The read it to me could be slower and not so monotone

1.0 speed of auto narration is too fast and yes i can slow it to .75 but then it is too slow and reader sounds impaired. 1.0 the reader is moving too fast. Not sure what the happy medium is but want it changed.

would like to be able to pause a section for further review and not have to start over from the beginning when un paused.

LOVE WEBCE

The interactive video knowledge test under the UIM/UM would only allow me to select 2 of the 3 correct answers. I tried it twice and both times it would only allow me to select the first 2 even though the first 3 were correct & required to get the exam correct.

Based on previous courses, this course absolutely "tied-it-all-together"... Much of the content reinforced earlier lessons from same...

MORE PRACTICE QUESTIONS AND IN THE ANALYZING PROPERTY CASUALTY INSURANCE POLICIES TEST NUMBER 23 WAS NOT CLEAR, SAID SOMETHING LIKE PEGGY RECENTLY PURCHASED A MOTORHOME "WITH THAT" WAS FINANCED BY RIVER BANK. PRETTY SURE THE WORD 'WITH' ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THERE. REST OF THE QUESTION IS SOMETHING LIKE: IN PEGGY'S PERSONAL AUTO POLICY OR MOTOR VEHICLE POLICY, RIVER BANK SHOULD Be NAMED AS A(N).......pretty sure I got confused and got this one wrong. The question has a motorhome, auto policy, and motor vehicle policy. I don't think it is a good question and that word WITH probably doesn't belong there.

The only thing I'll mention is that sometimes in the audio the speaker would say pause the audio and review the section but he doesn't give you enough time to get to the pause icon before he starts proceeding! Otherwise everything was great!

This was a difficult course in my opinion. But I did pass it.

some situation examples where confusing and tricky simpler situations may help avoid confusion.

Probably need more up to date material as this course referred to the 2014 farm bill. There was a farm bill in 2018. I hope this is sufficient for my CE requirements.

I did have trouble trying to find CE for just personal loan so I ended up having to take CE for commercial which I don't have a license for but I passed it anyway after a few tries. Maybe I did something wrong with that part was a bit confusing.

Did not realize I had to do 3 exams this time

I'm a visual learner, so I'd like to see more visual examples instead of hearing and reading it and trying to put together a picture in my head so that I would be able to remember easier.

Might be beneficial for some to have the longer sections broken down into smaller sections. I found myself reading more closely and retaining things better on the sections that are smaller (i.e. under 10 minutes to get from top to bottom of the section based on the timer).

Some scenarios are beyond ridiculous for a State required test taken by adults

This one was pretty dry and difficult, but all things considered, it was a good course.

I don't understand why even using the read it to me audio, there is so much time left before the test can be taken. I end up reading a book when it is going through the material for the 2nd and 3rd time.

i loved everything about it. i especially like for the pdf saves the page i left off at when i last had it opened.

Having videos or even quizzes at the end of chapters would be more engaging to check one's knowledge.

This course was very tough, not being able to review incorrect answers made it almost impossible to understand what concepts I didn’t understand. Once i finally passed it i then realized that many of the questions i felt confident about were actually the ones i had incorrect. Some of the questions were broad at best, in multiple instances there were multiple theoretically correct. Perhaps add an additional set of details or specification specifically the Property with the 2022 inclusion of HO14 that could in said situation also apply. All and all great process, outside of a few vaguely addressed answers I thoroughly enjoyed digesting the information. Because I process info better by reading it, I like that i do not have to use the audio or video features, but i'm glad they're there for others to use.

An auto-scroll feature that moves down the page keeping pace with the audio would be a really nice feature to have available

Questions should be in order of provided content.

The read out loud sometimes misses if it is acronyms or actual words. But not a real big deal.

This particular exam was very hard as it had alot of form specific questions and not being able to go back and review the information made it very difficult. It was too much information to try to memorize and then answer questions

Please have a crop insurance agent review your content. It is woefully outdated in some regards and totally incorrect in others.

The information seemed outdated. A lot of it was new for the 2014 farm bill. I believe some of the policy options are no longer available (LRP-Lamb?). NAP covers up to 65%. We have since had a 2018 farm bill and are about to have another one, so the what's new section needs a revamp. If this was 2016, this would have been excellent material, especially for agents not familiar with farming or crop insurance.

The quiz questions need to be reworked. There were multiple questions that didn't provide the necessary data to provide an appropriate question. If assumptions are made, those should be specified in the question.

The audio would be better if read by a person.

One of the practice quiz corrections stated the following: "This answer is incorrect. This answer makes little sense." That was honestly just rude, not sure why it would need to include that last sentence. I could not believe it when I read it! Also, there are not even pictures. It is very hard to do a course with all writing and nothing interactive.

This course was amazing. I wish I would have taken this when I started out. Makes it easier to understand.

There is too much information in this 5 hour class. It should be broken down into multiple classes, say a maximum of 3 hours. Overwhelming is how I would describe my experience!

Questions are good. I have failed on other exams because Hawaii homeowner policies do not offer endorsements in the test. I would guess a high rate of failure by agents. coverages does not offered in Hawaii.

There is a ton of bad info in this ce. It appears to have been written by someone with 0 knowledge of crop insurance.

I found this topic interesting. I had not previously taken any Agricultural courses.

It would be nice if the audio could highlight the paragraph as it's being read.

I like the other version when you test after each section and not wait until the end.

The course is done well. I did notice a few places where 'MPCI' was labeled as "MPIC" that could be corrected. Overall, a great easy-to-use course.

Where I work, the PAP is a personal articles policy (personal inland marine policy in the course) and the Auto policy is called an Auto policy. It took a while to get used to the WebCE acronyms.

Good Course, but the test questions had way too many "carrie customer" "bob boatowner". Those rhyming words and names were very distracting.

I have been in insurance for 18 years and took me ALOT of attempts to pass the exam. Add more questions maybe to make it easier to pass.

I actually used Ad banker as my method of study to pass my State exam but after taking this continuing education course I feel that I have an even more solid foundation of homeowners policies perils and exclusions surrounding them as well. Being able to touch up on rvs boats and other special lines items was extremely helpful and I feel that through ad banker I missed out on some extremely valuable information. After going through this course im actually questioning how I ended up passing however the course was amazing and I hope y'all continue to modify it to make it absolutely perfect

There was nothing I didn't like. I appreciate you for offering a farm program. I work with insurance for several farms & it's difficult to find course material for ag businesses. It was much more interesting than the standard P & C offerings available elsewhere.

This course should be broken down into one or two hour format and amount of credit given for the entire content, should be 12 to 14 hours, if the objective is to truly teach the content. Too much information for one course and 5 hour credit not enough.

Poor content. Not applicable to North Dakota!

I have written farm ins. for 45 years. NONE of my farm carriers use the ISO forms. This class was not a good use of my time. I finished because I needed the CE hours only. By the tiime I had invested 20 hours into the program I could not afford to skip the test and start over with another course.

Check your material! I copied some of the points verbatim and when I got the questions wrong on the tests, you're "correct" answer explanations were exactly opposite!

The "voice" reading the course was monotone and slow, making it not worth listening to, and just read on my own. There were 40 questions on the first 4 chapters and only 10 on the last 4 chapters. Seemed a little too heavily weighted on the earlier chapters.

There were a few errors noted while working through the materials: (1) Page 44 there is a section titled "Loading and Unloading Accidents" but the material discusses collapse related losses and (2) Exhibit 5.1 on Page 73 has a section titled "Hay, Straw, Fodder, Outside" but the material discusses amendments to the definition of "bodily injury" that are available for the Agri-CAP policy.

i sell crop insurance and need continuing ed. have more applicable continuing ed for that would be helpful

There should be links to the forms that are used. To try and memorize all of that is impossible. Application of the material is more important than memorizing it! I did not like this class!!

Audio reader was difficult to follow along with as it seemed it was read as run on sentences. No pauses between sentences and very monotone.

Since it is just reading, it can be difficult to fully grasp (different ways of learning). Providing a lot more examples is always great & could be used to enhance the course. In addition, by providing more interactive options, I think it could help take the course to the next level.

The read-to-me feature is nice, but it would be good to use different voices for different courses. Listening to the same voice for multiple hours causes my brain to drown out the speaker.

I focus on agriculture. I had the AFIS certification. IT is really good to review everything.
