To start, I am doing this course because I obtain my insurer license a few years ago and decided to become a financial advisor. Overall, the course was laid out nice and went smoothly. However, one thing I would change it the terminology when explaining things. Sometimes, I would get lost reading because there were so many terms that were confusing or difficult to consume so many in one paragraph. I would re-write the paragraphs to flow a lot better and help the reader along with simple terms like 'the person looking for insurance' as opposed to using fancy terms for things. It is kind of hard to explain what I am trying to say. However, I don't think anyone will look at this comment, but if you do, the course was laid out nice and was helpful. However, I would just work on the explaining aspects.

I like everything. The only thing I did not like was that when I saved the material. When I log out have to start all over from the beginning to continue with the course. That's time-consuming.
The last exam grade was not correct. There were 5 questions which I got correct, but the grade was 94%.
I think we should be told what question we missed. There is no way for me to learn what I answered wrong, so I cannot improve my knowledge.
The timer is unnecessary.
All was good, the depth of some of the information was higher than necessary for a producer, but overall fine.
I was informed about the proctor monitoring requirements for this course after I paid for it. They have to be disclosed before, not after.
I like the audio but sometimes he pronounce words incorrectly that throws me off a bit. The way he says numbers is not always correct.
It was a little confusing at the end. I was reviewing the question that I missed and the page went away. I am not able to get the right answer. Also, I was disappointed that I am not able to go back into the course to see if there are any further instructions or information about the appendix. I did get the download of the course but am wondering about the right answer and the appendix.
I particularly liked that I could speed up the audio. Great perk!

The course material was good however there were a few materials that were hard to decipher, an example would have been good. The open book and prep exam questions along with the open book were very helpful. TY

what a silly rule from the State of MN to be required to view screens for 4 hours, when I can read, interpret and understand the materials in about 2. seems like it wastes time for people

Material is very boring and it was too long in some cases.
The detailed description of taxation of different annuity types was excellent information that had not been included in any other CE courses I have taken.
There was at least one question on the exam in which the "correct" answer was, in fact, incorrect. Overall, the exam asked a number of stupid questions. Even though the course was basic and general in nature, there were a number of nitpicking questions the dealt with issues that were of no value to active agents.

I really liked the audio that accompanied each section. I also thought the material was logically organized & sequenced.
The reading amount is quite intensive for CE. It's a great deal of data to take in for those who want to complete over a few days. You can't to this over weeks or months and expect to retain all the reading for the exam. Therefore it is best served to do over a few days, but again a great deal to digest.
Thorough, thoughtful, comprehensive coverage. 2 note: Just a suggestion on the Annuity Course Section 5.4: Add “IRS” to the sentences with “penalty” references. These are IRS penalties, NOT Insurance carrier penalties. It’s implied, but there’s a ton of info here and may be confusing to some people, as carrier penalties are discussed in previous sections. Also a ? – in Section 5.6 you state that annuities become part of one’s estate. BUT annuities have NAMED BENEFICIARIES, and should bypass probate. Are you saying that even though they avoid probate, they do become part of one’s estate? Thank you!
Audio was very helpful
Finding the correct Ce courses were not too easy, however having the bundle set up is perfect- can there be question marks beside each item so you know you are getting the ones done.
For packages making the specific learning material better known because i almost purchased a 24 hour course material without knowing i only had to pick the 4 hour because it wasnt shown initially i only had to do 1
I have been taking this course for my ce requirements for the past 9 years. Most of it has just been embedded in me but, it’s fun every two years to go over the material again.
Real life examples would help bring clarity to the subject matter.

I just wish the that the last section of the courses taken was shorter and divided into 2 sections instead of one 10 credit section, which was far too long.

It appeared that the estimated time to complete each section was 50 minutes, for a total of 200 minutes to complete the entire course. But if you used the "read-it-to-me" feature the total time to just listen to the content was greater than 200 minutes. A more accurate estimate of the time to actual complete the sections would be better
Something you might add is highlighting the word as the audio reads. That way, if you lose your place you can find your place much easier.

I feel that the requirement for an insurance agent to learn variable annuities unnessary. FINRA licenses are required for those products.

This course was advertised as 4 CE hours but it took 8 hours to go through it all and test. Should count towards more than 4 hrs of CE credits.

I had one video that would not load, but overall it was an excellent training.
Required time is silly. I know that it is likely a regulatory minimum (like drivers education), but I read faster than the AI voice and would be able to complete the course in 1/ 2 half the time. Also, the material in this TX 4-hour course is virtually identical to eth 4-hour course that I completed for CA less than 1-year ago. These should be transferable between states (where possible).
I liked the overall structure of the course content and illistrations, as one who struggles with visual affects do to ADHD I would like to see more efficiently explinations with less words, though this is a lengthy subject, there were obsticles I had to overcome the avg. Student doesn't struggle with. Still Solid course!

Some of the material was not broken down sufficently to fully grasp some new laws or terms that did not clarify what constitutes a violation of these said laws or rules. I feel like some information should have been given a proper break down following what the new laws or rules were so a less saavy agent could grasp the nuances of the complex nature of the rules or laws being added.
The audio portion was clearly done by AI as there were gaps between words that a native speaker would not do and mispronounced words based on context.

I took the annuities 4 hour course. there was an Altzheimer's interactive to click on different topics. When I clicked on them, nothing happened, so, I was unable to compare those with the age related issues.

I VERY MUCH liked that I could move through the study guides freely- some other CE programs force you to stay on one page for a while before moving on, and no skips are allowed. This is a pain because most of this is review for many of us, so we don't need ALL the material. Thank you for the freedom!
The audio was bad--it is sounded AI and lacked inflection--too monotone. I finally turned it off as it was too distracting.
One fix. The auto-play feature didn't work on my iPhone when the option appeared. Great course, and I will consider taking CE and other courses with WebCE.

Recent course content seems more thorough than previous courses.
The time requirement for this course was misleading in my opinion. It required about 5 hours of time. In addition, the "reading" is very distracting because the voice appears AI driven. The inflection of the voice is off putting and therefore, distracting.

Provide more options for the rate of speed of the audio reading. Make the speed option controls more evident. Move the location of the audio controls.

I was surprised how much of the content of a Medigap course wasn't about Medigap, although that made it easier for me.

I think this 8 hour course had too much material to cover. It should be broken up into two 4 hour course which would help the student retain/remember everything being taught. Overall, it was an informative course and I'm really happy I passed the final exam in the first attempt!

It is often hard to figure out how to get started.
I felt the length of the course was longer than 4 hours.
Even though I have been an agent specializing in the senior market for many years I find returning to basics is a good idea so we dont pick up bad habits. Good course do find some questions are word smith or a little tricky but they do require you know the material.
I wanted the course to involve more advanced in-depth coveage of Medicare Supplements in particular. 60% or more of the course was basic Medicare, MA, and PDP. Please consider advanced coursework in the future.
The AI narration of certain words was incorrect several times
Making me consume 4 hours for this test was ridiculous. Super waste of my time as I had 92% of the course completed in 60 minutes. Also, it needs to be CLEAR that this course is for credit - why else would anyone take this course?

Statements that Fixed Indexed Annuities have a guaranteed interest rate which credits in down-market years is largely incorrect. Most FIA's credit Zero in those years...and the Guarantee only comes into play when comparing ultimate value at liquidation.

I liked that when I accidentally left the completed screen wthout continuing that I didn't lose my place and was able to continue. Example: Somehow, when I advanced my screen for questions 21-25 the page disappeared. I was able to go back and hit continue and my selected answers were still marked for my previous questions 1-20. Phew! I liked being able to go at my own pace by either listening and reading along or reading ahead.
to much content for the VA product line as well as part of the testing. Should be another and seperate course. Many are not licensed to sell VA and thus the training is not applicable

It's better to add the contents about Roth annuities' taxation into the chapter of "Taxation of Annuitized Income". For example, does the lifetime income from a Roth annuity have to pay tax starting at some point or tax free for the lifetime?
Determining the mathematical formula for annuitization and some exercises for this would be helpful.

The "Read-it-to-me" audio was very unpleasant to listen to. A human reading the content, rather than an automated reading, would have been greatly preferred.

The course was great and helped me pass the test. But Indiana's state requirement to have someone with you in person or virtually is ridiculous. This is a continuing ed course. The 20 minutes it took me to finish is a waste of time for someone else to monitor.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breadth and scope of the ethics update to include pet insurance, agricultural benefit plans and the inclusion of "fiduciary duties". Some people try to imply that insurance agents act only according to a more loose standard of "suitability" and not a "fiduciary" standard, but I have always said insurance agents per insurance regulations, have a fiduciary obligation as well. Glad to see this stressed in the course. (I have been doing WebCE a long time, but your courses have evolved to the point they are now even BETTER than much of the training within insurance companies). GREAT Job! A+

Throughout the material, abbreviations were used in place of the product/service being discussed. For new agents, this can be confusing and overwhelming. Of course, the product/service was introduced by its full name, but wasn't used as its full name afterwards.
You should remove the version of this course that doesn't provide CE credits. Having to do this twice was frustrating.

I believe the course should have more interaction with the learning content.
I realize it is not WebCe's issue, but having to wait 4 hours to do the exam is a little nuts.
The only issue I noticed is the occasional slip when referring to various enrollment periods during that portion of the course, and parts of the quiz questions. At one point there was a question along the lines of "Mark enrolled in a new plan during *open enrollment* and it is now January 10th and he has been informed by his doctor that this plan will not cover all of his services. What should you tell Mark if he asks if he can change his plan again?". And the correct answer to the question was "He can change his plan again anytime from January 1st to March 31st". This is confusing because what the question is actually saying is that Mark changed his plan during *Annual Enrollment* and would like to change again. *Open Enrollment* is Jan 1st-March 31st but only allows one change during that period. It was easy enough to infer what was being asked, but I can see how it might cause confusion.
The detail in the teaching part of the course very very detailed and at times cumbersome. The exam was very fair and balance and was easy to understand. I spent 8 hours on the course and 20 minutes taking the test. The fee was worth the cost of the exam.
Good information. To long the material. You should provide review of test if fail to go over wrong answer and to get the right answer after. A lotto web site do that and people look for quick, easy and waste time. You are losing business making it hard.
The word "annuity" was misspelled in one of the videos. Also, regarding the advantage of tax deferral, it is misleading and incorrect. Annuities specifically cause the gains to be taxed as ordinary income (marginal brackets) rates. An alternative investment option would cause the gains to most likely be taxed as capital gains rates, and even those are only upon selling of the specific holdings, so the comparative tax rate isn't even the full capital gains rate, nor is it annual. These examples are typical, misleading insurance wholesaler and agent sleeziness.

course was great. you have a lot of courses with the same name and descriptions and so selecting the correct course for my requirement was a bit confusing.
You should review the answers with us. There is a lot of material covered here and it is not fair , we do not remember everything. Some web sites give you the questions with answer after the test so you can review and answer it correctly next time. You need to improve your system. Test, correct answer, review, retest to pass and make your site more friendly to busy customer and pass the test. GOT IT.

I like everything, except these two things: [1.] If want to start randomly any course you want to start you can not do that. First you have to finish 1, 2, and then 3th. You can not start 3th one before 1 and 2nd one. [ 2.] This is regarding Final Exam. AT the end of Exam there is not showing any review about correct answers. It just shows only how many you got wrongs. If no one knows what mistake he/she has made, then how he/she can correct it. or fix it before knowing the correct answers. If you could fix this problem. On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.

Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.

this course was very well written unlike content from other providers.
The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.

disliked that it didn't take me long but had to sit on the computer and wait the time. after 20+ years in industry, like the refresers but if I finish and have a 95.... then I HAVE to sit there another 1 and 40 mins waiting
The course pays no attention to the number of credited hours. This course took much longer than 4 hours. This makes the course ridiculous.
The content was excellent, but it took me closer to 6 hours to complete, not 4.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.

First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

The PDF printing of this course has 2 chapter 7, which one is Chapter 6 but labeled chapter 7. You might want to fix that, it had me confused until I went back on line to see that one was actually chapter 6
Not sure why I had to sit through 4 hours of content, when I was able to read thru it in 1.5 hours and already know the content inside and out. I'm quite disappointed that I was forced to waste additional working hours on this. I do understand that 4 hours is required - but this is a target number, some can get it done in two hours, others may need 5 hours. In my opinion, it's about understanding the content, not how long it took you.
WebCE has the widest course selection, the most optional formats (some of us have disabilities), and has had reliable and accurate CE reporting ... all at a fair price. Thank you!

The worst of the courses I have taken. Too much insider info that doesn't apply to the agent. Why would the agent need to know if the application and check needs to be sent via mail or electronically? Why would the agent need to know the breakdown of all the divisions inside the agencies? It was just filler needed to reach the required amount of time. If you are going to require us to know the agencies, then they should be in the test. Bad course.

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. No mention of whether the $50k was annuitized payments or simply withdrawals (so BEFORE annuitization of AFTER annuitization...?) But overall, this is a well-constructed course.
This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.
During several of the modules there was disruptive simultaneous speech/overlapping dialogue, it was the same recording but about a 10 second lag. I had to log off and reconnect to stop it.

It is helpful to complete as you are able and to offer the opportunity to review prior to submissions.

This course does NOT take 4 hours to complete. I was able to pass the chapter exams in 15 minutes. I scored 100 on the final exam. In the meantime I spend 6 hours trying to keep the course live and open to get the 4 hours in. Ridiculous!
The material was complex. Some of the explanations of concepts were lacking. Some of the terms used were not properly defined. Took way longer than 4 hours to complete. Complicated subject matter.

Some of the material about the annuities seemed to be very repetitive and it made the course feel much too long and tiresome. I would try to reduce the redundancy of some topics if possible or make the redundant topics more interactive to make it more engaging to avoid getting bored and annoyed with the material.
Not everyone needs the audio. Perhaps a statement up front that the audio is optional for those who want it. But, reading the material and hitting the continue button at the bottom is also an acceptable way to take the course

It took me far longer to complete the course, compared to the advertised time, it wasn't accurate at all for me. The mini-test within the chapters are very helpful. I would recommend you include more of those.
I don't like that a person can't do all the courses/tests in one day. I liked being able to block my time and keep the topics top of mind...breaking it up over several days was wasteful as I had to go back and review before testing....

Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.

This course and the last course I took (Life and Health Essentials) , had pieces in the information that were missing. There were parts that said' ''PDF Exclude Start'' and '' PDF Exclude End''/ Also some blanks pages on the PDF or printed versions. More space needs to be provided for this field, in which comments are made, as well. Also for this course, it would have been a good idea to advise one needs a calculator. The last course I took, Life and Health essentials, never gave a screen to click for a survey nor for the certificate. This got pre-empted by the screen that asked if I wanted to see what questions I got wrong. On that last note, the screen that showed the questions that were wrong, it in fact did not show what was wrong and would have been the correct answer. it just showed the question and the possible answers. Finally, some work needs to be done with the voice doing the reading. It is fairly good, but with the subject matter, some parts need more appropriate intonation changes, some words are not pronounced correctly therefore the meaning is lost. And divisions between paragraphs and sections need to be made more obvious. More space needs to be provided for this comment section in this review. It is too small of a box.

I had purchased another CE course & it was just boring & I had to read every word of the class. I suffered through that for about 2 hours & then I remembered that I had used WebCE before. I immediately signed up for the WebCE course & the entire learning experience was GREAT!
I liked having the audio option, but the voice was very choppy, making it hard to listen to for a long time.
It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.

The auto play didn't work well/properly with any chapter that also had a video embedded in the chapter. The auto play would start then pause within a second or two and then auto play the video.

Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. This is not about the course, but about the continual overlap of CE materials. The only part of this course that was relevant were chapters 15 and 16. Everything else is covered in various courses.

I don't know how people can get through the amount of info in just 4 hours unless they already know the info or are skimming without really knowing the content. for me this should be an 8-hour credit.

Need more courses. I am annuity a life licensed only so I don’t need health CE. Also, it’s not clear what will provide state credits and not enough ethics and law. Not enough small courses if you just need a couple of credits
When reviewing exam quesions at end of exam correct answers should be given not just the question
Course content was excellent. This course seemed to have the timer working correctly, where the one I did right before this did not. However, there were still glitches. The final exam had 5 questions, reflected that I had all 5 correct and 0 wrong, yet I received a 91%. Definitely have work to do on your glitches.

Information on Medicare is not up to date. the new Premium for Part B and also deductibles. Should be up to date.

I like the read-to-me feature although if it was a real person and not a computer, that would be better. More images, charts, interactives, and/or videos would also be great. They are helpful for a lot of people.
I liked the content of the course, but after almost 20 years holding this license, I was done in an hour, and had to stay in the course the full 3 hrs 20 minutes before I could be credited. I made a 100 on the exam, so I should not have to waste time to get credited for the course since I obviously know the material.
I learned a lot from this course!!!
The time, I understand is required by the state, but it should be dependent upon the learner. I read much faster than the program allows so I had to wait till the time matched the requirement.

I couldn't recall once I was in the course how to start the automatic audio. It would be helpful to make this more visible.
While I really enjoyed the "read aloud" capability, I personally thought that it was a bit slow for my taste. I would have preferred the reader to do so a bit faster. Otherwise, this was a terrific course.
I liked that one could return to the course and pick up from where they left of. I also liked that I could pause and reread without there being a timed-out where I would need to log in again. The timed-out was only when I left the program for too long. The "Read-it-to-me" feature would be appreciated by some people I know as that is something they are comfortable with.
This annuity training is the best training I have ever done in annuities in the past 16 years.
There was a question here that wanted me to answer how much an annually income would be taxable. The module just tells you the total amount of what it would be WITHOUT showing the formula of how to find what the total amount number would be taxable. This can be found on question 4. Even the answer does not show how to get the total tax amount. It just tells you what it is without explaining HOW to get it.
I enjoyed the audio and the interactive videos. I also enjoyed having an exam at the end of each section to summarize that portion instead of a longer exam at the end. I felt I was more engaged and less anxious with not having to look forward to an extensive overvall exam at the end.
A bit dry and there are a couple UI bugs on progress indicators on the side, but overall useful
The 4-hour training and suitability training was great because it provided a high overview and also gave you more information about calculations, taxes, and exchanges. Easy to understand and implement examples with clients.
Just as with the chapter tests; it would be helpful to receive the answers to the incorrectly answered questions on the 25 question quiz.
I would recommend mor videos with examples and scenarios.

The animation of the videos were at an amazing quality. The text-to-audio AI almost ruined it. It would be great if there was a real person narrating the videos/slides.

In regard to a previous user's rating of this courses he claimed that some info was not discussed in the chapters so he didn't know the correct answers! And i can see why coz i encountered the same issue... but noticed as i was navigating thru the exam & i would got back a page or 2 to make sure i understood everything & i would try to go back to where i was before in the course the system seemed to skip a couple of pages of the training... were it not for my notes on the Best Interest Elements 1-4 when going back a couple of pages i would not have noticed! Sytem went from #1 to #3 & skipped element #2!
Need a button After start of course to turn off the "read-it-to-me" audio. I immediately found the audio annoying, but there was no obvious way to turn off the audio without restarting the course.

In my opinion, reading material aloud is not the most effect way to train. A more interactive video presentation would have been more effective.
The course design with the multiple chances to take quizzes help the learner master the needed content.
I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.
This was the best course I've take in 30 years!

I felt some of the course materials were a bit dated and needs to be updated to reflect more recent issues or topics.
I thought much of the health insurance content was irrelevant and somewhat outdated. Much of the information pertained to plans that are not actually sold/seen in the marketplace.

I was offered these courses thru my E & O insurance provider for FREE, but the website was confusing, the course content was poorly presented & displayed, NO pictures, NO sound, just information poorly displayed; and you had to go thru All the information to access the test! Your team of agents are Awesome, Jose showed me much patience & kindness, I was more than willing to pay the $73 that I really couldn't afford it; but it was well worth the Sacrifice!!! p.s. I soooo Love, Love, Love your hours of operations, especially being opened late, and on the weekend, where I could speak to a live person. Praise the Lord!!!

I found with the larger course I am old school and prefer to print out my study material vs studying on a computer screen. I tend to comprehend better with paper study materials and the ability to make notes.
I dislike how I wasted time typing in words and phrases trying to find answers in the "search" box.
The course outline was in order and well put together. Everything just seemed to be organized.
It would be nice if there was more video content, many people prefer learning through video content. I believe having more video content would help in making it easier to learn.

The Read-to-Me I found to move a little quickly, thereby resulting in lack of retention. I had to turn it off so I could go at my own pace and reread confusing parts or those that I thought would require extra time.

The material was too much for CE. It was like taking the exam over again. It should be an overview of the information, not starting all over again.
The audio was not read by a living person. It was AI or some other device. The pronunciation and diction were annoying and hurt my ears. I would have preferred a professional read the content.
The only thing I didn't like was the audio - very computer like and talked fast with some run on sentences

The AI audio could use a little improvement, or use a real person. Emphases on words and word pronunciation lacked in a few areas, not enough to cause issues, just needed to go back and read myself a few times. Overall, very helpful.
I like the open book concept and the ability to retake a failed test.
I like the new look of the interactive questions within the course, and I also like the modern and realistic language of scripts and "client conversations."

Size of each chapter and percent completion are not directly proportional. Some times 2 minutes chapter and 6 minutes chapter, both are leading to same amount of incremental increase in the course completion
Finding the course itself could be more user friendly.
Questions were fairly clear in this segment. Some re-reading was necessary to determine what you were looking for.

I liked the way the content was divided and the ease of understanding.
Annuities are complicated and while this did not make them easy, it did make it more understandable. The information was well laid out. The mini quizes and interactive info boxes were beneficial.
I have used Web CE for other license requirements and the presented material is always concise, example laden and without wordy fluff.

Really liked the format. Last time I used this site it was horrible many years ago. So I moved to another provider. Decided to use you again due to coupon I got and the course hours fit what I needed. Especially like the end of section quizes for the class equivalent s. Was surprised at the total test of the Medicare supplement class tho, I expected it to also be just section driven.

The majority of the questions on the exam could not be answered from the course material. Experience taught me the answers to most of the questions. Need to improve the course material as it pertains to the questions on the exam

I was referred to WebCE. For years, I was taking my training courses on ExamFX but this is by far the best. I'm not the fastest reader in the world so the audio read alone helped me greatly. You've just gained a lifelong customer! Highly Recommended!!!
The only issue I had was the Monitoring of the exam, why Monitor a closed book exam?
The monitoring process is more difficult than the study or the test. Figuring that out took longer than the course.
LIMIT THE NUMBER OF QUESTIONS TO AT MOST 5 FOR EACH CHAPTER SINCE THERE ARE MANY CHAPTERS. 5X16=80 QUESTIONS SHOULD BE ENOUGH. MANY CHAPTERS HAVE BETWEEN 7 AND 10 QUESTIONS. THANK YOU, WEBCE

I think that the policy about not being able to copy some information such as formulas with which a person is not familiar needs to be changed - especially since questions on them are included in the exam.
This course took much longer than anticipated. Should be worth more than 4 hours of CE.
The "reader" reads words incorrectly, pauses weird, it's kind of a distraction to listen to. I ended up reading it myself.

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.
Like easy to understand I will recommend
The final exam should have text to speach to be ADA compliant even the iPad was not able to highlight speech to text I suspect is Webb City back in security preventing this measure. Thus Web see you should speak to text option for the final exam to maintain ADA compliance.
The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.

I took the test and after selling annuities for 35 years, found that I was acting in customer's best interest 100% of the time!

I would rather have a hard copy then try to read it off the computer,
The section of the course (I believe section 5) that talked about taxation of an annuity after death, kept stating that it was after the death of the contract OWNER. I was confused by this and wasn't sure if the same rules apply in the death of the ANNUITANT. I think this portion should be corrected or revised to further explain under the differences in taxation to the beneficiary when the OWNER dies vs when the ANNITANT dies.
Won't know the answers to some of these questions until it's confirmed the courses meet the CE requirements and are accepted.
I loved being able to read at my own pace, and change the playback speed on the videos. I also felt that all the "mini-quizzes" and end-of-chapter quizzes were extremely helpful to make sure I had absorbed what I read. This has been probably my best CE experience in the past five years.
Why the $1 filing fee for Insurance reporting vs. the $1.25 filing fee for the CFP? Is it that much harder to report to the CFP vs. all of the state's insurance departments? Seems like one filing fee would suffice.

I kind of wish I had taken the 1-credit Best Interest annuity update course instead of the full Annuity Suitability course, but I needed the CE credits for other purposes in addition to the state insurance requirements.

I received an email from the Kansas Insurance Department on behalf of the NAIC, notifying me of the requirement for this continuing ed requirement. I researched the course that would satisfy this requirement and they gave me a name and course number for WebCE; however, when I went on the WebCE website, I couldn't search for the course by course number--only by name. I would have liked to see both the course name and number to ensure that I purchased the correct training.

I didn't like that when I answered questions incorrectly, it didn't show me why the other answer was correct. Other than that, I thought the course was very good.
Computer generated voice is unnecessary. Clearly shows a desire to profit more than teach. With these prices, surely having someone voice the text is possible. If I do NOT use WebCE, this will be the #1 reason.

Ch. 9 "Annuity Charges and "Fees" has a misleading typo in Question 2. The question listed the word "accessed" instead of "assessed."
