Workers compensation plays an important role for companies as it protects employees against medical expenses and lost wages should they become injured or sick on the job. Workers compensation is required by law in most states and it is necessary to understand the regulations, worker exemptions, and state law in order to properly protect your clients. Understanding the varying degrees of coverage and business types will allow you to develop your specialty and enhance your working knowledge of the insurance industry.
Courses included will meet all your CE requirements for your license renewal in Texas including your 50% classroom and ethics requirement.
More interactive pieces would help break up the large amount of text.
Not by your fault but the TDI requisites fro license approval. The questions are completely irrelevant to the job at hand.
The state of TX requirement to go thru the entire course in order to take the exam is not rationale. I have been adjusting claims for over 20 years.
It needs to be a bit easier to find answers in the search areas
One of the questions was written incorrectly. It should have had one right answer but had three instead.
There was a ton of content and some sections took 15-20 minutes just to get through. There were rarely any charts, tables, or activities. It was very wordy and some type of visual aid would help break up the monotony and facilitate interactive learning.
I don't like the required completion of practice
This course was very clear and provided excellent information that assisted me with taking the exam.
I had a problem with the autoplay function whilst listening to the audio and would have to manually press play every new page.
did not remember I have to log in time to complete course big delay
did not remember the required time clock was active for the 5 hours
I liked the small tests rather than one massive test at the end. i did not like the constant login checks
The course content was clear and helpful for exam preparation. The structured chapters made it easy to follow and study.
You should not have to be on the course the entire required time. People read at different speeds.
The material was very clear and to understand
The course work was very helpful and clear
This was listed as a 2-credit/CEU course but required me to be in the course for 3 hours. It seems like that must be an error as I believe it should be 2 hours for a 2 credit/CEU course. Thank you
this is easily 4 hours whether reading it or having it read to you. the credits should reflect that or the info reduced. just one section was nearly 30 minutes to read or have read.
I think some of the questions were a little too focused on read facts and not claims handling critical thinking, but otherwise, pretty good
would like a real person to read the material vs an AI voice
It would be good to know what the missed exam questions are, so we know the correct answers.
The content is great, but it does feel very dry listening to the audio through it. Videos or different voices would help.
I FEEL THE COURSE WORK WAS EASY TO UNDERSTAND WITH THE AUDIO BUT THE TEST THE QUESTIONS WORDING WERE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS USED DURING THE COURSE EDUCATION . THE TEST EXAM HELPERS WOULD NOT LINE UP WITH THE CHAPTERS THE ANSWERS WERE ON THE FIND THE ANSWER ,
most questions default to auto policies, it seems super obvious that the people creating content have a lot more experience with auto insurance... I am a property adjuster, and it would be very nice if it was at least more even. It just makes it unduly more difficult for property adjusters, I have to think harder, which is obviously unfair, and biased toward auto adjusters. overall very good course though. thank you
This course had type-o's, missing words, and the exam seemed worded to confuse...not find out what someone actually knows on the subject.
The run time of the course fell far short of what is required for course credit hours. I had to run it twice.
Absolutely HATE the time constraints put on program. Have been doing claims a very long time. It is a waste of time to have to wait thru the program before being able to test. If you know it...you know it.
My ethics course was stuck at 99% and I could not get it to go through. That was superfrustrating. If you pass all the tests it should be 100%
Great job; there's a lot of information to cover. I have been doing this for a while, and I always learn something new.
I love assist search to go back and review chapters
I shouldnt have to listen for 5 hours if i pass the exams in 3 hours.
please do not make reps wait full 2.5 hours to get the credit.
It is stated that good grammar, punctuation, etc are part of proper communication. I state this as the computer read-it-to-me audio continually made mistakes.
It helps to be able to review the chapter is not sure of an answer... Just dont know why we need have questions to confuse the answer?
Please have someone proofread the entirety of the course.
Easy to read, exam questions, great that it is graded immediately.
This curse provided a comprehensive overview of the WC system
I do this every 2 years and its always easy to use and understand
Great subject for 1-hour CE credit.
I only do BI claims, I would like to see licensing courses and tests for what I do for a living. Not all the other stuff that I never do like property, WC, homeowners, etc.
The time limit in the course is ridiculous. i hate to wait 20 minutes before taking the exam. some people read quicker than others and pick up or have knowledge of subjects more than others.
Great Material!
The practice questions are designed to fail. The multiple-choice options include more than one correct answer - thus making some of them incorrect, when in fact they are correct. I recommend making the questions clearer and not placing more than one correct answer in the options.
I didn't like the use of AI in the read-it-to-me audio. It sometime emphasized the wrong word in the sentence, which was distracting. It would be better to have a human being read the text.
After the initial registration and finding courses all test information was very easy to complete
Excellent course
I love the fact that the last time I did these classes that there was no option for someone to read the information to me. I don't read fast and I re-read paragraphs over and over sometimes. I love that you guys made that available for the public that might have the same issues as I due... 2 thumbs up.
Very educational.
This was my first time using WebCE and I was highly impressed with the ease-of-use and quality of the content.
Interesting course
The time requirement to be in the course is ridiculous and overbearing. It took me less then the time prescribed to finish the course yet I was forced to have the course open for multiple hours just to get credit.
Don't like the time you have to stay in the testing. After 32 years, I didn't need the 5 hours.
I have been an adjuster for 31 years, so I didn't need the full 2 and half hours to complete. However, I was forced to review information for 30 minutes because it wouldn't let me complete the course. Even when I had less experience it didn't take a full three hours to complete this course.
Thank you. Very educational
The specific scenarios are in smaller font which made it a bit of a struggle to read, they were too wordy.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TESTING THIS WAY. I UNDERSTAND THINGS A LOT BETTER WITH THIS SYSTEM.
As a long time adjuster I take exception on a few questions asked in the preliminary chapter exams - I believe two answers I was marked incorrect on gave answers not fully accurate and/or my answer was just as reasonable as the answer the course gave
Course was interesting
Very inconvenient that I had to wait for the full 5 hrs to complete the actual course.
Stop with the time limit, it is not effective.
The best part was the Read to Me option. I learn much better that way.
Please get rid of the time requirement. This penalizes experienced claims professionals
This section had a lot of material to cover. It has quite a bit of detail and great examples
good test
Take out the time you have to stay in the course, I was finished way earlier than the time I had to stay in it.
Very user friendly to complete the exam and coursework.
ease of use
Listing to course helped
Each section had its own exam.
I notices at least two grammatical errors.
Great CE training
requiring the time to just sit here after passing a test, showing that I know the content
Module exam questions often had a lot of "grey" areas in the answers. If the point is to test what one has learned, asking tricky or misleading question isn't always the best way to test.
the 50 min requirement to be on this class before taking the exam is way too long for fast readers i don't like the switch to time on vs completion of classes. people should be able to go at their own pace ,even if some are faster
Requiring the countdown of time is not and should not be a requisite for completion. Many like myself are seasoned adjusters that have the same information every two years with a few modifications. If we can complete it in less time, we should not have to baby the screen to ensure that we are getting the full time. Other courses I have taken do not require this and still meet the minimum requirements for 24 credit hours.
I do not like the time limit I am required to meet to complete this course. I understand if you have a new representative trying to get their first CE completed having to go through this, but for someone like myself who has 16 years of experience I already know the course criteria and it serves no benefit to tenured adjusters to have to meet the time requirement. I wish there was a way to verify tenure so the time limit could be waived.
Time does not coordinate with the lessons. I had 50 mins to waste after completing having all the chapters read to me. I did not understand the extra time.
It would be nice if I can have the material read to me instead of having to read it.
8 years of licensing, and this was best testing module I've ever had to use. The access to the material for each question. The ease of the modules. We ALL know CE is a pain, but this is the least painful test I have had to do.
Typical Time: Face-to-Face listed in Exhibit 2.1 CPT Codes 992111 through 99215 did not appear to match current guidelines. For practice question: Reid was injured when his dump truck was involved in an accident. Reid's first office visit with his medical provider was billed under CPT code 99214. This office visit probably took about • a. 10–19 minutes. • b. 20–29 minutes. • c. 25 minutes. I answered C 25 minutes and system response was: • This answer is incorrect. Prior to 2021, 99214 was often described as ~25 minutes, but current CPT guidelines define it differently. • d. 30-39 minutes is the correct answer Correct answer for this practice question does not appear to be information provided in the question: Question: After Sadie's workers compensation claim raised the adjuster Dylan's suspicion, he took a closer look at the situation and realized that Sadie's physician, Dr. Hawkins, had also treated six of the organization's other employees during the previous year. Which of the following facts would make this seem less suspicious? • a. Twenty-four of the organization's employees were treated by other physicians that year is the correct answer • b. Only seven of the organization's employees filed workers compensation claims that year. • c. Most of Dr. Hawkins' bills use CPT code 99211. • This answer is incorrect. Dr. Hawkins is not running up the bill by providing long office visits or billing for additional services. • d. Dr. Hawkins is also Dylan's personal physician I answered C. No where in the question does it mention how many other employees in the organization were treated by Dr. Hawkins
Very informative course for continued education
great course
I didnt like that you needed to take the course for a certain period of time before you took the test
love the open book reference feature
please take away of the time requirements.
Too Many Text Quiz
these 25 question tests are terrible with misleading confusing questions - that are not clear and the answers are too close to each other on the EXCEPT questions
I liked the ability to save your spot and come back exactly where I left off.
Too may test
Material was easy to understand.
The questions were thought provoking
I never did figure out the audio.
Great content and easy to use.
questions are too long.
It's ridiculous that if you've finished the course before the stated, recommended time, the course isn't "completed" until you've stared at the screen to fill in the time gap. We're professionals. If you've scored high-enough to satisfy the CE requirement, what is the point of having to stare at the window to fill in the time gap? There is no point.
Keep it playing on auto
I do not like the time exam - if you finish prior to the time -- you can not move on or get credit - There is no need for a time window as the test is not timed - you can take as long as you want to complete so do put a time to how long should it should take a person to complete.
Very thorough and logically presented. Much appreciated.
the time qualification is unneeded
The course was good however it was a lot of info packed into the course that made it difficult to remember.
The time requirements
If I'm able to get through the material and pass all of the tests in less time than is allocated, I shouldn't have to go back and wait out the clock just to finish the modules.
The time allotted is not enough time.
Material was great, but the voice over was a bit dull, making it hard to maintain my attention.
I thought the 5 hour requirement in the content was excessive since some people work faster than others. If you finish the content and pass it should qualify for the requisite credits despite your time in the course.
Some exam questions - both chapter exams and final exams - are not clearly worded.
excellent course
It would be nice to be able to have a range of time to complete the exam and not the entire 5 hours-some of the questions are repetitive and answering the question the second time around took less time; so I finished earlier but could not receive credit.
Some of the wording on the questions are overly confusing. The intent seems to be to confuse rather than educate.
Great course content. Thank you.
I very much dislike the required amount of time we must be in the course to complete it.
Disappointed that I was able to finish the course in 1.5 hours; but had to sit and wait for 2;30 minutes for the course to allow me to complete it.
PLEASE readjust the times on the courses. If I am not mistaken the objective of taking the courses is to gain knowledge of the information being presented NOT how long you are on the computer. If you are able to read the material and pass the course below the time given you should be able to do it in the time you can do it. The timing that you must sit with the course was so frustrating and not efficient. Keep the main thing the main thing LEARNING
COURSE DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE A MANATORY TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AS SOME READ FASTER THAN OTHERS
I enjoy the save and continue later ability as well as the read aloud. I tend to retain more information hearing it outloud instead of reading it myself. I enjoy Webce
I guess this is a DOI requirement. Having to take a scheduled time to complete is frustrating. Reading is a lot faster than listening to the narrative.
Great course although lengthy.
Some of the questions I felt could go either way but very fair
I liked the examples because help to understand the content, personally, helps a lot to me.
It was inconvenient when I returned to my course and my dashboard was missing my courses. It required me to complete 5 additional hours before it would give me credit after I had completed more than 50% of the course.
Appreciated the end of chapter quizzes versus the end of material long quizzes.
Actual content did not take as long as the course required time in. Consider expanding on material in order to fulfill time requirement. Thank you
I wish it weren't so long and repetitive.
i disliked that if it is a 5 hour course i have to stay in the course for 5 hours to get the credit.
I think that the course time to complete is under rated. the 6 hour course of read it to me took 9 hours to complete.
The 6 hours for the course were too long, it only took about 3 hours to get through the content.
Like the intermittent exams instead of one big exam at the end of the course.
Loved what I was able to brush up on, this course while lengthy was very straight forward
The new courses are much easier to comprehend and are related to the adjusters daily claims
it takes much longer than the hours of credits to complete this.
Not your average easy CE course this was hard but good :)
The questions and answers are the weakest link in your program: when more than one answer is acceptable, it reduces the quality of the question.
easy to understand
Love the coarse
Read it to me audio was often difficult to understand because of mispronunciations or a lack of emphasis or inflection on certain words or phrases.
it seemed to take longer than 6 hours to complete this course
An excellent easy way to learn and obtain CE credit at the same time.
Great content
Content very informative
These coures are very profesional and easy to work with.
Great course - good experience
more videos
I dont feel you need to put a requirement on the amount of time you have to been in the training. If you pass the test it should count.
It took way too long to complete the course. I don't have 5 hours to sit through a course that only took less than 2 hours to read and complete. They require for us to complete during the workday, but I'm only allotted 2-2/12 hours per day. 10 hours total for all hours needed.......
Some of the course had incorrect spelling or grammar which made some of the questions difficult to determine the correct answer
Very clear to understand and interactive course- Thank you,
Some of the quiz answers or questions I felt like were wrong. I put in the correct answer and it registered wrong on some I believe.
Very easy to navigate through.
This content was very engaging and the little bits of humor added to exam questions made it even better. Please give a raise to the person or persons who writes them!
practice exams are helpful.
Test and quiz questions were thought/knowledge/expertise provoking.
Too much time reading and answer questions.
The time required to complete the course is a bad idea. Shouldn't get penalized for completing the course faster.
well written. wordy questions
Great course!
Good material and easy to follow
This was a very nice course which met all objectives.
very nice course
I like that I can study and test at my convenience
Hard tests got use your brain
It's boring and the same stuff each year but I get it. Easy way to get the credits we need.
On some of the practice questions, I could not view the answers I got wrong.
Good interactive format
great class and learned a lot
There are a few questions worded awkwardly, the ones that try to trick you, or the options were too similar. Only 1-3 of those.
Did not need the full 5 hrs to complete the questions
This was a great course, thank you!!
Did not like to have to watch for 5 hours, I have done this for years I did not need 5 hours to answer questions
In 5.4 there appears to be a typo or missing information regarding the CPCU.
Great course
Good course. Love the ability to change the playback speed.
the required time to take the exam
the section prior to the last section was too long, it will be better if it is divided into sections.
There is no reason for you to have to sit through the course for 5 hours. You should be able to take the exam at your own pace. If you are concern with people skimming through content remove the link to where to find the answers.
Very enjoyable course. Learned a lot.
The autoplay could not be made to work in any browser I tried. I was forced to confirm my identity on every page, every few seconds - not every 60 minutes as stated in the dialogue box. I was unable to adjust the audio speed despite being able to do *sometimes* in the first course I completed.
I felt the material was well-presented and the 'Read to Me Audio' added an extra layer of assistance in retaining the information. I appreciated that I was able to stop and start the instruction as needed.
Great Course, but too much information in each chapter to try to take in
TAKES TOO LONG
I really like the open book policy when taking the tests
This CPT code question is wrong, CPT code 99214 is 30-39 mintues in length so both 25 minutes option C and 40 minutes option are wrong. 2. Reid was injured when his dump truck was involved in an accident. Reid's first office visit with his medical provider was billed under CPT code 99214. This office visit probably took about o a. 10 minutes. o b. 15 minutes. o c. 25 minutes. o d. 40 minutes. o This answer is incorrect. The provider would use a different code for an office visit or 40 minutes' duration.
This course was very thorough, and the "read it to me audio" feature was great. I was able to read, go back and listen to ensure I fully understood the information. Everything was well-presented, which made the exam a breeze.
Very informative and interesting information
i dislike the course doesn't automatically continue after each page
Dislike required length of time obligated to spend on the matter.
While I appreciate the content and structure of the course, I find the enforced time requirement to be overly restrictive. For example, if a course is listed as five hours, participants are required to remain logged in for the full 5 hours even if they are able to complete the. Material more efficiently. This approach doesn't account for varying learning speeds and forces learners to sit idle once they finished. I would encourage Web CE to reconsider this requirement and explore alternative solutions that balance regulatory compliance. With learner efficiency. A system that allows learners to demonstrate mastery of the material through completion of modules, quizzes or exams would be more far more effective than requiring them to remain on the site for a fixed duration. Time period. This adjustment would make the courses more user friendly and better aligned with adult learning needs.
I was able to complete the course as well as the chapter tests before the five hour time requirement was up; I would've liked to have been able to complete it once it was completed rather than continue through it to meet the five-hour mark
The minimum time in a class is annoying if you have been doing the licensing for over 30 years. This may be a Texas requirement and not a Web CE requirement.
Good content
This was a good course with relevant material. It definitely took longer than 1 hour to absorb the content and complete the course and I feel like it should have been at least 2-3 hours credit in lieu of 1 hour.
The course was very effective and easy to navigate.
Course was well developed and helpful.
I understood the information and content. I will recommend Web CE to anyone looking for courses.
Very easy to navigate and learn
This course was part of CE for Public Adjusters. More specific mention of PA duties and responsibilities would be helpful.
Some wording suggests/implies bias, in favor of insurance companies. If I were an insured or an auditor, I may think that some of the course material is designed to align with carrier's needs instead of handling claims fairly.
time frame is too long
Way too long of questions. Shorten your questions instead of them being paragraphs.
was not sure if this was the entire CE requirement or just a portion
Course would benefit from sharing more examples and scenarios illustrating the WC attorney fraud and role of Administrative Law Judges in rubber stamping fraudulent claims. Also talk about State DOI lack of urgency combatting fraud. Also should illustrate examples of the RICO suits against atty and docs in NY arising from NY Labor Law.
very informative
Make it where the exam questions can be read aloud also.
Some of the test questions were worded poorly, could be other answers at times.
There was a lot of subjective opinion based content in the course that was not appropriate. Several questions had alternate answers that could also be true. One on of the chapter tests, I got no questions wrong but it scored me a 97% which made no sense. Nowhere was it explicitly explained that if you finished the course material/tests in less than the required time that you were required to sit on the page until the time elapsed. I chose save & exit when I was done with the last exam and could not figure out why the course would not complete.
Great Course
There was a workers compensation example for the $100k less the $35k paid to the claimant but the balance was $23,300??? i could not calculate that one even with the one third attorney fees the calculation did not add up so pls review that content
having to remember & be tested on cpt codes does not seem to be necessary in the line of work I do. the questions are tricky, it seems at least 2 answers could apply which does not help me to learn more.
i like how it clarify the terms and teaching
Computer voice is a bit monotone.
It was clearly an AI voice doing the audio with the amount of mispronounced words.
the auto play function did not work properly.
I love that you have 6 hour ethics options, it allows me to always make sure I have enough ethics hours. I also love that the material is clear and easy to comprehend.
The content included in this course appears to be skewed by the authors lack of experience. The question are "carrier specific". All carriers do not operate the same way. The quoting of authors (i.e. Plato etc.) and references to multiple works (books), regarding ethics is irelevant. The course is based on the opinions and bias of the the author. This is everything an ethics course should not be.
After all courses were completed, credit stayed at 99% completed. Therefore, the required hours were not reported and/or met. It was a complete waste of time and money. I will Never use WebCE again and I will absolutely discourage everyone that will listen to do the same!
Exam questions were sometimes funny which helped with the long process.
Dislike the amount of time to complete this course.
Great course. Nice summaries
Were some editorial mistakes in one of the questions. The text alternatively referred to one of the characters as Mr. Green and Ms. Green. Minor error, but it made the question confusing.
The inability to complete the course after passing all of the exams until a time limit passes is ridiculous.
I liked the format of the course - questions followed short sections of the material, and I appreciated the humor incorporated into the questions as well. As a lifelong Lutheran, I found the "Reformation" question and answer very clever!
The course was very informative and educational.
I would have liked the read-it-to-me audio if the computer narrator had a more natural ability to utilize inflection and punctuation. In several areas it was too confusing to listen rather than read the material myself.
Great content and examples!
To long to get through the mechanical reading is very off putting and hard to follow
Quality material in an easy to follow format.
The required material doesn't really take the full 5 hours to complete. I understand the 5 hours is required, so maybe there should be additional examples, videos, etc. to help take up the time?
The only flaw I found was the estimated timeframe for completion. If you review every slide, the time was almost doubled.
THE FINAL EXAMS HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!! I WOULD SELECT AN ANSWER, BUT WHEN GRADED, IT STATES I HAD MADE A DIFFERENT SELECTION, AND IN TURN, I WOULD SOMETIMES FAIL THE EXAMS AND HAVE TO RETAKE THEM. I TOOK SCREEN SHOTS OF MY SELECTED ANSWER PRIOR TO MY SUBMISSION, TO PROVE THE INCONSISTENCIES IN THE RESULTS. EVEN IF I WERE TO PASS AN EXAM, IT IS OFTEN RESULTING IN A LOWER SCORE, NOT BC MY ANSWERS WERE INCORRECT, BUT BC THIS SYSTEM IS SOMEHOW CHANGING MY SELECTIONS UPON SUBMISSION. I'M HAPPY TO SHARE PROOF IF YOU'D LIKE. PLS FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Too much about exact cpt codes
Ansewring code questions with out having reference to charts does not make sense. Do you expect students to memorize the charts for the exam?
I really liked the course, it was easy to follow and understand.
easy to use
There should be a pop-up notice immediately upon attempted purchase or initiation of a course that was previously completed within the past two years. Finding that info on the website is cumbersome.
Liked everything about the training
The waiting time for the courses are very time consuming.
The time limit was too long.
Dislike the time feature.
I liked that thecontent was concise
I liked the course it was seemless
More course variety is needed because we cannot retake the same courses again.
Grammatical and punctuation errors did cause me to slow down due to a learning disability; however, overall, the information presented was good
The course material is thorough and relatively easy to follow.
Excellent course.
Excellent training, fun and easy to follow, I am very pleased. Thank you!
Exceptional course, love the read it to me option, potential improvement could be offering different voice options for read it to me option.
good course
Some of the wording was off, and I had to decipher what was trying to be said on my own.
Too slow, too many quizzes, narrator is extremely robotic and monotone and it becomes hard to pay attention to that AI voice after several hours.
Some of the test questions were very tricky
Read it to me audio was terrible.
The course material was great, and I enjoyed it.
Material was good; lots of reading. Maybe short quizzes @ the end of each chapter would have helped prepare for the final exam. But, it was a good test your knowledge review. Thank you!
I FOUND THIS TEST SO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT THAN ONES IN THE PAST.
I don't like how the time limit has been placed on each of the courses.
I was a bit frustrated that I couldn't manually select to RE-PLAY the audio. It appeared as either, "choose auto-play," or, if you said, "no," to that, you still had no ability to select it be replayed each time you were in that section. Would have been a little extra help to get the info retained to memory! Thanks, though. It's a great course!
The wording in your text is too lengthy and confusing in most cases
The sporadic verification during training was difficult considering the lack of answers I had for multiple verifying questions
My only "complaint" is these courses use obscure names of people and companies and they are a distraction for someone who has Dyslexia like me. If I could make one change, it would be to use common names across the board. It is a lot less confusing.
Very well structured material.
The thing I disliked the most is that for the option to play the audios for each lesson, even though I selected "Yes", I still had to click on play for each one and it should have auto-played each one as I progressed through the course. Thank you.
Great material
Very helpfull with chapter flow, tables, and audio
The course was easy to understand and navigate.
Having to sit through the timed portion after proving knowledge by correctly answering and passing the test/exam is absolutely the dumbest thing ever. I will not be using WebCE for my CE in two years.
The course was very detailed and easy to follow.
learned alot.
I like that there is repetition and synchronicity between the related claims courses. This allows the student to learn the principles more easily by having them reinforced.
Great course and would use it again for CE purposes.
This Ethics course is required for 3 hours. The course provided is far too long and deviates from ethics into too many other areas already presented in other courses. This course takes far too long to obtain only 3 hours of CE resulting in boredom and taking whatever steps are required just to get through it. Very poor use of time for the credit received.
It was a good class
Having to remain in a course for a designated time versus how long it actually takes someone to complete the course is unclear.
The automated voice reading the text was frequently incorrect in pronunciation and made sentences hard to follow by the fact the pronunciation of many words was so obviously wrong. A human being reading the text would have been better.
Some of your questions listed answer choices that could possibly be the correct answers. ,, Trick questions/answers are sneaky and causes time issues.
I also love the fact that you can go back and review chapters. Very helpful when you are retaining a good amount of information.
I was not happy to see that the courses are now in real time. I know most of the answers to these questions and could not breeze through them as I could the last time. I had to spend the 5 hours in front of my computer that I had not planned on wasting on this particular day. Now that I know they are in real time, at least I can plan my time more accordingly. Maybe inform your customers UP FRONT that this is the way it will be. Second, the course questions are very confusing with someone like me who has Dyslexia. What I refer to is the complicated names (in some cases) of the people and insurance companies etc. All scenarios and questions should revolve around the same names of the customers, insurance players and companies. Make them basic names like Bill, Jack, Jane, Dana, etc. Acme insurance etc. One to 2 syllables max. For a person with my condition, I found it very hard to keep up with the shell game of names. Just purely not needed. I don't mean to be brutal about it but these things frustrate people with and without vision/auditory processing issues. I've spoken to my teammates is how I know. thanks
My go-to for my CE credits..I love the bundles that are ready made.
Excellent presentation
Might make the tests longer. Since you can only miss one.. puts you taking them over quite a bit since it is so easy to get one wrong mistakenly.
Great CE course.
The clear and direct content and ease of use of this service is greatly appreciated. I liked that you have unlimited chances to retake the exams but scored 97% on the first try because the lessons were comprehensive and effective.
Easy to use
interesting section
The read-to-me feature is great. It would be nice if that was an option for the exams too.
You have a question wrong in one of the last three segment. I looked it up and it stated the answer I gave in the course work however it marked me wrong.
Ethics course was very good. I am recommending to my employer for everyone working in the Claims area to be required to take the course.
Course credit should be giving once course is completed not when the required time is met.
I learn better with straightforward text. E-learning modules that want to use multimedia, mix up formats, and create "engagement" just feel childish and make me disengage with the material. Just give me a book.
Regarding TX CE credits; It took me less than the course time requirement to complete all modules and their exams however, I was still required to complete the time requirement of 5HRS?!?! Absolutely unacceptable and unecessary. Why are we required to stay logged on for the full 5HRS when I was able to complete everything in an hour??? Ridiculous.
This was a good comprehensive course.
too long and the time frame of waiting to take the test is too long
Some videos would help with engagement, especially during the longer sections of the course.
Very helpful and clear to understand.
Very Informative Information.
Questions in exam too ambiguous, need to be less conjecture and more fact based.
mobile app with full Bluetooth options / course content & questions long and ambiguous
Only suggestion is to get a real person to do a voice over instead of using a robot. Other than that, great courses!
It always takes longer to complete these modules than you guys post, so realistically maybe add 2hrs or more to finish time or give a ball-park frame ie, 2hr 05min to 5hrs. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied, and I will only take classes from you guys. Thank you for everything
My only complaint is the wording on the questions.
Very pleased with the course material and ease of following along
This was a great teach on Ethics. It was just what is needed to help us Adjuster's make sure we do right by the Policyholder, Claimants, and Insurer!
The cutesy names throw me off the main topic I should be focusing on.
The timed course is too long as an experienced claim professional is very familiar with the topics being discussed and does not require 5 hours to complete.
My only critique is that I often am on the road for long periods of time and this is an excellent time to listen to the audio content. Problematically, and indeed dangerously, I have to use my phone to switch to the next chapter. This creates a distracted environment. I know that you also occasionally have content quizes, which stall my advancement in reviewing the content. Is there a not safe way around this? Maybe you could provide an app that recognizes that the user is in a car and waive these requirements? I really would love to be able to do this while I drive, but the danger due to distraction gives me pause.
great course and easy to follow
great course!
Many of the questions were too wordy.
User Friendly platform
the course is very easy to navigate.
I could not see where I could shut off the audio.
Videos/animations would help the learning experience
the earliest parts of the course make repeated, unnecessary references to Christianity, in such a way that makes it seem like the course writer feels Christianity is inherently an ethical religion and all Christians are therefore ethical people. It is inappropriate for a course like this.
I enjoyed the information
Get rid of the time contingency for courses
Remove the time contingency on courses. It is unnecessary
would of liked the read to me option.
The way the chapters are spaced out and filled with information makes it comfortable to read. It seems like there is a pause in the right place to take a quick break. ??
This course was not necessarily relevant or helpful for a general lines property and casualty agent.
very wordy
I don't think I read slowly but these courses have taken longer than expected on every one.
For the practice exam questions: some of them are phrased in run on sentences or in a manner that makes them difficult to understand in relation to the course material that you just completed. The final course exam is more matter of fact and straight to the point. I appreciate the questions that have examples, or even questions that are difficult to test your knowledge, but I think they can be formed better so they are easier to understand.
Content was current and easy to navigate through.
The time quoted to complete the course is not realistic
I felt that 25 questions for 1 credit hour was a lot. In my opinion, the exam shouldn't be that long when only obtaining 1 credit.
Lots of reading and was sometimes hard to remain focused
The Exam Questions can be reworded and less tricky.
Great refresher
I found the lesson clear and concise; however, some questions seemed a bit tricky while trying to retain all of the information provided throughout the sections.
Usefull, well presented information
Too long. Can be broken up.
The time requirement.
nice course -- very comprehensive questions but not ridiculously difficult
Ease of access and length of test time
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF THE MATERIAL!! MAKES ME UNDERSTAND ADJUSTERS PROCESS WITH A CLEARER MIND.
More interaction for all of the reading required
The content was easy to review and the examples were very practical situations
the way you word some of the questions is very confusing and doesnt flow easily. The point of trying to test knowledge is lost trying to figure out the grammar and wording. At least 3 questions the corresponding answer choices did not match at all and should be fixed.
I appreciated the terminology
I enjoyed this course because it was very easy to follow
Some of the grammar could be better.
you shouldnt have to be in a class for the entire time if the you can pass the test before the allotted time. why sit around and wait when your done with the course?
This course has bridged that gap for me on a lot of missing information great job
way to many quizzes.
There were parts like the one about Ms. Mclure & the Stylish lady where people's pronouns did not correlate with the name. I don't know, maybe Melvin Green was her boss? But it referred to the boss as if she was someone else I think. So maybe that was a typo. There was also a part where it called Ms. McClure a he. There's a few in there like that. Where a word or two is off, but overall I enjoyed.
You may need to update section 18.4. It says that FL is a pure comparative venue but I believe it recently changed to modified comparative.
Final test questions should be no more then 30 at a time, too lengthy
Some of the questions have options that are not clearly the correct answers. They should be more factual.
Questions are too tricky.
Context within several quiz/test questions were superfluous, but overall cogent and succinct.
Examples of red flag are lengthy. I think some are redundant.
I had to stay in the course 5 hours even if I had finished all the material, it was a waste of my time to impose such a lengthy requirement on the time spent on the course. I understand it is important that people review the material and understand it but 5 hours is way too much time for a person who an experienced claims handler
i think the course was was very detailed and very clear to understand
The audio voice went a little too fast
The course was easy to follow.
This format is easy to use and you can quickly identify areas where you may need more study.
I like how you package the 24 hours of credit I need into one easy to order group. The content was well written and the exams were challenging enough to provoke thought and consideration, without being too burdensome to complete.
The course took me nearly 5 hours to complete when it says it is only 3 hours.. i did the read it to me audio
Excellent material. Thank you.
The Read-it-to-me audio was difficult to follow at times, especially when it would reiterate numbers that were spelled as well as enumerated.
Would like the videos to keep going without having to click continue so it would be like an audio book.
The names and repetitiveness in questions using same names is confusing.
Some questions were confusing
This particular course had no videos, but videos and role playing would have helped for engagement. Navigating the website was easy. But when using the search function it highlighted but did not jump to the highlighted words.
A little lengthy but great material
There were a couple of Q&A's that you had to assume additional information in order to get the correct answer.
The only issue is the time demand of 5 hours. That has to be altered for those who can take on the content quicker.
The retake on exams was valuable
I appreciated that some of the material from the ethics course was reiterated. This helped me retain the info better
Having to stay in the course material is too long. I don’t read that slow
the time requirement is silly - if you get the questions/tests right. why make the program sit open.... and tab thru it.
Takes too long and the questions seem to have multiple answers
The required course hours is unnecessary and asinine
Really enjoying the Web CE trainings I have done. Great format and clear navigations are really refreshing in online learning. A few photos, even stock ones or illustrations might break up all the long passages of reading. Helps bring some "life" to the case studies for example
I am satisfied with the course provided, and would recommend it to my friends, only thing that is a little overwhelming is that 24 hours of C E is really too much, but it's not on Web CE, they're just doing what they're supposed to do. Thanks for your professional work, guys.
I'd like to see more videos or interactive opportunities in the coursework. The information is quite dry without them.
Navigating the online study guide is very easy. Always bringing the user back to where they left off.
There were 2 questions where they said I made the incorrect answer. If you are denying a claim we are taught to use specific policy language. I am unable to paste the question into the additional comments
"Required Course Time" is ridiculous. People read and retain information at different speeds and it makes no sense to punish fast readers/thinkers and force them to keep a course open after they finished it.
The exam questions were often using clever or "funny" names which are more distracting than entertaining.
overall WebCE is a great platform; if i was to suggest anything maybe add some interactive lessons as well just to change the pace.
Course is extremely long. Good information but had to dig for some answers.
May want to update some questions from "paper claims files" as all insurance companies have converted to computer automated claims adjusting
I wish that on the exams it had the option to have it read to you as well. Great product. Thank you
not having a certain time, I was done with this 2 hour before the allotted 5 hours.
course was excellent would not change anything
i had the search/find function not work on a few occasions, if that could be more reliable
dislike: how some questions were worded.
The learning materials were very helpful and infomative.
please add video scene examples using real people as examples.
No instruction was provided that indicated that the course would not show as completed unless the allotted time was used for the course. In other words, if the course is completed in less than the required time, completion credit is not granted until the required time is allowed to elapse.
The content in this course was a good reminder of how to do what we do well.
thank you for time allowed.
this course was extremely long
I had a lot of trouble with the audio. It would stop in the middle of a section and not resume until I returned to the course several days later. I found that reading the material without the audio was easy but I would have preferred to both read and listen.
Excellent course material, but the test verbiage is conflicting times.
Have been using Web CE for many years. The time requirement added on makes it frustrating and a waste of time now. One should not be penalized for completing it faster than the set time. In college and real courses you are not penalized for faster completion. That is considered being a good student.
this class was easier to understand than others I have taken.
I thought that the material in WebCE was very pertinent to my job and provided a lot of information and answers to questions that I may not have thought of in advance.
my only complaint is not receiving the correct answer to a test question I got wrong it just show the one I got wrong with no explanation
You have questions for animal bites that specifically contribute to the sitigma that pit bulls are agressive dogs. there is no need to specify that the animal bites are from pit bulls. those questions are highly offensive. please reword them to state that someone was injured due to an animal bite or animal attack instead of listing a specific breed of dog.
Course was easy to navigate through.
the voice is just boring
well done but will say most the questions at the section quizzes seemed set up to trick you. Versus knowing the main points of the material
Some answers to questions were too similar.
I find the Web very easy to use. The instructor spoke very clearly and was easy to follow.
Questions were ambiguous and did not provide a lot of information that was needed to analyze the questions appropriately. Information missing in the auto section was deductibles /Anne not provided with limits on what she could negotiate for. If you would like assistance with revamping the questions I would gladly assist in this manner.
Very well presented.
The practice questions were not related to the test questions. If the concepts covered on the test are different than the practice questions, why have the practice at all?
The quizzes were helpful. Mispronounced words were distracting at times.
Have used WebCE for years. Always good information and easy to navigate. Thanks
Like - ease of use Dislike - Audio (I turned it off every time)
I feel questions should not be tricky. Intentionally trying to trip up a student by adding phrases, "which is least likely" is requiring the student to have test taking skills and detracts from what the course is teaching. Stick to the curriculum and do not try to see if the student knows how to take a test. Disappointing......
The course is well designed and easy to follow and educational.
build your ow course was a main reason for choosing WebCE
I love that these exams are open book
Being able to stop and restart the course was great!
The terms "hours" and "credits" should be distinguished.
To read the questions as well
There were a couple of questions where I answered correctly but it showed I was wrong. Please review the information to make sure everything matches up.
very informative and easy to understand
I was glad that the program remembered where I stopped and took me back to that when I started back. That is very important.
I love the read audio
It would be nice if the website included recent course that have been taken on the page that lists the available courses to prevent taken on over again.
Some Example test questions in the modules are worded in such way as they can be taken in different ways, resulting on wrong "answers" - Ex. Question about First Notice of Loss vs. Documentation: the background info in the question leads one to believe the First Notice had already been reported.
The audio could use some improvement to be more easily understood. For example, the written text frequently contains a number of days in the following format "thirty (30) days" and the audio reads this every time as "thirty thirty days". As a side note, there are also a few typos within the text.
Some sentences were incomplete and gtrammar was incorrect at times.
The Course Material was helpful and insightful.
Audio for the entire course
The test questions are very wordy and difficult to read. They come off as confusing and I had to read them several times!
Thank you just a little long
As I have used WEB CE for the past 8 years and like the easy-to-use format I hope to use it in the future.
Wording on reserves being conservative, but made for the "Worst case scenario" and "Maximum amount" is not conservative. It would be the minimum amount and the best case scenario. The wording is confusing.
Best course, very educational and easy to use!
I LOVE the fact that these classes are not a final exam at the end and they are broken down to sections testing after each one. This is SO MUCH easier remembering the material of what we just learned!
questions were confusing to answer
The voice for read it to me is very mundane and could use a better tone :)
Well written and easy to understand.
I liked the opportunity to review incorrect answers.
I wish they explained which courses apply to different CE positions more clearly.
the presentation of material could only be worse if narrated by David Attenborough.
Listening to audio is a great way to take in information.
Ease of use
maybe some video would also be good to add on the course
I was not sure if couse would satisfy all CE requirements.
Thumb nail slides do not work.
the course was good I learned more in this course this year.
Thank you! Great examples. Clever!
I enjoyed the examples used because they were practical, easy to read, and humorous, at times. Thank you -
The chapters are too long to recall correct answers!
Clear and easy to understand and complete. Thanks.
When I set the read it to me audio volume on one page, it resets to max volume when I go to the next page and I have to keep resetting it. It should remain where it was set from one page to the next.
only issue is the definition of the 3rd party deductible - vague.
There were errors in the tests of a few of the chapters... I believe they may have been 11 and 12 but I could be wrong. They would be the chapters somewhere in the middle of the course though.
It takes longer then 6 hours though
I reviewed the answers I got wrong but would have like to see what the correct answers are.
The course was excellent; however, confirming which courses qualify as a required Elective course for CE credits was challenging and time consuming. Thank you!
Great Content
At no time during the course did I feel as though I was lost.
Some questions are simply hard
Good course, very effective.
I like the question is only 1 to 5 so I remember the one that I studied If the question number is higher it is hard to pass and I like thier is explanation and show the right answer so the next time we take questions again we have ana idea .
Some of the questions were long and almost run on, which made it difficult to concentrate at times.
Again, a good deal of the questions was tricky and I had to read the questions several times to get a good understanding of exactly what was being asked, making my time to review longer than what was indicated.
I wish I was advised of this prior. Per the original test Texas requires the ethics portion. Had I known I had to do this extensive work I would have started awhile ago. Thank you
read it to me audio was very helpful
This course was very clear and well thought out. Informative and a great deal of pertinent information for claim handlers.
User friendly and easy to use.
I like the easy of flow through the course. I like the ability to flow back and forth through the sections when needed for reference. I like the option to allow it to read to you. The ability to change the reading speed may be a nice upgrade, as it read a little too slow. I liked the summary at the beginning and end of the sections, very helpful.
As a returning student, I am very pleased with the product. Some of the questions was tricky but good job in ensuring we understand what is being taught!
It was just fine the way it was presented
very good course
It's easier to do online renewal, 3 hours said buy it take me atleast 6 hours or so... but I'm happy with the result
Great information and it is updated with the time we currently live in.
Much of the info was not applicable to a Public Adjuster.
I loved how I could study on my home computer work computer or cell with my passcode. What I did not like was how often I had to keep re entering my passcode
Great program and learning content.
I would recommend this course to all those agents that want to meet the CE hrs requirement with out the hassle other providers makes you go through, easy and fast to complete, specially if you have years of experience on the industry.
Couse was very easy to follow. I liked the practice questions after each lesson.
Questions have very ambiguous answers that could be correct depending on the situation.
best course , easy navigating, auto reading really cool.
Questions referring to on of the fictional scenarios are utilized in a random fashion. This can make it annoying to remember which scenario is being referred to.
This was just entirely too long for it to only be worth 6 hours.
Very satisfied with the CE courses available and that you can build your own package based on how many CE hours you need to renew your license. I will use again.
Some of the questions are real word twisters for people with A.D.D. Maybe simplify some of the questions with less words.
adding videos or other interactive content would make the material easier to digest.
I really admired the presentation of information and ease of use. I found the test questions to be humorous and easy to understand. Some of the sections were lengthy but contained useful information.
I like the search function in each course.
The IA audio is pathetic. You really need to have an actual person reading who understands and/or statements. I don't the IA to read "slash" or "hyphen."
This is a well thought out program. Easy to use and informative
Great products and easy-to-follow instructions.
The only critique I have is that when it comes to looking up in open it should take you to the exact part of what you looking for.
I took this course for CE credits, I am an experienced adjuster. I would not have chosen this course if I understood the content beforehand. This took too much time to complete.
Thanks for making these courses available in a classroom equivalent setting.
Some of the questions were self thinking and not exactly in the content
Took way too much time to complete.
easy to follow and work at your own pace. Able to save and go back in.
Whoever came up with the names in these circumstances is amazing. Catching on to all of them made this course more enjoyable.
The course was easy to understand, quizzes had references to chapters, loved that!
The course itself was very intriguing. It kept my attention, and I learned a lot what I thought that could be more helpful going forward would be to allow the back button to actually go back and not throw you forward from time to time. This could be a glitch, but I’m not sure.
Please provide options for Changning font and brightness. Neurodivergent learners will struggle with the font floating on the bright wall of white.
This was very educational
great course really enjoyed it!1
Audio was much easier to follow than reading a screen
All test questions were very "wordy" and sometimes made it difficult to understand what some of the questions were.
That it read it to me while I followed along.
It would be very helpful to have a mixture of tools to meet the learning goals, to include videos, interactives etc. I found the material was overwhelming in content and at times hard to follow even with the audio.
I dis like that the same questions were asked, and the same slides were shown between a few of my courses. Very redundant felt like I was wasting time, listening to the same audio.
I had issue with it froze up for a few minutes.
The course makes it very clear Ethics is very important to the insurance business and the adjuster!
Content was good and understanding
On section: Additional Sources of Recovery (Part I) There is a few questions that say the correct answer for disposing of a vehicle is to dump it in the ocean to become a corral for fishes???? This doesn't seem right but its what the system makes you choose to pass.
The Course takes much longer than the indicated time
disliked the time requirement before you can take the exam.
some of the questions seemed to have a couple of workable answers. that was a bit frustrating
Well written and organized. The read-to-me function was a little annoying in its lack of appropriate inflection.
27 years of taking Ethics, the quizzes are now deliberately written to be very difficult. Search feature is almost useless as all multiple-choice answers are within the searched chapter and have no clear-cut choice that matches the question being asked.
I wish it had visuals.
This course takes much longer than the time indicated
Test are too long and complicated. There should be only one or two or max three tests per course, not 24 tests!
the course was very good and clear
I loved everything and learned a lot more of the expectation of what I am required to do.
I enjoy refreshing my memories with this course it was very helpful and educational .
Very good. I really like the course.
On my Chapter 4 Exam, The question was: Franklin did not pay the renewal premium on his homeowners policy. Two months after his policy expired lightning struck Franklin's House. On receipt of Franklin's first-party property claim for lightning damage, his property insurer will most likely a. accept the claim without qualification. b. tell franklin to go fly a kite, and deny the claim outright. c. file a declaratory judgement action. d. I don't remember what this one was. Even though B seemed the most correct answer, it also seemed the most likely to cause a terrible customer service experience and tank the credibility of the adjuster/company with telling an insured We are Denying your claim go FLY A KITE. You are telling adjusters taking this exam that is ok to tell an insured to go fly a kite Because that is what Ben Franklin was doing when trying to get electricity on to the key tied to his kite string? Really?! So, no, I choose some other option that made less sense because I would never tell an insured/claimant go fly a kite while denying their claim. So much for sympathy/empathy.
easy and informative
Easy enough to do, simple UI, good product foe meeting CE.
The course was very informative I learned additional information.
I personally think this is a very good course. Sometimes the information was a bit confusing but I managed to make it through. Overall a great program for learning this skill set.
awesome CE materials.
the reoccurring pass word check should have just been your license number for ease.
I went straight the the Exam, glad that was an option to see how much I knew, if I didn't pass I could go back to study the course.
The word play and puns in the scenarios was top notch. Thanks for Harry met Sally accidentally, and Chick Little getting injured from a brick dropped by Mason. A+
after each hour the resigning in process was a problem and required me called to speak to a tech It was disorienting and cost me concentration of the course
this is a great refresher course
Long course , good learning ex
A couple of the answers needed to be updated.
LOVE THE READ TO ME FEATURE
This was a good course but had nothing to do with crop insurance
It was really a lot of imformation
the voiced reading sounded slow & like a computer. I chose to read myself vs using it
Course was good, but lengthy for a 3 hour course.
Very informative.
just like my attempt to Classroom Equivalent classes 2 yrs ago I ended up taking 2 classes with you that were not Eligible for credit for Cont. Ed. your rep was very kind and gave me two more eligible classes . Thank You
Quiz questions were too lengthy
I liked that it made me look at what claims adjusters go through when claims arise. Make me as an agent explain coverage clearly so the consumer understands.
Great course!! very enjoyable!!
Course format very easy. I appreciate how the mini exams and final test was administered.
I've used your services in the past and like the self paces and well organized course materials. I choose to continue using WebCE due to this.
Too Many TESTS for a 3 hour module!!!
Robot narrators suck. Please have a real human ready to be the narrator.
Very impressed with the material and how easy it was to navigate through the site and exams.
I think for professionals in the field for more than 25 years, we should be able to test out of CE. This is very time consuming and fundamental and not very useful for me. I guess this feedback would be more relevant to the state.
The robot narrator sucks, would prefer to have a human reading the course. I read the course material versus listening to it!
The person doing the audio was reading very fast. I did read along on my own as well
Very easy to navigate and simple to use. I like the website.
A few of the questions seemed like they were worded incorrectly/inconsistent.
The information provided by the course was excellent, and spot on.
I have been using Web CE since I became an Insurance Adjuster & find this course exam very knowledgeable & informative.
The names used within the worded scenarios were at times a bit confusing.
Great source for CE courses
This is my second time using you and I will continue. The ease of being able to bundle what is needed for your CE credits and then how the courses are set up is phenomenal! Best money I have spent, definitely priced fair!
There is no highlighter or note-taking along the paragraphs
I really enjoyed this course!
THE NAMES IN THIS COURSE WAS A LOT BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS COURSE I TOOK AND IT WAS EASY TO FOLLOW.
Found information provided to be relevent and understandable. Navigating throughout the course was easy
DISLIKE THE NAMES IN THE QUESTIONS, SOMETIMES IT WAS A BIT CONFUSING. YOU MAY JUST WANT TO USE SIMPLE NAMES.
The course took too long to complete. While the content was excellent, it was way too long. Not very reasonable.
Very easy to understand
Long, a lot of reading. Would explore more ways to interact vs just download of info to break it up some.
The humor in the test questions and answer choices is delightful.
The AI Voice is annoying have a real person read the information
This course was too long and there were too many modules (chapters).
Excellent Course well presented
Course takes longer then the hours received to complete.
Well put together online CE coursework.
Courses are not interactive. More interactivity would be nice.
Consider automating transition between one page and the next.
thank you for the read along options.
The material was clean and easy to understand.
I am not sure that the question with the answer of asking the insured to come up an amount that someone would pay for their VEH is incorrect. The question was an except question so wouldn't putting the burden on the INSD be something you shouldn't do and therefore meeting the except requirement.
Very nice and easy course, Thank you WebCE
it was very informative and helpful, some of the questions was a little long to read to answer.other wise it was great
This site has a very easy format. Courses are well laid out and content easy to read.
The price was very reasonable too! The course provided were suitable to what I needed to get my licenses in Arkansas. Thanks
good course content
This product was referred by my employer but i found it easy to use and instructive
I personally had a little trouble retaining the information in the last 2 chapters of this exam. Everything else was very well done but I had some trouble grasping the concepts in 23 and 24.
thank you great training course
The question writer was very creative!
On the exam question 44 regarding state specific endorsements, although I correctly answered that question, the phrasing of the answers could be improved as there were three plausible responses.
The questions were too wordy.
I liked the process going through with ease.
Much of the information was repeated quite often pertaining to obvious statements being reiterated several times.
A 3.0 hr course that took 8.0 hrs , Adjusters dont have time to BS.
As GA residence, I have a problem with the Proctor to take the exam As the FL residence, did not need a Proctor to take the exam
Great course content and easy to use program/system
No complaints. All of the material was clear and the narrator was easy to understand., he did not got to fast and spoke clearly.
Review the quiz on the final section plz, final two questions I think it is. In writing is mandatory and another was goofy.
Too many scenerios - test questions.
This course is convenient and I can take it on my time frame. The information in this course is good and always different.
good exam
Great easy to use system with courses that are educational and interesting.
The chapters were very informative and educational. I liked the fact that I could retake the quizzes with unlimited tries.
I feel the auto reader has no personaity and can be hard to follow at times.
There were two or three instances where my answer was counted wrong, but they were not wrong. Rather, you were looking for a different answer, which is also obviously not wrong. The fact that you interpret some phrase differently than me cost me only a minute or two.But you should be more careful, I think.
This took a long time to complete, but it was thorough, clear, and well-presented. The writing is excellent and engaging. The examples were extremely helpful. Very entertaining name and scenario choices engaged the brain and kept me interested in the content. Very well done.
It was too long. Main rules of ethics ought to concise to dos or dont
little long for a 6 hour course
was great!! easy to navigate! easy to follow along, I thought it was cute all the examples provided. Was very helpful and nice refresher! thank you!!
It is not interactive enough.
was really great! easy to use, easy examples to help you understand. Was some of the better CE training I have done, thank you! and good job :)
I like the read it to me feature
Excellent training!
very easy to read- not flashy!
Excellent class. I learned a lot of new things related to claims and insurance.
I felt the course was an excessive amount of reading. I did like it when we would be quizzed more often rather than after I read pages of information.
Excellent Course!! Thank you!!!
clear and easy to follow.
Easy to understand material
Offer live webinars to fulfill CE that do not require exam and proctor
great test
Excellent course! The course material was presented clearly and was very informative. Your company provides superior courses!
There were a handful of questions that I thought might have been written incorrectly (either the answer didn't seem correct or the question itself was hard to understand).
Easy to follow
Would be easier to understand the questions if they were more concise and to the point. Also would be easier to understand the questions if you kept the names of the people the same instead of naming the adjusters, insurances, and claimants all different names.
Some of the longer sections were harder to focus on because they were long bits of information being read without anything to break up the information.
These ethics course requirements seem overly complex and with several sections that didn't seem to apply to ethics at all (i.e. claim reporting process). I've done this job nearly 23 years and still much of this seems like word-salad nonsense.
To many of the same type of questions.
WebCE is an excellent tool for continuing education courses and has diversity and variety which is also excellent.
The use of unusual or complex business and personal names made it difficult to read at times. Whitty reasoning on some incorrect answer on questions that contained other plausible answers was less than appropriate. Its learning, not a game
I like the read it to me feature!
This is more that 6 hours.
it seemed to take longer to complete than the six hours credit given
enjoyable class
very helpful and clear on instructions.
The voiceover is not great. Clearly AI made as it's very very monotonous and tends to sound like it's ending in the middle of a sentence.
All of the parts of this course were very easy to understand. I enjoyed having the audio/course read to me, as it helped me understand it better and was faster than me having to read it myself.
the actual time to complete all of the chapters in the courses is not accurate. example it took me over 8 hours to complete a "3 hour" course .
Everything is very user freindly
Thank you for bringing some levity to the training through the creative names in the scenarios.
The read it to me audio is very helpful, and all the content has all your answers. I will use this WebCE again!
Good course on understanding ethics.
Loved the audible
Very good study information
I liked the audio reading
Good course. I have worked as agent/owner/manager in the insurance industry since 1985. This is first time I have taken claims handling as a CE course. I think it is one of the most helpful ever. Thanks
Each course it TOOO long.
Great programme, very easy to use and digestible content.
THIS COURSE WAS VERY DETAILED AND INFORMATIVE. I AM VERY GLAD THERE WERE NO TIME RESTRAINTS.
It was very helpful to nagivate through it all and understand
AI was very dull.
I like the auto read; I would like to see the auto read automatically go to the next section/page instead of having to physically hit continue.
i like that i can learn at my own pace. I like to see what questions i got wrong and what the correct answer is
This is so much better than ExamFX. The only thing that would have been an improvement is different accents for the audio, but it was super helpful information all throughout the course. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.
Being able to go back to the course study to help answer some of the questions made it very easy.
This is the best CEU course
very time consuming with involved reading and taking exams.
Two questions asking about the disposal of damaged vehicles both had the answer about dumping the car into the ocean listed as correct instead of the answer about selling the vehicle at auction.
Very time consuming in reading & answering test questions
The slider questions in section 3 would not work. it took a couple minutes of trying for them to function. Also, the primary question itself in poorly worded.
Decent course.
Very Good Course and Examples of claims adjusting ethical situations.
Good examples to learn from and incorporate into daily claim handling.
Nice course. Very informative
Very helpful examples.
Kept my attention and was easy to use
Under Chapter 3.2 after "following" there should be a colon: Under Chapter 3.5 halfway down the page it states: "A primary ..." there needs to be a colon at the end. Under the third bullet "the" should be changed to "their". Under the fourth bullet "rises" should be changed to "would evoke." ( I was an English major so though I would help you out. Otherwise, great job! Tracey Pogue
Use more realistic names. The tongue tying and "pun"-ny names are tricky and extremely distracting to the actual question
The questions are too long and sometimes confusing.
The experience was rewarding and easy to follow. Excellent review for experience adjusters.
Some of the questions were to misleading making it hard to understand what the question was asking.
As someone outside of Judeo-Christian practices, I would like to see ethics taught with less outright discussion of "God". Thanks
Good course.
Course was very informative and the test questions came right from the course audio.
Very easy to follow along
it should be more clear in the "packaged" units whether all units are non monitored. Working from home make a non family member monitor difficult.
Great Course, Good Content
The course material was fine, but I am not sure why it was necessary to mention Black Lives Matter or ESG. Depending on what side of the aisle you are on this could be inflammatory or praised. I just don't see a need for either in this material.
You can look at the videos or just take exam, is a really good feature.
Very pleased with the course and will take it again to complete my CEs.
Questions are too confusing and too many excess words.
The intro to each section is unnecessary and adds no new relevant information.
i like the relevant content
GOOD MATERIAL
When logging in, the captcha is very difficult, it typically takes my 10-15 attempts.
great course very well put together
Please change the "read it to me" audio to a human voice. The 'automated' voice makes the material hard to retain.
As a Public Adjuster the questions re automobile ins and liability are not relevant to me, but this was one of 2 non-proctored exams available and I needed both of them to obtain the needed credits, in fact I need 3 more credits and will have to secure a proctor for that exam! More course offerings and better suited to our profession would be most welcome!
Enjoyed the ease of navigating through the course material and exam
I appreciate that you had packaged courses available that met the requirements to renew my insurance license.
more time is needed to complete
I liked the scenarios in the quizzes.
Another great course. Keep up the good work.
Nice course.
very long course otherwise not a bad course i would recomend
I am not a fan of the read it to me feature. It is too slow, and the voice seems to be computer generated, monotone, and monotonous.
I like the fact that the audio was spoken aloud
The material, presentation, and information are excellent.
Very in depth information
Thank you for keeping it simply and for the summery
something that would be helpful is one-sentence definitions of terms, especially key terms, before the paragraph-long explanation of the term.
Fantastic produce and course.
The diction and phraseology of the course is like a contract. It is concise, but often takes a moment to translate back to yourself what you just read/heard.
the questions in these exams need to be reviewed and reworded. the structure of the sentences and the punctuation was incorrect so it made reading and comprehension difficult.
The audio portion of the curse was very monotone, and I feel that some lessons can be shortened a bit. Some of them were rather lengthy and I feel that by cutting the lesson in smaller segments might work better.
The topic and instructor was great.
A LOT OF THE QUESTIONS HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH MY JOB AS AN AUTO INS AGENT AND DO NOT APPLY TO ME AS A P&C AGENT. I WISH THAT THESE COURSES WERE MORE CONDUSIVE TO OUR JOB AND IN RETURN, THE COMPANY MIGHT SAVE MONEY AND RESOURCES IN THIER TRAINING.
The best courses available are with WebCE.
it seemed as though there was a lot of repetition between courses , I feel a lot of time could have been saved had the course not presented the same information with the same exam questions. I also noticed a couple right answers were marked incorrect
awesome materials
I think the course did a great job with relevant topics and information.
The ease of locating the correct material was very helpful.
Some of the questions were very long
I like the chapter exams after each section vs all at one time
i have always found your courses user friendly and appreciate
some questions asked for the exceptions, but the answer was the opposite.
I suffer from test anxiety and this product made it so easy to achieve my goals.
The course was too detailed for someone that’s not a claims adjuster.
I wish was more engaging and the questions didnt use such similar names to each other, that made the quiz difficult at times and had to re-read.
use generic names instead. Some of the names were confusing.
Case studies and claim scenarios were very helpful in understanding the material.
Great way to take the exam
THis was a very good course and I learned some new things for certain!
The way the questions on the test are written can be a little confusing.
Overall I think the course is good, BUT it is too long. It's great for a new adjuster but a lot of repetition for the experienced adjuster. Very time consuming.
I like the read it to me but the voice is very monotone and made me sleepy.
The grammatical errors throughout made it very difficult to read.
some questions were worded in a confusing way.
Some questions had more information/words than needed and made it confusing as to what was being asked.
scoring is misleading. must score 80% or higher; not 70%.
I have been using WEBCE for about 10 years and it never disappoints me. All material and content is great.
flow of course was easy to follow and I was able to save, exit and get back to course at my best time.
The course is for 3 hours of ethics but takes 4 to 5 hours to complete.
That was very technical! More examples would’ve been appreciated
The course was easy to navigate.
More videos and visual representation would be nice on all your CE
I like the ability to choose a Continuing Education 'package' for my state licensing renewal that will meet all CE requirements.
Some of the questions, particularly in the quizzes, are not clearly worded and can be answered more than one way. The narrator voice is robotic/hypnotic
This course is too long and should be broken down into two courses.
The set amount of time that you must review material before you can take the final exam.
Well organized course materials.
Course was boring I have taken similar courses with better visuals and some game-like elements
Useful and informative. The exam kept to the relevant issues
great lessons for learning and understanding
This course is great. The only thing I had problems with was I wasn't sure if my license had certain requirements, i.e. ethics, etc. and so I had a hard time choosing which courses to take because I didn't know if I could choose any course or needed to pick certain ones. So I just picked the bundle hoping it would include everything I needed. I think it does.
Really like the read to me option of the courses.
The questions should be easier to answer.
Course kept jumping back to previous slides. Very aggravating.
COURSE WAS A LITTLE LONG, IT COULD'VE BEEN BROKEN UP INTO 2 OR 3 COURSES AS NOT TO DRAG IT OUT.
Very good CE lesson
Lot of information
Easy to follow content.
I would like to see more video lessons
One question, #21, referenced the adjuster Robert's name as teh policyholder in option D, which is why I had not selected that as the naswer; I thought it was a trick question because the adjuster could not have been (and was not) adjusting his own policy. Looks like there was a typo in that question, which made me change my answer from that choice to the next most logical one. However, I got the question wrong as a result. Please review this material to correct this error if confirmed as such. Otherwise, all else was ok. Found several typos and grammatical errors in the course material as well, but it was good otherwise.
good quesitons and refresher on interesting
there is only one point I want to make out is the story line for examples -when using the Names such as Mr Black and Ms Brown it is confusing in a sense of the 2 last names are the Letter "b' would made more sense than to re reading it by saying Mr. Black and Ms Orange -other than that it was fairly simple
Web CE made it easy to learn
The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the below practice question & answer. Compared to the veriage in the content, it was very confusing and seemed not to quite line up with the content around this topic; for example, the answer I selected (letter a) used some of the same language as the content did for this definition (like "Suggested wording"); yet the answer that was supposedly correct had differing language & didn't seem to define the term Model Regulation compared to how the content described it. See below: 1. The NAIC provides the suggested wording for regulations that state insurance departments to use to administer a law that follows the wording of the NAIC's sample law. This suggested wording is known as a(n) a. model law. This answer is incorrect. The correct answer is "B. model regulation." A model regulation, which will be enforced by regulators in the state's insurance department, is a draft regulation that may be implemented if the state legislature passes the related NAIC model law. b. model regulation c. unfair claims practice. d. unfair trade practice
Takes up too much time. Too many quizzes.
I believe that some of the questions were difficult to follow. There were a couple of answers that were not correct in my opinion. Overall the course was good. Thank you.
Test questions were much more real-life scenario-based than quizzes. Good course!
interactive screens would help keep engagement and learning consistency
I find it difficult to make sure I am locating courses that will fill my specific license CE requirements as a Property/Casualty adjuster. It would be beneficial to make that more clear.
Would prefer audio instead of reading the material
My only feedback is that the sound did not work on some parts of the training.
Very good courses that were engaging.
I loved the option to mute the audio and the fact a test is completed after each section instead of texting after all material has been reviewed.
Some question are valid but most of the questions have multiple answers you can choose from. There so be one clear choice in the answer to choose from.
Great resource and loved how I could listen to the audio at 1.5 speed.
I did find one question that was incorrect - it was about mediators. The correct answer was Mediators (confirmed by the text), but the quiz results had the correct answer set as "umpires"
Some of the sections were a bit long and dry.
I would have liked to see more examples from Property Casualty
I enjoyed the ethics course but I did experience some issues with the audio stopping before the text was read completely in various sections.
Nice content & formate complete ty JB
The preselected packages make it easy to stay in compliance with the state requirements for CE courses.
Some questions used confusing language. They did present in basic, everyday language but when attempting to determine the technical answers, the plane language sometimes obfuscated the actual issue.
There is still no package option for commercial insurance. If you want to do commercial, you have to select them individually.
The Read-It-To-Me audio feature was extremely helpful as it helped with the extensive material being presented. Some questions on the chapter exams had overly long/drawn out scenario build ups that I found unnecessary.
The 60 minute password to confirm identity continuously popped on screen and made it difficult to complete the course.
This particular course required one to remember the various deadlines associated with responding to a claim, etc., so it required a little more attention to that type of detail than expected. I am taking other WEBCE classes; however, there aren't enough monitor-free classes and the course topics need to be broadened as many of the same classes are offered from year to year.
A 50 question exam and another 30 questions at the end of each chapter for 6 hours of CE!?! Seriously!?! Most DOI state license exams are 150 questions to get the license in the first place. Ridiculous.
A lot of the questions seem unnecessarily verbose.
I like that each test was reviewed after submitting
This course was easy to follow and provided great content. I liked how it used the same scenarios most of the time.
WebCE has always been informative, quick and accurate in education and completion of required courses.
Awesome course and overall experience
everything was very clear and concise
Block of text - can be difficult to keep track of where the audio is at in the text. Visuals or Interactive components would help with breaking up text and facilitating comprehension
I enjoyed taking this course it was very interesting and educational.
The attempt of tricking or using verbiage in the test questions that isn't contained in the training is frustrating. I got one question wrong for simply stating I would follow up with the lab before contacting the customer instead of answering that I would tell the customer I haven't received the report. There is nothing wrong with going above and beyond and that question is ridiculous as the answer is based upon personal interpretation on our daily work habits.
Excellent course!
This course was very informative and I learned a lot from it. Thank you WEB CE
On the exam, there was a question that stated Rodger Roy's policy has a $2500 limit for silver tableware, then it asked if *Roger's* silverware was stolen, how much would Rodger's insurance company pay? Was this intended to be a trick question by spelling Roger without the "D"? Or was it just a typo? Either way it was very confusing and difficult to determine whether it was intentionally a trick question or just a mistake because there were answers that applied to both possibilities (A. Nothing, and C. $2500). This question should be removed or fixed.
Easy to navigate and take the courses/quizzes. This one had a couple sections that seemed a bit long, but turned out fine :)
This course took much longer to complete. Is this really a 3.0 CE?
I found the course & material excellent.
Everything should be read including the items you ask us to pause and review.
For a class to teach that one should always use proper speech etiquette; there were numerous grammatical errors
the questions were vague and some even incorrect in grammar creating confusion of what the questions were asking to properly select the correct answer.
Read aloud feature worked for a while and then stopped, re-started, and then stopped again. No big deal. I just had to read it myself after that.
Please do not make us wait a certain amount of time before allowing up to take the test.
Use pictures or photos in some area so you are not always reading It would be helpful to see up front what is being explained
Excellent course with clear examples and thought provoking scenarios.
help me to refresh the adjuster skill.
eveything is excellent and very educational.
i liked the whole course
in the exams and in the chapters: please make the genders between the insured/claimant different than the adjuster. scenario with Donna & Molly... "she" did this, and "she" did that.... who is "she"?
The read it to me audio.
Easy to follow training and learning material!
Great refresher for things I've already learned and informative for things I didn't know.
This claim took much longer than expected.
More clarity needed on the numbering of CPT codes, for the test questions you need to better understand how to assign.
Good course set up easy to use and intuitive
bad contend for example in Claims Evaluation and Resolution – CLEQ 24 1 Overview question 5 is very unclean because in the text it could be 2 answers and maybe should be. Maybe have an expert take this test and they should get 100%. If they do not, your text is unclear as my example
Great course, easy to follow.
Some of the questions needs to be proof read. This is an insurance course and some of the ending questions on the exam read something like Anne Adjuster, instead of Adjuster Anne. Also, I still found some grammatical errors.
Every year I recommend that FEMA/NFIP use WebCe for the annual renewal of my NFIP flood adjuster certificate in the course survey. I don't understand why they make us sit through a 6 hour presentation that teaches nothing and tests nothing.
If you have to pause the read it aloud audio then pick it back up again it is hard to find where on the page that audio is starting back up. If there was a way to highlight the word the audio is on at that time, or to highlight continuously as the reading progresses, it would be easier to follow along.
The Course Helper is imperative to keep as it helped to ensure I could refer to the information I was to retain.
Very easy to navigate. Clear
For the Claims Handling best practices test, It states I have #25 wrong and it shows the same answer I chose as correct when i reviewed it.
1. There are a few typos. 2. There are a few questions that have badly worded answers that should be better edited for clarity. It caused me to get a few answers wrong. Clarity in wording is really important in insurance.
Need update some old questions suggest dated material
Suggest cleaner presentation of materials by adding paragraphs and key titles throughout your material. Can be hard to read as presented. Spread out your materials.
Would have preferred if there was an audio version of this
some of the questions were too far tricky than the material provided
This course is exceptional! i will always use webce for my ongoing insurance CE needs.
The Course provided all the answers that was needed.
Excessive Test
They are too long.
Very informative
EASY TO FOLLOW
While I understand the time requirements set by the state. The required "time" inside the course is eponentially LONGER than the time it takes to actually read the content. There's no benefit to sitting around waiting for the clock to tick one all the materials'been read. Please consider adding EXTRA reading material to the course. Otherwise, this ends up just being a clock watching game with no actual benefit to MOST Of the time spent taking course.
I learn a lot from this course thank you for making it very user friendly.
Far to many quiz questions that were not a practical application of the text.
The read it to me feature was excellent. The ability to speed up the speech was also really helpful.
direction on virtual proctor were not clear
Easy to navigate.
The read to me audio was helpful.
For the most part the content and spelling is well written and easy to grasp the ideas... I did notice a few words incorrectly used. The computerized read it to me was confusing at times due to the inflection and weird pauses in sentences that AI applies.
The six hour course if you go through the complete material is more like 9 hours.
yeah, overall, super good, but I wish there was an option to flag certain answers to certain questions as: vague, unclear or rarely, just wrong. Been in industry 20 years and some questions and some answers are either wrong, don't make sense, are unclear. But this is the exception, again, overall, great.
I very much liked the course but the questions were a bit misleading and a bit confusing. However, I am very grateful to have taken the course!
I liked the subtle humor in some of the questions: the Elaine, Jerry, Cosmo Insurance question for example. Thanks!
simple and efective
The course was good
The practice question with a zip code as the correct answer for a CPT code was not helpful and misleading.
Awesome content, very helpful resources
The volume could be a little louder
This course has poor info in the course vs the questions regarding the CPT codes, I had to look them up on my personal computer, very poor course.
Its long, but its good, Thank you
some of the quiz questions appeared to be intentionally constructed to be confusing. The exam questions were straight forward and clear. I spent too much time trying to figure out your confusing quiz questions and kick myself for not realizing that the quizzes don't matter.
not pleased with the inability to review the chapter test questions before taking final exam.
enjoyed the auto reader very much and able to change the speed, thank you
When reviewing the test score, no correct answer given in the one I missed!
For chapter exams and the final exams, it advises which questions are incorrect, but it does not provide the correct answer. Providing the correct answer is beneficial in understanding why the incorrect answer is wrong.
The audio version to the course was effective and helpful. Including the link to assist in reviewing the questions during the exams had been helpful. Adding a search engine would have been helpful but not needed.
Quizes for every section, dry text made it difficult to stay awake.
Having adjusted claims for over 40 years I found the presentation of what it takes to be an effective claim handler to be more accurate and realistic than ever before.
It helped refresh my memory.
This class has spot on information for an adjuster. It was very informative.
Web CE is my go to. Courses are easy to understand..
Some of the correct answers are being marked wrong but indicating they are correct.
The real examples helped me understand the process and made the learning applicable to real-life situations.
Great course and easy to access.
Great overall format
there were too many CPT questions on this. We arent Medical coders or billers or claim adjusters.
examples could have been better using pictures, etc. Gets confusing when multiple parties are involved in paragraph only expamples.
The test was difficult compared to the pre--test material. Maybe a pre-test with a substantial amount of questions would be helpful.
Good content, I use it every 2 years!
This course was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone!
I've been using WebCE for years, and continue to because content id relevant.
thank you for making this easy to control
Excellent Course! Learned A LOT!
The only complaint, and it is a minor one, is the color of the buttons on the pop-up to sign in every hour. The button to continue is grey and not green. A simple complaint.
Appropriate difficulty of quiz questions.
It would be helpful to breakup the mass of text on the pages.
Well put together.
I love the easy to read and easy to find literature
This was an excellent course for me as it really aided me in understanding my roles and responsibilities as a claims adjuster for my next role. I learned a lot from this course and I feel more equipped to handle the next challenges.
The class was very helpful.
The names used in the scenarios are funny. Enjoyed that part.
Great Course!
Liked that I can move at my own pace, if I have confidence in the subject, or let the audio play if I have to step away for a minute. Liked standard format of 5 questions, exactyly, al the same format, for each chapter. Not a lot of demands for constant mouse clicking. Well done
Liked the audio pace
Good presentation - easy to follow.
There is an issue in this specific course that produces an SSL error when attempting to navigate to the next lesson. This issue only occurs in the first 3-4 chapters and the final chapter. Support was unable to replicate the issue, but it continues to occur only in this particular course. This course is great, but there may be an issue with the URLs used in the content itself and the security certificate...or it could be user error. Thanks for checking it out and being responsive!
Excellent course and user friendly. Appreciate the opportunity to retake the exam allowing time to review and answer.
My company only allots 7.5hrs to complete 24 CE credits. It is impossible to read through all the courses and complete the testing in this time. I had to skip reading a lot of the material because the length of the course did not match the allotted time given.
Read along voice was OK, but sounded robotic with no interjections where necessary.
By the phrasing of many questions, the desired answers are often in conflict with the correct answers, because of the missing real-world experience of the test producer.
Stop using names like "Ann Adjuster" and such. It makes the questions hard to read.
there a multiple grammatical errors which change that meaning of the questions being asked, I also do not like the fact that once the test is completed, you do not provide the answers to the questions that were wrong.
Great content, thank you!
I saw spelling errors. Adjuster was spelled Adjustor at least twice on this course.
Good course with very good information
some video content would have been nice.
Great content, thank you.
I have used Web CE before and find it to be very user friendly.
Enjoying the comprehensive approach of education with rich content. This insurance knowledge will help greatly in doing adjusting career.
These exercises were initially redundant and confusing
Very happy with the course. I work with marine insurance but found this course interesting and many elements are applicable to my work, especially about RORs and denials.
A lot was coved in 24 sections.
It should be more clear how much you have left after completing each section. There should be no congrats until you are done.
I like being able to adjust the audio to my reading pace.
Great course, well constructed.
Some of the test questions/answer choices seemed very silly. For example, What should file notes that may be read in court not be...entertaining? There were some others also.
What I liked the most was that the course and site were easy to navigate.
There was redundancy with another course. It has enough explanatory issues to be a good addition to training.
The course materials were covered, 6 hrs for the duration is too little. 2 4 hr courses or 1 8 hr course would be more appropriate.
Ethics would be easier to follow with photos and or videos.
Very Informative
This is a comprehensive explanation of insurance claims handling and is one I would recommend to anyone moving from a processing or support position into claims handling. It should probably be reviewed in longer than 6 hours.
Very easy to navigate through content and easy to refer back. Love the audio option as well.
One of the exam questions for Chapter 9 was incorrectly marked wrong; question scenario was an adjuster named Drew and related to an appraisal of the damages. Correct answer is for the appraisal to be assigned "to a contractor of the insured's choice" but the program stated that the correct answer was "without prejudice." Please double check.
I like the tests that come up between lessons. It solidifies what you just learned and is a nice transition.
I would like to know the correct answers to the questions that I was marked incorrect, specifically question 24. Thank you
Some of the Exam questions and or answers are ridiculous
Break in two , quite extensive
I would like the tables to also be read. I listened while driving to and from work, so was not able to pause the audio to view the table (I would have to go back to make better sense of the tables later.)
The course was very informative, and well laid-out.
The use of more real-world scenarios would be helpful to illustrate the concepts, terms, and definition presenting in the course material. The example would be the test questions where scenarios are used to assess the comprehension of the information presented.
The course was well formulated and comprehensive, covering relevant aspects for insurance adjusting. Provided a much valued opportunity to revise and refresh well rounded material that one may not encounter following your every day duties as an adjuster. 'Enjoyed it'.Thanks.
I liked the examples the courses provided & was relatable to adjusting claims. I guess if there was a glossary / terms at the end of the entire course it would be helpful / make things easier to remember. Everything was easy to learn with the courses however.
The monotonous tone of the speaker made it hard to pay attention. If there was more interactive portions, it might have been less so.
You should not have to be in the course for a certain amount of time in order to complete the exam -
Each time I have used the CE training I have been more than happy .
Long course and long test
The time frame for some of the material is too long.
Thankful for Bling Able to listen & Follow along helps grasp Info Clearly.
Great course, learned more than i thought i would, keeps me up to date on adjusting content and practices.
This is a really great coarse
I liked that the course was easy to navigate and the questions on the exam were clear.
Perhaps when you choose the read option have a interactive video during.
I let the audio play in its entirety but I was advised that I only had 4 hours and 47 minutes of class. The audio should equal the full course time requirement.
well put together
audio should be a bit louder
I love the Web CE format for continuing education! It is easy to follow and very helpful in keeping me informed and up to date.
The only issue I had was trying to find the pdf files of the materials for the course on the site, everything else was great!
The test questions are unclear in some of the sections. There is a lot of run own sentences and the descriptive nature of the adjuster, claimant, insurer, etc just added to the frustration of understanding the questions and having to read them more than once to get a clear understanding.
Excellent course easy to understand
Material very clear and understanding .
Courses are too long
there has to be some way to make this one more entertaining than just a big ol long PDF
A lot of information was contained in this course. I think it should be more concise or shorten the class.
I liked the referrals to chapters during test
would like to be able to revisit chapters after testing..
it was difficult to read. only a small portion of the written script appeared on the screen.
Would like to have more examples to review
The ability to work at one's pace is beneficial and helps when completing the course.
