coverage gaps. I also did not like that most of the materials had nothing to do with my job. Very disappointing!
I wish the classroom equivalent minimum hours would have been explained to me before purchasing.

The only issue I had with this specific course was the wording (or lack of it) in the both the practice questions and the exam questions. There was one practice question I got wrong due to missing words that would have clarified more and one question I got wrong on the exam that was confusing how it was worded. I am a perfectionist and it is the only exam question I got wrong on all four of my course exams, so it bothered me a bit. :-)
I really liked how simple and easy to navigate the site is. I enjoyed taking the test and the examples used were very effective in helping me remember. Even if I didn't remember, I could go back easily.

I dont think it recorded my time correctly as it took me a few days repeats for time to update.
The audio was a little wack- the volume fluctuated and the cadence was a little jarring. In a way that half helped me actually read it and half threw me off, but overall just a note on it being a bit odd.
This particular Course/Exam should have been broken into two different exams. Way too many HO __ __ questions involved. Too much math in volved. Incredibly frustrated with this ! I am not stupid, but this certainly made me feel that way.
mandatory time is a waste and not needed for someone who reads quickly. I will be looking for a different vendor. This did not seem to be an issue in years past

This test was a complete mess and very aggravating. First it was way too long, secondly had to many questions and didnt give you the answers to what you missed. I wish the test could have been broken up or just had less questions by at least half. I was not a fan especially after the ones I took prior that held my interest and didnt make you feel stupid.
I am methodical in studying the materials but the time to complete was still excessive for the CEU hours given!!

The time requirement on the exam is not reasonable for tenured agents. Obviously existing agents will move through some parts of the course fast however your exam penalizes us for out experience by not give us the exam.
The course content was very thorough, and I liked the mix of theory and practical examples. The pace was generally good, though some sections felt a bit dense and could benefit from shorter, more focused segments. Adding visual aids or diagrams could help make certain topics even clearer
The written exam questions need significant overhaul. Often times there is information repeated that creates significant confusion i.e. using the persons name in the sentence twice. Questions are wordy, difficult to follow and could be re-written with significant improvements in clarity. Often times there is irrelevant information in the question that creates confusion and personally I feel this could be stripped out, although it's unclear if this is an intentional inclusion, One section exam for this part of the course contained a question about a woman taking her injured neighbor's child to the hospital and the correct answer was "First Aid Coverage." However the question itself contained NO reference to the insured's first aid supplies. This is a poorly written question of which the right answer had NO relation to the content of the example itself. For this particular section I initially scored 20% on the exam as a direct result of other poorly written questions that were ambiguous. The subsequent retake I scored 100%. I'd recommend a review of the questions content for the liability sections of this course. Thanks!

I am an adjuster for property and casualty, there should be clarificaiton on the fact I should be looking under adjuster and not property/casualty, which is a bit confusing.

The first session on the field of ethics was hard for me. All the rest that gave actual ethical scenarios and decision making were very good. I actually do, however, prefer "in class" studies, but was glad to have the online opportunity.

Easy to complete with thorough content
The only thing that I did not like is that I was unable to finish the test due to the time not moving at a certain time. Which for me was 7hrs and 37 minutes I tried for a few days re-going through the questions but no change. But once I received a new email I was able to complete the test.

50 questions without being able to see what or why you did something wrong doesn't help and makes it miserable. the other 10 question exams where you can see what you did wrong were much better.

The audio component of the course was terrible.
This course was very difficult and confusing, the open book exam helped make the exam a little more easier however, it wasn't enough to actually help me pass the first few attempts. The exam it too broad to apply to everyone selling insurance. This exam is harder than the actual state exam.
There could be much better communication about the proctor situation in the states that one is required in person. There are mixed messages about who is able to be a proctor.
Too much reading. Maybe find a way to shorten if possible.
The minimum time requirement is not good. If you are fast, you just have to wait too long. Seems so unnecessary.

19 Case Studies is an awful lot for what is supposed to be a CE course. This course seems more geared for someone learning about Ethics for the first time.
Loved learning through the case studies. Understanding the situations that have arisen and will arise makes me think more deeply about the topic and realize that insurance expertise is only one part of the Agent or Underwriter. Knowing how to use knowledge appropriately, with proper grace and understanding, is what makes the industry as a whole shine.

I do not recall WebCE using AI to do the voicing overs in past years. It is REALLY bad. There is a lot of mispronunciation of words being narrated. I would recommend going back to human voice overs. If a professional voice over is too costly, then try training a long time staffer for the task. Also, it would be very nice if the courses were re-organized such that a demonstration policy was available as various concepts, both over the model policies themselves are discussed, but also various coverage scenarios are covered. Doing those two things would bring the quality of the courses drastically up.
A couple of typos that made practice questions confusing, otherwise, a good course.

The clock timer did not always record and had to be restarted often.
I would say the material takes longer than 2 hours to complete but overall, it was good.

I can't believe you dragged this course out to a full 10 hours
If your wanting the public to choose your course over the many other options then maybe don't make the exam so hard that an agent with years of experience has to take it like 6 or 7 times. I will find another course for next time

I disliked how it gave examples of ethics from other career fields. I feel this ethics should wholly apply to insurance only since this what I am taking the class for. Including information/text on other ethic cases is information not required for an insurance agent and makes remembering the actual information we need difficult and adds more work that's not needed

The required course time is VERY silly
the writing style was strange, topics covered weren't always connected to the stated course title, but more to general ethics in business, and the writers seemed to see the insurance industry pretty negatively. it was weird. The line about gangsters and serial killers having a code of ethics, and so do insurance professionals? So strange.

Having taken WebCE courses for many years, I was surprised/annoyed that the course isn't considered completed until a certain amount of time has been reached with the course open even though everything has been completed.
Very complete program and easy to use and follow.
Nice Course. It is a long course but a very good course. It really makes you think about your actions and/or inactions. Great case studies as well.
I feel that this particular course is too long and covers far too much material to be completed in in one sitting, it needs to be broken up into smaller sections with separate quizzes of say 50 questions each instead of one quiz of 100 questions
I really like the examples giving during the course, it really helps with your understanding because of the real life aspect being applied.
I have a hard time with self study courses. I am not very good at the paragraph questions to answer.
The last 10 hour exam was very challenging. Several questions were very ambiguous. The last test was definitely a challenge but I still will continue to recommend webce.com for continuing education education.
For those of us that are fast readers and are able to complete the course work in a short time frame should not be constrained to a time frame. This is an online course, and the objective should be on understanding the material and not the number of hours it takes to complete the course.

I would like to see the question on the exam that I missed and then an explanation of the right and wrong answer to that question so I can learn and correct my thought.
Some of the words in the study guide, I couldn't even pronounce.
Didn't like that some of the practice questions were on things we had not covered yet. Why? And, with some of the questions, if the answer is incorrect, the text explaining why it was incorrect isn't cogent, referring to things not even mentioned in the question. The AI voice was unable to pronounce quite a few words correctly, or putting emphasis on the wrong syllables. There are also typos, missing words in certain sections.

It would be nice if the course questions and answers aligned with the learning content verbatim, a lot of the questions and answers were subjective to the learning.
There were a few random glitches on quizzes. Correct answer was selected but it appeared in red with green check beside number or red X beside number and selected answer in green as correct.
Everything was fine, however I think if you complete the course you shouldn't have to go back and replay and reread to meet an allotted time frame.

The following questions were not clear: #22 The question stated she was 25, then said "turning 25" >as student away from home needing endorsement. However, the verbiage in the reading state < 24 years of age. Rather confusing. #40 in reference to Motorcycles being used seasonally and coverage: Chapter 5 verbiage used "Lay-up provision", however, answer showed "Lay-up warrenty". Not clear as to whether I answered either of these correctly.
Some of the questions could use a little more detail.
The Liability Section of the Course was Very Comprehensive and presented in an Understanding manner to educate the licensed rep
Ethics Course was Quite Comprehensive. Good Examples made the Ethical application more Understandable and meaningful.
I wish you take the minimum time required, like it was before.

100 Questions in a row is a lot to handle in one test. They should split it up into at least 40 questions like some of the other Ces

There were too many math related questions for me. It took me 4 tries.. I finally passed. I bet most of this was user error.. me being the user.
While I thought it was a good course, and I'm glad I passed, I felt it covered a lot of topics in one class. I almost feel it should be split into two courses, not one. I guess I felt overwhelmed at times. I don't know, perhaps that is just me.

This is my final course for my triennial re-licensing. Thank you for making these materials available. I have enjoyed the variety of topics, the ease of use, and the quality of the materials.
Some of the information in the study is wrong. It may not be Texas material but I am not sure. I was having to pick and chose to what is accurate. In addition, the difference between the state and carrier guidelines may be confusing things. It is hard to say what is what and why. I do not agree that broadening the course material outside of the scope of what a personal lines agent needs to know is better than prioritizing their main objectives. Many fundamentals are never discussed within or outside of training. Also, there is not a need to add wordy questions or lengthy training material. I do not think it is WebCE's responsibility to exercise my cognitive abilities over my effectiveness of learning and recalling factual material. These statements do not specifically pertain to this particular course.

The course was easy to understand, it made taking the exam easy especially since it was open book. The time allowed for course was not enough time to read along and take quizzes but overall I liked it.

I do not like that I have to wait out the time clock. I am a very quick reader, so that is one feature Id like to see changed

Glitches that would repeat sections already previously completed
The read-it-to-me audio was subpar. It was an AI voice that had no rhythm or cadence. It was so poor that I could not use it as an effective tool.
I don't like that it does not tell me what questions I got wrong until I pass the test. I would like it to be less then 100 questions at a time. I do like that I can take the test unlimited times.

For a 3-credit course, it took me (and I am not a slow reader) more than 3 hours to go through the course. I need another 15 credits to obtain prior to October. I don't know if I can afford to spend another 17-20 hrs on WebCE courses.
Good Content
There is not enough time to really read and understand the material based on the time provided.
First time I took this course it stays at 99% no matter how many times I attempted to finish the course, and it showed all section finished but had to take the last section few times before it finally shows completed.
I like the read to me option, but would like to be able to adjust the playback speed to a faster setting. It was quicker for me to read myself than listen to the audio.

The course did its job and filled in a lot of information that I needed to pass the test. My one Critique, however, would be the automated voice over. I feel like the timing and the inflexion of the voice left a lot to be desired. Maybe an actual human voice over would correct this.

This program is very detailed and provides you with important information about the Insurance Industry to keep you up to date and refreshed on the information to help you continue to grow in your career.
The courses are not very time friendly. There should be an option to bypass time required in order to provide sufficient time for completing the tests. Wording was not very clear and needs to be more verbatim considering it's open book.
Very pleased with content and ease of use.
This last section provided too much information all at once. The allotted time for completion was 5 hours but with that amount of information, reading through all of the sections I found myself losing interest. It was just too much information to absorb all in one sitting.

Too long, test was too long and several repetitive questions
I found the time restraints to be a problem. I can process at a speed of 1.25 and completed the course with a 91% in under the time posted. This was frustrating for me.

During the review of the questions missed, there was no "student answer" available for many of the questions. Also, the only question showing a "student answer" was incorrectly listed. The review should properly show the questions missed and the correct answer for proper guidance for the student.

One point: When reviewing the incorrect questions after a test, the review does not display the incorrect student answers as it stated it would. These selections are not reflected and are simply blank and in turn render the review almost useless to the test taker.

There is a typo in one of the questions regarding conflicts of interest where "intrepid Insurers" is conflated with "interstate insurers' " confuses the question
too many scenarios included that were exceptions. legal wording was a bit much. stop using PAP to describe a personal auto policy.

Scheduled personal property section lists Cash as the answer for policy limits for loss. It is actually all of them. Internal limits affect Cash, art guns...etc.
I hated that you have to stay in the course for the allotted time. I have been licensed for years and take tests quickly. That was silly. Please do better.

The time issue was unbelievable annoying, especially the lack of explanation. I listened to most of the course on audio at 1.5X and was done in about 2.5 hours. It says the course was 99% complete. I finally had to call in this morning and was told I just needed to open the app and sit and review the material until the minimum time is met. My question, is why do you offer the 1.5X option for read back if it completes the course too quickly.
The password verify is vague and confusing....I have to try several times to finally correctly answer what's being asked for...it shouldn't be that tough
I did the Listen to Me videos and yet I finished at 2 hours and 45 minutes but the course required a time limit of 3 hours and 20 minutes. Since I completed all of the coursework and questions I just went back through the coursework to meet the time minimum. This seems like a misuse of time if the exams and content were completed.
I would like to hear the read to me audio a little less automated? Certain things I wouldn't have understood if I didn't pause to reread and ensure I comprehended the information completely and the lack of brief pause between paragraphs or words made some of the information run together a little confusingly but otherwise really appreciate the feature and the information was very informative and helpful! The examples and scenarios i liked the most

I like the audio - but I wish there was some reflection in the voice and you could follow-along with the audio. If I loose my place it's hard to pickup and continue following along with the audio.
I was *not* a fan of the AI voice and found it irritating, although having it read to me was a nice feature.

Using WebCE because it's what I get reimbursed for: i hate that the modules aren't read by real people. the robot is distracting to listen to, talks incredibly slowly, and presents the topics as if this is an intro course (instead of part of a Continuing Ed bundle). There's no challenge as the content is incredibly simplified.

The course showed I had two questions incorrect. When reviewing the questions it showed my answers in grey but did not show what the correct answers were and why? Was I suppose to click on the other answers and i would then get an explanation? Thank you

If we can pass the test and take the lessons in less time than required, we should be able to do that. If that's disallowed, we shouldn't be able to speed up the audio.

I only use webce for ce credits. You guys are great and update courses every time to learn more.
The wording on many of the question contained error, and miswording. In some case proper grammar was missing. I found many of the question that involved scenarios not clear, and with the grammar errors. Please have someone vet the question to make them understandable.

Based off of my personal experience, I feel the time to take these courses should be prolonged. I was giving 1 1/2 hours to complete 3 full CE course, and it took me over 2 hours to complete without any retakes. It is highly recommended that we listen and/or ready each passage and that alone took longer than the time given otherwise the course was fine and to the point.

I think 10 hours and 100 questions was a little excessive and this course should be split into two parts or have a test after each section. Had I known this course would be like this. I would have not taken it because 10 hours of learning without space in between is difficult for continuing education. Its not like I was taking the official test to get my license. Half of the stuff touched on I don't even use in every day selling.

I went through the ENTIRE material and still showed on the counter that I needed more than 2 more hours to be able to take the exam. It was pain staking.
Tests are inaccurately graded. Answers I had correctly answered were marked incorrect causing me to have to retake the test.
Although the speaker/voice was sufficient, the pace of speaking was too slow. It would be helpful to add a few Example Videos in each chapter.
The current training system's rigid 3-hour-20-minute time requirement creates an unnecessary barrier. Students who grasp the material quickly and complete their training ahead of schedule cannot receive full credit until the timer expires. This one-size-fits-all approach fails to recognize that learning speeds vary from person to person. A more adaptive system would acknowledge and reward efficient learners rather than forcing them to wait for an arbitrary time requirement.
While the course material is thorough and easy to understand, I think an exam after every section may be a bit much.
Final exam was too long and worded poorly for a CE class. The test gave me the impression I was retesting for my license again.

The AI voice reading the material or whomever is reading the material could do a lot better by not running all sentences together and pronounce any acronyms the way they are supposed to be pronounced.
Info for this ethics were presented more clearly, especially presented as case studies instead of random data. Illustrating how it applies in real world situation makes it more manageable. I also like that the info was presented in smaller chunks per section rather than in large endless paragraphs where key words are not highlighted and lists are written as sentences. It's much easier to mentally store lists and highlighted words than jumbled masses of words.
The wording from the exam did not always match up with the content provided along the course, so it was easy to misunderstand what was being asked.
Charts to illustrate the math problems!
In chapter 2 practice question number 3 regarding Property on the Residence Premises Use Primarily for Business, both the content and the reasoning I missed the question were very confusing. The content listed "Under the Increased Limits on Business Property (HO 04 12) endorsement, the limits may be increased up to $10,000. So in the question of what the limits can be increased, I chose $10,000, but the answer was "$12,500. Under the Increased Limits on Business Property endorsement, the $2,500 limitation on property located on the residence premises and used primarily for business purposes limits may be increased to $10,000 in increments of $2,500." It said increased TO $10k and not BY $10k so the wording implied $10k to be the new limit. It's possible that I've just been working on this too long and my brain is mush, but that was very unclear to me.

The stated time to complete this course and do the test iv very insufficient. Reading and understanding alone is more than the stated time talk less of the tasking of answering the text questions. so please put the appropriate time for completion.
For the past 10 years, I have used WebCE more than any other for CE credits. I find the scenarios to be super helpful and what could happen in the industry. It is easy to follow, easy to retain and user friendly!! Love WebCE!

This course was way harder than me passing my exam to get licensed and the actual insurance work that i do.
It is not easy to determine how which combination of courses to select when needing CE for both Life & Health and P&C. This problem cost me 4 extra hours in real time, because I took a duplicate course although on was labeled life and one was labeled P&C. I even called WebCE before finalizing to make sure I had selected properly, but I was advised incorrectly. So frustrating!
I have used Webce before. It is easy to use. The information is clear and concise.
The exams have too many questions. It would be nice it they were 50 questions or less. An exam with over 100 questions is too much.

When I go to the course helper when completing an end of chapter exam, it only brings up the first page of the chapter, and that is all. It doesn't seem to have an option to move the page forward.

This course should definitely NOT be listed as a 10 hour course, especially when offered for Minnesota licensing. Following along with the narrator it only took 5 hours & 6 minutes to complete. The other 5 hours had to be replayed. Every course I took for my MN license renewal took less time than allotted for. Perhaps additional content needs to be thrown in for Minnesota, since they require the full hours before the exam will open. I wasted many hours on the selected courses that were pre-packaged.
Good explanations made the material easy to understand.
I appreciate WebCE because it suits my learning style. I had issues trying to use ExamFX but when I gave WebCE a try, it greatly helped me retain the information in a way I could understand. This is hands down, the best CE course I have found and will continue to recommend it to anyone needing to pursue CE.

I really liked being able to go back and check my understanding when testing after each chapter; there were times that I had actually misread the question, and reviewing the question(s)/material before submitting my answers was very helpful.
The persons reading speed does not come close to matching up with the 7 hr time frame for the course. it finished almost 2 hrs early.

The course was beneficial, however the content was not timed sufficiently for the 4-hour requirement prior to taking the exam. I followed along with the designated time for each topic but then had to waste 57 minutes of listening to the same information again so the exam would open. Waste of time!!
I found the questions a little distracting.... too many unnecessary details....I think if the questions were asked more simply it might help in answering the questions.

There were numerous errors in the wording. As is the question weren't confusing enough. The text felt ridiculously long. Almost like run on sentences. I feel like the exams questions were extremely difficult to decipher in comparison to the text. I liked is that the courses is quick until you reach the exam portion. I did like the fact that progress is saved.

Do not like the AI voice that mispronounces words and has weird spacing in how it reads text, sometimes there is an inadequate space between sentences and it sounds like one long sentence.

I have been through this process now at least 3 times with Web CE and the old test that I got to take to earn my 24 credits was much more preferable than having to take 4 separate test.
The final exam questions do not make sense and are poorly written. The questions are long and confusing.
The test was unusually long, 55 questions for a 10 credit course took a long time to complete. A 5 credit course is usually 25 questions, so it might be wise to pair it down to 50 questions or less.

It would be nice to know the correct answers of the questions I got wrong and not just the questions that I got wrong.
Several misinterpretations of the coverage actually provided incorrect "right" answer. last was fire spread to neighbor home at 11 pm and was extinguished at 3 am. at midnight new insurer period began. Fire damage occurred during the policy period. new policy does not exclude the occurrence. no duplication just proper.
More practice questions would be helpful especially on the longer, harder course material chapters

There was a question in the test about compensation for hobby-business income not exceeding $2000, but I thought the material explained that in 2022 form this was updated to $5000? Maybe I misunderstood. The question was easy enough to answer even if I did misunderstand because $2000<$5000, but I wanted to comment on this.
I hate the robotic voice that reads the information to you and it seemed 1.0 was too slow and 1.25 was too fast. I needed a 1.1 option and a more human-sounding voice.
I have worked with WebCE for YEARS now.. I love the layout and the read-to me options. Much easier than me reading to myself... boring.. haha
Showing the correct answers to the questions I missed would be extremely helpful.

Many times the description of the issue at hand was confusing. I read some sections many times trying to understand the content. It was difficult whether the insured or the insurer was responsible in the course description.
Some of the questions seem like typos and are difficult to understand.

I wish that you'd be tested after each section in situations where 10 credit hours & there are 100 test questions. It can take some time to complete a 10 hour course.

The course is good but the real aloud voice sounds like a robot with no tone in the voice nor accentuation when it comes to how it really is suppose to read the paragraphs. I would have it read to me but I would get tired of the way the voice sounded so I just read the words myself especially if the chapter had too much info just because I needed to understand it using my own voice.
Some of the questions in chapter 18 had a funky use of 2 1/2. I'm not sure if you did this on purpose but it looks strange.
your scenarios were too back & forth. Just ask a question without trying to trip people up with all the rambling. After you get the scenario down and you know what's going on your throw the except out. So you read it again. too time consuming!
For an ethics course the material is not very ethical. There is plenty of opinions and subliminal indoctrination type leading questions throughout the material.

One single question was marked as correct, but the note below my answer stated "incorrect." I do not know if I was correct or not, but I received credit for a correct selection nonetheless.

test questions were difficult and complicated in some instances, without needing to be. Been doing this 30 years, the test questions were often unrelated to anything I've seen in claims.
One question that should have better answer options is the last chapter when asking about if the policy would add coverage for mandatory coverage that other out of states require. The reading states "There is disagreement as to whether John’s PAP will automatically add no-fault coverage to his policy for this particular accident." However the correct answer is that it WILL add the coverage.
I truly appreciate the new read it to me audio because my eyes would get so tired and I could lose my concentration. My only suggestion is to lessen the amount of information or give more time to take the course. Five hours is not enough time without having to skim or skip some of the material.

The questions were too long. There were sentences in the question that had nothing to do with the question itself. If the goal is to retain the information learned in the chapter, adding additional sentences or words, are a distraction. The coarse material itself was great. It was informative, the scenarios were great, as it put it in real life prospective, and made it easy to understand and retain.

I feel that some of the questions on the test were more difficult than should be. multiple times, I felt that there could have been two correct answers. Of course, I forgot which ones, but remember thinking that two of the answers were written to sounds close to the correct answer.

As a licensed Property and Casualty agent, who has been using WebCE for at least 10 years, I always appreciate the knowledge I gain. I will keep using WeBCE until I no longer have to take any CE credits.
Some of the questions for the test were worded very weird or used names of companies that made questions unnecessarily difficult such as State's which made it unclear if the question was referring to the state or if State was the name of the agency. Some other questions were worded awkwardly.
It would be nice if read out loud had the option to continue up until the chapter text, instead of having to press continue.
This content is clear and concise.

I've been using WebCE on my own for so long. I find the courses extremely easy to navigate and the packages just work so well.
The speech audio has several mis-pronunciations which cause confusion. some of those are caused by typos--a space left out of the text. Also, the audio pronounces the same word in different ways for via & for Roman numerals causing confustion.

The only negative is that MD does not require tests for their CE, and i prefer webinars that do not involve tests.
The audio has some pronunciation issues and does not pause for commas, which was hard to listen to, so I just read at my own speed. I also noticed some typos that were not caught when this was proofread.
Would like the words to move as it's read. Video for math.
Ended up taking a couse on medical coverage that I wasn't familiar with but completed the course because did not see how to make the change.

Some of the chapters seems long and dragged out. Some questions were just too long to read.
No suggestions as I think the course meets the goal to complete the CE courses successfully.
The course completion % shown was not accurate which was frustrating. The first few chapters took much longer than the rest of the chapters (which were not viewable). Because of this I was left with a distorted view of how far along I was in the course.
This was the best module I have ever gone through in my CE courses.

The narration is too fast especially when covering complicated terms and coverages. Most people cant absorb complicated concepts as this fast pace. Like a person talking too fast, we say "whoa ..you need to slow down".

"A leak in the home's old brick chimney causes fire damage in her attic..." Leaks don't cause fire damage; this makes no sense, and is illogical. Having questions like this with things that make no sense and illogical and don't happen, ultimately wastes time. Because it has to be read over and over, b/c my brain is trying to find the logic, but it can't b/c it's illogical. This is not the only time I've noticed this. I would guess about 1 out of every 100 questions or so has something like this. These questions should all be reviewed by a very experienced and seasoned insurance adjuster, and you could weed out these types of mistakes.

on a few of the tests, i was sure I had selected the correct answers. when the results came back, it said i selected a different answer. I just retook the test, but thought that was strange.
I liked the ease of the layout and the ability to go back and forth if I need to revisit a chapter but some were just way too long and redundant
I was not given enough time to properly read through all the information.
Used WebCE for years, they are the beat both content and price
This is the first course I've taken with WebCE and I thought it was very good. I'll take my future insurance classes here too.
It was strait forward and tests reflected the material.
Some of the practice questions for this particular class were not worded clearly and extra difficult to follow. A few times, I was not able to match up the questions with the content and as very confused when I saw the actual answer. This is the first time I have seen this, but it was off-putting. In any case, the actual exam had more direct questions, which I was grateful for.
I appreciated all of the ethical examples given.
Maybe have a real person read the course material instead of AI. It made some obvious mispronunciations of common words
The course is great but too long - to much reading and the exam is too long.
Ease of use and layout of material.
Twisted questions are confusing. But in fairness, it is representative of the double-speak on the initial licensing exam.
It only took a little over 5 hours to get through the material with the read to me audio and time to complete the chapter questions. Even allowing for extra time for someone to take notes, the amount of time for this course was too much.

I could not get the audio. I especially liked the section on Ponzi and Madoff.
There was a too much to read that was very repetitious. A lot of time was wasted by basically reading the same information over again.
Good course material and easy to use platform
Amazing videos. I love the speed of the videos and how they are separated. Great website. Will definitely continue my insurance education here.
There are typos and many times when more than one answer is correct or can be correct, so i think there's room for improvement.

In reviewing the incorrect answers, I would like to see what the correct answer was but it only shows the wrong answers.
as this is Co training for licensing I don't know their criteria but I would recommend WEBCE - also I loved the Read it to me Auto it compliments my learning style

I was nervous going into the final exam due to all the information to prepare for. The 50 questions test was all claim scenario questions and it made it easier for me to understand. Thank You! Jeff
I like the search option but It would be nice if it went straight to the part in the chapter it's in. It was a bit tedious to scroll through the whole chapter to find the term I searched for.
A choice for answers I found to be vague. A question concerning collision, considered running a traffic light to be a collision lost.
how the incorrect questions at least. We can do better on these final exams so we are better equipped have better knowledge if there was an oversight on the reading the question or is it knowledge. please work on the final exam an how it can be better.

Questions should be in order of text. It's kinda frustrating going back and forth looking for answers. It's not easy to retain all the info after hearing or reading.

The Questions are extremely wordy and make the whole thing lose all meaning. There is a way to determine if people retain knowledge without trying to make the wordiest questions to try and fumble them. Just get to the point and remove the unnecessary trip ups.

Everything is kind of hard to read because the materials are so small.
The course was clearly defined and easy to follow throughout the lessons.
Course questions language is sometimes too long or confusing. Please consider setting them up with a "Given this scenario: Set of bullet points...then ask your question.
give us more time to take our time taking these course instead of having set time lines that aren't long enough to fully benefit from the training instead of having to race through
I really enjoyed the narration while studying the material. It really helped me recall the key points of this course.
Would would be nice to have a checklist to print at the end of the course. One that you could use to go over with clients.

As a direct writer I found it more difficult thanit needed to be. I have no cluee what a HO form 14 is or an HO4-4. I felt it could have covered the material in an easier manner by using endorsement names and discriptions could have been easier to use.

My only hiccup would just be more layman verbiage as we are learning the concepts. Hard to bring up a live example here, but that was really my ONLY roadblock at times. I found myself googling what some phrases meant as I was reading but otherwise very well put together.

Please make the scenarios easier to understand. The content can also be overwhelming for someone just starting out, such as myself.
It would be helpful to add to the "rules of the exam" that it is Untimed. I dont believe that is spelled out anywhere. Otherwise I was very happy with this process.
