more test questions, better reviewing of questions missed, more summaries for each module when going back and re-studying

the organization of the material seemed like it could be put in a more efficient order. Some things tested on were not covered in the material, possibly because they seemed to be obvious in this line of work, but if you are new to this line of work then you wouldn't know.

I understand that it's insurance, but the explanations are so verbose and in-depth that I could not focus sometimes having to read paragraphs of text for a single definition.

I did have a technical issue receiving my exam results and credit but they resolved it in the same day so I am pleased.

I'm very appreciative of WebCe's commitment and support in assisting me to the fullest in achieving my goals.

My only to complaints about the course are: The read to me audio would speed up at very wordy sections, to the point where it was difficult to keep up reading (thus retain information), and I would have to rewind several times in order to gain comprehension. Also, while the speaker on the videos was very nice and creative in his presentations at times; however in most of the sections, I found listening to him a waste of time as much of his lecture was shallow and did not provide information that contributed to retention or expand knowledge. I found myself watching him for entertainment purposes only until I started running out of time and really needed to hurry to get through the course. I would often click past him to save time; although I did enjoy his fast food skit.

I felt like this course had a lot of typographical errors. Some concepts were never taught but the test had that concept on it.

I took this course since it was recommended to my by another student. I found it very easy to use and maneuver.

wish the quizzes were not optional and would help me make sure I learned the material.

I found a few mistakes regarding course work and think this course definitely needs updated to today's current crop insurance industry. I'm hesitant on taking test due to wrong answers found in exam and second guessing what to believe for the exam.

The glossary was not user-friendly. Also, the search function could use some work. Overall, I liked the course and availability to retest myself often.

The videos are the worst part of this course. The guy who does these is a bumbling old white guy who makes bad dad jokes that aren't funny (not sure that's the face of Insurance that is needed at this point in society). It's like these videos are catered to 12 year olds. Please get rid of them, it actually skipped all of them as I couldn't stand to hear him stutter and mumble through his worthless explanations.

The study material was knowledgeable but the lacked compatibility towards the state exam. It was night and day on most questions.

Space on the left side was not used effectively allowing more room for text. There seem to be grammar issues in a few of the sections.

My only complaint would be the audio, without inflections it can be challenging to follow. I preferred to read the lessons instead which were fantastic.

I found the knowledge checks and key points very helpful, need more of them. I also loved the guy in the videos. very well spoken and easy to watch.

The state plays with the questions in a manner to confuse the exam takers. The state asks questions I might not expect to believe would be in the test.

I did not like the way it was read. Very computer like. Did not contribute to understanding. Wasn't crazy about the way the material was organized.

The "read-to-me" is quite possibly the most boring thing I've ever experienced. I wish it could have had more personality. As it was I lost interest a couple of minutes into it reading and ended up opting out of using this feature.

the website is very simple, yet not friendly to navigate when looking for stuff in your profile. The course is good, very well explained.

There is some grammatical errors throughout the course. Most noticeably in the quiz questions. I think that should be addressed. I found some of the chapters were way too long. I thinks some should be split in half or broken down into chapters on its own.

This course was absolutely the best online course I have ever taken. Thank you for taking the time to care about your students. From the customer service to the course itself I am very VERY happy with all of it. I wish I had found you guys sooner before spending money on another course that did absolutely nothing to help you pass. I will recommend this course to anyone needing it in the future. The read it to me, color distinctions, interactive questions, even the customizable quiz's made this course a breeze. Thank you again for such a great product.

A glossary of terms would be great

Absolutely loved the teacher's video at the end of the lessons. His humor and visual displays along with his real life examples really helped make things make sense. He was the highlight of the program.

This course and its study materials were overall mostly decent. However, there were some spelling errors throughout that were kind of shocking to see in educational material. The flash cards were a nice idea, but the execution was poor. A handful of terms were repeated throughout multiple sets of flashcards and the inability to customize the sets was a hindrance as the deck reset itself every time you left and came back to the set. I would also recommend providing printable versions or including them in the supplemental study book for people who like to study away from a computer. Lastly, the inability to see which questions you got wrong on the final exam was annoying. Knowing what I got wrong would greatly help me brush up on those topics for the actual licensing exam.

At first I was confused on what to do & where to go but took my time to figure it out.

Incorrect info and typos were very distracting. The monotone reading voice is not engaging and the lack of videos does not help with knowledge retention.

There were a couple of questions on the test concerning the TX Laws where the information given by WebCE is out of date. Other than that, the material was very accurate and easy to understand.

The course content was overall excellent and informative.

The only thing I noticed was that when I was listening to the course content on my phone with the screen locked, the system didn't calculate the amount of time I was listening via the "My Study Plan" and "Show Detailed Progress". Overall I learned a lot and I am confident to pass my exam next week on my first attempt.

It was very clear and precise; I definitely will recommend to my friends e colleges.

Customer service representatives are very pleasant to work with and extremely responsive, 10/10.

I found some of the wording on the exams to be confusing. Using the "which of these, EXCEPT" or the "which one does not apply in this case" seemed not clearly written out. The point shouldn't be to confuse, but to learn. Other than that, no complaints.

The video commentary was very helpful. The practice test material was very well done and a great resource.

The order of the course was a bit confusing and the way Business vs Commerical is outlined overlaps and can be confusing - the same can be said for dwelling vs homeowners. I didn't like that I couldn't search specifically for a term or concept and I had to go through each section to find things (unless I just couldnt locate the option) There were several questions on the same exam that were not addressed in the material which surprised me. Overall I passed and this was enough, I just didn't feel confident after taking this course and I'm not certain I would recommend this versus something like Kaplan for someone new to insurance (I already had my license previously so this was my 2nd time testing to reobtain it which gave me a slight advantage)

Very informative course! I feel very prepared for the state exam!

I would like something more interactive. The only way I could really retain info was to retake the test over and over again.

I really liked the fact that I could take as many practice tests as I wanted.

The only negative that I can mention is that some of the sentences were written incorrectly. Some works were missing and some sentences didn't make sense because words were missing and it made it hard to understand what was being said. Other than that, it was a great course and I hope these questions are actually on the state exam.????

Had to buy other study guides. Practice exam was the same questions each time - needed variation. Some Texas topics completely missing.

This course had a lot of repetitive information for each for each line of business or type of insurance policy. It went into a lot of depth at each reiteration. For example, types of named perils for homeowners policies vs dwelling. The same information was repeated again and again. It would be more helpful to have tables and graphics showing the comparisons. I also would prefer more interaction and games mixed in. There was so much content but 98% of it was just reading with 1 short video clip at the end.

I would like more videos. Also would love to have a section just with definitions. The flash cards are amazing they are a real challenge when first learning. Maybe even have a pre test to get an understanding of what we know and what we need to really dive into and learn. The Charts were some of the biggest help.

The reading and questions barely matched up.

My suggestion on the interface. I like to make a request for the developer of this platform to change out the word QUIT with either EXIT or symbol the symbol of "X" would suffice to end the session and transition off the page. I feel that the word QUIT conjure just negative connotation and isn't good on the mental psyche. Also consider making the box small or minimizing where the placement of the autoplay, text box is located on the page . Again, consider replacing the word "QUIT" in red altogether with just an" X" - - As I mentioned, I feel the large display of the word "Quit" does not help the test take mentally or psychologically - constantlyy seeing the word "QUIT " in the color red. It serves to me as a mental distraction and isn't good to view it, please consider to change with the word to either EXIT or change to a symbol - X .. to exit . This in my opinion set for a better experience and healthy mental tone.

It was easier to digest the shorter sections. If they went for a full hour, I felt as if my brain was too full. Smaller bites please. The repetition was good. There are some typos in your test. The current CA state test had some pet insurance questions.

The course is book by book/reading a text book word for word. To break down technical words and less about reading a text book and more on visual items for visual learners can help to retain and be interested in material

It was not made clear to me that I would lose all of my existing progress after the initial three month period expired. I thought I could essentially re-subscribe and pick up where I left off. I had to call customer service and thankfully they were able to have my progress restored for my second subscription period. Also, it would be good to have more questions related to Florida Regulation of Health Insurance on the practice exam, build your own exam sections.

Support staff were very helpful in extending course completion date.

Videos were good but the older guy at the end of the courses wasn't. I preferred the 2 people in the beginning. They seemed more poised to deliver the lesson rather than the fumbly older guy at the end. Please delete his portion or replace with someone else.

Although the course was comprehensive, there were at least 10-12 questions on the PA exam that I never learned about in WebCE. I had no idea how to answer these questions since that material was not covered.

The course was very easy to follow and understand. I wish there were more practice questions and more display and navigation options for the flash cards.

WebCE is my go to site for continuation purposes in the future!

The material was comprehensive, a few typos here or there did add a touch of confusion. But mostly the format was difficult to engage with and often (literally) put me to sleep. Due to this, it took me weeks and weeks to complete the material rather than the proposed 40 hours. I certainly appreciate the quality i was presented with, but at the end of the course most of what I remember came from the little videos from an actual class that come at the end of each lesson. In the future, I'll probably look into classrooms since those seem to work better for me personally

I found some of the instructions and the format confusing. I liked the shorter portions going over each topic, when one was over 45 minutes or an hour it was hard to retain all of that information by the quiz. I think it would have been better if the people on video at the beginning of each segment read the contents also. The computer voice was so monotone I found myself nodding off. I also found the many misspelled words and grammar mistakes distracting. I couldn't figure out how to retake the final state exam again, which was closer to the actual state test. I did pass my exam the first time, but barely; so I do appreciate that.

Most of the questions were irrelevant to the day to day insurance environment. The study material consisted of way too much information that didn't apply and the test was the most deceptive test I've ever taken in my life.

This only comment is regarding the EXCEED Videos. The beginning of the videos with the puzzle and the riddles is a huge waste of time. It would be my suggestion to eliminate them and just get directly to the subject matter. The videos are good with the exception of my comments above.

This is mediocre. The emphasize the importance and information is very generic and the skills test are limited. There really needs to be more than 4 questions per section of information.

Some of the answers to the quiz questions were unclear. When I would look it up in the reading material it would be one answer, but the quiz marked it wrong and picked another answer, this happened probably 5 times throughou the whole course. Another issues is not having access to the online study materials AFTER completing the course by the course date. I paid for it, i would like access to it so I can study up until the time I am able to take the exam. Many exam places are closed now due to COVID-19.
