There are four typographical errors in this course, However... I don't have them with me. I will email them to you for corrections. This was an easy way to pass the exam. I just had too many interruptions in my life. Wish I could extend it again.

Some questions were unclear to me and made it difficult for me to figure out what answer was relevant or it seemed to have two correct answers

Some outdated information and some questions with outdated answers (that are no longer correct).

I really liked the presenter. He solidified important aspects that weren't initially clear. The longer modules were a bit long to keep retention; it could have been broken down a bit.

Just wanted to state that it should be clear when there is a time requirement that time must pass before the final exam can be taken.

Was not a fan of how the information was presented. Wish I had other options to be able to take the information in. Don't know how the course worked since I'm on my way to take the test now. I had no idea what the emails were- What were Exceeds? I think I figured it out but had no idea. Had no clue what to expect for this course, feel like I don't have a firm understanding of some major topics. But we'll see.

I passed the state exam on the first try....I will definitely be using WebCE for continued education

Some of the information within the course outdated. I would suggest that the course material be reviewed and update a minimum of one time per year.

course structure is just presenting information all at once and then asking only 4 questions to ensure that the student retains what theyve just learned? Its silly to assume that people can succeed this was and if they do it has less to do with this course and more to do with their determination and willingness to teach themselves. I'm really disappointed in how this course presented itself and it felt like false advertising because any learning that I got from this class was self-taught and the textbook did not help. What I would suggest, present the chapters in a more broken down way. For instance, instead of flooding the page with endless definitions and then asking how they actually apply in the real world on the chapter quizzes, you should present a topic, and include a 30 sec-1 min video that explains how this concept manifests itself in the real world. It might be costly to do this but it would be a one-time investment that would have such a big difference. Also, have someone younger and more exciting do the videos! It's hard to learn from someone who can't relay a certain youthful vibrancy in the videos. Lastly, during practice exams the best way to help the student learn is to present 10 questions but before moving on to the next ten, show them their mistakes immediately. dont make them wait till the end of the test to see what they did wrong because it allows for too much time to pass from when they first read the question and get stuck on it to the point that they forget what their thought processes were.

There were a couple of minor errors such as Health Indiana for Healthy Indiana and some plurals is/are discrepancies in the questions, but overall this was great.

I passed the exam and that's all that matters! You gave me the tools I needed to succeed!!

The General Insurance questions had very little to do with the test. Completely underprepared for that section.

Good course

The optional Studt book has none of the state regulation guidance without having to take notes. Made it difficult to study for state exam.

A few of the chapter test questions based upon the wording did not have the correct answers to select.

The read it to me audio function was incredibly difficult to follow. The text/study material would be better relayed via just videos.

Great CE course. Easy to follow and amazing videos.

Once you purchase the material, I don't understand why there is deadline for the use. This doesn't make sense to me.

What I like most about the course was the additional videos that give a better understanding of the material. Also, I think it would be better to identify the time frames as years and months together for the time frames no longer than 3 years. Ex. 1 year (12 months)

Very easy to navigate through. Was not sure how time measuring operated. But my experience was great.

Have the system automatically kick you off and make you re-enter your info to log in again after your time limit, so you aren't continuing on and not getting the time you have put into the lessons. Especially when it comes to lessons that are longer than 20 or 45 minutes.

I like that you can build your own quizzes/tests and that you have a wide variety of questions. I would have liked to have more state-specific questions about the state agencies and functions.

Some of materials were inaccurate in this program. Rewording questions for pretest were very helpful but there were lot of mismatching materials in this course and got confused during learning process.

Everything was very easy to learn and the read aloud and videos were very helpful.

I didn't feel that the explanation of the Fl State Law was as rich with content or maybe I didnt retain the information as well. There were many questions on the state exam regarding Fl Departments and the roles of each department and I missed almost half of them. Fortunately, the other content was covered in such a way I was able to retain it and passed the State exam. I would recommend stronger focus on the organizations, differentiation and role they play withing the state.

State specific portions were severely lacking information. State specific portions are difficult to navigate and unnecessarily wordy. The material would be much easier to learn without all the unnecessary repeating of paragraphs, particularly in the Group life insurance segment. This course focuses entirely too much on annuities. A regular producer cant even sell these products. There were a total of 2 questions on the entire exam about annuities. However, there is at least 3 hours of material in this course dedicated to annuities. Again. The state specific portion of this course is woefully inadequate to prepare for the actual exam. I relied on google for many questions i had. As well as friends that work in the industry. The practice tests ask the same questions each time. So that feature is essentially useless. While I do like the format of the course, I will be using a different company if I decide to take the property and casualty exam.

The examples given were helpful to understand the material. More examples should be used for the various life insurance policies.

Effective course

Very pleased with the format and added features. I did pass the exam on the first try. My only complaint is it seems outdated for my state. Texas. Also, some pre ACA questions were still in here and not relevant anymore. I feel like the content for Texas really needs to be updated. There were a few questions on my exam I did not know at all or heard of in this course. Other than that it was very good. The practice exams were excellent. I think that was the most helpful.

I would have liked more time to work with the study materials after completing the course. If I have a full year to pass the state licensing test, having access to study materials for that duration of time would make sense and would make it more likely that I passed the test. If I fail the test, where do I go to find study materials? The quizzes and practice tests were very helpful. However, the monotone, computerized voice that read (and often misread) the material was almost impossible to get through without falling asleep. I also needed someone available to ask questions about the material itself. I did like being able to read it from any of my computer devices. The flexibility was wonderful.

Additional number of questions for each section would be helpful. Each section only has 4 and some of them are the same question only worded differently.

I payed the extension and due to life circumstances asked for another week. The friendly staff helped me out and I passed the exam. Thank you guys so much.

Though the course material was great, when I got to the state exam I felt like some of the material was different and/or used different verbiage at times. I ended up downloading the state exam premium practice tests to get familiar with their verbiage and set up, which helped me pass.

I think the videos were very useful, they really helped with understanding the information a little more. The voice or tone of voice used for the reading was distracting and too monotone, so I didn't really utilize this feature. Overall, I think the layout was great and it was simple to do. Only having 4 questions per section also made it so it wasn't overwhelming.

I liked the courtesy and professionalism of the persons in customer service that I engaged with over the duration of this course.

I would have liked more of a teaching style to go through the lessons rather than a read to me or simply reading. There's alot of material to grasp and a knowledgable person going through them would have been more helpful to me.

The voice reading the text was so hard to listen to. It would be much better if a person read it, the computerized voice just didn't work well for me at all, I ended up reading it instead. I learned a lot from the course and it helped me immensely in my prep for the exam. Thank you.

The course videos were helpful but it could probably benefit from a more comprehensive layout. For example, some terms were introduced before they were defined. Providing a comprehensive map of the layout or progression of content at the beginning would make the information clearer because you can see how the concepts are interrelated as opposed to a string of facts.

This course does not take 40 hours. It took me way longer. Almost double the time that I would of hoped to have completed this course.

I wish the course was more interactive.

The narrator is a little dry but the man in the video presentations had great energy and presented the content in clear and appropriate manner.

A printed copy of The License Exam Manual was to difficult to produce.

I don’t know who the guy in the videos is but I have dubbed him the King of Insurance Education. I can’t quite put my finger on it but something about him was very credible.

would love to know that it's updated annually with the most relevant info for the test. I used a book to supplement this information. Without it the test would have been more difficult

I combined your material with other practice tests I found online and a prep book with multiple tests. Your course alone wouldn't have been quite well rounded enough for me to pass

The videos at the end of each lesson made it easier to retain and I appreciate how organized it was. It made learning the material straight forward and easy to take notes off of. Thanks!

Smaller bites with the laws and regs please. Otherwise good.

This course was very refreshing, enlightening and informative. I especially love the fact that it comes with a glossary and study tool. All the extra tools helped me tremendously.

a "congratulations, you passed. Here is what to do next" page, email, link or something would be helpful. If one exists, it was not easy to find. Other than that, good course, I'll probably continue to use WebCE for my CE requirements.

The gentlemen who presented on a video at the end of most sections was not as clear as he should have been or could have been it appeared that he wasn't prepared to speak to a group. Also, even though the information was good I thought the computer generated reading of the course was hard to follow because of the cadence of the voice and not following punctuation.

Very informative and easy to use program

I would like to have a book to read after I complete the course. It is beneficial for me to take practice tests, and then go back to the book to look up my incorrect answers. I like to re-read sections of missed objectives.

The course material was good, but the exam questions did not prepare me sufficiently for the state exam. There was material not covered sufficiently in the course exams (and the extra exam that I custom built) to assist me in the actual exam.

on my iphone i had a hard time returning to the study material

I found the course easy to navigate through. I felt that I was in a classroom with a real instructor. I would most definitely recommend your course thank you.

More videos would be helpful and more engaging. The read aloud function was very dry.

I thought the final exam unnecessarily difficult, and too long. Questions difficult to find the answers, after total review of the course information, repeatedly.

The Quiz questions were applicable to the lesson content. However, some of the test questions had content and were worded differently than presented in the lessons.

Overall, I liked the course. The only thing that I would've liked more of is the amount of videos and interactive elements. I learn better that way instead of reading/listening to a lot of text.

I had trouble understanding where I was in my progress through the course. This was problematic for me because I couldn't report to leadership how far along I was in my studies. The progress % bar didn't appear until after I had the program on for 40 hours. It would have been nice to have the progress meter available the whole time. Otherwise, the content was good and I rather enjoyed the course. Thank you.

I had no idea of what to expect from the course and was blown away at the information presented. I will take future courses here.

I felt like it was an easy course to complete, but after taking the exam, I didn't feel like most of the items that were stressed/key points to be the major focus of the licensing exam. I honestly didn't feel prepared while taking the exam.
