The way AI read the content was a mess unfortunately. Grammatical errors made for confusing read-it-to-me audio. Mispronunciation of words like "subcontractors" was obnoxious as well. The content itself was difficult to follow. I had to reread a number of sections to glean what it was trying to say.

Only issue I had is when I chose my courses it said I may have already taken them, however I called and verified that was not the case. The gentleman that answered was very helpful and knowledgeable

I used every minute of each section and yet when finished I had only used half of the time required. I had to go through each section twice to meet the time requirement. Big waste of time.

This type of course - reading followed by an exam - in some ways is better than an in-person-class because, for example, you have to LEARN the material being presented rather than being LECTURED on the material.

I felt the material was well-presented and the 'Read to Me Audio' added an extra layer of assistance in retaining the information. I appreciated that I was able to stop and start the instruction as needed.

Its not the test- its the content - this has nothing to do with what I do for work.

The course informaiton was valuable but some more interactive material or videos would have made it more interesting.

The monotonous tone of the audio is mind numbing. In addition, the complexity of the material in this course seems to require MANY MORE exercises to keep attention focused and ensure that the reader understands the concepts

The Read It To Me Audio is an artificial voice. It even reads dots. A bolded T on the word "the" was read T-he. There is not enough inflection in the speaking of the words. A real person with interest in and knowledge of the material would significantly help the listener retain it.

Make it where the exam questions can be read aloud also.

The sentence construction in several places was difficult to follow as seemed to be worded somewhat backwards or was too wordy......ended up having to read it out loud and get rid of the extra words.....

I liked the content of the course along with relatable examples. I did however, not understand why there was a specific reference to a specific lawyer along with their contact information at the beginning of the course. It seems very out of place.

I liked that it was open book so I could refer back to the course materials for the final exam. There is way too much legal jargon and unclear verbiage that makes the theories and applications of them very confusing and gray. I would not recommend this material to any not well versed in the legal terms of insurance.

Questions in exam too ambiguous, need to be less conjecture and more fact based.

Taking a test after each section and another test with the same questions is repetitive and unneeded. Either have the test after each chapter or at the end...

The exam itself was very easy 100% on the first try. I found the chapter questions irrelevant on some cases and some did not apply to what was learned. As a claims adjuster of 30 years, I could have done w/out all the chapter questions.

Only suggestion is to get a real person to do a voice over instead of using a robot. Other than that, great courses!

many questions had more than one correct answer, an answer that was correct based on maintaining rapport and being supportive and an answer that was correct with claim handling.... number 9 was one of those questions. frustrating

I feel this whole testing at the end is set up to make you fail. 70% passing is a C at best so one must surprise the testing questions will be extremely difficult and convoluted. This is NO way helped me get CEU's. Plus your web site has nothing specific to work comp

This last course the 15 Rules, the time seemed to be off ... I did not skip any part, read through all the chapters, took all the practices tests got to the end and I had 2.5 hours to go yet to be able to take the test... so I had to redo the whole thing over again.. so may want to look at the time frame on this one. The other ones were not like that.. just this one.

The course was too long to keep your attention

For the practice exam questions: some of them are phrased in run on sentences or in a manner that makes them difficult to understand in relation to the course material that you just completed. The final course exam is more matter of fact and straight to the point. I appreciate the questions that have examples, or even questions that are difficult to test your knowledge, but I think they can be formed better so they are easier to understand.

This particular course had no videos, but videos and role playing would have helped for engagement. Navigating the website was easy. But when using the search function it highlighted but did not jump to the highlighted words.

the questions and courses have nothing to do with what we do in the real every day life of insurance. I feel the questions should be directed towards my current role which is property damage. There should not be questions about homeowners nor bodily injury stuff i have no knowledge about

One thing that bothered me was going to the course the recording would Going to paragraphs at the beginning of the paragraph it would be letted or numbered and instructor would say that letter or number and go right into the paragraph without pausing and that kept told me off

Some of the answer choices have the same meaning. Either one of the answers could be correct. As a result, an answer could be correct and still cause the person being tested to get an incorrect answer.

As an English major, the wording of the examination questions were extremely confusing, and hard to follow.

1) There should be a note that CA property casualty adjusters should chose "adjuster" and not "property/casualty" courses or CA won't accept. 2) Adding additional states for multistate course should be easier and clearer and there should be a confirmation that we have selected X, Y & Z states. No ambiguity.

I thought that the material in WebCE was very pertinent to my job and provided a lot of information and answers to questions that I may not have thought of in advance.

I was a little confused about the time allotted. It was more time than I needed, however, I did have the opportunity to do a good review. Thank you.

The audio on this course was more distracting than it was helpful. The credits should also be worth more than 4 hours as there is a lot of material to learn.

I have been an Agent since 1997. I have completed many CE courses over the years. Content wise, I would like to see more variety. Topics that cover home appliances, plumbing, and electrical. ID theft and fraud loss coverage, etc.

I realize that it may be very difficult to manipulate, but the auto-read feature often misplaces inflections and ignores or pronounces punctuations, making it difficult to understand what is being said.

The information is great no doubt. It is very well written however the questions on the final exam and again the names! Many names were re used in questions and it generated a lot of questions trying to keep track of who is whom when trying to answere questions about insurance. I think the questions need to be more direct without persons, companies and the storylines personally.

This CE lesson was much less impressive than the last one I completed. The names, my gosh the names in the long overwritten storybook style questions was exhausting as was the redundancy in questions about auto claims.

There appears to be an error in Chapter 2 under the Rule Number 9 section. It states "All documents need to be date stamped." Then it states, "Note the word 'each.'" But the word "each" is not used in reference to date stamping.

The AI figure reading the course content is horrible. It cannot follow regular reading norms, when to lower the voice, when to pause etc. Go to "The Countdown continues. Here are the next five....." The reading of that is atrocious, to say the least. It makes it really difficult and annoying to follow along. It is valuable to have the audible version along with reading, I grasp it better that way. For God's sake, just have normal people do the reading who know how to pause at Periods, commas etc.

This is my second time using you and I will continue. The ease of being able to bundle what is needed for your CE credits and then how the courses are set up is phenomenal! Best money I have spent, definitely priced fair!

The parties and courses of action in this particular material dealing with subrogation would benefit from more contextual clarity in delineation of those parties and courses of action in the course material.

The audio is difficult as the speaker does not read the punctuations correctly and can be difficult to follow.

On the exam question 44 regarding state specific endorsements, although I correctly answered that question, the phrasing of the answers could be improved as there were three plausible responses.

It was obvious that the read-it-to-me audio was done by a bot. There were a few very minor annoyances by the bot. First, the way it pronounced "subcontractor" was off. And late in the course there were some headings that had minor errors, such as a period between words, and the bot spoke the word "dot."

Offer live webinars to fulfill CE that do not require exam and proctor

lots of information that is too much for a ce course. Too much California information and examples instead of New York where course is provided.

We need more tests and courses for workers compensation. Again in NM they gear more to liability. Many of us are WC adjusters and we dont handle PI or Liability property claims

This is excellent. Slightly humorous and entertaining, it helps keep it interesting

Easy to follow

Would be easier to understand the questions if they were more concise and to the point. Also would be easier to understand the questions if you kept the names of the people the same instead of naming the adjusters, insurances, and claimants all different names.

As someone who does not do subrogation in my position, some of this was difficult to understand. A little "wordy" at times. SO thankful I had a few opportunities to retake the test!
