I think this question is backwards 11. What must happen for a client to become a customer? • a. The customer and licensee must develop a relationship. • b. The customer must write and sign a written agreement. • c. The customer must verbally agree. • d. The customer must sign an agency representation agreement.

Easy to use material with valuable content.

Section 2 Test question #2 had erroneous "client" and "customer" which caused the supposedly correct answer to be erroneous. I suppose this is going to be an "Update" type of course somewhat similar to NC continuing ed but who knows. It sure beats the fingerprinting which was a nightmare. Parts of the course were very boring, in particular the parts where I was expected to know what was required of the BIC. It's not up to me to tell my BIC that they have this or that responsibility. I need to now MY responsibilities, not the Bic's. I think that licensees who are primarily licensed in another state should ONLY be required to take an "Update" type of course, a 4 hour course, and not the electives. I only took one of the electives at this point and it was a total waste of my time. I wanted to learn how to work under the SC laws and it didn't help me at all. Maybe the other elective will be better, I hope so, or I may ditch the SC license.
