I liked how the courses are set up. It gave me time to really focus on the content of information and taking the quiz afterward that I was able to understand the information instead of being worried about failing an examine.

In NY state, agents do not handle earnest money, nor are the allowed to handle wires. If this course is tailored to NY state, those chapters should be eliminated or shortened.

In certain subjects, it states that "according to your state".......... In these cases could they not include a list of what each state requires so that you gain the applicable information during training. Such a required insurance.

Too general re; state specific policies, practices and legislation. Content is not state specific therefore only highlights areas where more research and study is required.

The course covered many topics and clearly stated. I learned about different cases that i would have not known about. I called in at least 3 times for assistance and each one person I spoke with was so very helpful and patient. Thank you for your patience and assistance. So happy this test is finally over!

Curriculum covering common pitfalls in the industry was appreciated and helpful.

There were several components of this course that do not appear to be relevant to agents in Texas. As I signed up for a Texas CE package, it would've been better from my perspective to not spend effort trying to learn about things prohibited in my state. Further, I am taking the coursework as Continuing Education for my state license, so being told to check elsewhere to see what the rules in my state are is a little annoying. That's part of what I paid y'all for.

The last question in Chapter 8: When seeking Legal Attorney- I thinks the title problem could be handled by the Title company and the environment problem could be handled by a Land Engineer company.

I have used WebCE repeatedly for continuing education.

The required amount of time is way way way too much for the reading material. I know it is dictated by TREC but good God my 3rd grader could read the material in less than an hour.

When a subject matter varies from State to State, since I am taking this course for Florida they should have a Note or special section referring to my specific state.

The content is so basic and repetitive of other courses. Many of us could simply take the exam without looking at the course content and answer every question correctly. I scanned the content in about 40 minutes and then tried to find a way to pass the time before I could take the exam. I'm sure that's true for many others.

Wish it was more Florida specific. Some of the content was more national.

Only negative I can see is this course is generic and not tailored to state-specific laws. It can be confusing regarding examples of contract items not in my state's contracts, for example. Another is the return of earnest money when a contract is lawfully terminated. SC law does not account for automatic return of this money; we have to use another form where all parties agree to return the money.
