I think the Medicare/Medicaid course was VERY dense in information for a self-study course. Maybe stick to the key components--not so much down-in-the-weeds details. It's hard to remember all of them. I prefer to get the main overview of the course topic.

I very much like that you can choose to turn the audio auto lay on or off as necessary. I also greatly appreciate that i can speed up the playback rate of the audio. I do not have time to listen to slowly recited audio. Placing the playback on 1.5 allowed me to clearly hear the information and not waste time.

I've been with WebCE for 15 years. This is the first year that I put some classes in my cart and had to come back the next day to complete the purchase. I didn't like that the Read-it-to-me audio seemed to be one continuous recording. If I wanted to go back a bit, it was hard to know how far. I'd like to be able to click on a word and start from there or have some sort of markers at the beginning of sections somehow.

Practice exams very touchy in answer selection. a cursor slip selects the wrong answer. Important to confirm one's answers are correctly selected.

Upon logging in the day after I studied, I had to search and then call in to find the course I ordered as the main page seemed to indicate I had done, and paid for nothing. My only observation.

The only item to consider is if you have 5 questions at the end of each chapter why the 40 question test?

WebCE has the widest course selection, the most optional formats (some of us have disabilities), and has had reliable and accurate CE reporting ... all at a fair price. Thank you!

Your chapter test question: When prospecting for new Medicare Advantage or Medicare Part D clients, attending and distributing informational materials at health fairs and senior expos is prohibited. The answer to this should be true. but you claim it is false. Yet in chapter 4.8 it states: Medicare professionals may do any of the following when PROSPECTING for new customers: attend and distribute materials at health fairs and senior expos yet your question says this is false. Can you please fix this?

I really enjoyed this course, but some of the wording is off. If it were proofed and corrected it would be awesome.

During several of the modules there was disruptive simultaneous speech/overlapping dialogue, it was the same recording but about a 10 second lag. I had to log off and reconnect to stop it.

The play/pause button needs to be at the bottom of the window or side column and remain viewable at all times.

Test Qestion 24 has and answer D of $6,704040. Not the right answer, but come on, check the typos. Medicare is complicated enough. This course should have separated the medicare program, and the details of the specific plans into two separate courses. Too many acronyms, too many 10,20,30,60,90,100,120 days, months this, months that. I just wat to throw up after this course. This course, in of itself, should be a 40 hour in class course.

I'm really not sure how to better provide the content. Pretty dry stuff and you just have to soldier through it.

The only issue I had was that the final course I took was not updated to 2025 rates and rules (particularly Medicare Part D): "Medigap Modernization: today's Medicare Supplement Policies"

I have been doing Medicare for over a dozen years, but some of the material about COBRA unique circumstances were challenging; nonetheless, good content and I am glad that I enrolled in this course.

A video would be great for the COBRA, Employer Coverage and Medicare interaction, I have come across that with clients.

In Section 3.8 "Medicare as Secondary Payer-Coordination with Group Health Insurance", Under "Order of Payment", Option 3: "If an employee is in a group of 20 or more employees....", I feel that this section leads a producer to possibly advise a client to take part B when they have creditable coverage already simply because it may help with some high OOP cost sharing associated with their EGHP. I think this overlooks the much more important scenario of this client's Medigap Open Enrollment Period would also begin and after 6-months of having Part B, they would no longer be eligible for Guaranteed Issue Medigap plans once retired. I would personally suggest the client to to consider how much his EGHP costs, (including premium, OOP cost sharing expectations, etc) compared to A&B+Medigap+Part D (or MA for that matter), and make the decision from there. At the very least, an additional statement should be to suggest the producer discuss the implications of losing the one-time only Medigap Open Enrollment Period by enrolling in Part B while having Creditable EGHP Coverage. Great training though, definitely picked up a few solid nuggets re: Medicaid.

a couple of the questions and answers needed more detail to answer correctly ie: #19 - answer did not state the child was dependent, nor did it state the employee had family coverage.

quite a few slides did not work with audio, the short video played instead, very inconvenient.

It would be my hope that someone who sells PDPs also sells MA plans - STOP CALLING IT OPEN ENROLLMENT. It is the Annual Enrollment Period - Open Enrollment is SPECIFIC to MA election periods, and using that term when describing AEP for PDP plans is INCREDIBLY MISLEADING. If you do insist on continuing to call it the "open enrollment period" then you should fix section 5.3 - you use Annual Enrollment Period - CORRECTLY. Also, the term provider, which discussing a Part D company is also misleading - providers are doctors, nurses, hospitals, etc. Carrier, or company would be less confusing.

The only thing I wish to bring up is when you mentioned that Extra Help was a Medicare Program the verbiage could be a bit misleading as it Applies to Medicare coverage, but it is regulated and administered by the Social Security Office. New agents may misinform clients if they believe assumptive language such as this.

A consistent issue is the read-to-me audio. Please find another program that can read or hire a person to record. The errors your program makes are very distracting. Diagnostic Related Groups is not Dr. G. That is just one example.

I have been using Kaplan for my CE credit courses since I got my health insurance license and though it was a great site. However, now that Ive experienced Web Ce my mindset has changed and I truly enjoy Web Ce much better. Ive learned more during the courses I took. The courses were much more engaging, fun and interesting. I also feel like I attainted the knowledge from courses for test much better. Thank you for the course and allowing me to do my continuing CE credits with your company!

Short chapters are excellent for understanding the subject. I prefer chapter individual exam instead of a final exam of all chapters.

The language was very clear. Much better than the AHIP training on Medicare. I was able to grasp this complete topic easily.

The test exams are confusing in some cases. For example, enrollment into a Medicare Supplement plan-while the answer is the Open Enrollment Period, because there are so many enrollment periods, it would be helpful to narrow it down. IEP or SEP is more specific than OEP.

This course, Medicare Coordination with Employer Health Plans, was extremely completed with COBRA and HSA and all of the rules, who pays first, timeframe of when decisions need to be made. Just rather overwhelming. That is not the courses fault necessarily other than the fact that everything moved so fast through the course. Maybe more examples? I don't know exactly what would help the most - I must admit, particularly on HSAs, I already recommend that they member speak with their financial advisor!!

Read to me is great. sometimes I follow along and view the text while it is being read. Also, phone support is great. i also love the quick reporting to NJ Ins, CFP and IMCA for CIMA

The title of this course was Medicare Part D, but 3/4 of the course and test had nothing to do with Part D.

read to me option was read in a monotone, with no regard to sentence meaning or structure. Difficult to listen to.

I have been sellling (re-certifying for) PDPs since 2006, and learned things in this course I never knew before! But I had to place myself in 2024 coverages, when I tested in 2025. I hope they are updated by now.

Seemed like a lot in each of the required courses could have been more concise so as not to be repeated again in the other courses, but rather just added to.

Please provide an overall practice test in addition to chapter questions.

Some of the material was incorrect and outdated for 2025. Please correct!!!!

I was disappointed that one of the answers I had answered correctly came back saying I chose another answer and it was marked wrong. I actually scored 100% on the test but when I chose the option to see the "wrong" question, it was one that I know I answered correctly (#20 in reference to the duration of COBRA for a terminated employee = 18 months -- it said I chose 36 months in error).

The final exam questions are contradictory to state specific working experience knowledge at times and parts of the question or answers are vague. However, even after being licensed for 46 years, I learned quite a bit and therefore the course was certainly a valuable learning experience.

I found this class difficult to keep up with all of the options available to purchase as well as the coverages offered by each.

The time it took me to study and test on the material was closer to 7 hours, which seemed a little to long for the 5 CPE credits earned.

I really liked that your information was up to date.

I think the 60 day Medicare base period was not clear. And possible incorrect in the instructions.

You changed wording regarding the Plan N copay and made it incorrect. You called people who travel south for the winter “snow bunnies” which is also incorrect. They are “snow birds”. Bunnies don’t migrate for the winter, birds do.

Would like more explanation on open enrollment for MAPD. Are there two periods? I was unclear on the change in ESRD requirements. It seems that question has been dropped, but the Glossary indicates no.

I just completed all my licensing courses - I will return to Web CE for all my training - so easy to use and materials are up to date - current stats.

There needs to be quizzes at the end of each chapter and an audio component.

thought i would have examples of how the coordination of employer plan and medicare works on costs. this is a question I get and some examples would be helpful

maybe consider more emphasis on the MA plans negotiating with medical providers on cost and more emphasis on approval methods for services are by the MA plans administrators and not the same as original Medicare. Can delay necessary services.

fantastic course!

This kind of felt like a waste of time. There was very little novel information here and it felt like over half was basic Medicare review. I was hoping for more complex examples of the interactions between employer coverage and Medicare because that's what I primarily run into working with university retirees. This was so basic and simple that I felt like I was just plowing through to complete the requirement; I literally got 100% on the exam, which took maybe five minutes to complete, just by skimming the material; it seems like it should be SLIGHTLY more difficult. The exam, practice questions, and course content all seemed AI-generated and even if they weren't I'd rather not get that impression. Just not very good, very boring, very pointless.

Really liked the format. Last time I used this site it was horrible many years ago. So I moved to another provider. Decided to use you again due to coupon I got and the course hours fit what I needed. Especially like the end of section quizes for the class equivalent s. Was surprised at the total test of the Medicare supplement class tho, I expected it to also be just section driven.

The language could be structured more understandably in a few places in this course. Sometimes the logic is a bit convoluted and not warranted.

I was interested in WHY a person would buy Medigap policies vs Medicare Advantage. That distinction was not made. Also, more analysis of the deductible coverage showing numbers should have been part of this course. What solution is best? I still don't know.

Love it, preferred much better than Kaplan.

I only missed 2 questions out of 135. Those 2 questions required clarification because I struggled to find the correct answers. Otherwise, it took me a long time to complete. I learned so much from this course.

This course should have been a 12- hour course. Some sentences didn't make sense' too long for 5 hours. I would not recommend this course

I liked the fact that you could go back to the chapter to review during the test to answer the questions. It would be even more helpful if it took you bac to the exact page rather than just the chapter.

I would have liked to see more information about how or if a Medigap plan would with group insurance. Ex. If a beneficiary can get a Medigap, but keep some of the benefits offered through spouses employer plan (be it medical or dental, vision, etc).
