There is so much information hard to absorb
Why do you have to wait 4.5 hours to complete when I read and answered all the question in 3 hours. This was the first time to experience this with Web CE.

The abilitity to work through the questikons and then get a 2nd group of questions to work through retained so much more than just reading chapters and taking one quiz.

The DEI info and Equity and inclusion sections have vague descriptions and can be confusing. A chapter definitions intro would be helpful to my learning style prior to reading the chapters. Identify key terms. Give definitions and examples.

Too Many P&C Questions for a Life Accident & Health CE Course.
I am visually impaired and the audio feature is very helpful. It would be very elpful as well if the exam questions and answers could be read as well. I realy struggles to read the the questions.
The example of the tax consequences involving a client in a 32% tax bracket vis a vis annuity & mutual fund over time were misleading.
The course was very educational and easy to navigate.
I didn't like the focus on DEI

Personally, I enjoy video's for additional understanding of content.
When changing the audio volume for the read-to-me feature, it would be nice if it stayed where I put it instead of having to adjust the volume on each page.

I loved the read aloud aspect of the course, I would have appreciated a way for the slides to be connected somehow so every few minutes I didn't have to go in and start every section. Other than that the info was digestible and easy to grasp, I passed the test on the first try with a 93%! Seems like an affordable way to satisfy my CE requirement for this year!

I like the talk option, at points zi thought it was bit fast. It was ok, I stopped voice and read what I needed to understand better.
While I did use the audio feature - it was monotone since AI based vs. a human where it would be more natural and appropriate use of grammar. Also, I wasn't 100% confident the courses reflected directly from WebCE were approved in my resident state so I still contacted my state to confirm.

I have been utilizing WebCE for MANY years. I highly recommend them for Inurance Agent CE
I had trouble with the log in process and had to call several times about the difficulties. I had to keep getting a password from them and sometimes had to change my password even thought I changed it as recently as the day before. Not user friendly.
Comprehensive, easy to follow course.
The reader could be more expressive.
I liked the fact that this course provided great understanding and additional tidbit's of information that I could add to my toolbox.
I will not use any other CE source unless provided free by NAIFA
The auto play function should have a setting that allows it to automatically go on to the next slide. It is annoying listening to each part and then having to scroll down to the bottom and click next for that many slides.
There should be a course to pair the gaps of ahip course credits.
The course is well explained and easy to navigate. Some of the questions were not explicitly taken from the content and a couple of the questions were too obvious. Overall the course helped to remind me of items that I had not given thought to for a long time.

The Final Exam was much more challenging (and fair) than the inane end-of-chapter review questions. The chapter review questions should be at least as challenging as the Final Exam questions as a means of preparing.

Please improve the "read it to me" audio. Lack of pauses between sentences, full of mispronunciations.
Like that you stick with a basic, clear format and not try coming up with some fancy, confusing format just to be "changing for style" without any real benefit.
Since I am approaching retirement age, I found the content very applicable to my own needs.
Overall great courses. A few questions in exam were a bit confusing but could have been me. Tough course!

Cant PRINT material for a drive (if I'm Passenger),,,, cant Cut/Paste info to a WORD doc so I can study it later... And your questions get harder and harder... I dont think you do a good job balancing the info/study/testing like you used to. Im done with your antics that just make it more difficult. Sorry.

I found the course to be educational and beneficial for my continuing education!
It was hard to find the CPF CE courses. Had to go to a few pages. Not there in the initial hm page drop down with all the other courses. I almost went to another company, but kept digging and found the CFP CEs.
The audio voice was robotic and slow - I muted it immediately.
