More visuals would be helpful for engagement. For the audio option- it would be helpful to have a highlighted curser following along with the audio. For type of construction specifically- photos would have been super helpful in distinguishing between types. Exam question 17- "which is" read a little funny to me, I think, "Which of" reads more fluently. Exam question 20 regarding Felix. Felix was referred to as her rather than the typical him.
I don't like that i had an hour of class and an hour of exam to equal 1 hour of credits. The testing part should account for time

The course was fine. I received the first email about CE testing on 4/14/26 and first test was on 4/21/26. I was on PTO and returned to work on 4/17/26. I was not able to provide the 5 business days needed to obtain a proctor.

I didn't like that the how the questions involved a lot of critical thinking. I would have liked the questions to be simpler.
The course was fine, but I really just need them to update the Michigan regulations. It really made my anxiety flair up trying to find someone who fit the description of what is deemed a "proctor." That is all!

There was a ton of information in the coursework and I appreciate the learning, however it was stressful going into the exam because I wasn't sure I was going to remember every detail based of the practice exam's specific questions around masonry.
The audible made it easy to read & following along which made it a more enjoyable course.
It would just be a bit better with a real voice actor narrating it rather than the AI voice used which doesn't always place emphasis on the correct points and can be a bit distracting. I know it can be switched off altogether, but I'd actually prefer it narrated, just by an actual person is all.
My comment has more to do with the courses in general, and not the one I just completed. I think the platform is extremely useful, and I like how you have options to have the course read out loud or not. I appreciate how fast you also report results of completion. My only real issues are how the questions are constructed. They quizzes and final questions are often extremely wordy and at times seem to try and trick you. I know for me a lot of questions I got incorrect weren't from not knowing the material, but because I got confused in the extremely wordy questions.
I think some of the questions were tricky. I over thought most questions.

Too many references to the policy forms & actual coverage amounts instead of just siticking with basic knowledge of where there is coverage and where there is not coverage. Remembering exact dollar amounts of coverage changes $1,00 or $2500) for qiuiz questions is not relevant to learning where coverage comes from and what is covered.

I really like how you include excellent examples after each difficult to understand concept. The flow of the content is easy to follow and avoids confusion by not going too much into detail things that are addressed in more detail in a difference chapter. I have used Kaplan in the past and find your classes a lot easier to learn from.

The course needs real life examples - When you speak and converse with an agent, they often do explain this matrix that is outlines in this course. When you have an accident one's insurance rate goes up.
The interactive video knowledge test under the UIM/UM would only allow me to select 2 of the 3 correct answers. I tried it twice and both times it would only allow me to select the first 2 even though the first 3 were correct & required to get the exam correct.
Based on previous courses, this course absolutely "tied-it-all-together"... Much of the content reinforced earlier lessons from same...

Perhaps a "search" feature, within the content, that was geared towards specific terms/words, would be helpful... I must admit, because of the volume of, and length of the material, it took me four days to complete study and three hours of review before I felt comfortable taking the final exam...

I like that there were practice questions to get you ready for the exam. I didn't like how much pressure is put into the exam process of needing someone to watch you and passing a test. Gaining knowledge is the goal, so why not just do check-in questions more often during the material and not have an exam?
Easy to use.
When doing the online proctor, the amount of time it took to get that set up and ready was ridiculous. I understand it's a third party that does testing, but having to remove my wedding ring, check behind my ears and remove a garbage can from under my desk plus removal of my office phone off my desk was a bit much. Most CE can be obtained from leaving the office for in person classes that require so little to get credit, it shouldn't take a hour and you having to be in a completely empty room to have someone watch you. Thankfully I had a friend who was off work and come into the office to sit with me for 20 min to do a test. The online proctor is the only reason that I will not recommend WebCE nor may participate in this again if I can't get a proctor for a test that is so simple.
I think some areas were just too comprehensive for renewal CME. However, the audio reading made it possible to finish at a reasonable time. ** I wish the review answers would work after each session exams. For some reason the review your answers now did not work for student to see what missed after each graded final exam. Knowing what was missed should be part of the training so next year the students will not again fail the same questions. Overall, I am a happy camper using this for the first time and I will surely recommend it.

Good course
Many of the HO forms (HO2, HO4, HO5, HO7, HO8) are not used or addressed differently. We use HO3, HO6, & HO9 for homeowners. Renters and Vpp policies are not referred to as HO forms. This makes the content and exams not align with our actual processes. There are also many irrelevant topics that personal lines does not cover. Claims, Flood, Life/Health, Commercial Property, & Watercraft are not policies written by personal property lines agents. The courses could be a bit more in line with the agents actual procedures.

When studying and completing the practice tests I prefer to be able to search the pdf to find the specific subject matter, not being able to do a search in the pdf doesn't enhance my learning experience and is frustrating. Some topics are tough but I don't need to review all 50 pages of the course, sometimes I just need to reread the one section. Ease of navigation to get there as a "search" in the pdf is very important.

None of the reinforced teaching tools worked except for the exam. None of the courses are reading things off to me to help me understand and none of the examples loaded in.
Didn't like that some of the practice questions were on things we had not covered yet. Why? And, with some of the questions, if the answer is incorrect, the text explaining why it was incorrect isn't cogent, referring to things not even mentioned in the question. The AI voice was unable to pronounce quite a few words correctly, or putting emphasis on the wrong syllables. There are also typos, missing words in certain sections.

PRETTY SURE THE WORD 'WITH' ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. REST OF THE QUESTION IS SOMETHING LIKE: IN PEGGY'S PERSONAL AUTO POLICY OR MOTOR VEHICLE POLICY, RIVER BANK SHOULD Be NAMED AS A(N).......pretty sure I got confused and got this one wrong. The question has a motorhome, auto policy, and motor vehicle policy. I don't think it is a good question and that word WITH probably doesn't belong there.
I felt a little rushed as I came in 10 min over the 4 hours, but I did get a 97%, so great training, maybe give a few more minutes to complete
The only thing I'll mention is that sometimes in the audio the speaker would say pause the audio and review the section but he doesn't give you enough time to get to the pause icon before he starts proceeding! Otherwise everything was great!

For this course, I wish that the practice quizzes told you what the correct answer was when you got a question wrong. This feature was available on the Ethics course.
1 question has 2 right answers number 15 written twice.
the questions/material was too broad spectrum. There were too many very specific policy language updates as well as questions and the questions seemed to have multiple possible answers. the format and final exam were the equivalent of expecting an adjuster to memorize a policy verbatim.
The amount of time given to complete this course to understand and learn as well take a closed exam is way to small more time needs to be given
it is just a very long course and the time alotted for it is not enough time to complete.

The course was easy to follow but I would like it if the reading was in simplest terms. It had so much legal jargon in the text that it was sometimes hard to understand. Therefore it made answering the questions confusing. Maybe putting the information in lamest terms would help us pass the tests on the first tries.

Not a bunch of jargon and helped me better understand why each company can get such different rates like I see in the industry as I quote and talk with clients about quotes. This seemed more information-dense than two credits. A different layout than paragraphs can help when needing to know a lot of new random details that do not tie into each other well. Maybe more of the tables (summarizing changes) can help.

This was a one hour course, however, the system made me be in the material for 2.5 hours and couldn't take final test until the 2.5 hours expired. I think this needs to be fixed.
I have autismAnd the course is designed in a very natural way. The educational flow and read to me audio and ability to adjust. The text size is all excellent. I would like to have a dark mode where the background is not white or simply a different color not white like cream or peach, black or grey works. The test is designed fairly and gives adequate preparation in the structure of the questions. I am glad that I change your program over other program. Options for reaching audio is extremely beneficial.
The audio discussion was helpful so I could concentrate and understand the materials. The concise delivery of the material kept my attention. It was broken up nicely and moved along at a good pace. Highly recommend.

One of the practice questions did not make sense. The question did not explain which person was the insured in the question. 4. Rating surcharges apply to policyholders who were involved in at-fault accidents during the past 3 year period. However, they do not apply in certain circumstances. Which of the following drivers is most likely to face an accident surcharge? • a. Diana’s car was rear-ended at a stop sign. The other driver paid her for the damage in order to keep it off his insurance record. • b. Leann’s car was damaged when it collided with Jacqueline’s car at an intersection. Jacqueline was ticketed and convicted of a moving violation, but Leann was not. • This answer is incorrect. Accident surcharges do not apply if the other driver was convicted of a moving traffic violation, and the insured driver was not. • c. Lina’s car was damaged when it struck Sheila’s parked car in a parking lot. Each car sustained $750 in damage. • d. Marina recently submitted a collision claim after her car was struck while it was lawfully parked on the street in front of her house. If the question was about Jacqueline then my answer was correct.

The way some of the practice and test questions were worded was not clear at times. The practice question about who would get an increase due to an accident did not specify which driver, it just stated a situation. The test used peoples names and expected everyone to know if they were male or female, kind of outdated. This is the first time I’ve seen issues like this for courses on this site. Otherwise, the courses and availability and convenience are great.

The test questions seem to be trick questions as they are worded so long to make confusing. Make questions direct ie: The story of person making atm withdraw of $200 since that was max coverage then finally asks change in policy. If seriously testing if read and learned just write the question that the 2011 HO3 policy covered $200 the 2022 changes now covers and options. Story not needed
There questions pertaining to particular values are not something that should be tested as there is no reference to review. In adjusting or selling the policy one would look at a policy to apply/describe coverage; thus, similarly, either there should be no value specific questions or there should be a chart to view with questions as one would not memorize them all in the hopes to answer a question or two. :)

I think for a one credit class 25 questions is a lot and the names of people you should not have to look at the his or her in the answer to know if it is a male or female.

This course was a hard one I must say.
Some test questions had 2 correct answers. example would be question 4 of the exam I took.
Word use/language is clear.
I would prefer to have video and printed content available for courses.
For Footnotes you should have a link on the number to bring you to the foot note. Also, the definition of discrimination and the example used for a teacher discriminating against a student isn't a correct example. A teacher grades a students work, they attempt to look at it as objectively as possible as there are correct and incorrect answers, it is not discriminatory to give a student an A or a D dependent on their schoolwork, because it is graded. I believe this example is very confusing if anything. I would never say "My teacher was discriminatory against me because she gave me a d." No, I got a d because "I" got the answers wrong. Definition of Discriminatory according to Oxford - "making or showing an unjust or prejudicial distinction between different categories of people, especially on the grounds of ethnicity, sex, age, or disability: "Discriminatory employment practices"" If the teacher treated me differently BECAUSE I got a d on an assignment, then it would be discriminatory but "unjust" is the big part of the word
The questions on the exam and practice questions are worded strangely and hard to follow
The audio speed made it hard to follow course material. I could not find a way to slow it now. It would help if the narrator (or AI) took a breath between each section.

The read audio is very monotone. It would be better if there was more inflection in the audio.
Deductible section needs to be updated based on current conditions in the market place - ie %2 for Wind & Hail and 1% on all other perils. Most companies don't offer lower options any longer.
This course states that the state of Michigan requires unlimited PIP, this law was changed in 2020 and is outdated information.
Provide a copy of the graded exam
The exam for this course is too wordy and confusing, it seems like this test is designed to confuse and frustrate the test taker. I hated this course.

one thing I noticed, when I couldn't remember something and had to search in the open book, the wording was different, and made it difficult to find the answer. For example in the program (learning) it mentions millennials - but on the exam, it specified the ages. Alot of it was like that on some of the other exams other than that, everything was fine. thank you

it takes more than 2 hours to read everything and questions and examples were too long.

Easy to read course material.
I don't understand why even using the read it to me audio, there is so much time left before the test can be taken. I end up reading a book when it is going through the material for the 2nd and 3rd time.
Having videos or even quizzes at the end of chapters would be more engaging to check one's knowledge.
I enjoy using WebCE. However, your questions are way to long. They are all lengthy and situational based. I would recommend something more direct or easier to read/comprehend.
This course was great. The instructions were easy to follow.
This test is by far the hardest test I've ever taken in any CE course, period. I had go to back and re-read several times and while I'm up for a challenge most of the time, it doesn't help much when there is no link given to help you find the correct answer so you're stuck re-taking over and over and over. Very time consuming.
The reader could be more expressive.
The audio was inconsistent and shut off periodically - very frustrating

I wish that in the practice questions, that it provided the correct answer when you got it wrong.
Some of the questions were broad at best, in multiple instances there were multiple theoretically correct. Perhaps add an additional set of details or specification specifically the Property with the 2022 inclusion of HO14 that could in said situation also apply. All and all great process, outside of a few vaguely addressed answers I thoroughly enjoyed digesting the information. Thank you kindly for your companies continued (CE) dedication for self-betterment!
This exam/ education course seems to be more towards an underwriter per claims. Than towards knowledge needed for an insurance agent to run home insurance quotes.

The ease of use and layout of the material.
When searching for assistance in a chapter during the open book quizzes, I would love it if the word I put in a the search bar would take make to the first appearance of the word immediately instead of having to scroll to find where it was mentioned.
A couple of the questions you asked were addressed but the appropriate answer was not given in the material provided. I feel if you are going to ask a question than the information to answer the question should have been provided.

My carriers do not offer HO5 just HO3 so gets confusing in homowners classes.
Great courses, I use them all the time for my CE.
some questions need to be more specific. Example of a loss insurance wouldn’t cover, well, auto or home ins? House fire and 5 year old car is all I can remember from the test ? But 2 answers were for auto and 2 were for home…. But all answers should have been covered so I guessed…… so should have been more detailed. Thank you
It was all over the place. statements like we'll talk about that later and some other statements . no reference on where to find it. the host sharing was unclear. It's possible that the question on cannabis stating the endorsement is transversed . overall I find much of this ambiguous in the content thus creating the ability to answer difficult.
Because I process info better by reading it, I like that i do not have to use the audio or video features, but i'm glad they're there for others to use.
An auto-scroll feature that moves down the page keeping pace with the audio would be a really nice feature to have available
We have no carriers on the 22 edition and still one on the 91 edition so it is confusing to keep them all straight.

This course, and I had a question that, at the end of the course did not align with the study material in my opinion, so it was hard to correlate what I learned in the course with the actual questions

I initially purchased 24 hours of CE credit to renew my P&C adjusters license. I was notified I purchased the P&C producer package. It does not appear to have been clear enough to state adjuster renewal.
I enjoyed the simplicity of the course.
That it was a computer based course. I prefer to go to a class where they have an instructor in the front of the room . Never have like this Computer based crap.
Instructions was dry. Videos/real life situations make the material more engaging.
Too many tests but good learning courses.
