Company selected this option for me to complete my CE units. I don't know if I would have found this online, if they hadn't. That being said, if there's more CE units that I had to complete on my own, I may come back to you. I didn't see a list of other areas of study so, I couldn't say that I'd check on anything other than insurance. Your site and study were ideal in not taking too much time but it was helpful in understanding the material.

I rather have a real person doing the audio instead of a computer, as the computer mispronounced words and it threw me off. Other than that the class was great!

Since I am taking a course for life insurance CEs, I didn't appreciate the content that was unrelated to this type of insurance.

This was a very good course. It kept my attention and reminded me of things that are important. I do think the test bank for some of the quiz questions at the end of each section is not entirely accurate though. It seemed that at times there would be a question in a section that did not relate to the material of that chapter, but related to a previous or future chapter. I don't mind being quizzed on something from a previous section, but it's not prudent to have a quiz question is a section from future material not yet covered. Please have someone review the test bank to ensure the questions appear where they should.

Questions were worded in such a way that it made it difficult, if not impossible to search for the answers. Nobody likes taking CE courses. If I found another way to make this process easier, I would take it.

I didn't care for the robot voice. Perhaps you could have a live actor read the script? Thank you!

The test does is all over the place and does not follow the format of the reading. It seems purposeful to confuse someone taking it. This is the first time this has been so horrible that I'd rather take another company and pay out of pocket than use this one for free.

Was surprised that this ethics had so much to do with life and health insurance - would have preferred it about P&C but probably helped me personally, especially about annuities.

Not enough information on each chapter for there to be a quiz that follows. The length of the questions in the quiz's is so much longer than the information in the chapter. Ended up spending more time reading the quiz questions than I did learning the material.

I would rather have a real person doing the voice over of the course instead of a computer generated voice. The computer voice became tiresome.

This course was organized well and explained things clearly...it was not innundated with code/endorsements and such...

The only criticism I have is that I purchased a bundle that met my 3 hours of ethics and 12 hours of classroom equiv, plus several extra courses that exceeded my 24 hour requiremen.but once they showed up in my docket, I couldn't figure out which course contained the ethics portion. It would be nice if it was a little clearer, because I am holding off on taking some courses until March so they will apply to my requirements for 2027. If this does not make sense you can contact me for clarification.

I did find some grammar and spelling errors in a few bits of the test material specifically that made some questions potentially difficult. a lot of the questions were also quite long, which is fine considering the time it took to complete.

This class is for Life and Health insurance. However at least half of the material was presented as Property Casualty learning. Bad design.

Even though I am in Taiwan for two months, the course material and exam was easy to obtain and use.

While completing the Course reviews and Final Exam, I see that answers I selected, then changed and moved to another answer. My recommendation is that once an answer is selected it "Lock" in place and cannot be inadvertently changed. I experienced this situation several times and had to ge back and select my answer again & watch carefully where my cursor was place to avoid any mishap.

This is my 3rd and LAST year with WebCE.

The material is very long and complicated. I prefer hands on reading material to highlight and make notes. The final test is very difficult and should relate more to the chapter test questions.

Some of the content in this course was a bit redundant across the chapters.

The narrator for this course was terrible. He had no idea what he was discussing, he had mispronounced word like "minitrial" and his timing around commas and punctuation was horrible.

The questions were too specific for Continuing Education. There's a lot to read and comprehend and more GENERAL questions would've sufficed More specific questions are more necessary for when someone who is preparing to first get their license.

i am a bit irritated that when i would take the final course exam and would go to look at the questions i got wrong but i chose the right answer for the question. i have no way to show you the questions and answers. i know i printed out the test and checked it at the end and my answers was right but marked wrong on the exam,,,,very irritating!!!

I find your ignorance and neglect regarding proper and correct grammar usage rather appalling, given that it is more of the same trite and trendy dumbed-down conformity that one sees everywhere in all aspects of business, academia, and every other segment of our culture. Specifically, your lack of use of hyphens where required is most bothersome. Some examples: "rerigister" instead of "re-register;" "copayment" instead of "co-payment;" "preexisting" instead of "pre-existing;" and "antidiscrimination" instead of "anti-discrimination." VERY ANNOYING and BOTHERSOME, at least to those of us who care and understand and know better....................!!!!!!!!!!

maybe change the readers voice, it is monotone and makes you sleepy. but I loved that it was an option.

I like the way the courses and test fit together.

This module is only 2.5 hours long of reading...however, it is labeled as 5 hours. I had to reread the entire thing to get to the 5 hours. I couldn't choose another module, and had to just do it all again, rather than learning something else.

I enjoyed the course immensely. I found that this was refreshing and great to get caught on on after several years of doing life insurance.

The videos before and after each section were effective in helping retain the material presented.

This was a 5 hour course and there was much less than 5 hours of content. I was able to get through this 5 hour course with careful and moderate-paced reading in 2.5 hours. I have had other Web CE courses that were 4 hours that took me twice as long to complete reading and listening at the same pace as this course. Very disappointed that I had to wait a long time to take the exam.

The course is too long. It should be broken into it's 5 components, 5 courses. 5 different focus points. Once the perspective and source of information is clearer and you provide larger print and videos that quote the actual laws or regulations that you use to evaluate the agents then we can have 100% passing grade and not the shameful 88% I got, I am baffled! I do not have the luxury of time to give it a second try! I pride myself in always getting perfect scores but now I have to move on!

I did not like the video format for the chapter introductions, objectives, and summaries. I learn best by reading information, not listening, so this was difficult for me. If there were fewer videos it would have been more beneficial to me, for example if just the chapter introduction and objectives were videos, but the summary was presented in text format.

More case studies and examples would be helpful.

I had many options for CE and found WebCE to be the best for me. Thank you!

I dislike the ability to view both the test and the course instruction on screens at the same time. Many times when I'm unsure of an answer I like to refer to the course again to review that portion. This requires you to close one, open another and vice versa. Would likely take courses elsewhere based on this one element.

Personally, I don’t like the nuts and bolts of Insurance regulations and what organizations do what or what different forms of misconduct are called. I just know I need to do my job in an ethical manner and not break any laws. Thank you so much for making the course fun though.

I have used Web CE for my continuing ed requirements exclusively for meeting my CE needs as long as I've been in the insurance industry and will likely depend on them to meet those requirements in the future. I like the ease of use of the program and the price. It is also nice to be able to complete the course work and exam all online.

Sometimes the wording is "wordy" and hard to understand the meaning, it feels a little like you are being tricked.

I do not like that we are not given enough time to play the audio through.

The answers to the longer (more complicated) questions were NOT clear, even after rereading applicable sections.

It is a lot of material to read which is important to know. The example were clear. Most of all is only 25 questions.

The person in the videos is good. He should wear either a light blue shirt with his jacket, or white shirt. And black jacket or blue would fit his personality better (as an insurance agent)

Overall the course was good. The emphasis on legislation was mostly irrelevant.

More than 70% of the questions did not pertain to the line of business that I was taking the test for - life insurance. Most questions were framed around P&C scenarios.

I expected life, health, and accident topics. Not P&C and legislation.

You had 2 hours of content for a 5 hour course. That was painful.

Good quality for the price. Easy to manage on your own.

Some of the facts I feel were out dated. Specifically the smoking in WI is 3 years tobacco free. Cigar use should be in there and now with Marijuana becoming more legalized having a section on that rating as well

The combination of the printed text and the read-it-to-me audio is a definite plus. While the audio was very clear, however, a future version with pertinent intonation and phrasing would be most welcome.
