It makes no sense the degree of difficulty with the questions that are being asked. With in person classes people don't even pay attention. Some of the paragraph questions during these exams tend to be completely madding more than a conveyance of what was learned. The expectation of learning between in person learning and online learning is completely unreasonable.

Answering questions at the end of each section should have been sufficient. Requiring 150 additional questions is an outrageous waste of time.

I work in this field all day - I liked how there was no discrepancy between this course and all the other information I know about it.

This is a very good product. I will recommend it to others.

The level of the course is very good

Should have been a 3-4 hour class instead of a 2 hour class. One cannot absorb all the covered material by a fast moving audio or just scanning over the printed material. To benefit from this class, one needs more than 2 hours of instruction.

The ethics webinar. Having at least 1 per week is why I did not renew with BetterCE for the first time ever. State Farm agent aspirants are being forced to have the SIE, 6, 63, and 65, and some of those line up with our expiration. Allowing us to catch up from procrastination will get you a bunch more people.

A lot of detail but aided in actually learning the material, lot just passing the exam.

Felt this course was too much on too many topics. Prefer smaller courses with single focus.

I think it's really effective that for this course WebCE or whoever the creator is summarized the key points of each topic without excess fluff. Far too many times I feel like people teaching material feel a need to add more than necessary to make a course look important, but it's far more important that people understand and learn. This was a great learning experience for my Continuing Education.

Course was designed to provide the most basic level of understanding of a relatively simple aspect of very complex issue. It met it's stated goals, but wouldn't it have been better to have a comprehensive course that trained people for more proactive eays to sus out elderly abuse?

Didn't love how long the exam was, I believe this one used to be closer to 25 questions.

There were a few typos in the class content and it was obvious that the "read it to me" was AI. Some pronunciations and inflections were off.

I use WebCE every two years. The TOC on the left is new since my last go round; I like it! It helps me know how far I have to go without navigating out to see, so I can decide on a good place to pause and return later.

While this course was adequate - good overall, I really liked the videos that the Ethics and the Trust Factor course utilized.

Very efficient and professionally presented!

The audio was obviously narrated by AI. A real person's voice manner would have been more interesting/easy to listen to. The AI voice inflections were often strange & un-human, if that makes sense.

The length of this was absolute murder. Perhaps, it should be, or could be, shorter?

I really enjoyed the content's organization, but found that the parts detailing legal aspects (such as the texts about regulatory measures) could have been explained in a clearer way (maybe with a table further differentiating between the requirements of each act, the kinds of information expected to be covered under them etc.).

Parts of it included lengthy and detailed information on products I will never use especially viaticals. I thought the study of those things was completely irrelevant to my business.

Read aloud was excellent. I would like to have the option of verbally saying turn page forward or go back a page (hands free). I would like to have the option for video and going back and forth between video and reading or listening on every class.

The videos and courses included the same information multiple times. Because of the repeating of so much of the information, I found the redundancy pretty much a waste of time.

The read-it-to-me feature is very helpful to me for learning, but it's speed is too fast and the slower option is too slow. If it could go somewhere in between or on a sliding scale, that would be nice. I'm glad it is offered though.

It was hard to answer the questions because it's unsure if Web CE derived at the exam questions. If Web CE was just the source for offering the test, then I would highly recommend. However, if Web CE derived t the questions, then I would be less likely to recommend. The questions in my opinion were questions that are less likely addressed when talking with potential clients on a daily basis. Though the test questions may have been relevant, they were not practical in nature.
