The autoplay could not be made to work in any browser I tried. I was forced to confirm my identity on every page, every few seconds - not every 60 minutes as stated in the dialogue box. I was unable to adjust the audio speed despite being able to do *sometimes* in the first course I completed.

The content included in this course appears to be skewed by the authors lack of experience. The question are "carrier specific". All carriers do not operate the same way. The quoting of authors (i.e. Plato etc.) and references to multiple works (books), regarding ethics is irelevant. The course is based on the opinions and bias of the the author. This is everything an ethics course should not be.

The sporadic verification during training was difficult considering the lack of answers I had for multiple verifying questions
My only "complaint" is these courses use obscure names of people and companies and they are a distraction for someone who has Dyslexia like me. If I could make one change, it would be to use common names across the board. It is a lot less confusing.
The thing I disliked the most is that for the option to play the audios for each lesson, even though I selected "Yes", I still had to click on play for each one and it should have auto-played each one as I progressed through the course. Thank you.

Audio was helpful but it was AI and the timing and fluctuations were off. It was evident that it was AI. Would have been a lot better if the timing and influctuations would have matched the content.
I like that there is repetition and synchronicity between the related claims courses. This allows the student to learn the principles more easily by having them reinforced.
My only issue was the functionality of searching key words in chapters. The internet CTR+F was more advanced than the search function built within the chapter

Having to remain in a course for a designated time versus how long it actually takes someone to complete the course is unclear.
The automated voice reading the text was frequently incorrect in pronunciation and made sentences hard to follow by the fact the pronunciation of many words was so obviously wrong. A human being reading the text would have been better.

Course was all reading, no video or other learning methods. it was very long and even though it was read aloud the time it took to do so was half the time required to be in the course, so I went through it a second time and still had time left over.
I have always used WebCE. I have referred many others to complete their CE's through WebCE as well.

Ethics course was very good. I am recommending to my employer for everyone working in the Claims area to be required to take the course.
When highlighting red flags, one of the red flags listed was "extensive chiropractic treatment" due to soft-tissue injuries. However, in my experience working in Florida PIP, most auto injuries do end up being mainly soft-tissue and/or with chiropractic treatment being the most likely treatment. I understand this is likely a reference to the fact that chiropractic and soft-tissue injuries are the easiest to misrepresent, however it is not specifically because it is extensive or that it is soft-tissue, but rather that there seems to be no improvement in condition with treatment over time. This line could be reworded to explain better why this could be a red flag, since the wording as it is now comes across as out of touch for how auto injury claims actually present.

This was a great teach on Ethics. It was just what is needed to help us Adjuster's make sure we do right by the Policyholder, Claimants, and Insurer!
The cutesy names throw me off the main topic I should be focusing on.
My only critique is that I often am on the road for long periods of time and this is an excellent time to listen to the audio content. Problematically, and indeed dangerously, I have to use my phone to switch to the next chapter. This creates a distracted environment. I know that you also occasionally have content quizes, which stall my advancement in reviewing the content. Is there a not safe way around this? Maybe you could provide an app that recognizes that the user is in a car and waive these requirements? I really would love to be able to do this while I drive, but the danger due to distraction gives me pause.

I did not skip any part, read through all the chapters, took all the practices tests got to the end and I had 2.5 hours to go yet to be able to take the test... so I had to redo the whole thing over again.. so may want to look at the time frame on this one. The other ones were not like that.. just this one.

the earliest parts of the course make repeated, unnecessary references to Christianity, in such a way that makes it seem like the course writer feels Christianity is inherently an ethical religion and all Christians are therefore ethical people. It is inappropriate for a course like this.

Where a word or two is off, but overall I enjoyed.

I feel questions should not be tricky. Intentionally trying to trip up a student by adding phrases, "which is least likely" is requiring the student to have test taking skills and detracts from what the course is teaching. Stick to the curriculum and do not try to see if the student knows how to take a test. Disappointing......

I believe it would make it easier to comprehend if you left out different names and last names. I think using one name bob for claimant tony for insured and the insurance company would be easier. It made it difficult with all the different names.

Some Example test questions in the modules are worded in such way as they can be taken in different ways, resulting on wrong "answers" - Ex. Question about First Notice of Loss vs. Documentation: the background info in the question leads one to believe the First Notice had already been reported.

The audio could use some improvement to be more easily understood. For example, the written text frequently contains a number of days in the following format "thirty (30) days" and the audio reads this every time as "thirty thirty days". As a side note, there are also a few typos within the text.
Some sentences were incomplete and gtrammar was incorrect at times.

As I have used WEB CE for the past 8 years and like the easy-to-use format I hope to use it in the future.
Wording on reserves being conservative, but made for the "Worst case scenario" and "Maximum amount" is not conservative. It would be the minimum amount and the best case scenario. The wording is confusing.

I LOVE the fact that these classes are not a final exam at the end and they are broken down to sections testing after each one. This is SO MUCH easier remembering the material of what we just learned!

When I set the read it to me audio volume on one page, it resets to max volume when I go to the next page and I have to keep resetting it. It should remain where it was set from one page to the next.
only issue is the definition of the 3rd party deductible - vague.
There were errors in the tests of a few of the chapters... I believe they may have been 11 and 12 but I could be wrong. They would be the chapters somewhere in the middle of the course though.

Again, a good deal of the questions was tricky and I had to read the questions several times to get a good understanding of exactly what was being asked, making my time to review longer than what was indicated.
I wish I was advised of this prior. Per the original test Texas requires the ethics portion. Had I known I had to do this extensive work I would have started awhile ago. Thank you

I like the easy of flow through the course. I like the ability to flow back and forth through the sections when needed for reference. I like the option to allow it to read to you. The ability to change the reading speed may be a nice upgrade, as it read a little too slow. I liked the summary at the beginning and end of the sections, very helpful.

Were the stated prerequisite requirements appropriate and sufficient? (Optional) - Not sure at this time How easy was it to find what you were looking for on our website? (Optional) - Each displayed a message that the courses were approved as CE Credits by TEXAS. Fingers crossed that it is true. Recommendations to colleague question 9 and order again question 10 - change to 10's if/when Texas gives credit for the hours. I did check Sircon an the credit hours are shown at the bottom as applied hours and not at the top yet under compliance summary.

You guys used "Demonic Insurance Company" as a fictitious insurance company in one of the Exam questions. That's just really strange. You could have picked any other word. I highly recommend changing that.
Much of the info was not applicable to a Public Adjuster.
I loved how I could study on my home computer work computer or cell with my passcode. What I did not like was how often I had to keep re entering my passcode

The use of random not usual names adds frustration in trying to read a hard to pronounce name, when some of the questions are already confusing.

I like the search function in each course.
It was better than any other course i have taken.
The IA audio is pathetic. You really need to have an actual person reading who understands and/or statements. I don't the IA to read "slash" or "hyphen."

On section: Additional Sources of Recovery (Part I) There is a few questions that say the correct answer for disposing of a vehicle is to dump it in the ocean to become a corral for fishes???? This doesn't seem right but its what the system makes you choose to pass.

Everything was as expected.
27 years of taking Ethics, the quizzes are now deliberately written to be very difficult. Search feature is almost useless as all multiple-choice answers are within the searched chapter and have no clear-cut choice that matches the question being asked.

On my Chapter 4 Exam, The question was: Franklin did not pay the renewal premium on his homeowners policy. Two months after his policy expired lightning struck Franklin's House. On receipt of Franklin's first-party property claim for lightning damage, his property insurer will most likely a. accept the claim without qualification. b. tell franklin to go fly a kite, and deny the claim outright. c. file a declaratory judgement action. d. I don't remember what this one was. Even though B seemed the most correct answer, it also seemed the most likely to cause a terrible customer service experience and tank the credibility of the adjuster/company with telling an insured We are Denying your claim go FLY A KITE. You are telling adjusters taking this exam that is ok to tell an insured to go fly a kite Because that is what Ben Franklin was doing when trying to get electricity on to the key tied to his kite string? Really?! So, no, I choose some other option that made less sense because I would never tell an insured/claimant go fly a kite while denying their claim. So much for sympathy/empathy.

Lots of overlap with this course info and prior courses. Questions were also confusing and poorly worded. I got several questions wrong that I still believe my answers were just as correct or even more correct than the answers listed as being correct.
Easy enough to do, simple UI, good product foe meeting CE.

I personally think this is a very good course. Sometimes the information was a bit confusing but I managed to make it through. Overall a great program for learning this skill set.

The questions should leave out personal names in my opinion and refer to the specific persons role such as claimant, adjuster, insured etc. Names only seem to clutter the questions in my opinion. Still very happy with the course.

There appears to be an error in Chapter 2 under the Rule Number 9 section. It states "All documents need to be date stamped." Then it states, "Note the word 'each.'" But the word "each" is not used in reference to date stamping.

I have been using Web CE since I became an Insurance Adjuster & find this course exam very knowledgeable & informative.
The names used within the worded scenarios were at times a bit confusing.
The AI figure reading the course content is horrible. It cannot follow regular reading norms, when to lower the voice, when to pause etc. Go to "The Countdown continues. Here are the next five....." The reading of that is atrocious, to say the least. It makes it really difficult and annoying to follow along. It is valuable to have the audible version along with reading, I grasp it better that way. For God's sake, just have normal people do the reading who know how to pause at Periods, commas etc.

I am not sure that the question with the answer of asking the insured to come up an amount that someone would pay for their VEH is incorrect. The question was an except question so wouldn't putting the burden on the INSD be something you shouldn't do and therefore meeting the except requirement.

There were two or three instances where my answer was counted wrong, but they were not wrong. Rather, you were looking for a different answer, which is also obviously not wrong. The fact that you interpret some phrase differently than me cost me only a minute or two.But you should be more careful, I think.
This took a long time to complete, but it was thorough, clear, and well-presented. The writing is excellent and engaging. The examples were extremely helpful. Very entertaining name and scenario choices engaged the brain and kept me interested in the content. Very well done.

There were a handful of questions that I thought might have been written incorrectly (either the answer didn't seem correct or the question itself was hard to understand).
We need more tests and courses for workers compensation. Again in NM they gear more to liability. Many of us are WC adjusters and we dont handle PI or Liability property claims

These ethics course requirements seem overly complex and with several sections that didn't seem to apply to ethics at all (i.e. claim reporting process). I've done this job nearly 23 years and still much of this seems like word-salad nonsense.

The use of unusual or complex business and personal names made it difficult to read at times. Whitty reasoning on some incorrect answer on questions that contained other plausible answers was less than appropriate. Its learning, not a game

If someone is to have a role, that role should be clearly stated. Last names (i.e. Adjuster) should not be used to identify the role of a person in a scenario. It should/would/could not be assumed that Amber Adjuster is the adjuster in a scenario just because the last name is "Adjuster." Cole Carpenter wouldn't be assumed to be carpenter in daily application. When an answer is dependent upon the roles of each person in a scenario, test takers should not have to question if a name is just a name or the actual role of the person being discussed.
the actual time to complete all of the chapters in the courses is not accurate. example it took me over 8 hours to complete a "3 hour" course .

Rule Number 7: Don't Let Fraud Succeed. I was taken aback how personal it seemed rather than factual/professional. One example: "Everyone involved in the business of insurance and everyone who buys insurance must make it clear that they are angry with what is happening to their insurance premium dollar. When I, and everyone who has ever purchased a policy of insurance, hear that $300 out of every $1,000 we pay in premium goes to a criminal, we should all want to scream out the window..."

After spending 15 years as a property and auto adjuster, I learned additional information that will help me in adjusting.
very time consuming with involved reading and taking exams.
Two questions asking about the disposal of damaged vehicles both had the answer about dumping the car into the ocean listed as correct instead of the answer about selling the vehicle at auction.

Under Chapter 3.2 after "following" there should be a colon: Under Chapter 3.5 halfway down the page it states: "A primary ..." there needs to be a colon at the end. Under the third bullet "the" should be changed to "their". Under the fourth bullet "rises" should be changed to "would evoke." ( I was an English major so though I would help you out. Use more realistic names. The tongue tying and "pun"-ny names are tricky and extremely distracting to the actual question

The course material was fine, but I am not sure why it was necessary to mention Black Lives Matter or ESG. Depending on what side of the aisle you are on this could be inflammatory or praised. I just don't see a need for either in this material.
Audio - reading of alpha and numeric was a bit much, especially considering the number of times they appear together. Example: forty five (45). Otherwise, great!

Please change the "read it to me" audio to a human voice. The 'automated' voice makes the material hard to retain.
As a Public Adjuster the questions re automobile ins and liability are not relevant to me, but this was one of 2 non-proctored exams available and I needed both of them to obtain the needed credits, in fact I need 3 more credits and will have to secure a proctor for that exam! More course offerings and better suited to our profession would be most welcome!

ON SOME OF THE TEST THE ANSWERS ARE CHANGING AFTER YOU SUBMIT THE TEST. THIS HAPPENED A NUMBER OF TIMES.

The diction and phraseology of the course is like a contract. It is concise, but often takes a moment to translate back to yourself what you just read/heard.
Using name like "Dick Slick" and "C. Alice" (play of words from the ED drug, Cialis) seems inappropriate.
the questions in these exams need to be reviewed and reworded. the structure of the sentences and the punctuation was incorrect so it made reading and comprehension difficult.
The audio portion of the curse was very monotone, and I feel that some lessons can be shortened a bit. Some of them were rather lengthy and I feel that by cutting the lesson in smaller segments might work better.

The auto generated read did not follow proper English etiquette. Instead of stopping at periods. it went straight to the next word or number without interruption. It should be delayed by at least a second before proceeding.

The course was too detailed for someone that’s not a claims adjuster.

The course was fine until it got to number 2. The language used to explain was very difficult to understand. The wording read like a law form.
The was one comment in one of the questions, I felt was inappropriate. Something to do with a person meeting death. You all should figure out another way to phrase the question.
I wish was more engaging and the questions didnt use such similar names to each other, that made the quiz difficult at times and had to re-read.

It said I got question #5 on the first chapter wrong but I didnt. There was no red answer highlighted just the green/correct answer which I had gotten right but for some reason it counted it as wrong. Please fix this.

some of the questions on this particular exam were very very confusing. many of the answers that require a response of what the adjuster is NOT looking for, is based on speculation or opinion, which neither one is a fair assessment and doesn't provide a fair chance at getting the question correct. I've been in insurance for over a decade, and this CE exam was by far one of the poorly worded CE exams I've completed.
Some of the questions had what I believe were no correct answers. Even a careful reading and deliberating over the intent of the question left me with no correct option.

WebCE support staff in Dallas was excellent! They answered all my questions and even did a deep dive to answer presumptive follow up questions too.
there is only one point I want to make out is the story line for examples -when using the Names such as Mr Black and Ms Brown it is confusing in a sense of the 2 last names are the Letter "b' would made more sense than to re reading it by saying Mr. Black and Ms Orange -other than that it was fairly simple
Web CE made it easy to learn
The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the below practice question & answer. Compared to the veriage in the content, it was very confusing and seemed not to quite line up with the content around this topic; for example, the answer I selected (letter a) used some of the same language as the content did for this definition (like "Suggested wording"); yet the answer that was supposedly correct had differing language & didn't seem to define the term Model Regulation compared to how the content described it. See below: 1. The NAIC provides the suggested wording for regulations that state insurance departments to use to administer a law that follows the wording of the NAIC's sample law. This suggested wording is known as a(n) a. model law. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "B. model regulation." A model regulation, which will be enforced by regulators in the state's insurance department, is a draft regulation that may be implemented if the state legislature passes the related NAIC model law. b. model regulation c. unfair claims practice. d. unfair trade practice

I believe that some of the questions were difficult to follow. There were a couple of answers that were not correct in my opinion. Overall the course was good. Thank you.

I've Used WebCE once before
Some of the sections were a bit long and dry.
I enjoyed the ethics course but I did experience some issues with the audio stopping before the text was read completely in various sections.

The preselected packages make it easy to stay in compliance with the state requirements for CE courses.
Some questions used confusing language. They did present in basic, everyday language but when attempting to determine the technical answers, the plane language sometimes obfuscated the actual issue.
There is still no package option for commercial insurance. If you want to do commercial, you have to select them individually.
This is the second time I have utilized WebCE
The Read-It-To-Me audio feature was extremely helpful as it helped with the extensive material being presented. Some questions on the chapter exams had overly long/drawn out scenario build ups that I found unnecessary.
The 60 minute password to confirm identity continuously popped on screen and made it difficult to complete the course.
This particular course required one to remember the various deadlines associated with responding to a claim, etc., so it required a little more attention to that type of detail than expected. I am taking other WEBCE classes; however, there aren't enough monitor-free classes and the course topics need to be broadened as many of the same classes are offered from year to year.
I found the course content to be extremely informative. The practical examples and real-life applications were particularly helpful in understanding the concepts. The layout and content of the exam kept me engaged throughout the course.
The way the information is presented is a bit dry. It would be better to have more charts or videos to present examples or information.
A lot of the questions seem unnecessarily verbose.

Web CE is a reliable company to obtain or renew a license. The information is needed for any adjuster to digest with complete understanding.
I really don't care for all the biblical references in regard to ethics. I don't put much stock in bronze age mythology to support ethics and good behavior.
I would suggest that you not use examples of organization (i.e. BLM) that have been proved to be organization who engage in illegal activities when using examples of ethical organization.
A few questions contained grammatical errors. This caused me to have to reread the questions several times to make sure I understood them.
Taken the CE credits; I enjoy the bundle option the best

I've been a customer for decades and recommend WebCE whenever I am able to my colleagues in the insurance industry.
The attempt of tricking or using verbiage in the test questions that isn't contained in the training is frustrating. I got one question wrong for simply stating I would follow up with the lab before contacting the customer instead of answering that I would tell the customer I haven't received the report. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond and that question is ridiculous as the answer is based upon personal interpretation on our daily work habits.

For a class to teach that one should always use proper speech etiquette; there were numerous grammatical errors
the questions were vague and some even incorrect in grammar creating confusion of what the questions were asking to properly select the correct answer.
Read aloud feature worked for a while and then stopped, re-started, and then stopped again. No big deal. I just had to read it myself after that.

Every year I recommend that FEMA/NFIP use WebCe for the annual renewal of my NFIP flood adjuster certificate in the course survey. I don't understand why they make us sit through a 6 hour presentation that teaches nothing and tests nothing.

Appreciated the real world scenarios
If you have to pause the read it aloud audio then pick it back up again it is hard to find where on the page that audio is starting back up. If there was a way to highlight the word the audio is on at that time, or to highlight continuously as the reading progresses, it would be easier to follow along.
The Course Helper is imperative to keep as it helped to ensure I could refer to the information I was to retain.

This course took longer than needed to complete due to it being only text. While some people may thrive with this kind of learning, I personally find it quite difficult.
While I understand the time requirements set by the state. The required "time" inside the course is eponentially LONGER than the time it takes to actually read the content. There's no benefit to sitting around waiting for the clock to tick one all the materials'been read. Please consider adding EXTRA reading material to the course. Otherwise, this ends up just being a clock watching game with no actual benefit to MOST Of the time spent taking course.

The six hour course if you go through the complete material is more like 9 hours.
I did not take this course with audio and probably would have preferred that method. That said, nothing else needs changing.

Been in industry 20 years and some questions and some answers are either wrong, don't make sense, are unclear. But this is the exception, again, overall, great.

One of the practice questions asserts that a "The photo of a banana peal" would be appropriate documentation for a slip fall claim involving a banana peal. This is incorrect as it uses the indefinite article "a" referring to the banana peal, meaning the photo is not specifically the banana peal which caused the slip/fall. The correct answer should read "A photo of the banana peal".

The monotonous tone of the speaker made it hard to pay attention. If there was more interactive portions, it might have been less so.

The test questions are unclear in some of the sections. There is a lot of run own sentences and the descriptive nature of the adjuster, claimant, insurer, etc just added to the frustration of understanding the questions and having to read them more than once to get a clear understanding.

The test questions were scenario and hard to follow with the overall course, this course should have been even out by multiple questions and yes and no questions.
Some of the questions we're confusing where State X and State X. It would be best to maybe word that question in a different way.

Some of the language used in the questions is a bit "imprecise" and open to interpretation. To suggest that documenting "thoughts" in the claim is somehow "wrong" is misleading. I believe you meant "personal" thoughts, or perhaps "personal opinions. The claim analysis process requires the expression of thoughts to explain one's decisions.
Being able to review back and forth is very teaching.

There is definitely alot of reading and education provided during the curriculum. The fact that we are able to go back into the reading during the exam is extremely helpful and a great idea. I also enjoyed the questions on the test as some of the responses were "funny" and actually made me feel less nervous about taking the exam. Also, the ability to have the system read out lout is extremely helpful as my eyes start hurting/blur after a certain amount of reading. Thank you so much for making this exam user friendly and being proactive in helping us feel comfortable in taking the test. Great job!

In regards of the examples referring to dog attacks, don't use pit bulls as examples of vicious dogs as that furthers the negative image-just say a dog; I have never been bitten by a pit bull on the job but have been bitten by small dogs over 10 times in my career
There were a lot of huge paragraphs of information, which were rather challenging to focus on and absorb the information.

I'm certainly not racist . I have a special love for my black community and beyond. Just like all Americans there are some (including white communities and beyond) that aren't treating people equally, respectfully or with love. If WebCE is going Woke with learning material, they have an obligation to keep it updated which includes the Wiki page. Otherwise, it's pushing another false narrative which is not far to all races.

Check your audio versus the text being read. "Lienholder" is pronounce "lean holder" not "Lie in holder". There are several instances of mispronounced words such as the one I mentioned.

I know it's hard to write these courses considering all types of claims, but this one was particularly bad from the perspective of a Professional Liability claims examiner. One example is the question about when you can issue a check characterized as a "final payment." It's not that the correct answer to that is wrong, it's just a bit misleading because it's not really relevant in the PL world unless the PL is part of a package that includes a MedPay coverage, and then it's still a bit misleading because there are probably multiple "limit[s] of insurance" in play. There were also two "correct" answers in the first quiz that were painful from the perspective of training adjusters to strive for excellence, while meeting expectations. Then there was the quiz question that had as possible answers "for acting in bad faith" and "for failing to act in good faith." Because good faith and bad faith are binary concepts with no middle-ground, I'm glad I guessed correctly as both of those answers are saying the same thing. Overall just not as well-written as the other courses I've taken on this platform.

It would have been more logical for the 15 points to have begun with 1 instead of with 15, counting down to 1. I understand why the author began at 15, but for anyone new or fairly new to claim handling, it would have made more sense to begin at 1.
Web based training is the worst.
The layout of the stated objectives in relation to the information to answer the questions was not in a friendly format - I found it difficult to follow and find the answers needed.

Unless there is some reason for me to need any additional courses beyond those required by the State of Texas, I won't need any more. This is the 20th year of my license requirements and I won't need to meet the 24 CE credits needed anymore. I have relied on your courses for 10 years and they have been a good update and expanded look at a variety of claims both in and out of my areas of expertise.

Although the examples used funny names and it was very entertaining, sometimes it was difficult to keep all the players straight. It would be easier to comprehend if you used plain names like Jimmy, Mary, Bob, Tom, and businesses like "the hardware store" or "the dress shop". I do enjoy the read along text approach. It makes all the information easier to comprehend when you hear and read it.
I like the ease of use of the course and the quality of the content. I also appreciate how each section is broken up into smaller learning segments - helps with retention. I especially like the tests only being 5 questions as opposed to some who may have 10-20 questions each segment

good relevant examples in regards to the questions. today, i called one company and asked to speak to the store manager. my request for him to get outside and check the parking area for uneven and broken up concrete to avoid falls and lawsuits. i do this often if there is a probable reason for falls or mishaps to anyone. They are always very thankful for addressing the matter to them.
I found that after being a multiline adjuster for 34 years, I disagreed with about 5% of the answers and in fact got one right that was marked wrong........I have met my State's requirement for the 20 year cutoff and no longer need to renew every two years. Overall the courses over the years I have utilized your services with have been informative and insightful to fill some areas that I do not work in, primarily inhouse claims as my career has been as an independent adjuster.
I am newer to handling claims in litigation and I especially appreciated the clear description of the legal process and legal terms. Very helpful!

In Chapter 20 Quiz one of the questions..on mine it was #9, the answer coded as correct and the question contradicted each other. I believe this to be an error.
6 hour course took eight hours and I was using the read to me feature.
While the content was adequate, the test questions were phrased in subjective ways, such as, "What is THE MOST...."
Did not like the audio, too slow.
Maybe bolded words within paragraphs instead of italicized. So much content that it would make bullet points easier to identify when reviewing and taking notes.

I have been using Web CE for years now and the only company I use for my continuing education. I like that I can easily take courses not yet taken before because I am able to view what I have already taken.
I've searched for extra classes on NY law requirements (outside of NY licensing) and haven't found anything relevant. Maybe a larger variety of content.
Need more classes geared strictly towards workers compensation, not all inclusive that covers property and auto. I am a WC adjuster only and do not care about the insurance for auto accidents or property losses or accidents to consumers on business property. I need to learn the rules that apply to workers comp claims.

It would be nice to be able to listen to the course material on an iPhone while working out, walking, or other activities without having to constantly re-start the playback by clicking on Next. I'm sure there must be a reason this is not feasible or possible, but I just wanted to offer that feedback in case it is something that can be done.
This content does nothing to enhance my skills, knowledge, nor ability to do my job. Many are vague, obtuse, and have multiple possible correct answers. I am now worse at my job than before this course by virtue of wasting six hours of my life that I could have been helping customers and actually adjusting claims. This is a quintessential example of a bullshit job that requires box ticking that serves no valuable purpose and, in fact, detracts from the industry as a whole as well as the personal lives and wellbeing of the people working therein. This entire activity is a farce and exercise in intentionally squandering resources for the sake of bureaucratic bullshit.

These final exam questions are extremely difficult to read, not only are some poorly written but they are also very lengthy and so hard to process. Some are fairly easy but the fact that you cannot see which questions you got wrong is extremely frustrating. Taking the chapter quizzes should have been enough. But overall the course was ok.
This test is entirely too long, there are quizzes after each chapter, which do help to prep you for the test. But, I do not understand why the quizzes aren't enough. There were 50 questions on this test and now there are 50 more that we have to take. I understand that learning these things is necessary but the test are very long.
This was extremely long, very big and long questions during quizzes and some quizzes were just way too much.
Names need to change bad for people trying to take a test.

The girl that sold me the product had all the answers I needed to get this package. I had bought a package from Kaplan and didn't use it due to they had email wrong and I couldnt get them to answer phone. Also doesnt report to the state when you complete CE for 3 days. I waited till last minute

I did experience a few questions where the answer options were unclear. IE: Claim 5 where Richie failed to set his parking break. The answer is Damaged sustained as a result of Jack's breach of duty. What duty did the Adjuster Jack, breach? Also, the Appraisal information is not correct. In some Homeowners Policies the Appraisers and umpire are required to be Disinterested and Competent.

I disliked this course. It was wordy and boring. This is a interesting subject. The best parts of the course were the examples provided to demonstrate course content. It was disappointing to see a important and interesting subject made so boring. It was like slogging through quick sand. So far this is the WebCE class I have most disliked. I feel I did not learn anything new.
Robot voice over is the worst.
Allow the questions during the exam to be read by the narrator.
Based on my practice, the test questions in many samples are ambiguous - sometimes grossly ambiguous - when compared to actual practice vs the academic presentation. (The academics of what "should be" is materially different than actual practice.

One of my favorite and most enlightening CE modules. The lesson that we can break bad news in a prompt, empathic manner can often be forgotten in our business, and this course clearly and effectively conveys that lesson.

The time listed as having to complete seems longer than necessary. I understand the credit hours, however, some of the required time in the section was longer than necessary. On a case by case basis I can see where some many need more time and others less, however it feels wasteful to have to wait a clock out so you can proceed with the next section/tests. Just my thoughts. Thanks.

Really hate the ROBO-Voice...I understand it keeps the item cheaper than paying for an actor but what a nuisance. Also, no carrier I have ever worked for allows the property adjuster to determine CAUSATION - this can get someone in trouble - we are NOT engineers just like we are not lawyers...except I am one...lol...thanks for asking

Course took longer than 6 hrs and I read faster than the audio and did not take long at all on the tests.
Read-it-to-me audio - could tell this was not an actual person reading the way it read - it would state things like 'slash' for a slash...etc. Interactives - unsure where the actual interactives were other than the exams, which was great and no need for final was fabulous. Videos - no videos Ease of use/Time to complete - definitely easy to use, however THE TIMING SEEMS WAY OFF. This 6 hr course took me 8 hrs and I went right through everything....needs decrease of course for better accuate timing.

The only thing I had a problem with is, in the read-it-to-me audio some heteronyms (words that are spelled the same but pronounced differently and mean different things) are pronounced incorrectly for context. (such as the word object, being pronounced OB-ject, instead of ob-JECT)
The timing needed to complete the course was extremely excessive. There was too material in this one course.
If I recall from my prior courses through webce, there was no audio translation, and a recommendation was made specifically for that feature. Bravo for implementing this feature. It allows for more liberty to move around and keeps the course from becoming dry with read-only content.

This was a six hour course and took much longer than six hours. I have 40+ years as an adjuster and knew this material and it still took about 10 hours to get through it.

There was one question, within the last 5 chapters, that the system graded wrong, but then stated exactly what was marked incorrect at the real answer.
Some of the right answers in the tests kind of threw me off as unnecessary information was present. I ended up choosing a wrong answer at one point because the correct answer included the phase "tell them to go fly a kite" which really shouldn't have been included in the answer as it wasn't relevant whatsoever.
I think it was great, there is nothing I can think of that I would change... I had a little trouble navigating and understanding which classes I needed for my particular license, I have my all lines but I am a work comp adjuster so I wasn't sure if I had to keep it to only work comp type classes but then I figured any of the claims ones were okay - when I put the filter to work comp the only one that came up was a subrogation class... just fyi :) Thanks though this was very helpful!

This is the first WebCE course that I have done that I found to be confusing, repetitive and not very helpful. There were paragraphs I would have to read over and over again as they just didn't seem to make sense due to the wording. Some of the questions were silly or ambiguous. Part of the problem is that all your other courses I have done have been excellent. This one was just ... not very good. I did not get out of it what I wanted to, that is what happens in the real world with the fad of policy limit /time limit demands and set ups for bad faith and how to handle with 3rd party vs 1st party. Yes, this was TOUCHED on but the rest of it was just not up to your usual standard.
Many of the questions had circumstantial scenarios requiring further information to answer appropriately. Three of the questions involving Total Loss vehicles were blatantly wrong. The use of "good, better, best" answer formats is archaic and unwarranted in a case-by-case claim scenario as each situation should be treated on merits. An argument could have been cast for many claims based questions. Overall a terrible representation when it came to any claim-based word problem.

The reader voice sounds computerized and I find it impossible to listen and learn with it. THe material is too dry. It could somehow be spiced up.

I have an issue with the names in the scenarios. Cant we just use Bill or Joe instead of trying to be cuter and come up with "clever" names? They are a distraction.

Also, I'd like to hear a difference in the audio from the text of the course and the titles or headlines. It seems that might the audio a little more clear.

Your courses are great. I believe some of your content about on-line applications is out of date. Almost half of our business is obtained on line. Another aspect is all the "in person" comments- like "The claim should be denied in person and in writing." Again, out of date.
The robot reading the script is not helpful. How about a HUMAN that is knowledgeable in the subject paraphrasing on the content and highlighting important parts, providing simple explanations here and there, etc

Like: The "Pop Quizzes" between chapters; the ability to sign in/out; the ability to use the reference material during testing; some of the questions' humor is engaging. Dislike: Some double negative questions are confusing; the test. Understand the need of application of the study material but can we just have some straightforward questions thrown in (e.g., definitions). Thanks!

Would like to see more courses on insurance law for Kentucky and more specific courses for Public Adjusters in Kentucky
This course is long and it might be helpful if you added videos to illustrate concepts and situations a claims adjuster might find themselves in.
Quiz and test questions are extremely wordy and highly confusing. No one needs 6 sentences of information (some irrelavent) with several characters having similar names or cartoon names in order to answer a question. I spent 50% of my time condensing the facts of your questions.
Great Class
I keep getting the "must confirm identity" nags right in the middle of a video I am listening to while reading the content. It does not pause my video and I lose my place. It then takes me much unnecessary time to figure out where I was in the audio and because the nag covers what I was reading, I cannot remember what part I was on. These nags, while perhaps required, ought to momentarily pause the audio ( it keeps speaking and I lose my place -- Please make it so that the nags pause the voice reading the content that I am reading along with it. That nag makes me lose my place and it is hard to get it synchronized again. ) at least make the nag pop-up non-modal so that I could manually pause the video, answer the nag, and then continue. If you take my suggestions seriously, it would benefit your clientele and I, for one, would definitely appreciate it and continue to use WebCE for my required continuing education.
The read to me audio was great but the voice recording was robotic
end-of-chapter tests are appreciated over the large final exam, especially with a large amount of content.
Several questions and answers were not aligned with the radio buttons. For example, there were several correct answers that were marked as incorrect, even though the feedback was for the correct answer marked incorrect.

A couple times the answer that you stated was right was actually wrong.
some of the test questions are a bit to tricky on purpose. Too long, wordy etc. Just put the info you want the person to know in the studies, and make the test questions more straight forward. You either know them or you don't. I missed a few bc of bad questions, with double negatives etc. quit trying to be so slick. just make the questions clear
Some of the questions had ambiguous language that would change the context of the question presented thereby confusing me and causing me to choose the incorrect answer
Is it necessary to have a quiz after every chapter ?
Felt test questions are deceptive or has to many grey area answers which I know the answer but misinterpted the questions
I disliked the wording in the questions. They were meant to confuse or trick the student. One question I missed was because i stopped reading after the phrase..."Tell the insured to take a hike..". Seriously that is poor customer service and should not have been an option let alone the correct answer. I have 25 years of adjuster experience and had to take several test multiple times because of the poor wording or inaccurate content.
Another thorough course
Computerized voice is hard to take. Videos or pictures would break up the monotony.

Hey there. This is a tricky request, but I purchased most of the Claims courses. After completing the Best Practices course I started taking the other ones. It's clear that the material and questions are shared between the two courses. If there was a way to communicate this to prospective students that would be very beneficial. Thank you

I do remember seeing a few misspelled words that need correcting.
Videos would be nice A slicker certificate as well
The read out loud option was neat. The examples were very easy to understand.
The funny names are cute and lighten up the exam but the sing-songy rhymes have to stop please. The most painful part of using you as our vendor are the riddles and tongue twisters you use when providing the claim scenarios. Please stop adding complexity by making the scenarios rhyme. It makes ii difficult to follow, stay focused and adds frustration. Thank you for otherwise making a great product.

As you are reading the chapters... i think that the chapter numbers should show how many units are left. Example... Chapter 24.1 24.2 24.3 etc... would like to see... 24.1 of 5 24.2 of 5 24.3 of 5... etc.

Great resource
To much about liability and third party liability along with Law cases that are pretty irrelevant for todays Insurance Adjuster. The part about "file" disbursement is way off target considering all carriers are doing that repeatedly regardless of what the licensed adjuster is expected to do. You should have a section on carrier "Auditors" and "Appraisers" which have replaced the adjusters anyway

WebCE offers all the services that an adjuster requires to satisfy the required Continuing Education credits for any state. A nice one-stop-shop.

I've been utilizing WebCE for my adjuster's license for a long time and will continue to do so.
I preferred having videos, like in the Ethics course, more than the read-me-audio. That being said Read-me-audio is better than nothing for sure.

The questions are very lengthy and don't always seem to flow so makes it confusing.

The course was to long. Needs to be shorter.
The course was excellent and easy to navigate through.
I found several type-o's in the material or a few questions that the grammar wasn't clear in understanding what was being asked. For example question number 28 on this exam, who is Devon? The question starts of talking about a person's husband dying in an accident, then starts talking about Devon without identifying who Devon was. I think having someone else other than the creator of the questions, proof read these may uncover these nuances.
Courses indicated as "new" flagged upon purchase as "repeated" within the last 2 years (although they were new courses). Clarification surrounding available courses/applicable courses would be helpful.
Nice overview of the topic. I enjoyed the discussion of "reverse bad-faith"
I only use WebCE for my continuing ed.

The Chapter 2 End of Chapter Review asks questions about information not covered until subsequent chapters. For example it asked about evidence when evidence is not discussed until Ch 3, pertinent communications and how/when they need to be responded to, denial of coverage, and time frame when payment needs to be issued by.
I appreciated being able to have the audio read the content to me. Super helpful.
At least one of the scenario questions on the exam seemed a little confusing.

Unless i missed it. When you complete and exam and go back and review a missed question. It would be nice to be given/see the correct answer. Kind of like you real like your real life schools teachers use to do.

i dont know that chapter 23, question 1 was correct. Not that I am any expert, but is asks for the 'least likely', but the correct answer is the 'most likely' and the response says it is the 'most likely'. I chose least likely is the ocean dump, it corrected me with the most likely sell at auction. Not a huge deal. just saying

I really like the new feature of reading the course to me so I can just listen and follow along. Also, I saw that you can now see the questions you got wrong at the end of the exam. I always wanted that feature so I could learn from my mistakes. I didn't need it on this course though since I got 100%.

wording in the questions could be a little clearer
The course was very easy to follow.
I was disappointed to see misspellings or letters missing from things. You should listen to your computer read the lessons to you. You can tell its a computer voice and its hard to hear for a long period of time. If a live person was reading it, it would be much better.

The exam questions are confusing and poorly written. Some questions were vague and had multiple answers. One exam question discusses state z but the options say state x.

I would have liked to use the read it to me audio feature, but the voice selected is so robotic and awkward sounding that it is hard to listen to. The voice is a bit disjointed and pauses too long between sentences or paragraphs. A more personable voice would greatly improve this feature.
