When looking through the course to review parts of it I already finished, it'd be nice if I could open all of the sections at once and have a big overview instead of having to look under each section individually to open it and find the section I'm looking for.

I liked a lot of the features of this course. The study aids including the glossary, end of chapter tests, interactive activities, and videos all helped a lot. My biggest request would be to add more of them. 4 questions for some of the very dense, long chapters didn't feel like nearly enough to figure out how much of a grasp I had on the chapter's content. More questions for the tests. More of the interactive activities throughout, especially those where you had to pick an answer helps some of the material feel more real. Some more video talking about the differences in some of the similar subjects in more layman's terms would be helpful. Overall, there were some good tools. I could just do with having even more of them. Thank you!

Compared to the exam, I wasn't as prepared as I would have hoped. The information I learned elsewhere better prepared me.

The videos focused very nicely on the "meat-n-potatoes" of the chapters. Good presentations, visual aids and the right amount of humor. If the presenter has webinars or full, recorded courses I would definitely watch/subscribe to them.

The information you provided for the minimum Montana liability coverage for autos was incorrect. Your course stated that the minimum required coverage is 25/50/10. It is actually 25/50/20

I would highly recommend a re-recording of the text in lessons. The borderline Microsoft Sam voice was VERY difficult to listen to. Personally, I always recommend some form of video recording of a live class or even just an instructor going through and reading or teaching the material.

I am told by those who have gone before me that the tests given throughout the course do not reflect intensity nor the difficulty of the actual license exam. I will have to leave a review after I take that.

I think an intro overview about the state exam outline would be helpful. Also, an "overall achievement" success bar for the course.

i feel like there needs to be more physical material. To help with studying. Flash cards in person vs on the computer. Im a visual learner and this course was really hard for me.

I would recommend a better audio quality version of the reading. I would also recommend a tweak in the quality of the written material. There were MANY instances where I had to go over content again and again due to how confusing the writing was.

I liked the videos with the man talking about what was in chapter at the end, he sometimes used props and explained things in a more personable way. If long videos past 30 minutes or an hour long had breaks in middle a couple times throughout the chapter where a person on video would explain or even review topics then I think it would have improved my learning experience.

The quiz sections were repetitive and could very easily have been improved. There were typos and other errors in the material which could have been corrected had there been even the slightest bit of proofreading or care given to reviewing the material. I taught test prep for a dozen years and it is really sad how little care was given to this material. It is very clear that WebCE understands that it has a clear license to print money because it doesn't have any real competition and therefore it isn't doing any real work to improve its product other that implementing an AI which provides incorrect answers to basic questions.

The "read-it-to-me" audio was very important becauce I have a reading disability. It helped me complete the course material faster and retain it better. The only improvement I would make is that the voice is very monotonous and monotone. If possible, I'd enhance the "read-it-to-me" voice with some additional voices that have some better tone, emotion and inflection. I caught myself tuning out and drifting off during modules that were more than 20mins or in longer back to back learning sessions due to the voice audio. My wife even commented that, "that voice is worse than the ones we have to listen to for annual mandatory corporate training." The videos were not very helpful and were a little dated and bland too. Maybe some more interactive exercise like drag and drop matching for complex topics would be beneficial too. All in all, this course met and in some ways exceeded my needs and expectations. Well done.

I had to use MS Edge. Some of the buttons (upper right) did not work on Chrome. One recommendation is that your menu system just seems funky to me and took a little bit to get used to. Loved the program. Well Organized in so many ways! Must better than Exam FX.

I felt like the course accomplished what the goal however, I have done similar courses that were easier to retain because they were more interactive and interesting. The majority of this course is black and white words with a very monotone AI read voice. I find colors, pictures, videos and interactive exercises for helpful for retention. For those reasons I will be trying a different provider for my life and health test prep.

I like this platform a lot. It is very easy to navigate and easy on the eyes, in that it is clear and simple to view. I like the videos with the insurance agent giving more context at the end of the lesson as well as the key points, the fast facts and the review. I do wish there were more real world examples and simplified definitions throughout the lessons to help illustrate the concepts but overall I think the course is set up well, gets the job done as far as the material being conveyed and it is user friendly!

Less words, I would recommend visual material as it can show in one large picture how things are connected or not connected.

The parts about coinsurance made it seem like it would pay more than the policy limit. It was not explained well enough.

There were often times where the test asked questions and I was unable to go back and find the evidence for the questions in the review material. It is gross that with the amount of money that WebCE pulls in, you can't pay a real human to read the outlines aloud... hearing words grossly mispronounced by a computer really damages your reputation as a high level educator. How can you be taken seriously as educators when "lead poisoning" is pronounced like they are leading me to a poisoning? Additionally, it would be very, very easy to create a program that could make nigh infinite practice questions by just making some edits to formatting, instead of regurgitating the same limited number of questions over and over. For the amount of money that is thrown at you, it is a shame the system is this lazily done.

THE AUDIO IS WAY TO FAST AND THE GAMES YOU HAVE ON THERE ARE COMPLETELY USELESS TO PASSING THE COURSE, THIS COURSE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK- THE FLIP CARDS SHOULD HAVE MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTIONS AND THE BACK SIDE THE ANSWER THATS MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE FOR LEARNING AND THE TEST HAD WAY MORE COMMERCIAL QUESTIONS THAN THE PRACTICE TESTS WHICH ALSO SHOULD VARY EACH TIME TO TRULY MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING IT.

Although the material is similar to the first module, maybe don't use the exact same questions for each final exam. It allows people to learn a question rather than a concept.

The course material is great, but some of the terms can be difficult to understand with the wording. More real-life examples would be helpful, such as explaining phantom cars with the example of "someone trying to avoid crashing into a deer" which is a collision

I would say the only thing that is needed is the ability to go back and study the incorrect answers of the test to help make a better grade at the testing center when its time to go to the live site.

I loved being able to use the Tutor and simulate the exam I believe that made the difference in my prep.

I was unaware what a proctor was. I believed someone needed to be licensed for it and unfortunately, had me procrastinate for completely the pre-course exam. Otherwise, I like the website!!

20 hours per course is excessive.

I found the AI generated voice to be both monotonous and very distracting. The reader would mispronounce words and numbers as well as waste time reading out sequence numbers of content (Section 3, subsection 2, B, D, G-F, 1.15. Also, try changing the voice for different sections, try a woman's voice for some sections, would make it much less monotonous. Most of all, properly proof what the reader is saying and not mispronouncing certain words and numbers.

have some other learning options like videos to go with the course, i personally struggled trying to retain a lot of the information especially with having adhd. i personally prefer videos than reading.

For me it helps to save pictures and to write down information while taking the class. It doesn't take any longer to write down notes than to take pictures, personally, and I retain the information better, writing it down.

(2) Question "The BOP that insures the apartment building Laurie owns includes building coverage but not business property coverage. Therefore, she does NOT have coverage for loss or damage to: A. a tenant's furniture, B. Tables and chairs she owns in the lobby, C. the landscaping Equipment she owns that services the premises, or D. the roof" is a strange one and either answers or questions should be re-worded as wouldnt A through C not be covered because A falls under the tenant's insurance and B/C falls under personal property?

I know the course is for 40 hours. However, I feel there are a lot of filler words. Some things I had to reread a few times to understand. I feel this course could be simplified.

The Casualty workbook doesn't follow the digital course completely. The digital course also does not currently cover all of the content that was presented in the workbook.

Was the hot air balloon question about Static lift anywhere in our course material? I went through everything and practiced lots of questions - sure don't remember that one (and a few others that looked new vs what I practiced)

There need to be PRACTICAL examples to help relay complex concepts. There are too many specific details and no direction on where to focus study efforts. A study guide to correlate to the material would be helpful.

I liked the examples that were provided, helped provide context. Some sections were really long; I would have liked to see more interactive parts of the material to help break this up, like the small quizzes and videos.

When the modules lasted linger than 20-30 min it was hard to stay focused an engaged that long. I found myself not paying as much attention because I just wanted to get it over with. When they were shorter it was easier to stay engaged and I retained more of the information.

The state limits are not up to date they are no longer 30/60 thats the only thing that was wrong as they were changed to 50/100

There was no study book available to use for referencing information that will be needed to do an accurate and ethical job to sell property and casualty insurance.

Extended videos or something in a podcast-like format may be helpful and engaging. I enjoyed the practice tests and think they really helped!

I wish the percentage of the course completed was reflected more based off the time each chapter takes. It doesn't make sense to have a 5 minute chapter give you 2% completion as well as a chapter that takes over an hour to complete.

There was one confusing part of the course. I noted down "You" and "Your" refers to a named insured and any spouse residing in the same household, but in one of the quizzes it asks who "You" refers to, and it said it was only the named insured, if I'm recalling that correctly.

There were some pronunciation issues that could be fixed. Also, I wish the text would automatically scroll along with the read it to me function rather than having to scroll every few moments to make sure what I was hearing matched what I was reading on my screen.

Well laid out and easy to digest and I like the read allowed option for people who need to hear what they are reading to help remember things

need more videos. need way more questions and examples. need more relateable content, especially for the sections that take 1 hour. videos need to be longer. with the new generation there needs to be goals to meet in each section, due to low attention span like me, BUT as the new producers who study this content (gen z), unfortunalty they will need more engaging things and videos due to screen and dopamine addictions (ad but true). In all great course just needs a little engagemnet.

I prefer and would recommend ExamFX over WebCE. It is much friendlier and the content better aligns with the insurance exam. It also gives you a break down of what percentage of what information is covered on the state exam and WEBCE does not.

The State of Ohio laws are not current and have not been updated for several years which has caused wrong data, wrong information and wrong answers to questions since the actual answer was not there. This has to be updated

There are some typos on the course material and there was one picture chart that did not load at all.

Web ce provides enough information to pass the exams on here but when you go in to take the exams there are some things that don't get touched on in web ce.

I was getting very confused. It would say one thing when I read it. But when taking the test after apparently it meant another thing.

I think there is a question (maybe question 24 from the exam) that names aurelio but then names a similar name Ariel, Adolfo something like that. I think it was a mistake and they meant to mention the same guy twice... but for an over thinker it may make you wonder why the other guys policy has anything to do with the question

I could have used more quizzes in between to break up the lectures. Some of the courses were too long with no built in breaks.

i used a 1.5 speed to hear the lessons and completed the chapter tests but still had to go back and play some chapters over again in order to complete the 20 hours required. I feel like there's no use for the faster speed if it doesn't count the 20 hrs as completed when finishing the chapters and chapter tests.

You should review your sample questions for clarity. Some pretty obvious misinterpretations are avoidable.

I wasn't engaged with the video's at the end of the chapter. i found they confused me more after listening to the material. Maybe if it was scripted better it would have been more helpful.

Make the course more interactive. Loved the videos at the end! And the mini quizzes throughout. There is so much information and putting it into a book format to read did not make it easy to get through. I think some more videos and a lot more interaction with the material will help.

I would have loved to see more videos and interactions inside the course. As an adult learner, the formatting felt like a complete download. If there were more interaction like the quizzes are, I feel like it would have been easier to grasp the material. I loved the end video putting what I learned into real life scenarios.

Overall a solid course, there were a few spelling errors which is no big deal really. I only mention them because some of them caused a little confusion for me. When taking the final exam, one of my questions (I think it was question 33 or 34) used two different names to describe the person in the question. I think the names were "Arturo" and "Amelio" or something. I wasn't sure if the question was referencing the relationship between an insured and a third party, but the question seemed to indicate these were the same person.

I feel that the course is little to in-depth with some content which can in adversely cause confusion.

I recommend re-recording most of the read-it-to-me idiom. While I found the feature extremely helpful, the recording appears to be a machine or otherwise misses punctuation or applies emphasis to the wrong words/concepts; this takes away from the benefit of the feature you guys have developed.

It would be nice to have more of the content presented as a video or audio that is recorded by a real instructor. I personally found the audio play back tool un-useful as it was very monotone and difficult to retain the information so I would have to go back and re-read or re-listen to the same information multiple times.

Basically the same exact information from the casualty coarse. Overall this is a very simple learning environment. The examples do not always get the point across. There are so many misspelled words in this, which makes it feel unprofessional. And again these 4 question quizzes at the the end of each chapter are pointless. It needs to be expanded and the questions need to be more challenging like the actual exam is. From what I have seen these questions also haven't been updated in a very long time. Maybe get some new material?

I think instead of the reading it to you option. You should a person that demonstates everything like a live recorded class and people can follow that better.

excelente curso, me ha encantado la metodologia, pero creo que deberia de haber un poco mas de soporte tecnico, pues yo inicialmente tome el curso con AD banker y he presentado el examen dos veces, y no lo he pasado, aun tengo 3 intentos mas para aprobar entonces decidi tomar el curso de la prelicencia con webce, pero me hubiera gustado tener un tutor que me ayudara a analizar las fallas en mis 2 primeras pruebas. igualmente excelente curso y lo recomendare 100%%

The Information contained in the WebCE products is quite informative, but the interactive questions are not sufficient to prepare you for the NC State Exam. These products are in depth, but do give a false hope when taking the licensing exams. Overall, I enjoyed the program and products.

It had a LOT of information that was organized in a really dense manner so it was hard to understand when studying what was important and what wasn't. It was also just hard to study with how dense it was. The interactives were super helpful as well as the quizzes

I have been using WebCE for the last 5 years. I find it extremely helpful and effective when I need to obtain a license for a certain state. All of the information provided is relevant to the actual state exam.
