Love the ability to have the material read to me. Uses another sense to learn it.

Its nice to have the read it to me audio feature but it would be even better if the words that it was reading were being highlighted as it was read. I'm also a very visual person so more animated videos explaining coverages would have helped a lot and I also think there should have been more interactive questions and learning. I'm big on gamifying learning and this is just a lot of reading which is hard for some people like myself to fully comprehend the information.

I think there should be longer videos that explain key findings, or options to watch videos. The Accident and Health chapters did this well. I also think the format of the chapters should be consistent and there should be more examples.

The question for the minimal liability limits for Texas bodily injury was based upon the prior limits. The change to higher limits occurred in January but I answered it with the prior limits to get the answer correct. Outside of that I have no complaints or comments, as the study material was helpful. I printed the helping aides and resources and used them for my study in addition to the computer, as I got tired with using the screen.

i think the practive simulate exams need more variety on the questions for each attempt. I started to get some of the answers right just because i memorized the questions instead of the content.

it would be really helpful if the text would scroll as the audio read through it

less engaging. Additionally, there are several sections where sentences are not completed or spoken correctly. For example, when a calculation includes a minus sign, the voice often omits the minus sign entirely. This changes the meaning of the calculation and can make the information confusing or incorrect. Improving the pronunciation of mathematical symbols and ensuring that sentences are spoken completely and accurately would make the content much clearer and easier to understand.

Love the questions post reading material to engage learning and comprehension. Appreciate the videos focusing on the important or parts one may find confusing. Thanks so much!

There were some spelling and grammar mistakes throughout the course.

The presentation needs to be directed to the "everyday person". Not everyone understands the way it's presented.

I am disappointed i did not score higher even 100 percent. I want to know as much as i can for myself and for others.

The information was there because it was probably required to be for this to be allowed to be sold as a course, but there were TONS of distracting typos, strange structuring of information in a course that was necessary to know but actually explored in later chapters, contradicting answers in practice questions to info given during the learning portion, and honestly just a wordy mess of information sometimes. At SO many different points in lessons there was just a jumble of nonsense that only made it insanely difficult to understand what could've been a simple point. It honestly read like a copy and pasted chatgpt passage sometimes except someone got distracted halfway through and had to re-enter the prompt so then the second half pasted isn't exactly the same and there's a rough stumble in the sentence or paragraph. This is the first time I've been legitimately frustrated doing a course here because there's enough to worry about without the online lesson I'm using pissing me off and I have it easier than a lot of people and if nothing else, THEY deserve better after paying for resources on here.

Only two real problems: some of the chapter exams were mistakenly from other chapters, and covered material not shown yet. Also, many of the questions were repeat or near identical repeats. Just to help you guys. But I enjoyed it, thank you

I would like to see more Test Your Knowledge questions throughout the courses.

the read it to me voiceover mispronounces words

There were some pages in the workbook that did not have chapters i could read to answer the questions. there were some questions in the workbook that had questions but no example answers in the back.

informative but very lengthy and audio is very motonic... could add small quizes (practice) after every chapter to get motivated and focus more if needed on that chapter rather then 4 questions after every chapter.

more videos like they had at the end of most of the sections. the videos were a great recap on some of the key points.

i wish that the 20 min reminder to check identity would pause the video

I liked how thorough the content was. I learned a lot from the videos and wish that they had been longer or that more had been included.

the webce was all over the place and most of the stuff i got tested on was not even stuff I have learned of from webce it was very hard to follow along Not the best thing to study on not very helpful everything i have learn was not using webce

I did not find the videos helpful. I would have liked some more real life examples tossed into each learning section.

There were multiple typos and contradictory statements throughout the course. There was also a specific statement in the key items review at the end of the Missouri casualty laws section that was incorrect (stated required liability coverage in Missouri was 25/50/10, when it is in fact 25/50/25). I am dissatisfied that I paid $160 for a course that had material incorrectness.

I would only recommend adding a few more pictures or videos to help with connecting the policies and information as I did have too look up some things online or on youtube to gain additional understanding.

needs to be more interactive

I think it would benefit more by giving real life examples alongside the definitions and taking out the extra wording that just adds more for everyone to read. I also think the use of charts and diagrams throughout the course could be beneficial.

There were a lot of grammatical and spelling errors.

I think that the read-to-me-audio was not the best. If there were a way to employ a real person to read through it, I think it would be more beneficial.

I have previousy licensed as a P & C agent and I know what the state exam entailed. I am uncertain this will prepare me to re test as there is a lot of basic information. Also, some of the practice test questions are scored incorrectly.

1. I think a 'skip 10 seconds' forward or back would be really helpful on the audio narration. Sometimes I just needed a line repeated but the slide bar was hard to navigate and I would go back a few minutes. 2. I'm assuming the narrator was an AI voice? Pronunciation of the same word would be different almost every time even when spelled the same ($10,000 could be read as 'ten thousand dollars' but could also be read as 'dollar sign ten comma zero zero zero') Not really sure what to do about that, but wanted to make a note. 3. In the video at the end of the crime lesson, the instructor makes a comment that in his day he could just say watchman but now everything has to be correct and we need to say watchperson. Just an unnecessary comment that really turned me off to anything he had to say the rest of the course.

There were considerable typos that made interpretation difficult and caused doubt of what information was trying to get across. I had to look up online several topics to make sure I understood what the course was trying to get across.

I think that having more pictures of what the content might look like in real life could be helpful. Like what a DEC sheet looks like in real life as opposed to just reading the textbook style lessons that are presented.

For the Flash exam questions, I would make it where you can take a shorter test. So you can take a bunch of them, it would allow you to do like a 30 question test, review your answers then take another one. Taking a 175 qustion test is draining and you do not really want to review it in depth when you get done, if you could choose the amount of questions I think it would be a good thing. There is also a decent amount of grammar mistakes in the course, also the speaker messes up a fair amount as well. But besides that it is great. The guy in the videos is awesome!

Difficult to tell where the practice exam was and how to take it to "complete" the course.

Aside of the dry material. My first week, everything just ran together and was unclear was what I was even learning. Some picture descriptions or examples of policy layouts would be beneficial. I did like the order of chapters and material.

I found the course to be beneficial in preparation for my State Exam.

The course material was clear, easy to follow, and very helpful for exam preparation. I especially liked the organization of the content and the ease of navigating the website. Overall, it was a very positive learning experience.

Really appreciated the videos in majority of the chapters with the man. He made everything funny, amusing and informational

Great course! Scored and 89 on exam prep course. Hopefully, I'm able to pass the exam now!

Some of the chapters could have been split up a bit more, especially Commercial General Liability as that chapter took me weeks of on and off reading between working to finish. Sometimes the definitions or explanations of certain concepts were long-winded and I'd find myself having to take notes to simplify them so that they'd make more sense. The summary videos did not provide a lot of help, as they were too general to cover all the topics needed from a chapter. Otherwise, I had an easy time comprehending the materials, and the read-aloud function was very helpful. It would be great to have a mobile app so I could study on the go or while doing other activities without the need of my laptop. But over all, this course was well-designed and I feel fairly prepared for my exam today. Wish me luck!!

The read it to me often did not follow the text. Some was very confusing and contradicting. Half of the videos had no audio. The person speaking was confusing and not professional with his attempted jokes.

No way to review which questions you missed on the final exam. And this was the dryest reading possible. It was horrible.

there were multiple typos and some sentences were too wordy/ run on's that made it hard to decipher the question being asked

Thanks for the course very informative.

It was a very repetitive course. I found many spelling errors within the materials. It felt like 95% of the course was created by A.I. and was not reviewed thoroughly.

i just could use more time with this

made it very easy to learn everything I needed to know and I will definelty use you guys for any future licensing needs!

I liked the course, however there were many parts that did not make sense, or there were parts that contradicted itself, so it lead me and others to be confused. Multiple times I had to look elsewhere for clarity. There were parts that were so long that it honestly should have been divided into different sections. Should have been more clarity in homeowners. I had to go elsewhere to get a better understanding because it was not very clear the way it was set up. The videos at the end of the sections were helpful. I wish there were more videos through out, especially for parts that are more confusing. This is just feedback, but of course I know it is state approved material, which means you have certain standards that may stop your company from being able to make certain changes. Thank you for the material, it was very helpful overall!

The videos at the end of each chapter were not really helpful. A summary video touching on key points would be more useful

Since the content is very dry by its nature, the format might benefit from even more interactive elements, in order to break up the experience of absorbing so much new information. I also feel like I would have learned more if there were a good deal more charts and visual representations of certain types of content, such as the symbols associated with BAP and commercial auto policies.

It would be beneficial to be able to see what questions you get wrong and have an explanation of the correct answer.

there were some typos that did not make the practice tests easy

TRY TO MAKE THE PAGE TO MOVE AS THE AUDIO READING GOES ON, IT IS GOOD TO HAVE INDICATION

Me personally, i like to be taught. Reading the course was harder to absorb the info. I liked the short videos at the end of each lesson and wish there were more of them.

I really loved the video summaries with the guy at the end of each section. He had a lot of energy and kept me going even when I was really tired

Some of the modules were very long and text heavy. A way to break it down would have been nice!

Did not like the auto voice not saying abreviations, etc. correctly. You should fix typos and other mistakes in the text.

The videos could have more visual aids

If there were additional options for the speed of the audio that would be a little more helpful. The slowest was too slow and one up was a little too fast when trying to highlight my notes. Also If possible to have an alternative voice, not so monotone. That would be a nice option. But other than that everything was great. This Material was a lot more informational that another course I had taken. I feel prepared to take my state exam.

I am a person who learns from instruction. It was very difficult for me to just read the material and absorb it. I paid for a separate course that was instructor lead. It's not that the course was ineffective, I just learn differently.

hope I pass the state exam.

I think it would have been helpful to provide more defintions throughout the chapters for words the average person may not already know. Also to better understand complex terms, i think in addition to the official definitions it would have been helpful to have explanations in laymans terms as well.

I was not a fan of how the AI was used. First, the AI voiceover would mess up quite a bit with pronunciation, especially around acronyms or numbers. It made it hard to follow sometimes. I have used other educational tools that use real human voiceovers which I think is a much better delivery. Second, the AI chat bot is borderline useless. I ended up just using Chat GPT if I had questions as it would provide a more detailed response.

Loved the insurance teacher who explained concepts and used all kinds of visual aids-his grandson's plastic race cars for example...and wore a ski mask talking about crime policies. Really lightened my mood, and helped me remember information with a smile!

One thing I think would be helpful is longer videos/having the videos placed at the top.

i would like the videos to be longer. and the read it to me audio is too monotoned, makes me sleepy

Great content!

I was never good in school, but this course really broke down the insurance world and made it understandable and possible for me to provide for my family. THANK YOU. from the bottom of my heart.

I wish the long chapter were more broken up...

My instructor, Desiree, was amazing and very patient!

More videos would be helpful

I liked the end of chapter videos where the man highlights and explains in common language key points. I wish there was better detail with state specific laws or a mini test to test your knowledge further.

Course material is just very dry, not your fault, not sure how to get through sections that are needed for memorization with percentages etc any better.

The sample questions were not even close to what was given on the exam

A lot of the writing and explanations in the course were not conversational and extremely technical. i had to often spend extra time interpreting the material when had it been explained in a simpler way, would have saved me a lot of time.

When I finished the lessons, it only used up about 34 hours of my course time. I used the time to go back and listen to some of the lessons again where I missed questions. I learned more going back in :)

The practice tests helped me the most. Being able to do each section individually helped me tremendously in preparing for the course exam

I find it very frustrating that I could not go back and look at my test results. I feel this would have been the most helpful to fix my mistakes and gain a better understanding of the material.

I enjoyed the read it to me audio!

The material was very scattered, there was no clear direction as to where additional material was located except by a small icon. The final exam did not auto populate so it was unclear why I was at 99% until I called to speak with an agent. The videos in the content are not helpful at all and the actors were not engaging. The content is literally read read read and there is not interaction or application through minus a couple of little quizzes here an there.

certainly outdated, old school. But has all the necessary information, definitely a 40 hour course with the material listed on here but definitely a lengthy course for non-experienced trainee's.

The material read as if it had been copied and pasted from a regulatory body's rules and regulations book. In other words, not reader-friendly at all.

Layout could be better laid out in order to more easily find information. Make results of the test available after passing in order to study further for state test. Too much time is allocated to the read to/read through/study of material before the test is available.

The read it to me audio was bad. It is a great feature but have it read by a real human instead of automated. The AI or automated reading was a huge problem that is my biggest complaint.

The ai and the videos were really helpful to fill in any confusion I had at the end of a chapter

The videos did not always provide clear instructions. And seemed off topic.

Some chapters could be broken up to avoid confusion over terms and their practical applications.

More videos

more video Will helpful more for study purpose

The Read-to-me AI needs better enunciation. The ability to bookmark at the exact location of the course would be very useful. Many times I needed to get away from the course only to come back and had to search where I had left off.

Having better visuals for all content would help solidify learning materials. Often chapter exams contain two of the same exact question, not providing diverse enough review after a chapter.

It would be nice if the explanation on the practice questions gave an idea of where to find the answer. Similar to what wise Bot does. It would be nice if explanation on simulate practice exams.

The workbook that was sent to my home was outdated and was out of order in terms of what the online portal was shwoing me the topic was.

I think the course could benefit from some improvement to the formatting of the different sections within each chapter and attention to some grammatical errors.

I think more interactive and diagrams would be very helpful

The ease and flexibility of the content and exam made it conducive to succeed.

the wording of some of the definitions were kind of hard to understand. the course content should be put in more simple terms to more easily understand

Good Course. No issues with the site or learning.

Some of the questions are outdated. For example, the content indicates that minimum limits for VA Auto are set to increase effective 1/1/2025, but the question is still based on minimum limits before that date. I didn't like that I had to unlock each section to see the next one. I understand that all sections may need to be unlocked in order to take the final exam, but one should be able to review them in any order that they choose.

At First, it was challenging going through the section via the headers; however, it became easier when I broke down the sections entirely. Great product overall.

The only change I would like marked sections in which modules you score less than 50% of 4 questions to go back and redo. I had to find them my self. A feature like that would be nice.

The answers to the questions that were asked every 45 minutes were not as expected. This could be because I received this course from my employer but I had no idea what address, zip code, street number, etc. was used and it was frustrating to have to get kicked out to get to another verification question and continue the learning modules.

There were at least 2 questions that were written wrong. Your AI even answered them correctly, not the incorrect answer on the practice test.

The quizzes in the practice chapters were not helpful when completing the exam. The practice exams did not help when completing the final exam. Very disappointed in the course. I use WEBCE alot. I am not confident in the state exam based off this course.

I loved the video presenter for this course. I've been referring to him as "Insurance Pop Pop" and found the little videos at the end a helpful way to tie up each lesson

There were some discrepancies in the MO min. limits of auto liability policies in questions and content. At least twice I saw something along the lines of, "MO Min. Limits = 25/50/10" when they are 25/50/25.

In the larger sections, add more questions per subject.

The instructor in the videos was awesome. He took the stress away and explained things in a simple common sense and friendly manner.

A lot of errors in spelling. I purchased the workbook as well and some topics were not even covered in the course, yet there were questions on these topics in the practice exams. A glossary in the workbook would have been very helpful as the online one wasn't always operating properly. I feel like there were a lot of questions in the practice tests that were not covered enough or made prominent enough for the course of studying. Also, it was very hard to find specific topics within the course that I wanted to go back to and study more in depth after realizing that I did not have a clear understanding of them after taking practice tests.

There was a lot of information, however it was provided in an excellent format, and I loved the audio assistance.

I liked the video recordings on the professor looking guy but having the program read off information to me was the same as an instructor reading off a power point. That does very little for me .

Great course

Some of the chapters were way too long. Needs to be more interactive. The course was simply an audio book, not very engaging.

I think make the end of lesson quizzes longer. I mean we watch some lessons that are over an hour long but then only test on 5 questions at the end. Theres no way we retain all of that info but 10 maybe 12 questions give us more room to take in info.

Read it to me was not a real person. Read it to me would restart at the beginning of a lesson if I stopped in the middle and not let me scrub forward, very frustrating. I would have to go to another lesson, and go back, refreshing the cache, thus allowing me to scrub (fast forward). It would have been better if it would have allowed me to remember where I last left off. Also it cut off after 5 min of "inactivity", but this was because I was listening and not reading/scrolling. This was difficult when driving. But I figured it out. Otherwise very good. Somehow having access to this information after the 90 days would be very helpful (the book I suppose).

The Read To Me option should be slowed down slightly to be able to keep up with it.

it would have been nice to have one extension for a week with no charge rather than 3months with $50

Please add more videos

This was a great course and I feel the information was great!! Thank You!!

I like WebCE AI the most, as it help me ask questions and help to clarify my understanding of the chapters & topics. Without AI, I would been so lose and confused for the most part as what I'm learning is too complex as if I'm going back and forth of what I just learn. Please update and add more examples, hints, & informations to WebCE AI to give me more scenerios or situations arising from my interactions with what I just read/learn in helping me gasp core informations or concepts

I found the chapters were too long in some instances. I realize there is a lot of material to cover, but all that information at once was not a helpful way to retain either. Also, I realized (with ten chapters left) that the Fast Facts before each lesson were trying to inform me on what I should have focused on during the upcoming reading. The Fast Facts should be in the margin of the chapters, to remind the reader not to get caught up in the details of each subject, especially the longer chapters. I ended up going to a third-party that helped me understand the material better than your program. That being said, I did like the review questions after each chapter, I just wish there was a way to take some more practice questions on the subjects I didn't fully understand.

The practice quiz was much easier the the Exam. Which and give a person a false sense of confidents

There should be a feature where it pauses the content exactly where you are in a section so even if you get logged out, it will take you back to where you last ended - that way you're not struggling to find your place again, particularly for the very long modules. And it'd be nice if the pages would just scroll with the "read it to me audio" so that it would automatically go back to the correct spot on the page as well.

Content is fraught with spelling and grammar mistakes. Content also does not match some quiz questions. There is wrong information and concepts are explained in a very verbose manner. I had to consult Google numerous times which gave me a very clear, and understandable explanation. WebCE is an absolute shambles.

provide a scroll feature that works with the audio.

None of the practice prepared me for this final test. The final test questions were more paragraphs and situations

I noticed you added new coverage minimum rules for Utah that started Jan 1, 2025 but on the quiz for that section the question had the wrong answer. I believe it should have been updated to the new amount which wasn't an option. I think it would be helpful if there were more questions on the quizzes and more examples. The examples really helped me understand the terms and meaning of what insurance or situation was being described.

There were a few things that were incorrect in the chapter quizzes and a few things that did not load in the chapter lessons. Other than that the courses were easy to understand and interactive and study aids were very helpful

learning resources were easy to follow

Live questions

Changing the voice up in Read it to Me Auto. You should give a female and male voice for the auto. It is very difficult to stay focused with same voice. Rentention might be greater if you could use either one at all times.

A lot of the tested content was not included in the course which made studying/reviewing difficult.

It was difficult to look up material through the search bar. Improvment of ease to find key topics would make learning easier

More graphic and videos examples will help more

Only thing id change is make it more clear the accessibility of the "Exceed" Videos

The videos at the end of each chapter really helped me understand, I wish a few of them were longer.

liked the practice exams, flashcards it was difficult to get from one part of the website to another.

Please hire to go through the course work and fix typos, and other errors. Also, an audit needs to be performed to compare individual quizzes with the sections they're based on.

In the quizzes there are multiple questions that are counting incorrect answers as correct.

I think the layout of bullet points in each module were disorganized. Some modules were so dense/long that perhaps they should have been broken down further into smaller sections.

The visuals in the videos were really helpful.

Some of the Guam Insurance law material was incorrect and needs to be corrected. I have submitted corrections to the Guam Insurance Commissioner. Corrections should be reflected on the exams but on WebCE and the Guam license exam.

The automated reading voice is AWFUL. I could not retain any information from listening to it. There were also several spelling an grammar errors throughout the course, which decreases my confidence in the quality of the content.

Read-it-to-me audio was difficult to listen to, a ton of reading that I think would benefit from simpler language and more breaks with videos or interaction quizzes. Would advise to shorten the amount of reading to increase retention

The outline of the topics could be more spaced out and have more short quizzes throughout the course to help remember everything that we are reading. There is so much information to remember so more quizzes, topics spaced out more, and more examples would make the course so much better in my opinion.

I did take note of a few errors in your wording and explanations of some items. Overall very few. Same in the practice exam. The wording made it unclear what the answer would be. In one example of a paint shop having a fire next to a computer repair shop. The question asked,, "what will the shop's policy pay for?" The question does not specify the Paint shop or the computer shop.

the voice doing the audio was very monotone. If a different voice was used it would have been more interesting an engaging

Please check for errors to ensure the accuracy of the custom exam questions. The AI was very very helpful.

Try to diversify the questions on the quiz.

The overall presentation is dated and could use a re-fresh. Just as I was finishing the course, the new AI chat bot was offered, and I think this will be a welcome addition to the course(s).

Please revise materials for typos and add a disclaimer that the workbook may not align with the material depending on the state

Great course, easy to follow and learn.

It would be better presented if someone taught the course material in videos instead of having to read long pages of information. It would also be helpful if you adjusted it in a way that doesnt assume the student already has a base knowledge of insurance.

Some of the chapters were very long, but otherwise, I enjoyed this course and feel that I am well prepared to pass my exam. Thank you guys for all of the hard work you put into the development of this site, you're truly helping change lives!

A lot of inconsistencies that I had to do my own research on.

There are several typing errors and repeats of sentences throughout the course.

having a text read to me is very challenging for my way of learning. i need things taught not just monotone reading. more examples and interactive options would have been helpful

It would have been nice to know how many questions were going to be on the test.

It would be nice if the course provided questions throughout that you would see on the test. Maybe even having some material sent to the registered email on a daily basis as a review.

I found it difficult to navigate and find the content/exam that I was looking for. For the chapters and review questions, I feel they could be improved (choice of words, etc.) I felt like the chapter and review questions were more difficult to sort/understand but when taking the final exam, it seemed quite easy and the correct answer was more obvious. Overall, better than average rating from me, but room for improvement.

I would really like to have more video instruction. My eyes get tired after reading for a while

There was a lot of repetition with multiple concepts which only needed to be covered once.

Key facts and Important details were a great tool to not get lost in all the information provided

the voice reader feature needs improvement. the content is very well done

The module is written in passive sentences instead of active sentences. I had to rearrange the sentences to make them make more sense. I had to move the last sentence to the beginning of the paragraph to understand the content easier. The module also contains "wordy" explanations. I had to look at outside resources for a better explanation of commercial auto symbols. I didn't understand the difference between symbols 3 & 4. If there was something that said truck or vans as an example, I would not have to look elsewhere. The module also explains coverage as if we are already experts in a certain product. It needs to be more simplified in the way it is explained. The module used words that are deemed as "archaic," like "oft." I had to look up this word. I would update the vocabulary used to make it easier to read. For the commercial products, I had to stop almost every other sentence to look at the description definition. This should be incorporated into the training so it can be a fluent module. I had to re-do that module due to having to stop so many times. The interactive quizzes are very nice and helpful. However, even with the exam, some of the answers are quite obvious, and I want a real-world practice test. My state board will not include such obvious answer options. Overall, I did learn from the module and enjoyed the read out loud option. I do feel that this is an outdated module that can benefit from some updates and a new voice-over with inflection. Thank you for the assistance.

The minimum auto liability limits for VA auto have not been updated to the new limits of 50/100/25 that were effective 01/01/2025

Excellent! I loved it and easy to navigate and use

more test questions, better reviewing of questions missed, more summaries for each module when going back and re-studying

I understand that it's insurance, but the explanations are so verbose and in-depth that I could not focus sometimes having to read paragraphs of text for a single definition.
