As someone who absorbs information well in audio format, this was a good utilization for learning. It would be helpful to have a feature to change the speed of the audio as it was quite slow for my liking.

Luckily, this course had more real-life examples given, which helped me understand the material better and made it more interesting but otherwise 168 pages of text it challenging to get through. It would be great to have videos and more diagrams and picture.

Like the exam the survey was too long too. CEs should be somewhat of an interesting, light engagment activity for retention and this was like going back to formal education processes where the instuctor had a red pen in hand ready to strike.

There were times when the correct answer to questions was ambiguous, & the chapters didn't give sufficient direction to lead to what was considered the "correct" answer.

Some sections of the Reserves Chapter were long. Some were also split up. I think it would help to split them up a bit more. When listening to the audio voice, you can become super relaxed and get tired. Maybe having different type of voice options would help.

Required time IN the course is not optimal. The concept of CE is to test the knowledge of a professional within their profession. IF a person can do it in less time than the mandated time . . . should be ok with the state.

If you are going to offer to have the content read, you should also have the test questions read along with the answer options. Your test questions are sometimes written in a deceptive manner and for someone like me who is dyslexic, it can be confusing

The 2 items I had the most difficulty understanding were, well, if I could go back and look at the course I could tell you. One was a "Loss Settlement" or it's endorsement. The amount of time required to complete this course is grossly unreasonable. I was able to go through the entire course and pass the test in 1 hour yet somehow I was required to be in the course of 3 hours 20 min which is ridiculous.

I love how easy it is to navigate through the course. I love being able to work at my own pace. When I 1st started the course, there were some minor difficulties with the video stopping. I had to start over a few times. The further along I got in the course, the pausing stopped.

The courses provide much needed information. The exams are based more on general knowledge rather than what was in the courses. For example, had there been a requirement to memorize all the endorsements included in the learning for the quiz, the quiz would have been much more difficult. Great information. Great exams! This was a REALLY long course for just having information read to you. I do not like the "read it to me audio." This course should be broken down into at least 2 courses so it doesn't span more than 1 work day to complete it and the final exam is less than 100 questions at a time.

The test questions don't seem to really match up with the course content, they seems more common sense questions that specific questions again to the content. But were easy enough if you've been in the insurance industry for any period of time.

This is approved for indiana and it is asking questions about colorado and is absolutely so general based that you can't even tell what it is asking sometimes yet other questions are so obvious that anyone unqualified to be an insurance professional could answer. This is outdated and inaccurate completely.

The tests are too long considering how many quizzes / test taken thorough out the course.

With a topic that has this much content, videos would be helpful to vary the presentation and differentiate learning.

The CE material in this course was for my CE license under WC. I found there were extremely few discussions about WC and more about auto, property, and casualty.

The recommended timeframe to complete the course is outrageous. 10 hours to complete this section and you can't move forward until you have reached that desired time limit. Really?!?! Please take into consideration that some people read and comprehend entirely quicker than others; and some people have been in this business for a number of years and are well familiar with coursework. to be required to remain in a section for 10 hours when it can easily be completed by some within a 5-7 hour timeframe is more than inefficient.

Some of the test questions are not entirely accurate or are misleading. For example, when does a duty to defend an insured end? It does not end when the adjuster DISCOVERS a coverage problem. There are still many steps before a defense could be withdrawn. Also, asking about liability for a DEFENDANT indicates a case is in litigation so the answer would reasonably be that a jury will decide liability, not the adjuster.

It doesn't take 10 hours to go through the course information for an experienced licensed agent. A quick read through refresher is all that is needed to pass the test. This is the objective isn't it. To be sure a licensed agent is knowlegable about the HO3 policy form.

Improve AI enunciation of common insurance jargon and phrases.

I missed one question; I was able to review the question I missed but I wasn't given the correct answer after the test... I still don't know why I missed it and what the correct answer is.

My only issue was the functionality of searching key words in chapters. The internet CTR+F was more advanced than the search function built within the chapter

After listening to the voice reading feature and taking all the chapter quizzes the time is not accurate. I had to go back in and spend more time, this is frustrating as I could complete it even sooner if I self read the material.

A few areas misconstrued coverage. Also, some of the Personal Property examples of coverage cited examples of structure losses.

The information that was needed was presented in a clear and concise manner, which enabled me to apply my learnings on the test.

I was told could sign into any device to complete course. This time I was not able to sign in on personal computer with username/password,(had been doing), this time it took be to security code for my work and would not allow me to sign on. I had to go to my work computer to work on the coouse.

When using the audible version, the class is not the required time to take the test & I did call about this & have yet to get a return call. This should be addressed or at least be told to the people that are paying to take your courses that assume, the hours of the audible will satisfy the hours of the course.

Too MANY WORDY QUESTIONS FOR AN AFTER NOON STUDY

This course was read to me by the program. I did not speed read or fast forward through it. it was done in one hour and 22 minutes.. however I was required to stay in the course for 3 hours and 20 minutes before I could take the test. This needs to be corrected somehow,...I basically listened to the entire course twice to complete the required time

There is a conflicting answer to a question vs following educational statement on Chapter 2 practice exam question 4. The question asks what should be found in a claim file document- the answers provide two potentially correct answers to remove. The system advises the correct answer is "A photo of a banana peel " not 'a photo of the banana peel' while the other question references the documentation of the initial contact of the adjuster to the claimant ( Timeline issue) You might want to change A to the for the banana peel question....

Chose a better AI voice for placing more emotion and emphasis on tone when a sentence ends and a new sentence begins. It was robotic at times and I would lose track of where I was in the paragraph. Example I sneezed 3 times in a row, which forced me to close my eyes and lost rack of the audio matching to the words. A visual aid such as greying out the words read vs words to be read in black could provide a visual aid as the material transpires down the page.

This was recommended to me by my manager who's no longer with the company that employs me. I recommend this to anyone who still needs CE Credits. My favorite feature is that it remembers the previous CE classes you took and it doesn't let you retake anything by mistake. There should be estimated completion time added on the curse description for customer who are using company paid time so a realistic amount of time could be allocated to finish the courses

I have taken a few courses and didn't realize that there is a search feature at the top of the page if we have to go back and review chapter info. This was a very lengthy course and I do not think that the time scheduled was enough to go through the entire course, understand it and then test.

Some questions did not seem to be covered in the material

Maybe having some videos or something other than just reading for hours. Not everyone can read to retain knowledge and then answer questions. I had to go back and read a lot over which took me longer than the allotted time. Maybe some picture or video examples may make the information more retainable. Or a longer time for people who just aren't that great at reading and then answering questions of what they read. pother tan that everything was great.

This is not only a good way of testing knowledge, but it is a great way to teach the information. I am learning a great deal from going through this that I'm also retaining for my job. I think it is because of how it is explained and set up to not just remember it but to learn it.

The read to me option is very affective.

I liked the content of the course and read it to me audio

The questions are very ambiguous

The wording of the questions such as “Abraham’s Lincoln” and “ lightening damage to McQueen’s car” is kinda throw off to the actual question itsself

I expected upon completion that I would get a certificate or something to provide as proof of completion. I haven't seen that (yet) and I wasn't given a time-frame in which my hours would be reported to the state.

The timer is not accurate. I was in the course for well over 2.5 hours before it permitted me to take the final exam.

Audio - reading of alpha and numeric was a bit much, especially considering the number of times they appear together. Example: forty five (45). Otherwise, great!

I liked the feature where audio could read the text to me. I also liked the ease of accessing the course on different devices.

I'm sure the laws are strict on what you can do and can't. I'd like to see more breaks in the material with photos or more examples or videos. That is some hefty reading.

Excellent job of presenting pertinent information in an easy to understand manner.

The course took less than two hours to complete, following the read-to-me audio and reasonable time studying the encapsulated material.

There needs to be examples in the chapter. The quizzes didn't do much Also once you fail it needs to tell you what you had wrong or at least let you focus on the areas you did wrong. This was a nightmare of a course because i had to keep going back and had no idea what i did wrong. Perhaps giving the correct answer and explaining why it was correct then on the retake a new set of questions. That would be better so you learn from your wrong answers. I felt like i was going in circles.

The one complaint is that the audio was very monotoned and sometimes combined multiple words into one word.

some of the questions on this particular exam were very very confusing. many of the answers that require a response of what the adjuster is NOT looking for, is based on speculation or opinion, which neither one is a fair assessment and doesn't provide a fair chance at getting the question correct. I've been in insurance for over a decade, and this CE exam was by far one of the poorly worded CE exams I've completed.

Some of the questions had what I believe were no correct answers. Even a careful reading and deliberating over the intent of the question left me with no correct option.

More time needs to be allocated to complete these, the "10-3 pm" wasn't nearly enough.

I found the course content to be extremely informative. The practical examples and real-life applications were particularly helpful in understanding the concepts. The layout and content of the exam kept me engaged throughout the course.

We need to be more communicative on proctors that are required for these exams when they are needed. Learning the day of that i need to find someone to proctor my exam was very stressful.

The read it aloud audio stopped working about half way through the course. I just read the rest of it myself but it was annoying that my favorite feature stopped working.

My only teeny tiny constructive feedback is that in one of the examples of the insured breaking his femur, the end of the sentence mentions a cast or surgery to remove hardware from his arm. Femur is in the leg, not arm.

Wish WebCE became the official provider for the annual NFIP adjuster course. The current 6 hour seminar, the same format and content for the past 10 years, asks for no student participation nor any feedback to confirm that students actually learn something.

The limits of time to take the test are way TOO LONG.. please lower these to a more reasonable time ie 20-30 minutes as 2 hrs and 30 minutes is WAYYY TOO LONG.

NAIC section/questions didn't seem that relevant to the topic.

Some of your questions could possibly have several correct answers, and they really do not need to be a dissertation question :)

Some parts need to be broken up into smaller sections. Reading these can be quite long, and I think breaking them up would be better. It's a lot of information to digest.

I have ADHD. It was AMAZINGGG to have the option of someone reading the material to me. I get distracted easily and many times have to start over again and again with long material and passages like this one. One of the courses had no read along option, which was hard, but those that did I sincerely appreciate it.

What I truly liked about this course was being able to learn about being an adjusters & learning more about the insurance industry. It comes with great responsibility, but overall with the right guidance & resources, it's achievable.

Some terminologies like "preclude" can be very confusing. Legal terms should be defined.

There are instances were the quiz questions were very poorly worded. For instance, a question gave an adjuster the option to "defend" a claim in a group of choices that included taking the case to trial. The use of DEFEND was intentionally confusing because that's typically something that happens in a legal proceeding and the question was asked in the context of handling a claim. Another question suggested that an adjuster would be qualified to evaluate a claimant's behaviour at an amusement park based on the adjuster's supposition about how the person should have acted. In that scenario, the adjuster has NO expertise in the field of study that the question presumes his decsion should be made on. That's a dangerous seed to plant. I understand that drafting hypothetical questions is tough, but those two were ridiculous.

This is a good course but I did get a little thrown wondering if the policy was endorsed or not.

Homeowners Course is very Hard. If we fail the course a 2nd time We should be able to see what answers in the sections of the we got wrong. Or at least be able to see how many answers were wrong in each section of the course. More time is needed in order to read the course material and not feel rushed by the time u take the exam to realize uve failed it and now have no time to take the test again.

There was a lot excess information in this course.

We can see the questions we got wrong, but we need to know the correct answer in order to learn from our mistakes.

The "Read to Me" narrator is monotonous. I prefer to listen to the material being read to me as needed. I would not chose this option again.

When reviewing the questions that were wrong, it would be helpful to provide the right answers.

Study guide please

Two and a half hours I had to spend reading something that took me an hour to get through. It is a ridiculous waste of my time. I had to waste an hour and a half because I know the information that we are being tested on. Garbage

The read it to me audio is awful. It would be so much better to have a recording of a person as their voice while reading will have inflection and pauses the computer doesn't have. The absolute worst thing is the time constraint. I have to spend so many minutes looking at a screen before I can take the test???? Why? How can anyone dictate how long its going to take me to read through information I have been practicing for 10 years?

The final exam questions were fine, but the post-chapter exam questions might need a review. They aren't great. The two that stuck out to me were as follows. There was one that said "photo of A banana peel" rather than "photo of THE banana peel". The choice of article is important. Is it a photo of the actual banana peel the man slipped on or is it a photo of any old banana peel for reference? The answer to the question about a woman being offered $16K for her totaled vehicle when she could only find a replacement for $18K was also sloppy. The situation isn't an example of fraud, but it also isn't a "difference of opinion." It's that she can't find a replacement for the money she's being offered. That's the KBB value versus what's available for purchase in the market. A fact versus a fact.
