Low price coverage shouldn’t be the only attribute of an auto policy – in fact, it may not be the most important. Consumers need to know what their insurance covers, what may be missing and how to navigate the claims process after the damage has happened. As an auto claims adjuster, it is important to know the coverages provided by your client’s insurance and be able to estimate the cost of vehicle repairs, negotiate equitable settlements and issue payments through the claims process.
Courses included will meet all your CE requirements for your license renewal in Guam including ethics.
Content was a breeze to follow.
The courses were easy to follow. I appreciated the practice test after each chapter to keep be update. I will definitely use WEBCE in the future.
The questions should be read aloud also
The real life examples given make the course material make sense.
This course has great information but needed more charts, visuals and more scenarios. I recommend a top 10 Gap issues scenario table, a Top 5 "tricky scenario", a symbols grid, a coverage GAP and fix grid. It was just too long and paragraph oriented for this material. There's so many endorsements and what if's that as laid out, it made absorption take longer than 2 hrs for me (I am pretty fast learner and typically can absorb information in 3/4 specified needed time.
I think if you pass each exam with a 70% by have a final exam all over. The course itself is time consuming .
I did have issues getting to the test as I did not see the registration information
I always use WebCe because it is easy to follow and allows chapter review when needed.
Everything is VERY user friendly and intuitive.
good job
Excellent course.
Thank you.
This was very hard to understand. The questions were long and hard to understand.
WebCE is a great resource for CEUs I need
Easy to access, read, and listening options.
thank you
Good stuff. Very applicable to claim handling.
Good course. Reading aloud helped me follow along.
Read it to me audio was distracting so I turned it off. The ability to toggle back to study the exam question was very useful.
Great presentation.
good info
you should update your example to include cars that are still being made Saab is an outdated manufacture
The physical damage coverage to a rental car was wrong for Minnesota. In Minnesota, the coverage for damage to a rental car comes from the Property Damage Liability Coverage not the physical damage coverage from the insured's personal auto policy.
The course was fine
great experience
usage of video, charts/graphs or something to break up ALL of the reading would be helpful
Extremely user friendly, audio makes for easy listening
This question is stupid. In the practice test it indicated claim conversations via phone weren't required to be documented but a photo of the banana peel would be.
I liked the self pace study.
I loved the course
It would be great to have video of role playing.
I liked the use of or thread of the same information and wording in other chapters to jog your memory and help you cross reference overlapping material.
GREAT COURSE!!!!
If there were more interactive elements during the presentation of the course, I think that would help a lot with retaining the information given.
I enjoyed the read it to me feature - it provided a seamless approach to the material and allowed me to follow along and focus clearly.
There was waaaaay too much content for the quiz.
Some of the answers provided do not correspond with the material. For example, in this course, the two types of physical damage coverage.
I have used WebCE for years
Webce phone representative Ronald is great. I spoke to him 2 years ago when I took my CE and this year I called and asked to speak specifically to him again. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient!!!!
I love how easy it is to navigate through the course. I love being able to work at my own pace. When I 1st started the course, there were some minor difficulties with the video stopping. I had to start over a few times. The further along I got in the course, the pausing stopped.
Enjoyed the course
For me, the "Read-it-to-me audio", was the best part of this course. Please add it to all your courses. Thank you
Great Course.
I enjoy completing courses that are applicable to my position as an Auto Liability claims adjuster. Most webinars I come across don't necessarily apply. While interesting, I prefer to spend my time with continuing education that I can actually use on a daily basis. Thanks for these courses.
Great Course! Learned A LOT!
This course is very dense and difficult to follow, even for someone who works in auto daily. I recommend renewing the content and making improvements to enhance clarity and usability.
Material was clear and well difined with good example for clarity
THANK YOU
There was some redundancy. And sometimes a bit wordy.
some of the questions were vague and multiple answers could have applied
I wish you all would become Allstate's preferred vendor. They currently recommend Adjuster Pro. I was not a fan of their training when I got my FL license. I wish you all would become Allstate's preferred vendor. I had to pay for this package out of pocket.
Overall this course was good but there were a few times where it repeaded itself in a way I thought was unnecessary.
Excellent course. easy to read, follow, and understand. It was a good refresher.
I repeatedly use Web CE, very easy to use and the courses are good.
See you in next 2 year.
very well done...thanks!
material was very confusing and difficult to understand
Thank you! James
Too many Exam/Quiz
Enjoyed the web ce for my real estate license--not so much this one. Difficult to understand--questions unrelated to course material
this one was harder for me but still easy to use
Questions were clear and pretty easy to understand the material.
There are typos. I intend to send an email.
read to me option is great and able to use open book for test to insure researching questions to exam because navigating correctly is key. Overall very well developed website.
Good summaries and tests.
My second or third time. Love that I can walk away and take a break and return to where I left off.
THE SPeaker talks to fast to keep up.
The test questions don't seem to really match up with the course content, they seems more common sense questions that specific questions again to the content. But were easy enough if you've been in the insurance industry for any period of time.
On one of the questions regarding a dog bite.....why does it have to be a pit bull? Can't you just say 'the neighbors dog got loose and bit him"? I mean, what's next? Was the pit bull's owner a person of color and we're going to put that in the question too since we're stereotyping now? C'mon folks......just say 'dog'. We don't have to reinforce and perpetuate stereotypes.
The tests are too long considering how many quizzes / test taken thorough out the course.
Don't change the testing format!
Process for ordering was very easy
Shorten the names of the people. That would be great!
VIDOES MADE EASY
Great course content.
Much of the content of this course was vague and ambiguous. More specific examples should be provided to illustrate the content.
The CE material in this course was for my CE license under WC. I found there were extremely few discussions about WC and more about auto, property, and casualty.
excellent piece and explanatory
Most of the audio has nothing to do with the contents and test
It was easy to navigate
offer audio
some answers for the questions are in the wrong chapters or researching
there was quite a bit of BAP and PAPs throughout the course. It started to get a little confusing trying to keep up with the abbreviations
I have used WedCE for several years. Thank you.
learn a lot of valuable lessons from the courses.
Thank you
Thanks!
Web CE is awesome, I use it every time for CE.
Some Audio or videos would help as well
the questions were very involved and extremely lengthy
So thankful for webce!
This course is the best! thank you
The course enriched my learning experience by the information provided and how easily the course and the exam were clearly understood.
Like this platform. Thank you!
if have read-it-to-me audio, make it so that it takes the entire time if its reading it and not finish early
I really learn what is needed to stay compliant in the ever-changing Insurance realm.
the info provided in the readings was educational and went with the topic to assist in the CE class
The read to me audio is unhelpful. He reads too fast and the slower version is too slow. Great courses, easy to read and understand.
You are the best continuing education I have use for the pass 20 years. Love it!
way too long, much longer than a 3 hour course. The verbiage goes on and on not as concise as it could be and the test question do not need to be all word or essay type questions. Seriously bring it down a notch. This stuff is exhausting and I've been doing insurance for 30 years!
Read-it-to-me audio for the questions and answers
Questions and scenarios are a little long.
too long
More interactives and videos would be helpful. Also, the ability to rewind the audio by clicking on a specific paragraph, sentence or word and have it start from that point would be very helpful.
Keep up the good work
No additional comments needed
This was a lot of information to retain for testing. Test was very hard.
The course is extremely well presented.
Exam questions were somewhat mis-leading
Easy and smooth process
more videos needed
It's so educational and my experience is so great , thank you for being part of it.
If there were more interactive, I would've passed with a 100% :p
Too much Information in a short period of time and not easily located.
I really enjoyed this course. It had a lot of helpful information and was well written for an agent to use the information.
This first section was quite long, I would split it up when going over the appraisal process. Just my opinion.
Thank you!!!!
Thank you for the opportunity.
Great course! Very informative
The Read-it-to-me Audio was too robotic
Good training module
the questions sometimes felt confusing at times. had to read several times to understand.
GreaT Class!
I disagreed with some of the answers. 30 days from 5/2/2024 is 6/1/2024 as there are 31 days in May. The answer indicated that 6/2/2024 was the deadline.
I have used WEBCE for a while and will continue to use!!!
Thanks you
I liked the dry humor involved in some of the questions
There are several typographical errors, some of the questions are "wordy" and create ambiguity and some of the questions were not worded well at all.
Good content
Great course
I've used WebCE for several years and I am always satisfied with the course material and ease of use.
Great explanations for people that do not know PAP.
I had a viable experience overall
The course content was valuable, however more interactive material or videos could make it more engaging.
The experience was great and I intend to pursue additional courses through WebCE, because because of it's ease of use, making it understandable, and the courtesy I receive from it's representative whenever I call. They are very professional and courteous.
Thanks.
Excellent job on information contained in these lessons. Thanks
he reads a bit too fast for this much content
The questions were alttle confusing on the Business Auto
Shorten required time by 20 min.
The auto accident scenarios were interesting and made me chuckle.
Some questions are too lengthy
some questions had multiple answers and you could not choose more than one
Some of the test questions are not entirely accurate or are misleading. For example, when does a duty to defend an insured end? It does not end when the adjuster DISCOVERS a coverage problem. There are still many steps before a defense could be withdrawn. Also, asking about liability for a DEFENDANT indicates a case is in litigation so the answer would reasonably be that a jury will decide liability, not the adjuster.
Content was clearly outlined and presented. Examples/Case studies were presented and explained succinctly.
I liked the audio which is nice to follow along.
The course was a little more detailed and took longer than anticipated for a 2 credit course. Lots of moving parts. The material was good but I though it could have a few more credits.
Class was easy to follow and stated all information in a very digestable manner.
I enjoyed taking this course. Leaned about ride-sharing and TNC's.
This course went over the top into the infinite details of a business policy!
Great Program
This course was very informative and I learned a lot. Thank you!
Very easy to use as always and definitely didn't take a lot of time away from my work day.
very helpful thanks for the knowledge
Great course !
Unfortunately, took alot of time out of a busy work day to complete.
Always learn or refresh knowledge using WebCE
Great content
The audio play time is significantly shorter than the required course time
The length of some of the questions makes the questions get wordy causing confusion. Unnecessary sentence that have nothing to do with coverage are used. Some questions could be interrupted differently and therefore changing the answer.
Very challenging
Very demanding ,but information was exceptional
Repetitive information
Outstanding course
There are a couple of typos, but a solid course nonetheless.
The only thing I would change is: an update to the read to me. It is run-on and mispronounces a lot of words. Thanks
Some of the questions you could not find worded similar enough that it left questions when you went back to re-read it which used up a lot of time trying to locate the spot to find your answer.
good information
excellent course
I wish we still had the option to purchase the course in book form as well as doing the online study. They were wonderful and very helpful to use as a reference resource.
The voice was obviously computer generated. Words were misrepresented and out of context. Ex Lots referred to a car lot but was read as Lots a quantitative value.
Good information
Good course! I really enjoyed it.
I love WEB CE
wish there was a way for an adjust with 37 years to just test out of this and not spend 20 hours on it
The wording and language used in the material was hard to understand. The question like: Hit a hand truck does not easily translate. The questions are hard to understand and cannot be answered easily without reading a few times to ensure what they are asking. Would not recommend this course
The course was very easy to follow.
Great product!
I think the best was the interactive videos and the read along made it click easier for me. I really liked how this was done and setup.
The reading and practice questions are not equal to the required time
When recapping or having to read a section just to be able to go back to the section at hand and not have to re-read that particular section all over again since it's a lot of information
It would be nice if the search feature took you to the section you are searching for and not just highlight it in the body of the text so you have to scroll to find it.
Love it
I liked that you could easily move through the course, easy to find certain categories etc. Overall use of ease was excellence!
the exam questions were too tricky for passing the first time, and could have been an exceptable answer on many
Repetitive narrative.
There were a few typos on this particular course. A couple of the explanations had confusing wording.
I have used WebCE exclusively for many years.
Thank you for a great learning experience as always.
Please do not use the word "Demonic" as the name of a shop.
I will never use another company. These courses were very informative and interesting.
Overall liked the format and experience. Using more real world examples to drive the point home, would be interesting though.
web site is harder to use to take test on phone. Can't see buttons.
Another interesting class from WebCE. I've been licensed for over 40 years and have taken a lot of CE classes. Yours are the best.
Excellent courses.
Great course! Easy to follow and informative. Great reserves refresher!
THANK YOU!
Awesome!!!
Keep everything the same! Everything is great!
Give whomever wrote this material a gold star for using some actual creativity and stylistic verve--well done!
THANK YOU FOR EASY ACCESS TO THIS SITE TO EARN CREDITS
Great Resource
More interactive visual aids to explain the concepts of collision and other than collision coverage would be helpful for a visual learner.
questions can be asked on knowledge, not tricky
Excellent courses! Works great on a desktop computer & a mobile device. Very quick & accurate grading of the tests. I appreciate the option to print the course also, for use when no wifi connection is available. There is an error on page 30 of the "Personal Autos used in Business." course. In the first sentence, under "Ride Sharing." there is a number "4" after the "Uber, Lyft and others" that doesn't need to be there. THANK YOU!
timer feature doesn't work well.
easy flow
I liked that the exam was open book and that the questions provided the chapter link to review information prior to answering the questions
The information was very informative. Some things were clear cut and a confirmation of what I need to pay attention to.
Ethics class needs updating to more current examples and references. Referencing war & battles and Cicero are not pertinent to insurance material
it was great
A lot of material in the course, however it was organized very well.
Excellent Course.
good course
Always great!
One thing to even make this a better experience for most people, please add video explaining some of the content. This helps virtual learners even more
Workload was precise and Web CE made it easy to go back and look for answers that I was unsure of.
Everything was great!
Great information & content for knowledge in insurance.
Improve AI enunciation of common insurance jargon and phrases.
Some answers were vague
this program is set up for success!!! Great program!
My only issue was the functionality of searching key words in chapters. The internet CTR+F was more advanced than the search function built within the chapter
EXCELLENT
one thing i didn't like is the obvious bias for insurance companies. it should be presented in an objective manner. There are bad faith laws, and you don't want to teach agents and adjusters to be bullheaded and one-sided in their views. They should consider the views of policyholders as well.
It was a great course
Very well written Contents and Practice Exams.
Very good content
Great course!
Love Webce! They make it easy!
I look forward to WebCE providing professional liability coverage and claim courses, E&O coverage and claim handling courses.
I have taken other required courses different institutions but I always come back. I wish my boss use this platform.
The information that was needed was presented in a clear and concise manner, which enabled me to apply my learnings on the test.
It was a great course, and I will be using WebCE for my CE credits in the future.
I was told could sign into any device to complete course. This time I was not able to sign in on personal computer with username/password,(had been doing), this time it took be to security code for my work and would not allow me to sign on. I had to go to my work computer to work on the coouse.
Some of the questions needed to be stated more clearly.
When you save your spot for later, it would be nice for the system to also save the spot where you were currently reading and some kind of features that lets you catch up to exactly where the audio is reading.
Not bad like this class thank you
This was a good course but should qualify for 2-3 hours.
I like the Read-it-to-me audio and the format of the material. Thank you!
I have always used WebCE. I have referred many others to complete their CE's through WebCE as well.
HAVE BEEN USING WEBCE FOR YEARS VERY INFORMATIVE
thank you very effective information
Always prefer doing my CE courses with Web CE, process is super easy and very straight forward to understand.
Test Exam questions were tricky, didn't provide enough info to pick correct answer.
Great content and easy to navigate. Thank you.
Read-it-to-me audio is a game changer, made it SUPER easy to comprehend the material.
great course
A Final Thank you to Sylvia who helped me select the appropriate course for my renewal needs!
Prefer Webce. to other company's
Perfect. I like examples of the losses for illustration.
I have taken courses from WebCE for quite some time because the ladies I've talked to in the office are always very helpful.
Like the fact that you can stop/start course to fit in with your day. Like the option for audio, since I personally learn better via hearing the course as well as following along by reading.
I learned so much about claim reserves.
I respectfully request that you remove the reference to a Pit Bull attacking in questions 30 and 34. This perpetuates a stereotype that is false, misleading and has caused great harm to these dogs. Please replace "Pit Bull" with "dog"; the type of dog has no bearing on which one will bite.
Great and user friendly! highly recommended
I liked some of the questions, that had some funny wording. Like Frankies Avalon, it makes you laugh and relax when you take the test. SO thanks!
Did not like the audio.
great course!
it was easy navigating and completing the courses .
lectures are detailed and easy to follow along. love the end of chapter quizzes to help with the final exam.
Great Courses Thank You
Good examples
There was a typo that I noticed but I don't remember where specifically. A way to report this kind of errors at any point in the course could be useful.
Questions are directly from course material making it easy to find the correct answers.
I'm truly glad that I chose your company to do my CE's with. I will keep doing them with your company
It seems that multiple options for answers are feasible for the test. Multiple answers would apply. I have always felt this way since becoming an adjuster and using WebCE. Some of the questions seem overly complicated.
i have used WebCE in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
great content!
course was great
the course was easy to follow and the course was great
great products and process
The format is very educational, informative!
In error I put my license number under OH than OK and I was not able to change it. I had to take the quiz and exam again. There should be an option that we can change it.
The only thing I don't like about the course is the word problem questions. The questions are way too long
Explaining auto coverages using primarily written verbiage makes comprehensive difficult due to the number of different coverage scenarios. It would be helpful to use charts and sections of applicable policy sections to illustrate the written narrative.
Current information and easy to navigate through course.
I think there should more indication of what the most important piece of information during the reading. Highlighting these would be a great start
Good information, easy to follow.
i love the pop culture references in the questions :) Ed
This course was well done and timely!
easy to use
Useful, well organized information
Thank you!
I liked the practice questions, they get you thinking and preparing for the final exam.
I liked that it was self paced and explained why the answers I had were wrong.
Too MANY WORDY QUESTIONS FOR AN AFTER NOON STUDY
it was easy to understand
Great site to complete your continuing education needs. It is seamless and easy to use.
I liked how I could find the content I was looking for.
Thank you... very easy to utilize the tool.
Question of the exam,"Demonic Insurance Company"is a little off putting. 'ABC' or 'Random" Insurance Company seems less disturbing and provides same
Great material
More visuals would be nice.
Wish they will update hourse soon
Good course!
Overall this course was easily accessible and the interactive elements helped with comprehension.
This is not a 2 hour course. It took much longer.
Be well.
would like audio ty
well done
Easy to use program.
IT WAS FAIRLY SIMPLE
No Issues, was perfectly fine
The audio narration is a tad too fast in my opinion. If I try to slow it down using the audio options then it's too slow. Like Goldilocks, it needs to be just right. Also the voice inflection when emphasizing key points needs improvement
images depicting coverage helps to concrete knowledge - the 3 phases of ridesharing as an example of helpful content
This is based on the course I took. Personal auto in business. I am not a commercial writer, this had a lot to do with commercial and not the personal lines. It needs to cover what we can or can't write in personal lines....not commercial
Very curious team too when I needed to call for help
Having the ability to go to the chapter related to the question on the test.
Thank you so much! This is a great platform to complete CED credits.
Course was great but I wish it could be completed more quickly.
Easy due to the great material provided
I find read along with audio very helpful in my learning style
Good material, relevant to my job.
this has been a very positive experience
Full and final payment on checks is OK for third party, but not OK for first party. Your quiz misrepresents this information.
Outstanding!
gpod class
very good case studies. i liked the depth of questions regarding diminution of value and other than collision.
Course was easy to read and find answers.
Very informative and the audio is a plus
Read-it-to-me audio and ease of use with no time requirement.
Still a loyal customer after all these years!
I took a 10 Credit course that had a 100 Question Exam. The content of the course was very confusing, as was the Exam. The Exam questions were difficult and not really equated to an Exam for a Personal Insurance Rep.
We should not be seeing spelling errors on something as important as this. an example i saw is on the test, you have "clem adjuster" instead of claim adjuster.
A lot of the content is repetitive
Great i love it
The AI pronounced many words and phrases erroneously. Drove me nuts.
Great content. Easy to understand except for 1 question
Again, very informative - a good refresher. I get a lot out of these. When I'm taking one of your exam, I consider that I should do these exams more often throughout the two -year period of my P/C license. Work is busy - wish I had more time. Anyways, thank you for providing this service!
I believe it would make it easier to comprehend if you left out different names and last names. I think using one name bob for claimant tony for insured and the insurance company would be easier. It made it difficult with all the different names.
The hypothetical situation examples helped with understanding the course content. Heavy content and the AI voice kept the content very dry. Please use an updated, improved AI voice for the auto-play feature that includes more natural sounding speech.
Great tools, well presented
looking for answers was difficult
I loved everything about this course except the question about the negligence on the dog owner. Using the breed "Pitbull" is not just unfair, it is discriminatory. My husband and I have rescued 3 pups and one of them is a pit bull. Dog owners of Pit Bulls will vouch, 1000%, that they are the most beautiful, sensitive, caring dog breeds - yet, in the media they keep getting blown up with negative associations and examples. Using this innocent breed in your examples as a "cause for an accident or incident" is just plain wrong and I recommend you not using a specific breed for your examples in the future. Kindly, thank you.
Well-presented courses from beginning to end.
Good course overall.
I feel like Question 19 was not worded correctly and the correct answer was a trick. If insured is not liable for injuries it should be zero liability---but that wasn't a choice.
ALL GOOD...
This was the most difficult material but it was easily explained. Took me a couple of times to pass it.
very informative course and straight to the point.
Excellent thank you!
Quite a few typos are in the text. Suggest going through the course for these.
i didn't like the questions that had state x i didn't know if it was the state they are in or the insurance company.
certain sections were too long had to much to digest
I found another random number left behind: Ride sharing (a service offered by Uber, Lyft, and others)4 involves I hope that helps you to clean up typos as there are still a few in each of the classes I took this time. Overall great content, and for someone who actually reads all while listening to the audio, the longer courses take me about twice the time stated... a 5 hour class takes me about 10, the 6 hour took me 12. It's a lot of time invested! But thank you for helping me brush up on relevant content. I appreciate the information as I haven't really taken an auto insurance class since 1985! lol.... :)
The audio freezes and it will not restart in certain places. i forgot to tell you about that on another course, but it is one I took this year, so you can review my courses to find it. The place it froze was about Ch 2, in the 22 minute segment, around 8 minutes. In case you're interested n fixing that.
Great Exam Process
More videos and interactive opportunities less read to me material
it would be more engaging to have videos, graphics, and other forms of media besides words.
I am satisfied with the course
Chose a better AI voice for placing more emotion and emphasis on tone when a sentence ends and a new sentence begins. It was robotic at times and I would lose track of where I was in the paragraph. Example I sneezed 3 times in a row, which forced me to close my eyes and lost rack of the audio matching to the words. A visual aid such as greying out the words read vs words to be read in black could provide a visual aid as the material transpires down the page.
great practical course that was extremely relevant
Awesome
woooohoooo
Some questions were ambiguous. IE were all the electronics permanently installed in the vehicle?
Very informative!!
It would be nice to have some Public adjuster content
This was recommended to me by my manager who's no longer with the company that employs me. I recommend this to anyone who still needs CE Credits. My favorite feature is that it remembers the previous CE classes you took and it doesn't let you retake anything by mistake. Thank you for existing. this service i will forever use as long as i have an insurance adjuster's license. thank you web ce
You guys used "Demonic Insurance Company" as a fictitious insurance company in one of the Exam questions. That's just really strange. You could have picked any other word. I highly recommend changing that.
thank you for CE
The mentioning of the endorsement numbers was distracting and would not be used in day to day activities. The names of the endorsements are complicated and confusing. Just say, " the policy can be endorsed to cover (or exclude) such and such
Tone down the wordy questions, its a mouthful.
Excellent course
I like the fun names in questions/examples such as "Frankie's Avalon" - during a tedious & stressful training that helps to give you a little chuckle! Thank you!
The use of random not usual names adds frustration in trying to read a hard to pronounce name, when some of the questions are already confusing.
Academic
Excellent format
More claim examples please
so far so good
Very informative.
None I can think of at this time.
Thank You
very efficient
There are a few typos in the material. RE: CAPA: USAA, not USAS. among a few others.
I would like to see more options for public adjusters.
Material and questions in this course were very helpful and related to my job.
Excellent and informative
This course is so full of regulations list. It is hard to keep them straight. I think it should be worth more hours.
A lot of info in this course may consider more hours. Thanks
New fresh updated materials, explained in detail
The questions and answers could be worded better.
Make the log in CAPTCHA LESS TIME CONSUMING. It takes me 15-20 min to pass to log in.
I tried to use the Read-to-Me option but found the audio very stilted and dry. There wasn't a lot of inflection and I found my attention drifting so I disabled the audio and read it myself. Otherwise, the course material was very good.
Nothing very good formatting.
When looking at the question then trying to find the answer in the chapter suggested ..... it was almost impossible.
Excellent
This was very good. No so convoluted. Much more easier to understand
Whoever came up with some of the creative questions deserves a raise. "Before investigating McQueen's claim for lightning damage to his car..." is brilliant and fun. Keep that up!
Lots of overlap with this course info and prior courses. Questions were also confusing and poorly worded. I got several questions wrong that I still believe my answers were just as correct or even more correct than the answers listed as being correct.
The monotone reading is horrid and makes it hard to learn.
Great course, I use it every 4 years!
Some of the questions are extremely long. Some of the answers are extremely long. I just feel that the questions should be more direct. I do not have any other concerns other than those.
This course was nice and short, but there are some courses that are very long, but other than that, everything was good.
This particular subject material was not well written. It was overly technical & wordy, making it difficult to understand. (Personal Autos Used in Business)
some of the examples were hard to follow, not showing examples of when the coverage explained would apply, but rather instances where the coverage would not apply. It was a bit confusing. The boss's daughter being in an accident while borrowing her friends car was one example
please change the name of one of the insurance companies in the questions. "demonic"
good, clear content. i wouldn't recommend anything. Thank you
The AI person reading is annoying. It doesn't pause at commas, or stop at the end of certain sentences. Very very annoying and awful!
I called in to the one 800 number with questions regarding my order and CE requirements. The representative that assisted me was very kind attentive and also addressed my questions to my satisfaction. She was also able to resolve my concern very quickly. I will always use WebCE because of the quality of the course and the CONSISTENT excellent customer service that is provided. Thank you all!
One of the practice test questions on test 3 may have typo because it is unclear.
Some of the passages were confusing, especially regarding non-owned vehicles.
More examples for the tested content.
Great course well put together
See ya back in a couple of years!
I disagree with some of your answers- especially the one about file documentation for Chapter 2 question 1 - Question is a banana peel, not the banana peel.
satisfied
For me this course less clarity especially for Repairing the Vehicle.
very educational, good examples. questions wear hard to read to comprehend
Questions on Exam were more difficult then chapter test.
Some questions poorly worded.
I should be able to reference subject matter I'm able to in real life
Great content.
The content was helpful and educational.
Excellent content, presented in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner.
love the read it audio
the read it to me feature as I follow along helps me so much . its like Im in the class.
Very comprehensive, easy to use, very helpful that it was read out loud.
Thank you for providing this platform and service. Very convenient and excellent modules.
easy to use and understand
This is the only course I took from you this year that had errors in it. Many places where numbers were inserted as if to hold a place where someone had to insert something. Clarifying words were missing and Jessica referred to as him. Speed of narrator just a little to fast when trying to comprehend the material. For conversation or listening to a book, the speed is fine, but not for learning. When I slowed the speech down 1 notch it was too slow. Would be nice to have more speed choices. Thank you for helping me pass my CE this year !!!!!
have used before...Good & Simple to use!
Some questions did not seem to be covered in the material
This is not only a good way of testing knowledge, but it is a great way to teach the information. I am learning a great deal from going through this that I'm also retaining for my job. I think it is because of how it is explained and set up to not just remember it but to learn it.
Please remove gendered pro-nouns during the course. These are of no consequence and do not reflect opportunities of non-binary or non-gender conforming persons. Adding genders in the context of insurance does not change the outcome of the insurance program being described.
The read to me option is very affective.
Very easy to use and great explanations on the questions
read it to me audio is excellent. thank you.
Love the "read it to me audio"
Very good program in all aspects
Great reading & like the Video read aloud.
Acronyms were tough to get used to meaning PAP and PAB for the first section.
Keep doing like you're doing.
I think one of the quiz questions was not corrrect.
Good job.
Only issue i felt was that the narrator spoke a little fast, otherwise enjoyed the course.
It was a bit confusing knowing when course chapters were complete. I initially thought I was done only to find out that I had 2 more chapters to complete.
The question that had demonic.. maybe choose another word....
Excellent!
Excellent course! Easy to obtain the necessary CE credits required.
This course needs an update to simplify the terminology and provide clear and concise wording. There are also a number of text and/or grammatical errors that need an editor to clean up.
Good course.
very good
great job. good instruction and fair test.
Information is easy to understand and the quiz help you self check your learning as you go.
Good training!
I really like the audible reading,
I always recommend your products / website and appreciate your pre-arranged Continuing Education packages. I do not have to worry if I met all my CE requirements in order to renew my licenses. Thank you for being AWESOME!
GREAT SITE!!
i enjoy the course
The questions are very ambiguous
The wording of the questions such as “Abraham’s Lincoln” and “ lightening damage to McQueen’s car” is kinda throw off to the actual question itsself
The audio needs to be the right amount of time for the course. 1hr and 40 minutes of audio when we have to stay in the course for 2 and a half hours makes it difficult to stay in the course for that long and listen to materials twice.
Good Course!
This course was a good refresher for total loss handling, ACV, replacement cost, and diminished value. Good course for individuals new to claims.
Educational
Some questions & examples were a bit too "wordy" but I could work around that
This is new
See you in two years!
Good material and useful for daily job of adjusting claims.
I like that it's accessibly easy from home.
Web CE is great to use! Very Easy and clear
The text in this course was confusing and hard to follow.
Easy to use CE.
questions were confusing.
Audio - reading of alpha and numeric was a bit much, especially considering the number of times they appear together. Example: forty five (45). Otherwise, great!
Super information
It was a great online test that had clear instructions.
GREAT COURSE
A few of the questions were a little misleading in getting the "right" answer.
audio is always good
Create a book for adjusters to study.
Some of the scenario questions were worded confusing
There were a handful of typos, no biggie though.
I love the new ability to read it to me. I don't remember that from last time.
clear content and the downloadable .pdf was helpful to follow along and make notes.
amazing
The content was clear and concise.
its an spectacular course
The test needs to align with the chapters so we can find the answers.
Some of the review questions were poorly worded
I liked that the course material was presented in a way that was easy to understand.
Would be nice to have more interactives, diagrams, etc.
This course was more difficult than I thought, but very informative!
outstanding learning tool, easy to read/listen - very satisifed
I would find it more beneficial to include more cenarios.
THE BEST SITE OUT THERE. My company pays for us to do our CE's if we use their site. I choose to pay out of my own pocket just to be able to use WEBCE
Informative. A lot of technical information. Presented well.
Good Course with excellent case studies.
Good course
material was hard to follow on this course
Excellent job, ce
The course took less than two hours to complete, following the read-to-me audio and reasonable time studying the encapsulated material.
some of the questions where confusing and hard to fin in the reading material
Not sure if it was my doing but when I printed the course, the print was very small
The one complaint is that the audio was very monotoned and sometimes combined multiple words into one word.
some of the questions on this particular exam were very very confusing. many of the answers that require a response of what the adjuster is NOT looking for, is based on speculation or opinion, which neither one is a fair assessment and doesn't provide a fair chance at getting the question correct. I've been in insurance for over a decade, and this CE exam was by far one of the poorly worded CE exams I've completed.
Some of the questions had what I believe were no correct answers. Even a careful reading and deliberating over the intent of the question left me with no correct option.
Keep up your good work.
Easy, and clear tests and items.
The "Read-It-To-Me" audio was too robotic. Went back to just reading the material.
It is easy to get lost when following along with the narration. You should add a cursor that follows where the narration is in the content.
Not sure why I was being asked about a female looking at a males phone and why he had a Lyft app on it. Wasn't insurance related at all.
Great platform! Will use it again in future and will definitely recommend to others! Thank you!
Very informative course!
Excellent learning opportunity!
GREAT COURSE!
There should be a clear answer choice, not multiple possible answers.
Thank you for providing a very useful and clear tool for completing required Continuing Education Courses!
The Endorsements have similar wording. Maybe head each chapter with a Question, like "What if....." then head the chapter sections with another question. It is hard to distinguish one definition from another bc of the similar wording. Using Company names like Drugg and employee names like Jessica helps the student keep it all straight. This was a hard class because the content is not interesting, albeit important.
All good.
Fast Coaverage but clear and easy to understand
I found the course content to be extremely informative. The practical examples and real-life applications were particularly helpful in understanding the concepts. The layout and content of the exam kept me engaged throughout the course.
There were some editing issues that made some of the content ambiguous.
Course material was well presented.
Reword your questions please
Too much text, lack of visual aids or interactive components
Thank You.
I've been a customer for decades and recommend WebCE whenever I am able to my colleagues in the insurance industry.
Very informative course
Good Course.
I think 12 hrs would be sufficient ,to many words/long sentences makes it harder to retain the information as well as repetition.
I believe there is a typo in beginning of lesson in an example using the word "employee" instead of "coworker" which made the example much harder to follow.
Very educative indeed.
lots of spelling errors not caught on reading, but found on the audio version.
I always rely on Web CE for my CE Classes as they are always priced competitively and are through in their instruction and academics. I highly recommend Web CE to my friends and associates.
Glad I passed
Really informative.
I like the audio
I did not like the 40 question exam.
It would be great to have more than just text and the read it to me function. Maybe some videos or interactive activities will help engagement.
LIKED THE AUDIO
Questions unclear. this test felt like it was trying to fool people
Wish WebCE became the official provider for the annual NFIP adjuster course. The current 6 hour seminar, the same format and content for the past 10 years, asks for no student participation nor any feedback to confirm that students actually learn something.
This was a difficult topic to understand
Very dry instruction
Its tricky to fine the link on Safeco ignite, for CE is all i have to say that is complicated.
NAIC section/questions didn't seem that relevant to the topic.
This course wasn't the best. Too many Endorsement #'s.. would have been great just to explain the coverages and exclusions without all of that...
This was a very informative and great CE course all in all.
Course was very easy to understand and follow.
This course is complex to the point where advertising it as 'continuing education' is irrelevant. There's no educational point to it. It's at least 90 % legal jargon with no practical application.
This was little hard to follow.
there was some wording that was off or hard to understand what was intended
Good product, thank you
I will not use Webce ever again, I will be retired! Although it was a great program.
spoken word would be so much better than AI.
I have been using webce.com for 18 years & I have no complaints or suggestions. I think your amazing.
The exam questions were structured very oddly, which resulted in confusion for and lack of clarity with what was being asked.
I liked the case-studies.
Pease break up the text better, the line spacing is too close and without any color differentiation or other content (such as picture, videos, etc.) the course is hard to get through on the eyes and mind.
Some of your questions could possibly have several correct answers, and they really do not need to be a dissertation question :)
The person reading the content of course was really hard to listen too. It could just have been a computer reading the course to us. I have taken other courses of your and we could see the presenter and they talked and did not just read the content.
Some parts need to be broken up into smaller sections. Reading these can be quite long, and I think breaking them up would be better. It's a lot of information to digest.
I have ADHD. It was AMAZINGGG to have the option of someone reading the material to me. I get distracted easily and many times have to start over again and again with long material and passages like this one. One of the courses had no read along option, which was hard, but those that did I sincerely appreciate it.
Better clarification of coverages
Perfect
Leave it alone
the ride share and peer to peer driving info wasy helpful info I can use in my day-to-day life. relevant content to today's reality
Easy to follow information and understand content
Courses are too long
What I truly liked about this course was being able to learn about being an adjusters & learning more about the insurance industry. It comes with great responsibility, but overall with the right guidance & resources, it's achievable.
Good refresher on reserves and claims handling. Thank you
The audio for this course was not very good. The guy reading it was robotic and monotone. I turned it off.
A good review of the "good, bad and ugly" of claim handling. Your was well designed for the topic.
The reading process is too long - it should be shortened to provide equality time to provide answers quickly - not drawn out by reading such long scenarios.
This is the 2nd time I have used your services
Very easy to fulfill my CE requirements. I also appreciate that the results were promptly reported for my CE credit
My only complaint is the verbosity of the questions
Thank you the whole experience was great
Very good information. East to use website.
There are some errors in the course materials, and some of the test questions have more than one answer that could be correct. You really need to go through this course with a fine tooth comb. I really don't care if you do or if you don't. I got the CE credit either way.
none at this time
Highly recommend - very informative and easy to understand.
Great content!
Great course. Thorough and you can complete at your own pace.
easy to follow material and the test questions were reasonable and pertinent to claims' handling.
There was a lot excess information in this course.
I feel that the sentence phrasing could have been better.
enjoyed the course and it's content.
I like how easy it is to use your courses. I like how expedient it is to get the results applied to the state for qualifications to meet CE requirements.
The only reason I would not order it again is the next time I renew my license I will be 71 years old. After age 70 CE is no longer required. But if I needed to take the course I would take it with Web CE!
I love the text files w/ all the notes it makes it easier to check my answers to make sure I've retained the info. no changes needed.
Fun to learn
Very confusing questions and answers. I used to love Webce. This last course was brutal.
I think too much time was allowed for the course-I went through it in 1 1/2 hours and had to go through it again to meet the 3 hour requirement
easy to learn
need some more interaction with this course - pictures videos something i had a hard time staying focused on just a text screen
The use of initials UM, UIM and others without explanation was very distracting and required doing a look back or going to a third source. Not up to IRMI standards. This is not the usual quality of writing we get from IRMI. I am a 20 year client.
great platform
Great Course!
I am sorry, but what crazy person wrote this exam? The questions were borderline inappropriate at times! I felt like I learned nothing and it was a waste of time.
Great course and no errors. Thanks!
Very user friendly. Easy to understand content. Great job of explaining process.
Monotone AI voice hard to follow
Very easy to know what courses to take to meet requirements of state licensing so I appreciate that.
Very confusing and difficult to understand.
The information I needed was very hard to find in this course.
Good courses. I never give the highest marks as there is always room for improvement in everything.
One of the practice questions asserts that a "The photo of a banana peal" would be appropriate documentation for a slip fall claim involving a banana peal. This is incorrect as it uses the indefinite article "a" referring to the banana peal, meaning the photo is not specifically the banana peal which caused the slip/fall. The correct answer should read "A photo of the banana peal".
Shawn Henderson
Thank you!!
I use WebCE exclusively for my credits. Love the ease of use and the content. It makes a difficult situation easy to navigate. Thank you!
questions were long and too wordy, it makes it so confusing.
I appreciate that many of the exam questions were pulled from the quizzes at the end of each section of the course.
The material was written in such a way as to sound complicated, dry, dull and mind numbing. The speaker's voice was so monotone and boring that it made an already dull subject -insurance- positively unbearable.
I really enjoyed this course. I feel like I learned a lot!
The audio recording was a little slow. I found myself reading faster than the audio.
Thank you!!!
Very good
great content and structure. really like how it is only one test at the end. Liked setup and delivery of the information would like to see video added to course in the future if possible. Like a teacher instructing a class. but perfect as is, if it is not broken,...
This class should be offered in training for every new adjuster
Easy and accessible
WebCE is great. I'm a repeat customer
there were issues with the test questions where they marked correct answers to be incorrect.
Its a really great coarse
excellent
this is the best CE platform I've experienced. Love it so far!
Overall good course
The content is current and relevant to claims adjuster in all venues.
Good course content, organization is ideal for "at your own pace" learning.
No read it to me audio
more fun interaction
The time that one has to complete the course if beneficial to think over the questions.
Great Experience
Making it sound less like stereo instructions.
I've used WEB CE for years. No issues EVER.
There were many typos and grammatical errors
Loved the read it to me option. As I get older, I have to wear reading glasses, and this helps a ton!
Good content, excellent organization, and reference material was great. Liked the test questions as well.
Excellent course. I recommended WebCe to a colleague who is now using WebCe regularly.
Some of the quiz questions are given with multiple correct answers - you need to check them as that is confusing. The test questions were all done well.
I appreciate real world scenarios as examples and test questions.
Very clear and concise. Mini test are very helpful to gain an understanding.
I found this course more difficult than a 2 credit class. Took more time to understand the material.
Thanks!!!
I like the read to me modules and the speed level to choose from
clear and precise-audio voice was clear and the speed of narrating is a good feature
Very poorly written, but I still love Webce.
No additional comments.
The only issue I have is that the class is marketed as a three hour course, yet if you watch every second of the material you are still 45 minutes short of the three hours. Module time should correctly reflect the time the entire class is marketed as. Otherwise good stuff!
Great course! Love some of the humor!
Some of the questions we're confusing where State X and State X. It would be best to maybe word that question in a different way.
Some chapters had quite a bit of information which could almost cause the need for additional chapters.
This is just what I needed.
some of the exam questions were not easy to find answers to. Had to read over several times on a few of them to find the right answer
add more scenario features like pictures and videos to help build the product knowledge.
detailed examples
Well crafted. the examples were very helpful as well as the end of chapter texts
WebCE is the BEST!! I always recommend WebCE to my coworkers.
excellent learning platform
I didn't like the presentation of the audio reading. It did not have vocal inflections to help aid the comprehension. It was too robotic.
no time limit before you can take the exam - as adjusters we are busy enough
I've used Web CE for all of my continuing education for years now. It's always a pleasure. Thank you.
Nothing all at this time
This system kept my attention which allowed me to complete the course in a timely manner and I learned a lot.
Good class for CE
This course had a lot of duplication of material. I believe it could have been shortened. I will not be repeating it because I will be retiring before needing to complete the course again.
The course contained words that were not spelled correctly and some things were worded incorrectly or awkwardly.
Put it all together
Awesome course. Great content. Very learnable execution.
This course has many grammatical errors and typos. Please edit it again for clarity.
Thanks for a great course. Got any job openings?
Had a few issues with the sound but other than that class was great
There were errors in the content of the material.
the formatting of the information is not user friendly. The use of bullet points or numbers would be better served. The font variation only caused confusion from subject to subject.
You need to update the read it to me feature. The voice used is very dry and uninteresting. Almost puts you to sleep.
This course had entirely too much reading material, I would've liked more questions or scenarios that help with learning the material
Questions that related to the topic at hand but were not purposefully made to be confusing by attempting to add double or triple negatives.
Some of the language used in the questions is a bit "imprecise" and open to interpretation. To suggest that documenting "thoughts" in the claim is somehow "wrong" is misleading. I believe you meant "personal" thoughts, or perhaps "personal opinions. The claim analysis process requires the expression of thoughts to explain one's decisions.
Being able to review back and forth is very teaching.
WebCe has great easy to follow coursework, my favorite piece is the audio because that is extremely helpful.
Well Done!
Take off the time requirements before the exam opens
GREAT COURSE ; Skills feel rejuvenated and ready to process claims !
I would like to have the option to order the courses via the amount of CE hours.
thank you for increasing my knowledge!!
Good quality information, no need to really change what you have in this set up!
The course and outline was easy to follow and understand
I prefer in person training
I found the WebCE courses to be very informative. I will definitely recommend to others
thanks it has been a long hard struggle foundly got it done. i will see you in two years.
Course content was dense and not well organized. A more reader friendly version, possibly with more case examples, would be better
Having examples and questions that were engaging or humorous made the whole course more engaging to listen to and kept my interest where it could have been dry.
Good refreshing course
this course was very helpful and easy to use
Love the courses
The read-it-to-me aspect of the training could be better done with a live person and video of the class. The AI voice is a tad robotic.
Read-it-to-me audio, the voice needs more emphasis, less robot. Dull to listen to.
Required time to spend on course should be removed
This course was very navigable.
Some of the questions were not worded very well. On question 6 of the exam it should say "damaged" not damage. There were other gramatic errors as well. You should give me something for helping you with that.
Good practical overview
course was great BUT i study best with a doucment to read and review- never heard of a school that did not provide text books for study- dissapointing
Easy to follow and complete!
very informative
Great presentation and it was easy to follow
good content
I really enjoyed being able to read along with the read-to-me voice. His voice was very clear and easy to understand. The combination of reading the course and hearing it really helped me to retain what was being explained. I noticed there were some typos and grammatical errors in the course, but probably less than 10 in total. It would be good to fix those. Otherwise, a great course that was simple and user-friendly to complete. Thank you for this positive first experience!
The course properly prepares you for the Final Exam.
Some wording was a bit confusing. Otherwise great and the reading out loud helps a lot.
Web Ce is a great place to get Education Credits for our Insurance industry!
I have been using for years and will be back.
This course was extremely difficult and confusing...hardest course that I've taken on this website.
Many typos identified.
Easy to use.
The course was very dry and written in a manner that was too formal to hold attention.
I have used you service for several years now and do not expect this to change.
There were grammar errors in this course.
excllent
THAT WAS THE TOUGHEST ONE YET
Some of the wording in your exam questions and answers was very poor on this one.
Uber/Lyft questions almost made me spit my coffee out laughing. Cheers ~ James F McCambridge
nice material
One of the most thorough course on the subject matter.
Great Course
It would be so much better if the "reader" could adhere to punctuation and headings.
My Go-To for CEs!!
Very pleased
The new feature allowing return to the text during questioning re-enforced the learning process.
I don't feel the focus on business and commercial learning was relevant
In 3.5, Melvin Green/Mr. Green changes to Ms. Green... if this typo is corrected, this may be less confusing to future learners.
some questions were a bit confusing. fyi
Easy to listen and understand. I had gone through similar situation so this was interesting to learn more about the process.
I love WebCE!!! Thank you!!!
I know it's hard to write these courses considering all types of claims, but this one was particularly bad from the perspective of a Professional Liability claims examiner. One example is the question about when you can issue a check characterized as a "final payment." It's not that the correct answer to that is wrong, it's just a bit misleading because it's not really relevant in the PL world unless the PL is part of a package that includes a MedPay coverage, and then it's still a bit misleading because there are probably multiple "limit[s] of insurance" in play. There were also two "correct" answers in the first quiz that were painful from the perspective of training adjusters to strive for excellence, while meeting expectations. Then there was the quiz question that had as possible answers "for acting in bad faith" and "for failing to act in good faith." Because good faith and bad faith are binary concepts with no middle-ground, I'm glad I guessed correctly as both of those answers are saying the same thing. Overall just not as well-written as the other courses I've taken on this platform.
The one thing I would add to this program is coverage for volunteers and non-profits
I would love to see more content on 3rd party physical damage claims and how those are handled.
The layout of the stated objectives in relation to the information to answer the questions was not in a friendly format - I found it difficult to follow and find the answers needed.
Courses were easy to maneuver.
More selection for 2 hour optional classes
very hard
Great Program!
Good experience
Thank you!! I have worked in insurance for 20 years and I learned some interesting details in this course.
great course and easy to navigate
There is one question that can be misleading in that it ask a questions but does not specify that there can be multiple options chosen in the first module and to be correct in answering all applicable options should be chosen..
very thorough
the sound quality was poor for one unit
Needs more interaction
Excellent course, well written and covered essential information. Practice exams matched final exam very well.
OK course
found some review questions somewhat ambiguous.
The AI voice is really tedious to listen to and many words are not pronounced correctly.
Not at this time
Unless there is some reason for me to need any additional courses beyond those required by the State of Texas, I won't need any more. This is the 20th year of my license requirements and I won't need to meet the 24 CE credits needed anymore. I have relied on your courses for 10 years and they have been a good update and expanded look at a variety of claims both in and out of my areas of expertise.
i love the setup
my third time with you guys thank you you guys rock
Great CE provider AAAAAAA++++++
Excellent...Keep it up!!!
Very satisfied!
Some of the questions don't give enough details on the quizzes. So when answering the questions you have to make assumptions base on what have for details.
being able to take the course and tests at my own pace was great.
Spelling errors
Excellent product! Highly recommend it
Some of the questions were unclear or confusing
please use words that are easy to understand. I have to check dictionary for some of the words
You make it easy to learn and understand the topics discussed. I recommend your school to everyone.
I am very pleased with your website. Our Company have been using our website for numerous years and it is highly recommended. Thank you.
Too many numbers and not enough scenarios and examples.
The content was confusing due to the overuse of jargon and acronyms. The voice was BORING and everything was poorly presented. Yuck!
While the content was adequate, the test questions were phrased in subjective ways, such as, "What is THE MOST...."
The audio was too slow.
Course was very basic but otherwise fine.
This course focuses on auto insurance and has 0 value to someone that does homeowner's insurance.
The names used in the examples are distracting while trying to take the sample and final tests. In a lot of the questions, names aren't even necessary and just muddy up the question with alliterative words.
There are several typos in this particular course. There is also a question in the practice questions that is extremely confusing regarding collision coverage and rental endorsement that should be changed.
Good refresher for CE
I do better with courses that mail books or handouts and the test. Tests on the computer are ok, but I struggle reading the books. I did enjoy my choices of courses.
very easy and user friendliness
nicely done
Loved the course.
I found the material in this particular course incredibly confusing and at times conflicting with state laws
Misspelling and the exam is in sections, I believe if a section is passed it shouldn't have to be retaken again if the other 2 sections weren't passed.
some of the information was not relevant to my job,
Thank you… Great material, and presentation. Very helpful!
There were a couple times I had the same questions back to back to back on the same test. I had one question.
This was a computer read course and I could tell because sometimes the emphasis was placed on the wrong words, or the typo words (like IN instead or IS, etc.) were read aloud without changing to the correct word, which is what a human would have done.
Excellent Course
During my entire career as a General Lines Insurance Agent in Texas, I have always used WebCE for my continuing education requirements, and will continue to do so in the future.
The read to me option works great for me.
course was good
Good course and information
Excellent. Thank you
Very easy to understand and able comprehend
I completed the exam, selected to grade it. It signed me out. Logged back in, went through to grade exam again and deleted 1 answer and graded the exam, so I got that one wrong. That is my only issue.
Great courses.
Chapter quizzes/knowledge checks were beneficial
I wish you guys had videos that counted as hours instead of doing the text to talk and then the test. sometimes visuals help better
fulfilled requirements for license
not help
did not appreciate the indirect questions that don't provide definition as to how to interpret the question
Good class very informative
I appreciate that I was able to complete this course at my own pace.
Good course, very helpful...
Easy to follow. Well put together and informative
The exclusion and endorsement information was very complicated.
I have to say so far I find a real challenge in the test questions. Thanks
The process was easy to follow, easy to understand and the website was simple to navigate :)
Love the courses provided
Great course and very educational
Just would have been better to know how many questions on final exam at the begining of the course to plan time to take exam
would it be possible to include interactives
No additional information
please hire a person to read these- forcing me to progress through them, and encouraging me to listen, does help with retention however it's some of the most dystopian trauma listening to Microsoft SAM for thirty hours every other year
Good, Educational, BUT EXHAUSING when you do 24 hours worth uninterrupted.....
I thought there could have been a little more emphasis as "determining their is a policy in force" as a preliminary step in claims handling. It was noted round about. But the steps incepting a claim investigation could have been a little more steadfast in presentation. You probably cover it better in another course is my guess. All good overall.. I also like the way you teach broadly, but then tend to focus more on what is actually relevant in the real world for testing purposes.
been using web ce for years
A hard course to understand coming from a CSR background.
These courses are great. This is the second time I have picked the package policy for all my credits. The contents are really interesting. Thanks
always use webce for my staff and I.
The page numbers should be numbered in the Table of Contents clearer. They are currently numbered by the order of the slides, which include the Introduction page and Table of Contents and finding a section proved difficult. Maybe "number" the first three pages as A, B and C, then continue with actual numbers to correspond with the slides? Thank you, I hope that you are able to find a solution that will help someone else save time.
Fantastic!
I enjoyed the Simpsons reference in one of the final exam, questions.
great refresher and new information
always use webce
Good content and explanations.
The course took much more time than 3 hours but I expected that from taking previous courses. The exams are straightforward which is nice. Thanks for always being my reliable resource for CE!
Did not make the content very exciting!
Practice exams
Thank you for providing this service!
Same information could have been provided more concisely
It was hard but i did it! Good voice which is easy to understand
For 2 credit hours, I thought it was a little long.
easy to navigate
Good course. Good process. Thank you!
Thank you guys again for putting together a FANTASTIC compilation of material, how the courses were set up,exam process and all ans all a perfect package for "Continuing Education"... You made a "Pain Full" process "Pain Less" ... Thank you.
GREAT COURSE, VERY ENGAGING AND THOUGHT PROVOKING
Interactive videos would be helpful in the learning process.
Very pleased.
This is the third tme I have used your site. See you in the future.
Great course .. Thanks
This section of my entire CE was by far the hardest. The questions were super confusing and I felt like it was more of a way to try and confuse you from the correct answer instead of teaching you. By far the hardest section!
Also called in with a question and the lady was very knowledgeable and helpful!
It was difficult but I did it, Thanks.
thank you. great content
very good class, great examples used, very interesting and usable information
Interactive modules assist me in interpreting the educational materials. Thank you
Clear and concise details examples of claims process.
Everything was fine I have no complaints
Lengthy
Thank you for making it quick and easy when we are so busy.
I've been in the insurance business for over 15 years and this is by far the worst most clunky continuing education platform I have ever used, do better
too difficult
Some of the questions in the test were also on in the quizzes which makes perfect sense. However, I would recommend not posting the correct answers in the exact same spot in the test as they are on the quizzes.
Very In Depth Analysis
Best site for CEU's that I've ever used. Thanks for making it simple.
The course materials and the content delivery method is amazing and very user friendly!
I appreciate how thorough all of the information is (referring to all topics taken this renewal period).. More specifically, I found it helped clarify many uncertainties especially regarding endorsements of all kinds & just how important they are.
Very engaging. This was fun!
Very educational along with great feedback
I like the "Read-it-to-me" feature!
I like learning.
Best CE program I have found and I have been .a licensed individual since 2004.
Well-constructed course
Great course! I learned a lot!
Thank you for this thoughtful and applicable review of career knowledge.
These final exam questions are extremely difficult to read, not only are some poorly written but they are also very lengthy and so hard to process. Some are fairly easy but the fact that you cannot see which questions you got wrong is extremely frustrating. Taking the chapter quizzes should have been enough. But overall the course was ok.
Great material, learned alot.
I also loved the wording of the questions in the final test. I appreciate the humor of the names of cars & insurance companies. Kept me interested!
VERY HELPFUL.
this was an interesting topic with good supporting information
VERY HELPFUL
Thank you! Glad that's done and 10 days to spare on my CE credits to keep my license. The best part of Web CE is that you can do the courses any time you have free time. Denise
Presentation/format (reading through materials) dull.
There are a lot of tricky circumstances and many endorsements
Very good, I liked it very much, Thanks
Tough but good test questions
Same as before. The wording used in all courses so far is just out dated and hard to understand.
Same as other sections. The wording in this is sooo out dated. There are a lot of people who have a hard time learning by reading. The fact that insurance information is still presented like it was written in the 17 or 1800's is just crazy. That needs to change so people who have trouble learning this way can do it easier.
Questions should be adjusted to specific positions and what they actually work not just what a general adjuster needs. Unless i decide to work in injury i will never use that information. Instead additional information towards my actual claim handling could have been added in or even expanded on in more detail.
Liked the ease of use and no real time constraints. Had to turn down the voice it was making it harder
I enjoyed the read it to me option. The writer of the text was clear as well. Easy to understand language. I might add more video to enhance the program.
no suggestions
The wording on most questions was very confusing and not clear on what they are asking.
Great course! I learned a few things that I will use in practice. Thank-you.
Amazing experience!
I enjoy your lessons and always learn new information. It's easy to access and understand!
Do not like trick questions. You occasionally use them.
Good information thoroughly covered. Good logic flow of information
Modal was dry but good enough I got by. It could use a little living up.
Offering a series of shorter courses was definitely the right move. Short courses with short tests are far better than one long course with huge test.
Good quality training.
I have no additional recommendations at this time.
woohooo great course challenged me but i got an A!
excellent course and provider.
I felt the questions in this course where more geared towards claims
Time allocated for completion of course material seems inaccurate at onset.
I learned a lot from this course.
written content had very little to do with the exam questions.
I use these courses every year and refer them when asked for CE courses.
Great Results!!
Really enjoyed the content was on point, concise & not too lengthy. Appreciated that I had the option to read at my own pace vs forcing end user to use the "read it to me" method, which is much slower than I tend to read.
Review questions were pertaining to things not yet covered.
The coursed are very informative
Very nice pace, which allows you to focus on the material. Thank you!
I am completely satisfied with this course. I don't know of anything that would make it better.
Very easy to purchase and use
I liked the format and the option if Read-It-To-Me Option.
The exam questions were confusing and often did not line up with the teaching course material.
Great job, thank you!
It looks like the funny writer did the questions for this quiz too, shout-out to them. While I don't work in claims, I feel like I can use this information in coaching the customer service reps I assist in explaining the claims process, and why we can't say over the phone if a "what if" loss would be covered.
I laughed out loud at "vigorish"!
Good investment of time for the result.
informative
Very informative and not gone over at a pace that could be followed not rushed
Have used WebCE several times
I thought this course was very informational and well organized for ease of actually learning the material.
this class was horrible.
My only complaint is that some questions seem like they could have some of the same answers. It seems like it's trying to trip people up.
I liked that I was able to change the speed of the read-it-to-me function.
This training course is very boring and way too many quizzes. Needs more interactive teaching.
dont change it up too much!
There were some grammatical errors in the questions that left some of the questions a little confusing. Other than that it was great, thank you.
The questions were written in story problem format which is not the best format to test knowledge or hone knowledge as all do not test well with story problems
I really like the examples the course gave.
Audio was very uninteresting.
There are some grammatical errors in this section. I had to read some of the sections multiple times to understand what was being said.
A few times in the study material there were misplaced words used. Example. Sentence used "Repair show: instead of "Repair shop"
Great, very easy to use and understand. :)
The Bad Faith Presentation was done in a manner easy to understand.
This one was hard
Content and questions overly long.
The material versus the test were difficult to transfer the information. Please stop trying to ask trick questions in the test. The test questions re word much of the material studied which in turn made it much more difficult to translate.
I disliked this course. It was wordy and boring. This is a interesting subject. The best parts of the course were the examples provided to demonstrate course content. It was disappointing to see a important and interesting subject made so boring. It was like slogging through quick sand. So far this is the WebCE class I have most disliked. I feel I did not learn anything new.
Excellent course guide material. Easy to read, comprehend and follow. 4 out 4 STARS
Good course material and relevant to the topic. Well laid out!
The scenarios were helpful in connecting the material to the work of a claims adjuster. The course would benefit from more engaging material including videos.
Great exaples.
Great course.
Terrible course
Don't need the audio portion of the courde. Slows me down somewhat. Otherwise the material is very good and easy to understand.
the course itself was convoluted in the way it was written. More examples would have worked. Also, there were several writing errors in the training. Main point--the test questions after each section should have an explanation for the wrong answers as well as the right ones. The final test was easier than the section tests. Thanks.
some of it was like reading a law book, hard to understand. I don't sell auto insurance so makes it a bit harder for me
some of the questions and examples were a bit long
webce is my 'go to' source for ce requirements every time.
The author of this course did a horrible job of explaining "several coverages": meaning the content almost fried my brain to a crisp. I have been in the insurance industry since 1979 and have co-authored the BOMI Risk & Insurance designation book (i.e., I've written on this subject). This course content, in my opinion, was mediocre at best.
Application of deductibles should be covered in the material using input from subject matter experts.
Great learning material provided regarding the auto physical damage. Thanks
Good Course and I did learn a few new concepts... glad I picked this course.
There was too much content and too much toggling between the BAP and PAP. It got really confusing. A better format might have been to fully explain the PAP in one course and fully explain the BAP in a second course.
I was looking for a Claims Evaluation with more focus on Workers' Compensation. More information in description may have helped me in choosing another course.
Useful content
I liked everything. This course was amazing! Working @ my own speed. Thank you!
always educational
no comment
most informative
There were several "typos" in the text of this course. Three that I found. One was actually in the response of a correctly graded practice exam for chapter 2, question 3. Should read than, not that. I found it annoying. Most people probably don't even notice.
Having the information in read it to me and being able to read along helps me with comprehesion and retention. "2" senses are being used (#3 taste - can't taste it-don't want to!).
The ethics portion was interesting. But the course I just took was incredibly difficult to get through. Just a wishlist suggestion. Make this portion of the course more interesting and more simple. (Think the dummies series). It would make it more memorable in our daily tasks and help us to be more effective. I don’t know now much of this I will remember in the long run. I could barely stay awake to either read or listen to this portion. I hope the rest isn’t like this! It takes real talent to simplify course material and make it interesting. But it can be done.
To present more professional curriculum, please review for grammatical errors. Thank you.
very poor tests for an insurance adjuster's license ugh
I appreciate the ability to review those questions I may have gotten wrong.
Great Job!
I did not know there was a 50 question exam at the end in order to get my CE credits. If I knew this I would have never signed up. I thought the test was only for a "designation" and not for just regular CE credits.
nothing needed to improve = all good
I enjoyed the read it to me very much. This not only helped me to retain the information but also kept me on track.
Stop using term "physical damage" when you should be using "property damage."
the course material didnt match the questions, it was very misleading
Medical terminology
superawesome
the read-it-to-me audio is really rather terrible. Hearing 13,000 read as one three comma zero zero zero was annoying.
The material was very difficult to follow. It would have been much easier to grasp the concepts if the wording/explanations were less clinical. The examples were helpful because they allowed me to understand the clinical explanation.
The questions for this test are not written very well.
Thank you for providing CE courses that are 2 hours because that is all I needed. This was very informative because alot of this information about ride sharing, medical coverage on BAP etc I did not know.
The information increased my knowledge.
This particular subject was very straight forward and helpful. This course to me has real value.
great course.
Most of what's covered in these courses is "automated." The specifics, like symbols and endorsements, are easily referenced in real life situations. For the most part, things like that could either be removed from the course and test or included as a reference chart during the course and test. An insurance agent doesn't have to memorize symbols, but they should have a firm grasp of how insurance works in general. Just a thought.
I found the last portion to long to comprehend that many rules in one chapter. i found myself more confused, would have liked it to be shorter sections than one long one.
I like the quizzes after each section and the details for the right/wrong answers so i can better learn.
Muy dificil, realmente mucho contenido,
In beginning the course I did have some difficulty locating my NPN.
very easy to navigate
Typo in Question 11 for the final exam: "Assuming an insured*sic (SHOULD BE INSURER) is legally responsible to pay damages to insured party as the result of an auto accident which of the following injuries most likely has the highest settlement value"
Have use your service for a long time and find it the best.
The course was informative however the way some of it was worded made it hard to understand what was trying to be presented/defined and had to be read over several times.
I LOVED the "read it to me audio". That feature helped me stay more focused. I was able to listen to the content and read along for optimal understanding. With that assistance I was able to complete the test with a 93%.
Overall very good experience.
Interaction audio option is the best invention.
Some of the questions are very poorly written.
I am not certain the question I missed was worded clearly. I re-read it several times to try and understand the facts. I was please to finish with a 96% despite missing this question.
The examples were very realistic. The content seemed to cover the necessary aspects of the subject matter. I learned coverage concerns for car rental that I never knew, and glad I know now.
Vocabulary too formal. Simplify the terms/words, used & provide more examples of scenarios. Provide a summary at conclusion.
I had no prior experience with claims and this course was extremely helpful getting a good understanding of aspects of claim resolution.
Thanks Safelite for helping with this CE material, especially during the weird covid world that makes it hard to get to a classroom
The man that was reading the course was monotone and boring. I started reading it for myself.
Items that are mentioned initially but then stated as "not discussed in this course", would be helpful if were discussed in detail to elaborate on topics that are actually being discussed in the course.
This one was more challenging than the others.
I believe WebCE does a very good job in its offering of class courses.
I do w/c so am mostly unfamiliar with auto - I took this course just because it fit the hours needed. It was over my head with the way the material was written; it would be great to "dumb down" the writing so it's more easily understood for non-auto people.
I would like to see surety/bonds content in the near future.
It would be helpful if the screen would stay with the audio so you could pause & read (not just hear) the actual information on things that you want to fully understand but do not (or may not) initially.
So much more interesting and well presented than the Commercial Auto 12 hour course! I definitely think videos would help everyone retain the info better than reading, but I still grasped everything. This was one of the better worded courses!
I like to convenience and ease of using this program for my Ce hours.
Awesome tool to use and very clearly stated
I already told someone about your educational materials.
Super user friendly, thank you!
this seemed like a lot of guess work as opposed to having it clearly outlined in the content
Question 16 regarding Bella hitting a hand truck is ambiguous. What is a hand truck?
Great info!
This is the first WebCE course that I have done that I found to be confusing, repetitive and not very helpful. There were paragraphs I would have to read over and over again as they just didn't seem to make sense due to the wording. Some of the questions were silly or ambiguous. Part of the problem is that all your other courses I have done have been excellent. This one was just ... not very good. I did not get out of it what I wanted to, that is what happens in the real world with the fad of policy limit /time limit demands and set ups for bad faith and how to handle with 3rd party vs 1st party. Yes, this was TOUCHED on but the rest of it was just not up to your usual standard.
Last year when I took my courses, I noticed a political spin on things, that I didnt appreciate. This year, I didnt notice any politics and I appreciate that.
Excellent course that was very informative.
The final test was too long
Some questions - feel like multiple responses could have been accepted.
Great course with great information.
All good content.
Include ability to review practice quizzes before final exam
besides the audio perhaps adding some scenario based videos/ Other than that its a great course.
I love this course on thos website.very easy to use and friendly. And time friendly
It was very boring content and hard to stay focused.
As always, great course!
The exhibits are very helpful
Awesome Course
It would have been helpful to define "sublimits" to property damage so as to be so informed for the utilization in regarding the structural building as well as personal property. And, for jury trial, the individual case method indicated six (6) lay people, which is permissible for a "petit trial" in a federal court. When considering a jury verdict, would not 6-12 lay people comprise a federal court's trial by jury? Just a thought for clarification, it certainly did not affect the outcome of understanding the issues of making an estimate for the individual case estimate reserve method.
there were some typos in the content and the syntax of some of the content was confusing.
Please proof read the course before you publish it.
At least one of the course quiz answers was incorrect which really messes up the tone of the whole course.
Wording of course and questions had too much info. Needs to be clean and to the point without all of the added fluff.
The Read It To Me Audio was the best.
Simplistic enough to understand
Course was confusing.
Good course! Thank you!
Great program
Please add more Professional liabilty and E&O courses
I did find a couple of typos, but nothing that distracted from the material, or made me misunderstand the content.
The audio -person reading the the course has a very monotone voice that i found myself getting very drowsy.
question 30 has 3 correct answers.
All of the modules fulfilled their purpose. You might enhance the program with a video or two.
The content of this course was confusing to me as I do not deal with the BAP much in my job, so I was not as familiar with the coverages & exclusions that were discussed. It was still a very informative course.
This was a very intense course and it was important for me to get up and do other things and then go back for another Section. I kept writing notes and using the option to go back to the sections as needed. A lot of materials to cover.
The ethics course was better suited to me. the robotic voice was distracting
i have used this site for certification for years
Some of the jargon in the more-technical parts could use more explaining in layman's terms. Excellent use of humor with the punning names.
Love WebCE. Clear, concise, and to the point. Thank you.
Good job!
very good course
Audio - Gentleman reading is really blah!!!
Good experience in completing the require CE. This was my last course!
Great site keep working!
The buttons to mark the answers would not always register when pushed. The person who wrote this course phrased the stories and questions in a format that was complicated or difficult to follow for a continued education course. It was as if the writer deliberately tried to confuse the reader.
Web CE is my companies CE vendor.
Very detailed course, easy to understand and follow
The computer generated voice for the course being read, is very monotone and does tend to make it hard to keep your attention on the lesson.
The end of section exams were more difficult than they needed to be.
I loved that I could come back and it saved my progress, even if I x'd out without saving. I felt like it had my back! Thanks for a quality product/system!
In the 1st 2 courses I did like the test at the end of the chapters. I though I learned more.
Tis was a very difficult test for 2 hr CE class
I wish we could see correct answers to the missed question on the exam ( if it's passed)
CONSISTENT AND ORGANIZED
I'll be back for my future CE requirements. Thanks
Wording was verbose, repetitive, and confusing.
Just wish the program presentation was more interactive - differing the format from chapter to chapter. Rather than just reading, listening, and being quizzed on the material.
This course was one of the best Ive ever taken. Very informative and I enjoyed it immensely. I will recommend this course to my friends and associates. Thanks Again!
It would be nice if there were more interactive features. Material was pretty basic.
Great course. Really helps to stay fresh and up to date, particularly regarding the peer-to-peer, BASP and ride share coverages.
I like the new read it to me audio. Especially when taking some of the longer courses.
Questions do NOT need to be so wordy and tricky.
No additional comments
The questions were long which made me lose comprehensive of what the question was asking. I had to re-read three times before answering the question.
Lots of reading. Narration was way too fast. Multiple choice questions were way too confusing. Not my style of learning.
Easy to sign-up - easy due to being able to "stop & start" as needed. Well put together.
I liked the read-it-to-me audio.
The mono tone recording is so boring it is hard to follow. Makes my brain shut down and I stop learning. Also the names given to the businesses was distracting.
The customer service at WebCE is excellent. Even during the covid pandemic, they were always very patient and helpful. WebCE has an wonderful staff.
Course was very well suited for the position of loss adjusters of any types
This course was informative and I enjoyed the course.
Would like to see more courses on insurance law for Kentucky and more specific courses for Public Adjusters in Kentucky
I think all the audios should be no longer than 3-5 minutes. The attention spans wonders after about 5 minutes
As a long time claim professional, this course was well done and a good reminder on all the aspects of good claim handling.
Quiz and test questions are extremely wordy and highly confusing. No one needs 6 sentences of information (some irrelavent) with several characters having similar names or cartoon names in order to answer a question. I spent 50% of my time condensing the facts of your questions.
This question is sexist: "Yesterday, he ran a stop sign and was broadsided by a honey wagon, and the “beamer” was totaled. The insurance company is offering him $49,000"
Needs more interactive training
For improvements, I recommend using visual examples.
Questions were not clear relative to possible answers.
If an agent does personal auto, BAP policies should not be included in this course. That is more commercial auto related.
some of the textual descriptions had grammatical errors that actually effect the understanding of the example or statements.
good lesson
A few of the test questions were confusing.
All good not issues to report
The course was GREAT!!!!!
I had a technical issue where the audio portion did not work. In later chapters it started to work again.
Have used Web-CE for many years. Appreciate the ease of use.
very difficult
It would be nice if the information could be tailored to specific areas of expertise - for example auto adjusting, workman's comp etc. Many of the topics/questions were not relative to my specific line of work and therefore unnecessary information to practice/review.
Some of the test questions were too objective
easy to select courses and move through them
great class
(again) - thx for the bits of humor you throw in on these-- "Demonic Insurance Comp" was great lol -
Well written
There were several grammatical errors in the test that caused me to have to re-read some of the info to understand it correctly.
Clear, complete, concise, and consistent training materials I can rely on: the 4 C's each and every time I need them.
I most disliked the atonal computerized reading voice.
The course is well laid out and the material is very educational which will be of benefit in the adjusters professional work.
I enjoyed the course and will re read a few of the sections as I like the tables
I used the auto reader function for the first time this year. I would like to suggest that you give an indication of where the auto reader is on the page. you can make it yes or no as well. I believe that would help me learn the material better. thank you.
Nice overview of the topic. I enjoyed the discussion of "reverse bad-faith"
Easy to review and take test
The read-it-to-me portion was too monotoned. Unable to go back in text and have the reader follow.
The Chapter 2 End of Chapter Review asks questions about information not covered until subsequent chapters. For example it asked about evidence when evidence is not discussed until Ch 3, pertinent communications and how/when they need to be responded to, denial of coverage, and time frame when payment needs to be issued by.
The voice could be less drab or monotone to listen to.
the app is user friendly and convienent
nothing.
I thought some of the exam questions answers were opinions.
Good Course and learned a lot.
I really liked this course. The content was easy to follow and very thorough.
I thought the material was well presented and easy to understand.
GREAT PROGRAM
It was all good!!!
took me 2 times to get it right
The reading material is to long - It takes to long to get to the exam. Over kill on reading material
Videos would be helpful
The audio software could use improvement, or better, use a real person reading the material to ensure correct emphasis and pronunciation are used. Just FYI, in example 4.3, "arm" should be changed to "leg". The injury discussed is t the femur which is in the leg.
The exam questions are confusing and poorly written. Some questions were vague and had multiple answers. One exam question discusses state z but the options say state x.
Good course although some of the test questions were unclear.
no further comments
The voice could be a little better.
informative information
maybe more interactive tools, like video
I have no specific comments regarding this course.
Good Product
Liked ease of use and time to complete
I find the overview and summaries to be very beneficial.
Will always complete my CE credits with Webce
Everything was great
Nothing information right amount of content
the monotone ecteronic voice is a bit dull
show answers/explanations to questions that were answered incorrectly in exam to know how to improve in future handling
very monotonous. possibly a different narrator voice.
satisfied with the course
This course had information that i may never encounter unless i was adjusting a claim. It was good to see these scenarios to know where the claims department is coming from when dealing with issues such as these in this course.
IT was well put together and I was able to learn something I didn't know.
Lots of overlap with the Investigation course Exhibit 4.3 refers to a fractured femur but then talks about 2nd surgery to remove hardware from arm. Femur is in the leg.
course very helpful
