The only additional comments I would make would be that there was a little confusion about how to move to the next section after completing the first section. I went through the video and completed the first chapter/section/unit, but I was not sure how to move on to the second section. For this reason, I rewatched the first video thinking that because I had connection issues, there must have been a problem recording my progress in the course. Eventually, I discovered that in order to move on to the next section, I had to complete the section exam. It would also be helpful to have this course offer the self-guided option. I would have liked the option to not have the video read the information to me, and instead read the information myself (like in the other courses offered by WebCE).

This was the best course I've taken with WebCe. It was incredibly informative while including examples that are actually relevant to my day-to-day work.
I wish there was a 1.75 speed. 1.5x was a little too slow and 2x was just too fast to comprehend.

This was an informative course. If an agent would be writing Flood insurance for someone, they would have to review this information more than once before being qualified to write the insurance. There is a lot of information to know.
I like you courses. I DO NOT like the last section which was in video format. I would have liked to be given the choice. I want the written content, NOT the video.
I have used WebCe for several years and have always been pleased with the subject material. I have been licensed for 25 years and still learn something new each time I take the courses.
I Am a Life and Health licensed indidual. The content was very heavily Property and Casualty related. The fact that I have good common sense helped me perform better on the test. I suggest cutting back on the P&C ocntent.
This 3 hour credit course took me 5 hours to complete. Should have been worth more credit.

as an agent for over 40 years i find it very unnecessary to make it mandatory to take CE..especially ETHICS and FLOOD. I should be getting credits for attending any of the companies meeting s i represent to go over the products i sell.. period !!!
This was a good course for someone that already had flood training. Just the right amount of detail and reminders of important items.
Course audio was very dull and actually sounded like a computer voice. Not very personal. Sounded more like AI audio / robotic sounding.
My only dislike was the mundane tone of the narrator.

The website kept freezing (not my internet) and I had to retake part of the test 3 times b/c it would freeze and not save my answers.
This course is very long and I had to take a few days to go over the content. I wish you could focus each chapter on one type of Acord, as it seemed you kept going back to discuss other Acords while learning about another one, maybe having a chart with comparisons would have been more helpful and less confusing.

The DEI info and Equity and inclusion sections have vague descriptions and can be confusing. A chapter definitions intro would be helpful to my learning style prior to reading the chapters. Identify key terms. Give definitions and examples.
The test didn't accurately rate the student's overall knowledge of the subject. The questions focused on a few of the ten sections only and appeared to be pulled verbatim from the course notes. Don't think it accurately reflects the overall knowledge of the student.

Sometimes application requires not having enough information. For web site questions you should be able to go back and reread that part of the info. and then go back to quiz.
The wording on some of the chapter test questions were confusing because of double negative language.
WELL DONE AND PROFEESIONALLY PRESENTED.
Didn't like that some of the practice questions were on things we had not covered yet. Why? And, with some of the questions, if the answer is incorrect, the text explaining why it was incorrect isn't cogent, referring to things not even mentioned in the question. The AI voice was unable to pronounce quite a few words correctly, or putting emphasis on the wrong syllables. There are also typos, missing words in certain sections.
I would like to see some clips/videos to enforce some of the learning.

I would have given all 10s... but I think the videos stopped working partway through the course (around chapter 3). But perhaps this was intentional or perhaps it was an error on my computers end... either way, I was able to clearly understand all the information well. I just like visual aids and was a bit sad when they stopped popping up.

I listened to the audio and took all the quizzes and somehow had 25 minutes of time to fill at the end of the course. I used he time to reread the glossary and review the quizzes but it was odd that the content didn't take the full 3 hours.
The non-human, AI narration was monotonous, robotic and made it difficult to stay focused on the material being presented.

Website is ancient. For a website with 'web' in it, I think you should invest in putting together some better branding and user experience. Shopify, Wordpress, Magenta etc should provide some cheap prices with premade templates for better presentation.

Sometimes I didn't understand why I got a chapter question wrong and it was tricky to learn why. Also the chapter quizzes were so much harder than the actual test. Why?!
I'm not sure, but sitting at a computer reading / listening is very boring.
The course was very informative on the process of flood insurance.
This course was far too hard. I scored well on the exam, but quite frankly these questions were intentionally worded in an awkward manner. My industry experience got me through this content, however, this course material is far too advanced for a CE course not taught "in person." The exam questions were intentionally worded in a confusing way in which searching through the chapter would not get you to the information sufficient to answer the question. This course needs to be drastically improved.
Dispense with the ridiculous videos. Take to long!

The computer voice is a killer. Would love to see you implement some AI to assist with the reading of the content. The male computer voice is mono-tone, and really puts you to sleep. just an FYI - several test questions were duplicated on this exam - so if you got it wrong the first time, you will probably get it wrong the 2nd! I counted 3 questions that were duplicated.
This course was particulary tough because of having to review extensive verbiage. It would be nice for another voice to read the tables instead of having to process all of the tables independently.

The time indicated to complete the course should be modified. When it comes to remembering numbers (and quite a few of them), sometimes, more time needs to be spent to commit it to memory. The course was also a lengthy one. While I was not actually timed, I believe the time indicated should be increased so that students may plan accordingly. Otherwise, the course was very informative, and it appeared to have all of the information needed to successfully pass the course.
I think what would help more is the explaining how the amount of coverage would be given if a claim occurred

The "read it to me" narration had great difficulty pronouncing acronyms and abbreviations such as flood zone indications in this course and roman numeral. The automation tried to make/pronounce words from acronyms and abbreviations that were not correct.

The scheduled time for this course is insufficient. It took me a minimum of 2hrs and 30 minutes, but I was allotted 1hr and 30 mins.
Although videos assisted in presenting the content, not all the testing material was reviewed or discussed in these videos. Some reviewed test questions relied on previous knowledge and not on content of course. Printed text would have been helpful.
Some content was not clear. The actual exam questions were easier than the review questions. Exam questions were relevant to the basic ideas of the topic. This was appreciated.
Please add realistic voices to the audio and add video examples. It would make the content more interesting.
I have taken numerous WebCE Classes. This one seemed to have the most "trick" or hard to understand exam questions.
This test was applicable to the policies I would write here in OK - I have struggled with the flood portions of the CE courses in the past as they tend to include more questions that apply to states who experience claims we typically do not here in OK. Page after page of written text was not a very captivating read. The addition of some photos, graphs or other visual stimulus would have made the content more entertaining.

I really appreciated the "Read to Me" Feature. I get lost in all the words and the time frame for reading. I didn't get to complete all the reading but what I did get done, I was able to understand more fully.

I loved the read aloud aspect of the course, I would have appreciated a way for the slides to be connected somehow so every few minutes I didn't have to go in and start every section. Other than that the info was digestible and easy to grasp, I passed the test on the first try with a 93%! Seems like an affordable way to satisfy my CE requirement for this year!

WebCD is an excellent source to keep current on necessary CE requirements to maintain your insurance licenses.
Please review the wording of Chapter 10-Quiz question #1. It is very poorly worded and confusing. Also, the "correct" answer to question #1 is really not correct because market value should not be used to justify over-insuring a property. In reality, none of the answers provided are correct. They are all wrong.

Very easy to use! The instructions were clear and the format was simple. The only thing I would suggest would be to add more examples off different difficulty starting with easy examples to understand and then harder. I say this because it jumps in to examples and it was a bit hard to understand the terminology at the beginning, but it was easier.

Please break some of the longer sections down and include more knowledge checks for the courses that are longer (e.g., 4-5+ hours to allow more natural places for breaks)
This was a lot of information and not an easy class but the course was very helpful and allowed me to learn a lot of good information.
The audio replay was very awkward and distracting. It would be better to hire someone to read the text rather than rely on AI. I opted not to use it because it was not good at all.
The only issue I have is I wish we could access the material before the 2 year waiting period

I loved the read it to me audio. My only complaint with it was that the reader needed a better pause between headings or sections so that everything didn't sound like one long run on sentence. But overall, I appreciated that option.

I don't think it is necessary to attempt to trick or deceive in your test questions. Level of difficulty does not equal word disorientation. The class has an educational purpose and the questions should reflect the content and not try to confuse the student. We want to learn the material please prepare questions that accurately reflect the content.

As someone with ADHD having the contents with audio made it so much easier to retain information. It kept me engaged and faster to move through the course.
Some of the content was too "wordy" in that I lost what the actual content was saying. The information could be retained more if some of the content was "to the point" or simplified.

The read-it-to-me audio helps, but without videos or in-chapter quizzes to break up the monotony of the longer chapters, it can be difficult to properly absorb the information on the first read.

The format of asking questions with the EXCEPT option has a tendency to make the questions more confusing than they need to be.
first part of course there were questions on practice test that we did not cover yet. seems some content may be for business flood instead of personal flood.
The wording of the test questions and the EXCEPT are a bit misleading. Trick questions on exams should be removed.
This course was one of the easier ones in that it kept my attention and was not "dry" material.
The PDF course document did not match the online version.
This course was very easy and anyone who's competent with understanding the language and terminology can pass the final exam with flying colors. "Heads-up" the practice exam questions are not the same as the final exam questions. But it seemed easier to pass the 25 questions on the Final Exam. I scored 100% "Good Luck!!!!!!!"

The chapter exams are significantly harder than the end of course exams. I view this as a positive as I struggled with the chapter tests and therefore spent extra time preparing for the final exam and was more that prepared. Thank you for a great course.

Under Chapter 7 "Its Your Responsibility" Quiz Question #1 Mary purchased a flood insurance policy many years ago .... which of the following is NOT a duty she has to perform in conjunction with her claim. I answered C. "Submit to an examination under oath if the adjuster requires this." System Response: "This answer is incorrect. The answer is "B. Show the policy provision granting coverage to the claims adjuster." Mary has several explicit post-loss duties, but educating the adjuster is not one of them." I found this very confusing and funny at the same time.
graphics help. i am never a fan of education with just words. my job pertains to using the fema website and map? where are the graphics to go along with it? i had to search it up my self. i know we are all adults. but not everyone can learn, take in, and absorb from just words.

Finding course was very difficult. Material is presented in a dry fashion and hard to pay attention. however i appreciated the read aloud since I have a vision impairment. need that option for test taking.
It would be helpful to have more examples or scenarios to help with understanding the content and what is insured by specific endorsements and policy coverage sections. Also, I would have liked to have seen the correct answers to the ones I answered incorrectly in the exam and not just the questions that I missed.

The only certification that requires a yearly exam. I completley understand the drive to collect as much money as possible for your memebers, but when all licensed agents are already required to obtain 24+ credit hours bi-yearly, I think doing this every year is a bit excessive. Not to mention, if the state trusts agents to know their facts for at least 2 years without renewing, I would think a basic TRIP exam would require far lesser requirements.

The questions in the test was almost an insult to my intelligence. I 1st took the practice questions for each section to get an idea of what I needed to study. I then read the material and took the final test. The questions in the final test were significantly easier than the practice questions and I don't feel the practice questions were a fair example of the final test itself.
A lot of information wasn't on the exam. Too much information at times that wasn't relevant, it seemed.
Answer choices once again need to be clear.

Wish FEMA/NFIP would use WebCE for annual renewals of my NFIP Registered Adjuster FCN. The 6 hour NFIP seminar is a waste of everyone's time and imparts no usable information or skill building.
This COI course is one of the best IRMI courses that I've taken. EVERY insurance broker and/or agent should take this course.

I think the issues with issuing certificates with or without the umbrella when umbrella limit not in the contract requirements should have been discussed..

Reading of materials should be live reading instead of AI to allow inflection and emphasis and appropriate application of concepts.
The questions that end with EXCEPT are sometimes hard to wrap your head around what you actually expect.

Some of the areas were so technical I felt I was taking a Law Degree exam. I hated this course.
My company provided ExamFx and I tool the test probably 50 times and couldn't pass so, per the recommendation of my boss we decided to switch to webCE and I passed the first time. The study material didn't match the test on Exam FX, this was much easier
Finding the proctor was tough since i'm virtual and in Indiana, but all requests were answered promptly by your teams

I'm taking a lot of training courses for my new job. I struggle with courses that are textbook like. I learn better with more interactive courses (Total CSR interactive lessons are an example). I did like WebCE offered the course to be read through with you, the chapter exams and the final exam.
Adding various media. pictures, videos etc. would aid in making this more engaging.

This course is very complexed with a lot of legal terms.
I felt the content was very easily retained throughout the duration of the course.
Questions were clearly stated. manual was easy to follow and find details when the answer wasnt immediately known or obvious
The voice reading was not great and I read the material much more quickly then 5 hours so spent a lot of time listening to it all again to get to the 5 hour mark
The content was well presented, but the use of legal terminology caused me to have to stop and look up words in the dictionary to understand what was being referred to. I could have used a glossary of terms like pecuniary and estoppel.
This should be a 6 hour course

There should be a button/flag stating "are you sure you want to revisit a course that you have already completed." I can't pinpoint what changed, but I found this course much more effective than the last flood course I took. It was easy to follow, not overly detailed. Just a bit of repetitive information which I find helpful.
The monotone voice is not ideal.
I take these courses to learn and for CE credits. Too much information to retain. It took longer than five hours to complete. This should be broken up into three sections. Good and informative information. I hope I can retain it.

One question seemed to contradict what we had just learned - may have been meant to be framed to ask what was the benefit of sending COIs to the insurer, but it was just after we were told insurers don't want the agents sending COIs, since they were being used as endorsements rather than just asking for the policy changes needed.

I participated in the process and had the course read to me - and reviewed all of the quiz's and still had almost an hour of review time remaining - it seems the hours should more closely match the time required to complete but I am so glad to be done with CE for this term!

Definitely one of the more valuable CE courses I've taken.
It took much longer to read the material than 3 hours. More lists with bullet points rather than long sentences which are difficult to "take in" at times would help that. The charts included helped but there could be more diagrams. Also more examples of concepts help.

There is what appears to be a typographical error in the glossary. Reduction and Reformation of Coverage: A standard flood insurance policy (SFIP) provision that establishes conditions under which the policy will be considered to provide lower limits of insurance than those shown in the declarations because the *amount of insurance* submitted with the application was not enough to support the requested limits. The starred phrase should read "premium" rather than "amount of insurance".
A very interesting course but also very long, I had to go back a few times to complete the course.

I maintain an intense dislike of web-based training and would prefer either a teacher or a book.
I am a broker that does not sell or have any knowledge of flood insurance. I do think this will help me retain it. I would rather have a reference book. i wish I could have brushed up on p/c. I wasn't allowed to take it since I took it 2 years ago. I only work part time and need that more tahjn anything.

It takes me double the time to complete my CE due to the exam questions and the final exam questions. They should be easier and only have questions after each section, not a final exam. This is only for CE, not a designation.
This was very lengthy, but definitely detailed and educational. I learned a lot about flood within 4 hours.

Good content and much easier than the Contractor's Pollution option. For CE, these questions were thought provoking but not too difficult to understand the actual questions being asked.
The history of certificates (year they were standardized) was unimportant. Who cares?!? 1st 40 pages were interesting. After about page 60 got pretty boring
The computer generated voice is very annoying and distracting. Too many words and phrases were mispronounced.
I enjoyed the fact that my time devoted to full completion of this course was reasonably paced and held my attention the entire time! Some of the coursework I entirely too drawn out and lengthy; coupled with being extremely boring, it was difficult to remain focused for the duration of the course. I am glad this class has been completed and I am nearing full completion and compliance with ALL of the assigned coursework!!

The way the answers for the questions were worded kind of made it not make sense.
Too much content and hours for only 1 applicable flood credit.
Exam had several typos or areas where a question had been partially rewritten, but not editorially checked (extra words left in). Also, this course was really boring with much of the same material repeated in different ways without meaningful examples to make it matter.
I really like that the sections were shorter. Even though there were a lot of sections, it feels more manageable to do shorter sections. Information was very useful.
More interactive calculations w examples easier to follow too many exceptions

NFIP is very dense and technical and I do not think there is an easier way to present all the technical terms thanks to all the overlapping legislative programs.

The Flood laws have changed. RR2.0. Where this classes does touch on it slightly. There needs to be more info on the RR2.0 program. Since the NFIP has merged over to using the RR2.0 and the requirements
I love this tool! It is so efficient and I love how quickly my course completion is reported to the state. I don’t worry about the continuation of my license being in jeopardy because of this site reports my immediate progress to the state hourly, therefore my compliance is never in question. WebCE is so trustworthy and they prove it hour after hour, day after day!

reading it once is not enough to know all the answers. It takes time to understand things and people need to actually to some examples to understand it.

Flood insurance is a vast subject and though I've been an insurance broker for over 20 years, I'd never studied it. My only complaint was that three hours of credit is WAY TOO LOW. I put in well over 10 .
I like the video with someone teaching the course like Ethics. The audio is great, but like the instructor as well.

The flood course had way too much information that wasn't even addressed in the exam. To understand your course, you would need to spend a huge amount of time to digest the endorsements etc. Valuable, yes. Too much for what you were testing for? Yes. Waste of time to read vs exam
The exam was incredibly easy, even I suspect for the most basic of insurance beginners. Please toughen up 8-10 questions on this exam by making MCE alternative (but "wrong") choices more reasonable.
Im pretty sure i went over the estimated course time by using the read it to me audio by over 30 minutes excluding the test. The other thing I severely dislike is Blind test results. Once again I'm walking away knowing I have incomplete knowledge, on a subject that prior to the course, I had No knowledge or prior training of what so ever.

The question about what is needed for a policy to go into effect says photo, deed, bribe, or premium unless on installments. I selected photo and got it wrong. Since deed and bribe are not required the only option is premium. I didn't select this because NFIP doesn't offer installments.
Being I don't sell flood insurance, it required me rereading the questions and text to fully comprehend the material but subject was very pertinent to homeowners

Exam questions are poorly designed. The questions should test the student's knowledge of subject matter and not their ability to understand the question or answer options. Make the question clear. Make the answer options clear. Give answer choices that test actual knowledge.
Took me a while to figure out that I was suppose to click on the course where it showed what was going to be covered in the course to get to it. Only thing I saw to click on was the exam. Also this is listed as a 3 hour course and I was only given 1 hour to complete it. Need more time to finish it.

Although I passed, I felt the exam was extremely more difficult than the quiz questions would have implied. The automated narrated audio voice is horrible! There's little to no inflection and extremely hard to listen to.
I don't like how you will introduce an acronym and then from then on use that acronym throughout the whole course as if were to instantly memorize every acronym. Because eventually they all pile up till it's a bunch of nonsense that I can't understand
Course very detailed and informative. I find that the mini test given and graded with explanations throughout the course is better. This helps retain information, than a long study course then exam.
I love WebCe it's the best choice I have made since I started my CE.
I would move Glossary to the beginning or at least the acronyms
Suffered a flood loss, found out we were eligible for funds to elevate the home but adjuster never told us about that. Other than that the claim was handled well. We were in a preferred zone but I bought the policy anyhow. Turns out to one of the best investments I made. (no longer rated as a preferred zone)
This class and the test was very easy and understandable. My only suggestion is maybe to get a person to read aloud rather than a computer. Other than that, it was great!
I do like the read to me portion. It makes it easier to keep focused but the number 0 were read as alphabetical sounds instead of numeric.
question 16 was a tad racist with the proof of citizenship answer option
The audio feature really helped with absorbing the material.

I didn't like the read it to me voice. It droned and so was very hard to follow because your mind just falls into kind of fuzziness.

it was great! it would be nice if the volume button didn't reset every single time I hit the next page. same for the audio speed. I preferred the speed of 1.4 and it would have been great for it to hold that speed throughout the content without having to adjust it for every page.

The audio is computerized, therefore not conducive to learning. The computer reads each module like one incredibly long sentence.

Content was solid. The reading of text does get tiresome and hard to hold attention. Thought the test would have been harder based on content and sample questions.
This is the type of course FEMA should be using for the annual renewal of the NFIP adjuster's claim course. Every year they run the same 6 hour night mare with no educational objectives and no real measurement of what the students are learning.
The teleprompter was a monotoned and computer automated. Hard to stay awake. The lady in the ethics portion was much easier to follow.

The instructor spoke to fast and is very monotone. The chapter check questions came before they were in the lecture.

I felt there was far too much content in course about Government agencies and Acts/Revisions, & not enough practical information regarding actual coverages and interactions with customers
One of the questions on the exam I believe was incorrect; it asked what was required to submit for flood insurance. I selected a photo and the system stated that was wrong. I do not believe the other answers were correct.

This course is very wordy and not as easy to follow and understand as other courses I'v taken.
Videos and stories of different flood situations and how they were handled.
I have only one negative issue. On one of the quiz questions the correct answer I gave was changed to a wrong answer by the program. This only happened on one quiz. Last year when I took some classes it happened several times. I have no other complaints. All went well.
