There were several questions where the ultimate answer was between two of the answers - for example. the waiting period for most BI coverage is between 24 and 72 hours. Others lacked clarity because the deciding component was not listed in the question. I highly recommend fixing these issues

I've been licensed for several years so I didn't go through the training I went straight to the test and was able to score a 92%, which I was happy with. I love the fact that you allow us to take the test and prove we already know the material without having to sit through all the classes. I'll be back in 2 more years to use you again.

As a previous customer of webCe and returning for this course, I was happy to see the differences in content and the way the courses are taken.
a lot of the questions are poorly written and too wordy. They have run on sentences that create unnecessary confusion and confusing names that can be simplified.
I have been using this website for years and it is very user friendly. I tried another company for continuing education one year and WEBCE is by far the best one.
A separate practice exam with hundreds of questions would be nice. That would give practice on taking the test and relevant information on wrong answers.

While this E&O course was self-led and primarily reading, the examples and choice of wording helped with better comprehension - both of the industry, as well as E&O dilemmas and solutions. Document, follow-up, and document more!

Unfortunately, the topics/courses are no longer relevant to me as I am a Surety Underwriter. However, I do not want to "let go" of my license so I maintain my CE's. I would love to see something more well-rounded and not have to take in-depth courses that would not apply.

This is like sitting for your producer's license all over again!!!! It is supposed to be continuing education, not a mundane recording that I had to listen to for hours and hours and then take an exam with hundreds of questions. No wonder people are moving out of Illinois!

The automated reading really needs to be done by someone actually READING the material. As it is currently, the pauses and breaks in sentence structure make it almost impossible to mentally follow along with the reader and the material without ones brain from COMPLETELY SPASMING OUT AND EXPLODING!!!!!!!!!!

The only downside is that the 12 hour course has 135 questions.
I was confused trying to pick up my classes and which one I needed to decided. I couldnt do it by myself online so I called CS and she was great and helpful.

At one point in the material it was suggested that insuring trailers using Specified Perils would be better than using Comprehensive simply due to 'no windshields', this is not logical and would not be a good recommendation for an Agent to make.

This 15 hour course would have been better if broken down into smaller sections. I didn't like that I had to read everything before I was tested. I forgot the first part before I got to the end.
Some of the names of the comapnies need to be switched up. Its almost too confusing when reading the questions that the names of the compaines match the answers or the names of the companies are confusing becuase they are similar. The goal is to have us learn about insurance, not confuse us by mixing up the names in the questions.

I suppose if I purchased any number of courses, say 5 of 3 hours each, with a test after each, it would have been easier than remembering all the courses over 15 hours, then taking one large test. Much more difficult but I survived. The cost was not relevant because my agency employer reimbursed me for all CE classes.
Sometimes it can be confusing when you have several names for opposite parties and the questions such as Tom and Tim Etc....
This course was too long it should be broken down into 3 hours per course and not 12 hours and 135 question exam.
As these are CE courses, the exam questions are a bit extreme in length and complexity. I think it would be enough to keep it basic and avoid lengthy and complicated verbiage.

I felt as though so of the cases included weren't clear. I wasn't sure what grounds some of the claims were denied upon. In the case of the house that burn down & the ex was trying to get the insurance money was the house rebuild with the claim money or did she become owner of a burnt down house & lot? Other case studies I didn't understand as they were too brief.

When on read to me it should ask if you are still there prior to logging out due to inactivity. It does not always mean you are not there but rather that you are just listening.

I began with the read it to me video, but it did not sound like a real person. It sounded very robotic, and I did not use it after that...I just read it. Other than that, things were pretty straight forward.
Some of the section were rather long (e.g. >30 minutes). Consider breaking them down in to sub-sets. Although the overall time to go through section would still be same, I think it would be a psychological boast to have smaller sections.

Doing a 21 credit course generates a massive overly complicated test to do in one shot. Most in person CE doesn't have this requirement. When the test's complicated Paragraph long personal life story questions take as long as the course material to read there is a problem.

The feature of "read it to me" is very monotone
These test questions were unnecessarily convoluted with multiple correct answers in a question asking for only 1 answer. Very frustrating and again the questions were not spelled out clearly - there was word trickery that came across as obnoxious and the required time to complete the learning components were way too long. It should be condensed for clarity and consideration of time needed to be spent on these CE courses.

As a general insurance course contained too many specific coverage questions such as limits and coverage under specific forms etc.
The questions on the exam were very long and the stories were too detailed to esaily focus on issue at hand. Would recommend simplifying the names of people and companies down to one name and leave out the creativity. This will reduce time it takes to complete exam and it's complexity to just the insurance facts. There was rhyming and reference to American Pie song that were not needed in the questions. This was a distraction to the integrity of the exam. Others may feel differently. Thank you.
On open book tests having the test questions in the same order as the manual would be helpful but overall the materials were applicable to the test.
I use Web CE every time I need CE courses.
The questions in this exam were WAY TOO LONG!

I don't like that there aren't questions i could answer in preparation for the exam. The information was helpful though.
All the concepts were put in a way that were very easy to understand and the read-to-me option helped me remember them even more. The cases helped me understand the concepts in a more practical way as well.
The only thing that "I" would like is: the option to break a long course like this into two sessions. I had to stop halfway through because I ran out of time that day I started it. I don't know what that would look like, but I think it would have made me feel better about starting such a long course.

It would be nice if the course description gave more info about the content. There was a lot regarding commercial which i don't normally handle.
when taking the exam at the end, it would be helpful if when searching the chapters in study materials that you could skip to each instance of a word that you searched for. It is hard to scroll through looking for the highlighted text.

A lawyer obviously wrote the 75-question exam. Tone it down! Be realistic about the style of questions. This is continuing education, not the LSAT.

Personally did not like being "read to" I have a hard time absorbing information that way.

It was so much paper to print--but I enjoy the Book test
Fundamentally it is data overload, way to much info to absorb for testing purposes. Test is designed to trick you up with like wording with a spin, learning needs to result in knowing when done, not guesing for results. I would like to see the editors/writers of this test to take the test alone in the same fashion we are required as producers. Training and learning is to retain correct information and not get embarrassed or stumped on a few trickery type questions. This type testing does not create a learned skill as much as it creates a confusion as to what information is correct and what is not. This is all of course just my single opinion. Thank you for the opportunity.

Although only had to reach out for help two times over the phone, Both times it was provided in a friendly and professional manner!
Test would be easier to take if the pages were numbered and the questions told which page to go to.
Multiple misspelling errors, questions did not slow together properly as they should per section, WAY too many "example" questions where multiple answers could potentially be correct (or seem correct to the test taker). Will never be using your services again unless I am absolutely forced to.
I very much enjoyed the audio of this class. Sometimes I feel when the material is being read to you, you understand it better.

Very good course. The only negative for me is that it is more comprehensive than I expected. There are a lot of commercial questions and I'm not licensed in commercial. That was my mistake.

I really like and understand these courses.
I liked the format of some sample test questions then the actual large test. Not a lot of sections as some I see have way too many and too lengthy for the amounts of credit it gives. Would be nice to know how many sections and tests there are before selecting one.

Would have like to be able to review the questions more than once after taking the exam.
i would like more questions on chaper 7-8 and 9 and less on chapter 2-3- and 13.. I have used WebCe since 2007 and find it to be very good. I will continue to use WebCe when I need CE credits.

Quest could be a bit more complex and answers not so easily distinguished.
The inclusion of Canada’s code of ethics for adjusters was totally irrelevant and the constant reference to California insurance codes and laws was also irritating.

These really need to be offered as a video, more interactive and with the ability to take an individual exam at the end of each chapter when a 24 hour course has been purchased. All 24 hours are usually not all needed at the same time.

The course entails a whole lot of reading. And, listening to the audio is also time consuming. Even though very informative, it would be nice if the course could be shortened in details and use more scenarios as a way of teaching the knowledge pertaining to property and casualty insurance. Especially for those of us who doesn't like to read! Lol :)
The voice was sometimes hard to understand. I understood better by reading the information.
I like the interaction of videos and case study to help add context to the learnings..
This is the first time in 30 years that I've done a 24-hour course as one course. It's just a lot of material that may or may not actually be how my own company/agency/brokerage, etc., explains coverage. It was frustrating to try and recall details that aren't necessarily similar to operations in which I work. In other words, this was much harder than most CE I've done previously.

Even though it is a package course, I think that it would be better if broken up into separate tests and course material. For example when you purchase courses independently (Ethics, Homeowners Insurance fundamentals, etc...) the entire test is for about the same amount of information as each chapter in this course. Smaller chunks make it easier to review the information over time and take the tests independently.
Course material was very difficult out of the scope of everyday knowledge needed for running an effective business and helping clients. the questions were extremely irrelevant and tricky

Only negative is the computer generated voice. Very boring voice and no inflections on wording.

I did not use the audio. I am a visual learner, not audio learner. Although some may find that option useful, I did not.

I personally did not like the Read -to me option. The subject matter did not flow well, and it actually made it harder to understand the content because the timing and natural cadence was way off.
Testing should have been handled periodically once done 3 or 4 units rather than after all 16
The course was well organized. The content was sufficiently detailed to provide scenarios that would approximate real world situations.

Good course, but there were questions / answers that were not clear. There was no way to flag those questions and go back and not way to clarify to you that some Q/A seemed ambiguous. Also, it would have bee nice to have had the actual testing in several parts. Thanks for listening. Overall good.

I chose a personal lines course, I thought. This was unbalanced for commercial vs personal. Also some questions were not easy to find the answers.
