I enjoy web ce lay out,. I wish there was more images / templates to look at. Some of the questions are trick questions, for sure, where more than one answer is correct. This makes it a little hard to pick the correct answer also. It is nice that you can log in, save time, and come back to it as needed and as you have time.

This focused so much on rental car questions that I should have taken the rental vehicle class.
I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.
Ease of use and course selection. Materials and scenarios were relevant to my job and prepared me for the exam sufficiently.

There could be much better communication about the proctor situation in the states that one is required in person. There are mixed messages about who is able to be a proctor.
way too long, much longer than a 3 hour course. The verbiage goes on and on not as concise as it could be and the test question do not need to be all word or essay type questions. Seriously bring it down a notch. This stuff is exhausting and I've been doing insurance for 30 years!

This was a lot of information to retain for testing. Test was very hard.
Certain material was incorrect as it pertains to auto insurance laws in my state (Florida). I had to disregard some of the material. I could do that since I've been doing this for 15 years, but for a new agent it would be confusing and problematic, and may not give correct information to a client.
I really enjoyed the case studies cited in this course.

19 Case Studies is an awful lot for what is supposed to be a CE course. This course seems more geared for someone learning about Ethics for the first time.
Loved learning through the case studies. Understanding the situations that have arisen and will arise makes me think more deeply about the topic and realize that insurance expertise is only one part of the Agent or Underwriter. Knowing how to use knowledge appropriately, with proper grace and understanding, is what makes the industry as a whole shine.
I really enjoyed this course. It had a lot of helpful information and was well written for an agent to use the information.
This first section was quite long, I would split it up when going over the appraisal process. Just my opinion.

As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment

I disliked how it gave examples of ethics from other career fields. I feel this ethics should wholly apply to insurance only since this what I am taking the class for. Including information/text on other ethic cases is information not required for an insurance agent and makes remembering the actual information we need difficult and adds more work that's not needed

the writing style was strange, topics covered weren't always connected to the stated course title, but more to general ethics in business, and the writers seemed to see the insurance industry pretty negatively. it was weird. The line about gangsters and serial killers having a code of ethics, and so do insurance professionals? So strange.
I really liked that the examples were relatable situations that an agent might experience on a regular basis.

The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.

Learning and test questions WAY to wordy!
The length of some of the questions makes the questions get wordy causing confusion. Unnecessary sentence that have nothing to do with coverage are used. Some questions could be interrupted differently and therefore changing the answer.
There are at least 10 questions that were worded weird and answers were necessarily accurate.
My company has chosen to go with RegEd and no longer pays for your service. I have heard so many horror stories about RegEd that I have chosen to pay out of pocket for your service because of my past interactions with you.
Lack of imagination. Unclear questions at times.
Practice quiz one had an incorrect question that stated a hit a run would be covered under UM. It would not. Only if the hit and run was found and determined not to have insurance. If it's just a hit & run, there is no UM.

The voice was obviously computer generated. Words were misrepresented and out of context. Ex Lots referred to a car lot but was read as Lots a quantitative value.
There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.

I appreciate the option to print the course also, for use when no wifi connection is available. There is an error on page 30 of the "Personal Autos used in Business." course. In the first sentence, under "Ride Sharing." there is a number "4" after the "Uber, Lyft and others" that doesn't need to be there. THANK YOU!

For a 3-credit course, it took me (and I am not a slow reader) more than 3 hours to go through the course. I need another 15 credits to obtain prior to October. I don't know if I can afford to spend another 17-20 hrs on WebCE courses.

one thing i didn't like is the obvious bias for insurance companies. it should be presented in an objective manner. There are bad faith laws, and you don't want to teach agents and adjusters to be bullheaded and one-sided in their views. They should consider the views of policyholders as well.

Explaining auto coverages using primarily written verbiage makes comprehensive difficult due to the number of different coverage scenarios. It would be helpful to use charts and sections of applicable policy sections to illustrate the written narrative.
Using WebCE because it's what I get reimbursed for: i hate that the modules aren't read by real people. the robot is distracting to listen to, talks incredibly slowly, and presents the topics as if this is an intro course (instead of part of a Continuing Ed bundle). There's no challenge as the content is incredibly simplified.

Transportation coverage never mentioned a deductible for $30 day up to $900 for rental car. Making quiz question wrong answer or learning material wrong.

Your product should be presented in a more friendly and accessible language, making it easier to understand and more applicable to the state of Texas. Right now, it feels extremely long for a two-hour credit class, making the process frustrating rather than efficient. The questions are overly tricky instead of being informative and educational, which defeats the purpose of a renewal course. Because of this, I will never use your system again. You need to be more empathetic toward agents renewing their licenses, ensuring the experience is smooth, helpful, and respectful of their time.

There seemed to be a bit too much info in the rental car presentation - perhaps break up some of that info to keep the interest.
The 2 hour CE should be adjusted. Took way longer than 2 hours to complete.
The wording on many of the question contained error, and miswording. In some case proper grammar was missing. I found many of the question that involved scenarios not clear, and with the grammar errors. Please have someone vet the question to make them understandable.

This is based on the course I took. Personal auto in business. I am not a commercial writer, this had a lot to do with commercial and not the personal lines. It needs to cover what we can or can't write in personal lines....not commercial

I was unaware that Trip Interuption coverage (PP 1302) covers mechanical breakdown. I thought that a covered loss IE comp or collision was required.

Info for this ethics were presented more clearly, especially presented as case studies instead of random data. Illustrating how it applies in real world situation makes it more manageable. I also like that the info was presented in smaller chunks per section rather than in large endless paragraphs where key words are not highlighted and lists are written as sentences. It's much easier to mentally store lists and highlighted words than jumbled masses of words.

I took a 10 Credit course that had a 100 Question Exam. The content of the course was very confusing, as was the Exam. The Exam questions were difficult and not really equated to an Exam for a Personal Insurance Rep.
I found the AI generated narration very distracting and had to turn the audio off - very "uncanny valley" and flat sounding - please use an actual narrator!
Login in was not easy, many times I have to call because will not recognized my password

I have been using WebCE for many years. Although I like to be involved in person classroom our restoration companies, WebCE has always been my to go to.
The hypothetical situation examples helped with understanding the course content. Heavy content and the AI voice kept the content very dry. Please use an updated, improved AI voice for the auto-play feature that includes more natural sounding speech.
Course overall was OK but the time spent on the endorsements was not as useful as the rest of the material. The state-specific variations make many of these endorsements irrelevant for many users.

I found another random number left behind: Ride sharing (a service offered by Uber, Lyft, and others)4 involves I hope that helps you to clean up typos as there are still a few in each of the classes I took this time. Overall great content, and for someone who actually reads all while listening to the audio, the longer courses take me about twice the time stated... a 5 hour class takes me about 10, the 6 hour took me 12. It's a lot of time invested! But thank you for helping me brush up on relevant content. I appreciate the information as I haven't really taken an auto insurance class since 1985! lol.... :)
Not my first CE Course for Continuing Ed. I enjoy the experience.
The audio freezes and it will not restart in certain places. i forgot to tell you about that on another course, but it is one I took this year, so you can review my courses to find it. The place it froze was about Ch 2, in the 22 minute segment, around 8 minutes. In case you're interested n fixing that.
The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.

Using the read it to me option I could complete the course in 3 hours, additional content could be helpful to get that closer to 4 hours.
course was decent, straightforward and not convoluted. My only recommendation would be to include more visual examples of coverages or exclusions to help establish the difference in the mind of the student, because many of the coverages and exclusions contain the same words and are difficult to remember.
Please offer more classroom equivalent courses.
The course was a bit extensive when comparing the material with the exam. However, the was very informative and enhanced my ability to serve my applicants and insured's.

I appreciate WebCE because it suits my learning style. I had issues trying to use ExamFX but when I gave WebCE a try, it greatly helped me retain the information in a way I could understand. This is hands down, the best CE course I have found and will continue to recommend it to anyone needing to pursue CE.

Some exam questions do not provide enough detail to properly answer the question, and leave the exam taker to make assumptions about the question.
I like the fact that you can listen to the audio, it makes it easier to understand. It was a long session for the Ethics session but it was very informative.

The orator was terrible. I had to turn off the audio and read it myself. There were run on sentences, mispronounced words and infliction of sound was incorrect making it difficult to comprehend.

I tried to use the Read-to-Me option but found the audio very stilted and dry. There wasn't a lot of inflection and I found my attention drifting so I disabled the audio and read it myself. Otherwise, the course material was very good.

I did notice several typos within the course, ranging from use of "any way" where "anyway" would have been correct, to one section where several sentences were duplicated, resulting in a jumbled, unclear paragraph.

some of the examples were hard to follow, not showing examples of when the coverage explained would apply, but rather instances where the coverage would not apply. It was a bit confusing. The boss's daughter being in an accident while borrowing her friends car was one example
The font made it easy to read the questions. Only having 5 questions at a time to answer made it easier to study in chunks.

There was an exam that I "Failed" however - the answer key had the exact same answer - word for word for both C and D - I chose C and D was the answer - even though they were the SAME ANSWER - May want to look over the test answers!

I've learned a great deal of the subject matter than I had expected to. I was an agent for 17 years and this was the most I've learned throughout the years about my profession. I'm more well-informed of the do's and don't of insurance. I had only one set back of not being able to log into the system one day, but it was resolved in a timely manner. I truly like these courses as they are not long and drawn out. The only recommendation I would make is please shorten the questions and answers. That is a little much in my opinion. Overall best CE courses.

The ease of use as I was caring for my 91 year old mom during the course. Then, her death. I was able to take time off for extended hospital visits, then funeral and tornado damage. A LOT of unexpected interruptions!!
It would make sense if the questions related to Michigan when you are taking a Michigan test. Many of these other state questions are not correct. No one in MI would have $25/$50/$100 limits....

I hate the robotic voice that reads the information to you and it seemed 1.0 was too slow and 1.25 was too fast. I needed a 1.1 option and a more human-sounding voice.

The course is good but the real aloud voice sounds like a robot with no tone in the voice nor accentuation when it comes to how it really is suppose to read the paragraphs. I would have it read to me but I would get tired of the way the voice sounded so I just read the words myself especially if the chapter had too much info just because I needed to understand it using my own voice.
Some of the questions in chapter 18 had a funky use of 2 1/2. I'm not sure if you did this on purpose but it looks strange.
your scenarios were too back & forth. Just ask a question without trying to trip people up with all the rambling. After you get the scenario down and you know what's going on your throw the except out. So you read it again. too time consuming!

For an ethics course the material is not very ethical. There is plenty of opinions and subliminal indoctrination type leading questions throughout the material.
This is the only course I took from you this year that had errors in it. Many places where numbers were inserted as if to hold a place where someone had to insert something. Clarifying words were missing and Jessica referred to as him. Speed of narrator just a little to fast when trying to comprehend the material. For conversation or listening to a book, the speed is fine, but not for learning. When I slowed the speech down 1 notch it was too slow. Would be nice to have more speed choices. Thank you for helping me pass my CE this year !!!!!

Stop using gendered pronouns in the course. These are not pertinent to material facts of insurance
The AI gentleman's voice was monotone which was hard to following, got boring listening to same tone.
Remove all gendered pronouns throughout the course. These are not needed to provide examples of the course material. Why does the course mention an actual existing non-profit organization by name (The Lighthouse for the Blind, INC) This could show WebCE as not being impartial to non-profits in total. Lastly there is a test question that gives incorrect BI/PH limits for AZ. Since July of 2020 the minimum limits required in AZ are 25/50/15. All information needs to be factual and accurate to the time of use of materials

Please remove gendered pro-nouns during the course. These are of no consequence and do not reflect opportunities of non-binary or non-gender conforming persons. Adding genders in the context of insurance does not change the outcome of the insurance program being described.
The computer voice in the beginning was rapid fire.

Very dry course and painful to get through. The redeeming factor found within these walls of text and specific policy language / endorsements is when they give examples of how that endorsement or coverage would apply.
The voice was clearly AI and very hard to follow. Other materials with WebCE are much more engaging and interactive. These arent. If this course could be given some of that same attention, then it would have been much more effective and enjoyable.
The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.
I did not like the general overtone on occasion that pushed DEI and ESG which in turn put important factors out of kilter in relevance of importance in providing a grade of quality. Finance and Governance should have greater weight. Environment, Climate and ESG should carry lower weight. These political preferences should not be pushed. Also equating Islam to other religious beliefs are just wrong.
It was a bit confusing knowing when course chapters were complete. I initially thought I was done only to find out that I had 2 more chapters to complete.

The audio needs to be the right amount of time for the course. 1hr and 40 minutes of audio when we have to stay in the course for 2 and a half hours makes it difficult to stay in the course for that long and listen to materials twice.

This course was a good refresher for total loss handling, ACV, replacement cost, and diminished value. Good course for individuals new to claims.
As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.
There were a few spelling errors, but otherwise it was good!

You have questions that are grammatically incorrect. One question reads "Which of the following would ineligible for coverage as a private passenger auto under for an unendorsed PAP?" Someone needs to proofread this material.
The question about Carter and Royce is unnecessarily confusing. Instead of saying Carter thinks Royce should pay b/c blank and Royce thinks Cart should pay b/c blank...it should just read Carter and Royce were arguing about who's insurance should pay. I couldn't understand the question because there was so much story attached.

This was some great information. I relearned so much about Personal Auto Policy coverage. Although I have been doing my insurance profession for over 20 years, there were still some questions, I needed to rethink. I love the way the questions on the test can be a little tricky, that keeps the mind sharp.
I am so happy to have had this. Although, I have been in the insurance industry for about 22-23 years. This course has great questions about coverages that are very important.
As a licensed Property and Casualty agent, who has been using WebCE for at least 10 years, I always appreciate the knowledge I gain. I will keep using WeBCE until I no longer have to take any CE credits.
Some of the questions for the test were worded very weird or used names of companies that made questions unnecessarily difficult such as State's which made it unclear if the question was referring to the state or if State was the name of the agency. Some other questions were worded awkwardly.

You Guys are the BEST.
The audio has some pronunciation issues and does not pause for commas, which was hard to listen to, so I just read at my own speed. I also noticed some typos that were not caught when this was proofread.
It is easy to get lost when following along with the narration. You should add a cursor that follows where the narration is in the content.
Would like the words to move as it's read. Video for math.
Not sure why I was being asked about a female looking at a males phone and why he had a Lyft app on it. Wasn't insurance related at all.

The audio on the course was very choppy and not usable which made it difficult to keep up with the time allowed
The Endorsements have similar wording. Maybe head each chapter with a Question, like "What if....." then head the chapter sections with another question. It is hard to distinguish one definition from another bc of the similar wording. Using Company names like Drugg and employee names like Jessica helps the student keep it all straight. This was a hard class because the content is not interesting, albeit important.

WebCE is the best place to do CE work.
Test questions are too long and complicated. They seem to be designed for the student to fail. But maybe not because I received a score of 100% on my first attempt.
The test questions were too lengthy and designed to confuse the test taker. This does not seem fair to me.
There were some editing issues that made some of the content ambiguous.
I like all of the Ethics Courses, It has always been one of my favorite topics. I love learning about all of the real-life cases, and always love the challenge to learn more and as much as I can.
I felt some of the teaching was not related.
I thought that the material was informative and presented in a format that was easy to understand. I liked the audio because it helped to keep me focused. My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. This course is far superior to other companies that I have taken. I will stick with WebCE.

I think 12 hrs would be sufficient ,to many words/long sentences makes it harder to retain the information as well as repetition.
I believe there is a typo in beginning of lesson in an example using the word "employee" instead of "coworker" which made the example much harder to follow.

This was a very informative and great CE course all in all.
At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. At least the test questions were pretty much straightforward and could easily be answered.
This course is complex to the point where advertising it as 'continuing education' is irrelevant. There's no educational point to it. It's at least 90 % legal jargon with no practical application.
This was little hard to follow.
I appreciate the fact that you keep it simple. I have used the material from others and it was like reading something an attorney had written. lol. Not fun at all. Thank you for simplicity!

Pease break up the text better, the line spacing is too close and without any color differentiation or other content (such as picture, videos, etc.) the course is hard to get through on the eyes and mind.

NC is very unique with their auto policy and much of what was in here is not applicable in NC>
North Carolina auto policies are very different than most states. Some of this information was incorrect. Probably not a good class for NC agents.
The audio for this course was not very good. The guy reading it was robotic and monotone. I turned it off.
A less robotic voice would be nice.
Ethics is not always the most interesting and engaging course to take. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this course! Thank you for the examples provided and making this interesting.

This is the first course I've taken with WebCE and I thought it was very good. I'll take my future insurance classes here too.
There are some errors in the course materials, and some of the test questions have more than one answer that could be correct. You really need to go through this course with a fine tooth comb. I really don't care if you do or if you don't. I got the CE credit either way.

I like how easy it is to use your courses. I like how expedient it is to get the results applied to the state for qualifications to meet CE requirements.
I will be 71 the next time I renew my license and not need to take a CE course. If I did need one, though, I would select Web CE!
The only reason I would not order it again is the next time I renew my license I will be 71 years old. After age 70 CE is no longer required. But if I needed to take the course I would take it with Web CE!

I use WEB CE every time I need to renew my license.
The material is very detailed and intense. The time needed to reread certain items to fully understand them requires a lot more than 4 hours total time. This should be a 6 hour class.
Love that I can study at my pace. Very easy to navigate, also.

The use of initials UM, UIM and others without explanation was very distracting and required doing a look back or going to a third source. Not up to IRMI standards. This is not the usual quality of writing we get from IRMI. I am a 20 year client.
I am sorry, but what crazy person wrote this exam? The questions were borderline inappropriate at times! I felt like I learned nothing and it was a waste of time.

The material was written in such a way as to sound complicated, dry, dull and mind numbing. The speaker's voice was so monotone and boring that it made an already dull subject -insurance- positively unbearable.

The Questions are extremely wordy and make the whole thing lose all meaning. There is a way to determine if people retain knowledge without trying to make the wordiest questions to try and fumble them. Just get to the point and remove the unnecessary trip ups.

A couple of the questions, including one I was marked wrong for, were more of a judgement call than a specific rule. I'm not sure that's teaching facts, more like teaching your opinion.

I really appreciated the fact that the system does not "time out" quickly. It made it a lot easier to come back to the course if I was interrupted. I also appreciated the "save and exit" option.

Many of the scenarios presented are not applicable to my situation, since I have no experience with an independent agency. They were, however, thought provoking. I did see a few parallels in situations I have seen.

I really enjoyed being able to read along with the read-to-me voice. His voice was very clear and easy to understand. The combination of reading the course and hearing it really helped me to retain what was being explained. I noticed there were some typos and grammatical errors in the course, but probably less than 10 in total. It would be good to fix those. It is not updated with the correct information and it has things in the course content that we do not use in the insurance field. Just like the practice tests for the final exam did.
Some of the wording in your exam questions and answers was very poor on this one.

The read -it-to me audio was very mundane and difficult to listen to. The content was very informational, except for all of the examples of the well-known Unethical Behaviors. Very drawn out. I enjoyed the Exhibits on the Code of Ethics section, again, very informative.

Please highlight the main word exclude, include would not or would. The trick question main word. That way you do not have to read the questi0on 2 time for that one word.

I do better with courses that mail books or handouts and the test. Tests on the computer are ok, but I struggle reading the books. I did enjoy my choices of courses.

Misspelling and the exam is in sections, I believe if a section is passed it shouldn't have to be retaken again if the other 2 sections weren't passed.

Hard to actually find specific answers to questions
This was a computer read course and I could tell because sometimes the emphasis was placed on the wrong words, or the typo words (like IN instead or IS, etc.) were read aloud without changing to the correct word, which is what a human would have done.

During my entire career as a General Lines Insurance Agent in Texas, I have always used WebCE for my continuing education requirements, and will continue to do so in the future.
Sometimes the jargon used can be confusing, however, the use of examples to clarify really helps to apply the information

This was a great course. However i think it should be divided into two 6 credit courses. It was so long with the reading.

I liked that the material was pretty easy to read, however the audio was a little distracting because some worlds were not pronounced correctly. Overall the course was easy to complete and the test questions we easily matched to what was read.
I wish you guys had videos that counted as hours instead of doing the text to talk and then the test. sometimes visuals help better

this is a CE course for Minnesota and about 30% of the content in this course was incorrect for Minnesota insurance. Very frustrating.

please hire a person to read these- forcing me to progress through them, and encouraging me to listen, does help with retention however it's some of the most dystopian trauma listening to Microsoft SAM for thirty hours every other year

Generally good. Messaging on ESG should be cautionary, it's a virtue signaling trap that gives companies an opportunity to checklist public approval but is not evidence of ethical behavior.
The page numbers should be numbered in the Table of Contents clearer. They are currently numbered by the order of the slides, which include the Introduction page and Table of Contents and finding a section proved difficult. Maybe "number" the first three pages as A, B and C, then continue with actual numbers to correspond with the slides? Thank you, I hope that you are able to find a solution that will help someone else save time.

When you do the read to me audio it ends up only being 8 hours so you have to go back and repeat the same stuff to reach the 12 hours.

I really liked the "questions an agent should ask" review this course gave, but when I take a "Pennsylvania" Property & Casualty continuing education course, why give me material that is not Pennsylvania specific and give me material that says may or may not apply in your state?

why it asks "UNDERWRITER" questions? I‘m not a underwriter. I'm a customer service agent for auto insurance, I can only add/delete a car or coverage. I‘m not allowed to request any code from company. the role is totally off. You should separate questions for "UNDERWRITER" and "normal agents". THANKS

This section of my entire CE was by far the hardest. The questions were super confusing and I felt like it was more of a way to try and confuse you from the correct answer instead of teaching you. By far the hardest section!

I had a slight problem navigating the website, but I'm 60, so I did not grow up during the computer age. Still, I found everything I needed after poking around a bit. I did find the customer service representative to be very helpful and friendly during my initial phone call!

The tests are too difficult. It feels like the questions are designed to trick you instead of being fact and knowledge of insurance based. There is too much extra verbiage and the fact when you take the test you cant see which answers you got incorrect, and what the correct answers are is extremely frustrating & unhelpful in successfully completing the course.

Same as other sections. The wording in this is sooo out dated. There are a lot of people who have a hard time learning by reading. The fact that insurance information is still presented like it was written in the 17 or 1800's is just crazy. That needs to change so people who have trouble learning this way can do it easier.

Understanding Personal Auto Insurance Course is long and boring.
The study examples were peppered with political narrative.
courses were far too long, questions to hard on quiz's. Felt like I was taking by state board exams all over again. CE is not supposed to be this hard. Hours of reading each chapter was way too much

A few times in the study material there were misplaced words used. Example. Sentence used "Repair show: instead of "Repair shop"
honestly it was too long. that could have been 3 classes easily maybe in a bundle and it would have been easier to understand and test if it was broken up into sections

Because of the time I have to spend in the course before I can actually take the test. Very time consuming and my coworkers took from another company that this was not an issue.

The material versus the test were difficult to transfer the information. Please stop trying to ask trick questions in the test. The test questions re word much of the material studied which in turn made it much more difficult to translate.

The chapters were entirely too long
Alot of the content was just the same material repeated in different ways. There was alot of reference to old endorsements which might be relevant to persons in the field for a while, but was otherwise confusing material to remember. Just listing the content of the most up-to-date endorsement would be nice.
Many of the practice questions were incorrect. When I received a wrong answer, I went back through the material and several of the examples given in text were directly mirrored, but with incorrectly marked "correct" answers. Some of the chapters were excessively long and repetitive of one another.

I really enjoyed the reading of the materials and when there are parts I did not understand I was able to stop the reading and re-read myself and the examples really helped me understand the course.
The author of this course did a horrible job of explaining "several coverages": meaning the content almost fried my brain to a crisp. I have been in the insurance industry since 1979 and have co-authored the BOMI Risk & Insurance designation book (i.e., I've written on this subject). This course content, in my opinion, was mediocre at best.

thought the course was too long vs. the material covered but you mite need 4 hrs. of ethics for some states? (here in MN we need just 3 hrs.) And, part of me says you can't teach ethics. After years in the insurance industry, one gets to see all forms, clients and agents as well as insurers, seeming to act in their own interest when "the moment of truth" comes. Course is right in that reputation of insurers, and agents, tends to be poor as a result when the buying public, personal and commercial, looks at the insurance industry in general. Yet, nothing can happen in commerce, buying a house, car, or running a business, without an insurer backing the financial commitments. It's sad that the insurance industry reputation isn't better (my .02!) thank you

I appreciate the option for audio but the ability to move forward without as well.
There was too much content and too much toggling between the BAP and PAP. It got really confusing. A better format might have been to fully explain the PAP in one course and fully explain the BAP in a second course.

The robotic audio is excruciating, I found it incredibly difficult to stay awake. The length of the quiz and test questions felt unnecessarily lengthy and confusing. Just get to the point.
There were several "typos" in the text of this course. Three that I found. One was actually in the response of a correctly graded practice exam for chapter 2, question 3. Should read than, not that. I found it annoying. Most people probably don't even notice.
I liked the case study mini tests
The ethics portion was interesting. But the course I just took was incredibly difficult to get through. Just a wishlist suggestion. Make this portion of the course more interesting and more simple. (Think the dummies series). It would make it more memorable in our daily tasks and help us to be more effective. I don’t know now much of this I will remember in the long run. I could barely stay awake to either read or listen to this portion. I hope the rest isn’t like this! It takes real talent to simplify course material and make it interesting. But it can be done.
My only complaint (if you want to call it one) was the voice you use for the read-it-me audio was too much of a monotone. Sorry, it could put one to sleep!

I did not know there was a 50 question exam at the end in order to get my CE credits. If I knew this I would have never signed up. I thought the test was only for a "designation" and not for just regular CE credits.

The material was very difficult to follow. It would have been much easier to grasp the concepts if the wording/explanations were less clinical. The examples were helpful because they allowed me to understand the clinical explanation.

Most of what's covered in these courses is "automated." The specifics, like symbols and endorsements, are easily referenced in real life situations. For the most part, things like that could either be removed from the course and test or included as a reference chart during the course and test. An insurance agent doesn't have to memorize symbols, but they should have a firm grasp of how insurance works in general. Just a thought.
This is one of the most stressful course I have taken for CE, but it is Very Informative. I did learn a lot from the Ethics Course.
I found the last portion to long to comprehend that many rules in one chapter. i found myself more confused, would have liked it to be shorter sections than one long one.

I was told I missed one and I know that is the answer I gave. Not that it matters it's just that sometimes these tests don't record the answer. It would really be a bad thing if you scored below a 70 because of it.

I LOVED the "read it to me audio". That feature helped me stay more focused. I was able to listen to the content and read along for optimal understanding. With that assistance I was able to complete the test with a 93%.

Interaction audio option is the best invention.
The examples were very realistic. The content seemed to cover the necessary aspects of the subject matter. I learned coverage concerns for car rental that I never knew, and glad I know now.

I do w/c so am mostly unfamiliar with auto - I took this course just because it fit the hours needed. It was over my head with the way the material was written; it would be great to "dumb down" the writing so it's more easily understood for non-auto people.

It would be helpful if the screen would stay with the audio so you could pause & read (not just hear) the actual information on things that you want to fully understand but do not (or may not) initially.
So much more interesting and well presented than the Commercial Auto 12 hour course! I definitely think videos would help everyone retain the info better than reading, but I still grasped everything. This was one of the better worded courses!

PRACTICE QUESTIONS DID NOT HELP WITH EXAM QUESTIONS. SEEMS LIKE OBJECTIVES WERE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ON THE EXAM
Question 16 regarding Bella hitting a hand truck is ambiguous. What is a hand truck?
Everything was good there is just a question that is in there twice on the ethical portion. "A graduate insurance student attempted to determine the factors...." It's question 1 and 2 in the training. Both have same order for answer "Metaethics" Just a FYI- Take care

The only thing I would recommend changing is requiring the test boxes to be read individually. I, personally, learn best from listening to content. Pretty much the entire course used the read-to-me function, but because I have issues reading extensive paragraphs and syphering information from said paragraphs, I found myself skipping important content or not grasping the full content as needed.

Too much detail on subprime mortgages, derivatives, bonds etc. Appropriate for a class on financial management but too in-depth for an insurance ethics class
Last year when I took my courses, I noticed a political spin on things, that I didnt appreciate. This year, I didnt notice any politics and I appreciate that.
Need easier search words, to pin point the subjects.

There was a lot of information in the course that is different from NC. When so much of it is wrong then it makes me wonder if the things I didn't know is wrong too.

It takes time to adjust the speed of reading aloud each chapter. Allow it to be chosen once at the beginning and not each chapter.

Good information and easy access to information
there were some typos in the content and the syntax of some of the content was confusing.
I really like the ability to turn off the audio option and go at my own pace, and I like the ability to look up my answers easily.
Please proof read the course before you publish it.
I liked the "Comment" section, the summary paragraph that helped cement the information . It was very helpful.

Wording of course and questions had too much info. Needs to be clean and to the point without all of the added fluff.
Section 2 seemed too long and drawn out. I feel like a lot of the content could have been condensed and still get the same point across. Especially only one question in the final exam actually asked anything about those scenarios.
Reading out loud was very helpful.

I did find a couple of typos, but nothing that distracted from the material, or made me misunderstand the content.
I had to turn off the audio bc the voice reading it was so boring, but otherwise everything is excellent. I love to searchable link to chapter feature!
I think it would be nice to have more visuals associated with the content of the course.
I find it a bit confusing navigating the IRMI website to find where my courses are stored that I have paid for. It would be very nice if a link were clearly labeled at the top of the opening page that would take me right to them. I don't mind the multiple passwords but searching is the problem due to the fact that I am not on the site regularly.

The content of this course was confusing to me as I do not deal with the BAP much in my job, so I was not as familiar with the coverages & exclusions that were discussed. It was still a very informative course.
The ethics course was better suited to me. the robotic voice was distracting

The buttons to mark the answers would not always register when pushed. The person who wrote this course phrased the stories and questions in a format that was complicated or difficult to follow for a continued education course. It was as if the writer deliberately tried to confuse the reader.
Very easy to use!
It is very detailed and has information that every licensed insurance provider should have, but a more engaging experience would make it a little easier to finish. If possible, having a sidebar with the course table of contents would be nice. Showing approximate completion time for each section would help for planning purposes too.
The length of the Chapter 8 material should be divided into 2 or more sections for ease of study and absorption of the material.
It wasn’t easy to find things in some of the chapters
This is the first course I've taken from WebCE with the audio read-it-to-me feature. I found it a little distracting to both hear the audio and read the screen text at the same time, but there are likely others who prefer the audio. I will try it out again on another course to see if I get additional benefit once I'm accustomed to it.
I loved that I could come back and it saved my progress, even if I x'd out without saving. I felt like it had my back! Thanks for a quality product/system!
I like the fact that the course has the option for audio.
In the 1st 2 courses I did like the test at the end of the chapters. I though I learned more.

TOO MANY QUESTIONS ARE "EXCEPT". Just ask the questions, don't try to trick the tester. WE are not in High School anymore.
The voice on the audio sounded like it was computer generated. It would have been nice to have a more normal sounding voice reading the script

It would be nice if there were more interactive features. Material was pretty basic.
The read it to me option was distracting because it's computer generated and mispronounced several words. Eventually I stopped using it.
Great course. Really helps to stay fresh and up to date, particularly regarding the peer-to-peer, BASP and ride share coverages.
I like the other format ... take test at end of each section .
Questions do NOT need to be so wordy and tricky.

The questions were long which made me lose comprehensive of what the question was asking. I had to re-read three times before answering the question.
Lots of reading. Narration was way too fast. Multiple choice questions were way too confusing. Not my style of learning.

Actually I wish I started with this website, its a far better system for CE credits then other competitors that I have tried.
The test followed the sameorder as the text. The chapter review questions were very helpful.
Interactive learning opportunities, videos, etc, would be helpful.
The monotoned reader was putting me to sleep. I'd recommend getting an actual person with some inflection in their voice to read the course.
The only issue I had while going through this course, was run-on sentences. Other than that, it was very informative. And the examples were great!

There was too much information in one course. Also all of it STULTIFYINGLY BORING. I feel like I was guessing at many of the questions, some of them were very tricky. The computer generated voice over was the worst.

For the most part I thought the course was excellent. There were a few questions in the practice test that were a bit tricky. I think they were meant to confuse. However, they were not on the final exam. So I was ok in the end.

This question is sexist: "Yesterday, he ran a stop sign and was broadsided by a honey wagon, and the “beamer” was totaled. The insurance company is offering him $49,000"

If an agent does personal auto, BAP policies should not be included in this course. That is more commercial auto related.

It is a very long process for this course. I am a slow and intentional reader which made the time I spent on the course nearly 5 hours! The content was very good. I learned alot.
I found the "except" comment to be confusing . . . must be read aloud to totally understand the question.
The only thing I did not like was finding my most recent place in the materials if I had to save/exit and come back. For some reason I did not come back to where I left off. Otherwise the experience was good.

The gentleman who is reading the script in this course mispronounces some words and misreads various punctuation pauses, starts and stops which, at times, was distracting (unless "he" is an AI entity, then he read it as well as he could based on the way this was written, then all bets are off.)
Better than any other CE provider.
The course had a lot of extraneous information which took extra time to read. I read all information although there were a few parts I only skimmed… Therefore, this 3 credit hour course took me 3.5 hours to complete. Extraneous information should be limited or removed. I have used WebCE for many years and that is the only thing I would change.

I found the course very confusing. There are differences between states. The material assumes policies are all the same.
I like the content, tests and materials are easily accessible. However, I don't know how to get back to the homepage for the remainder of the course ... small problem, I will log in again. Suggestion: after one test is complete, maybe a button to get back to the homepage.

Good presentation and clear path to completion
I found chapter 2 difficult and confusing, long and tedious. However, I did like the different scenarios and different solutions you should consider.

The class was reviewing a lot of information this the first chapters that did not seem relevant. Too much information. I have been in the business 30 yrs. The last chapters got to the guts of the subject.

Quiz and test questions are very wordy and sometimes difficult to understand.
I usually use WebCE for my NC P&C insurance license CE requirements.
A few of the questions in this course test had multiple correct answers.

I liked the examples. I wish it were easier to refer back to the course outline as you are studying to see under what header you are under. Also, I think there might be an error in the prorated calculations on the first example of that when an auto is covered by two insurance companies.
