Lots of exclusive business/commercial related questions considering its a primarily personal lines course
only thing I would change is add where the text is highlighted to go along with the audio.
Read-it-to-me audio is a great feature and made it easier to learn. One improvement would be to include a highlight feature when it is reading. Highlight the first word of the paragraph in case the reader/listener loses track.
There were three questions that in two different chapters that that I got wrong one it said that the an individual with their daughter who lived with them we're running a business and so I that option and then it said I got it wrong because the daughter was not living with them and then the other one it didn't give me the number the amount that the business was earning so I got the question wrong and then another one the way it was worded didn't match what was in the chapter and so it said I got it wrong so some of the questions are not worded correctly in comparison with the answers so you guys need to double check that that would be great thank you
I would take the word servant out of your test questions - either take the question out entirely or put in another word like residence employee - servant sounds too close to slave for me.

I felt more examples would be useful in this course. I also felt it was A LOT of material for only a 6 credit course.
The font size was large enough to read as I am older and eyesight not so good. I had no problem with the font.
Not happy with the new timer - but I am assuming that was the state's call and not yours. This is why I have used you for so long because I have been able to get through the classes quickly and easily over the years.
I would have liked to see a lot more anecdotal stories and examples to help me understand things. They also touched on AI, but really did nothing to mention how AI is currently affecting the insurance industry, which was really disappointing.

I would break up some of the longer sections in half to make it easier to go through reviewing them
The most useful to me was that I was able to go back to information to be able to answer questions on exams.
it was boring. please add video &/or interactives to keep me awake. After 30 years, there was no new information & I could have passed the tests without listening/reading the course. please add something to help old timers like me.
The hourly requirement seems excessive. Content could be read/completed far faster than the 8 hour requirement.

A person has to watch the course material THREE TIMES to meet the time requirement. If you require a person to be online that long, give the full amount of time some enriching content instead of making a person repeat it three times.
This was very easy to use and I enjoy being able to take my time to absorb the material

More time is needed, when looking for a specific topic, doesn't go directly to the target, a little vague and lengthy.
For time purposes I believe it would be easier to go thru 10 questions at a time and grade them vs waiting until the very end of the 100 question exam.
I would have liked more talking or videos or more examples for this class. Also, I would like to have known the answers I missed so I can learn from them.
I would like more control of the audio speed. I could not get it to the speed best suited for me. It was either too slow or too fast.

I don't believe I knew I had to take an exam when I registered for the classes, or I don't think I would've. It was a huge disappointment as I took notes to help me remember the information, which took lots of long hours and the exam 50 questions? Way too much time and hard questions!
This is so boring! There has to be a way to make it more interesting and interactive. Like different voices reading to you. Then a demonstration of the questions along with multiple choice questions.
I liked the read-it-to-me audio. Reading "anything" makes me fall asleep and the audio kept my attention (and me awake).

I have always found WebCE to be well written, this course is not. This was one of the poorest written I have taken. Sorry, but this course is not your finest moments.

I would like to have the material read aloud while I read it. However, the AI voice is unnatural and difficult to listen to. It would be nice to upgrade the quality of the AI voice and/or have a dropdown menu to allow for users' choice of voice.

The 10-hour course is crazy that you cannot move forward to the test until you have been in the course for at least 8hrs 20 minutes. It is a waste of time.
Some of the answer choices provided were worded differently than the associated chapters and the choices were worded in a way where the definitions were not clear. For Example, in question 39 where it asks which option Maynard should choose to keep premium down during winter months for her motorcycle not used during this time, choices cold weather policy jacket & lay-up warranty were two of the options. The chapter discussed lay-up provision, not lay-up warranty. Cold weather policy jacket can mean winter storage-coverage. This made it difficult to choose the correct answer.
The search feature is not user friendly.
The text-to-audio option is horrible. There is so much advancement in technology, you can easily find something that reads smoother. It is too slow, to mono-tone, and easy to lose interest. Spelling errors in some questions.
I loved that it reads to you the chapters and that its open book
need more flexible time to complete the course. I recommend that the program adopt more flexible scheduling options. The current compressed timeframes can create unnecessary barriers for agent representatives who require additional time or accommodations. Expanding the availability of course hours and allowing a broader window for completion would promote inclusivity, reduce undue pressure

Some of the modules are too long, 4 hours should be the longest, otherwise, it is too much material to cover in one sitting
I am unhappy with the timed lesson format. That is something new and I don't care for it. After doing CE for 20 years, I really don't need to sit with something for 8 hours. It was very frustrating. But, overall, I love your website and classes.
Very good course - clear and effective presentation. The only drawback is that it takes almost twice as long to complete as the designated 4 hrs.

It was easy following the instructions and reading along with video. I think we do need more than 3 days to complete with the final course requirement being 8 hours and 20 minutes to get to the test.
It is a lot of content to review and not enough time was given to thoroughly read through all material.
I really liked the read-to-me-audio feature (helps to prevent eyestrain for me) and chapter references in the quizzes and exam.
Some of the material is outdated referencing 2021 and older manuals. The content is dry no getting around that but I would have liked watching the material explained more like in the section of scenarios vs a text book read to me.
Please update the time in course portion. If we complete the the reading and individual quiz for each course, we should be able to continue on to the final exam. We should not have to remain in the course after we have read and completed the individual quiz for each section. This process was very time consuming and unnecessary.
Really enjoyed this course. Saving the manual for future reference. Lots of great info in an easy to find format. Hopeful it will make me a better insurance professional.
Not given enough time to read and take the test in the time given.
The overall course was easy to follow and understand but the final course exam was extremely too long, topics did not fully correspond to the material that was presented. I would not recommend this course to friends and/or colleagues due to the final course exam alone.
I think the verbiage should be clearer based on the material given in the course. It comes off as trying to trick the person who has to take the test. This should be open book since some of the items are not dealt with on a daily basis.
Question 41 was not good.
Required time in course 50 mins but all courses read aloud takes way more 2 and a half hours plus
The thing I would look into changing would be the time to complete the sections. I was able to complete it sooner, but had to keep going back in to meet the time requirement. That should be adjusted or removed.
Not a fan of the time limit. If you know the course material and can complete it quicker than the time allotted, then you should be able to do so.

There were issues w/the read to me function. I would try to mute it or pause it, so I could just read the material and it would start to read twice - overlapping.
I like the straightforward presentation without excessive unnecessary examples or explanations.
I believe the courses would be more engaging with some imagery and not just stand alone text. In addition, the voice recordings sound robotic and not modern compared to other learning platforms.
The AI male voice reading the material was weird. Didn't seem to pronounce some words correctly. The females reading the one section was better.

I totally disliked the fact that you did not have an opportunity to review the questions that you missed and ones you got correct while taking the exams. There were too much material and too many questions on the Personal lines insurance coverage gaps. I also did not like that most of the materials had nothing to do with my job. Very disappointing!

This particular Course/Exam should have been broken into two different exams. Way too many HO __ __ questions involved. Too much math in volved. Incredibly frustrated with this ! I am not stupid, but this certainly made me feel that way.

This test was a complete mess and very aggravating. First it was way too long, secondly had to many questions and didnt give you the answers to what you missed. I wish the test could have been broken up or just had less questions by at least half. I was not a fan especially after the ones I took prior that held my interest and didnt make you feel stupid.

It is very challenging to find a proctor. Going back to the self testing would be appreciated.
The time requirement on the exam is not reasonable for tenured agents. Obviously existing agents will move through some parts of the course fast however your exam penalizes us for out experience by not give us the exam.
The course content was very thorough, and I liked the mix of theory and practical examples. The pace was generally good, though some sections felt a bit dense and could benefit from shorter, more focused segments. Adding visual aids or diagrams could help make certain topics even clearer
The course was user friendly and informative. However, unless I overlooked it, I did not see any prior mention of required time spent in each section to take the final tests per section. I feel this restriction defeats the purpose of a self-guided course and subsequently was more time consuming than anticipated and in my opinion, necessary.

This New Format for the CE's has improved the takability of this exam. Much more efficient with ease of use and navigation.
The only thing that I did not like is that I was unable to finish the test due to the time not moving at a certain time. Which for me was 7hrs and 37 minutes I tried for a few days re-going through the questions but no change. But once I received a new email I was able to complete the test.

This course was very difficult and confusing, the open book exam helped make the exam a little more easier however, it wasn't enough to actually help me pass the first few attempts. The exam it too broad to apply to everyone selling insurance. This exam is harder than the actual state exam.

Some of your material was not correct or my company is not using the same limits. I handle insurance for all states except one. Improvements on subject matter would be needed.

I began the exam and saved it after question 30. When going back into the module to complete the exam, I could not just go directly to the exam. I had to scroll through every page of every chapter to get to the exam.

The only comment I have is that I would like to see the correct answers to questions I got incorrect..maybe you cannot provide them, but it would be nice to see the correct answers to questions, I passed so I am not retaking the test, so I do wish there was a way to see them just to know the correct information to help educate me further in my profession. I can see the questions that I got wrong, but not my answer or the right answer. Thank you.

The last 10 hour exam was very challenging. Several questions were very ambiguous. The last test was definitely a challenge but I still will continue to recommend webce.com for continuing education education.
I liked that one could go back to a chapter, if need be, to confirm a question asked by the test. I was looking to be able to print the completion of the test. I could not find the affidavit to sign.
It was extremely helpful to be able to review the topic during the exam.

I love the ease of use of the website.
Didn't like that some of the practice questions were on things we had not covered yet. Why? And, with some of the questions, if the answer is incorrect, the text explaining why it was incorrect isn't cogent, referring to things not even mentioned in the question. The AI voice was unable to pronounce quite a few words correctly, or putting emphasis on the wrong syllables. There are also typos, missing words in certain sections.

It would be nice if the course questions and answers aligned with the learning content verbatim, a lot of the questions and answers were subjective to the learning.
There were a few random glitches on quizzes. Correct answer was selected but it appeared in red with green check beside number or red X beside number and selected answer in green as correct.
The time provided is insufficient, especially if using the read to me feature.

The following questions were not clear: #22 The question stated she was 25, then said "turning 25" >as student away from home needing endorsement. However, the verbiage in the reading state < 24 years of age. Rather confusing. #40 in reference to Motorcycles being used seasonally and coverage: Chapter 5 verbiage used "Lay-up provision", however, answer showed "Lay-up warrenty". Not clear as to whether I answered either of these correctly.
The time allotted to fulfill courses was inadequate at my pace. I needed a longer window than scheduled by Progressive to complete
I love the audio read out loud feature as it made me able to undeerstand and remember more information. Very user friendly and can take the course on my own time.
I did find it challenging to confirm this course met my license renewal requirements so had to call the company to confirm.
It would be helpful if the course had an option to locate answers quicker, have an option to search by using words associated to the questions

The reader guy is WAY too fast. And we could choose or switch voices. But way too fast. Please give more examples. I don't work in some of these areas and examples seriously help me get it.
100 Questions in a row is a lot to handle in one test. They should split it up into at least 40 questions like some of the other Ces

There were too many math related questions for me. It took me 4 tries.. I finally passed. I bet most of this was user error.. me being the user.
While I thought it was a good course, and I'm glad I passed, I felt it covered a lot of topics in one class. I almost feel it should be split into two courses, not one. I guess I felt overwhelmed at times. I don't know, perhaps that is just me.

I don't like that it does not tell me what questions I got wrong until I pass the test. I would like it to be less then 100 questions at a time. I do like that I can take the test unlimited times.

Final exam question #84. As a Watercraft specialty agent, I can tell you that not one the choices were correct.

The course did its job and filled in a lot of information that I needed to pass the test. My one Critique, however, would be the automated voice over. I feel like the timing and the inflexion of the voice left a lot to be desired. Maybe an actual human voice over would correct this.

This program is very detailed and provides you with important information about the Insurance Industry to keep you up to date and refreshed on the information to help you continue to grow in your career.
The courses are not very time friendly. There should be an option to bypass time required in order to provide sufficient time for completing the tests. Wording was not very clear and needs to be more verbatim considering it's open book.
This last section provided too much information all at once. The allotted time for completion was 5 hours but with that amount of information, reading through all of the sections I found myself losing interest. It was just too much information to absorb all in one sitting.

During the review of the questions missed, there was no "student answer" available for many of the questions. Also, the only question showing a "student answer" was incorrectly listed. The review should properly show the questions missed and the correct answer for proper guidance for the student.
This particular course had a few typos/incorrect sentences. The one I can remember was the activity that asked about what you can do to lower risk on homeowner's policy claims but all of the answers were specifically for autos. It was just mislabeled I was very confused!! I thought it was a trick question. The other I can remember was on the final exam on the question about the girl whose friend's car caught on fire.

One point: When reviewing the incorrect questions after a test, the review does not display the incorrect student answers as it stated it would. These selections are not reflected and are simply blank and in turn render the review almost useless to the test taker.

Scheduled personal property section lists Cash as the answer for policy limits for loss. It is actually all of them. Internal limits affect Cash, art guns...etc.

As i have stated before, the time it takes to complete should be split. We should solely have time for the lesson and solely have time to complete testing because as soon as you finish the required time for the course you have no time to finish the test.
I have used WebCE for every renewal since 2019, Fee is very reasonable and course easy to understand.

please have more questions in the practice exams, at least make practice exams somewhat part of the actual test instead of five or six questions from practice test and then 43 questions are just random....also PLEASE HIGHLIGHT IMPORTANT INFORMATION for exam questions through long material...its hard to retain so much material and not have some sort of alert for certain areas or bold print or something to trigger your memory during a question on the actual exam. THANK YOU! Other then that the material is great and set up is good as well.

I think 10 hours and 100 questions was a little excessive and this course should be split into two parts or have a test after each section. Had I known this course would be like this. I would have not taken it because 10 hours of learning without space in between is difficult for continuing education. Its not like I was taking the official test to get my license. Half of the stuff touched on I don't even use in every day selling.

I went through the ENTIRE material and still showed on the counter that I needed more than 2 more hours to be able to take the exam. It was pain staking.
Although the speaker/voice was sufficient, the pace of speaking was too slow. It would be helpful to add a few Example Videos in each chapter.
Final exam was too long and worded poorly for a CE class. The test gave me the impression I was retesting for my license again.
The wording from the exam did not always match up with the content provided along the course, so it was easy to misunderstand what was being asked.
In chapter 2 practice question number 3 regarding Property on the Residence Premises Use Primarily for Business, both the content and the reasoning I missed the question were very confusing. The content listed "Under the Increased Limits on Business Property (HO 04 12) endorsement, the limits may be increased up to $10,000. So in the question of what the limits can be increased, I chose $10,000, but the answer was "$12,500. Under the Increased Limits on Business Property endorsement, the $2,500 limitation on property located on the residence premises and used primarily for business purposes limits may be increased to $10,000 in increments of $2,500." It said increased TO $10k and not BY $10k so the wording implied $10k to be the new limit. It's possible that I've just been working on this too long and my brain is mush, but that was very unclear to me.

Final exam missed questions should show the correct answers once you are able to review them.
Content layout in paragraph form w/o highlights of important terms and definitions is not ideal for grasping this large amount of info in a shorter period of time.
once I was graded, i went back to review the questions I got wrong hoping for the correct answer to be given to me but it wasn't.
the stupid timing to read the info. Been doing this for 40 years. All i needed was to take the test. If i needed to read the BS i shouldn't be an agent!

This course was way harder than me passing my exam to get licensed and the actual insurance work that i do.
The exams have too many questions. It would be nice it they were 50 questions or less. An exam with over 100 questions is too much.

mandatory time is supremely irritating.
A video course with an actual instructor would be much better than simply reading or having the course read to me. This was 6 CE Hours and very boring.

If there is a con at all, it is that at the end of the exam, I am able to view the questions I got wrong, but unable to find the correct answers for them.

The persons reading speed does not come close to matching up with the 7 hr time frame for the course. it finished almost 2 hrs early.

The information on having a virtual proctor was not understood. It made it seem that a proctor would be provided to work with.
There were numerous errors in the wording. As is the question weren't confusing enough. The text felt ridiculously long. Almost like run on sentences. I feel like the exams questions were extremely difficult to decipher in comparison to the text. I liked is that the courses is quick until you reach the exam portion. I did like the fact that progress is saved.
the audio breaks up on this entire series. doesn't matter the volume.

Could have used some more practice tests in this segment. Seemed long time between tests.
This material was very hefty and took more time than expected. I think the sections should be broken down into smaller more digestible sections.
The test was unusually long, 55 questions for a 10 credit course took a long time to complete. A 5 credit course is usually 25 questions, so it might be wise to pair it down to 50 questions or less.

It would be nice to know the correct answers of the questions I got wrong and not just the questions that I got wrong.
I liked the exampled presented after the explanations. I also liked the ability to save and return to the courses when I needed to.

I wish that you'd be tested after each section in situations where 10 credit hours & there are 100 test questions. It can take some time to complete a 10 hour course.
Some questions answers there are 2 possible answers.
Time allotted to go through the material and then take the test is insufficient. This may be on the part of employer.
I truly appreciate the new read it to me audio because my eyes would get so tired and I could lose my concentration. My only suggestion is to lessen the amount of information or give more time to take the course. Five hours is not enough time without having to skim or skip some of the material.

After the test I think it would be beneficial to show what the correct answer is to the question(s) that are answered incorrectly.
Please get rid of the proctor. it would make the testing more sufficient and more comfortable.
Some of the questions during the Quiz were not clear on the actual question being asked.
The Read-it-to-me audio is a little wonky at times with mispronunciation that will throw me out of it for a bit, but I've gotten used to it.
I don't like the minimum required time to do a course. A lot of the information I know and probably don't need to reread it.
This was a great refresher and will be coming back.
The 50 questions at the end of the course were a HUGE dislike for me personally.
I'd prefer the actual exam at the end of each chapter (like the other courses I took this time) instead of at the end of all 8 chapters.

Very well done, and easy to read through!
I feel that some of the questions on the test were more difficult than should be. multiple times, I felt that there could have been two correct answers. Of course, I forgot which ones, but remember thinking that two of the answers were written to sounds close to the correct answer.
The long 7 hour course was ROUGH, just because it has so many chapters and parts. Otherwise, great CE courses.
It would be helpful to be able to see what answer you got wrong on the test so we can learn from our mistakes

Only take this course "Personal Lines Insurance Coverage Gaps" if you want one that will give you the headache of a lifetime. If you enjoy scenario difficulties that you have to read 3 and 4 times to even understand, then this is the course for you! Oh my. Never again.
Could put a speed increase on the voice track. This program is excellent, and I will tell younger agents about its ease of use and low cost.

The Test Question are very confusing and not straight forward at all. after the test you are not given the correct answers, You Already Passed!

I've been using WebCE on my own for so long. I find the courses extremely easy to navigate and the packages just work so well.

Chapters could use knowledge check quizzes to help retain information better. Some of these sections could use videos.

some of the questions were not clear, and I had to read them over again. I had to go back & read the chapter again, & the answers were not clear either.

TEST AND QUESTIONS ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE IN CHAPTERS AND CONFUSING.
The Content was very detailed and maybe overly so. The questions and answers on the reviews used the except variety and many answers were very close or in some cases multiply answers could apply
The longer read time on some modules were putting me to sleep.

The 10 credit hour course was a bit long and same subjects could be divided into 2-3 separate courses to better allow an insurance student recall on the final exam.
It would be nice to see the questions missed on a test. I am not asking for the entire test but only the questions missed with an explanation of the correct answer.
very easy to understand
In the "Check Your Knowledge" area of one section, there was a misprint that made the answers an inappropriate match to the question; other than that, everything was fine.
The amount of gotcha questions and the amount of questions which leave out key context is ridiculous.

Everything was great. I would have liked to have kept the Audio as a download to revisit and hear over. That feature helped me to retain the information better. Other than that, great course.

Web CE does an excellent job, content very understandable and informative.
No suggestions as I think the course meets the goal to complete the CE courses successfully.
The course completion % shown was not accurate which was frustrating. The first few chapters took much longer than the rest of the chapters (which were not viewable). Because of this I was left with a distorted view of how far along I was in the course.
I was reviewing the missed questions but didn't see the correct answers, not sure how I missed it.

I wish there were not so many "EXCEPT" quiz questions. For the "Read-it-to-me" Audio, it would be nice to have an outline format to make following along more easy and transitions more clear, as well as to see where the narrator is at in the material.
I like the search option but It would be nice if it went straight to the part in the chapter it's in. It was a bit tedious to scroll through the whole chapter to find the term I searched for.
how the incorrect questions at least. We can do better on these final exams so we are better equipped have better knowledge if there was an oversight on the reading the question or is it knowledge. please work on the final exam an how it can be better.

the course was to long and the practice questions were not on the test.
Questions should be in order of text. It's kinda frustrating going back and forth looking for answers. It's not easy to retain all the info after hearing or reading.
The course was excellent! If I have to suggest an area for improvement, I suggest adding a bit of fluidity to the reading voice.

Course questions language is sometimes too long or confusing. Please consider setting them up with a "Given this scenario: Set of bullet points...then ask your question.

Would would be nice to have a checklist to print at the end of the course. One that you could use to go over with clients.

This was quite a long course for only 6 CE credits. My opinion it should be 8.
As a direct writer I found it more difficult thanit needed to be. I have no cluee what a HO form 14 is or an HO4-4. I felt it could have covered the material in an easier manner by using endorsement names and discriptions could have been easier to use.
Would be great to have multi-line CE
It would be helpful to add to the "rules of the exam" that it is Untimed. I dont believe that is spelled out anywhere. Otherwise I was very happy with this process.
