The only thing I didn't care for ... was the elimination or lack of the discussion links to respond. I used this platform a couple of years ago, and remember them as quite helpful. In fact, I thought they were mandatory. They were not made available when going through any of the case studies.

Addressing the tool of loan assumption; TREC contract forms - New Rule addressing sales agents and broker response time. I would like to see less on Fair Housing and more on Agency, contracts and TREC Rule.

The entire subject concerning Fair housing best practices and the Dos and Don'ts. And the Executive Order 13988 that I was not aware of. The examples of Bias when dealing with clients, Appraisal and much more.

Yes the examples to certain scenarios were very helpful.

The Loan Assumption Addendum information was helpful, especially because of the uptick in the usage. I was unaware of The Crown Act and Section 8 and Property Owner's Association.

I did not like the computer reader. A person would know to skip some words or acronyms instead of repeating them over and over. In addition, when doing the discussion questions, the course should return you to where you left off, not the beginning of the section.
