I like everything. The only thing I did not like was that when I saved the material. When I log out have to start all over from the beginning to continue with the course. That's time-consuming.

The last exam grade was not correct. There were 5 questions which I got correct, but the grade was 94%.
The material was presented in a way (multiple ways) that it made it easy for me to learn and retain. I appreciate the context and examples used (story questions) as I personally retain information better that way. Which translated to taking the test and retaining the knowledge!! Thank you!!

In order to get anything substantial out of it, and not just gloss over the material, one needs to spend about 150% of the claimed time for the course(s) in general. It was a little confusing at the end. I was reviewing the question that I missed and the page went away. I am not able to get the right answer. Also, I was disappointed that I am not able to go back into the course to see if there are any further instructions or information about the appendix. I did get the download of the course but am wondering about the right answer and the appendix.

It needs to be more interactive as reading walls of text make it hard to stay focused our minds need to be engaged with examples and read audio as the lack of these make it hard to retain the information add this and the pass rate will not only go up but the percentages at which people acquire for the examination will be higher

Thorough, thoughtful, comprehensive coverage. 2 note: Just a suggestion on the Annuity Course Section 5.4: Add “IRS” to the sentences with “penalty” references. These are IRS penalties, NOT Insurance carrier penalties. It’s implied, but there’s a ton of info here and may be confusing to some people, as carrier penalties are discussed in previous sections. Also a ? – in Section 5.6 you state that annuities become part of one’s estate. BUT annuities have NAMED BENEFICIARIES, and should bypass probate. Are you saying that even though they avoid probate, they do become part of one’s estate? Thank you!

The content included real life scenarios and examples that helped me to understand the concepts. I also loved the option to have the content read to me, and the short quizzes and the end of each section. I also appreciated being able to see the explanations to the questions I answered wrong. It was beneficial to be able to retake/re-answer some of the interactive questions.
The timer on the course was extremely off causing it to take much longer than what it should have been. There were several times where I would be reading over a page for 10 minutes, I wouldn't leave the page or open a new browser, and it would say that only 2 minutes have passed by. For example, it took about 30 minutes for the timer to move 10 minutes when I never left the course or stayed away from the content.
The courses are self-study which require an exam. I prefer taking classes with Instructors and not having to take a final exam.
For packages making the specific learning material better known because i almost purchased a 24 hour course material without knowing i only had to pick the 4 hour because it wasnt shown initially i only had to do 1

Having to spend a certain amount of time in the course before it would let me access the test was somewhat galling. I understand the logic behind it, but the minimum time requirement was about an hour more than I needed to finish the content.
Something you might add is highlighting the word as the audio reads. That way, if you lose your place you can find your place much easier.

I feel that the requirement for an insurance agent to learn variable annuities unnessary. FINRA licenses are required for those products.
I liked the tutorials with "in-learning" practice questions and the example-based scenarios with explanation. Also really liked that with the practice questions, that the right answer (with explanation) was provided for adequate learning opportunity.

I do not understand the time limits required in the course-some people read faster than others and do think you should have to sit in the course once you have completed all the reading and tests-
I struggled on one chapter so I repeated it's training. I was so so so happy to see I passed without missing any questions... I didn't do as well with the quizzes but I also went back and looked for the correct answers before moving on. This meant I learned it well.
You need to clearly put what is necessary for life and health requirements for the CEUs and then identify which are monitored and monitored before purchase

I've used WebCE before and like your system. Here is my complaint. We are going at our own pace. If we take weeks to complete it, its hard to take a final exa and remember the content from week before. Why put a final exam if after every chapter when the info is fresh you have that quiz/exam? I suggest you remove the final exam. The chapter quizzes are proof that we have reviewed the entire content of the class.
It was sort of difficult getting signed in, it would be nice if a different website was recommended for finding our license number.
I know this is a Georgia state rule and not a WebCE issue, but I find the need for an impartial proctor to be an impediment. By way of contrast, FINRA does not require a proctor when completing self-study CE coursework.

This course was advertised as 4 CE hours but it took 8 hours to go through it all and test. Should count towards more than 4 hrs of CE credits.
Objective should be to teach as well besides testing. Answers which are incorrect, should be told so one can go and check the correct answer.
The practice questions sometimes were not well written, and I had some difficulty understanding them. Someone, the final exam questions were easier to understand.

I had one video that would not load, but overall it was an excellent training.
Required time is silly. I know that it is likely a regulatory minimum (like drivers education), but I read faster than the AI voice and would be able to complete the course in 1/ 2 half the time. Also, the material in this TX 4-hour course is virtually identical to eth 4-hour course that I completed for CA less than 1-year ago. These should be transferable between states (where possible).
I liked the overall structure of the course content and illistrations, as one who struggles with visual affects do to ADHD I would like to see more efficiently explinations with less words, though this is a lengthy subject, there were obsticles I had to overcome the avg. Student doesn't struggle with. Still Solid course!
Love the simple but effective presentation. I do personally like more interactive material (i.e. quizzes, thought experiments, hypothetical scenarios with applied concepts), as this helps me learn better. Possibly consider adding more optional materials such as this within the course.

I took the annuities 4 hour course. there was an Altzheimer's interactive to click on different topics. When I clicked on them, nothing happened, so, I was unable to compare those with the age related issues.

I took this course to market fixed and indexed annuities. Much of the content was geared towards VA, which I didn't want to know about, or be tested on.

the AI audio voice is very distracting--didn't use it. As most AI voiceovers currently do, it occasionally reads punctuation marks which is incredibly distracting from the couse material.

I don't like being forced to spend extra hours on the course when I passed all the quizes and I already know more than 90% of the answers.
I noticed that the assessment includes a question regarding the home equity limit of a single Medicaid applicant using the outdated $500,000 threshold. Per the updated Florida Medicaid Long Term Care standards, effective January 1, 2026, the home equity interest limit for a single applicant has been increased to $752,000 to account for inflation and rising property values.
It is a bit confusing to figure out how many hours we have for the continuing education courses.
Can we all stop using AI voices to read this complicated material. more often than not I find myself having review the information for a second time because listening to a robot who has little to no reading comprehension just doesn't work. This information needs to given by a human.
There is a reason why I have used WebCE for all of my insurance CE courses - because I am absolutely pleased and satisfied with its courses and the results that I have obtained from them!
I am a slow learner and the read it too me audio is too fast and the monotone of the voice was distracting and nearly put me to sleep. The voice needs to be more interesting without influencing the listeners thinking.

Statements that Fixed Indexed Annuities have a guaranteed interest rate which credits in down-market years is largely incorrect. Most FIA's credit Zero in those years...and the Guarantee only comes into play when comparing ultimate value at liquidation.

Some parts of this section had too much information and made it difficult to recall by the time I reached the practice questions.
I liked that when I accidentally left the completed screen wthout continuing that I didn't lose my place and was able to continue. Example: Somehow, when I advanced my screen for questions 21-25 the page disappeared. I was able to go back and hit continue and my selected answers were still marked for my previous questions 1-20. Phew! I liked being able to go at my own pace by either listening and reading along or reading ahead.
Maybe nothing can be done about this but I didn't really need all the required time to move on to the next course. Overall though, it was very good.
Overall I liked the course, I DID NOT like the obvious AI Voice over. It comes across as unprofessional and lazy.
to much content for the VA product line as well as part of the testing. Should be another and seperate course. Many are not licensed to sell VA and thus the training is not applicable

As a CFP, I memorized the various lists in "The Code," and I found the use of similar lists in these modules to be helpful study tools.

it was hard to determine if this qualifies for certification for LTC. it should be stated if it is or isn't.
It's better to add the contents about Roth annuities' taxation into the chapter of "Taxation of Annuitized Income". For example, does the lifetime income from a Roth annuity have to pay tax starting at some point or tax free for the lifetime?
The individual reading the "Read-to-me" can read NAIC easily but LTC and LTCI and every other acronym with great difficulty and quite frankly is annoying. I wanted to strangle the guy after hearing him read L T C in such a halting way the tenth time.
The time required to be logged into the material is much longer than the time it takes to review it

The course content is clear and the directions around the format, test taking, etc. are very helpful. The customer service is also fantastic as I had to call in on an issue that was my mistake. They identified the problem immediately and had it fixed in less than a minute. I am very pleased with my first experience with WebCE and will recommend them and use them again.

The AI reader is monotonous and outdated, particularly annoying when it read acronyms; extremely common in the content. There is very little to differentiate between concepts as it reads like a term paper. Main ideas and key take aways can have their very own slide.
More visual aids ... diagrams, lists, charts. The ones in the content were generally good. These visual aids are especially valuable for visual learners.

When discussing qualifications for Medicaid, there should have been more emphasis on using a prepaid funeral plan to reduce assets in order to become eligible.

The course was great and helped me pass the test. But Indiana's state requirement to have someone with you in person or virtually is ridiculous. This is a continuing ed course. The 20 minutes it took me to finish is a waste of time for someone else to monitor.

I don't see different in the material and test of different State annuity continuation class that Agent require to obtain.
All of the questions are updated to include current real-time info. The questions are not unclear, though sometimes I have difficulty with the "Except" and "Not" questions. That is just me needing to read more clearly. Don't change a thing,.
Having to stay online for 6 1/2 hours is ridiculous. I finished the material in one hour and understood the content. It should allow me to take the exam. I scored a 96%.

The course was not hard to follow. Utilizing the audio was a great asset in learning each section.
The detail in the teaching part of the course very very detailed and at times cumbersome. The exam was very fair and balance and was easy to understand. I spent 8 hours on the course and 20 minutes taking the test. The fee was worth the cost of the exam.

Good information. To long the material. You should provide review of test if fail to go over wrong answer and to get the right answer after. A lotto web site do that and people look for quick, easy and waste time. You are losing business making it hard.
The word "annuity" was misspelled in one of the videos. Also, regarding the advantage of tax deferral, it is misleading and incorrect. Annuities specifically cause the gains to be taxed as ordinary income (marginal brackets) rates. An alternative investment option would cause the gains to most likely be taxed as capital gains rates, and even those are only upon selling of the specific holdings, so the comparative tax rate isn't even the full capital gains rate, nor is it annual. These examples are typical, misleading insurance wholesaler and agent sleeziness.

The audio read-to-me is a tad bit fast. I tried slowing it down a bit, but that was way too slow.

What I didn't like about this course is asking personal perspective based questions leaves a lot to possibly be mis-interpreted, I think it would be beneficial to the success of others when the topic of ethics comes up to keep questions fact related, clear and concise.
I like everything, except these two things: [1.] If want to start randomly any course you want to start you can not do that. First you have to finish 1, 2, and then 3th. You can not start 3th one before 1 and 2nd one. [ 2.] This is regarding Final Exam. AT the end of Exam there is not showing any review about correct answers. It just shows only how many you got wrongs. If no one knows what mistake he/she has made, then how he/she can correct it. or fix it before knowing the correct answers. If you could fix this problem. It will be awesome. I appreciate your time ? and support.
Some portions felt unnecessarily long, particularly auxiliary paragraphs that did not directly contribute pertinent information, however, the sections that directly covered topics felt concise and easily digestible

i had to stay in the course too long after went through the material. If I go through the material I should be able to take the test. instead I had to waste time which is unacceptable.,other course don't require that. that is a deal breaker!
On the top that shows how much of the training you have completed, it appears to not be based on how long each section is, just how many sections there are. If that is the case, please adjust that. To have one section take 1 minute and 27 seconds seem to be a similar completion rate as one that is 12 minutes skews the percent completed.
Really hated the time lag - ended up spending an extra 30 mins on this than needed.

I liked the mentioned resources and examples to help create my own code of ethics; how to handle referrals and questions to ask for suitability.
Read Aloud voice is out dated and monotone. I have worked with other courses that have instructors reading and sometimes presenting the information to us on video. More interactive multiple choice type mini "tests" or interactive videos within the coursework. I will say that if a producer is on a budget and needs CEs, this was hands down the best deal. The content is up to date and through.
The course sections were well-written but the material needed more organization.

Good program, but the review questions are far too easy considering the content covered in the program. I do not feel that the score I received is indicative of my understanding of the concepts discussed.

The material was good in the lessons themselves. I think the questions were far easier than a lot of the content in the lessons. I would encourage including some deeper questions AND adding the ability to retake the chapter review questions. The videos were a good include and would make for great descriptions of examples if more were incorporated into the program. Unfortunately, none of the interactive activities were operating for me (i was using Google Chrome). A lot of the diagrams that were provided weren't particularly helpful. Specifically the one illustrating the sub-accounts. That felt especially unnecessary.
Do you offer a CE package ? I need about 30 hrs.
A lot of information provided and sectioned and organized well. I feel that I learn a great deal. The questions are not easy and I need to be careful reading the question to find the correct answer. However, there is only one answer.
disliked that it didn't take me long but had to sit on the computer and wait the time. after 20+ years in industry, like the refresers but if I finish and have a 95.... then I HAVE to sit there another 1 and 40 mins waiting
The course pays no attention to the number of credited hours. This course took much longer than 4 hours. This makes the course ridiculous.
I took 2 classes and they were both very informative. Easy to use.
The required time to 'be in the course' does not show my competence in the subject. I suspect this is a requirement and not just a WebCE thing. I know this subject well. Agents time have been wasted doing this course this way.

There was one question in the first test (I think) where the correct answer was shown as the obligation to provide coverage for the client. I think you should add if the client is insurable. One cannot be obligated to get coverage for someone whose health makes them uninsurable. FWIW, sh

I found the amount of information during the time of instruction to be quite intense, although I learned a few facts I was unclear about before the coures. I felt the test was fair, especially in regard to the amount of information presented during the course.

I have never encountered the requirements for a proctor before. If I wanted to be inconvenienced with this concern, I would have went to a physical center to take my tests. It is extremely inconvenient given the strict criteria of not using someone in your family or in your own business practice. Very few people are left.
The read it to me audio was a bit monotonous. It could have been replaced with a real human reading as the machine reading is not sounding good

First, if this course was supposed to be a course on Regulation Best interest - why was over 2/3 of the course on annuities and didn't get to Regulation Best interest until the last 1/3. Honestly, I spent more time on the tax ramifications of an annuity. It could have been done with more consideration toward best behavior and serving clients with their best interest. Maddening.

You have an error in the "Glossary" of the 2 credit hour course I just took. I can't remember what the error was - but I know it's there. The error is a number. It may be the number of days for something - but I remember it's a number of some sort.
How can I get a copy of my score report, or further look into questions I missed?
I like how the course was easy to follow and how comprehensive it was, except for the appendices. However, the course was thorough and increased my knowledge about annuities.

Not sure why I had to sit through 4 hours of content, when I was able to read thru it in 1.5 hours and already know the content inside and out. I'm quite disappointed that I was forced to waste additional working hours on this. I do understand that 4 hours is required - but this is a target number, some can get it done in two hours, others may need 5 hours. In my opinion, it's about understanding the content, not how long it took you.

This course was long (as required by the state), but interesting and useful. I thought the pacing was good, and I was helped to understand the options people have in terms of long term care, and who might benefit from buying LTC insurance.

I have been doing LTC for years and knew 80% of the information except the Texas portion. I wish I could have taken the exam after completing the entire course regardless of time as I was able to finish early. Yet I am sure its a Texas thing.

Excellent, from the call I made on the 877 number to the prep materials to the exam. Took almost 3 hours with no shortcuts.
There was a lot of pages needed to take the exam, but I scored a 94 and therefore knew most of the material.
I just entered the Life insurance with Equis Financial and taking this course has so opened my eyes to the options that people just don't know about. More reason to desire to share opportunities with agents and clients

The read it to me audio was a lifesaver while reading along: 10/10. Fix the auto start of audio, it worked probably less than 10% of the time. Also, save the user selected audio playback speed. That broke all the time as well.

Even though I passed the exam, the exam chapter questions and final course exam questions were amongst the most difficult exam questions I have ever taken. I would not recemmend this course.
The only issue I had was during course selection. If there could've been something explaining each course a little better.
I found the proctor instructions to be confusing at first. The way it's described on the site makes it seem like you must have a proctor logged in using ZOOM meeting but I eventually found where it says it can be done in person with a proctor monitoring your exam.

There was no certificate of completion, just the score results. As a result I did not print that page. There should have been a notice that the score results ARE the certificate and a "print" button should have been included.
Question 17 (if I remember correctly) gave all incorrect answers. I'm pretty sure answer is $185,000 but this option was not available. $180,000 was the closest.

I liked the practice questions after every chapter, specifically not an overwhelming amount of questions. Just a couple of questions to refresh what was went over during that chapter.

Good course easy to learn the topic
Frustrating that we are training to "time" and not to "standard". This could have been completed in 30minutes. The requirement should be knowledge and not time spent.
I especially liked the read out loud feature and the fact that I could increase the speed it was read.
I am audio/visual in my leaning. this was perfect. I like the ability to replay until I understood it
I finished the material in half the required time and had to wait to take the exam. This wasn't the case with other course providers
The only recommendation I would make was to allow a download of the sample forms via a pdf in the appendixes. Also, when viewed they were very small so it would be better to have a larger view. Thanks so much!

The pre-existing question should be more specifc. PECE is normailly 3 mths, but in states like NY,it is 6 mths.

Its unclear if CE classes have aleady been completed in the past. That is, as time passes its difficult to recall which classes have been taken before.
The time to stay on each subject matter is ridicules most of the tests are common sense, if you have had your license for awhile, like me i briefly look over questionable passages and go directly to the tests.

I don't like that you have to spend a set amount of time in the course. If a person can read the content, understand, and pass the test, then the time requirement should be removed or lessened.
Over the years I have found that using Web CE has always made the necessary learning objective clear and allowed for us FL producers to continue to be the most proficient in the industry.
I scored low on last exam. I usually score high. Maybe provide videos over content that I missed. I will review material also as important to understanding

I was able to access and use Web CE on my phone and the audio was very helpful for studying. The interactives were hard to use on both the computer and the phone, but especially on the phone. The audio is hard to start on the phone but does fine on the computer.

The addition of the minimum course timer will make this the last time I use WebCE. I completed the course in less than half the time and had to let my computer run to move on to the next module. I don't have time for that and I didn't learn anything while I just let the timer run. It is nonsense.

I DO like having a narrator read the content to me. However, your AI narrator is awkward. I could list dozens of examples where he got things very wrong. Whatever you paid for this AI deal, I'd narrate it for you for HALF of that. And read it with proper inflection. One exam question seemed to have no correct answer. The one regarding death benefit of an annuity for which the joint annuitants had received $50,000. $100k invested, grew to $235k. No mention of whether the $50k was annuitized payments or simply withdrawals (so BEFORE annuitization of AFTER annuitization...?) But overall, this is a well-constructed course.
This four-hour course took WAAAAY longer than four hours to complete. Good information, but it should have had a higher value than four hours of CE credit.
The voice audio was helpful in keeping pace, but it was very robotic sounding.

This course does NOT take 4 hours to complete. I was able to pass the chapter exams in 15 minutes. I scored 100 on the final exam. In the meantime I spend 6 hours trying to keep the course live and open to get the 4 hours in. Ridiculous!
The material was complex. Some of the explanations of concepts were lacking. Some of the terms used were not properly defined. Took way longer than 4 hours to complete. Complicated subject matter.

I flunked many of the little tests, but made 90% on the final. Perhaps the earlier tests could be more reflective of the final exam.
appreciate this course was well laid out, covered necessary topics, and provided relavent examples. It did not repeat things over and over or spend excessive, unnecessary time on simple topics. Much better than other CE courses I've taken in the past
I believe the man speaking is AI but he is soooo monitone, it made it difficult to stay interested in the material.
The Alzheimer's interactive brochure did not work. I re-watch the entire section 3 times, even completely logging out and it still did not work. I finally moved on and hoped it would not show the course incomplete.

Waiting for the time is a real drag, if one can read the material and take the exams and pass faster than you allocate that should be all required.

There were too many test. It would have been less time consuming to provide all the information, give an optional quick practice and have a test will all question at the end. This course was also very expensive. I even had to add a class just to get 2 more needed hours but actually paid for 4. Stop taking advantage of people. I have NO income.

Testing was very EASY!
It'd be very kind if you had a real person reading it aloud instead of the weird robot voice. The robot worked better for me than reading it myself, but just get someone to read it for real. The robot's inflection and literal approach is distracting.

WebCE is my only source of CE. It is always straightforward and easy to navigate.

Some of the material about the annuities seemed to be very repetitive and it made the course feel much too long and tiresome. I would try to reduce the redundancy of some topics if possible or make the redundant topics more interactive to make it more engaging to avoid getting bored and annoyed with the material.
Not everyone needs the audio. Perhaps a statement up front that the audio is optional for those who want it. But, reading the material and hitting the continue button at the bottom is also an acceptable way to take the course
Toggling back and forth to and from the audio is a pain. To include back and forth with the video examples. Scientific names for the various ethical theories is not at all useful in everyday acts.
I l earn a great deal of my need of knowledge through WebCE and it's provides me with confidence in communicating my knowledge to people I work with and every day discussions. Thanks

It took me far longer to complete the course, compared to the advertised time, it wasn't accurate at all for me. The mini-test within the chapters are very helpful. I would recommend you include more of those.
I don't like that a person can't do all the courses/tests in one day. I liked being able to block my time and keep the topics top of mind...breaking it up over several days was wasteful as I had to go back and review before testing....

Honestly, it took me probably six plus hours to complete a four hour section. Some of it is to much in depth with taxation but I can understand why it's necessary.
Course spent way, way, way too much time on nonessential and unnecessary history of how LTC evolved. This could have been summarized in one or two pages. No one needs to know that to use the products.
Some missing pieces in the chapter guides. In chapter 6, during the quiz, the question regarding free-look was wrong. It is 30 days not 31 days, as shown as one of the answers. Plus, this 30 day window needs to be explained better, by saying when the FIRST day is. Is it the day of purchase? The day policy is dated? Is the first day the day AFTER? And when does the 30 days expire. is it at 11:59 PM on the 30th day counted after starting? The industry formal standard should have been expressed in the material.

This course and the last course I took (Life and Health Essentials) , had pieces in the information that were missing. There were parts that said' ''PDF Exclude Start'' and '' PDF Exclude End''/ Also some blanks pages on the PDF or printed versions. More space needs to be provided for this field, in which comments are made, as well. Also for this course, it would have been a good idea to advise one needs a calculator. The last course I took, Life and Health essentials, never gave a screen to click for a survey nor for the certificate. This got pre-empted by the screen that asked if I wanted to see what questions I got wrong. On that last note, the screen that showed the questions that were wrong, it in fact did not show what was wrong and would have been the correct answer. it just showed the question and the possible answers. Finally, some work needs to be done with the voice doing the reading. It is fairly good, but with the subject matter, some parts need more appropriate intonation changes, some words are not pronounced correctly therefore the meaning is lost. And divisions between paragraphs and sections need to be made more obvious. More space needs to be provided for this comment section in this review. It is too small of a box.

The amount of time to complete this course was ridiculous. A total waste of my time. I was finished in an hour and a half and had to stay on an additional two hours to complete. Some of us read faster than others and I prefer to read rather than listen to audio. I had already taken the Florida 4 hour course just before this one so information was familiar. This absolutely ruined my evening.
chapter summaries were very nice for doing a quick review before the exams, and the videos did a great job explaining the concepts in a real world scenario.

With the amount of time 30 hours and my daily life I am very happy because if i give myself the advance time I'm not rushing to learn but learn or brush up as I go along.

The only negative is the AI read it to me voice. It is very annoying and not usable at all.
It was easy to tell that an AI voice was used for the narrating. Unfortunately, the articulation, inflections, and tonality of the presentation didn't keep me very interested in the information I needed to know. The presentation was simply too bland.

This was an 8 credit hour course. It was excessively long and mundane for its purpose. Listening to the provided audio took well over 12 hours start to finish. The course included way too much information to be useful, learn and retain. This should be at least 2 courses, it not 3.
I wish there was more interactive in the training like the formulas the breakdown and why it's being used.....
There were a very few words the AI narrator mispronounced.
When taking the exam there seems to be alot of "trick" questions. I don't like that. I spend way too much time on one question second guessing myself.
Advocate works with Health Insurance agents. I felt this information was basically geared for life insurance and annuity sales. It would have been nice to be more health insurance content.

I would recommend not using the word "obviously" throughout various chapters and explanations. While it might be to some, it wasn't for me in certain instances. I would also love to see more interactives and videos. Additionally, it was a little confusing to determine which package to choose for my state, since there were multiple and the descriptions were very similar.

Navigation system (UI) isn't very good or very clear as to what I was looking for. Course, I was a first-time user of this web site. Other than that, the content was excellent. Especially glad that there was an option to keep the audio off. I personally prefer reading and absorbing the material at my own pace.

This is not about the course, but about the continual overlap of CE materials. The only part of this course that was relevant were chapters 15 and 16. Everything else is covered in various courses.

Please make the course more interactive throughout each chapter. I think many future agents and producers would benefit with greater opportunities to apply the learned material throughout the course instead of at the end. While the short quizzes were helpful, they did not sufficiently aid my ability to recognize which chapters require additional study and attention. Thank you.

The WebCE format is very good and I strongly will recommend WebCE to anyone who wants to study.
I did not like how you had to wait to meet the minimum time requirement just to take the exam. Also I do not like how my other course work is stuck on 99% complete. Other than that everything was great!

I used the Read to Me program and completed the course almost 30 minutes early. That would tell me the content is likely not long enough for the full 3 hour course and should add more content to meet the requirements.
Some sections very detailed but proud of my 98% score
For my CE classes I always use WebCE. The new rule passed by the State of Tx to me is not a good rule, I know WebCE had nothing to do with that rule. But I have been in this business for a long time, this particular course was not that hard to me & only took me 40 minutes to complete, some of the other courses might take me longer than the allotted time. But as agents, we should have free reign to take as long as we need to take to complete these sections & test or vice versa. If it takes longer so be it, if we finish quickly because that particular section is easier - that is o.k. also. But we shouldn't be made to be on a particular section a certain amount of time just to pass. Just voicing my opinion which I know will not matter. I only sell Medicare/Medicaid - not life or long term - so I went through this section quickly because it is what I do on a daily basis.
This course was very informative and covered all the basis needed to give pending producers the information they need to be effective in satisfying the best interest of their clients.
Comparison tables & visual-based imaging aids in learning. These help me retain the information better.

I enjoyed the read-it-to-me aspect of the CE. But that needs to be optional. It started every slide. And I read ahead a lot and I continually had to pause the audio.
A section of the course material that I am familiar with needed to be updated in commenserate with the new regulations regarding Medicare Part D prescription price changes as a result of the "drug price reduction act" that eliminated the "coverage gap" and places limits on thje cost of eligible diabetic medications. Fortunately there were no specific questions related to Part D in the exam.
The videos started automatically and didn't allow you to review audio material on it's page.
Informative but dense. It is possible to complete this course in four hours but, in doing so, one is not likely to retain much content. I would suggest adding additional quizzes and interactive learning opportunities to increase retention of content.
The wrong answers were not clearly explained the reason they were wrong!

Rather ridiculous that I read all material and completed all 80 questions and only missed one in far less than the required time, but I had to sit and let a timer run out to get credit. Not all people read and process information at the same rate. Waste of time.
There were just a couple of test questions that were a bit unclear in the way they were written. It's possible that was by design.

Easy to use and understand.
In the Health Insurance for Seniors course i think there may be an incorrect statement regarding part A benefits. You state that a person discharged from an inpatient stay has 60 days of coverage. My understanding is that the 60 days of continuation from discharge is ONLY for the same medical event, not a new one. Other than that, this is the first CE course in 15 years that I have enjoyed, and copied segments for future reference.
The test was too long 80 questions, I think the longest should be 50 Questions

I wish that you didn't have to scroll down to continue after the audio is read. It makes it a bit tedious to scroll on each page. I think there should be a continue button available without scrolling after the audio ends.
I don't know how people can get through the amount of info in just 4 hours unless they already know the info or are skimming without really knowing the content. for me this should be an 8-hour credit.
Please state that this course is required for INITIAL certification. I took the 4 hour test because it states "meets MA LTC Requirement" but it only meets the requirement for ONGOING Education.
It would help if some reference from the course could be reviewed or available as a reminder to people in case they forget. Thanks ion advance.

There was a question regarding Medicaid prior to any discussion of Medicaid. There was also a question regarding Medicaid that had not been mentioned in the section on Supplements. Please proofread.
In another reviews I let you know that for me is hard to understand mathematics so, I will really appreciate in next curses to get more examples to understand better. Thank you .

Being required to stay in the course for 2.5 hours when I didn't need all that time was frustrating and wasted a lot of my time. I should have been able to take the test when I was ready. Otherwise, it was a good course.

The course was thorough and concise! If you take your time to read through the course with the intent to learn, it will be no problem. If you are trying to rush and slide by just to pass.. you may have to keep taking the test over and over.

I liked how detailed the course was, however, I wished that about halfway through the course there was a part A of the exam and then a part B just so I could remember the material better.
Course content was excellent. This course seemed to have the timer working correctly, where the one I did right before this did not. However, there were still glitches. The final exam had 5 questions, reflected that I had all 5 correct and 0 wrong, yet I received a 91%. Definitely have work to do on your glitches.

Course time is ridiculous! Supposed to be 2 hours credit / 1:40 total. This course required well over 3:20 hours if you listen to entire thing! Should be 4 hours credit. Credit hours need to be increased or course time reduced. Had the opposite issue with prior course, ACA and the Basics of Health Insurance Exchanges, 4 hour course (3:20) that only took about 2:30 so I had to sit on computer for extra 50 minutes to meet the time limit and take the final exam.

the course give MANY, MANY examples, especailly in the tests, where a person owns a policy on someone else and names a third person as beneficiary. This is an example of a "Goodman Triangle" and would have serious adverse tax consequences. It should NEVER be done. I strongly recommend that you modify the examples.
I liked the content of the course, but after almost 20 years holding this license, I was done in an hour, and had to stay in the course the full 3 hrs 20 minutes before I could be credited. I made a 100 on the exam, so I should not have to waste time to get credited for the course since I obviously know the material.

The AI generated voice really was a drawback. It generally made it hard for me to focus on the speaking compared to the monotony of the voice and the mispronunciation of words. I wouldn't recommend utilizing that feature.
I did not answer most of the questions because they were optional. Had the questions not been optional I would have answered them honestly.
This course was way over-timed! I could finish it under 2 hours...BUT I HAD TO LISTEN AND GO OVER PAGES AT LEAST 6-7 TIMES BEFORE IT LET ME TAKE THE EXAM FOR WHICH I SCORED 96%....COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!
None of the course packages offered satisfy our state (TX) requirement completely. Why would someone choose a package option if it didn't meet the requirements and they would have to purchase an add-on? Maybe I don't understand ?? Thank You

While I really enjoyed the "read aloud" capability, I personally thought that it was a bit slow for my taste. I would have preferred the reader to do so a bit faster. Otherwise, this was a terrific course.
I liked that one could return to the course and pick up from where they left of. I also liked that I could pause and reread without there being a timed-out where I would need to log in again. The timed-out was only when I left the program for too long. The "Read-it-to-me" feature would be appreciated by some people I know as that is something they are comfortable with.

Not the fault of WebCE, but I find it preposterous that an adviser seeking to fulfill silly CE requirements is forced to sit for 3 hours when he/she could have passed all quizzes and exams with 100% correct answers in 60-90 minutes. What's more important, putting in time, or knowing the material exceptionally well???
There was a question here that wanted me to answer how much an annually income would be taxable. The module just tells you the total amount of what it would be WITHOUT showing the formula of how to find what the total amount number would be taxable. This can be found on question 4. Even the answer does not show how to get the total tax amount. It just tells you what it is without explaining HOW to get it.
I enjoyed the audio and the interactive videos. I also enjoyed having an exam at the end of each section to summarize that portion instead of a longer exam at the end. I felt I was more engaged and less anxious with not having to look forward to an extensive overvall exam at the end.

In the sample knowledge test questions, at first it was not obvious that there would be a popup to move to the next sample question, i.e. it appeared that there was only one question in the particular area of training, at first. It wasn't until in later sample questions I inadvertently moved my mouse over the question area that it instructed me that there were more questions. Consequently, I had to go back to the previous study material to get the additional questions. You should just have an arrow, or something else, under the first question, that always shows.
Explain that the tests need to be proctored, and WHO can (and can't) be a proctor, BEFORE purchasing the classes.

In regard to a previous user's rating of this courses he claimed that some info was not discussed in the chapters so he didn't know the correct answers! And i can see why coz i encountered the same issue... but noticed as i was navigating thru the exam & i would got back a page or 2 to make sure i understood everything & i would try to go back to where i was before in the course the system seemed to skip a couple of pages of the training... were it not for my notes on the Best Interest Elements 1-4 when going back a couple of pages i would not have noticed! Sytem went from #1 to #3 & skipped element #2!
Need a button After start of course to turn off the "read-it-to-me" audio. I immediately found the audio annoying, but there was no obvious way to turn off the audio without restarting the course.
The course content related to Medicare Advantage (Part C) needs to be reviewed as some of the content is outdated
The course credit in hours contrasted to the actual time to complete the course is wrong. It takes considerably more time to complete the course than the amount of credited hours given.

Like most tests of this sort, there are a few questions that provide answers that are not completely accurate or too vague. When it comes to tests, the wording of questions and answers needs to be 100% literal, not allowing for ambiguity.

It took longer than the 4 credit hours to get through the material. While there is a lot of information to cover, it's discouraging to get 4 hours of credit for something that took 5 or more hours to get through.
I am usually a good test taker as I know my material. You had questions on the exam that were not in the material. I know because I went back and looked at several questions I could remember that i know missed and it was not in the material

Excellent content, I certainly learned a lot about LTC.
Insurance CE requires 24 hours right? I only needed 6 total hours to complete my CE. 3 hours general and 3 hours ethics. My transcript and your look up tool should be able to communicate with each other. It keeps telling me I need more hours and the transcript says I don't.
The audio portion of the course was very robotic, perhaps even AI generated. The consistent cadence, and lack of voice inflection variation made it difficult to listen to. I prefer audio presenters who speak in a way that shows they are master presenters of adult learning.
In the wake of Super CE events and other such items, it's no longer worth the time commitment to do multi hour online trainings.
I've used WebCE before and will continue to do so for my requirements - excellent training and testing!

As I answered earlier today for my Annuities test: The information reinforced what I learned in my recent Life, Health, and Medicare/LTC ExamFX and XCEL prep courses and the exam themselves. The large font was especially helpful for me. While I chose to read aloud to myself, I know others who would benefit from the audio portion.
I have just take my Health and Medicare state exams, and my Life exam not too long ago. All of the info in this course reinforced what I learned studying for those exams and introduced me to new topics that were easy to understand. The large font was helpful to me. While I learn best by reading aloud to myself, I know people who would benefit from the audio option.
Can you make the reader voice inflect like a human? The flat reading didn't always follow the sentence structure, which means the sentence wasn't always clear.

Interesting and thought-provoking course. I especially liked the discussion of the specific ethical theories (e.g. Utilitarianism). It reminded me of some of my best courses in college.

it is obvious that the voice is computer generated. Simple words are mispronounced and the pauses or emphasis on words is awkward.

Practice test had wrong answer for question regarding preventive care. The answer was based on non- preventive care. Also, how can I learn from my mistakes if you don't tell me what the correct answer is to the ones I miss. If I were to fail the test you don't even let me know which ones I missed. That doesn't really help me learn from my mistakes.
Lengthy for 3 credits
The reader is pretty bad. While it is a nice feature, the inflection and tone is often misleading and presents the information wrongly due to its inflection (or lack thereof). It would be nice to incorporate more visual representations and examples.

I was offered these courses thru my E & O insurance provider for FREE, but the website was confusing, the course content was poorly presented & displayed, NO pictures, NO sound, just information poorly displayed; and you had to go thru All the information to access the test! Your team of agents are Awesome, Jose showed me much patience & kindness, I was more than willing to pay the $73 that I really couldn't afford it; but it was well worth the Sacrifice!!! p.s. I soooo Love, Love, Love your hours of operations, especially being opened late, and on the weekend, where I could speak to a live person. Praise the Lord!!!
Since there were no pictures or other visual representations in this course, it was hard for me to stay awake through it. 121 pages of dry material were boring, and it was too wordy. Some visuals to break it up would have been a relief. The content was good, however, and I appreciated all the real life examples of fraud here in our state.

This was one of the most confusing classes that I have taken with you. The formatting and the questions were difficult to follow. There was misinformation and responses that required stretch rounding, when that really isn't the point. The information was not laid out very well, and the test questions and answers were not consistent with the way other content has been offered. It was frustrating looking for answers that were not there or that the outcome caused more confusion. The goal is always to give the user the material, not trick them and go through those types of gyrations.
The questions were simply and easy to understand.

The printed text material and the online content was NOT identical.
There were multiple sections where information was unnecessarily repeated, almost ver batim, to the point where I briefly thought I may have mis-clicked and was rereading a completed section.
I would have liked more help figuring out the math, as I had trouble with the questions that needed math to answer.

There is very little emphasis on the fact that Medicaid does not cover long term care expenses for most people outside of a Nursing Facility setting, so home care assisted living care and memory care for most is self-pay.
The majority of the product was very well done. I found it t be very flexible in navigating based on my needs and daily schedule outside the course.

The audio was not read by a living person. It was AI or some other device. The pronunciation and diction were annoying and hurt my ears. I would have preferred a professional read the content.
My only regret is that I was unaware that I needed the 8 hour course instead of the 4 hour course. I initially purchased the 4 hour course only to find out that I actually needed the 8 hour course.

Seems it takes almost twice the time to complete than awarded. Likely a personal issue but if ALL content is consumed at even 1.5x the reading rate? It took much longer to complete this course than anticipated.
The AI audio could use a little improvement, or use a real person. Emphases on words and word pronunciation lacked in a few areas, not enough to cause issues, just needed to go back and read myself a few times. Overall, very helpful.
I like the open book concept and the ability to retake a failed test.

I was referred to WebCE. For years, I was taking my training courses on ExamFX but this is by far the best. I'm not the fastest reader in the world so the audio read alone helped me greatly. You've just gained a lifelong customer! Highly Recommended!!!
I liked the quotes and the review at the end of the chapters.
The only thing that I didn't like is that after the read to me audio would finish, I didn't have an option for it to automatically go to the next section.

I liked the course but having to find a proctor to take it is problematic, sometimes it's hard to find a disinterested person to act as a proctor. Also it's time consuming, I have to leave my office and go where some one will qualify as a proctor for me. All low scores are due to the proctoring situation, if I could find somewhere else to go without using a proctor I would.
The only issue I had was the Monitoring of the exam, why Monitor a closed book exam?
The monitoring process is more difficult than the study or the test. Figuring that out took longer than the course.

Can't complain other then I have to keep taking these same basic courses to keep my license for selling life & health insurance and annuities. I did let my Securities licenses go in 2023 after 40 years. It just got to be too much of a pain.

I believe one of the questions and the Study Guide are incorrect: “17. For purposes of determining Damon’s eligibility for Medicaid, which of these assets is considered exempt? IRA; rental property, CD, car.” According to https://www.medicaidplanningassistance.org/medicaid-eligibility-california/ ,both an automobile and an IRA are considered exempt. Who should we believe?
The "reader" reads words incorrectly, pauses weird, it's kind of a distraction to listen to. I ended up reading it myself.

I really like the audio feature but both my coursed had times where the video froze and I had to read it.
The autoplay feature didn't work. Annoying to always change the setting for speed of play for every individual section. The audio play buttons didn't always work well.
On the Taxes section providing more videos with actual examples would help more.
I did not like that I had to mute one the double audio in every chapter.

This was said to be a four hour annuity training course. This course takes about 6 to 8 hours to complete. Thus, you should provide more than four credit hours for this annuity training course.
The reference to a "widow" in one of the questions (within the context of describing a person who might need additional help) was inappropriate in that it perpetuated an incorrect assumption that females are someone inferior to their male companions. It would be better to describe the person as a "surviving spouse" and not simply as a "widow".

Have used WebCE before and find them very reliable and easy to learn from their product.
The final exam should have text to speach to be ADA compliant even the iPad was not able to highlight speech to text I suspect is Webb City back in security preventing this measure. Thus Web see you should speak to text option for the final exam to maintain ADA compliance.
The basic logistics of 16 chapters in 4 hrs comes out to 15 minutes per section which is essentially logistically impossible unless you are zipping through every single quiz without having to read or reference a single page of material. This course clearly should be a 6 hr CE credit course. I've breezed through far more comprehensive certifications and classes in far less time than I spent on this.
The course had some obtuse information that was mildly interesting but not relevent. example, all the different theories of ethical behaviors. Also, it would be nice to be able to download the charts and appendices.

I wish the audio wasn't a computer generated voice. I couldn't concentrate on what they were saying and incorrect inflections were distracting. It would be better if the guy who voiced the video clips recorded the audio as well. :D

Term searches are helpful and a more effective search wold allow for copy and paste features from questions.

I liked the read along option and the chapter references in the exam.
The section of the course (I believe section 5) that talked about taxation of an annuity after death, kept stating that it was after the death of the contract OWNER. I was confused by this and wasn't sure if the same rules apply in the death of the ANNUITANT. I think this portion should be corrected or revised to further explain under the differences in taxation to the beneficiary when the OWNER dies vs when the ANNITANT dies.
I do not feel every question on the exam needs to be a paragraph.
Won't know the answers to some of these questions until it's confirmed the courses meet the CE requirements and are accepted.
Overall it was great - for my personal learning style, videos and interactive activities are more engaging but with the auto play audio, it was a nice blend.
California needs all their courses in audio version. I have only had one course this year over all the years I have been licensed. Very disappointing. I should not have to pay or sign up for app that will accommodate for this feature. It should be standard option in todays business climate.

I like how it's easy to find the content I'm looking for; contact a support agent, the length of course; the relevance of the exam questions.
I loved being able to read at my own pace, and change the playback speed on the videos. I also felt that all the "mini-quizzes" and end-of-chapter quizzes were extremely helpful to make sure I had absorbed what I read. This has been probably my best CE experience in the past five years.
Exams are interesting
Why the $1 filing fee for Insurance reporting vs. the $1.25 filing fee for the CFP? Is it that much harder to report to the CFP vs. all of the state's insurance departments? Seems like one filing fee would suffice.
The course material was great!
The educational/reading content is clear and concise and follows the learning objectives. The practice questions also help .
One of the questions did not have an oval filled and was marked incorrect. I think there may have been a glitch when grading exam. Thank you.

I opened the test before finishing studying, my mistake but had to just take the test because the content locked.
The short videos, with closed captions on, really help me. Stories and examples where I can both hear and see topics, deepen my comprehension.
I kind of wish I had taken the 1-credit Best Interest annuity update course instead of the full Annuity Suitability course, but I needed the CE credits for other purposes in addition to the state insurance requirements.

Owing. Me my errors seemed difficult to understand. Clarity on what i chose as an answer and what was the correct answer.
I received an email from the Kansas Insurance Department on behalf of the NAIC, notifying me of the requirement for this continuing ed requirement. I researched the course that would satisfy this requirement and they gave me a name and course number for WebCE; however, when I went on the WebCE website, I couldn't search for the course by course number--only by name. I would have liked to see both the course name and number to ensure that I purchased the correct training.

when taking the exam. it only shows you the wrong answers after you pass the exam. it should show the mistakes you make when you fail so you know what ones you need to study

Having to find a monitor for the exam was extremely inconvenient. I realize it's a state of Colorado requirement, but in my opinion, it is unreasonable given that it is a short and relatively easy exam.

Very thorough. The course simplified in the best way possible a very complex subject which I still had to read and reread.
Course seemed a little long. Also, registering for the national exam while having a CA license seemed clunky. Hope I did it correctly!!

Some content was a bit repetitive but overall a great experience.
Choosing the right lesson is bit difficult on the web
Would like more examples of annuity situations with the formulas etc... to further understand and how to calculate them. This would help show the customer how the annuity works.
The robot voice is terrible. I liked the real human voices.
I didn't like that when I answered questions incorrectly, it didn't show me why the other answer was correct. Other than that, I thought the course was very good.
Computer generated voice is unnecessary. Clearly shows a desire to profit more than teach. With these prices, surely having someone voice the text is possible. If I do NOT use WebCE, this will be the #1 reason.
I think this "4 CE Hour credit" course took me quite a bit longer than 4 hours!

Like that you allow "test out" on some of these CE courses.
good examples/cases for life insurance
Very good learning material and reason I will continue to use Sure LC is the easy of navigating and great learning material.
When you search for a term, you should be able to skip to them directly instead of scrolling to look for highlights.
The course was educational but extremely long.
I wanted to see the correct answers to the 2 questions I missed, but it was not indicated which answers were correct

Thought that there was way too much information in the course for what is really required. Repetitive pieces made it longer to complete. Test was simpler than expected based on the complexity of the information in the course.
Ch. 9 "Annuity Charges and "Fees" has a misleading typo in Question 2. The question listed the word "accessed" instead of "assessed."

The course is very informative.
Course was very effective and efficient. I use WebCE regularly.
I like pdf or printable formats to study over looking at the laptop screen for hours.
Most of the time, I didn't notice, but, in the future, you may want to consider having a live person record the voiceovers.
