The person or thing, reading the material, mispronounces words and ignores punctuation. This makes it slightly difficult to understand complex topics.
Some of the material didn't apply to insurance ethics and trust- schoolyard test question, Confucius, facial expressions. Videos were slow moving and boring.
This course has great information but needed more charts, visuals and more scenarios. I recommend a top 10 Gap issues scenario table, a Top 5 "tricky scenario", a symbols grid, a coverage GAP and fix grid. It was just too long and paragraph oriented for this material. There's so many endorsements and what if's that as laid out, it made absorption take longer than 2 hrs for me (I am pretty fast learner and typically can absorb information in 3/4 specified needed time.
the 1st interactive example seemed blocked. Each time I selected an option, the button did not move.
Course was very long. Maybe if it was a dash shorter.
I found the video of father/son to be a bit extra. Some of the anecdotes did not add to the point of the lesson. Some of the examples seemed outside the main point of the course Ethics. Overall, very good course.

The last video of the hour for the anti-fraud component, at times did not line up with the reading of the words in the audio and what is actually conspicuous on the blue screen. It was choppy, and somewhat sloppy. That video needs to be recalibrated.

We are an English speaking country. California Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara, spoke in Spanish; saying "Gracias", which means Thank you. Although, it was at the end of his video speach, this continuing educational course is in english not spanish. It might have been an innocent gesture, but not appropriate.
Hated video only format. Horrible.

I wish that you offered a transcript for this course. There was tons of great information contained in the course. Definitely not your typical ethics class. I really enjoyed it, especially enjoyed Doug Sr's stories.
Some of the content is confusing. Looking for key words or differences that MAKE the difference - often it isn't straight forward. So it requires reading between the lines, which I don't like. BE straight forward. State it clearly.

This course is very dense and difficult to follow, even for someone who works in auto daily. I recommend renewing the content and making improvements to enhance clarity and usability.
Voice to text was too fast at 1.0 speed and too slow at .75 speed. Other than that it was fine
The automatic reading didn't continue on each page - I had to reactivate the page and click it myself multiple times. This meant I couldn't listen continuously without logging back it. That's the only thing I'd change - let me listen to it all the whole way through

Also, Tom Wolf was the second highest life insurance producer in the late 70's and 80's. Gary Fink was the largest with over 13 million dollars in premiums ave in a 10 year period for Prudential.

The Ethics seminars were a mixture of opinion, trivia, and sales training, and were very unfocused. They took up around 2.5 hours of unskippable watch time, plus another hour after that. There were all kinds of digressions and at least 70% of it was not focused on ehtics but rambling examples, and awkward tangents.

I enjoy web ce lay out,. I wish there was more images / templates to look at. Some of the questions are trick questions, for sure, where more than one answer is correct. This makes it a little hard to pick the correct answer also. It is nice that you can log in, save time, and come back to it as needed and as you have time.

This course is garbage. I don't have time for this type of crap. Having to do CE is an absolute waste of time to start with, but this setup is infuriating.
The course needs real life examples - When you speak and converse with an agent, they often do explain this matrix that is outlines in this course. When you have an accident one's insurance rate goes up.
My biggest issue is figuring out if the specific courses will suffice for the CE needed for my license. Here's hoping it does lol

I always entrust my continuing ED to WebCE and I am satisfied with the same each renewal. I would recommend a continuous audio to go through the smaller sections. I like to listen while doing chores or on a walk and continually having to move sections does get a bit tedious.
Ease of use and course selection. Materials and scenarios were relevant to my job and prepared me for the exam sufficiently.

Using effective words, examples, patiently and thoroughly explaining the idea/concept. I especially loved the idea of creating a a PEC. In the past I have had excellent response, self esteem and great business when I have had an ethics code that clients were able to understand and sense I am exemplifying that code. Certain material was incorrect as it pertains to auto insurance laws in my state (Florida). I had to disregard some of the material. I could do that since I've been doing this for 15 years, but for a new agent it would be confusing and problematic, and may not give correct information to a client.

I think some areas were just too comprehensive for renewal CME. However, the audio reading made it possible to finish at a reasonable time. ** I wish the review answers would work after each session exams. For some reason the review your answers now did not work for student to see what missed after each graded final exam. Knowing what was missed should be part of the training so next year the students will not again fail the same questions. Overall, I am a happy camper using this for the first time and I will surely recommend it.

As this is for MA CE credits, the content was not Massachusetts specific and a lot of the information was actually inaccurate for the state guidelines. This led to confusion on practice tests and likely mistakes in the test environment

The definition vs the pap language was a little hard to follow. Too much emphasis on the rental car portion and the rental agreement. The examples were helpful.
The presenters were very relatable. They were regular agents who have figured it all out. I liked their presentation and felt as if they were just having a conversation with me, not talking down to me. It was easy to learn from them and I got more out of this course than I've gotten out of any other in a long time. They not only helped me fulfill my CE, but inspired me to do better in my practice.

This was a great webinar.
The course is good and interesting, especially with all the examples and scenarios that illustrated the points made in each lesson. I would suggest that the presenters make an effort to include females in the examples and scenarios. The only females mentioned in the entire course were the daughters of one of the presenters and a story about a Girl Scout selling cookies outside the entrance to a dispensary. I also wondered why the choice of selling cookies outside a dispensary was considered a good location to maximize business. Is the suggestion that people using cannabis are hungrier for cookies than other potential buyers? Why not a library, hardware store, hair salon, hobby shop, etc?
The instructional portion of the training along with the videos and practice questions make these educational training videos easier to follow and understand.

The very last chapter was half the class. It needs to be divided up, with more practice tests, or, if you won't split the chapter into multiple chapters, provide more than five practice questions. Only 5 questions for a chapter that took me hours to review were too few.

Practice quiz one had an incorrect question that stated a hit a run would be covered under UM. It would not. Only if the hit and run was found and determined not to have insurance. If it's just a hit & run, there is no UM.

Some of the questions were not applicable to our state
I have taken many CE courses in my career. This course was unfocused and hard to watch. They presented 20 minutes of information in 3 hours, and the exam was not well correlated with the course as presented. Horrible.

The Dohrns were very engaging and i appreciated real-life examples that they provided.
I wish we still had the option to purchase the course in book form as well as doing the online study. They were wonderful and very helpful to use as a reference resource.
The voice was obviously computer generated. Words were misrepresented and out of context. Ex Lots referred to a car lot but was read as Lots a quantitative value.
There were some typos in the course content that could be confusing if I didn't use context clues to figure out what the course was trying to tell me. Sometimes it was a typo in a word, but more often than not it was the wrong name or the wrong word being used in the wrong place. Other than the typos this course was refreshingly straightforward and easy to use. I appreciated being able to review the information I got wrong so I could improve myself moving forward.
This course is very appropriate for anyone (not just insurance professionals) in the business world. I'm glad I was able to take this course and will gladly refer others in need of continuing education credits to consider this course.
Having to sit in the course for the duration is not optimal.

I appreciate the option to print the course also, for use when no wifi connection is available. There is an error on page 30 of the "Personal Autos used in Business." course. In the first sentence, under "Ride Sharing." there is a number "4" after the "Uber, Lyft and others" that doesn't need to be there. THANK YOU!

I have ADHD and I cannot stand to hear videos played at normal speed. It is very hard to stay focused on the content but with the ability to play at 1.75 speed I am able to stay engaged and listen better. That accessibility is very beneficial to my type of brain that gets bored easily. Thank you for including that feature.

Your program is bottom line up front.
My biggest concern is for the CE course you have made, the exams are as hard or harder than the state exams to get the license and by doing so could be jeopardizing agents license who may not be able to pass the exams.
A lot of material in the course, however it was organized very well.

Father Son Team did a great job for this topic.
I liked how they broke the sections into 10 minute segments. Because I want to finish a section in one sitting, I knew how much time it would take. I also appreciated how they encouraged us to write a PEC and gave tips on how to go about doing so.
In the beginning, the course seemed dry and boring, but when the speakers shared life experiences, it turned the course around and made it more relatable.

I really liked the instructors for this course. They really brought to life the concepts of ethics and integrity in really great ways by using quotes and consistently using Rucker's information. I learned a lot more in this way and am inspired to put to action writing my own personal code of ethics.
I enjoyed the course teachers (Doug Sr and Jr) more than expected. It was a lot of information, but it lead me to take very extensive notes. They weren't needed for the test, but I gained a good knowledge of how to conduct my business and treat clients/people in general. This was a very good course. Thank you very much!

I do my CE with you guys every 2 years. Very easy to navigate. And it's EXTREMELY helpful that all the pre-built packages you offer in my state all satisfy my state's renewal requirements. It would be really bad if I ordered a 24-hour package that didn't meet those reqs. I find everything to be really smooth on this site.

I really loved the course even though it is supposed to be boring, it was not and it was probably the first time I was actually truly engaged in an ethics course. The only suggestion I have is to introduce a slide that summarizes multiple point content. For instance , principles if leadership were listed one by one but there was no slide at the end listing all of them at once for better content retention
Apparently the California requirement was not that important other than making us listen to a largely irrelevant discussion. The "State" could have had a better presentation.

Father and son proctors. The son mentioned that his wife keeps a list of things he does wrong. I thought that might be a lie and a poor thing to say about the mother of his children - if it is not true- during the segment on "people forgive the mistake" but not the integrity of the person making it. I did not see it as comical if that was his intent. Shaming a spouse is not funny and the comment was distracting.

Difficult to enjoy due to dry material. Very boring.
I loved all the quotations and references to famous figures in history and learning about Tom Wolff and delving into Peter Drucker's advices. Who knew Confucius could be relevant to the modern day insurance agent? The instructors were very engaging and provided the right amount of humor.
Explaining auto coverages using primarily written verbiage makes comprehensive difficult due to the number of different coverage scenarios. It would be helpful to use charts and sections of applicable policy sections to illustrate the written narrative.
Exam questions are more difficult than practice questions.
I noticed a misspelling on one of the graphics (instead of saying EXPERTS said exert)

Transportation coverage never mentioned a deductible for $30 day up to $900 for rental car. Making quiz question wrong answer or learning material wrong.

Overall, the course was pretty good. I would not recommend this course to a brand new agent. Seasoned agents know who Peter Drucker is, but I doubt new agents do or would care who Peter Drucker is.
The presentation of the PAP endorsement section is very long and appears tedious. Maybe breaking that up into sections would be easier on the student.

Your product should be presented in a more friendly and accessible language, making it easier to understand and more applicable to the state of Texas. Right now, it feels extremely long for a two-hour credit class, making the process frustrating rather than efficient. The questions are overly tricky instead of being informative and educational, which defeats the purpose of a renewal course. Because of this, I will never use your system again. You need to be more empathetic toward agents renewing their licenses, ensuring the experience is smooth, helpful, and respectful of their time.

There seemed to be a bit too much info in the rental car presentation - perhaps break up some of that info to keep the interest.

The mandatory hour at the end from the CDI was much drier and more tedious to get through than the rest of the course, which I thought was built much better. The last hour also needs to be updated as it is now 2025 and the course was from some time in 2022.

Anti Fraud section with State of California was so in depth, I stopped taking notes.
The ethics one is too long and didn't know you had to go through the chapters.
This was one of the best ethics courses I have taken in my Career. I loved the videos and the scenarios. They were well put together!

I liked the format, as I was getting my CEs from another organization for the past 10+ years. This was a referral from a coworker, however so far it was a good experience. I would like to know when my completed CEs will be reported to the CA DOI. Thanks
The videos were too long... they could have covered the material in 6-8 minute blocks instead of evrey video being 10 minutes

I took a 10 Credit course that had a 100 Question Exam. The content of the course was very confusing, as was the Exam. The Exam questions were difficult and not really equated to an Exam for a Personal Insurance Rep.
Course was very informative. I definitely learned what I should do better serve my clients. "Mission over Commission" Greatly appreciated.
The Ethics course did not offer the WORD search capability. Extremely difficult to search for the test question applicable instruction material
I found the AI generated narration very distracting and had to turn the audio off - very "uncanny valley" and flat sounding - please use an actual narrator!
Everything was explained very clearly; the examples given were very effective.

A very easy way to get my CE requirements done. The content is very relevant and well delivered.
The Dohrns as Insureance related Ethics instructors were excellent! The business case examples such as US Automotive industry and GM not listening to Drucker's suggestions of assembly line change resonates. Numerous other case examples used to make key points were very effective. FOr a subject about always doing the right thing, they elevated the subject and challenged you to think about how you approach your business, how to engage with prospects and clients, and more deeply how to live your life. Best Ethics or Ethics related course I've ever taken. Video and quiz cadence extremely effective for learning, retention, and future application of what's been learned.

Course overall was OK but the time spent on the endorsements was not as useful as the rest of the material. The state-specific variations make many of these endorsements irrelevant for many users.

This course was very good. Could use some video and charts/ diagrams to bring it up to the current age. Great stories and examples. The reason I would not order WEBCE is that the courses are way too long! (other courses, not this one, are too repetitive, too much material).

This course content is extremely wordy for no reason. The strange client names and having (PAP) after everything is unneeded. It was hard to concentrate with all the unnecessary wordiness.

This coarse does NOT belong in insurance CE. Poor material at best, more importantly there was not one test question relevant to selling insurance. Send this to a psychology CE. This coarse is a stretch for relevance. You should be ashamed of the content and context. WORTHLESS

I thought this test was a little bit easier to read and comprehend clearly, to the question and answer.
This course was much better and far more interesting than the previous one I took that was a 6 hour CE that was read-aloud. It would be nice if you offered transcripts to read along with the video though!

I found another random number left behind: Ride sharing (a service offered by Uber, Lyft, and others)4 involves I hope that helps you to clean up typos as there are still a few in each of the classes I took this time. Overall great content, and for someone who actually reads all while listening to the audio, the longer courses take me about twice the time stated... a 5 hour class takes me about 10, the 6 hour took me 12. It's a lot of time invested! But thank you for helping me brush up on relevant content. I appreciate the information as I haven't really taken an auto insurance class since 1985! lol.... :)

I really like the training videos from the father and son team. They are very engaging and informative.
The endorsements were the number as opposed to the title or name of the endorsement in the last section of practice questions. This caused a bit of consternation as I had not memorized the numbers.
Liked the tag team of father and son explaining so that it wasn't monotonous.

The ethics presentation was so basic and juvenile. There are so many more interesting things that could be said rather than hearing the presenter tell about the time he called a fat woman pregnant.

My only recommendation would be to include more visual examples of coverages or exclusions to help establish the difference in the mind of the student, because many of the coverages and exclusions contain the same words and are difficult to remember.

After 26 years, I am now closing in on my final year of practice. I've sat through, viewed, etc. more ethics presentations than I can count. This one is by far the best. Not only did the presenters provide actionable information, advice, and guidance, but they did so in a way that will help producers (and honestly, anyone in sales of any kind) build sustainable, honorable, and most of all .... fun ... businesses. Took far longer than 3 hours. Kind of violates the principle of the course.
The way some of the practice and test questions were worded was not clear at times. The practice question about who would get an increase due to an accident did not specify which driver, it just stated a situation. The test used peoples names and expected everyone to know if they were male or female, kind of outdated. This is the first time I’ve seen issues like this for courses on this site. Otherwise, the courses and availability and convenience are great.

I don't know if this is the most effective way to present the information for me to continue to learn and add value to my clients. I prefer the audio course I have taken over two actual people talking.
Some exam questions do not provide enough detail to properly answer the question, and leave the exam taker to make assumptions about the question.
This course spent too much time on the instructors' telling stories and less on facts or useful information. It felt like I was attending a CE presentation at the Holiday Inn back in 1992.
The presenters did a good job - but it was VERY BORING.
This is the only school I go through for my CE since 2015
I would have liked a some sort of written document especially when recalling some of the content. There was no way to review wat I just saw in a video.

The orator was terrible. I had to turn off the audio and read it myself. There were run on sentences, mispronounced words and infliction of sound was incorrect making it difficult to comprehend.

This was a great training! The required tests throughout is a good idea.
I like courses that I can read, that have good outlines and stick to the subject. I felt this course could have been cut in half by leaving out most of the authors family background and experiences that I found boring and deviated from what I wanted to refresh on. For a brand new agent or producer this course might be helpful but for a continuing education course it was very tedious.
Calling a student a bad student in regards to the good student discount needs to be worded differently.

I tried to use the Read-to-Me option but found the audio very stilted and dry. There wasn't a lot of inflection and I found my attention drifting so I disabled the audio and read it myself. Otherwise, the course material was very good.

This course was not concise. There was too much focus on irrelevant detail. If presented more effectively, key topics would have been more clearly emphasized. In other courses offered the information is succinct.
Would rather read on my own
I did notice several typos within the course, ranging from use of "any way" where "anyway" would have been correct, to one section where several sentences were duplicated, resulting in a jumbled, unclear paragraph.

Didn't like the format of the course. Some of the videos weren't playing properly and missed some of the content that was being discussed. More information would have been better to see on the PDF of the course material reviewed and taught. Overall it was a good course, but probably wouldn't purchase it again if I have the choice.

The font made it easy to read the questions. Only having 5 questions at a time to answer made it easier to study in chunks.

It was very long. Listening vs reading it myself was very time consuming. I guess if we are to have the actual real-time hours, then this is sufficient. Otherwise, to read it ourselves, would probably be shorter time.

I decided on 12 hours perhaps you could split this 12 hours into 4 segments to make easier.
This was very outdated video for ethics. While I understand what they were trying to achieve I was not impressed with the style of the presentation nor the constant reference to one person for ethics.

A lot of the industry material seems outdated and irrelevant. Using sales practices of the 1920s and eyebrows/body language as a testing point seems silly and far from helpful. Test on ethics and sales practices, not Sally's eyebrows...
curse was good and easy but i would like it for it to be a little bit more short since moms and full time workers don't have that much time to be reading so much information. for final test maybe if is also 20 questions would be better, but overall great curse i would definitely recommend.

I'm more well-informed of the do's and don't of insurance. I had only one set back of not being able to log into the system one day, but it was resolved in a timely manner. I was surprised at how dated and condescending this course was. I don't like leaving a poor review but I think there should be some sort of warning so it could be avoided, especially in a course that is specifically required.
I truly like these courses as they are not long and drawn out. The only recommendation I would make is please shorten the questions and answers. That is a little much in my opinion. Overall best CE courses.
I think for a one credit class 25 questions is a lot and the names of people you should not have to look at the his or her in the answer to know if it is a male or female.

The ease of use as I was caring for my 91 year old mom during the course. Then, her death. I was able to take time off for extended hospital visits, then funeral and tornado damage. A LOT of unexpected interruptions!!
It would make sense if the questions related to Michigan when you are taking a Michigan test. Many of these other state questions are not correct. No one in MI would have $25/$50/$100 limits....

This was, hands down, the best CE course of any type that I've taken this year. The instructors displayed a high degree of emotional intelligence, which is DESPERATELY needed in our society today.

I spent almost 6 hours to complete this course, it is supposed to be a 3 hours course.
The course material is very difficult to read and boring. Would be nice to have more interactive elements, photos. The written examples were good - that was how I learned about each coverage.
I found the section on Uber and Lyft confusing
The video was very informative, thorough, and easy to follow. My only recommendation is for the notes to provide a little more detail for the students to refer to in the future after the course expires.

I have to admit. I was one of the people you mentioned at the end of the course who thought it would not be interesting. Boy, was I wrong! I've been in the industry for 34 years and this was hands down THE BEST ethics course I've ever taken. I got so much from this course. I see nothing that needs to be changed
I don't like that the hours taking the test don't count towards cont ed hours. If the same amount of questions are given for a 3 hour course as a 6 hour course, the person doing more courses that are less hours spends more time on tests. Not fair

This is the only course I took from you this year that had errors in it. Many places where numbers were inserted as if to hold a place where someone had to insert something. Clarifying words were missing and Jessica referred to as him. Speed of narrator just a little to fast when trying to comprehend the material. For conversation or listening to a book, the speed is fine, but not for learning. When I slowed the speech down 1 notch it was too slow. Would be nice to have more speed choices. Thank you for helping me pass my CE this year !!!!!

Stop using gendered pronouns in the course. These are not pertinent to material facts of insurance
The AI gentleman's voice was monotone which was hard to following, got boring listening to same tone.
Remove all gendered pronouns throughout the course. These are not needed to provide examples of the course material. Why does the course mention an actual existing non-profit organization by name (The Lighthouse for the Blind, INC) This could show WebCE as not being impartial to non-profits in total. Lastly there is a test question that gives incorrect BI/PH limits for AZ. Since July of 2020 the minimum limits required in AZ are 25/50/15. All information needs to be factual and accurate to the time of use of materials
This was one of the better Ethical courses I have done.

Please remove gendered pro-nouns during the course. These are of no consequence and do not reflect opportunities of non-binary or non-gender conforming persons. Adding genders in the context of insurance does not change the outcome of the insurance program being described.

In the 38-years of working in this industry, this is the best Ethics course I have taken. It not only thoroughly discussed ethics & integrity but did it while utilizing a sales-mentality. Outstanding course.

I really don't like the video-based training. The instructors seem to know what they are talking about, but spend a lot of time on things that seem unnecessary and had little to do with the questions that were asked in the exam.

Good content, but the videos ran way too long.
Although I scored 100%, I did not like the test questions. I found them to be very longwinded when the course information was pretty succinct. The longwinded test questions, although I got all of them right, sometimes had multiple answers that could have been correct if taken subjectively, but remembering the course content, I understood the test creator's bias and chose accordingly. I think the test questions could be re-written with better clarity for the test-taker (this would also be more fair/ethical for the person whose judgment and comprehension is being examined).
I appreciate being able to go through the course in my own timeframe.

The ethics content, videos, and handout were helpful and beneficial, but the hour long anti-fraud training video at the end with no final exam questions disrupted the flow of the entire course. Perhaps that should be at the beginning or a separate ethics course?

The information contained in this course was informative and was explained with good examples on how this coverages and/or exclusions would apply. However, the amount of credit hours of 24 actually takes 48 hours in real time studying to complete. Just have to be aware to allow for this extra time.
There could have been another option to video, like power point with audio.
Glad you offer inexpensive a la carte option as I didn't need more than 1 course.

I'm an old school agent since 1978 and still doing business. The current curriculum reflects the needs of the current generation. Due to no fault of yours, these courses are dumbed down...understandably so for Millenials, Gen Z...Gen Alpha should be a hoot!

After 33 years of being a licensed agent- I have been under the impression that sales and marketing concepts are NOT to be part of any Continuing education courses - and I felt that 80%+ that was the content of this course. Shocked WEB CE endorsed this course.
audio is inconsistent from video to video. Some are particularly muffled, need a better audio engineer to equalize approprietly.
This course needs an update to simplify the terminology and provide clear and concise wording. There are also a number of text and/or grammatical errors that need an editor to clean up.

Misspelled words, question clarity, and sentence structure need work. Stop trying so hard to confuse me! The goal is to reinforce concepts known and practiced.
Some test questions had 2 correct answers. example would be question 4 of the exam I took.
I like the video format. I am encouraged to review my code of ethics again this year.
Information is easy to understand and the quiz help you self check your learning as you go.

In the past I have had trouble with some courses being a little hard to remember with many codes and dates etc. This course, while including those items, were introduced in a simple understanding way. I picked up on it quickly and easily.

As I work from home or often only have time to test when I am home, I either had to call in someone to proctor or take my laptop to somewhere to test with a proctor. I did see where the virtual proctor is also an option but found it difficult to get someone to find the same time to spend with me while I tested. Other than this, the text, video and testing was easy to use and understand.

You have questions that are grammatically incorrect. One question reads "Which of the following would ineligible for coverage as a private passenger auto under for an unendorsed PAP?" Someone needs to proofread this material.
The question about Carter and Royce is unnecessarily confusing. Instead of saying Carter thinks Royce should pay b/c blank and Royce thinks Cart should pay b/c blank...it should just read Carter and Royce were arguing about who's insurance should pay. I couldn't understand the question because there was so much story attached.
I was surprised, the father son team was professional and gave me a lot of good ideas as to how to manage my practice more effectively.

Each year I have to take an ethic CE and they are very borning and repetative with the same content. Doug and his son not only covered the assigned topic but gave great insight into ethics and selling. Very happy with content, presentation and the ease in understanding saled basics. I am 73 years old and prior to insurance I have sold a millions of dollars. Why, because I do as Doug has instructed. Sell trust first then product.

This was some great information. I relearned so much about Personal Auto Policy coverage. Although I have been doing my insurance profession for over 20 years, there were still some questions, I needed to rethink. I love the way the questions on the test can be a little tricky, that keeps the mind sharp.
The ethics format was new for this year. Doug Dohrn, Sr. & Jr.'s presentation was highly informative.
I am so happy to have had this. Although, I have been in the insurance industry for about 22-23 years. This course has great questions about coverages that are very important.

The ethics course was mediocre at best. The love affair with Peter Drucker was overdone and there were too many personal anecdotes that wasted time and distracted from relevant course material. Also, a lot of the material was inaccurate.

This particular course is not what I usually experience with WEB CE. It took them many hours to communicate 30 minutes of value. Too much of irrelevant talking without coming to a point.

The Endorsements have similar wording. Maybe head each chapter with a Question, like "What if....." then head the chapter sections with another question. It is hard to distinguish one definition from another bc of the similar wording. Using Company names like Drugg and employee names like Jessica helps the student keep it all straight. This was a hard class because the content is not interesting, albeit important.
I am usually hesitant to take video classes as I tend to learn better by reading. This class proved me wrong -was the most interesting ethics class I've taken so far!
Break the Content - Read-it-to-me audio - In to shorter Sections.
The presentation both met the requirements and provided many useful or reinforcing comments that help me in my practice or provide thought provoke ideas. Really enjoyed the time to learn. I have been a producer for over 20 years.
I was expecting the pdf file available for downloading to include the Chapters and lessons not the handouts.

This course was actually interesting, much less boring than others I have taken.
Test questions are too long and complicated. They seem to be designed for the student to fail. But maybe not because I received a score of 100% on my first attempt.

This course of all the courses I have taken has been the best course. The instructors were genuine, helped liven up what normally would be a dry course and I finished more educated and equip than before I started this course.

My only negative comment is that some of the questions lacked details that were important in answering the questions. It was only on 3-4 questions. Found it frustrating that I kept getting a message that I had timed out (while still watching the video and interacting). Had to enter the course again probably 10-15 times which slowed down the process and caused unnecessary interruptions in the course.
Ethics are real life situationally dependent. Going through definitions and theory are a usless endeavor. This was structured like a high school course and I found the content a complete waste of time. After listening to the first video I just skipped to the final exam. If I could undo my order of this packet I would.
The test questions should be more simplified and easily understood.

This was a very informative and great CE course all in all.
At times, it was hard to understand the AI reading the contact. I would have to go back several times to relisten. Also, it seemed more geared to California law than the majority of the United States for the most part, adjusting to current state laws, In one’s mind, made it a little easier. At least the test questions were pretty much straightforward and could easily be answered.
I spent more than 3 hours to finish this course. The DOI video itself is one hour long. I think this course should affored more than 3 hours CE credits.
It seemed the audio was AI.
This course is complex to the point where advertising it as 'continuing education' is irrelevant. There's no educational point to it. It's at least 90 % legal jargon with no practical application.
This was little hard to follow.
The large exams do not promote actual learning. The smaller units followed by exams tend to work better in this online format.
Getting from the Colonial "My Learning Connection" page to Web CE is the problem. Once on your page things were fine.

Honestly, i would not buy anything from either of these fellows. In addition, I would nt use them as a guide to ethics. The course could have been called, "Get you clients to trust you and you can make more money!" Or,"Ten ways to convince your clients that you are trustworthy, even if you're not!" This course had little to do with ethics, but a lot about successful sales gimmicks.

If available, I’d like to see an updated version from the presenters. I took this exact course previously. Obviously I enjoyed it and wouldn’t have paid money to repeat it for my CE two year later, but if they have any newer content, I’d like to view that.

Thus far, I find these courses well made and tailored to test an agents reasoning and logic in such a fashion as to foster a fair and reasonable retention of the information presented.

The person reading the content of course was really hard to listen too. It could just have been a computer reading the course to us. I have taken other courses of your and we could see the presenter and they talked and did not just read the content.

The Course was easy to navigate. The presentations were entertaining and informative. after spending hours reading another course for 8 credits it was good to just listen, learn and ace the Exam.
I ordered my course late so the office was closed. I was confused by the insurance CE package because it was different from what I had taken before and I was not sure if the California life and health requirements changed. Also I did not know this course was not open book until I purchased the course.

NC is very unique with their auto policy and much of what was in here is not applicable in NC>
North Carolina auto policies are very different than most states. Some of this information was incorrect. Probably not a good class for NC agents.
Easy specific educational
The audio for this course was not very good. The guy reading it was robotic and monotone. I turned it off.
The State of California video at the end is way too boring, it almost killed me, luckily I fell asleep first.

Question about recocmmending or suggesting to a clients (on part say you should not but in otheres it shays you should) its is a personal agents decision its not a wright or wrong question and is not based on law and should be not used in a state test --only factual or state law question should be used

Disliked the the personal illustrations the father and son gave, most were way too long and others were just plain gross re: picking ones nose etc. grossed me out and not funny, in fact I sped through skipping the video when the son would start up
A couple of the questions you asked were addressed but the appropriate answer was not given in the material provided. I feel if you are going to ask a question than the information to answer the question should have been provided.

Presentation was clear and helped me to really understand the importance of why we need to know what ethics is and how to develops our own morals and ethics as part of skills.

It would be helpful to provide packages that include both property insurance and life insurance as only one is provided. Other than that, both the product and service are excellent. The report back to Department of Insurance is very timely as well.

I like how easy it is to use your courses. I like how expedient it is to get the results applied to the state for qualifications to meet CE requirements.
I will be 71 the next time I renew my license and not need to take a CE course. If I did need one, though, I would select Web CE!
The only reason I would not order it again is the next time I renew my license I will be 71 years old. After age 70 CE is no longer required. But if I needed to take the course I would take it with Web CE!

The use of initials UM, UIM and others without explanation was very distracting and required doing a look back or going to a third source. Not up to IRMI standards. This is not the usual quality of writing we get from IRMI. I am a 20 year client.

In the menu for ordering which course to take there are several courses that appear to be the same. It creates a bit of confusion. Why are there no descriptions to help in deciding which course to purchase. I literally just assumed the first one was the best option.

I have been taking courses like AML and Ethics, etc for over 20 yrs. This course lacked quality content. I found most questions silly or unreasonalbe. A better focus on real ethical behaviors, ethical standards, genuine meanful content.

Doug Dorhn Sr. and Doug Dorhn Jr. were wonderful! They were refreshing and made the class enjoyable. I also loved being able to watch them discuss the material as opposed to reading it like I usually do with other CE courses.

the trainer was pretty dull. it is quite boring to watch someone sit at a table for hours simply talking at me. an interactive training, something with drawings, video, etc. would go miles.
there were issues with the test questions where they marked correct answers to be incorrect.

The content was more Sales related, than overall Ethnics.
Instructions was dry. Videos/real life situations make the material more engaging.
A couple of the questions, including one I was marked wrong for, were more of a judgement call than a specific rule. I'm not sure that's teaching facts, more like teaching your opinion.
Not the normal ethics course. Made me think and I took away some ideas that I look forward to implementing.
The Ethics portion was well presented, and interesting. The Anti Fraud portion was very poor and a chore to listen to.

I did not like the "time fillers" used during the course that were unnecessary to ethical behavior Such as looking someone in the eye. How to shake a hand, ect... Also the course said 3 hours of ethics and it went over 4 because of the California required extra hour on the back end. Would have been nice to know to plan accordingly.

I found this course more difficult than a 2 credit class. Took more time to understand the material.
Dad & son didn't pass my "eyeball" test as professional instructors, and their video's were cheaply made. They refer to Peter Drucker much too often and misquoted him in Ch 8.1: Drucker used those definitions to define the difference between Efficiency and Effectiveness in leaders. Also the practice test answers in Ch. 5, Q2 had an inaccurate answer: right answer is to understand which business you are in. Drucker's book gave the example of buggy whips not understanding their business was transportation. The son says the work "now" way to often in each session. And, Ch 6.2 was more about making better sales calls than ethics.

The presenters told too many personal stories which caused me to lose interest at times as it detracted from the material. I would stop listening when they told a personal story and then start listening again when they went back to actually instructing
some of the exam questions were not easy to find answers to. Had to read over several times on a few of them to find the right answer
add more scenario features like pictures and videos to help build the product knowledge.

It was not understood that the Exam covered every topic studied under the learning package selected until I got into the Exam.

By using videos with no written content, it took me 4 hours to complete a 3 hour credit.
It seemed the stated FNA approach results were still more focused on the benefits to the producers, not doing the right thing for the client. 4 of 5 reasons are producer focused benefits - 1. Easier close 2. Higher closing ratio 3. satisfied customers 4. better referrals 5. greater average sales.

Since you do not specify the gender of each of these people you are relying on people to make an assumption based on their own biases. Just add male or female. That was painful. Essentially, this "ethics" course was about how to be "ethical" so you can sell more insurance. Also, if they cited Peter Drucker any more they'd probably have to pay royalties.
the formatting of the information is not user friendly. The use of bullet points or numbers would be better served. The font variation only caused confusion from subject to subject.
Over the years I have taken many courses from WebCE, but this was the most BORING and long-winded course I have ever taken. The presentation by the father and son team was waaaaaaa too long and redundant and the section by the DOI provided minutia that is irrelevant to the subject of ethics.
You need to update the read it to me feature. The voice used is very dry and uninteresting. Almost puts you to sleep.
Questions were made to trick you and not see how much you learned.

The authenticity and knowledge of this father and son team is to be commended. Enjoyed and learned. Was skeptical about the "life-changing" pledge. However, he was right. Kudos. Only suggestion is to update slides/PowerPoint presentation. The Maslow correct response is not the same in the corresponding slide. I referred to it for the chapter test and missed it because of that. Knew the answer but it made me question myself.

totally spoken courses are not my favorite - also, I did find some of the comments a bit jarring and out of step with current moves towards inclusivity (wife jokes, etc....) I am not humorless, it just didnt seem terribly professional, given the course content.
A third of these questions contradicts what my company allows or teaches. The material seems geared for specific agents and is hard to follow when it's not how my company operates.
I love the video tutorial format used. Perhaps in the future you can shorten the content and get to the point quicker. Thank You

I enjoyed the portion presented by the Dohm's very much. They made drab content interesting. However, the last section on fraud by the CA Enforcement Branch was very difficult to remain focused.

This course took me most of the day to complete. 3 CEU courses should take 3 hours, not all day. Also, some of the content has nothing to do with Ethics, i.e. body Language and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs???
This is three hours course, but the video is more than three hours, plus exam, take about four hours.

The ethics section was more of an autobiography than a learning experience. Too much personal information from presenters. I a have been licensed for over 30 years, don't need a tutorial on "how to sell"

This is very flexible, I like that I can pause when my eyes are bleeding and come back to it. The examples are great, help clarify.

It is not updated with the correct information and it has things in the course content that we do not use in the insurance field. Just like the practice tests for the final exam did.
WebCE is an easy to use tool. The video option is very nice. This particular course had boring presenters. One of the two looked down at his own notes too often.
The video presentation of this course with nothing to read made it take much longer than it needed to.
When using the left and right arrow keys to go back and forward on the videos, it moved 2 seconds at a time. I think 4-7 seconds is better.

How do CE Courses really teach or refine ethics? You either have good ethics, or you don't. I really feel this is just a check the block type of requirement. 3 hours out of my day when I could spend it with clients and helping them... being ethical.

The instructors were clear and engaged, using personal examples and took turns switching back and forth speaking/teaching in the various discussion modules to keep it interesting.
Enjoyed it and it was very helpful. Loved the examples given could relate to it in my own life. Would recommend this course to others and the format was much better than reading and taking tests as in the past CE courses.
The content of this lesson was not at all engaging and I did not come away from the module with any new information. I didn't find any value in this lesson. Specifically, there was no variety of learning modes, only unengaging video with slides that had minimal visual impact. Additionally, I went through the lesson completely without skipping any part of the module, and finished it in 2 hours and 40 minutes. I needed to waste 20 minutes of time staying in the lesson to unlock the exam. This was a very disappointing lesson and not up to the standard I expect from WebCE. I've been using WebCE for nearly 11 years and this makes me want to search for another company for CE.

The content was confusing due to the overuse of jargon and acronyms. The voice was BORING and everything was poorly presented. Yuck!
The way some of your questions are worded puts a person who is proficient in English and who thinks logically at a disadvantage. Some items could be worded better/clearer.

That was the best ethics course I've ever taken in my decades of being a producer
I liked that it was a different approach to Ethics than classes I have taken in the past. New things to think about. The only downside was a lot of the humor fell very flat. The "asking a fat woman when the baby is due" and "Girl Scout sells cookies outside marijuana shop" are ancient stories that have been retold too many times (and have had memes for years). Otherwise a very interesting course.

The content was interesting at times & not super interesting at other times. I think some of it may have been due to Sr's lack of emotion or expression. Webce.com had better pricing than other places I checked & I needed exactly 3 credit hours (2 for ethics) so I was happy to find more than 1 class with 3 on ethics.
There are several typos in this particular course. There is also a question in the practice questions that is extremely confusing regarding collision coverage and rental endorsement that should be changed.

Great course! Material was relevant and had a lot of backing. Loved the back and forth between the speakers. Instructors understood the material and had great examples to help make messaging clear.
The California Anti-Fraud video had closed-captioning. There were so many grammatical errors, it was distracting. It didn't have periods at the end of sentences, no capitalization at the beginning of sentences, etc...
the presentations were mono-tone and boring. so awful to sit through. but they're free to me so i'll be doing more

Hard to actually find specific answers to questions
During my entire career as a General Lines Insurance Agent in Texas, I have always used WebCE for my continuing education requirements, and will continue to do so in the future.
The two speakers were great and making the content fit within real life.
I'm not happy that i don't have a choice to read the materials myself. I'm not white and don't want to listen to their personal stories. Cartoons would have been more neutral
I thought I would not be interested however the presenters did a good job of speaking interestingly and keeping my attention so that it was easy to listen to.
I found the site and material very easy.
Sometimes the jargon used can be confusing, however, the use of examples to clarify really helps to apply the information
About half of the course seemed to be a history lesson and personal stories of the instructors. I would have preferred getting only concise information needed for course completion and exams.

I must have read this quickly, but did not realize this was a video presentation. I would have watched a live presentation for this rather than watch recorded video. The presenters were enthusiastic about the learning, but too much on Peter Drucker, the question on Maslows Heirarchy of Needs was not correct, and this was a very simple course. I did like the PEC that they suggested if there was a highlight.
I loved the material used for the course really made you think & was creative. Helped with understanding concepts better by giving personal experiences as examples

This course was something different than the ones I've taken before - it was 'video', not reading material, and it was offered by an independent educational institution. It turned out that it was very interesting - the course not only talked about ethics in the insurance world but also ethics in general that runs the bases of our daily life (including working in the insurance industry).
This was the best ethics course that I have ever taken.
This entire course was video, many of the segments were longer than the freeze out time for the course however. So while I was watching the course would time out and make me log back in even though I was engaged and paying attention! Very frustrating.
I've used WebCE since I've started in the insurance industry which was 2009. Very easy to use and great content.
This was a very theoretical class and the fellows talked way too slowly.
The questions are more into logical thinking of understanding instead of finding answers studied in the chapters, It's hard to understand and answer correctly due to the language bearer.

I didn't like how the Senior presenter kept saying "God" in a lot of his comments. Ironic since this is a course on ethics and includes an emphasis on not offending people.
This course was selling itself and their method of ethics little too hard. It was really distracting and by the end it was really hard to trying to parse out the information they were trying to give since it got really anecdotal. I know that's just how ethics courses go, but I was struggling to stay engaged by the end.
After 15 yrs as an FA, this has got to be the BEST ethics class I have ever had!! I also spent 24yrd in the USAR's and have a MS in Counseling. Really liked these instructor's!!!
The page numbers should be numbered in the Table of Contents clearer. They are currently numbered by the order of the slides, which include the Introduction page and Table of Contents and finding a section proved difficult. Maybe "number" the first three pages as A, B and C, then continue with actual numbers to correspond with the slides? Thank you, I hope that you are able to find a solution that will help someone else save time.

As with the Home rating course, the auto course was practical and applicable to my job. The ability to work at my own pace is imperative. The audio and visual learning is my preferred style. When I first realized I needed to watch the video instead of just reading the material and taking the test, I was annoyed. When I sat down and went through it, I actually learned a lot more than if I had just read the material. I was more attentive to the material, and really enjoyed the presenters. I loved it!

I have been an agent since 1996. This is the best CEU’S ethics course I have done. Also explains the old school methods that I found unnerving in my early career. I feel more validated for doing the right things along the way even in the face of pressure from poor management philosophies. I hold MS CLU ChFC AIF.
I had a slight problem navigating the website, but I'm 60, so I did not grow up during the computer age. Still, I found everything I needed after poking around a bit. I did find the customer service representative to be very helpful and friendly during my initial phone call!
I've been in the insurance business for over 15 years and this is by far the worst most clunky continuing education platform I have ever used, do better

The video content was ok. However, I found it to be slow-moving at times. But the biggest frustration for me, was that every video was in the range of about 10 minutes long. The system logs us out after 5 minutes of activity. I had to remember to pause the videos about 4 or 5 minutes in, and then resume....so the system wouldn't log me out. Everytime I was logged out - I had to go back and re-start my videos. I really found this format very frustrating and will probably avoid the video-style training modules in the future.

At first I thought 2 guys sitting at a table reading notes would be a horrible way to present, but both turned out to be effective and engaging.

The video content made it so helpful in my learning.
This course was excellent, but the description made me think it was a video that I would listen to, not 52 pages to read.
I enjoyed that they spoke of real life interactions (example their own family experiences) it made it more relatable and easier to not have our eyes glaze over!

I am more of a self-paced guy and watching videos is a little cumbersome for me, however, both presenters (father and son) were awesome and true professionals. I got some things out of the course I was not expecting.

I thought the readings were very straight forward and informative. When taking the exam, I felt like a lot of the questions were very similar to each other though.

The tests are too difficult. It feels like the questions are designed to trick you instead of being fact and knowledge of insurance based. There is too much extra verbiage and the fact when you take the test you cant see which answers you got incorrect, and what the correct answers are is extremely frustrating & unhelpful in successfully completing the course.

I found this course in particular much more engaging than other courses I've taken. The examples, stories and references to other thought leaders were great! Very engaging.
I feel that the materials could be written more clearly, not as wordy in many parts of the course. It seems that some explanations are very wordy & actually cause confusion in the way they are expressed in some sections.
It was just long, but it was also good.

This is NOT an ethics class - it is a sales techniques class! It's boring, the stories are not relevant to the subject, etc etc

This is my second time using WebCE and I will continue to do so in the future. The website and courses are easy to maneuver through and the material is very beneficial to the exam.

Same as other sections. The wording in this is sooo out dated. There are a lot of people who have a hard time learning by reading. The fact that insurance information is still presented like it was written in the 17 or 1800's is just crazy. That needs to change so people who have trouble learning this way can do it easier.

it was challenging the ethics - it seems like the introduction question kept scoring 0
Sections were too long..meaning there would be a bold headline then three pages of close together paragraphs that were hard to read
it took more then three hours and It should not test each chapter then test again!
This video course is terrible. The presenters are dry, the content is goofy and silly examples and steer away from the true focus of ethics. The course is nothing more than using another authors content and trying to make it there own and has very limited value on actual ethics in the insurance industry.

It would be nice if you offered Ethics courses for only one or two hours of credit. Often find myself only needing an hour to complete by requirement, but end up having to take 3 hours.

alot of the content was very universal and not specific to one insurance provider, which in some times made it very confusing because the quite a bit of the language/forms/endorsements names used here are very uncommon within our company.

I've taken many Ethical Courses in my time (over 40 years in my career as a Group Health Agent). This presentation was--by far--more interesting and engaging! this was my first time to choose a video-only presentation with a closed book exam. I realize I prefer to skim through information in a text format due to time constraints and knowledge of other courses but this Ethics presentation was unique and I didn't want to miss any of the details so it took much longer than I expected to complete this course.

The video format was awkward. It was difficult for the presenters to keep my attention.
I didnt love the voice of the reader. There was no variation in one. It was like having a robot read to you. Which makes it hard to pay attention.
I liked the conversational style of the reading material and interesting examples.
I liked that I was able to change the speed of the read-it-to-me function.
I really enjoyed this course. Although familiar with many of the concepts, it was a great reminder of some things and added some beneficial ideas to focus on in order to improve.
Practical application of ethics training is helpful. Most ethics training boils down to compliance instead of anything actually ethics related and is usually not helpful. This was a breath of fresh air.
It was a long with a lot of information. I would be better if you had smaller tests after each part.

Understanding Personal Auto Insurance Course is long and boring.
This was my first WebCE course and it exceeded my expectations. The instructors were personable and informative.

The questions were written in story problem format which is not the best format to test knowledge or hone knowledge as all do not test well with story problems
this particular module was extremely drawn out and a not presented very well. The material could have been presented in half the time. Too much "story telling" personal experiences.

The price was right and the quality of material was excellent.
This course couldn't decide if it was a course on ethics or sales techniques. There was an entire section on reading body language. That is purely a sales training. There were numerous other incidences of discussion of pure sales technique. While good sales technique is certainly ethical...it's NOT the point of this course. I wish I had not enrolled in this particular course. (I'm a 20 year licensed "veteran") WebCE is Great! This course needs to be re-evaluated.

I found that several times the course indicated that I had been timed out when I was active in the course. I found it troubling as i was shorted on the time credited on completing the course. It rook over 4hours to credit the three hours required.

the course itself was convoluted in the way it was written. More examples would have worked. Also, there were several writing errors in the training. Main point--the test questions after each section should have an explanation for the wrong answers as well as the right ones. The final test was easier than the section tests. Thanks.

The presentation was very interesting and thought provoking. I learned a lot and plan on implementing what I learned.
The author of this course did a horrible job of explaining "several coverages": meaning the content almost fried my brain to a crisp. I have been in the insurance industry since 1979 and have co-authored the BOMI Risk & Insurance designation book (i.e., I've written on this subject). This course content, in my opinion, was mediocre at best.

There was too much content and too much toggling between the BAP and PAP. It got really confusing. A better format might have been to fully explain the PAP in one course and fully explain the BAP in a second course.

Spelling and grammar needs improvement
I took Evelyn Wood Speed reading course I read at 860 words a minute with 85% comprehension. I dislike the bog down of video content as I can complete the reading material much faster. However, the course was very good, I found it to be ept for those who do not speed read. BUT I will avoid video classes next round of CE

The ethics portion was interesting. But the course I just took was incredibly difficult to get through. Just a wishlist suggestion. Make this portion of the course more interesting and more simple. (Think the dummies series). It would make it more memorable in our daily tasks and help us to be more effective. I don’t know now much of this I will remember in the long run. I could barely stay awake to either read or listen to this portion. I hope the rest isn’t like this! It takes real talent to simplify course material and make it interesting. But it can be done.

The wording of the questions MUST be revised by a professional linguist who a native English speaker (born and raised in the U.S.) as it appears that all these test questions were put together either by an uneducated person or by a Philippine person from Manila who was hired to prepare this material and the exam /test (i.e. 99% of all such materials and tests are created in Asia). You cannot outsource this insurance program overseas as the language or the jargon will suffer and become unclear. I would say the language is barely recognizable as Insurance Jargon that used to be the case in the early 1990s at all A.D. Banker Insurance test sites across America. I am very sad to see the Insurance Jargon to diminish into this nonsensical and poorly-phrased imitation of an insurance Continuing Education material.

While there was some good content in the course, in general, the course felt dated. It assumed a work model based on face-to-face meetings. 90% of my business is by phone and Zoom. And seriously --- handshakes???

WEBCE is the only company I use for continued education every time.
It was very good. I photo snapped some important phrases and people for further reading to apply in my daily life e and continue beyond what code of ethics I have accumulated. If photo copying is illegal please let me know and I will delete them.

The content of this course is usually mind numbing. I appreciated the life lessons offered and the added information regarding John Stewart Mill and Peter Drucker.
This was an amazing course. It had me to revisit some things regarding my own PEC that I have not yet created. The course was very well organized and really great because of audio and visual learning which is excellent communication for retention

As someone who enjoys learning and is married to an English teacher, I expected that the claim that this class would "change your life" was possibly an exaggeration. It was not at all. This material has made me think differently not only about how I do business, but also how I want to interact with people in all aspects. It really is changing how I think. I will recommend the class to everyone in our organization. Thank you. I appreciate the time and thought that went into this. It was so much more than I expected from an insurance ethics presentation.

Most of what's covered in these courses is "automated." The specifics, like symbols and endorsements, are easily referenced in real life situations. For the most part, things like that could either be removed from the course and test or included as a reference chart during the course and test. An insurance agent doesn't have to memorize symbols, but they should have a firm grasp of how insurance works in general. Just a thought.
great course. Very well done. Good balance between important content and a relaxed style of presentation. Lots of really good ideas and suggestions for both career and life. One quiz question and answer should be reviewed. There is a question about the mistake that the railroad companies made in thinking of themselves only as railroad companies. As the story is told they missed seeing that their actual opportunity was to control other areas of transportation like trucking. The answer matching this is indicated as incorrect in favor of one that discusses seeing what helps/hurts them. This language was not used in telling the story. I think the answer about missing the actual opportunity better illustrates the point being made "whayt business are you really in?) and is as good or superior to the answer which is shown as correct. Thanks for a great job!

This is my first time using WebCE. It was recommended to me by some co-workers. I found it easy to use and the content was engaging. I like the fact that I can stop and start the lesson. This makes it easier to fit into my schedule.

I LOVED the "read it to me audio". That feature helped me stay more focused. I was able to listen to the content and read along for optimal understanding. With that assistance I was able to complete the test with a 93%.

When going back to search within the course (during the exam), it was not the easiest searching through a verbatim transcript. It would have been nice for the transcript to be optional, but also be paired with bulleted list of key points.
Course was better and more illuminating than I thought it would be, lots of good nuggets of wisdom.
I had difficulty reading the information, often found poor grammatical errors which resulted from transcribing the class as the speaker spoke.

One of the best ethics courses I have taken - As a psychology major, I loved the references.
Vocabulary too formal. Simplify the terms/words, used & provide more examples of scenarios. Provide a summary at conclusion.

I believe WebCE does a very good job in its offering of class courses.
I do w/c so am mostly unfamiliar with auto - I took this course just because it fit the hours needed. It was over my head with the way the material was written; it would be great to "dumb down" the writing so it's more easily understood for non-auto people.
we were required to spend 3 hours in class, but the videos only lasted 2.5 hours. So we had to go back and re-listen to content--big waste of time!

It would be helpful if the screen would stay with the audio so you could pause & read (not just hear) the actual information on things that you want to fully understand but do not (or may not) initially.

I have trouble comprehending long questions in these exams and it would be very helpful to someone with a learning disability to have accommodations for the exam
The course says it is 2 hour course and feel very strongly that on all these courses actual course work is more than double the time that course says it is.

Presentation dry and boring
Last year when I took my courses, I noticed a political spin on things, that I didnt appreciate. This year, I didnt notice any politics and I appreciate that.
I liked the online classroom setting. The courses that are words on a screen that are read to you in monotone are hard to follow, but the combo of real people talking with tonality and story telling helped me to learn.
Some questions - feel like multiple responses could have been accepted.

This is NOT an ethics class. This is a SALES APPROACH class with a few of Drucker's ethical comments. Come on gang! Ethics requirements should be dialed down to what is right and not. Yes there are shades of gray - the essence of ethics - and that's where the material should focus. Every other year I'm amazed at how crappy the ethics required courses diminish. Try to choose the least best right maybe kinda answer. Tell me I'm wrong. If you really want to gauge a producer's morals and ethics then incorporate real-life E&O,s. Hands down this course was pathetic!! Thank you for wasting my time. Oh, and fire the person who thought this presentation actually helps a producer to make ethical decisions.
I found it interesting that, in this course about ethics, one of the instructors could be so casually misogynistic when he stated that he makes mistakes and his wife keeps a list of them.
This coarse is a waste of time and effort. absolutely no help to the insurance producer or prospective clients ..what a shame and waste of money. Are these guys psychologist or insurance producers? Experts on human behavior? This coarse has no business in professional CE training. Shame on Web CE. Stick to the facts.

Ethics and the Trust Factor should not be listed as ethics, this course is about selling insurance with ethics and trust mentioned in the discussion.
This is one of our favorite ethic courses. It gives real information that can be applied by anyone.

This is the fourth class I have taken with with WebCE and it is by far the best. Listening to the audio on the previous three classes was horrible and so monotone. These guys were interesting and made some corny jokes that helped keep focused. Overall considering this was online videos I really liked them. Wish the other three were done by these guys.

I just don't like watching videos. I'd rather read the material and take the test.
I did find a couple of typos, but nothing that distracted from the material, or made me misunderstand the content.
There were a lot of spelling and grammatical errors in the tests which made some questions challenging

I enjoyed that the review chapters were easily accessible.
The course handout was confusing. Of the 70 page handout, pages 1-9 were only "Topics Overview". So I was busy taking a lot of notes because the printout was so skimpy. I thought that was all that was available. But then I discovered that Pages 10-70 were actually the expanded course notes for the whole class. They should have been 2 separate handouts, or at least contain some explanation about the 2 different sections.
I thoroughly enjoyed the course, especially the credibility of both presenters. Very easy to listen to with sincere hopes that the producer will be a better agent after completing the course.

The buttons to mark the answers would not always register when pushed. The person who wrote this course phrased the stories and questions in a format that was complicated or difficult to follow for a continued education course. It was as if the writer deliberately tried to confuse the reader.

Maybe when you do not know the answer to a question and you click on reference that it takes you to the paragraph in the presentation where the answer is instead of having to try and find it.
The presenters were great!
It is very detailed and has information that every licensed insurance provider should have, but a more engaging experience would make it a little easier to finish. If possible, having a sidebar with the course table of contents would be nice. Showing approximate completion time for each section would help for planning purposes too.
Someone should read the questions in this exam. It was the dumbest material. It am amazed that the state insurance board allowed this to meet the guidelines for ethics hours. WebCE should have higher expectations of their material.

I am an assistant so as good as this education was it didn't really apply to me except for social skills.
I feel the 25 question exam was too much at the end as it was a little time consuming.

I thought the course was engaging and easy to follow. I wish the handout had a few points that they addressed in the video portion written under the bullet points so I can reflect back on what their recommendations or suggested actions were to reference later.

Wording was verbose, repetitive, and confusing.
TOO MANY QUESTIONS ARE "EXCEPT". Just ask the questions, don't try to trick the tester. WE are not in High School anymore.
i used auto play and it ended in under 2 hours for a 3 hour course? i had to rewatch a bunch of them and waste time to get 3 hours. AUTOPLAY you would think would last the length of the course. The handout had very little on it that could be studied. Some cards were just words with no meaning.

There was clearly extensive effort in putting together a well organized lesson plan. The helicopter view was clear and I did a mental check list as we went through the course that these gentlemen were hitting the points they had outlined. They were each easy to follow and gave this dry topic life with the research and the real life examples. I expected the senior to be excellent and he was. His son has taken his Father's mentoring to heart. However, they each have their own style and it compliments the course to have them alternate. Ethics isn't easy to teach, and usually somewhat dreaded, but this time it was not dry. I like these guys. If they were local I'd invite them to speak at a NAIFA meeting.

I didn't like the sales 101 information. I haven't used the sales tactics these gentlemen were talking about since the 80's. The ethics portions were great, the sales instruction not so much.

This ethics course encompassed many things to help producers, especially Leadership and quotes from leaders and solid selling techniques. Some courses I have taken were more to distinguish right from wrong. It was a great learning experience

A few of the test questions were vague and lacked clarity. More like "TRICK" questions.
I really appreciated the fact that the course was recorded and I could listen to it and watch it. It was much easier to retain the material being able to hear it versus having to read it to myself. While labeled as an Ethics course, I found much of the material focused on the marketing/sales component; e.g. body language.
This course took far too much time for the credit hours given.
I disliked the weak attempts at humor.
Even to have the presenters standing & engaging just a bit more could have made this more engaging for me. Good content.
This was (to my understanding) an ethics-qualified course. Course was 35% ethics, 65% marketing and sales in the form of how to convey trustworthiness to the prospect/client. I almost expected a snarky remark about trustworthiness being "just another sales strategy." In pure running time (i.e., not including my pauses) course was longer than the two hours of credit available. All told, I feel short-changed and wishing I had back those hours of my day.
I had to enter my producer number multiple times. I would move from one page to another and get kicked out and have to reenter, Otherwise this was a great use of CE time and money.

Some questions had very obvious answers and others did not. Some of the questions could have had two different answers and were a little confusing and wordy.

Although this was a good course with valuable information, I do feel it is less appropriate for P&C agents like myself to take. I think it would be better to have an ethics course like this where P&C examples and exam questions are used. Some of the life/health/securities and annuities examples/questions may confuse and trip up P&C agents.

Disliked video component - two people just sitting. Disliked the overly casual, meandering, "fireside chat" dialog. The written component should be edited and have integrity of grammar and structure. The spoken portion should reflect an organized presentation, which does not assume on the client's time, but is carefully crafted to present clear ideas, reinforce them and achieve the client's goal. It would show gravity and respect if the presenters stood and moved more. Content should be updated.

The presentation was VERY producer/sales focused. They also came off as having very dated information. Anecdotal stories were misogynistic and not applicable to the current insurance marketplace. They seemed to present as if all students were door to door salesmen. No I&D discussion with the course. The entire training seemed to be addressing tactics on how to sell to individuals.

This is the worst ethics course I have ever taken. It flirts with situational ethics and spends much more time on other things than ethics. You don't need Peter Drucker to be ethical or Maslow to know what is right and wrong.
The examples from Drucker and Wolff were effective.
I always thought I had test anxiety horribly in prior testing obtaining my license. I have managed to pass everything I've learned so far for my CE's with so much ease that I realize that it was testing environment & teachers & not so much anxiety. Please, for everyone out there like me, keep it up!

The video was outdated as were the examples. Many of the scenarios were geared towards an individual producer, many of whom don't exist any longer. Tactics represented such as when a client moves towards you, he/she is interested are outdated and seem cheap.

Grammar should be checked--ie should say 'really good' instead of 'real good'; a few words missing. Also didn't like viewing the course through the letter-box style window. When I enlarged the window, functionality would not work
Please use some visuals (pictures or charts, etc) to help break up the monotony of just reading.

Giving the transcript of something that was meant to be watched in a video was poor. Would have been better to have provided the actual video along with the transcript.

I really liked the stories (personal experiences) that they added to the lessons. I enjoyed the humor that they brought as well.
Some of the Exam questions were a bit ambiguous or more than 1 possible choices could be correct.
This Ethics & Trust course was the best I've taken through WEB CE and I have been using this service for at least 8 years. Good instructors & interesting content. Wasn't boring like some............

I found the exam questions and answers not straightforward. More questions could have been based on the course material instead of scenarious.
The course contained grammatical errors and is not interactive aside from the quizzes and "read-it-to-me" audio. Fortunately limited content and low time requirement of the course made up for the fact that it was essentially an article. Financially, I understand that every course, especially a single credit one, can't be highly interactive or have high quality audio and video, but the talent used for the "read-it-to-me" audio left much to be desired. I couldn't listen to his voice for a whole course. I would have actually preferred no audio and no pictures and simply calling it an article rather than the two(?) pictures and being read to by "Mr. Monotone".
Easily understandable and I contacted someone over the phone with a question and they were very helpful!

OMG!!! This course was THE biggest waste of time! It was literally a COMPLETE waste of time and yielded NO value. It was THE worst course I have ever taken through ANY CE program - hands down.
I found it much easier to pay attention to this course due to the conversational nature of the content presentation. I appreciate being able to turn the video part off as I am a quick reader and absorb more from reading than watching someone speak. The information provide in the course is very interesting to me and helpful/applicable in my actual daily work as a producer.
The written information was too long, even though it was all good info with good examples. Perhaps break it down to essential info with additional info available to explain essential info in greater details for those that may need it. The one thing I really didn't like was not knowing how I was wrong in my answers. Regulations must have changed. Another company I used prior to yours allowed reviewing of missed questions and then picking a different answer. Better for learning. Thank you.
I prefer to read it myself. It's much easier to go back over something, and I read faster than Doug.

I would have liked better understanding and comparison of the incorrect answers to the correct. I did think a couple of the questions were poorly written.
The questions did not exactly align with the content presented.
VERY EASY TO USE AND UNDERSTAND
Several questions on the test where worded oddly and hard to follow.
When Reviewing missed questions, the correct answers should also be seen so the student can learn from the mistake. Not just the students answer.
Verbiage was a little convoluted.

I really appreciated the down-to-earth style of speaking, and how the gentlemen incorporated humor. It made me feel like I was in class with them in-person versus virtual through PC. Enjoyed the talk!
The material seemed very generic and I really didn't use the reading material. When I did, it still seemed unclear.

I have taken a lot of CE courses, this was the best one. The key, the video training. Plus, the trainers used good examples. I actually felt like they were trying to make my practice better. In the future I will always select this training company.

The course said it was also in a video format but I couldn't find ANY link or buttons from the My Courses page after selecting this course that allowed me to watch the video. It only took me to a page with a PDF of the transcript and the exam. I am very displeased since I specifically picked this course because it said it came in a video format.

The instructors - Doug Dorhn Sr. and Doug Dohrn Jr were very pleasant to listen to, used language that is easy to understand and made the course very enjoyable. I have recommended it to several people already.
This was really Life & health focused and I work in P&C. It makes the examples less effective. Still fulfills the ethics requirement and well done. Would recommend for life producers. would not recommend to my Personal Lines staff of Account Managers and Claims Rep. thanks!

Most of this stuff is just common sense.
The instructors in the videos were easy to follow and presented the materials very effectively.
Too much material for CE and takes too much time. More than the three hours requirement.
Some practice questions were less about ethics and more about facts such as who created a theory. I'd prefer the practice questions to focus on content that can be used/applied not a fact that a producer won't use or recall.

The video transcript created misspelling and questionable grammar. Is there a video I could watch instead of reading? If there was, I could not find it. Good content, but would like the video.

Would like an explanation when reviewing the answers I got wrong on the final exam.
I don't know if I was missing something in the presentation of the learning content, but I was VERY disappointed how weak the content was. This is a learning experience for the student to understand the subject in a way that improves their professional abilities and better serve the client's needs. I don't normally respond to surveys like this, so I hope it is taken as an opportunity to improve your product.
Pro- Much more interesting and practical than most Ethics Training. Con- Handout should be condensed. Too many pages, no table of content on handout. Thank you for an excellent course.
The course was concise. Only improvement would be to have a video or two, in addition to the text.
If there had been an audio and/or visual presentation it would have been nice. Reading a transcript of an audio, visual presentation is not quite as effective.

There were no video presentations, the PDF seemed difficult to read, the content seemed to be a dual concept, not simply ethics but ethics and sales technics, I was unclear of the actual objective.
A time line of how much total time remains would help make allocation of time for taking course. But in general it was divided into digestible segments.

There weren't any visuals or videos in this course....it left it a bit boring. The material was well written though to keep you open-minded and following the outline. This could have been a confusing course for some but it was well put together.
I really liked the presenters for this course. They clearly care about their work and teaching others. The videos made this really interesting.
The chapter format of this coursework was somewhat confusing, not as easy to follow as other chapters, it was a lecture told by first person, did not have any sub paragraph breakdowns
Overall it was very interesting listening to an audio sand being able to follow on with the written notes.

The definition of 'sell' is wrong and made me question the rest of the material. What he offered are derogatory definitions but they are the slang version of sell and not necessarily the actual definition.

Most of the course I did not think it was an ethics course. Hand shake advise, eye movement, reading body language, other non related subjects than ethics. They spent more time on Wolff and Maslo and Drewery and Confusious than relative ethics. Sorry but I have to be honest.
